Are these prices with coupons? If so where can I find the coupons?

      • Donna

I am new at this couponing thing but I am LOVING it and it is keeping us from losing our house. So THANK YOU SO MUCH for all that you do!!!! I see the list of items that you can get from Publix, either free or at a very low cost… what am I doing wrong? I am calculating good deals with my coupons but am not coming up with any of it FREE… please help (:

        • Sue

Are you doubling your coupons? Check the Publix Weekly Sales list for the breakdown.

    • Renie

Jenny and others, I am hosting our family’s Thanksgiving this year and need at least a 16 pound turkey. I tried to get to Walmart (I loathe Walmart and felt guilty going there but did anyway) to get the cheap ones but they were sold out. Should I go ahead and buy now or will there be a cheap sale again sometime before Thanksgiving? I know I’ll need to let that frozen bird thaw for at least a week so I’m getting a bit anxious. Thanks for your help!

      • Stacey

BiLo has their Grade A turkeys a .49/lb whereas Wally World is .40/lb. Frankly I’ll pay the extra .09/lb to avoid Wal Mart. Or you can ask BiLo to price match Wal Mart but you’ll need to print the press release that WalMart issued showing their advertised price. Go to http://www.walmartstores.com and it’s under press releases. HTH:)

        • Renie

Well, I had to go ahead and buy the turkey because our Thanksgiving will be held this coming Saturday. That gives me 6 days to thaw the bird! Publix had their turkeys for $.69/lb so I bought a 19.5 lb turkey today. It wasn’t $.40/lb like at Walmart but at least I didn’t have to break my rule about avoiding Walmart. Now, how to cook it!

          • Ma

Get a turkey sized Reynolds Oven Bag, use your favorite recipe (or Food Net) and follow the time and temp directions in the Reynolds box. ‘Tis usually great!

    • Brittany

I can not get the coupon printer to work on my computer, any suggestions?

      • Christine

Install it and then try restarting your computer.

    • pharmSCgirl

Thanks Jenny for putting this together! You Rock!

    • Jenny,I appreciate your putting together this list of best buys, however would it be possible to change the way you publish this list? I was able to export your list into excel so that I could sort by store name, product type and then description, but it was a little difficult. Would you be able to change your list a little bit so that it could be sorted by store name, product type, price and then description. This would be helpful for those of us who want to export to excel and print by store. If you could publish the list by Product Type, Store Name, Price and then description I would be able to export to excel easier and sort anyway that I want. Just a thought. Thanks

      • Good times

I think she does enough for us all already! Be Happy she is here to help us save and I think she spends a ton of her time helping us out!

    • Ava

Ingles has their crisco 48 oz cooking oils 2 for $5.00 and with the $1.00 from Sunday’s paper – it makes it $1.50! I never use a gallon’s worth of oil before it starts to get that old smell, so for me that was a good deal.

    • Laura

Thank you! This is a great list!!What a helpful way to compare and get a handle on what a good price is . :)

    • Growland

      Thanks Jenny and Penny,

(Penny introduced me to the site)

I found my Saturday fantasy football game. This actually is a strategy game if you make it that.

    • becki

i know we can click on the store and make a list but do you think you will ever make it possible for us to make a shopping list out of the “best deals”? just wondering. i feel bad even asking bc i cant even imagine maintaining this site. thanks to you and your family for reaching out to help us in such a great way!!

    • Donna

This is a suggestion for those who would like the list sorted by stores. I usually print the list as it is, then use assorted colors of highlighters to idetify the deals at each store. For example, highlight all the deals from Kroger in blue, Publix in orange, etc. I know this method isn’t “high tech,” but it works for me.

    • Bananas are $.33/lb. at Bi-Lo this week.

    • cari

are there any decent deals on mayo this week?? I don’t have harvey’s or kroger but have all the other stores listed here.
thanks to anyone who can help.

    • Lisa

Does anyone know of any good huggies or pullups deals coming up soon?? I need to stock up.
