If anyone's interested, they're 9.99 (normal price) right now for a 16.6lb bag at Winn Dixie.  After this coupon it takes it down to the WD brand price.

I have started using SavingStar and was wondering usually how long before they post to account?  I know it says 7-30 days but thought would be faster.  I shop at Kroger's only.

      • Carol

I shop at Kroger as well.  My savings posted today from a May 24th purchase.

      • SavingStar

Jessrw – Kroger can take up to 30 days right now. We are working with them to try and improve this so you can get your savings faster. Thanks, Josh

      Got it!! Thanks!!!! :-)

I wish walmart had a card. They have a two pack for 7.50 here.

I just recently start a savingstar account but don't understand how it works with publix.  Does Publix have a loyalty card?  I've never seen or heard of one.  If you load coupons do you load them to a specific card or to your account and be able to use them with card?

      • Right now publix is not partnering with savingstar. Email publix and let them know you want it.

        • Bamagrits84

What about Upromise being linked with Publix?

          • Anonymous

Hi – Publix does participate in the Upromise program, but not in the SavingStar.com service at the moment. -Josh

        • Bamagrits84

Never mind.  Just found it on Publix's website!

I have purchased a few items that I have loaded onto the savingstar account,it has been over a month and I still have a balance of $0. Anyone else have any luck with them??

      • SavingStar

Hi Sarah – Savings can take 7-30 days to post. If it has definitely been more than 30 days and you still have not received your savings, then something is wrong and we want to investigate it for you. Please email us at support@savingstar.com if this is the case. Thanks, Josh

    • Jam5az

I am really unhappy with savingstar.  I have used several coupons and only gotten credit for one.  The one from HT took about 3 weeks.  Kroger still has not posted from 4 weeks ago and it was the Wisk coupon, so I am 100% sure it was the correct item.  I'm still going to load my coupons, but I'm not counting on them!  I will see it as a bonus savings.

      • Joan

I totally agree. I have used 5 of their coupons and had to email them with transaction numbers, etc. to get credit for them and it still took about 3 weeks. It's a lot of work for a small payoff. When I finally get credit for the last two I've used and can cash out, I'm done.

        • SavingStar

Hi Joan – Please note that savings can take between 7-30 days to post to your account depending upon which store you shop at. -Josh

      • SavingStar

Hi Jam5az – Savings take 7-30 days to post to your account depending upon where you shop. Kroger currently takes 30 days to post your savings. – Josh

I'm having the same problem with them, but I did contact them and they said they are working on making things faster and more reliable. I think when all the kinks are worked out it is a great deal especially since coupon policies are changing at some stores and you can't “double dip” anymore.

    • Ashley M.

I don't think it works for HEB. They don't have a card that you use so i'm not sure how they would know you bought the item.

      • SavingStar

Hi Ashley – You are right. Currently HEB is not participating with SavingStar. We would encourage you to contact them so they can hear directly from their customers that you want them to join us. Thanks, Josh

What should we do when 30 days has passed and we still haven't received anything???  I shopped at CVS on 5/16, and bought Ranch Dressing and Wisk Detergent.  I haven't received an email from them, and my account still says $0.  I have made more purchases since then, and am getting frustrated!

      • SavingStar

Hi Candace, Thank you for letting me know about this. I do apologize for the delay. We've recently discovered an issue with some of the savings posting from CVS and are working with them to resolve this. Please email us at support@savingstar.com so our customer service team can look into this for you and make sure you get your savings. (Normally CVS should post savings within a few days). Thanks, Josh

Sold Out! I'm so sad because it would have made for a screaming deal with tomorrow's eVic at HT!
