    • Laurakc181

This is awesome! The instant savings that register – is that just money that comes off right away and I don't have to pay it? This would be great with all the coupons I print ;)

      • macboy

    • Adrianne

Awesome! My daughters teacher just added copy paper to her list of needs. I'll go pick this up for her!

    • Atraxler

yes, please, someone explain how the -$22 instant savings at register works? I have been in need of paper and desperately hoping for a deal like this!

      • macboy

Just think of it as being on sale for $22 off. That's all it is. They just use the term “instant savings” because the store does a ton of sales using rebates, which as we know are not instant.

    • Divergent7979

The coupon only says $10 off. The math doesn't add up here…what am I missing?

      • Atraxler

there's a $22 instant savings according to the ad. But from what I see, the coupon and special sale can't be combined.

    • Atraxler

the coupon says it “cannot be combined with other offers or promotions”

      • Divergent7979

        That's what I read also…..

      • Cheryl

        $41.99 -32 = $9.99 (10.00 coupon and 22.00 instant savings)

        • Divergent7979

The coupon says it cannot be combined with any other offer or savings…

      • Atraxler

I called the Greenville, SC store and they said no, can't be combined :-(

        • Cwalkden

I used it today at the store on WH in Greer and they were just fine with it.

        • ccrow22

I also had it work at a Greenville area store… the one on Verdae!

    • Jmkey

It also says that coupon can not be reproduced and you can only use “original” coupon. Where can we get an original coupon?

    • Gabi

The case is on sale for $19.99. Limit 2 per household. Use 2 coupons, that makes 2 cases of paper for less than $20! Awesome deal. (May need a small filler item to get over $20 minimum for coupon)

      • Atraxler

yes, it would be awesome, if you could combine the coupon with the sale price

      • Guest

Coupon says one time use only.

        • Gabi

I live so close to Office Depot that I'll be making 2 trips there this week!

      • Freemn4

My coupon read “Limit 1 coupon per household or business”, so even if you can purchase 2 cases on sale for $19.99 each, I think you can only get one of those for $9.99 with the $10.00 coupon. Thanks for the posting Jenny.

    • Siasdavis

I hadn't even read this post, but when I saw the Home Depot flyer this morning, I went to the Anderson, SC store to get this deal on my own, since I recently printed the coupon from this website. The way the sign over the stack of paper looks, it's more like just a sale price. It rang up at $41.99, but the cashier said it would fix itself once he hit “total.” He kind of looked at me funny when I gave him the coupon (to be honest, I hadn't read it that closely), but he went ahead and applied it without saying a word, and it worked fine. I did have to get one small item (I got a 49 cent plastic envelope to stick coupons in) to get my total over $20, since the paper was $19.99. I don't do whatever the “worklife rewards” is to get another 10% back, but I was happy with $9.99! Anyway, this deal did work for me, so as always, I guess it depends on the store and cashier.

      • Siasdavis

Oops, of course I meant Office Depot, not Home Depot!

      • Atraxler

Yeah, that's good to know… I hate to drive 10 miles out of my way to have a deal not work… but as good as this one is and as badly as we need paper….
I was concerned, seeing the barcode on the coupon that the machine would be programmed to automatically reject it…. but if it got by for you, then I might give it a try!

    • Joyisatthebeach

      I couldn't get to this link. :(

    • cathy

I'm not finding the coupon either. When I click on 'Office Depot: 10 Reams…' on the right, it comes right back to announcement of 'Deal'.
      Please advise.

      • Atraxler

        what are you clicking on??
the link i see says -“-$10 off $20 Office Depot purchase”

        • Atraxler

when you click on that, a pdf file comes up with an image of two coupons.

          • Tammya6688

You have to click on the actual printer button on your computer screen. It does not have a “print now” or “clip” button on the page with the image of the two coupons. (Alt + F6) will work also.

    • Guest

Can we get update on this Jenny? If this is being used right or if it works right? Thanks

      • It does work. The coupon can't be used with other coupons but is valid for this item.

Some stores may require a small filler item, mine did not.

        • Guest

ok Thank you will try in the morning

    • kcreviews

Can we use a Home Depot rewards gift card to purchase the paper?

    • Kmoneca

I find that Staples will take my Office Depot coupons off my printer with no hesitation.

    • Christi Barlow

I just wanted to tell you THANKS for an awesome seminar on Thursday in Albany, GA! And that your suggestion to switch to Firefox as a web browser helped me to print this Office Depot coupon ($10 off $20 or more). With Internet Explorer it didn't work for me… Thanks again for all that you do!

    • Donna

I havent' tried it yet, but anyone who's worried about the coupon – just go to Office Depot's home page and on the right it has their facebook link…click on that. On 10/13 they posted this coupon on their facebook and you can easily click on it to print it (it's the same as the pdf here). I didn't have to even “like” them to see it, so it seems like this coupon is totally legit & should work for anyone, even though some were worried about the wording & about pdf coupons in general.

Hope that helps a little! :)

    • Julie

Jenny: I'm confused. Are you saying that the “instant savings” DOES NOT count as an “other offer or promotion” as is restricted by the coupon?

    • Ken

Just got back with my case of paper from Office Depot…. I had to spend at least 1 penny to make it work…but it did….

    • Jessica

It worked for me too! (Charlotte, Univ. Area) Thanks for posting this great deal!

      • laura

Awesome! That's the store I'm going to go to. Glad it works there.

    • rose

Can I play dumb? I have the $10 off 20 but how do you get the $22 instant savings at the register? Does it come out automaticly and you fill it out? Or is it applied to the amount?

      • laura

Instant savings is just there way of saying its on sale. It comes off at the register.

    • erin

Thank you for posting this Jenny! I just got my box of paper for $9.99! I did have to purchase something additional to make up the .01. Still a fantastic deal!

      • rose

Did it automaticly reduce total a the register?

    • Chris

we need paper but i am sorry i have clicked on everything that says get your coupon and there is NO coupon so what am i missing here?

      • laura

Its the link that says $10 off $20 Office Depot. It will bring up a pdf of two coupons. The one on the left is expired, but the one on the right is good through November. Just print out the page and cut the one coupon!

      • Dbwiseman

Have you tried using a different browser, like Mozilla Firefox? I had no problem printing mine w/IE. Just got home… got my paper! :)

    • Carriecouponer

Thanks for the heads up. Just got back from getting my paper. We were almost out so great timing!

    • Steven

it worked for the harden street office depot

    • whitemouse

I just purchased my paper. Thanks so much for posting this. I spend hundreds of dollars every year on my classroom and this just helped quite a bit.

    • Michelle

Worked for me perfectly, didn't even need a filler! Also in Charlotte, Matthews area. Thanks for this deal! I needed paper perfect timing. I am ready for a new month of printables!!

      • Coupons4cheryl10

Alright! Headed to Matthews now – Thanks! Cheryl

    • K_cmarshall

Does anyone knows when this deal ends?

    • Flo

Worked just fine in Franklin, Tennessee!

Now I have paper till 2014!!!

    • shelleyschu

Anyone in the Cobb county, GA area want to split the paper deal with me? Reply to the post and we can share.

      • Rileyandbraydensmom

hey neighbor!! i’m in paulding county and my husband teaches in cobb county!! no need for us to share per my husband will use it up, but so exciting to see someone so close on here. would love to get together and discuss deals anytime. hope to hear from you soon. i’m new to this site so i don’t know how to send you a private message, but my email is rileyandbraydensmom@yahoo.com.

    • Anna

I just tried and they would not take the coupon with the deal. They said the coupon can not be used with any other offer. : ( I told them that other Office Depots were excepting them. Then I got a blank stare. I didn't argue. So, you may want to call first if you are driving far.

      • Atraxler

just thinking maybe you could post the name of the store that wouldn't accept it, in case others on here use that store. I don't know if that's alright to do that. I know I called the store on Verdae in Greenville, SC and they said No to me, and then the store on Wade Hampton in Taylors, SC took it.

    • WOOHOO! This worked for me today in Wichita Falls, TX.

I have enough paper now to last for years for only 10 bucks!!

    • Mclinger

I had to but a pack of m&m's to put me over 20$ but other than that it worked perfectly!!!!

    • Kyl112

Thank you Jenny….more paper to print those coupons:)

    • Ashley

This deal worked in Augusta, GA! I just got home and had no problems :)

    • Terri

I just purchased my case of paper in Palm Harbor, Florida. Your blog is the best. I have told approximately 50 people about your blog. Thank you Jenny!

    • Smccrear

Worked great in Faytteville, GA. Added a candy to take me over the $20.00 and used the coupon with no problem. Thanks for all the deals.

    • Nikki

I did this deal today at the Office Depot on New Garden in Greensboro, NC. No problems whatsoever! Thanks for the deal!

    • Marilyn

Just bought mine in Dalton Ga i live in Ringgold GA bought it with no problem on the way home. Thanks Jenny for all that you do to make shopping exciting.

    • Mark

Worked in Fort Lauderdale. The cashier entered the coupon for $10 off $20 and it did not go through. I had to buy a pack of bazooka for $0.99 at the register. Great suggestion. There was plenty of paper. Hard to believe they would have any left.

    • Susan

Went of Office Depot in North Augusta, SC this morning. They would not honor the coupon with the “instant savings” sale eventhough friends of mine got paper last night with the coupon. What’s up with that?

    • Susan

North Augusta, SC Office Depot did not accept coupon this morning, eventhough it was accepted last night when my friend bought 2 cases of paper with 2 coupons.

    • dalight1

I bought a case on Monday here in Columbia, SC at the Two Notch location. No problems. Today my friend goes to get a case and the cashier tells her that the manager notified them yesterday they can't accpet that coupon for it. I don't understand why the fine print doesn't exempt it. It doesn't make sense to me. Any ideas why?…

      • Don't know, but I went this morning to the same store and they wouldn't accept it :( Really bummed… I left without buying any of the items in my cart.

    • Christie

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me this morning. I was told the coupon was double dipping & it couldn't be combined with this offer. Oh Well!

    • SandiLynn

Our Office Depot in Atlanta, GA would not accept my coupon. The cashier tried to make it work, and explained that customers were receiving the offer yesterday. The manager came over and said corporate sent an email saying the coupon was not correct and they could no longer accept it. I was so disappointed. Left the store with nothing.

    • errn2000

Didn't work in Florence, SC. The cashier said that a message popped up that said I couldn't get both (instant savings and coupon). I read the fine print on the coupon and it does say “can't be combined with any other offers or promotions”. I was disappointed and left with nothing, but its still a good deal so I'll probably go back and buy it anyway. A case of paper for $20 is still a good buy.

      • Slocklair

I just got this deal to work at the Florence store this afternoon. I guess I had a different cashier. She seemed to read it very carefully and looked as if she had to force it thru but did so without saying a word. She made me nervous but it worked! Oh, and I did purchase another item that was about 2.50. So sorry it didn't work for you, maybe you can try again.

    • My2Kids

I could not use this coupon on the paper at my Office Depot off of Two Notch Road in Columbia,SC. There was a lady in front of me that had the paper and coupon too, and they said NO, per management!

    • couponmama

Tried to do this deal today and the cashier said I couldn't use the coupon, since the paper was on sale & that made it a “promotion”. I was very surprised & asked if that meant it wouldn't work on anything on sale…kinda thought it meant just not with another coupon. She said if it was “a little” on sale it would, but this was too much of a sale to qualify. This didn't feel like a very definitive explanation…what's the exact percentage of “a little” on sale?? Just left it there. There will be other deals… Side note: Office Max also has paper on sale through their Max Perks, and their coupons work on regular, sale, or clearance merchandise. Good to know!

    • Hmcooke1282

Tried to do this in Spartanburg, SC, but cashier and department manager said “No”. I asked if all sale items were promotional items, but they couldn't give me a definite, clear answer. I and 2 other customers left with nothing. I'm very disappointed, but hope to use my coupon on something else before it expires.

    • Cmr130

I tried to use my coupon this morning in Murfreesboro, TN and was told they could not accept it. I left it sitting on the counter and left with nothing!

    • Heather

The Office Depot in North Charleston wouldn't take it.

      • Kia

The one on Rivers Ave?? I just used it today and got the deal! I paid $11 (with tax) for one box of paper!

    • Divergent7979

I am really geeking out right now. It worked!!!! I'm in Jacksonville, FL… We put in a pack of Bazooka gum for .99 and it worked!!!

      • LD

Makes sense now lol once they take off instant savings total goes to 19.99 so you need a filler for it to get to the 20.00 that the coupon is good for. lol gotta love it when Corp or the stores cant figure out why a coupon doesnt work and say things like cant be a big sale lol ….

    • Drbetsygoodman

In Nashville, TN they would not let me use the $20 coupon. I says it can't be combined with any other promotions, so the computer would not take it!

    • ShelleySchu

Office Depot coupon will not work on paper deal in Atlanta any more. Wasted 26 miles of gas to get told no. I am not going back there again for any special trips.

      • ShelleySchu

P.S. They said corporate sent out email saying not to accept this on the paper. Staples is right by my house and now has my business in the future…

    • Denise D

Just got this deal in Columbus,Ga this morning…it works! Manager helped me, said all of them would not work but she knew how to make the computer accept it and Praise God I got a deal! You do have to use a filler item so I got a box of 100 bandages for $1- something I can always use with 3 boys in the house.

Gotta give a shout out to the Columbus, Ga store— EXCELLENT Customer Service! Every employee in there that I talked with was very helpful and kind.

      Thanks for the tip Jenny!

      • gardengirl

I live near Auburn (there's one in Opelika) and drive to Columbus when I need to go to Office Depot…they are great at your store!!!! It is worth me driving 1 1/2 hours (round trip) because of how great they are and their store has a better selection of merchandise.

    • Denise D

My dad said he just tried in Newnan because I told him about this deal and he said Newnan manager would not because coupon states that it cannot be combined with any other offer/promo so he said I got the deal cause I scammed them- lol

I am all about honesty so sure hope what I did was honest- guess I should have read coupon better. Still learning how all this works- should I give the store $10 back? Need advice Jenny ;)

      • AshATL

I was also told I couldn't combine the coupon with the deal. However, the paper was still a good deal even without the coupon, and another customer who was shopping for paper but who also didn't need 10 reams split the box with me and gave me $10, so my out of pocket was about $10 and change, and I got 5 reams of paper and made someone else who was about to spend $8 on one ream happy.

    • Jody

I was to late to get the above deal but I feel like I got a good deal anyway:

I bought 2 boxes of Double A paper (5 reams in each box = 10 reams) for 13.98. I used the $10 off of $20 purchase coupon and didn't have any problems:-)
