Publix Ad & Coupon 5/18

Here are all the deals at Publix starting 5/18 or 5/19 depending on your area. This is a pretty great ad if you ask me, with several freebies and lots of coupon matchups on the B1G1’s.

In accordance with the official new Publix coupon policy I am no longer matching drugstore coupons or combining store & competitor coupons. The matchups below are proof that we can still save a ton of money without those!

So most weeks give it till 12:15 and the full list will be up with advantage buy lists.

Where do I get the great meals/great deals flyer?

      • Lana

They are available to print online.  I would google great deals on great meals to find it.  Sorry I don't have the link.

      • Amy B.

        Here's a link for you: http://greatdealsongreatmeals….

      • I even saw these Q's hanging on a peg board at my store yesterday : )

    • lanken

I am sooo bummed.  No Target or Wags competitor q's, nor $/$$.  There are no money makers with the Advantage flyers…..

I'm gonna' have to find a new place to shop.

      • Amy B.

The yoplus yogurt and sundown vitamins are both moneymakers. The policies have been like this in my area forever and I still haven't found a better place to shop than Publix!

      • Skdoss76

Given the current economy, it looks like retailers are tightening their belts, too.  They also have to stay in business.  I think it's going to be pretty hard to find freebies & money makers until the economy starts turning around.  But, there are still good deals to be had, just not as good as some are used to.  I still think Publix is the most coupon-friendly place in my area!

      • kk

you're going to find a new place to shop b/c you can't make a profit at publix?? good luck w/ that!

    • Marysc1000

None of the printable links for Yo-Plus or Fiber One manufacturer coupons worked for me… darn!

    • Mmleininger

Does anyone no where to find the Publix version of the P&G flyer???

      • Yelik01

I found it in front of the health and beauty section. A page of coupons were just hanging there.

    • Lorri

The new Green flyer has a store coupon for $2 off Hawaiian Tropic.  Pair that with the $2 off manu in SS 4/10 and that's $4 off.  My Publix had Hawaiian Tropic for as low as $7.99.  Brings it down to $3.99 for sunscreen.  I'm still kind of new at couponing, but that seems like a pretty good deal to me!

    • Allybethany

The $0.40/1 coupon for Wish Bone, is out of prints. Has been for a week or so.

      • allybethany

also no prints for the ronzoni quick cook. =( They all go soooo fast!

    • Ctcjsbag5

Not a good ad to me!  Kroger changed it's policy now Publix…where to shop now?

    • Heidi

The Wish Bone .40/1 coupon and the Juicy Juice Facebook coupon are expired.

    • Barb P

Jenny, the cashier gave me a copy of the new Publix coupon policy yesterday along with competitors coupons it will take.  They have actually ADDED TARGET to the list at my store.  I hope you will reconsider and add the Target coupons to your listing. Even if they will only take one per item it will save us a lot
THANKS for all your hard work … you save us a lot of time and effort.

      • Hey there,

Target coupons are still matched above.  It's just CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid that aren't.

        • Queuepawn

Thanks for keeping Target.  It IS a competitor in my town with few other major grocery stores (we only have Winn DIxie, Food World, and Publix).  My Publix is still accepting Target coupons.

          • Mandy

I'm just curious, will you also be continuing to include Winn Dixie in your coupon match ups and would there ever be a way for you to include Albertson's coupons?  My store is counting, Target, Albertson's and Winn Dixie as competitors.  Thanks so much for all your hard work to make our lives easier! :)

    • GA Girl

Something seems to be wrong today.  I have tried repeatedly to pring a shopping list and cannot do so.  I have never had this problem before.  Is something wrong with the website today?

    • Rainey993

We got a EBT card because of the Tornadoes in Alabama. I was told that there is no reason to us coupon's with this. That in the end I would have to pay the taxes on the coupon's. Does anyone have any advice.

      • Shon

Use your coupons, regardless if you have to pay tax, they'll simply charge it to the card.

      • Jennifer

We are on EBT (in SC) and I have never heard this.  There also was no place on our last tax return that mentioned anything like this.  I seriously doubt you would “make” enough money off of coupons for them to make a difference in your income.

      • Mogirl

Yes, some stores make you pay the sales tax on the food items purchased in store.  You don't file this on your taxes.  I know for sure that Food Lion does this…I have never had this experience with Publix.

      • i use EBT in ga, and at times, depending on the amount of coupons, i might have to pay a few cents. even when i've used $30 or $40 in coupons, i've never paid more than a dollar in tax. usually it's just a few cents. so use your coupons!

i have had trouble sometimes when i have coupons for non-ebt items, and i do it all in one transaction. the coupons for the non-ebt items comes off of the food total first, rather than the non-ebt total. so if you have coups for non-ebt stuff, split it into 2 transactions.

        • Melissa

I use EBT in Georgia and I always ask for the Manager to reverse out the tax and they do.

      • SecretCouponer

I had EBT in college in TN.  We had to pay for tax on coupons.  In TN the tax was at the time like 9.5 for everything including food.  Computers (at Wal-mart) ONLY store in town literally would see the coupon as a taxable item.  Example if you had $100 in groceries.  You would pay $9.50 for tax.  If it all went on the EBT card.  You would walk out paying nothing.  However, if you used $100 in coupons (unlikely for me, but, bad at math).  You would have to pay $9.50 of your own money and “save” $100 on your EBT for later.  But, taking 25 hours for both my husband and I 2 semesters and 2 kids 2 and under.  Left us with about $30 of “unused” money a month.  That $9.50 was more money then we could spare.  Not sure if the rules have changed in the last 5 years.  Do a trial run to find out.

      • Kb

what's EBT? I know, dumb question.

        • mrsmadayar

          food stamps. Electronic Benefit Transfer

      • I currently use EBT b/c my husband is on dialysis and has ESRD. I do have a slight issue with coupons and my EBT card together. There are two different issues.

First issue, is DO NOT buy non food items at the same time. For example, if I buy cleaning products and use coupons for them, the coupons come off my total as food, and you end up paying full price not the after coupon price for the cleaning product. I've learned to seperate my transactions and coupons into two transactions to avoid this issue (my first few times couponing, I couldn't figure out why I was paying like 20 in cash when my cleaning products were supposed to be next to free!)

Second issue, is to learn to ask for them to put a certain amount on the EBT card and pay the rest in cash. It usually is only a 1.00 or 2.00. I usually try to keep it around 3.00 to avoid declining. My cashiers know me and our situation so it is not uncomfortable for me, but it can be disconcerting to get declined regardless. For example, last week I had a subtotal around 70$ but after coupons it was 16.56$. My EBT card would decline if I ran it for the 16.56. So, I had them run it for 15.00 on EBT and I paid 1.56 in cash. It must be the tax on the coupons thing…Not really sure what it is. But, regardless I don't get very much in EBT and coupons help me feed my family of 5 on it till I finish school and am able to work full time and hubby gets a transplant. Also, just a FYI, the total will usually be off on the screen with your EBT…Like if your total after savings/coupons is 16.56, it will show up as 17.84 or something similar, but if you check your receipt, it takes the correct amount off,  not the higher amount. Not sure why. LOL

I hope this helps you…I'm in Lexington, SC by the way. Also, Publix is the only store I've had this happen to me at as far as having to ask them to only charge the certain amount to the card. Bilo never declines and neither does Walmart. Not sure why on that either. :)

    • Sharon

Does anyone know if the Publix stores in Alabama are now changing the BOGO items to actually be BOGO items like Florida does ? Last time I went there the cashier told me they were working on changing it to match FL stores

      • Danyeln

There are a few stores here in AL that are linked to FL stores by district and do the true B1G1.  I believe Dothan is one of them.  Montgomery was still doing 1/2 price B1G1 as of Sunday.

    • Jewel74

I'm in AL, & as far as I know the BOGO's are staying the same.  One of my store is limiting their BOGO's to 4 items total, so 2 deals.  No big deal to me.  If I need more than that, I'll go back again.  Everything else is pretty much the same here though.  Our publix here have never taken Target Q's, so no big deal there. :)

    • I have a question about the Q for Slim-Fast.  The site it's on only shows me 3 Q's for something completely different, even after I sign up.  The same site was linked on another Q yesterday (sorry, can't remember which one) and that particular Q wasn't offered to me either.  Anyone know what the deal is here?  I'd really like to get some Slim-Fast Q's! Thanks!

    • Shoot yeah!  Stretch that money out as far as you can sweetie!  I don't see how or why you'd pay any tax since tax comes off EBT stuff food anyway.  Maybe they were talking about non-food stuff…idk.  Either way, you'd still come out better using your Q's : )

    • Kp

      Where's the Public P&G flyer?

      • FreedomSpradley1

I picked up one in the store (near pharmacy/cosmetics area) a couple weeks ago.

    • Target was taken away from my list of competitors because it's out of their 5 mile radius rule.  Guess I'll have to find a Publix closer to Target if I get any good store Q's : )

      • Mandy

How did you find out about the 5 mile radius rule?  I'm curious because there are Save-A-Lot and a Whole Foods grocery stores within 5 miles of my local Publix and I'd love it if I could try to convince my store to accept these as competitors again!  Can you let me know?  Thanks! :)

        • Pennydealchick

Just ask the store manager…they know who they are going to accept…that is what I did because I have two publix in my area and each take different ones due to what is close by them…so I go to one if I am using Winn Dixie and the other if I need to use Food Lion..hope this helps

        • Capecoralodea2

Mine takes save a lot and it is 20 min away.

        • Allison

You just have ask the cashiers/managers at your store.  When I asked mine if they accepted competitor coupons they told me yes as long as it is a GROCERY (for us that means not Target) store and within 5 miles.

      • Ami Gray

The publix I go to is right across the street from target and they have NEVER accepted target coupons.

    • Lexington South Carolina

Yoplait Yo Plus is not shown in my Advantage flyer, and was not priced at $1.50 in my
Are the flyers different by area?

    • Isabelle

The Publix Coupon Policy states, “We will accept a manufacture's coupon and either a Publix or a competitor coupon on the same item.  Each store identifies its own competitors.

Jenny could you kindly list all competitors coupons and we can use the one our store identifies as a competitor?  Thank you for all your hard work.

      • Megan

I gotta think that’d be a ton of work on top of all the work she already does for us.

    • Queuepawn

Lots of people seemed bummed about Publix changing their policy.  They do NOT get reimbursed for competitor coupons, so they are not obligated to take them.  (They aren't even obligated to take MQ's, but it obviously is to their advantage to do that, so as long as you're using them properly, they WILL always take those.)  For those of you looking for a new place to shop, I challenge you to try every other store in your town, and you'll probably still go back to Publix.  I may have to pay a little more now, but I know that no other store in my town can match Publix's sale prices.  (I don't have as many options as some of you.  I only have Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Winn Dixie, Food World, Target, and Walmart.)  Shop around; maybe you'll find a new store that will save you more, but I doubt it.

    • Amy

A question – for the Wishbone dressing, can you use 2 of the $1.00 off store coupons?

      • Shannon

I would like to know too!!! does their policy only allow one now with bogo's!!

        • Carrie

I work at Publix in Florida and yes, you can still use 2 coupons with the BOGO's. Each item is considered a separate transaction.

        • Mamaberry

The policy states that they BOGO deals are treated as 2 items.  It also states that you are allowed one store and one mfg q per item.  And it specifically states that you are allowed to use the for EACH item, even in the BOGO sales.  So, yes, you can still use one mfg and one store for each of the items in the BOGO sale.  Happy couponing :)

          • Shannon

            Thank you Mamaberrry and Carrie!!

      • Bobbie

Yes, if you get 2 dressing you can use 2 store coupons and 2 manuf. coupons. HTH

Yes, if you get 2 dressing you can use 2 store coupons and 2 manuf. coupons. HTH

      • Amy

The coupon states limit one deal per coupon so I wasn't sure.  Thanks.

    • Hsabo

Is there a link for the rug doctor printable coupon?

      • Andrea

You can go to rugdoctor.com and get a printable there.

      • Rille

Two Rug Doctor coupons printed together, one for the $5 off rental , one for $3 off cleaning solution , both state,” cannot be used with any other coupon” !  I can see my Publix denying me the use together of the Publix Advantage flyer $10 coupon for the rental AND the $5 printed manufacturer’s coupon for the rental ! Not to mention the $3 coupon off the cleaning solution ! Last week they didn’t want to take a store coupon (Publix) and a manufacturer’s coupon on Hellman’s mayo and Wishbone .PS: the coupons printed from the link Jenny gave in the ad , you have to enter your email address but the coupons do not come by email , they just print up .

Don't have that hunt's coupon in my April All You.  Wonder why? I get a subscription…

      • Bradyfigueroa

Sometimes coupons are only in the news stand edition…..which is a real bummer!

      • Danyeln

The news stand editions sometimes have extra little stapled in booklets.  ConAgra does this a lot.

    • Amy

I have a $5/$55 Winn Dixie coupon that I would like to trade.  It is listed in the Community.  If anyone is interested, please reply there.  Thanks!

    • Bobbie

How do you get  to the Peter Pan peanut butter printable? I can only find the end child hunger enter codes page. Do you have to enter codes to get to the coupons?

    • Bobbie

      • Ilovewdw

yes you need to enter a code I used 63823897

        • Meges01

I keep seeing this code every where, but it is not a valid code.

          • Sandra

That is because the code is  63829897  just printed (4) .50 q's

    • Sheila

To get the deals at Publix…Do you have to have some sort of Publix shopper's card kind of like the MVP card at Food Lion? If so, do you apply for it at the store? I looked on their web cite and didn't find anything about it. I have never shopped at Publix before. Thanks:)

      • Megan

Publix doesnt have a loyalty program like Winn-Dixie does. The sale price and BOGOs just come off automatically for everyone :)

      • mrsmadayar

They don't have a card required to get the specials, but they do have a Upromise card you have to scan at checkout if you want those benefits.

      • missyajg

No, you don’t have to have the publix card to get the lower prices.  Love that about publix.  You can get one though – my car gives a % of my purchase to a local school of my choosing and you can use it for Upromise coupons.

    • Kjohnston6

My ad shows Kashi Cereal 2.99 (Greenwise section inside cover). Makes it .99 with $2 recyclebank coupon.  Also there was a $1store coupon for sun chips in the recent greenwise publix magazine

    • Courtneyjoella

Can you still please do the competitor store coupon match ups? Some of our stores are still taking them. I greatly appreciate it as I am a full-time working mom in graduate school and any second saved is savored – time seems to be even more precious than money (but it is a VERY close second). ;)

      • Val

She did. I see Target and Food Lion on here.

    • mrsmadayar

they're still on there. They're marked by a blue S just like the Publix coupons. If you read to the end of the coupon you'll see what store they come from.

Does anyone  know if there is a way to delete posts on here? It's totally bugging me that my previous post didn't publish correctly.

    • Ashley

I know its a little late, but where was the ConAgra Rediscover Family home mailer found?

      Thank you!

      • Danyeln

It was a coupn booklet rebate.  You spent so much on Con Agra products, sent in receipts and they mailed you a  coupon booklet.  Back in March I think.

    • Gettobobs

Will all of you who are asking Jenny to keep on posting competitor coupons that she said she is NOT doing anymore please stop! She obviously is going by a policy that a majority of stores are going by and if your store happens to be a store that takes a coupon that she is no longer matching up….OH WELL! Jenny has a family as well and it is STUPID for you to ask her to do unnecessary work just because “your” store still takes something.  Btw– YOU DO NOT PAY to use this website…it is free, so please- give Jenny a break! Geesh!

      • Careycouponer

This site is a business… it's how Jenny makes her money. While I would take issue with anybody getting hostile, making a customer service request is not a bad thing!  There's no need to get cranked up on her behalf any more than you would if somebody asked McDonald's to start carrying tater tots.  They can say no, but there's no harm in asking!

        • Megan

I didn’t know we were paying for this site now?

      • foximoxie

You do realize that Jenny earns money from this website right? I believe I can speak for everyone when I say that we are all very thankful to her and her staff for their hard work and dedication but we’re not drones and we have the right to make suggestions and/or all out ask for something that we believe will provide everyone a better experience. If Jenny chooses to do things differently no matter what we suggest that’s her prerogative, but you can’t ask people not to have opinions and offer ideas man.

Does anyone know how to register for the free little swimmers?  I am signed in on the Huggies site and I can't find anything.  Thanks!!

      • kk

I couldn't find it; I saw on this week's rite aid post that most other people couldn't find it either

    • Leahcdion

Hello, I'm curious why you would not post match ups with Target since many of our Publix still accept these coupons. Thank you for your great website!

      • Val

She did (see Kleenex, bounty, dove, etc)

    • julie mars

Still can't access e-centives to print finish dishwasher detergent coupons…..is anyone else having this problem?  This has been going on since April……

      • Serattcoupons

        I just got a new computer.  I'm using Windows 7 x64 and IE 8.  I can't print them either.

      • Anonymous

I can’t print e-centives using Chrome, I always have to switch to IE, if that helps.

    • I found a tear pad at Piggly Wiggly yesterday for the Oceanspray Sparkling Cranberry Juice 4-packs.  It is $1/1 and expires 2/28/2012.  I picked up a couple because I knew there would be a sale before then & this very week it will make the 4-packs $.99 each!

    • swaltz1

Need help?…. I have $1 off one weber seasoning — can I use two AND a $1 off meat (if I buy the meat too)

      • Valeriecurry

Yes.  I have used several of them with no problem.

    • What is the meat coupon that you are talking about?  I don't see it listed above.

    • Spraymom

Im in Chattanooga Tn….anyone know if you can use more then one yellow or green advantage store coupon at a time….it almost sounds like maybe only one can be used….I usually have 2 or 3 flyer deals because I buy grocerys for my mother too..

      • Brooke

I used more than 1 (sorry i dont remember if it was 2 or 3) of the yellow ad coupons for yogurt the other day at the Pubix by Hurricane Creek, i just told the cashier how many i wanted to use and she had no issue with it.

        • Pam

I did the same thing at Hurricane Creek just yesterday.  My cashier said I could use 2 of the yogurt q's then, but as of May 23, it would be fully enforced….only 1 coupon would be allowed per transaction. She also said they had the right to limit how many transactions one person could do.  It sounds like they are definitely toughening up their coupon policy.many transactions one person could do.  It sounds like they are definitely toughening up their coupon policy.

      • I believe that Jenny is how Jenny is interpreting the new policy.  That is the feeling that I got from reading the list of rules too.

      • I also used to do my mother's grocery shopping too and when I ran into problems, like with the penny item when I went on Wednesdays, I just talked to customer service and let them know that I was shopping for my mom too and they always let me ring up separately and treated my second transaction as if it was being purchased by a different person so I would use whatever I needed to.  I see that as different from using two coupons yourself.  I have always found the customer service exceptionally helpful.  Just talk to your store.  :-)

      • Leather Man

You can use one per item,  Unless it states you can only use one per purchase.  Then You would have to ring them up in two different transactions.

      • Kelly

I live in Chattanooga, and I just got off the phone with the manager at the Creek Plantation Publix (this is the one in Hixson). Here is the official word: they will still take one man. Q and one EITHER store OR competitor Q per item. They will take competitor Q's from Bi-Lo, Food Lion, and Target ONLY. There is NO LIMIT on how many advantage flyer coupons you can use as long as you use them correctly (i.e. have the actual amount of coupons per items that you have). They will still take $ off total coupons from Publix and from competitors (Bi-lo, Food Lion, Target), but will not take anything with a stipulation on it such as “when you use your MVP card” since Publix does not have MVP cards. They will be following the instructions on the coupon. Pretty much no changes here, except the competitors list. Yea!!

        • Kdc7703

my publix in villa rica ga. did stop taking walgreens and target. all they take now is kroger.

      • Guest

the hurricane creak assistant manager was my cashier last time I was in and he said he’d take multiple Publix coupons, just not multiple competitor coupons.

    • Knl

I'm still new to this so I need a little help. Sunchips are $3. I have a $2/2 coupon from the Pepsico ad. If I were to buy 2 bags could I use the $2/2 and the Sierra Mist coupons (Free Sierra Mist wyb Sunchips or Lay's Kettle Cooked Chips). I was wondering if the Sierra Mist coupon would be counted as a Sierra Mist coupon so I could use it. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.

      • Yes, you can use all of those coupons.  You are right that the free Sierra Mist wyb Sunchips attaches to the Sierra Mist and not the Sunchips.  Now, if it read $2 off when you buy Sunchips and Sierra Mist, rather than $2 off when you buy two Sunchips, then you would not be able to use all of the coupons together.

        • Knl

Thanks so much. It's all still a little confusing but that really helped

If you look at your Publix ad on the right hand side it is under “additional ads” click on the flier with the expiration date of June 1

      • Whatever

It's on the rack in the store.

    • Couponcaitlin22

anyone know if you can use the publix $6 off 2 sundown vitamins and TWO $1 MF coupons? So 3 coupons together, but one MF on each item and one publix on both? thanks!

      • Val

        Yes, you can.

      • Lana

        You can do that.

      • Monica Maxwell

        I did it yesterday!

      • Leather Man

Yes You should be able to do that with no problem.

      • Wooburne1

I did and it help pay for my other groceries

    • Tina

Read the fine print on the Publix coupons, they are starting to add “cannot be used with any other coupon”.  I ran into with dog food, couldn't use my MF coupon with the Publix coupon….:(

    • Sheikhkiran

      hi dears

Can someone tell me how to access coupons on the Lysol, Kelloggs, & French's websites?  I've tried IE, Chrome, Mozilla, & Safari, but still cannot access the coupons.

      • Betsy

This is just a thought. I had an expired copy of Norton Anti-virus that was messing up a lot of things on my computer including my inability to print coupons. I uninstalled it and voila!! No more problems. So, you might want to look at your virus protection. HTH

        • Alisha

          Thanks! I'll check that.

    • srqchic

“I am no longer matching drugstore coupons or combining store & competitor coupons.”  I thought that the stores had an option?  My Atlanta Publix's new policy is that they still accept Target, Walgreens and Kroger.  They also allow store and competitor.

      • Amanda

Most stores wont allow you now to use a Publix and competitor (Ex: Target) for the same item. Stores in my area (Birmingham) never have, so no change for me!

        • Carla C

They let us do it in Helena, AL for a while but stopped some time last year.  I still save a bundle though!!  Does Target allow a Target Q and Man. Q on one item?

          • kristen

Yes, you can use a target q and mf q on the same item at target… i have gotten some good deals there! (I'm in Atlanta)

      • cg in atl

Which Publix do you go to that accepts Walgreens? Thanks.

        • srqchic

          East Cobb on Johnson Ferry

    • Jessmender

My Texas Toast coupons are always $.55/1.  I sure wish they would make them $.50/1 or even $.40/1.  What's the point of a a $.55/1 q, ya know? (I am in an area where Publix doubles).

      • mjw3i

This past weekend (I can't remember if it was RP or SS), but I had a .50/1 coupons! I am in the Nashville area though.

      • Anonymous

Bi-Lo doubles up to .55 in our area so they can be useful depending on where you are.

    • Kennedyfamily05

The Kraft dressing is now .99 cents price lock at Bilo and they DO except the .55 off coupon (even though it's supposed to be for a larger size)…. so this isn't that great of a deal. Head to Bilo for it and they pay you .11 cents to buy it !!!

      • guest

Using a coupon for a smaller size than is required is fraud.

      • just b/c they take it doesnt make it right! :)

    • Jmedina3577

Anyone having trouble getting chinet coupon.  Can I not get it because I registered a while ago?

      • Bamagirl43

Did you get the e-mail with the link to the print?

    • Bamagirl43

Got a question.  I have a “$1 off any meat with the purchase of 2 Weber products”. Can I buy the Ball Park hotdogs with a Ballpark coupon and also use this coupon from Weber on the same pack of hotdogs?

      • Megan

If your ballpark coupon and weber coupons are both manufacturer coupons then no :/

      • Ann

I would think yes.  Because weber is reimbursing for the $1 off the “meat” and ball park franks is reimbursing for the hotdogs.

      • VanessaCook

This is a YMMV issue…My store will allow it, but one a few miles down the road will not:/

      • Donna

The coupon you are using would be towards the meat, which would be the hot dogs.

    • Susanmaharaj2949

I haven’t scrolled down to see if any one posted this yet but if you go to  http://www.armandhammer.com/Resources/SavingsCenter.aspx you can print a coupon for the Arm and hammer toothpaste for $1 off

    • is there a particular coupon order you have to hand in for the cashiers? like store first then manu? i'm new to using coupon stacking at publix thanks

      • Carissa

The cashiers at my store prefer to have all the competitors coupons together first and then all of the manu together.

    • and say if you have 3 of the same item and wanted to use a $1 store coupon. will they automatically take off $3 for all the items or do you have to give them 3 individual coupons? i want to take advantage of some of the free items this week and i have extra coupons for those products so i would like to get mutliples

      • According to their official policy they will take one store coupon and one manufacturers coupon. At our Publix we have to hand them a separate store coupon per item.

      • Fromkhadija

You will need to have 3 coupons.  The only place that I know of that does that is Walgreens, and it's only with their own coupon book coupon. :)

        • Fromkhadija

I'm sorry, you were asking about STORE coupons.  I think they'll only let you use one of those at a time.  Sorry for the confusion.

      • Bamagirl43

I believe you have to use 3 individual coupons.  I also think that when the new policy becomes effective, you won't be able to use more than one YAF or GAF of the same coupon per purchase.

    • Kdt5512

anybody know what zip code to use for the whiskas coupon?

      • Ed In Charleston

I used 29418 for the whiskas coupon.

        • Kdt5512

          got it – thanks

      • Mmwest25

You can also find it on the Whiskas website.

Does anyone know yet which competitor coupons the Publix in Goose Creek, SC will accept? Thanks!

      • Mel

Bilo, Food Lion.Harris Teeter, and Piggly Wiggly. I  might be missing one but I can't find the flyer they were handing out.

        • KAW

          Whole Foods…

      • Khabbick

        food lion
        harris teeter
        Whole foods market

Got this info from the flyer that they r handing to us couponers. I have never had a problem with the St. James store.  Love them.  Very coupon friendly.

        • KAW

which totally stinks….bilo, PW, and Ht don't put out store coupons, so it really doesn't matter that they consider them competitors….wish they would still take Target.  Gas costs too much to run to three different stores, but I guess I will have to start doing that….

    • Dd62873

Where do you get the Green and Yellow flyers at?

      • Kdt5512

on the spinny rack at the front of the store

      • Bamagirl43

At the front of the store with the weekly ad.

      • Kelly

Some stores keep them behind the customer service desk.

      • savin4morefamily

Ours our keeping them all behind the customer service desk now.  I heard her explaining to one customer that they set all of one type out and some woman came along and took the whole stack.  Ridiculous! I mean, I'll take 2 or 3, but not 20-25 booklets! Sheesh.

        • Djksims

So annoying and frustrating! Most of us just want enough to support our family. We are not looking to clean the shelves, resell at the flea market, or sell coupons on Ebay. People like that give the rest of us a bad name. I, for one, am thankful to see the coupons behind the counter and to see limits on some items.  Gives the rest of us a chance!

    • Emmayun2

Does anyone know if you can use the $5 off of $50 purchase or the $5 off a $10 meat purchase that are distrubted by Bi-Lo?  I get it in the mail but was not sure if you can use it at publix.  I see that other people use the Sweetbay and Winn Dixie ones so I was not sure.  Thanks!

      • Kelly

        Yes,  I used them today.

      • Lisjanes

If they are a competitor for your store yes.  One publix $$ off coupon and one competitor $$ of coupon per transaction as long as you meet the amount requirement.

        • MFamilyMom

Not with the new coupon policy — only ONE STORE coupon and ONE manufacturer coupon per item…whether it's a Publix Q or a competitor Q–they are both store q's.

          • MFamilyMom

Shopped at my regular store last  night and the assist. mgr who helped me check out reminded me even though it didn't apply to anything I was using at the time.

          • foximoxie

But @192ead6af790506ee4eb575c96a6bfa9:disqus  was talking about dollars-off-total-order coupons. These type of coupons have nothing to do with regular manf and store coupons.  And you can use one publix and one competitor coupon of this type on your whole order as long as you purchase the required total of BOTH coupons.

For example if you have a Pubix store coupon for $5 off your purchase of $30 and a Bi-Lo coupon for $5 off your purchase of $50 then your whole order total much be AT LEAST $80 for you to get the $10 savings.

Thanks!

      • Danielle

They should accept it if its considered a competitor (within shopping distance), but only one per purchase (so you can't use one from Food Lion and one from BiLo)  Hope that helps!

      • Rachael

Every store has a list of what competitor coupons they will accept. Call the stores before you go. Within 15 minutes of me I have 3 Publix stores and each one of them has a different competitor list. They have it listed outside the store and also have a flier at customer service and at all the registers with the new coupon policy.

Where I am SW Florida Shopping Distance is defined as 5 miles.

Thanks!

      • Anonymous

Check with your store and ask if Bi-Lo is a competitor.  If they are, the new policy sounds like you could use it.  I was just never aware of those before.

    • Ames

Under the CoverGirl sale -What and/or what is the Publix P&G flyer? and if I can still get it where?  Thanks! This one has me stumped!

      • Danyeln

It is a single page flyer with no real title.  Just 12 or so P&G health and beauty coupons.  I found them on a shelf near the pharmacy.  HTH.

      • kim

It was an extra insert with the regular P & G insert in the newspaper on 05/01

    • Kleirer1

Should I go for the Kraft barbeque sauce that is $0.17 or wait because it will end up free?

      • kristen

17 cents is basically free, silly!

    • Tiffany

If the sales start on the 18th how do you use the Great Deals on Great Meals flyers coupons which expire today (17th)?  I wanted to use the $1.00 off Wishbone dressing coupon which would make it .36 after the sale…

      • Nicole

The link I used from this ad 5/9 – 5/29

      • Michelle

There is a $1 off printable that doesn't expire until the 29th.

      • MFamilyMom

Some regions start their sales cycle on Wednesdays

    • Bbnurse23

Where is the $1 off dentastix coupon in the Green booklet?? The link just goes to the Publix site. HELP!

      • Bamagirl43

There is one in the Who Loves You  Pet Booklet. If you don’t have, pull up your current weekly ad on the publix.com site.  You will see a tab for coupons beside the ad.

      • jmomof3

It's in the “Who Loves You?” Pet booklet. It's white, grey, and green. A small booklet founf in the store.

      • Sullifam5

There's also printable coupons in the online ad.  There are 2 “Who Loves You” books pictured to the right of the ad.  It's the bottom one.

    • Jenney

The wishbone store coupon says limit one deal per coupon, but no per customer. Does that mean I can use more than one?

      • Carissa

My store doesn't abide by that wording but it would probably depend on your store. Also, the same coupons were all separate on a display, have later expiration datesa and don't have that wording.

    • Jody

For the first time in forever, I'm not excited about shopping at Publix since the policy change!!!

      • jmomof3

you still have a week to use the “old” competitor coupons :)

      • what policy change?

      • Anonymous

The stores in my area didn’t really change much of anything. They just reinforced the rules already in place. I’m not sure what kind of drastic changes happened in your area that would make you stop shopping at Publix but I haven’t heard of another store with a better coupon policy. Good Luck! :)

    • Ylanda09

I had bought the vitamins with the store coupons and 1 off manufactor coupons last week for over $25 before coupon to get the $10 off for $50 gas card. Becasue the self check out mashine can not pass through, they have to asked the manager to overide it. It happend for another time when I tried to bought the same products. Both times, the manager asked me to spend $25 after coupons to get the $10 off for $50 gas card. The first time, I got the gas card spending $25 before coupons, but the 2nd time, I have to bought more stuff over $25 after coupons to get the discount gas card.

Is this true for anybody else?

Later, for the 3rd time ( different day)  when I trie to buy other stuff over $36, before I passed the coupons to the agent (total about $3 off coupon), the store manager came and said that I abused the coupons and refuse me to buy anything in the Emory Common Publix.

His excuse is that I used too many coupons before. He said that the self check out machine can pass A coupon for B product and even can accept like 10 coupons for one product. Is that true? That is really rediculous.

He refused me to check out for my groceries. I am so shock about he excuse. I did used coupons a lot of time but never abuse it. I did get free or very low price products with coupons but never use A coupon for B product. I even don't know the mashine can accept this.

Now I am preparing some documents to sue the store manager.

Is anyone know about the tirck for the self-check out machine? Dose it really so stupid to accept even to “10 coupons” for my products?

The store in located in Decatur, I totally met the store manager for 3 times. His name is  John Saneda

      • savin4morefamily

It should be $25 before coupons – I had $25 before coupons and got the gas card.  I don't recall what my total was after coupons, but I do think it was less than $25 not counting the gas card.

      • ChrisCats47

Before gathering any documents to sue, why not speak to the district manager?  Will be much cheaper! Phone the corporate office to find out the district manager's name

      • Sharrona

The store also has the right to refuse service to anyone, dont waste your time or money, the new coupon policy also states one coupon per customer, so make sure your I's are dotted and T's are crossed before you fork out more time and money

      • Reneern

You may also want to use “spell check” on your computer before sending email or printed documents. The manager was in the wrong and I would call corporate first.

    • Beth Everson

Not sure if this was brought up, or if I'm just a little confused. In the fine print of the Moments to Save coupons, for the $1 off any Tostitos Tortilla Chips or any dip, it says “LIMIT ONE COUPON PER CUSTOMER” Can someone please explain this? Can I buy 4 jars of salsa and use (4) $1/1, or does it mean I can only use 1 coupon?

      • Carissa

I've found that it depends on your store. Going by the wording, it would mean you could only use 1 coupon. You could split it up and use them over a few trips to the store but I'd just ask at the customer service desk before you start shopping. My store is pretty lenient on the wording on Publix coupons.

      • Cm-mollie

My store does limit it to one per customer for a lot of the coupons, but other stores seem to be a lot more lax.  It also really depends on the cashier.

    • Disneymom

where on the conagra website is the peter pan coupon?

    • Susan Cales

If the green advantage coupon says ” One deal per coupon per customer” I'm wondering, I can't use 7 different green advantage coupons and get 7 of the items? Even though they have a separate coupon for each item? I apologize if it looks like a dumb question, but sometimes the wording trips me up.

      • savin4morefamily

You'll at least have to do separate transactions.  I had multiples for the Right Guard bodywash recently and had to ring each one up as a separate transaction to use them all.

        • Kristin

I did multiples of shampoo recently and did not have to do separate transactions.  I'm in the Atlanta area.  I checked with customer service first so it wasn't cashier error.

          • jaxmom

I've used 2 green flyer coupons at the same time with no problem.

      • kristen

It's being debated… someone on here emailed corporate and they didn't give a response one way or the other… it's up to your store

      • Chris

Each store has the right to limit quantities so they have enough to go around so ask first at the service desk.

      • Susan Cales

Thankyou very much all for the response! The vitamins are just such a good deal that I don't want to pass them up, especially when I have family with immune problems that require them. You've all helped a lot!

    • Danyeln

If you are a Kraft First Taste Member you may have recently received a packet of coupons for the Breakstone's Cottage Cheese Doubles. Check your stash.

    • Pfph5

Sure wish you could still include the Target deals.  Our Publix has Target as a competitor.

      • Peggy

She did include Target coupons.  See Cottonelle and lots of others, too.

      • Sandy

Why do people keep saying this?? And 3 people liked this comment? Are there 4+ people out there that aren't able to see the Target coupon matchups??? She did!!!!!!!!!!!! If you found another coupon that wasn't listed just share it.

        • Spraymom

We were just going by what she said at the top about not combining the manu and comp coupons anymore…..Usually there are alot of Target on here and they just stand out…..Unless you were buying the Cottonelle, which I wasn't, it would be easily overlooked….we are just used to seeing Target all over the ad usually. So sorry for overlooking it……

          • Legs

Here's the deal w/Target coupons…it depends where you live whether Publix honors them or not.  I live 10 mile from 3 Publix (each) and only 1 of them considers Target a competitor. That Publix accepts Targets coupons. Jenny said she didn't “add” or combine them bc not every Publix accepts them.  Hope this helps. When I went to Publix last weekend they gave me a card that stated their new policy & on the back wee the comp. store coupons that they take…

          • Val

She said she is no longer including drugstore qs or COMBINING Publix store & competitor coupons (in her totals), because they will only accept one or the other. Not that she wasn't including any competitors coupons. I can understand the confusion.

      • Spraymom

Mine does too in Chattanooga Tn…

    • Sandra

The Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom cleaner was not $2.50 at the Covington,GA store.  It was $3.29.

    • Ljisaok

is that a good deal on the domino sugar with the $0.50 coupon?

      • Marina115

I've seen them on sale for 2 for $5 and then the coupon on top makes for a better deal. But if you really need sugar then it's better than paying full price.

    • Cjgrubbs

is it just me?  I can't find the Peter pan Q when I click on the link.

    • Jbagta

How do you get the Peter Pan peanut butter coupon?  When I go to the site it says to put in the 8-digit purchase code.  Am I missing something?

      • You need to buy Peter Pan peanut butter. On the top of the jar, you'll see a sticker with your purchase code inside. When you enter the purchase code into the printable link, it will bring up coupons for you to print.

      • Rille

Code is on the back of certain products that are part of the Fight Childhood Hunger Campaign. Banquet dinners , Peter Pan and I think Beefaroni are some of the products that have codes . Buy the product , enter the code on that item and you get your choice of a coupon for cents off one product . Elsewhere in these comments people have posted codes , doesn't sound very ethical to me , the idea is to raise money for a good cause ,  besides would a code that's already been used work again ? Or you find a code , but don't buy the product , you get your coupon and the person who comes along right after you and does buy that very same dinner , jar ,that you got the code from , is denied a coupon because the code has already been used.

    • Rgnurse911

I found a coupon for the Dole Fruit in Gel for 50cents/2 in the SS 5/15.

      • Gotpaypal

it is del monte listed in the ad :(

    • emj

Where does the “Save Over $25 Beautiful Bucks” coupon booklet come from?

      • Thesmithsofop

That was a Target coupon booklet you had to request some time ago.

    • Twinmomaaa

What is the Moments to Save Insert?

      • Thesmithsofop

It was a PepsiCo insert that came with the Sunday paper recently.

    • Lbtbrooke3

How do you know that the coke products are buy 3 get one free? My publix ad does not say that, is there a coupon for that somewhere or is it regional?

      • Our weekly ad states that they are buy 3, get 1 free. It might be a regional deal, but I would check it out when you head in for your shopping trip.

        • Lbtbrooke3

          Thank you!

      • Thesmithsofop

Must be regional. We just got our Publix ad this morning and Coke 12 packs are B2G2 free at $4.99 each.

        • Lbtbrooke3

        • Tigress1321

@ @007aed8420ad65b17b34beb22740a094:disqus where do you live that the coke will be that price?

    • MamaZim

Was anyone able to print the “free huggies little swimmer” coupon? Mine printed as a giant savings of $1 off :o(

      • Thesmithsofop

        Same here…

      • Val

I don't see a free Swimmers coupon. I see a Free juicy juice wyb swimmers (but that's from a magazine).

      • NewMommy2

I got the same thing when I tried! Bummer

      • NewMommy2

I got the same thing when I tried! Bummer

    • wendyc33

Im not sure if this was posted or not, but I found 1.00/2  pepsi peelies on the 12 pks at my store, and hangtags on the 2 liters pepsis for 1.00/3 which would make the pepsi product sale a bit better. Also i found a tearpad coupon for 1.00/2 on the M&M's.

      • wendyc33

ok i have figured up the prices on the pepsi deals with the coupons, and it would be three 2 liters of pepsi for $1.83 with the 1.00/3 coupon, and 3 12 pks of pepsi for 6.93 with the 1.00/2 12 pk coupons. that equals to 2.31 each 12 pk. Thats a good deal to me.

    • Landrethelaine

So excited, did my shopping this morning and bought $109.68 worth of stuff for $26.22!  Thank you, Jenny!  You really are changing families!  Don't know what I would do without this site!

    • Fromkhadija

Does anyone know if we can combine any of the moments to save coupons? Like the Tostitos $1.00 off coupon and also a free liter of pepsi coupon?

      • Fromkhadija

I just saw my question answered under Bloom's ad.  Jenny told me I can use the two coupons together because they are for two different products!  Awesome.  I hope I won't have any problems checking out with them.

      • kristen

yes b/c the $1 coupon is for the tostitos, and the free pepsi coupon is for the pepsi! (1 mf coupon per item)

    • Jeanne

Has anyone else noticed how fast printed coupons are reaching their limits now?  I am thinking we have the show extreme couponing to thank.

      • Spraymom

Yes I have noticed it..  I never get them anymore because they are limit reached….that never used to happen to me unless it was DAYS after them being posted when I tried to get them…

      • I think it's because there are not many Food coupons in the paper anymore.. I feel like I have to print more food then anything else…

      • Gregoriandesigns

II have noticed that.  I don't mean to be selfish, but I have stopped telling people I know about couponing b/c it is so hard to get coupons anymore I don't want them going overboard and hogging them all.

      • Meganandersen

I wonder how many people will continue couponing though after a while….I already know people that start “extreme couponing” and love it and then they get bored with it or don't want to take the time with it…..I think (or hope) it may be just the “in thing” right now.

      • Amie Royer

I have definitely noticed that!  I have also noticed that unless I arrive at the drugstores as soon as they open on Sunday morning, it is pretty much a sure bet that the shelves will have been cleared of the great deals.  Very frustrating.  I was literally approached by 3 different people at Target yesterday who asked me if I was one of those “extreme couponers” and they talked about how they can't wait to get started.  I've not been giving out helpful hints like I used to.

      • Yes I was in food lion today and a guy bought 18 jars of peanut butter and 18 internet coupons.  I couldn't help but wondering, does he really have 9 computers in his home?  After he commented on what a great deal he got on the 18 jars of peanut butter.  The cashier said to him, “I hope you can use all of these before they expire.”  I thought to myself I really sure hope so and hope it's not greed.  As much as I would want to say something to people like this, I don't think I would have the guts.  When I get frustrated, I have to remind myself there are people with large families who legitimately need large quantities.  I am also left to wonder what he will eat with the peanut butter because it was all he bought.

    • Drdd8

is anyone else having problems with th e printable coupons?  brick.com says they have printed but they don’t print…my printer icon doesnt even come up

    • Kim

HELP!!!  I left my coupon binder under a race car shopping cart in the Publix store in Calera, AL last night (5/16).  It is sage green…I realized it this morning and went to the store to look for it…sadly, it was nowhere to be found!  If anyone finds it or saw it, please let me know!  Thanks so much!

      • Danielle_w

I'm sorry Kim! I'm heading there after work and I'll keep an eye out for you.

      • Gregoriandesigns

I hope it finds you! That's really stinks!

      • Kim

Thanks Everyone!!!  I hope it turns up :(

    • Wilto

Hey guys! Great run this morning.
Before coupons and savings =  $89.23 and I paid $25.20 (that also includes a big canister of baby formula!!!)

Google – mencancoupontoo and you will find my blog!

      Great Publix run this morning.

      2 Bic Safety Lighter at $3.49 – 2 $1 off manufacturer coupons = $1.49 for 2!
      4 Wishbone dressings at $2.89 – 4 $1 off Publix coupon and 2 $1.25 off manufaturer coupons = $0.72 PROFIT!! :)
      2 Chinet napkins at $2.15 – 2 $1 off manufacturer couons = $0.15c for 2!
      4 Pedigree Dog treats at $3.59 – 4 $1 off publix coupon and 4 $1 off manufacturer coupons = $0.82 PROFIT!! :)

So far a value of $37.20 my expense is 00.10c (plus tax!)

There were some other good deals that we couldn't pass up so here goes the rest

      2 Fiber one yoghurts $2.50each – $2 off wyb 2 publix coupon and 2 50c off manuf coupons = $2 for 2
      2 Kids Trix Gogurt $2.79 each – $2 off wyb 2 publix coupon and 2 50c off manuf coupons $2.58 for 2
      1 Excedrin tablets 24ct  $2.79 – $1 off manuf coupons – $1.79
2 Sundown Calcium Magnesium Zinc supplement $3.79 each – $6 off wyb 2
      publix coupon and 2 $1 off manuf coupons = $0.42 profit :)!!
2 Tostitos $3 each – 2 $1 off coupons = $2 each (same price as santitos but i do like lays tortillas!)

So far a total value of $64.15 and out of my pocket $10.05

      1 Italian 5 seed baguette $2 – Today save 50c so $1.50
1 Gerber good start gentle (baby needed some formula!) $22.49 – $5 off
publix coupon and $5 off manufacturer coupon = $12.49 for 26 oz of
      formula (makes 164oz of milk)

So I kinda spoiled it at the end with the big purchase but hey the
savings are obvious and we bought things that we always need and use.

      Before any coupons + savings = $89.23
After all coupons with taxes, out of my pocket = $25.20

    • Spraymom

Went to East Brainerd store today and had a great trip….120.00 for about 59 dollars !!   They “new policy” wasn't much of a big deal….they still take Target too, so I hope it gets put back on here……only thing I found was different was only 4 competitors coupons allowed per order….and the manager said that he would allow 2 maybe 3 deals from the yellow or green flyers……I was told that the big thing was more with the cashiers taking coupons that they were not suppossed too.  she said they  all had to sign a paper saying they would only take the coupons listed on their policy….All in all I had a really good trip !!

    • Seeallmycoupons

could someone please tellme how to get the peterpan coupon :(

      • Megortiz63

last time there was a sale on peter pan, there were peelies on top that contained a code – you enter that on the website, and it gave you the option to print a couple of different coupons.

      • Knt418

        Try code 33675728

        • 129hutch

          Thank you!

    • Jewelrygalgwen

I am having a hard time finding lots of the coupons she mentions.  They are not in my flyers for the date and type she mentions for lots of items.  Is anyone else having the same problem?

      • Dsazcjones

I  have this same problem every week.  I find it very aggravating.

      • There are different coupons offered for different areas.  The best way to avoid frustration is to print the list of coupons that were available in your area's Sunday paper.  I believe she posts these every Monday.  If you keep up with them every week then instead of digging through the inserts you can just scan down the list to see if you have the coupon or not.

Jenny doesn't control what coupons were offered in your area, and I'm grateful she does list the regional coupons as often times my area does have them.  If she didn't list them then I would miss out on deals.

The rice krispies are the 9oz box at my store and the banana boat isn't on sale :-(

    • Colorofdawn

Where do I get  Kraft Food & Family booklet?

      • Mollie

they were in stores a couple months ago…

      • mendy

If you're referring to the Kraft Food and Family magazine, you have to pay for it (it's a bit expensive for a subscription).  I'm not familiar with a booklet that's current for Kraft products

        • The booklets have been out for a long time but they do not expire until the end of the year I think. That is really rare.  I got 2 and my mom got 2.  Went back over a week later and they still had plenty so got 2 more.

    • Lezlie Horst

The Lipton tea is B1G1F at $2.53 at the Albany, GA store, not $2.15. Still good sale though. Comes out to 76 and 77 cents a box! The decaf is 3.99 B1G1F.

    • Becca

Question- Is the Pedigree Dentastix on sale for $1.50 and was $3.00?  And by using 2 of the $1.00 off coupons makes it free, correct?

      • Mmwest25

Yes, it makes it free if your store's regular price is $3.00.  My Publix in Lexington, SC had the regular price as 3.59, so it was still free, but not as much overage as I had calculated in.

    • Melissa

Hey all, there is a Harveys printable coupon ($1.00 off two boxes of any Post brand Cereal) to match up with the Post cereal that is BOGO this week. Luckily Harveys is one of the few competitor coupons that my Publix still takes.

    • Coupons777

Publix was my favorite store but don't know now.  Apparently not going to be too coupon friendly anymore.  I have never abused coupons.  First thing cashier did was hand me a printed policy, which I appreciate having a copy, but it was “here, I may as well give you this first so you can be reading it while I sort through these.”  Her attitude was like she expected she was going to find lots of invalid Qs.  So then the Pedigree Dentastix – she said only one store Q and handed me back one.  So I said ok, let me give you back one of the Dentastix then.  She had not started ringing any items yet so I did not see a problem not buying the second one but I could tell she was a little put out that I did not want to buy two if I could only use one store Q.  The craziest one was the Wish Bone Dressing.  I had a manu Q for 1.25 off 2.  So I was buying 2 bottles with that Q and 2 store Qs.  Oh no, can't use 2 store Qs.  So I didn't buy the Wish Bone.  Too much to stand there and try to figure out the cost of 2 bottles with only one store Q as I was started to get frustrated so . . . anyway, kept my cool, but may not continue to shop at Publix as often.  Thanks for letting me vent – and Thanks Jenny for all you do!

      • Amanda T.

It states in the policy that each item in the BOGO's are considered a seperate sale.  You should be able to use the $1.25/2 manufacturer and 2 Publix coupons on the two items!  I think the cashiers are trying to figure everything out just like the rest of us.  ;-)

        • Asolstice06

Wait a minute…. the new policy is that you can only use one store coupon per item, or per transaction?

          • NewMommy2

You can use 1 store coupon OR competitor, AND 1 manufacturer, PER ITEM. So if it's BOGO you can use a total of 4 coupons (2 store OR comp AND 2 manuf)

        • Asolstice06

Ok, BOGOs are considered seperate transactions, but I wanted to buy 8 dentastix, would I not be able to do that in the same transaction?

      • Peggy

I was able to use both the $1.25 manufacturer Q and 2 of the Publix Q's for two bottles of Wishbone today.  The cashier told me the main changes at my store are limiting BOGO's to ten items (due to shelf clearers) and not accepting EXPIRED coupons (which I think is wrong anyway).  Someone had been bringing in coupons that expired in December!

      • Donna

The policy doesnt go into effect until next week so you should of been able to use 2 publix q's for the time being.  Although when the new policy is in effect, you could only use 1 publix q.  but you can always do 2 transactions.  Just because you can't use a certain coupon or as many as you'd like doesn't mean you should not shop there.  Publix has been very lenient (maybe too lenient) and that's why there's a policy right now,  They don't have to double or take competitor coupons but they do.  If they allow everyone to use more than one Publix store coupon, imagine how much money they would be losing in the long run.  They have to profit on something.  So if you don't get your way, please don't complain because they do still offer great deals and prices on their sales items.

      • Shmoopie202

The policy I got said BOGO each item is considered a seperate sale. So You should have been able to use a man. coupon and stote coupon for each.

      • Megan

That's WRONG, she should have allowed you to use the 2 Publix Wishbone q's. It says on that coupon, ONE DEAL per coupon, NOT one deal PER COUPON PER CUSTOMER. If you have the time, I would buy the 2 dressing again with a different cashier and if there's still a problem ask for a manager. also, the new policy is not even in effect yet, it starts the 23rd.

      • Megan

      • mrsmadayar

I bought 4 bottles of the dressing yesterday using the same coupons you mentioned. I had one of the more scrutinous cashiers from our store check me out & she didn't look twice at it. The coupon doesn't say one per customer so you're supposed to be able to use more than one. I would suggest you politely ask for a manager next time. There have been several times a cashier told me they couldn't take a coupon (they were confused by a policy change) and after asking a manager to verify policy I was right every time.

      • Missyturnerlee

Went to Publix. I've been stacking coupons for diapers for some upcoming baby showers. The cashier treated me like a second class customer when she saw my coupons and would not stack the diapers b/c the manufacturer coupon said snugglers and the packer said snuggle fit.

        • Missyturnerlee

They've always been good at pushing the groceries out since I have a child–didn't even do that. The cashier had a MAJOR attitude about me having coupons. Other than the huggies there were no bad coupons

    • Amanda T.

Jenny, it would be really helpful if you would still include the competitor coupons, along with the Publix coupons, under the matchups.  Not everyone may have access to the Publix coupons listed (missing flyers etc) and the competitor coupon may be worth more.  Each person could decide which coupon to use, based on 1) if that store is a competitor to their Publix and 2) depending on the access they had to the coupons.  Thanks for all you do!!  ;-)

      • kjmiller

If you read carefully, she is including competitor coupons (i.e. Target, Kroger, etc..) just not calculating the deals which would stack a competitor's with a Publix one. Additionally, NO publix are still accepting drugstore coupons.

    • kjmiller

FYI, the “Coca-Cola Products, 12 pk., $4; buy 3 get 4th free” deal is not running in my Lagrange, GA Publix. (Btw, I know that's not even that great a deal, but we're out). Also disappointed because none of the drug stores have Diet Coke on sale this week either. My husband will be going into withdrawl.. I physically cannot hand over $5+ dollars for a 12-pack of Coke!

      • Donna

they are on sale at rite aid and cvs for buy 4 get one free.  it may be pepsi brand though.

        • kjmiller

Thanks, but yes, it's the Pepsi on sale – everywhere! (good week for Pepsi drinkers. I do have a 25% off total purchase at CVS that I can use to pick up a couple to hold us over until the new sales start. Thanks everyone else who replied!

      • DKSavers

As much as I hate walmart they have the best deal for diet coke around. 24 pack for $6 at my FL wally world. Target will also have 2 liters for .99 cents every few weeks,

      • Mom3girls1boy

I just checked my sale flyer and our deal here in Tampa is actually Buy 2, Get 2 Free!  I triple checked it just to be sure.  We're out, too, so this came just in time!

      • Cindy

Fry ele in Atl has coke products for 1.99 a 12 pack until the 19th!

    • AJ

If any of you have the “Simple Summer Pleasures” magazine from Publix (it was in the store 1-2 weeks ago) there is a store Q for Juicy Juice $1/2. HTH

      • That's actually a manufacturer's…

        • AJ

Awe, Snickerdoodles! Thanks for pointing out that it is a manufacturer's. I didn't even pay attention to the back of the coupon with the bar code. I was going to go shopping tomorrow, so glad I know before I went.  This way I won't be trying to stack to manufacturers Qs and have the cashier upset with me. At least it is still another coupon I can use.

    • Brian C

WOW….  Using combination of BOGO, Penny Item, Publix store coupons, and Internet Manufacturers coupons, I got ALL the following items for a grand total of $6.18 ($4.40 plus $1.78 sales tax):

      4 boxes Ronzoni Pasta
      4 bottles Wish-Bone dressing
      2 cans Blue Diamond Almonds
      2 Bic Lighters
      4 packs Chinet Dinner Napkins
      2 Lysol Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaners
4 packs Pedigree Denta Stix for Dogs
1 jar Publix brand Pasta Sauce

My total savings printed on the receipt was $56.50…..

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!   I will be a Publix shopper from NOW ON!!!!

    • Gigi

Hi. I'm a little confused about the coupon policy change. Can we still use a manufacturer coupon in addition to a Publix coupon on one item? Thanks for your help.

      • Peggy

Yes, one of each for each item.

        • Gigi

          Thanks Peggy.

          • Yes.  As of the 23rd we can no longer triple stack( Man., Store, Comp.)  I gotta go back and get more diapers before the 23rd.  I got 2 Huggies “jumbo” packs for $8 off $10.99 with coupons  I used- $3 man. $2 store, & $3 Food lion Comp.  $3 a pack for diapers.  Sweeeeet!

        • MFamilyMom

ONE store Q PERIOD — whether is't a Publix Store Q or a competitor Q — you may only use a total of 2 Q's for each item.

    • HMP

Not really a good sale when Kroger had the Kraft BBQ sauce FREE, Ronzoni pasta FREE, Propel Zero FREE, Peter Pan is $1.88 at walmart w/.50 off $1.38

      • The peter pan sale at Publix is for the bigger jar.  I decided to wait myself.  I have gotten spoiled by getting PB for $.19 a jar.  I am such a bargain snob.

        • mzmom0ney

          $.19? from where?

Get the coupon at their website, that’s what I did.  Used it today and it worked fine.  Here’s the link:   http://www.whiskas.com/offers.aspx

    • Mrscori2006

How do they figure that the Cover Girl cosmetics are free after Q's? Even with the $1.00 off store Q and the $2.00 off MQ it would be .59 cents each, right?

      • natalie

because the ad says it's $2 off cover girl items. if the prices start at $3.59 and it's $2 off that, then the base price is already $1.59.

        • Mrscori2006

ohhh… I thought it meant after the 2.00 off they started at 3.59. Thanks!

    • Dawnbaby194

Just received my grocery ad's today and got me a 5.00 of 50.00 coupon… Gotta luv Publix!!

Could you tell us more about this?  Where are you located and where was the coupon – in the flyer, in the mail, or what?

    • NewMommy2

The Suave shampoo and conditioner is on sale at my store for $.99 and there is a $.55   off any Suave Hair Product coupon in the green advantage buy flyer. Makes them $.44 each. I got 6 for $3.06 :)

Did a small shopping run tonight at Publix as my new week does not start until tomorrow, and there were a few things I could still snag from the previous week.  I had a $5 off $25 from Sav-a-lot that I printed by joining their club.  The cashier explained that in the future–starting the 23rd–you could no longer use this type of coupon as you had to sign up w/a club or agree to a certain term w/the competitor to get the coupon.  She said if you receive a $5 off $25 in the future for just shopping that is something they WILL take, but again, let me clarify, not something you received for agreeing to a certain term.  I hope this makes sense.

      • Me

That must be something that store made up.  Nowhere in the policy does it say that.  I didn’t have a problem using a Save-a-Lot tonight.

    • Wooburne1

In the mail on Wed that's today I get 1 RP mailing that will come out this Sunday. In it is A Suave B1G1 free of body wash or lotion. Combined that with the store coupon  .55 and the $1 off printable makes it 2 for $1.16. Nice.

    • Keep your eyes open for a brochure/booklet with $6 in Kashi coupons.  I found them on a cardboard stand at the end of the breakfast aisle.   They were all gone by the time I left(no, I did not take them all).  There were 6 $1 off coupons for different Kashi products like bars, cereal, frozen food, etc.  Since the snack bars are on sale this week I was able to get a pretty good deal.

    • Mrscori2006

I wait until Mondays to do my shopping, because it's my day off and b/c I get the Sunday coupons. Anyone else who waits to shop Mondays, don't forget to use the Lipton, Breakstone's and Domino Q's that will be in this Sunday's paper (AJC)!  :-D

    • Where can I get a copy of the May Health Look Pharmacy Booklet? I am trying to get the caltrate calcium coupon.

      • Robin

They are usually on a stand in the pharmacy.  It's just one tri-folded page with a coupon or two in it.  Got my mom 2 of the Caltrate 60 ct. (7.99)  for $3.00 after store and mq!!!

    • Nursebeccaroo

Can someone please tell me where I get the green and yellow advantage buy flyers?

      • Pbuddy1125

They are in the store by the weekly ad …. Mine are in the very front as soon as you walk in.

      • mrsmadayar

If you don't see them displayed when you walk in the door they're probably behind the counter at customer service.

      • Christinasawyer

        In front of the store:)

    • tbrooks

Thanks so much for all you do. I really wish you would continue to do the store coupon matchups.  The Publix in my area still takes competitors and it's a HUGE help to me when you have them matched.  Then I don't have to look in a dozen different places to see coupons th others stores are offering.  I'm bummed.  :(

    • Blingbeads1

If you are the person who took all the peelies off the zip lock bags at Publix in Tuscaloosa, AL, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!   Still didn't do too bad, 43.31 – 18.94 OOP

    • Pbuddy1125

Can anyone tell me where to get the Publix $1 off cover girl coupon? I looked at the coupons in the store and did not see it. Was it from another week?

    • Brandon

I had a good trip to Publix yesterday. I spent $74 for $175 worth of groceries. I should have spent about $4 less though, because I did not realize until I got home that the cashier failed to ring up a raincheck correctly. (From last week, the Kraft Homestyle Mac & Cheese – was supposed to ring up $2.59 B1G1 so $1.30 each, but she rang up the three that I got as $2.59 each.) Oh well – I'll pay more attention next time I use a raincheck.

Heads up in the Summerville, SC area – I got a coupon booklet in the mail a few weeks ago for BiLo, since our town's two BiLo stores were just renovated. I used two q's from this booklet at Publix yesterday since BiLo is a competitor. One q was for $3 off when you buy $10 worth of milk of frozen foods (very easy to do), and the other one was for $5 off a total order of $50 or more. So that saved me $8! :)

      • MfamilyMom

If you take your receipt to the Customer Service desk they will likely correct the error — especially since it was their mistake — my store has done this a few times so just stop by the desk next time you are in!

    • mrsmadayar

I went to Publix yesterday afternoon and was shocked to find the Sunchips cleaned out! My coupons expire on the 21 but the associate at CS assured me they would take them as long as they accompany my rain check.

    • Dbwiseman

Links to  Finish Automatic Dishwasher Detergent printable say “We're sorry but we do not have any coupons available at this time.”

    • Shadunn

Don't know if anyone has mentioned yet but my Publix had $1 off peelies on the arm and hammer toothpaste that's BOGO this week!  I already had one printed $1 off and then .75 coupons from the paper, but with the peelies, I bought a lot more to donate to tornado and flooding victims. My son's school is collecting items such as toothpaste for them. I live in Fla. and they had a bin filled with the toothpaste and many of them had the peelies.

    • Monica Maxwell

Can I use two green advantage coupons in the same transaction? (If they are both for the same item and I buy the correct number of products indicated.)

      • Jennifer

I don't see why not.  I've used multiple Yellow Advantage coupons for Lay's chips in one transaction.

        • Monica Maxwell

I just called my store in Vinings, Ga. and they told me no. They said the coupons now indicate that you can only use one per customer and that they will enforce that rule. I looked and the coupon says one coupon per deal, per customer.

          • Dsazcjones

I live in Gainesville, FL and although the coupon does say only 1 use per transaction, they actually have a sign posted up that says they will accept only 2 per transaction.  Don't know why there is a difference, but I'm taking as much advantage of it as I can since they've really cut into my savings by not allowing me to use Walgreens or Target coupons anymore.

            • kitchenssaver

I am in gainesville, fl also and I have not seen any signs. which ones put them up?

        • Dsazcjones

Publix's new stinky policy!  They actually have a sign posted on the turntable where they keep the yellow & green advantage flyers. =(

      • Dsazcjones

yes.  Their new policy limits you to the use of two per transaction

        • foximoxie

This is a topic that’s causing A LOT of confusion. And I for one would appreciate it if people would stop posting information about the official policy unless you’re very clear about it and it’s a fact that it’s printed in their policy. I’ve read the policy that my store handed me over and over and not only does it NOT mention specific limits on store coupons but it definitely doesn’t state that there’s a two per transaction limit as you posted. The only thing that the policy states that has anything to do with limits is this:
Acceptance is subject to any restrictions on the coupon, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
I’m sure the policy is the same for all Publix stores so where are you getting this information?

      • jennaj81

I asked my Publix in Locust Grove, GA yesterday and they will not be limiting the # of store coupons per transaction. They actually looked shocked that other store were doing that! So everyone just needs to ask their store manager themselves.

    • Kathy

I was unable to find the $1 off chinet coupon at the link above.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!

      • Danielle_w

You need to subscribe to their newsletter and they send you the link to print the coupon.

    • Dsazcjones

Get highly frustrated when I click on “printable coupon” and there IS NO COUPON or the promotion is over.  There are NO TOASTER STRUDEL coupons on coupons.com

      • Frugal4life

Listen, sign up for Jenny's coupon advisory email, and you'll be one of the first to get hold of coupons. :)

      • Val

Well, stop getting frustrated. Coupons come and go. In these days it's hard to get them all. Sign up for Jenny's daily emails and she'll email you all of the new coupons that she (and others) have found that day. That way you can print the stuff you love that day and save for a sale.

      • Dsazcjones

Thanks for the advice!  Will certainly sign up for that immediately.

    • Dsazcjones

You stated at the top of the Publix ad that you would adhere to Publix's new coupon policy and not include coupons from stores that were not on their list.  Yet, you include Target a number of times.  According to the manager at my Publix (FL) they will not accept any coupons from Target beginning 5/23.

      • R99e00i02

Hi, I'm in St. Augustine, FL and my publix will take target, winn dixie and food lion.  But only those 3.  NO drug store or dolalr store coupons.  Just wanted to let you know.

      • Frugal4life

I am in Tampa and my Publix accepts Target as a competitor. Find another store, all Publix have different competitor, use the 5 miles radius and take it easy.

        • Dsazcjones

I belong to a coupon club in my city and we have all compared the coupon policy with the upteen dozen Publix stores here.  They all say that they are following Corporate Policy and will only accept Food Lion, Albertsons, Sweetbay, and Winn-Dixie coupons as of 3/23. The cashiers had to sign a contract stating that they would only take those specific coupons. Don't know why our Publix stores are being so strict and your's aren't.  Consider yourself lucky =)

          • Anonymous

It depends on whether you have a Super Target in your radius or not. That is a grocery store and a legit competitor.

      • Boonesrsavn

I just received an updated list of competitors my Publix will accept. It includes Target and four grocery stores. I guess some Publix stores are still accepting their coupons. So, it actually helps shoppers in my area when they include coupons from Target on the list. :)

      • rtgirl77

My publix in Jacksonville does accept target. It was on their little printed fliers. I think it depends on whether your target is super target or  just target.  Also, it may have to be within a certain distance.

      • Boonesrsavn

I responded earlier below. I'm located in southern Georgia, and it looks like several of the other stores accepting Target coupons are in Florida. Maybe a lot of the more southern locations are the ones accepting the coupons….

    • Frugal4life

Hey everyone, couponing is like everything else, it takes time and patience. Read, Read, Read, all of Jenny's links above (^). Do your homework, and thinks about all the money you have saved or will save for your family. Thanks Jenny for all you do!

    • Amanda

My Publix in Florida has Coke and Dr Pepper Buy 2 Get 2 Free. They are $4.99 each. In the Yellow Coupon flier there is a coupon for $2.00 off 3 Dr. Pepper. This makes it $8.00 for 4, 12 packs!!

where do you shop in Florida? we're headed to PCB in a week and I'll have to buy groceries when I get there… any tips for shopping Publix in FL?

        • BLG

we don't have doubles and you must buy two to get a bogo deal :) I think that is about it!

        • Amy

I live in PC, don't be surprised if the customer service isn't the same quality as you get at home (that's the nicest way I can say it).  Maybe the beach stores are better.

          • Cayoung_8

we were on vac in PCB two weeks ago and I did some couponing while I was down.  It was like a different world.  Here in GA you can’t find what you want.  shelves are always empty.  On the nivea coupons I would check every stinking wal mart and target I went by and check my hometown walmart every day and out out out… went down there walked into wal-mart and target full shelves!! Walgreens was in stock on EVERYTHING on my list.  I came out of the store and told my husband we must be in an alternate universe or something.. Publix store had all the flyers… it was krazy…. no doubling though of course so I kept to to high value coupons.. :)

      • Haley554

My Publix in Jax, FL has all 12pk coke products Buy 2 Get 2 free, not sure if Dr. Pepper is included in this at my store…hope so!  I have never seen anything B2G2 before. Does anyone know if this is like a normal Florida BOGO, meaning we need to buy all 4 to get the deal?

      • Andrea

Oooo, I'm jealous.  Down here in S. Fla, Dr. Pepper is a Pepsi distributed product.  Boo hoo!

    • yoyomom

I just found General Mills $1.50/2 box man. coupon when I check the deals on this southern saver website on the bottom of the screen.  And I also use Publix coupon $2/1.

      2 Cinnamon Toast (3.49×2)-(1.50+2×2) = 6.98 – 5.5 =1.48/2
wow!  .74 per box is pretty good!!

    • rtgirl77

Just wanted to add something to the Publix discussion.  My husband was a common area manager at publix for several years and its the only place we shop (Winn dixie every now and then if they have an especially good deal). We are pretty friendly with all the employees still. Our publix is quite liberal in their policies but we were told by management that corporate publix is basically tired of being taken advantage of by the extreme couponing crowd. It is annoying to their other high dollar spenders to come in and find that they are out of ad items because people came in and bought 40 boxes of cereal and got it for free essentially They have a lot of complaints about stuff being out. As Jenny has talked about in her podcasts, no one needs to be a food hoarder but too many people are and that is the main reason they are cracking down and limiting ad items and coupons. I know most of us are cool and try to follow the rules but the people who don't are the ones who ruined it for the rest of us.  With that said, I think you can expect some crackdowns soon at CVS. I was told by an employee last week when I complained that ALL the ad stuff was out, that they are working on some new rules or enforcing the existing ones (i.e. one card per person and one offer per card). She said some come in with several different CVS cards which is against their policy.

      • kris11

I agree, I am FINE w/ that… I never even look at the walgreens and CVS ads b/c they NEVER have stuff in stock. I think there should be much stricter limits at drug stores, b/c they don't have a lot of stock anyway…. the limit of 10 at publix I think is very reasonable. I think the extreme couponers on the show are going to regret being on the show, b/c they are the ones that will be most affected by all these policy changes! Us normal couponers shouldn't feel it as badly.

        • cg

GAGirl, maybe we live in the same area because I don't bother with Walgreens or CVS anymore either because 95% of the time they were out of stock of the things I wanted 1 or 2 of. And then on the rare occasion I could find the product in stock at Walgreens, the cashiers were so bitter about the extreme couponers that cleared the shelves that they treated me like dirt and tried to argue over every coupon.

          • Mel

we must a live in the same area cg

            • cg

Well, at least I'm not alone! I have to remind myself not to be jealous of the people who seem to live in areas where they are all stocked and get the deals (or maybe those people are the ones who cleared the shelf before me??)

          • Mrscori2006

I think we ALL might live in the same area, lol! Because I have just about had it with WG and CVS, too. I have to get rain checks all the time now and after about 5 return trips to the store only to not be able to redeem them b/c they are still out of stock? I'm spending what I would have saved on the gas so it doesn't matter!!

        • Cindyporter

I totally agree with all of you people who buy 99 bags of croutons have to have a sickness who can use that many before they go to waste? I just want two bags to use on our salad for spaghetti night. People like that ruin things for us all!

      • Trish

I really hope that they will crack down on limiting item amounts at Publix. It's insane to see someone buy 100 boxes of cereal for two people when people like myself actually need cereal to feed my family of six. I understand that you want to feed the homeless but can you let me feed my family as well. In my area we have some extreme food hoarders, and they do give the rest of us moderate coupon users bad reps.I love Publix and all of their great BOGO deals but sadly I think that we are going to see a slight decrease in the deals that are going to be available if the “hoarding” keeps continuing

Rite Aid is getting worse than what I remember it being like when I first started using coupons. I went out bright and early to get the deals at Rite Aid on Monday morning, and of course EVERYTHING was cleared out. The manager said that the usual early birds came and wiped them out. It's getting annoying rather quickly!

A good deal is still a good deal if you get one or two items. You don't need thousands of items in order for it to be a good deal. Just my two sense.

Thanks for your reply rtgirl77, what you said we really need to listen to.

      • rtgirl77

Thank you all for being so positive. I didn't want to offend anyone. I just want us all to be able to get our groceries for a reasonable price. I too, have a family of 6 and enjoy shopping on a budget and using the money elsewhere. So I guess today's take-away message for us all is don't let greed take over and save a little for others. I'm sad to know that this is a chronic problem at CVS because I've only been going there for a few weeks. I might have to let go of the drug store ads.

      • Alissabeth

Maybe this explains why there aren't many good cereal deals lately! ;-)

    • rtgirl77

Just wanted to add that I love this site. Its taught me so much and I've learned to save at least 30% every week.

    • gagirl1

In case anyone is interested in prices, the cover girl blush rang up $1.59 (after the $2 off), with the $2.50/2 q, made it 34 cents each! Not bad… I didn't pay attention to the foundations.

There must be some more couponers in my area, b/c the propel water, cole's breadsticks and some other items were almost cleared out! Don't usually see shelves getting cleared til later in the week!

      • Mrscori2006

Our shelves were also clear. I thought Publix was placing a limit on the amount of sale items?

        • Megan

I thought so too, maybe it is when the new policy takes effect (the 23rd).

        • gagirl1

isn't the limit 10? did that get changed? i guess they can clear pretty quickly if people are buying that many

      • Megan

If you have the Publix single-page flyer the CG blush is a moneymaker (it has a $1/1 CG q).

        • gagirl1

I know, I didn't have that one! oh well

        • Tfields1618

where do you get the one page flyer?

    • Daune

Has anyone had an issue with Publix not scanning all the coupons.  I noticed when I got home that they had overlooked two $1.00 coupons.  Do I complain or just chalk it up to not paying enough attention when checking out.  Thanks

      • coupons0202

If you take your receipt next time you go to customer service…they will usually refund the amount back to you.

      • Mrscori2006

Take your receipt back to them and tell them they skipped a few coupons. This happened to me last week and I went back over a 70 cents coupon. (Thankfully I caught it before I hit the parking lot!) It helps if you can tell them which ones were skipped….sure enough they found mine in their envelope and gave me my 70 cents. Don't feel bad about it. Gas prices are high and every little bit helps :)

      • Shelleyschu

yes, that's why you need to pay attention to what they are doing.  I make sure I hear all the beeps and check the receipt.  If anything is missed, I can correct it at the register or go to customer service.  They usually correct it right away and give me cash back if they made a mistake.  My Publix is awesome.

        • Bonjour4paris

I count the number of coupons I am using prior to checking out, then double check my receipt to make sure they all went through, if not customer service will take care of it!

      • Mandy Dumas

I had the exact same thing happen to me 2 days ago. I went the the customer service desk and told them and they happily gave me my $2 in cash!

      • Megan

Definitely always pay attention at the register, because this will happen. They don't do it on purpose obviously but it's easy to lose track if there are a lot of q's.

      • Mollieirene

Go back to the store with your receipt> If you allow it to slide it will continue to happen. :)

        • Coupondad

This happened to me a few times at my Publix and I let it go. But the last time it happened I emailed Publix and the manager of that store called me back the next day. He told me to come in and ask for him and he gave me a $25 gift card to the store for my troubles!

          • cg

Wow! How much money in coupons did they overlook to give you 25 dollars? Awesome!

      • Dawn

I have found one cashier at my Publix that obviously has an attitude towards couponers.  One day, she finished my order and the total was about $8 dollars higher than I had expected.  I told her that something didn't seem right but she insisted that she had scanned all of my coupons.  I proceeded to check out and then went just outside the store to review my receipt.  She had actually missed $9 dollars worth of coupons!!!  (They were manuf. ones where you had to fill in the price of the item.)  I took my receipt to customer service and they went and got her “coupon” bag and found all of my unscanned coupons, filled in the prices and gave me money back for them.  I refuse to go through that cashiers line again!

      • Jmanley521

What I've started to do is only hand the cashier two or three coupons at a time.  That way she (or he) doesn't have a huge pile and it's MUCH easier to keep track.

    • Stephanie B

I found $.50/1 peelies on the John Morrell lunchmeat today, making them $1.39 after bogo and coupons (I live in FL so no doubling).  I also found peelies on the Kraft BBQ sauce for $2 (wyb 2 bbq) off Kool Aid or Country Time canisters, which are on sale for $2.99,

      • Mollieirene

I found the coupons on the Kraft B-BQ sauce too. At my Publix it make the kool-aid and CT lemonade .99 cents.

    • cheryl

Does anyone have Kraft Homestye coupon? Will trade

      • Amy

I just got a $1.00 off Kraft Homestyle Mac& cheese coupon today, is this the one you need?

        • cheryl

          Yes thats the one…

    • Andrea

Went shopping today here in Coconut Creek, FL.  Coca Cola products are Buy 2 get 2 here – awesome deal with coupons!  I found 0.50 off peelies on the Lipton tea bags – nice surprise!

    • Lindsey

Some really awesome deals this week IF your Publix doubles coupons. (Can you tell I'm bitter, haha)

    • Rayone

What is the “125 Years of Summer Fun booklet”?  Thanks!

(Sorry if its been asked and answered, I skimmed through the posts but didn't see it asked).

      • Guest

It's a Coca Cola coupon booklet probably located by the coke display in your store. It has over $85 in savings!

        • Rayone

          Thank you!

    • Heather L.

I shop at the Publix in Lexington,SC and I wanted people here to be aware of what a lady is doing at our store. She goes into the publix and takes all the flyers they have out with their coupons and purchases all the items that are virtually free. She then takes her goods to the flea market to sell. What she does not sell, she then will return to Publix, claiming she does not have a receipt and she usually gets full price. Any suggestions onhow to stop her??

      • Jnaso1

        Tell the store manager

      • Guest

That's ridiculous. People do that here in Jacksonville, FL. Clear the shelves and re sell at flea markets.

        • Sleepygirl09

I live in Jax!  I did not know that is where everything goes!  The store shelves are empty a few hours after a deal starts and just try to find a coupon in the store! That is irritating!

      • Coupondad

If I buy something from her at the flea market, will she take a coupon and if so, will I be able to stack it with a flea market coupon?

      • Jen

Please tell the manager…that is the store i shop at too and it irritates me when i can't get my deals also. Just curious as to how you know she returns them for a full refund? and if that is the case…perhaps you should urge the manager to enforce a receipt with refund policy!

      • Tfields1618

tell the manager…. and they will tell corporate and they wil gert someone to catch her. it is fraud

      • cami

Please tell the store mgr.  Especially if you see her actually in the store.  They can keep any eye out for that.  Publix does have a very liberal return policy.  I have exchanged Pampers before as my little on is allergic and gotten full price even though I used a coupon.  I try to tell them and they say it’s ok.  But what this one is doing is fraud.

    • cg

Spent $3.82 and saved $52.02 today! And I even forgot to look for the penny item when it wasn't on an endcap like usual! Oops :-)

    • Karen

Question     Fuze 1.00  each buy 10 get 5 free.
I have B1G1 coupons  (10 of them)  can I use 5 and get 10 free?

      • Gatorginger

Yes Karen you should be able to because your buying 10, you just couldn't use them on the 5 free

        • Karen

thanks     found the coupons at Love's gas station this week in case you have one near you

      • Valerie

I just returned from doing that deal and i was able to use 7 of the B1G1 along with the publix coupon for the five free.

    • Dylanmichael31816

I've tried the Ronzoni coupon time and time again and I've never been able to get it to work. What is the issue?!

      • Allisfreestuff

I just printed it. It let me print it twice. I put in my email address and it work right away.

    • Brandy

I hope this is ok to post here, I have seen others do so but if it is not allowed please delete. I have Red Plum and Smart Source whole inserts available from 5/15/2011. I am selling them in quantities of 5 for $6 shipped. If you are interested feel free to email me at Family2BFirst@hotmail.com I will accept payment via pay pal. I am not sure if I will be able to get inserts in the future, this is the first time I am trying my hand at selling whole inserts. Hope it can help someone out! Thank you!

    • Rgnurse911

Just got the official PUBLIX COUPON POLICY handed to me from the cashier when I checked out today.  Nothing has changed at my Publix.  Although, I don't use Target coupons they are still accepting them at my Publix (Canton, GA, the one one Riverstone) along with Ingles and Kroger coupons.

      • foximoxie

I wonder why your Publix is accepting Target coupons but mine isn't in Summerville SC. I was talking to a cashier about it and she agreed it's very odd since Target sells just about everything Publix sells so they are in fact competitors. Maybe I'll call Publix corporate and find out because I'd like to know what their process and reasoning is on selecting each store's competitors. Not being able to use Target coupons has put a big wet blanket on my Publix experience unfortunately

    • gagirl1

isn't the limit 10? did that get changed? i guess they can clear pretty quickly if people are buying that many

    • rtgirl77

Thank you all for being so positive. I didn't want to offend anyone. I just want us all to be able to get our groceries for a reasonable price. • Ncaptiva

Hi there… just a quick question… I'm searching for the Toaster Strudels coupons (you gave 3 different links) and I'm unable to find even one of them!  Am I completely missing something, or are they really gone now from all three of those sites?  Thanks for any help you can give!

    • guest

Found .50 peelies on the John Morrell lunchmeat, which doubles where I live, making it .89 per pack…tastes great too…had some today!

    • Liz

The Publix in Auburn, AL has 12 pack Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper products B2G2.  If you get Dr. Pepper you can also use the $2/3 coupon from the Yellow Advantage Buy Flyer to get 4 12-packs for $8

    • I'm starting to get irritated with the coupon matchups. Why can't the coupons just be the same for everyone. I cannot tell you how many good deals I see on the website that just won't work out for me b/c the newspaper coupons are different here. And then when I'm looking through different coupon ads, I'll find coupons that aren't listed which makes me wonder how many unlisted matchups I'm missing. I'm frusterated. There has to be a simpler answer.

      • Sarah

I know it is so frustrating! Just try and remember that Jenni is trying to help as many people as possible who have all sorts of different coupon sources so she lists them all. What I do is try and focus on BOGO deals, and only buying meat and produce on sale, all th while using whatever coupons I can. If I do that week after week I will save so much in the long run, even if my stores don't double, or I don't have the same low prices as listed here.

      • Cayoung_8

I know that aspect of it can get frustrating… you see the deal and you're doing you're “oh yeah oh yeah” dance… hey ppl you all know you do it l*lol* only to pull your insert and you don't have that one!!  I happens to all of us… but for all the ones you lose out on, there will be plenty of times where you do have the coupon to make the deal.  It was a bitter pill for me to swallow in the beginning, but have learned that I don't have to have “every” deal that comes up and I will survive in life if I don't get it (like the free pam from a month or two ago… argh *LOL*)… but I did get all that free nivea…. s'all good.

      • foximoxie

I completely understand how you feel. I've come across many good deals too and did the “happy dance” as @b567fbbd91e68dea04a2729d3b73c438:disqus mentioned..lol, only to discover I didn't have the coupon in my paper but they're right of course, their will be more great deals. As for the problem of a great coupon not being listed that we actually have..I find it very helpful to get really familiar with each new insert that comes out right away so that if you see a sale it's very likely that you'll already know if you have that coupon..and if you're not sure do a google search. For instance if you're searching for where to find a coupon for Lipton Tea just enter into Google's search bar: Lipton tea redplum..if you don't find a recent coupon then enter Lipton tea smartsource and then last try Lipton tea proctor & gamble..I always do this if I'm not sure of where a coupon is in my inserts instead of thumbing through all of them.

        • Jenny has a coupon database at the top of the page. Just click on it and type in the product name, and the location of the coupon will pop up.

          • foximoxie

hey that's even easier than a google search probably..thanks!

          • I know. I use the coupon database. What I'm saying is it's not entirely accurate. The coupons we get here are not all the same as the ones in the database. Probably b/c we don't live in the same area as Jenni.

            • foximoxie

The coupon data base lists all the coupons that are put out, not just where Jenni lives. But as we all know sometimes we get a certain coupon and sometimes we don't.

    • Jandmbanks

Did anyone notice last week that Publix marked up the items that they had special coupons for? I know they marked cheerios up to over $5 a box. So even with the coupon it was over $3.00

      • Toni

That isn't good for business.  Do they think we are that stupid?

      • Mrscori2006

I totally noticed that! My Publix had the Hellman's mayo marked up to $5.09!!!!! I hope my jaw didnt dent their floor! I was thinking exactly the same thing–do they think we wouldnt notice? Five dollars and nine cents for a jar of mayonaise. What a crock!

        • foximoxie

I completely agree! I was just recently looking over the ad and thinking “who in their right mind would pay over $5 for a regular sized jar of mayo”? Because the only way I'll even think about shopping at Publix is buy combining coupons with sale items (note: Publix is my favorite store but the prices..ayaya!) And now with the new coupon policy not allowing the use of Target coupons ,as well as many other competitor coupons,I don't see how Publix owners think they're going to keep budget conscience shoppers in their stores for much longer. :(

    • lauren

Did our shopping tonight and paid $39.00 for $332.41 in groceries! It is possible to get great savings in Florida, even though we don't get doubles :)

I did notice that the Covergirl Natureluxe foundation is included in the sale, however, they are about $12 each. We did get two because I love the stuff but the blushes are by far the best deal being only $3.59. There are also some tubes of concealer for only $4.29 and blush palettes for only $4.79 :)

      • blg

is there  away you can tell me how you did that? i live in florida and i can't do that good…

      • Vahappydays

I would like to know how as well! I do my best and manage about 50% savings each trip, but I would LOVE 90%!!!

        • lauren

We bought 6 of the Sunday papers when the Frito-Lay booklet came in and one of the papers had an extra insert so we were able to maximize on the Pepsi Max/Tostitos/Salsas deal. Also, the makeup helped quite a bit since it's a money maker.. The dentastix and salad dressing helped… I also got the Sundown Vitamins which were free… What really helped was that we got extra of the $5 off $50 purchase coupons so we were able to split into three transactions and get $15 off the total.. It took a year to get to where I can do what I do today.. I never understood the power of money making items lol

    • coupons0202

i bought 3 dr peppers last night only for them to ring up full price and then looked at the actual ad for my area this morning and coke products are B3G1! i think i'll return my dr peppers. very disappointed, my store even had a HUGE display at the entrance of pepsi products…i did not pay attention to the signage though. guess i'll go back today and check the signage and make my return! I had even found a manufacturer q in the virginia paper for $1/2 that paired well with the YAB. URGH! Guess this deal is highly regional.

      • Nicole

Dr. Pepper is and independent company beverage company. In some markets, Dr. Pepper is bottled by Coke and in other areas it is bottled by Pepsi.  The one thing you can bet is that if it isn't on sale this week, it probably will be in the next week or two.  HTH!!

    • Kristin

My publix has covergirl blush for 1.59 after the 2$ off sale. I used a 2.50 off 2 covergirl products coupon  and paid just .70 cents for 2. The store has coupons for $1.00 off so at .59 cents thats a great deal for my teenage girls!

    • linsey

Not sure if anyone posted but there is a sunchip coupon in the spring greenwise magazine would go with the the man. coupon she has listed to make the chips  $1.50 per bag

    • Themartins55

Got 6 packs of Propel for $1each!!

      • EmD

        I got 4 of them for 1$ each :)

    • Val

If your store still takes Target Store Qs you can find a $1/2 Lipton Tea Products on Target's coupon page

    • Dkirby96

Hi, I have a question…I live in Montgomery, Al on Gunter AFB and we only have one competitor grocery store (Winn Dixie) that our Publix takes coupons from.  They cut out target and drugstore competitor coupons about a year ago.  Is it a routine that they do not accept commissary coupons everywhere or is it just our Publix?  I have pretty much stopped shopping there…I get some but very few deals anymore and it is not worth driving across town to the other ones to see what deals I can get due to cost of gas. Just curious…if anyone can help answer my questions.  Thanks!

      • 3boysand2ladies

I live in Prattville and our Publix accepted commissary Qs until the recent policy change.  Now it's just Winn Dixie and Piggly Wiggly(which we don't even have here).  Bummer though because I would always pick up good Qs at the commissary to use at Publix.

    • newbie335

Can someone please tell me where to find the Publix Dentistix coupons. I've looked in there coupons section and it's not listed for me. I'd love to get this deal, but I can't find the coupon anywhere. Thank you in advance.

I know you can currently find them in the “Who Loves You” pet coupon booklet from Publix.  They should be in the turnstyle at the front of the store with all of the other fliers & so forth.  You can also print them out if you go here: http://weeklyad.publix.com/publix/default.aspx?action=entryflash&promotioncode=Publix-091119Pet&Adref=Pet and just to the right of the flier, you’ll see “Additional Ads” … click the first one in there (it’s green & white & has a pic of a cat on the left & a man on the right).  Once it brings that booklet up, click the “Next” button 3 times until you see the $1.00 Off Pedigree Dog Treats & Snacks coupon.  Click it to print it.  I guess you can print as many of these as you want, because I printed two last night & they both worked.  Although the treats didn’t come out free… I had this Publix Q, plus another $1 off Q, and I still paid just under $4 for 4 packages (which is still awesome… normally, that’d come out to almost $15!) … I don’t know if they marked up the prices or not, but here, they cost $3.59 each.

And by the way, I went on one of my first couponing trips last night… I paid $23 and saved $30!!  WOO!  I didn’t get everything I wanted (I only got a few things on my list) so we’ll see how I do in a few days when I do my “real” trip :)

Speaking of which, I’m still wondering if there are any Toaster Strudels coupons out there other than the Advantage Flier coupons.  There are 3 different links to 3 different coupons listed here, but I couldn’t find one on any of those sites!  Am I missing something, or are they just gone now?

        • newbie335

Thank you , thank you , thank you. I finally found it :)

      • Bmg38

If you click on 'printable' and pulled up the add, type in zip code, etc, go to the coupon section and scroll down on the first page.  Both pages of coupons scroll down.  It should be right there.

        • newbie335

Thank you Bmg38. It's not showing up for my zipcode. What zipcode are you using?

      • Nicole

I was just about to post the same question!

      • Nicole

I got the coupon by using the zip code 36526!

        • faith

it's asking for a code. Goes straight to conagra website.

          • faith

you have to enter code 63829897. some other store have their peter pan on sale this week and it's under a dollar with coupon….trying to find out which one.

      • Rickcostantino

i got mine off of the publix website coupon section

    • Pawstoreflect

Good deal today…the Cover Girl CheekerBlush is regularly $3.59.  This week is it $2off, making it $1.59.  Combine this with the $2.50/2 mc out now and I only paid $0.68 for two, or 34 cents each!

      • lauren

Use a couple of the store $1 off each coupons and you make money! ;)

    • faith

how do you get the peanut butter coupon I'm confused.

      • Andrea Watt

        me too.

      • Dona

You need a special code to enter at the website.  You had to have purchased it beforehand to get the code and it's on specially marked jars.

    • Tamara R.

I do not understand about the e-coupons (Upromise).  How does it work? I signed up and I cannot get to any coupons. Can anyone explain? Thanks!

      • Dona

You don't “get” coupons.  They are electronic coupons that when you purchase the item on the ecoupon on Upromise, that amount will go into your Upromise account towards your savings.

    • Couponpixie2

ok this may sound silly, but im new at this whole couponing thing, where can you get the $5 off $20 coupon?

      • foximoxie

What $5 off $20 coupon, is it a Publix or competitor coupon?

    • Ewynn61689

There is a coupon for .45 cents off the Kraft BBQ sauce in the 5/01/11 paper, I can't remember if I got it from smartsource or redplum. But it's in one of those! Better deal that what you have posted on here! Because the coupon doubles and you get it FREE plus extra off your purchase! :)

      • Terri_floyd

Thank you, Kraft BBQ sauce  coupon was in the 5/1/11 smart source.

      • cg

The BBQ sauce on sale is the 18 oz, the coupon is for the 28 or larger oz size– unfortunately many people have gotten excited about this, and I've personally seen people using this coupon (hopefully it was an accident, but when I saw someone get 100 bottles with 100 coupons, I'm pretty sure she was a savvy enough couponer to know she was getting the wrong size).

      • Chris

The .45 cents coupon is only good for 28oz or larger.  The Kraft BBQ that is B1G1 is not that large.

    • Terri_floyd

Where would you get a .55/1 Kraft or Bull’s Eye Barbecue sauce, Kraft Food & Family booklet?

      • foximoxie

the kraft food & family booklets are found in stores like food lion and bi-lo usually..they are put out only a few times a year and go fast

    • Freemn4

FYI for anyone living in my area.  I just found out that the Publix on Trolley Rd In Summerville,SC is changing their coupon policy on Monday.  They are no longer accepting CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid,  Target, Earth Fare, Save a lot coupons (which are all of the stores I used coupons for).  They have a list of 5 grocery store competitors which they will be accepting.  I have to say I got spoiled with their past policy.  I will try to be happy that they will continue to double coupons up to 50 cents.

      • foximoxie

I live in the Summerville area and the Trolley Rd location is my favorite. I'm very sad about the new coupon policy. Although I adore Publix their prices really are too high unless you have several different coupon options. Being able to use Target coupons with manf coupons was especially nice. My husband says that if we boycott the store they may allow more competitors at least. A better idea may be to start a petition. What do you think? And just so everyone from our area knows, all of the Charleston area Publix stores are changing the policy on Monday

        • I shop in upstate SC and have never been able to use anything except typical grocery store coupons. And the grocery stores in our area do not have many coupons. I feel that I do quite well and I'm sure that you will adapt. I'm just glad they are still doubling. Publix has probably made this decision for business reasons that we need not know. And since I only buy sale items, I'm sure they would not miss my few weekly dollars.

          • cami

Suemh you are exactly right.  Publix was losing money that unfortunately affects those of us that have family members working there.  The budget cuts have been crazy this year and staff cuts mean less service and service is what Publix stakes their reputation on and refuses to budge on. I know we have seen people go in with 2 carts of groceries and pay less than $20.  Great for the couponer, but bad business for the store.  They can't recoup all those competitor coupons.  So most stores are still accepting competitor grocery or super target coupons but not drug store.  But let's be honest, Publix is still going to be cheaper than getting your food goods at the Rite Aid!  Kroger may be cheaper, but it is a completely different environment at my local stores anyway.  But we still have the freedom of choice to shop where we want.

            • foximoxie

@a987e68d37ac1f576749dc50fa10b38f:disqus  I think you made very interesting points, along with @Suemh:disqus but I’m not sure if saying “Publix is still going to be cheaper than getting your food goods at Rite Aid” makes sense because who with any common sense does their major grocery shopping at a drug store? I do agree that Publix is number one in service and if that means sacrifices then we’ll have to deal

            • cami

i meant that as in alot of people are complaining that they don’t accept Drugstore coupons anymore.  Seriously people?  My store still takes Kroger, Ingles and Super Target as competitors as they are huge in our area w/in the radius to the store.

          • foximoxie

Your post is very inspiring @Suemh:disqus  and I feel encouraged to keep pushing on even with the major changes and I’m especially grateful that they still double coupons. Although, I feel that any time a store changes their way of doing things, especially if it’s a major policy change that affects their loyal customers, then I am in fact entitled to know their reasons.

        • michelle

EVERY Publix store is changing their policies on the 23rd. ITs not just your area.

          • foximoxie

We realize that, I was just letting the Charleston area know in general

    • I'm just finding this now…I went thru my all you mag for may. And there is New York Croutons coupon for .50 off 1 package. So with publix yellow flyer aren't they free?? I didn't see a coupon match up for it so thought I should ask.

      • foximoxie

I just checked it all out and the .50 off coupon in All You Magazine doesn't have any size or flavor limitations, and the sale is for the 5 oz bag of Texas Toast at .99 so YES they will be free after the .50 off coupon doubles!  Yaaay! There are a lot of deals that don't get posted (understandably, it's a lot of work, thanks for all that you do for us Jenni). That's why I always try to scan the ads and get really familiar with my coupons so I know when their's a good match. I didn't see this one either though so thanks!

    • My list didn't print. Just the heading with Publix & the date, but no items.

    • GA Girl

Does anyone know of a good website to buy whole coupon inserts from the Sunday papers?  I tried one site and the only option was to purchase a combo of 10 each. I really only wanted the Redplum.

      •  I have bought from Coupons & Things by Dede and from Collectable Coupons. This week I purchased some SS from AJCInserts.com for the first time. Have had good luck with all 3. I occasionally buy from ebay as well, but make sure it is from a reputable seller.

    • Rickcostantino

I cannot get smartsource to print. anyone having trouble?

      • Jmhinatl

        Try upgrading your Java program.

        • Brandi Durocher

even after I updated I couldnt get mine to, are you using IE?  I have to use firefox to get mine to print, though someone else said google chrome works fine too

    • AveysMommy

I went to Publix today and was trying to get the Pedigree Dentastix and Jumbone.
They were BOGO, I had 2 manufacturer coupons and 2 store coupons.  They told me that I am only allowed to use 1 store coupon.  I showed them the back of the coupon which states, “Limit one deal per coupon per customer.”  Usually this means if you have more than 1 store coupon you can get more than 1 deal.  It did not say one per customer.  The  manager claimed he interprets this differently.  I have emailed the corporate office to get clarification.

      • Brandyk

they did the same thing to me today with the wish-bone Qs.  the thing is, “deal” is a ridiculous term. it doesn't mean anything. whenever they try to write “deal” on a raincheck i make them write how many items it is.  2 deals could be 2 items or 4 items. who knows!

        • michelle

EVERY PUBLIX uses the term “deal” to mean 1 set of BOGO= 2 items. so 4 deals would mean 8 items. If the item you are getting is not BOGO and its 2 for $5 then 4 deals is still 8 items. If the item is on sale for $1.99 then 4 deals – 4 items.

      • Fromkhadija

I think if you buy 2 dentastix, use one Publix coupon and two newspaper coupons, it's still $3 off for two bags, which would make them both free. HTH

      • mommy

When you email corporate all they do is forward the email to the store that you shop at. The store manager from that store will call you- not corporate.

      • Danielle

The policy does not start untill may 23rd, thus they should have taken two store coupons.  My store told me the same thing about the publix coupon, 1 per transaction no matter how many items i have.  They should have just printed, “1 coupon per transaction” on their coupons, it would have saved them ALOT of questions.

      • Kouponklippn

I have always interpreted it to mean “1 deal per customer”…which means I can only use 1 publix coupon per trip (plus , of course MC).  If it just said 1 deal per coupon…I'd think I could use a coupon on each item….the “per customer” is what I always look for.  Just the way I've always interpreted it….   Love my Publix!

    • Franks red hot sauce is just .19 a bottle.  Frenchs Worcestershire extra tendererizer is just .25 a bottle. Got coupons from SS 5/15

    • Tkdodson83

Im new to couponing and have a question, if anyone can help. Say I have a coupon for 1$ off 2. If I only buy one of the product can I still use this coupon and get a 50 cent discount instead?

      • jillian

No you have to buy 2.

      • Mrscori2006

No if the coupon states $1/2 you must buy what the coupon specifies.

    • foximoxie

Does anyone know why Jenny says at the top of this deals list “In accordance with the official NEW PUBLIX COUPON POLICY I am no longer matching drugstore coupons or combining store & competitor coupons” ?? Publix coupon policy does not state that they no longer combine coupons so I don't understand this statement. Thanks

      • Publix now only considers other local grocery stores as competitors (not pharmacies, etc.), so Jenny is not combining the manufacturers' coupons with competitors' coupons. You can still stack manufacturers' coupons with Publix coupons.

        • foximoxie

thanks for your help. I get that Publix is not accepting pharmacy coupons so Jenny understandably will not show scenarios for pharmacy, Target and dollar store coupons but I'm still not understanding why Jenny isn't listing competitor (grocery stores) coupons along with manf coupons since Publix is still allowing us to combine not only Publix store coupons with manf coupons but also competitor store coupons (as listed by each store) with manf coupons ???

          • She is still listing Target coupons. (See Energizer, Clairol, Nice 'n Easy, etc.) And  every Publix has different “competitors”; many folks have said it depends on the stores within a 5-mile radius of the Publix store. So while Publix A's competitor's may be Save-a-Lot, Target & Ingles, Publix B's competitors might be Piggly Wiggly, Albertson's, and Harvey's. There is absolutely no way Jenny could post all the different qualifying competitors on one page.

            • Ksolom01

A competitor coupon is being considered a store coupon.  But you can still combine a competitor and manufacture, or a store and manufacture.

    • G Vitagliano

      1.00/1 A1 Steak Sauce SS 4/10. Makes it 1.91 for 2!

      • foximoxie

        It expired 4/3/11 :(

        • Beck

There is another 1.00/1 from SS.  Sadly I don't know what date it was out, but I used it today.

          • foximoxie

The only 2 coupons that are out right now for A-1 that are not expired are:

             $.55/1 A1 Steak Sauce tearpad (Exp 5/31/2011)
$1/1 A1 Steak Sauce or Kraft BBQ Sauce, any tearpad (exp 6/30/2011)
So you probably got yours from a tearpad :)
Does anyone know where the tearpads are?

      • Dancer1

        SS 4/10 couldn't have possibly expired 4/3

        • foximoxie

@3ab6cd42ac4faad675e14f17d2a4228a:disqus  oops, thanks for catching that…I meant to type that it expired 5/8/11..have no idea where I got 4/3! lol

    • G V

I think you should still include all coupon competitors in the matchups (minus CVS, wags, pharmacies) and let the reader find out on their own which ones their store will take. Mine will still take Winn dixie, target, save a lot, albertsons, and sweetbay, and whole foods. I feel like most of the scenarios didn't include competitors because it varies by store and you didn't want to mislead anyone. I think if you disclose that its up to the reader to find out what their store will allow, its okay to put all matchups in a scenario.. what do you think??

      • foximoxie

I completely agree. I was just talking about that on here last night. You have a very good idea. I hope Jenny sees your post. :)

      • Coupondad

I think Jenny does enough for us and she probably enjoys the time she saves spending it with her kids instead of having to post all of the competitors matchups for us.

        • One would hope that Jenny is making enough money off this site's advertisers to hire a few employees.

          • foximoxie

            well said and very true

        • Sun05shine27

People use this site for Matchups. That's the whole point of it. Keep your opinions to yourself.

          • Dona

There's nothing wrong with anyone expressing their opinions, that's why they're called opinions!  Not a lot of people understand how much time and work it takes to do a stores ad and coupon match ups.  No matter how many employees she does have.
I understand with why she isn't matching up all the competitor stores and so does everyone else (that's why you're all begging her to add them).  If you know your competitor store has coupons available, is it too hard for you to check for yourself if there's a match to what's on sale at Publix?  That part alone only takes a few minutes.  There are a TON of new couponers and they are in and out at any time.  One will not know why she has it on there or doesn't.  They'll just assume they can use them what's listed.
We all know she doesn't do it by her self and who would with all these
stores??  I am grateful for what Jenny offers and appreciate it.  Those
that complain about it not going their way, honesty, are just plain
            lazy to do it themself.

            • foximoxie

That's a bit harsh for you to assume people are “just too plain lazy to do it themself”..maybe, just as YOU stated yourself, it's very challenging to put together matchups, especially for newbies. Besides, as much as I truly appreciate all that Jenny offers here and we all know it's a blessing, I'm sure she has plenty of help..it's not like she's frantically clicking away at the computer all day and night alone :O

    • Khjbcoupns

i am learning to like publix more and more… i am now boycotting krogers because they have started advertising cigs again… soooo publix here i come.. i am finding that when i shop the sales, use coupons and stick to my shopping list that i can save just as much as i used to save at krogers… to top it off.. i am finding that there are other perks to shopping at publix… 1.) i always find someone readily available working on the floor who can help me find what i am looking for.. since i am kinda new to publix and dont know the floor plan as well.. 2.) they USUALLY have the sale items in stock.  3.) there are a million check out lanes open… and 4) someone usually insists on carrying out my groceries… all in all.. a very pleasant shopping experience…

      • cg

I have never had anyone in Kroger ever offer help or take me to an aisle to show me where something is.  Most of the time they can't even be bothered to point me in the right direction. But every single time I've ever been looking for something at Publix and can't find it, someone either approaches me and asks me if they can help me or even takes me directly to the item, no matter how busy they appear to be. And they do it with a SMILE. Kroger employees seem disgruntled. I wonder if the pay differences between the two stores are signifcant? Anyone know?

        • cami

The publix people better approach you. Publix's policy is you must be acknowledged within 10seconds or 10 ft of approaching them.  A nod even if they are w/ a customer . I am a mystery shopper for them and they take it seriously.  My hubby is a mgr and the shopper results can often mean write ups for someone if they don't acknowledge you, take you TO the item, and never, never EVER take tips for taking the groceries out.  In comparison, my adult friend works for Kroger.  She is 49 years old making $7.60 an hour!  Ridiculous!  I know some 17 year old baggers making $10 at publix.

          • Sheikhkiran

i tipped the guy who took out the groceries for me at publix  and he took it happily:)

            • foximoxie

I didn’t think Publix employees were allowed to accept tips. I’d gladly tip them

            • cami

they may take them, but if they get caught they can get written up.

        • Guest

You really want to know the difference between Publix and Kroger? Publix is a privately owned company and Kroger employees are unionized. I worked at Kroger long long ago and I cannot imagine it is any better than it was then. In fact, it is probably worse. Just another fine example of how capitalism is good for America!

      • Auntshel48

I also love Publix for those reasons! I still shop other places too but if I need something that I don't have a coupon for I get it at Publix for those reasons. Big fan!

    • Question about the Pepsi Max/Tostitos deal – I've seen cashiers go both ways on this. I didn't want to argue at the register, so I just let the cashier do it her way yesterday.

On the Buy a tostitos chips & salsa, get a pepsi max free (mfr coupon), how much should the cashier have taken off? The normal price is $1.89 (coupon allows up to $1.99). Pepsi max is actually BOGO this week. One would think that you could use the coupon to “buy” the first one, then the sale would let you get the second for free. BUT, since Publix just cuts the price in half at the register, the cashier would only take off that amount — $.95.

Since I was purchasing two of these deals, I ended up paying $1.89 for 2 additional Pepsi's that I didn't even need. The store would have gotten the full $1.89 from the coupon anyway. Just because they're having a store sale shouldn't mean that the coupon is less valuable.

      • Couldn't you have just gotten 2? That way you would not have paid money for something that you didn't want.

        • My store did $1.89 .. all cashiers different!

      • Dona

Just because the coupon has a value of UP TO a certain amount and the item is less doesn't mean the store should put the full amount of what is valued up to on the coupon. That would mean the store is committing coupon fraud.  If it's a coupon where the cashier had to write in the amount for the free item, they would get reimbursed for the amount written, not the value up to.  If the coupon scans more than the amount of the item, then that'd be a different story.
So don't count on the full value of the coupon coming off something you are already getting for free with the coupon.  Thats why they put the official coupon policy in effect due to these reasons.  And if your store rings up half price, buying 2 Pepsi's would of made it work both being free with no problem.

      • Sheikhkiran

in FL our BOGO is true BOGO….my one bottle was 1.89 and second one was 0. so he took off $1.89….i came out with 2 free bottles….but in ur case i think he did the right thing because it says one free and he took off the price off one

    • Fromkhadija

I found out that Publix will take the Bloom $5 off coupon unitl the 23rd!  I called my store and they said it was official store policy.

    • Saver101

BOGO Mayfield Ice Cream must be regional.  It isn't in my Publix flyer,

      • Look on the website if it's not in your physical flyer, if you enter your store and it doesn't show up, then for sure it is. You can quickly search for items on the online weekly ad just by typing it in the search box.

    • Coupondad

Publix in Palm Beach County has B2G2 on coke products. Wish there was a coupon (besides Recycle Bank) but still a great deal. I never see coupons for coke in the paper.

      • mary

I was in Publix today and saw that deal.  I did find the Coke  125 Years of Summer Fun booklet on display right next to the coke deal.  There is a Q in it for $1 off 3 12 packs.  How much were the 12 packs?  I forgot to look.

      • D6140peterson

If you drink a lot of coke, make sure you are signed up for at mycokerewards.com.  There are codes on every cocacola product that you enter to get points.  These points will eventually add up to a “free 12 pack” coupon.  When paired with a deal like this one…WoW!

    • Iamcheap

Do you know if Publix is still honoring the competitors coupons for certain amount off purchase? Dollar General has a coupon on their site only good today (5/21) for $5 off $25 purchase. I didnt see it until I was already back from the store.  Just wondered if I could use it at Publix for some other items I need?

      • Dona

I don't think DG would be considered a competitor store at any Publix and they usually don't take percentage off coupons.  If they are, they aren't suppose to be.  It may be YMMV.

        • Roehrigk

yes they do take this coupon, as always, it depends on the Publix you go to! :)

        • michelle

a $5/ $25 isnt a percentage off coupon….. so it just matters if your particular store takes that competitor or not!

    • Corbly

i am new to couponing. i just back from store paying $100 for my goods. i thought to myself there has to be a cheaper way. i found southersavers.com. after looking through this week deals for publix i made my southernsavers shopping list.

can i combine manufacturer (m) and store (s) coupons? for example, huggies has several m coupons. if i can combine them then apply to the price for huggies i can save a bundle.

some of these sites use a java applet to control how many times i can print the coupons. i have several computers. can i print all i can then combine those as well?

if so, then i am sold. next week i’ll make my publix list and come home with my newly found treasure.

      thanks southern savers,

Got a great deal on Huggies diapers today. Got 5 packs for $9.47 total!!!!!!!!! (before tax)
They had size 6 little snugglers on the clearance rack marked 2 for $10.99. I grabbed all 5 packs they had left and the cashier let me use 5 of the store coupons that were in the flyer  for $2 off one and I stacked them with 4 $1.50 coupons and 1 $2 coupon that I had. My daughter is in size 5 now so this works out awesome!!!!! $1.89 per pack of diapers!!!!!!!!!

    • Beck

There is a 1.00/1 wishbone dressing coupon in this Sunday's paper.  Makes the dressing free when combined with the Publix one.

    • Wooburne1

I can not find the store coupon target or Publix for the Covergirl anyone know where to find it?

    • shelley

Would the people that are wiping out all the merchandise at the publix on pleasant hill in duluth ga please consider leaving some for others? I am handicapped and need things for our 2 families and cannot get there early enough. Isn't 10 enough of each item? Feedback please!

      • I shop at the same store, very disappointed  too. Have you been able to get any of the coupon booklets? I havent been able to get them at all even at CS.

        • Brandi Durocher

here in our area of SC they keep the coupons behind CS because of that

      • Julia

That's a shame!  Have you spoken to your store manager about this?  I believe each store MGR has the right to put a limit on quantities……..  Always remember that God see the heart of everyone, and those who are hoarding items will answer for it!  If I knew you and had what you needed, I would surely give you what I have!  Blessings to you Shelley!

      • Shelley – make sure to get rain checks for the items they are out of! Publix does a great job of keeping items in stock, probably the best of any store out there. Depending on the item, I will many times buy 10 of a B1G1 free item, and more if they will let me. Our publix is very lax. Now, if I was standing at a shelf, and someone walked in, especially handicapped, and came to an item I was buying the last few of, I would be more than willing to give them however many they needed.

        • Oh, and for disclosure – it's not me wiping out your shelves, I shop in Marietta ;)

    • moneysavingmama

my lipton tea coupon in rp 5/22 is .60/2 not .40/1

    • MelHun

      • Brandi Durocher

ours were too but at $3.59 for 2 if you use two $1 off store coupons and two $2 off manufacture it is still free

    • Gingee

    • laura

Just a heads up to those you in Summerville who shop at the Central Ave one, they are accepting ONLY bi lo, food lion, harris teeter, piggly wiggly and whole foods market coupons. I was told that there is going to be a harris teeter built near some bi lo (didn't exactly say where) which is great news because I was going to head to the one on Savannah Hwy for their triple coupon deal and now I might not have too. It's a bummer that they won't accept Target coupons, as that's the only ones I used there, oh well, still going to shop there!

      • GUEST

Laura, they are building a harris teeter across from The Ponds subdivision. It's on boone hill rd.

        • laura

I know I'm so excited, it's SO much closer than Savannah Hwy!

      • Asolstice06

Mine only accepts Kroger coupons. Count your blessings!

        • laura

I wish we had a kroger, count yours :)

          • Ipreferpublix

Um, what? Krger rarely puts out store coupons- in fact I nver get them. Otoh, whole foods puts out loads of good store coupons. And I've heard WD does as well. You definitely have nothing to complain about!

    • Barry

Anyone where the Publix P&G flyer can be found?

      • Thesmithsoffop

I found them at the end of the Beauty aisle.

    • Ckfourth

Has anyone been able to find the Peter Pan coupon?  It's not on the website or in my April or June “All You.”  Thanks so much!

      • InkyStink

Couldn't print but did find it in the All You Mag….April pg. 25 if the mags are the same….right behind orville ad.

        • Ckfourth

Thanks Inky!!  I'll go look for it now!

    • Jstantonpr

Does Kroger have ANY print coupons or all ecoupons? How do you use those at Publix?

      • MelGA

Kroger sends coupons in the mail after you are a consistent shopper (takes many months) spending enough with them. hth

    • Has anyone tried printing the 'Little Swimmers' coupon? I've clicked on the 'Get coupon' button on the Huggies site, but nothing happens. Thanks!

    • Khjbcoupns

as long as krogers advertises cigarets i will continue to shop at publix… the more i shop at publix the more i like the shopping experience and the deals that i get… and the less i miss krogers…

      • Asolstice06

AMEN! Be sure to write Publix and let them know how you feel. I LOVE PUBLIX!

    • Mel Jolley

New to Publix shopping, can someone explain the covergirl free deal?!?

      • millie

ok first of all when you get into this full force you will love it! so be prepared for some awesome trips to the store!  to answer your question, at publix you can use 1 manuf. coupon and 1 publix coupon on 1 item (in the real world you can only use 1 manuf. coupon per item) manuf. coupons start with a 5 on the bar code and the publix coupons have and L.U. number on them.  never be afraid to ask cust. service if you have a question they are usually super nice.  but anyway if you find a cover girl item that is 3.59 and it is on sale for 2.00 off in the ad whick makes it 1.59 and you have a manuf coupon for 1.00 and a publix coupon for 1.00 you can use both of those on that one item and it will give you .41 overage!  hope this helps!

    • Lewisrn1

-$1 off Wish-Bone dressing (Publix coupon), 16 oz +, Great Deals on Great Meals flyer

I cant find this coupon and i need 40can anyone  help, where do i get

      • Sanchionipa

the store should have a $1.00 off coupon plus there is a man coupon in todays paper for a 1.00 off any two in the red plum. should make it free

      • angstew

you can print these from the publix website

      • Look for a cardboard standup inside the store, usually at the front, with a bunch of different Publix store coupons (all of them are amazing, including a $2 off ONE General Mills cereal) hanging from little white pegs. I'd say there were about 10-15 different items with coupons hanging up. They're individual, loose coupons, and you can take as many as you need.

    • Slwallace83

I am looking for the $5 off Gerber Formula…it says the coupon is in the Simple Summer Pleasures Booklet???  Where can I find this??  I am new to all of this!

      Thanks!!  :o)

      • Kouponklippn

Look on Publix website…they have a link to it on southernsavers… or publix.com …. I clicked the weekly ad, then noticed the tab that had “coupons”….the Gerber coupon can be printed from there..

      • Lovemygoldens84

I have 2 of the gerber coupons if you want them email me lovemygoldens84@hotmail.com

    • M&Ms… $1.50 / 2 coupon in paper today.. BYGO in Publix..approx $3 for two bags… . love those pretzel ones!

    • Publix employee

FYI…I put together an M&M display that has a $1.00 off two bags!

    • Mel Jolley

Any one get the breakstones coupon for cottage cheese doubles?!? Don't see it in my ss 5/22. Middle Tn

      • Thesmithsofop

I got them in my paper in NE Florida.

    • Susan

My Publix has always doubled my coupons up to 50 cents.  Yesterday the cashier refused to double any that said “do not double”.  She said the new policy is to enforce printed restrictions.  Is this true everywhere?  Several coupons including the kids' yogurt said “do not double”.

      • This isn't right – at least it doesn't make sense. The 'Do Not Double' on manuf coupons is the actual corporation saying 'Do not double – because you're only getting reimbursed the coupons face value plus $.08.' When stores double coupons, it's a store policy – they bite the bullet on anything over the FV of the coupon. Also, the cashiers do not manually double qualifying coupons, the computer automatically does it. You should try checking out in a different lane next time, or changing stores. There are plenty who do double, and they're the ones who deserve your business ;)

        • gagirl1

hmmm that's interesting… I figured that stores must get some incentive from the manufacturer for doubling, and that was why they won't double coupons that say “do not double”… but maybe you're right… I may ask my manager about this!

      • That may be. Their new policy reads “Acceptance is subject to any restrictions on the coupon”. I'm hoping that they don't all interpret it this way. Time will tell.

    • Angelmj1019

Yesterday I bought 4 yoplait kids yogurts (4 pk) on sale 2/$4, used 2 $2 off of 2 & 4 $.50 off 1, which I thought would make them free after the $.50 coupons doubled but they dis not dbl & the cashier said they don't double coupons anymore. I don't see anything about this in their policy. Was wondering if I was mistaken or if the cashier was?

      • Sharrona

The cashier is wrong, she must have fell asleep in the new coupon policy meeting

      • gagirl1

that's strange, at our store, the register automatically doubles the coupons; the cashier has to manually override it to stop it from doubling. maybe check w/ the manager or customer service to make sure. Are you sure your coupons didn't say “do not double?” the online printable for the yoplait kids (that I had anyway) said “do not double” and the cashiers at my store pay attention to that and will stop it from doubling.

    • Brandi Durocher

Dentastix store coupons are gone on the site :-(

      • Guest

They had HUNDREDS in the front of my store….and I'm not over exaggerating!!  They had several cases of them.  You may want to check your store!!!

    • Moomoo1771

Where are the Publix P&G flyers found?

    • Patricia

This website is too difficult for the average consumer.  In order to “clip” coupons you must be registered on websites.  This causes your email to receive millions of junk mail/spam mail everyday.  You may save mega $$ couponing and have the the time it takes to navigate through this most difficult website, but personally, I just don't have the time that it takes.  Good luck to all of you that have the time and save $$.

      • tori729

I use a separate email to sign up for things like that. I think this website is easy to navigate through if you just get used to it. But to each his own!

      • linsey

I think that if you dont have the  time to spend than you must not need the saving that badly. The site is a blessing for my family and with a little time spend I save at least half off my grocerys weekly . TIme well spent I think!

      • HAHAHA If you think this site is difficult then you really need to just leave, This site by far it the Easiest to navigate through compared to allll the others

        • foximoxie

That's not very nice and completely uncalled for

      • momto3girls

Patricia, this website is as easy as they come!! I have tried many, many other coupon websites and this is by far the easiest to navigate and use!! Thanks Jenny for all of your hard work.  You are appreciated and loved by thousands!!!! BTW all that you have to do to avoid junk mail is follow Jenny's advice to set up a free e-mail specifically for “junk mail” and on-line use.  Happy Couponing!!!

      • Threefowlers

This site is by far the BEST! We do appreciate all of the time that Jenny puts in to helping us save money. Many people have told me lately that they “just don't have time” to coupon…well, I don't have extra time just waiting  to be filled…I MAKE time to save money! It does require time, but it's worth it in the end, especially with the cost of groceries rising weekly!

      • You need to set up an extra, free email address with Yahoo that you can use for coupon-specific purposes. That way all the newsletters and promo items they email you after your initial becoming a member of their websites for coupons will go straight to an email that doesn't even matter. At least that's what I've done.

Either way, even for some of the spam I do get, it certainly doesn't outweigh me Spending $101.95 on over $350 worth of groceries last week at Publix! Or the times I go in and spend $0.50 – $15.00 and save $80-$100. The benefits far outweigh the preventable spam mail.

      • gagirl1

this is the EASIEST site to use. Couponing, in general, does take time, so it may not be for you. When I started couponing over a year ago, I'd spend 4-6 hours per week. Now that I'm better at it, I spend around 2-4 hours per week planning my grocery list, and to me, it's worth saving about 50% off my grocery bill… not to mention what I've saved by shopping the drug stores for toiletries, cosmetics, etc.

I haven't paid for deodorant, toothpaste, men's body wash or dish soap for well over 6 months, and I'd say I've paid less than half price for other things like facial products, lotion, razors and make up. I've been paying $20 for tide for the longest time, and recently realized I can get detergent for my HE machine for $1 on sale!

In the last 6 months we've been able to pay off one of our cars (1 year into a 5 year loan) and my student loan will be paid off in the next 6 months, which I wasn't expecting to pay off for another 5 years! Of course, couponing is not responsible for all of this, but saving 50-60% every week on these costs definitely adds up! thanks jenny!

    • Susan

Hi everyone!  Is there any where I can look to see this weeks upcoming sale and/or the upcoming Yellow and Green Advantage fliers?

      • BLG

Southernsavers does a preview for the new ad on Tuesdays at 12.00 pm!

    • Careygirlgoldsmith

Where can I get the Kraft Food & Family booklet?

      • Nikki

It came out awhile back. I don't think you'll find it now but it was at stores like Publix and Bi-Lo.

Im new to couponing, so i have a question, how can you buy multiple? for example “8 wish bone” and receive the savings? do you have to have mulitple coupons also?

        • Guest

Yes you have to have mulitple of the same coupon, ie she had 8 Wishbone q's, 4 lipton q's, 4 Ronzoni q's, etc.  HTH!

    • Chris

@disneymom my wife loves the activia so if you’re offering I’m interested.  (they.call.me.cp@gmail.com)

    • guest

      • Nikki

Jenny normally has it posted by Tuesday night.

      • gagirl1

it's usually posted by 12 noon; I check it before I go to get my daughter from preschool at 1 so I can coupon in peace for an hour! haha

    • Mel Jolley

I shopped at Kroger, HT and Publix today in Nashville as they are only minutes apart…..kind of an experiment. At Kroger: 1/2 gal skim, (2) Perdu thighs, Perdu drumsticks and Perdu chix breasts= $10.90 saved $4.29
At HT: (2) ragu, (4) Korr Rice sides, colgate tooth brush, Int Del. Creamer= $3.11 saved $11.16 (no trpl cpns)
      At Publix: (2) salad mixes, (2) Almonds, (8) ears of corn, (8) cottage doubles, (2) covergirl bronzers/blush, (2) pet dentastix and (2) wishbone dressing = $ 13.15 Saved $34.40

I think I know where I want to shop from now on….Publix was the cleanest store for sure. HT had nothing after this weekends sales, very disappointing. Publix always has a friendly staff and plenty of sale items even if it is the last day of the sale! Love Publix

      • Stacey37055

I totally agree!!! Before couponing….I shopped at 3 different stores every week to save money …. I have tried something like what you tried … came up with the  same conclusion… I only go to kroger when the item is going to be 25 cents or less…. Publix's customer service… and clean store make alll the difference….

        • Tiffany

I agree!  I tried different HT's for a total of 4 times in the Nashville area to get the freebie condiments.  Out every time!!  I went to Publix to get the Dentastix, dressing, and Hefty EZ foil pans.

Not only did I get everything on my list but was treated to a great, friendly environment.  I also picked up Worcestshire sauce and yellow mustard with coupons for free.  An unexpected deal if you use the 0.50/1.

          Scoreboard.  Publix: 1, HT: 0.

    • ambra

cheerwine is a pepsi product. so i got both of my 12 pack for 1.69 a piece after my .75 off coupon (2 products, 2 coupons) and that made each can .14

        • gagirl1

same here, they just override it

    • Several items Jenny has listed under B1G1 as having no active coupon matchups do in fact have active coupon matchups at Targets website.

The A1 Steak Sauce has a $1 off 1 Target store coupon as well as the Boca frozen meatless items (a $1 off 1). Go print! ;)

      • valerie

        I think also M&Ms. :)

    • becwise

Anyone know where I can find the store coupon for Dentastix?

      • cblakefl

I found it at Publix website –  (Publix coupon), link above. However, today the mgr told me I could use one per transaction and one per 2 Dentastix because they were b1g1 and it is considered 1 deal to buy two. I live in fl – he said the rule just changed today.

      • valerie

There is a pet coupon booklet for May and I also printed them off Publix.com.
I purchased 8 of them and didn’t have a problem down here in Hollywood, FL.

    • Chris

the printable link is in the matchup above… I just printed them

    • Lewisrn1

Where is the great meals on great deals flyer??? I am looking for the wishbone coupon, please help. Also does one Publix coupon apply the the whole transaction?? I want to buy 20 wishbone so do I need 20 Publix coupons or will the one apply to the entire transaction?

      • Danyeln

You should be able to find them in your store.  It is a large cardboard display with each coupon hanging on a hook.  You will need 20 coupons if you intend to buy that many.

      • Sharrona

Depends on your store, New Policy states only one coupon per customer, so you may have to go back 20 times

      • gagirl1

My publix has a limit of 10 bogo items, so you might want to check on that before you check out!

      • valerie

I have no problems with quantity at my store but they are familiar with me and know I am a good customer. I know small print often states that Publix has right to limit quantities but I have NEVER had any Publix give me a hassle. I live in S FL. :0)

    • Emily

My Publix had their 12 packs of Coke B2G2! 4 cases of Coke for 10.98! I shop at the Bartram Park Publix in Jacksonville, FL.

Publix @ Thornblade in Greer, SC no longer takes Publix Printed coupons

      • Mechlingfamily

What?! How does that even make sense? Someone at Corporate might be interested in hearing that.

    • Marisa

Hi! I don't see how to get CoverGirl for free? Please help.

      • gagirl1

i got the blush which wasn't free but 34 cents… I did not have the publix coupon listed (couldnt find it) or it would have been free + profit. The blush after taking the $2 off was about $1.59, I bought 2 and used the $2.50/2 coupon, which brought them each down to .34

        • gagirl1

btw, they're on sale for $2 off, it's not a coupon;  they should ring up for $2 less than what the price tag says… the publix coupon listed is a STORE coupon which can be stacked with the manufacturer coupon. HTH!

    • Gmom

There is a $1 Bic coupon in SS 5/22 if you didn't get a printable.

    • Jbearden4571

Where is the Publix ad for 5/25 to 5/31?

      • PoofyBoutique

Jenny hasn't posted it yet. It usually gets posted sometime on Tuesday though.

    • Moore102001

I can't find the huggies coupons, does anyone have a zip that works?

      • valerie

Don't know if they are still available but there were Huggies coupons in 33024. Good luck!

    • sabrina

At my Publix in Madison, AL the Stouffer's family size dinners are $3.99 and there is a $1.50 off 1 printable.

    • Pegluvzcoupons

Not sure if anyone has added this but here it goes..For the Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brush Refills starting at $4.29.  I purchased  5 using (5) $3/1 coupon from SS 5/15 and combined it with (2) publix $2/2 from the yellow Advantage Flyer making my total purchase $2.45. Then I clipped a Free $5 Publix Gift Card Rebate Form from the SS5/22 and mailed it in with my receipt making my purchase free + profit!

      • Sara

Are you sure?  The coupon in my insert says “Buy any Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleaning Gel and save $3 on any Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brus 2-in1 starter kit or refill pack” – so you have to buy the cleaning gel as well.

    • anj

Anyone having trouble finding the Yellow Advantage Flyers? None last week, none this week and I've called 2 stores in MJ TN, one in Lebanon and Gallatin. The girl today told me it was because this sale is almost over. It is not almost over, it has a week and 1/2 left. Ridiculous. Are people coming in and taking piles of them? So irritated!

      • foximoxie

I was just thinking the same thing! The manager told me “we're out and haven't got in the new ones yet”. I wasn't even thinking when she told me that but later I realized that this sale has quiet a bit of time left on it and LOTS of great deals to match our manf coupons with IF we had the Yellow Advantage Flyer coupons too! Unfortunately I think you may be right about people taking way more than their fair share :(

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this…at my local CVS I found a lot of Rimmel cosmetics with 75% off stickers.
With my two $2/1 Rimmel Q from FB I was able to get 4 nailpolishes for 12 cents each. Also bought the Revlon nailpolish w/ $2/1 and got my $4 bucks back so I really stocked up on nailpolish!
Thanks for the heads up on all the great deals!

Someone may have already mentioned this but Target also has Wishbone coupons on their website right now.  I believe $1/2 so I'm going back to get a few more!

Oops! I misspoke. They are Kraft coupons which are coming up BOGO this week, I think! Sorry! :0)

anyone annoyed by the “extreme couponing'  rudeness of the shoppers cleaning out the shelves and the coupon booklets?  our publix has stopped putting out even the yellow/green advantage flyers and you have to ask for them now.

please if you or you know anyone who shops so rudely to clean out everything please think of the ones who actually need that discount.  some of us are on a limited income and need the coupons and discounts – not a game to us but a necessity.

our pulbix manager told me since the show had been airing people had gone crazy trying to wipe out all the booklets.

      thanks for listening
