There is a $0.50 Q on any Newman’s Own product on their website. It states that it for dressing, marinade, pasta sauce, salsa, popcorn, or drink. However, when it prints it just reads “on any one newman’s own product.” Here is the link…http://newmansown.com/coupons.aspx. Also, starts with a 5 so it can be doubled!

    • Elainehn2002

If anyone purchases these, or checks the prices on the 'their' brand … please post. THANKS!!!!

      • Alcwindsor

I only bought the salsa. In Alabama, the Newman's Own was 2.59. I used the $1 off coupon and paid 1.59 for it, got the Publix organic salsa free.

        • Elainehn2002

          Thank you!

    • Cozmikcowgirl

Great! I like these products. This looks like a pantry stuffing deal for me!

    • Nicolecaroline1023

Does anyone know if FL honors these deals? I have never seen any signage regarding any of the “buy theirs, get ours” deals in my Publix…

      • They definitely should honor it. I would double-check with your store manager just to make sure you don't get disappointed at checkout though.

        • Nicolecaroline1023

Thank you! I will have to go check it out. :)

      • cb

pensacola does it usually is posted at the end of one the the isles and has the products there our is near the bakery/deli most of the time since its usually canned or jarred items

      • Lisa

I'm in Orlando and my local Publix always has a huge banner for this sale up by the cart pickup – it is about 5 ft. by 5ft. Unmissable!

    • My Publix in Fl. always has these deals. One time it was a end display, last time the products were marked with a shelf tag as part of the deal.

    • Rachel

Thanks for the heads up! I'll definitely take advantage of this. As a former English teacher, I feel it's my duty to say that there are no apostrophes needed in “their's” and “our's” as they are possessive without the need for punctuation :)

      • cblakefl

Thanks Rachel, I always wondered why “its” did not have an apostrophe – I suppose it is possessive like “theirs” and “ours”. Too bad “theirs” does not follow the ” i before e except after c” rule. :-)

        • Rachel

Glad I could help! You guys are right about the its — it's the same thing with the possessive rule; the word “it's” only denotes it is. I'll throw in another one that I often see: every day versus everyday:

You can say, “Every day I walk down the street” which implies how occurent the action is (the word every modifies the word day).

You can say “I am tired of my everyday clothes, so I will go buy a new outfit at the mall”. The one word everyday modifies the word clothes telling you what kind of clothes you own.

          • A simple way to remember when to use “it's” and when to use “its” is that in “it's,” the apostrophe takes the place of the “i” in “is.” Its is possessive.

Also, I went to Publix yesterday and bought 6 Hunt's tomatoes cans and used two Italian Days $1/3 coupons, 8 progresso beans and used 2 $1/4 coupons, and I bought 6 Muir Glen tomatoes and used 3 $1/2 Publix coupons and 3 $1/2 printable manufacturer's coupons, and on top of all that, I used the $5 off 20 items Publix coupon and got 6 cans of Publix organic tomatoes free! My husband is groaning about where we're going to put all of the cans in our tiny townhouse, but I'm excited about not buying beans or tomatoes, which we go through like crazy as vegetarians, for a looooong while!

And a final note – my Publix in Atlanta had NO sinage whatsoever about the buy theirs, get ours deal. I had to check with customer service to see if everything would ring up properly, and it did. Being a smaller Publix since it's downtown, they didn't have the Newman's Own balsamic vinegar, but it sounds like that's a little too pricey anyway. If anyone can confirm that it is $9.99 for me, I'd appreciate it, so I don't have to waste gas on a scouting mission outside the city. Thanks in advance!

            Muir Glen diced tomatoes: $1.33
            Newman's Own Salsa: $2.59
Progresso Chick Peas & Canelinis: $1.29
            Progresso black beans: $0.99

      • The Lunch Lady

My son just had “its” as a spelling word and we couldn't figure out why it wasn't “it's”…..makes sense now!

      • 2Busy

Wow! Glad I got on here to read about grammar! Not. It is a simple blog reply….not a research paper. If they're anything like me, they are typing between changing diapers, studying for nursing, working, and trying to save their family some money.

    • Michelle

Anyone have a zip for the .75¢ Muir Glen printable?

    • Imgoinup

If you buy more than one of theirs do you get the same of ours??

      • Denamrgn

only one of each product per transaction :(

      • cc

Yes buy 2 get 2 free
One cashier told me you don't even have to buy ours…and it will automatically take the price off…that seems a little unethical???

        • randi

that doesn't sound right. I didn't get my discount until both products were scanned at the register

      • Heather

I just called my Publix and they said there is no limit to how many you can get.

    • How do I get the Muir coupon? It just takes me to the home page?

    • Makaveligirl

I can seem to get the Newmans coupon–anyone else having a problem?

      • DL

        Same here!

    • Heather

Yay! Finally some organic goodies for sale. It's so hard to coupon when trying to eat organic because they rarely have good sales on them.

    • millie

for those asking about prices earlier, in central alabama the balsamic vinegar is $9.99, the salsa is $2.59 and the muir glen tomatoes are $1.33 each, i forgot to check the ketchup price….hth!

      • Elainehn2002

        Thank you Millie!!!!!

    • love that these are organic deals! Anyone know if you can buy multiples at the Lexington SC location and get the deals more than once?

    • Question?!?

Out of the list of the “buy theirs, get ours” you can just buy one item out of the list if you don't want to do all the items, right?

      • Katelin

That is correct. Just get one of the national brand and one of the store brand to get the savings :)

    • Holly

I have searched multiple zip's and cannot find the Muir Glen .75/1. Can anyone share a zip that worked for them? I would be so grateful.

      Smiles :-)

      • The Lunch Lady

Try 30052, 30655, 30656 and 30078…they all work for me!! HTH!

        • Kira

I can't seem to find the coupons at the zip codes you mentioned… or any other zip. I am new to couponing. Does anyone has any advice on how to get the $.75/1 coupon for the diced tomatoes?

      • Njones

They are on some of the cans!

      • Cindi

If you go to pillsbury.com they have save $1 on two

    • Heather

So, just wondering….how much is too much when stocking up on something? I want to buy 15 of the diced tomatoes so that I can use the $5/20 coupon. Do they consider that too much? I called and they said there is no limit, but just wondered if that is considered greedy. Thanks!

      • Hildawins

I think of it like I am cooking for a large BBQ – wouldn't I shop the same way? I mean a large quantity? At our Publix they love the couponers- they know that they are taking them away from Kroger! LOL

      • Ravenbeasley

If you use the tomatoes you are not being greedy! You are planning ahead. You are not taking anything away from anyone. You are paying for them and using the coupons they put out to save money. The stores and manufactuers want you to have a basket full of their food for others to see. If in one year you didn't eat all those tomatoes you might want to mix up the couponing. I got plenty of tomatoes, soup, and veggies to get to the 20. Good Luck!

    • Blink_11

Grocery stores throw away millions of pounds of food a year. There's no food shortage (yet) so stock up!

    • cev

New to couponing. If I use the bogo on Hunts tomato products and buy 10 get 10 free, does that qualify me to use the $5/20 coupon?

      • Lori

        It should!

    • sdlynn

I tried to go to Publix to do this and they said they didn't have that deal going on. So, I wasn't able to take advantage of it.

    • patty

I cant seem to make my coupons come out could you explain to me how to get the coupons to print
