Here are some budget friendly meal ideas to make use of sale ingredients at Publix this week. We haven’t seen chicken breast at $1.99/lb at for quite some time so make sure you get enough to last a while. Its on sale at Food Lion, Bloom, and Ingles too! As you can tell from my meal plan – I am pretty excited about it.

Cheese Cracker Crusted Chicken Tenders

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, $1.99 lb.
Wish-Bone Dressing, 16 oz., B1G1 at $2.73 ($1.36)
Sunshine Cheez-It Snack Crackers, 7.5-9 oz., B1G1 at $2.99 ($1.49)

Marinate the chicken breast in Italian Dressing overnight and cut into tenders. Pat dry and then coat in Cheez-It crumbs and bake for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
