The Mystery Penny Item at Publix for 3/1 – 3/2 is: Publix Greenwise Bath Tissue 4pk
(some stores vary)

You can get the Penny item with any purchase that is $10 or more before coupons. There is a Mystery Penny Item coupon in the Publix Sunday Ad every week however, most stores do not require the coupon. Just remind them to take off the Penny Item and they will!

Check out all of this weeks Publix Deals and Coupon Matches before going out. Don’t miss out on the cheap canned veges and other freebies.

There is also a new Green Advantage Buy Flyer out that I should have more details on later today.

**Note: FL stores do not participate in the Penny Item promotion**

Does the Publix store in Lexington accept the Rite-Aid $5/20 coupon? And if they do, do you have to purchase the $20 of pharmacy items, or can it be used on anything?
      The other Jenny, in Leesville

I have heard that the Lexington Publix does not accept it. You can always try but from what others have shared they don’t. The on up near Ballentine does if you want to go a bit further…

They ran out of the item at one of the Dallas, Ga stores and I got Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa instead

One Publix store in the Birmingham, Alabama, area ran out of toilet paper and substituted Quaker instant grits. Now what is an ole Southern cook like me going to do with instant grits? LOL I have used them to sprinkle on fire ant hills. They kill the ants as good as anything I’ve bought and sprayed before. Might kill me, too, if I eat “instant” grits. Got to cook those things long and slow. LOL
