Cool! These are really good. My kids like them better than the name brand.

    • Leslie

On my way there now! Yippee…

    • Janette Geasley

where do you find the coupon? I've searched my entire newspaper!

      • Ours is usually in section A.

        • cruiser901

I have to look through the paper several times each week to find the coupon. Its location changes from week to week but it's always there. It's like playing a game trying to locate the coupon; but, the prize is worth it. Good luck!

What newspaper do you get? Post and courier it is on 3A

    • flower_mom

I wanted to thank you Jenny for posting the penny item so early this morning.  I always double check to see if you have posted before I leave.  I'm one of the few that only has web access from home & it is great to know before you go to the store, so thanks so much!!

I get the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Where is the penny item coupon located?

Please help. My Publix will not give the item without the coupon.

      • Livin7177

If you're in Atlanta it will be in Tomorrow's paper in the ” Living” section

      • Shelleyschu

If you are in Cobb county, it is also in the Marietta Daily Journal on the inside front page #3 usually.  It is cheaper than the AJC.

    • Cathy L.

Is there somewhere you can print this if you do not get the weekday paper?

      • Sue H.

I'm not sure you can print it, but for the last three weeks, someone has put extra coupons in the free item bin. Maybe you can score one that way.

        • Meesh

what is this free item bin??

      • guest

Ask one of your neighbors who does get the paper? Seriously if you lived in my neighborhood, I'd give you mine because I would have to rearrange too much of my schedule to make it worthwhile.

      • Mimi

No, it's only in the paper, but my Publix has the paper for free in their paper stand.

    • Mslilad

My publix, doesnt require you to have the coupon. They give it to you anyways. And the Publix in Dacula Ga. Doesnt make you spend $10. either. just buy Something.

    • Graceelady

Is this for any item no madder what the Price

    • Michele

My store in braselton ga says penny item is one per customer and you have to spend $10 to qualify.

      • Mimi

Hey, I live in Braselton and shop at the Vineyards Publix.  If you want more that one penny item you will have to purchase separate minimum purchase of $10 transactions.

I visited my Publix for the first time yesterday! had my list and coupons ready! Got to the register and they would not accept my Target coupons as competitor coupons. Messed up my trip. I did get some good deals though. Was just wondering if each store gets to pick who the competitor is?

      • Meesh

My store has a list of compet. coupons they will take right outside the store so you know before you go in. i've been going to this publix for sometime, but this is the first time i saw it (yesterday). i'm sorry your trip was messed up. next time will be better!

        • Meesh

(not the coupons, but the stores they will accept coupons from)

      • Drombley

Yes, they do. You should ask the CSR for a list if the competitors coupons they accept, this may help you on your trip the next time around.

The one and only Publix in my general area that still takes Target as a competitor is the only Publix that requires the coupon for the penny item. I don't get the paper and don't want to buy it just for the “penny” item so my little couponing self trucked it to 2 Publix stores today, one to use my Target coupons and another one to get my nilla wafers! LOL thanks for all the heads up posts. It is so much fun getting stuff for free or almost free while making my budget stretch for my family.
