Hi, does anyone know where the penny item was in the Charleston Post & Courier? Our paper didn’t have the usual Publix flyer with the penny coupon..? Never had this problem before. If anyone has info please share. Been wondering if we bought a picked through paper.

    • becca

$218 for $89 great week tons of meat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • MarySC

My Post and Courier had the penny item insert as usual.

    • Sandie

My paper had the publix add with the penny coupon but there were no regular coupons? Did we get a picked through paper as well?

    • Kelly

Tangee- #2- The Post & Courrier should have had the regular Publix add with the penny item coupon. Some stores don’t require it to get the penny item thought (I know the last time I went without my coupon the Publix on Dorchester didn’t have a problem with giving it to me anyway).

Sandie (#5)- There were no coupon inserts in this weeks paper, so you aren’t missing anything with your paper

    • While daughter shopping in Publix in Tn, penny item is usually up front where everyone can see. Now it has been moved to a isle where if you don’t ask it can’t be found.

So sorry I’m late getting back to everyone. Thanks, my neighbor was so nice & gave me her circular with the coupon. I guess it was just a fluke with my paper.
You guys are great & I’d be lost with out this site!
Thanks for all the hard work & knowledge!

Does anyone know why the penny item is offered only on Sun and Mon? I contacted Publix and requested that it be extended til Tues. Maybe if enough of us do this, they might at least take it into consideration.

I was in the goose creek store last night and they had stacks of the penny item flyers in the display before you walk into the main part of the store. They used to always have them out on Saturdays but haven’t for the last few weeks.
