Publix Weekly Ad 2/25-3/3

on 2.25.2009 at 1:46am

This post may contain affiliate links. Read our disclosure here.

Here are all the deals that start today 2/25 at Publix. The Italian Sale continues this week, though most of the Progresso items are no longer on sale. Can’t find the $5 off 20 items coupon? Many people said that they printed this image and used it without problems (and with permission from their store). Let me know if you see something I missed or find a deal in the store.

New Food Lion Printable coupons are up, nothing that special this week but, don’t forget that you can use a competitor coupon for house brand items on Publix house brands.

  1. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items to get the sale price
  2. If you do buy 2 items that are B1G1 make sure you use 2 coupons to get the best deal
  3. Publix accepts competitors coupons (you can stack with a manufacturers coupon and a Publix coupon too)
  4. You can use a store coupon and a manufacturer’s coupon on the same item
  5. Most Publix locations double manufacturer coupons that are .50¢ or less

**1 & 5 do not apply to Florida stores**
For a detailed explanation of Publix’s coupon policy go here.

    • Would you believe I look forward to this all week? haha
      Thanks for everything you do!

    • Terri

Thanks for all of your efforts. Without your help I couldn’t afford to feed my family!!

    • The 24 count Aleve is actually $3.99, Buy 2 and use in store coupon $4 off and (2)$1 off printable coupons, makes them $1 each.

    • Lynn

I noticed a few items throughout the store that were on sale, labeled as Advantage Buys. These items were not in any of the sales fliers (as I could see). I found Quaker Instant Oatmeal on sale and didnt have my coupons so I went back the next day and purchased 2 boxes for less that $1 per box. Does Publix regularly put items on sale and not advertise them?

    • Shannon

I just found this site yesterday, but I’m the same way… This is now my morning routine! Thanks for all your work on this!

    • Michelle

Is anyone having trouble printing the Classico Pasta sauce? Also when I try to print the Voila coupon it says I have already printed it:( I did about a month or so ago when it was on sale before.

    • Shannon

Also, for the advantage buy items in the green flyer, they say “may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon” I tried to use store and manufacturer coupons on revlon products and they said no :-( so just be aware for the cover girl / revlon stuff.

    • Jenny

Shannon – I actually called Publix corporate about that wording a few weeks ago and was told by them and the customer relations manager that also called me back later that they have no intention of ending their stacking policy and that you can use these coupons with manufacturer coupons without any problems. I know the wording makes it difficult but you can call and say that your store in not allowing stacking with store coupons and they will fix them…

    • sarah

I think that could have been the cashier, I have done both deals a couple of times with NO problem at all. A few times, the cashier put it through for the whole amount & I got overage, but a once they lessened the amount of the store coupon to equal the price with the other Q, so no overage, but still free product.

    • Shannon

      oh ok great, thanks!

    • MelRae

OK, Jenny…what do you think is the better deal? The Renuzit offer at CVS, or the Renuzit offer at Publix? I have four of the $4 off coupons. Either way, my house is gonna smell great!

    • Jenny

They are both great deals I would say your odds of finding the product are better at Publix since CVS gets smashed & grabbed quick.

    • Shannon

ok… I know I’m being a comment hog here, but found something else…B1G1 Near East Rice Pilaf or Couscous, save up to $2.19 Smartsource printable coupons has -.50/1 on Near East products expires 3/4/09.

    • Donna

Because I am such a big fan of Publix – this is a painful post…

I went to the Columbiana Station (Harbison) store on Tuesday night and was informed that they will no longer take ANY manufacturer or competitor coupons printed from the internet. I was told they would accept Publix coupons that were printed, but not over $5.

I called Publix Corporate and am still waiting for a response from the District Manager…

If anyone shops at Publix in the Columbia, SC area please let me know what stores are “coupon” friendly!

    • Sarah P

I shop at the Lexington Publix and have never had a problem with coupons. Actually one cashier even knew about southern savers. :)

    • Christina

If they stop accepting printed coupons then I will return to walmart:-(

    • Shannon

Where can I find the $1 off any Renuzit air product Target printable?

    • Jenny

      I just added it, sorry.

    • Amy Beaird

Publix on Harbison also gave me a very hard time about coupons last week. They wouldn’t take the Food Lion printed coupon and they wouldn’t let me stack the man q’s with the advantage flyer coupons. The cashier and manager said that they had just had a meeting about coupons and they were no longer allowing them if the advantage flyer stated “not to be combined with any other coupon”. :(

    • Cissy

Thank you! I look forward to this every week too. I couldn’t do this without all the hard work you put into giving us the best deals. I am addicted to the coupons – this is my new hobby. My husband says that he is the coupon widow – got me back – as I always say that I am the golf widow…..now I am encouraging the golf, that way I don’t feel so guilty being on the computer for hours. Thank you! Thank you!

    • Julie

I have heard from multiple people to stay clear of the Harbison Publix. They are NOT coupon friendly and do not follow the corporate Publix policy. I shop at the Publix in Ballentine (Rt.6) and they are VERY friendly. They take multiple coupons and stack with Foodlion and Target just fine! Last time I shopped there I saved $112.00!

    • jennifer

Same here girls! Harbison Publix is not couponn friendly! I was told they were under new management and were no longer taking internet competitor coupons! Although they did take my manufacture internet coupons. I went to Publix at Kennerly and Broadriver and had no problem.

    • Laura

I shop at the Publix on Hard Scrabble at Rice Creek. They are super coupon friendly!

    • Shannon

Thanks Jenny for the Renuzit link….let me know when you are ready to do a seminar on the southside of town in Atlanta…have a TON of folks that are interested in your coupon wisdom!!! :)

    • Jan

Shanno, where did you find that Near East coupon? I can’t find it on Smart Source….

    • I dont have the kellog’s pop tart q’s in my either the 1/18 or the 2/22 RP, and the one on the internet printed for chocolate banana split (eww) flavor…why wouldnt I have the q’s from the RP?

    • julie

In my Sunday paper this week there were Publix’s qs for some of the items in the $5 off 20 items sale. They were 1.00 off 2 Murr Glen. 1.00 off 1 Pillsbury Frozen Grands, 1.00 off 4 progresso soups, and 1.00 off 3 Green Giant mush, asparagus, or specialty corn cans. Has anyone tried to stack those with man.qs? Could you still use the 5.00 off coupon at the end. If so that would make some great deals!

    • Jenny

Yes you can stack those together. The only things that are on sale right now are the Progresso Soups. The coupon does make the Muir Glen items even more free. And yes you can also use this with the $5 off 20 items coupon. I just did it all today!

    • Sarah

I just returned from Publix at Harbison, and they took my printed coupons. But I was told that they will only accept one printed competitor coupon per order. I also prefer the Lexington store, as they are more friendly. Also for you Kroger shoppers, the Kroger at St.Andrews and Lake Murray Blvd is much nicer, and A LOT MORE coupon friendly than the one right of of I-26. Hope this helps!!! Here lately it seems as if they change their coupon policies daily LOL. I truly believe that it depends on the cashier & manager on duty.

    • so, is there any where else to get pop tart coupons for any flavor?

    • Jenny

That coupon above will actually work on any flavor. But your only other option is the $1/2 from the recent RP.

    • Lana

The internet printable Pop Tarts Q says it is for any flavor-you have to read the fine print.

    • Kathryn

Thank you for putting all this together each week! I went to Publix today. Spent $48 and saved $97! Saving sooo much on our food bill really helps me to be able to stay home with my girls. I couldn’t do it without you! Thanks again!!!

    • Jocy and DC

We’re new to this. Is there a way to crop the coupons to print them? We just want to print the coupon only, not the other part of the ad. It’s a waste of ink to print everything. We also want to print them in B&W not color as color ink gets expensive. Also is there a way to view the coupon before we print it out. Once we see it it may not be that great of an deal and we don’t want the coupon to print out automatically sight unseen.

Please e-mail us with the answers and suggestions.
      Thank you very much.

    • betsy

I am also having trouble with the Birdseye Viola coupon. My printer accidentally printed it on top of another coupon and now I can’t reprint it. Any suggestions on how to reprint? many thanks.

    • OH wow thanks for pointing out! I need to make sure I read the fine print! yay!

    • Amy

For the Tropicana would they not be $150 each. $1/2 and $1 off one so that is %1.50 off one right?

    • Jenny

On the Viola coupon, you can click the help link in the upper left hand corner? and they will mail one to you. Your only option is to find another computer to print from.

Amy – They would be $1.50 ea if you use 2 Target coupons, but Target recently changed the lingo on the coupons to say one per transaction so it’s up to you if you store will take 2 then go for it.

    • Lana

Fiddledeedeeblog.blospot Publix deals has a link for a printable on the Suave shampoo. Makes it 25 cents.

    • Jenny

The only Suave I could find online was $1 off Body Wash or Lotion. If someone knows the link, comment or email me and I’ll add it to the list.

    • Lori

Regarding printing, I set my printing preferences from normal to FAST DRAFT – it uses very little ink, and I’ve never had a problem with them being scanned in the stores.

    • Heather

Are the Green Giant Boil-in-a-Bag veggies part of the sale?

If they are and you haven’t used the “Get a $10 Publix gift Card for buying 15 items”, you could use the mail in with the $5/20 and without any coupons it would make them 99¢.

    • Heather

Are the Green Giant Boil-in-a-Bag veggies part of the sale?

If they are and you haven’t used the “Get a $10 Publix gift Card for buying 15 items” from General Mills/Pillsbury, you could use the mail in with the $5/20 Italian sale and without any coupons it would make them 99¢.

    • For the POP_TART deal, if you have any of the 1/1 peelies, or if your store has boxes with the 1/1 peelies, 2.39 – 2 $1 peelies – 1/2 target printable = .61 overage on 2 boxes. hths :)

    • Kristen

Hi Jenny & everyone, I am having trouble with the V8 Fusion coupon, I have tried two computers, the link takes me to the V* page where you enter your email and Last name but then onece I hit enter it says cannot connect, anyone able to print this?

    • Lana

I checked fiddledeedee and the entry for the Suave Q is no longer there-Don’t know the story on that. It was there yesterday and first thing this AM.

    • Jeanne

As Jenny noted, the Suave coupon was for body wash. I used the link provided by Fiddledeedee via e-mail.

I shop at the Forest Dr, Rosewood and downtown Publix. Rosewood is by far the coupon friendly store. I agree about Kroger, I shop at the one on Forest Dr and they change their policys ever other day. Will be moving north next month and it is good to hear Hard Scarbble Publix is coupon friendly.

    • Jenny

That sounds about right on price, but sadly if you had done this just Tuesday they would have been a money maker.

    • Heather

I used all of the manf., store and the $5 off 20 items at my Publix last night. I ended up spending exactly $75 and saving over $117!!!!!That included two boxes of Huggies! This website is AWESOME.

    • Laura

I’ve never had any trouble with the Kroger on Two Notche either. Thought you might want to know since you were moving up this way!

    • Kelly

I just got back from Publix and couldnt be more excited. Its only my second time going since I’ve started couponing. And I know there are others that could blow this out of the water….but I spent $34 and saved $71!!!! Not too bad for a beginner :)

    • Becca

Hey there, Just got back from Publix and they had peelies on the Fiber Pop Tarts that are bogo, made them .19 each and they still took the target $1 off 2 so I made .31 per box! Also the Kraft mac n cheese was bogo (1.99 for 2) so the $1 off 1 printable x’s two made those FREE!!!!!

    • Jennifer (palmettosweetheart)

Can someone walk me through the Kraft deluxe Mac & Cheese deal? And also the Sauve? I can’t get the math right on the Sauve and I am not understanding the coupon for the Kraft. Can’t wait to get to Publix today!!!

    • Charlene

Just returned from a great shopping trip! Price before coupons and advertised savings….$122.07…..final price paid…$29.16!! Savings of $9291.
Wow! The cashier was congratulating me…how fun is this!!
Thanks so much for making this so simple!!!

    • Jenny

Jennifer – The Mac and Cheese coupon is really $1/2 any Kraft coupon so you can buy 2 deluxe macs for for $1.99 – $1 coupon = .99 for 2 (or .49/.50 ea)

      The Suave deal – Buy 2, use the Food Lion coupon and the $1/2 coupon. $1.25 x 2 = $2.50 – $1 FLIP, -$1 Manuf = .50 cents for 2 or .25 cents ea. I know above I said free, one is technically free…

    • Wow! First time visiting your site. This is amazing. Thanks for finding all of these Publix deals.

    • Jennifer (palmettosweetheart)

Jenny – thanks! I was hoping that was what the Kraft coupon was saying. And thanks for the clarification of the Sauve deal!!

My Publix does not have the $5 off 20 products, but one of the managers told me they shoudl have no problem using the print out from your site!

BTW – at the front of my store there were also coupons for Land O’ Lakes butter. They are 55 cents off 1 so they won’t double, but maybe in the future we will be able to stack them since they don’t expire until June.

    • Jan

Thanks for this site! My husband and I divided and conquered four stores, and I hope to hit one today. I visit the Publix on Forest Drive, and they accepted the Buy 20 Save $5 that you posted no problem, and in fact, gave it back to me (they have stacks of them, so you could ask for one) and she got one from the office to use. But they would not take the Kashi coupon from Target — they said they’ll take competitor coupons, but they don’t see Target as a competitor. But now I know they even take them! I had a bunch of stuff I had to get that wasn’t on sale at all, but at Publix I spent $105, having saved $68.95 overall: my $105 included non-sale items, and a few higher priced items like Starbucks coffee. Before she started scanning coupons, I was at $123.10. THANK YOU. It’s fun and worth the effort!

    • Becca

My coupons that printed on the printable link were $1 off 1 so mine were free!!!!!

    • Jennifer (palmettosweetheart)

What has the mileage been on the Mueller’s pasta coupons? I see that the fine print says limit one coupon per purchase.

I’m also seeing that the Nature’s Own Publix coupon says can not be used with any other coupon and the 75 cent off coupons state one coupon per purchase.

Are these per purchase (i.e. items) or per transaction????

    • Becca

I used 2 coupons in one transactions for 4 boxes of pasta, cashier didn’t blink! hehehehe

Oh and my above post was $1 off 1 Kraft Mac and cheese that I was talking about I used 4 coupons on 4 boxes and they were free!

    • Jenny

I used 3 of the Muellers yesterday without any problems and the store coupons do state that but Publix corporate has stated numerous times that they do not ever plan to change the policy about stacking and that you can use a store coupon with a manufacturer coupon on any item. i used 2 of the nature’s own yesterday stacked also.

    • Becca

So this is what $18.35 success looks like!

      $79.02 retail
      $18.35 oop

      Oh you read it right!!!!

      8 boxes of Pop tarts
      4 boxes of Pasta
      2 Pasta sauce
      4 boxes of crackers
4 boxes of Mac n cheese
      3 cans diced tomatoes
      4 bottle of shampoo/conditioner
      1 dishwasher detergent
      1 tri scents
      1 tri scents refill

      32 items for $18.35

    • Barb

      That is awesome!!!

    • I am new at this, and loving what little I have learned. I have a question. How many coupons can you use on one product? For example, Huggies are 19.99, and there’s a 3.00 coupon in the publix flier, I have a 1.50 manuf. coupon, and there’s a food lion coupon. Can I use all three one the same product. If I have more than one manuf. coupon for that item, can I use it too?
      Thanks for the help,

    • Jenny

You can use all three coupons on the diapers, however I only recommend that if you are in desperate need of diapers. If you have a CVS in your area then hold off until Sunday and get them at CVS for $6.50- $5.50 for a jumbo size after extracare bucks (or even less if you already have extracare bucks saved). I’m posting the deals and coupons later tonight…

Oh and you can only use one manufacturer coupon on them.

    • Thanks Jenny!
Thanks for all of the hard work you do.

    • We don’t have a Publix in our town, but our microwave died and my husband went to buy a new one today in a town that has a Publix, so I sent him armed with coupons and information from this site. He came home SO excited! He found the PopTarts with the one dollar off peelies, and ended up spending $29.59 and saving $150.99!! We now have enough PopTarts to last us the rest of the year. The Zone bars were on sale for $1.00 so he got twenty of those using the buy 1 get 3 free coupons that recently came out. Also included in the total were some Muir Glen products, pasta, and 20 cans of Green Giant vegetables!!

Thanks so much for the work put into this website!

    • Angie

      Hi Everyone,
I went to Publix tonight and they wouldnt let me use any Target coupons because they said they sell Electronics there ? Has anyone else had that problem or heard of that ?

    • Becca

I have used Target coupons on several items with no problems.

I would ask at the customer service counter….I went there with all of my questions before I started shopping about if I could use certain coupons, stacking etc….

    • Michelle

I always prided myself on my use of coupons…and little did I know I wasn’t using them the right way! I am so excited to have found this Web site. Thanks for all your efforts to provide us with ways to effectively save. I have a few questions/comments.

I am in Alabama and we do not have Food Lion store here…is anyone in this area able to still use the printed coupons from Food Lion? I am not sure my Publix would consider them a competitor.

I have tried the CVS once…everything I went to get was sold out. I guess I need to get these the first day?

At my PUblix, I had to ask at the customer service desk for the $5 off 20 items coupon.

I went last night and did my first trial run, getting $50 worth of stuff for $12. My husband was even excited!

Do most of you purchase multiple Sunday papers now?

This is definitely something I look at eveyday now.

    • Sara

The link to the Target printable for Pop Tarts is taking me to a login screen at Hot Coupon World. Do I need to create a login to print?

    • Michelle

I got my target coupon from http://www.afullcup.com, which does require you set up an account.

    • Brooke

Dove Ice Cream, 15.1 oz pkg, save up to $3.19
-$2 off any Dove Ice Cream coupon inside select packages (makes it FREE plus .41¢ overage)

When I was at Publix Today I looked on the Dove Ice Cream, but there wasn’t a coupon on the outside of the packages. Do you literally mean, break the seal and the coupon is inside?

At my Publix today the Betty Crocker Supreme Brownies had Coupons for $1 off Publix Ice Cream if you purchase 2 brownie mixes. Ice Cream is on sale for $3, so with coupon is only $2. Although the Dove Deal would be better!

    • jennifer

Is there any way you could post this weeks Publix sale items and coupons again? My printer has been down!

    • Kelly

I am new to couponing. I see that many of you are pro’s at it. Is there anyone out there who shops gluten free and can give some advice on where to find coupons for gluten free items? I live in Ft. Myers FL. I would also love to be connected to other couponers so we could glean from one another. Thanks, Kelly

    • Jenny

Sara, you are not supposed to have to register to use the target coupons, but for some folks I have heard that the site is making them. It’s a free site so go ahead and register and then you can use them.

Brooke – the coupon is inside of some boxes. It is not listed to make you open any boxes in the stores, more so that if you have a box, go look in it. Or buy one and get lucky so that you get money off your next box. Sorry.

    • Lana

Heads up warning about the Publix in Duncan SC. Today the Asst Customer Service Mananger was actually in my face and raised his voice(not Publix style at all). They are only taking one Target coupon per tranaction. He did say that I could split up my order into separate orders and use more than one. (That comment in a not nice tone of voice.) That doesn’t work on every deal though. I just left some things. Best to know the rules before you go though to avoid this sort of thing.

    • Charity

Here is the scoop. The Dove ice cream in a box is not on sale but the Dove ice cream in a 15.1 oz carton is BOGO or $3.19 for two. So, that would make one of the Dove in a carton free or two cartons for $.60ea. if you had the coupon from the boxed Dove ice cream. Clear as mud? :)
      Thanks for your website!

    • Julie B

If any of you use Iams puppy food, there was a $5 off Iams puppy food in a P&G Saver (March 20009) that was in my local county newspaper, and if you are a Pet Perks customer at Petsmart I got a $3 off Iams Dog food in the mail and I was able to use both making my dog food $8 off. Yay! I can only assume the P&G saver is the same that will be in the paper on Sunday. I’m stuck with buying Iams food b/c all the cheap foods give my pup gas! Yuck!

    • lane

Every time I try and ues more than 1 coupon at Publix in Spring Hill, tn , they say they will only take 1 .

    • Crystal

why didn’t you include the success rice? it is an advantage buy on sale for 2/$4.00 and I have a coupon from the 02/08 ss for $1.00 of one?? was this an over site or is this not a good deal??? I am still kinda new at this…

    • Debbie

Hey everyone! Can you help me? I am new to couponing. I went today and got a few of the items at Publix, but didn’t save as much as I wanted too. Also, I am so mad, after I got home and was looking at the website I saw the 5/20 Rite Aid.
I shopped at the Publix at Five Forks Plaza in Greenville, SC. They seem to be very coupon friendly.

    • Jennifer

I go to the Publix in Brentwood & Smyrna & have never had trouble stacking Publix & Mfg coupons together. Perhaps talk to a manager or try a different store?

    • Elizabeth

      Hi Jenny:

Am I crazy or did I print $1 Q for Nature’s Own Bread and today printed 2 more and they had dropped to $.75?? I just remembered going to Publix this past Thurs and having 2 $1 Qs, I thought, and am disappointed that it’s only .75. Oh well…I’m still gonna use it b/c that’s a SUPER deal! Does that ever happen that a coupon will change prices?

Also, I wanted to comment on Becca’s list of stuff and savings and wanted to let you know I’ve been seriously couponing since the beginning of last month and this past Thurs thought I really scored big at Publix for the first time! My cashier wanted to know my source and I told her: southernsavers.com! She wrote it down!

      30 boxes of Pasta
6 jars of Calssico pasta sauce
      5 boxes of brownies
      9 Gerber graduate pasta p/us
      1 pkg of diapers
4 bags of 8 oz Kraft Cheese
2 bags of 2lb bags mozzarella (I did pay full price for this)
      4 cans of soup
      6 boxes of cereal
      2 loaves of bread
7 pkgs of revlon emory boards (for the overage)

My total before savings was $167 + change
My total before tax was $50 + change (This is what I paid oop!
My savings were $109 + change
      75 items! WAHOO!!

      Thanks, Jenny!

    • Elizabeth

The $3 off of 5 items for Quaker has expired–might want to note that on the list above b/c there are 3 more days of the sale…Thanks!

    • Lydia

I’m new to this site. will someone please tell me how to get the coupons that are not printable, such as the abbreviation SS? I’m confused about where you all seem to find all the good coupons when all I ever find is for stuff I would not want to buy. thank you so much!

    • Paula

Just want you to know that the mystery $.01 cent item at Publix for Sunday and Monday will be the Greenwise Toilet Tissue. Also, the March into Savings coupon flyer for Health and Beauty items are in the Publix stores now. Over $70. in coupon savings!!

    • Tracy

Jenny is taking the peelies off products that you’re not purchasing stealing? The peelies do hold a value so I would think it would be theft but my friends keep telling me it isn’t???? And if it isn’t what does Publix think about doing this?

    • Jamie

Lane- I shop Spring Hill Publix all the time and have NEVER had a problem using tons of coupons at once. ???

    • Shannon

Laura thanks for the heads up on the Two Notch Kroger. Today I was in the Publix on Rosewood and the $5 off of 20 coupon was at the front of the store on a cut-out. This is good till the 4th so it may be good for things coming out in the next ad. Never know!

    • Jenny

Tracy – Peelies are meant for the person that buys the product and you should really leave it there. It is so disheartening to grab a product and see that little bit of plastic where there was once a coupon but someone took it first. I don’t encourage taking them and don’t practice that myself either.

    • Lauri

I was very disappointed to learn my Publix in Ooltewah, TN doesn’t recognize Target as a competitor. I have two other stores I can try, but not nearly as close. Anyone in this area have any other experiences?
Thanks so much for this site!!! It’s great!

    • Becca

Hey there, My trip today was $158 retail, I had $51 opp NICE!

    • I’ve shopped at the Columbia Gervais St and Forest Dr Publix with no issues with stacking/printed coupons. The young man at the register on Forest Dr seemed excited for me, saying that he thought my groceries were going to be free! LOL.
The Kroger on Forest Dr is also coupon friendly. I went after midnight for the Tyson chicken for $1.99 a pound, it was still marked at the sale price, but rang up full price. The young man working the self checkout keyed in the sale price for me!
      So far so good!

    • Lauri

Becca – Thanks for the words of encouragement. I’m going to go today and see if I can find one that accepts them. I do have two other ones to try, and even though there not very close to me, it would be better than nothing. :-)

I’ve also seen quite a few posts that say to ask everytime you go in the store; you just might get a yes! :-)

    • Julie

I’ll save you the trouble of coming to the Hixson, TN Publix. They don’t take Target coupons either :(

    • Jamie

I went to Publix and saved a lot of money! Saved $54.57 and paid only $3.22! It was my first time for couponing at Publix. But it seemed they have some limit of using coupons at a time. I couldn’t use 2 more coupons. I think I have to divide transactions next time.
Thanks for your website, Jenny. I love it! ^^

    • Becca

Hey Jamie, At my publix if you are stacking store and manufactures coupons and you have more coupons than items it will stop accepting the coupons when the # of Coupons exceeds the physical # of items….if you bring it to their attention they will get a manager to add the other coupons in manually….it just happen to me the other day and the cashier just told the manager and they took care of it with a smile!

    • Lauri

Jamie – Thanks for saving me the trip. I guess that only leaves the East Brainerd store. Hopefully they’ll abide. I’ve also heard if you continue asking each time you go in the store, you’re answer may be different…so keep asking! :-)

    • Maggie

Went to Publix today and saved $58 and some change.. Spent about $70.. My first time seriously couponing at publix.. Can’t wait until I really figure this out!

    • Addie

Anyone else’s ads run thurs through wednesday instead of wed thru tues? Here in north florida this sale is through the 4th.
