Where can you find the tearpad coupons? I looked all over the store and even asked customer service, but could not find any!

      • Shannon

The coupons are on the website http://www.target.com Click on ‘coupon savings’ midway down the page on the left side.

      • busynewmom

We have two Publix in my town and my experience is one will have tear pads and the other might not (not sure why). Sometimes too I think coupon hogs come in a clean them out so unless u just happen to catch them right after they put them up u might be out of luck : (

        • Andrea

Thank yo so much for the info…. I'm going to try the other Publix in town. Where in the store do you usually find them? Are they on the shelves, near the product? Thanks again.

          • Lisa

Usually next to the product or somewhere close

      • AngelaDH

My Publix takes them and gives them away one-by-one at Customer Service with the coupon books. Too many greedy couponers I guess…. :(

    • Leah9798

Could someone please explain how the buy 3 get 1 free works with the B1G1? My store accepts Target coupons.

      • busynewmom

Since they ring up as 1/2 price u will get 4 items— 3 will be 1/2 price and 1 will be free. So basically u are paying for 1 and 1/2 products. Does that make sense?

        • Leah9798

Thanks for your help but I'm in Fl so you have to buy one to get the other free, no 1/2 price. Would you pay for one and get 3 free?

          • kristina

I believe you would buy 2 and get 3 free. Publix gives you two free and then target gets you the third one free.

            • Dona

You buy 4 and pay for one. I did it last week in FL with the A-1 sauce.

          • Melissa

You are right. In Florida you would pay for one and get 3 free. I did it a couple weeks ago with the coffeemate.

          • Taylor

Yes you will buy 1 and get 3 free! We did that this week with the Chips Ahoy cookies…we live in FL too!

            • ccmomof3

I also live in FL. I found a $1/2 manu. coupon at coupons.com. I would be able to use 2 of these with the Target coupon right? This would make it $1.99 for 4 pkg of hotdogs.

    • amyjos

“no prints available” for any of the free wyb Kingsford charcoal printable coupons

    • Kate

I'm interested in doing the Kraft rebate. If I buy something on B1G1 do both prices go towards the $30 or just 1(as I am only technically paying for 1)

      • At my publix they ring up half price and I think they go buy what is printed by the item. HTH!!

      • anhoover

don't know, I live in fl too and I am going to try to do the kraft rebate. I think both would go towards it because it takes it off afterwards. I would just circle the two prices and not where it deducts in later???

    • Debbie33

Is there a way to print the form for the kraft rebate?

      • I'm pretty sure you have to have an original rebate form.

    • Polly77

I have a $3.00 off coupon for Publix brand diapers from the baby club mailer, which makes them 3.99 :) Has anyone tried Publix brand? I heard that if I tried them and wasn't satisfied, Publix would give me a refund. Has anyone else heard this? Thanks!

      • Paige

I would like to know the same thing. I have a $5 off coupon so they would only be $1.99. Might be worth trying.

        • Jenn D.

I think the $5 coupon is on the big boxes only.

      • brittany

I was a nanny for someone that used publix brand diapers about 4 years ago. They seemed pretty good. She would occasionally wake up wet in the morning, that is about they only thing that I noticed about them, but I have children of my own now, and they use huggies, and wake up wet quite often.

      • AngelaDH

Before couponing I used their diapers (the cheaper of the two). They worked just as good as Huggies (manufacturer similarly too). They may have run a bit smaller if I remember right. I didn't have issues with them leaking any more than Huggies.

      • Lyne

Publix brand in my opinion is similar to LUVS brand. I have a 10 month old son and they work well for him. I would not use them overnight.

        • Marshal

We actually perfer the Luvs brand over any other, including Huggies and Pampers. They fit well and prevent leaks better than other brands. We find it rather convenient that our favorite brand is one of the cheapest.

          • Anonymous

We prefer Luvs as well. We have also participated in several diaper studies where we could compare all the brands and still are loyal Luvs fans!

            • Kathy

I have 6 kids and LOVE Luvs diapers. I have been using Huggies lately due to the good sales and coupons, but I really prefer Luvs. I need to do a cost comparison to see if I’m really saving with the Huggies. None of my kids have hardly ever leaked with Luvs, either at night, or if they were left on too long during the day, accidentally.

      • Lauren

According to your website (and from what I recall) all Publix Brand products have the guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied you will receive your money back, how that happens I don’t know.

I never had a problem with their diapers. The only store brand diaper I’ve really had a problem with is no surprise Wal-mart.

      • Lauren

I tried to reply to you, but since I put a link I think that made it have a problem. If you are on the Publix website it says that they guarantee or they will give you a full refund, I'm not sure how you go about it though.

That being said I had no problem with their diapers. The only store brand that I did was no surprise Walmart.

    • Astrid Holliman

Does anybody know anything about the coupon policies of the Hilton Head Island Publix? We're going on vacation next week:) Thanks!

      • Anonymous

Publix in the Lowcountry does not double coupons.

        • Shawna

Not sure what Lowcountry you are referring to but I live in Summerville which is right outside of Charleston and all the Summerville and Charleston Publix double coupons .50 & under.

        • Wendy

Publix stores in Savannah also double coupons.

      • Steven

I am pretty sure they double all the Publix stores in SC are supposed to double

      • deiha

I live in HHI and they do not double. They are super coupon friendly!!! Both North and south end locations.

        Enjoy your vacation.

    • Mom2teenagers

There is a $0.55/1 Q-Tip q in the Publix booklet Family Is Its Own Reward to stack with manu. coupon.

      • Dball

Where can I find the booklet you are referring to?

        • Mom2teenagers

I found it in my local store and also requested a copy by emailing Unilever directly. Since the booklet expires on 5/30/10, it's too late for requesting a copy directly from them so your best bet is asking Customer Service at your local store since most of them keep booklets behind the counter.

          • Dball

            Thank you!!

    • Amanda M

Question: I have an advantage flyer coupong for Buy 2 Dr. Pepper-12 pk and get one free-. I notice that Pepsi products are on sale for B3G1 Free-with my coupon does that mean I can buy 4 and get 2 free?

      • kermnelmo

I figure it better… you can just buy 2 to get the 2 free ! The sale is the main thing, you only have to buy 3 to get 1 free for a total of 4 products. Ad the coupon to it and you pay for 2 items get 1 free so that takes care of one of the original 3 from the sale. So a total of 4 for the price of 2. Hope this helps. ;o)

      • Rene

I did that deal yesterday. I bought two Dr Pepper at 3.66 and got two free.

    • Daune

Can anyone get the Qtips coupon for 60/1. When I click on “printable” it does not give me a qtips coupon. Thanks Daune

      • TrishB_FL

I don't think the coupon is available online any more. I can't get it either. Apparently the coupon came out in April.

    • Beth

Can anyone help me with the 100 Calorie Packs? If they are B1G1, and I have the Target B3G1 Free coupon, along with the Manufacturer B1G1 free coupon, how does this work? Thanks in advance for the help.

      • kermnelmo

From what I can figure out, as long as your Publix accepts Target Q's as competitor's, you'll be able to get FOUR packs absolutely FREE !!!! Way to Go ! Sounds like a fantastic deal to me ! ;o)

      • Ashley

I don't believe the 100 calorie packs are on sale at Publix. I got mine at Target…4 for the price of 1.

    • ClaraL

I just have a quick question the deals that Jenny list are they the rock bottom prices for the items listed? Is it safe to use these deals to establish your own price list or book or will these go even lower?

      • DonnaTN

Your store may vary in prices so it's good to double check your ad to make sure it's correct.

    • gracie1

So if I buy a Kingsford product, can I use all five of the coupons at the same time for “wyb Kingsford”?

      • gracie1

Well, never mind. The Glad, Hidden Valley, and KC Masterpiece offers have no prints remaining :(

    • DonnaTN

Don't forget about the .55/1 coupon in the Family is it's own reward publix booklet…makes for free butter plus overage

      • DonnaTN

Oh yeah, and there is also a coupon for the q tips

        • sg

where is the q tips Q?

        • sg

          Never mind, found it. Thanks

      • Paige

And there is one for Dove hair care!!

    • Paige_N

If you have the flip book that Target mailed, and your Publix accepts Target coupons, there is $1 off Dove hair care and $1.50 off Huggies. Combining these with a manufacturer and Publix coupons makes for a few sweet deals!!!

      • wolverinehokie

You can't use a Publix and Target coupon for the same item. The Target coupon counts as a store coupon so you can use one or the other, but not both.

        • Carrie

I think some stores will let you use all three coupons, but they are few and far between unfortunately.

          • wolverinehokie

None of them are supposed to. The only way you could get away with it is if you have an inexperience cashier, but I seriously doubt any store's official policy would accept 3 coupons.

            • kara

That is not true- one of the Publix I go to has a printed coupon policy at the kiosk at the front of the store and it specifically says they will take three coupons (Manu, Publix, competitor). I was excited that they actually had it listed on the policies for the store in case I ran into any problems with the cashiers.

            • Lauren

There is no corporate policy so if an individual manager feels ok with letting people stack a manufacturer, a publix, and a competitor, than they can. I've been to two that will let you do that, but both are in Florida probably because we don't get coupon doubling or penny items, and competitors are few and far between here. In a 10 mile radius where I live there are 12 Publix, 2 Sweetbay, and 1 Winn-dixie, and winn-dixie and Sweetbay rarely offer store coupons. For that reason my store will allow Target (we do have 2 Super-target), CVS, Walgreen's, heck the manager even let me use lowe's and toys r us before.

That being said, unless you work for corporate you can only speak for your individual store.

            • Cape Coral

My publix in Cape Coral, FL does take Publix, manufacturer and competitor coupons all at once!

            • Lauren

Ironically enough that's where I live!

            • ashley

The publix on duval station road in jacksonville also will allow you to use 3 coupons and once and only once they actually did 4 coupons for a box of diapers and it was the manager who keyed it in. Set aside the 3 coupons that they allow there that is by far my fav publix!!

            • Kim

Just a shout out to my hometown, Cape Coral. Live in SC now but always love to see posts from “home” :)

            • cassie

I go to the publix in athens alabama and they take 3 all the time I always use target and publix coupons on the same item!

            • Lana

Spartanburg SC will take all three.

            • carolyn090

brunswick georgia ,takes three ,it says so on there site.

    • Hey guys!! If you have a Family is it's own Reward booklet, you can use the .55 Country Crock coupon (exp. 5/31) along with manu coupon making it FREE plus OVERAGE. Also, there's a .55 coupon for Q-Tips that you can couple with your manu coupons!!

      • Angel

Hey, THANKS! What a great deal1

    • danielrichard

Anyone find the lawry's coupon? What zip?

      • couponcliff

i couldn't find it either…. anyone have any suggestions?

    • Tina

Kingsford Charcoal Briquets, 11.1-16.6 lb., $6.99
There's also a $2 off in The Flavor of the Grill booklet found at Publix.

    • Jennifer

What zip code is the Lawry's Marinade coupon under

    • TraciM

Thanks Jenny for all of your hard work ! This week looks to be pretty good.

    • Matt

So how am I supposed to get the KRAFT rebate form??? Apparently this offer is only for a select few? Can anyone help please?

      • Matt

What I mean is, when I try to 'like' KRAFT on facebook I get a error message stating the promotion is over. BOOOOOO!

        • Emilytwinmom

Yep, it seems you can only use the rebate if you were lucky enough to get through on facebook to get the freebies – too bad they don't just put up the rebate form!

      • cj

There is a new one – goto Kraft page on Facebook and click “like”. They will send you a box of nice samples, coupon for free cheese, and a form for new rebate that just began.

Spend $30 on Kraft Foods products from 5/23/10-6/13/10 and get $10 back by mail!

        • marysc

Really?? I think you are referring to “delicious summer savings” that is over!

    • Shawna

If your Publix accepts Dollar General coupons, there is a .50 off Lays chips 9oz or larger in their coupon flyer which can be found in the front of their stores. Match it w/ the Lays on sale and you could score a bag of chips for 1.50. It expires 5/29/10.

    • Lisa

Capri Sun and Breakstone's are Kraft products too! I had a look at the Kraft website and was surprised by how many more rebate-qualifying products there are than I thought.

    • lucy

There's also a tearpad Publix coupon for Lay's potato chips — “Buy Two (2) Bags of Lays Potato Chips SAVE $2.00 on any Produce”

Can be used with manufacturer's coupon for Lay's Chips that you may have.

    • christy

has the $10 rebate promotion ended for kraft foods?

      • CJ

There is a new one – goto Kraft page on Facebook and click “like”. They will send you a box of nice samples, coupon for free cheese, and a form for new rebate that just began.

Spend $30 on Kraft Foods products from 5/23/10-6/13/10 and get $10 back by mail!

    • Rita

there is a save $1.00 on 2 Lawrys marinades store coupon in the Publix Summer Savings booklet. There is also a $.50 cent Lawrys coupon in Kroger Its Grilling Time mailer.

      • beth

Actually the coupon in the Summer Savings booklet is a manufacturer coupon. Unfortunately most of the coupons in that booklet are manu.:(

    • DonnaTN

I know this is off subject but does anyone know of a good place to stay/eat in Durham, NC? I hate going to a place I don't really know about. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it. And how close is the closest Publix?! LOL Thanks!

      • D.W.

I always check the city i’m going to on tripadvisor.com. people leave comments about what is good/bad about everything from restaurants to hotels to tourist attractions. hope this helps!

        • DonnaTN

          Thanks for the site D.W.!

    • Rhodes

Does anyone know where I can find the tearpads at the Bullsboro Publix in Newnan, GA? I can never find them and the cashiers aren't very helpful!

      • ET

Which tear pads are you looking for? It depends upon the product. I have seen the oreo/milk ones on oreo displays in various locations throughout the store, but that was several weeks ago.

      • Susan

I rarely find tearpads in any of the Publix stores in Newnan. I live in Newnan, but work in Troup county, so I try to stop by the LaGrange Publix to shop every few weeks. They always have the tearpads out, so if you are ever down that way, it's well worth stopping in.

    • megan p

I also found a tearpad yesterday for $2 off any 3 boxes of Kellogg's. That plus the free eggs makes a nice breakfast for the next few weeks!

    • Ann L

What zip code can the Planters Nuts and Kraft Cheese cpns be found? I can't find them.

    • kengjw

Does anyone knows if the Kraft Singles Meltdown is apart of the BOGO Kraft Singles deal? I am thinking of ordering some coupons soon.

      • alivias_closet

My Publix didn't have of the Meltdowns. It looks like they've not yet recieved this item. Sometimes they're slow on getting new items.

Sorry, I know it's probably not much help.

        • kengjw

Thanks a lot. You are a great help :0)

I went to Publix today (sale starts tomorrow) and didn't see the Meltdowns as well. Oh well….thought my kids could melt them on some tortillas chips :0)

    • Lauren

There's a 55¢/1 on Breakstone's website, it is also a part of the Kraft Rebate.

    • Alisha

Anyone have any recommendations for the Morningstar items? I want to try some since they are free if they are good. Thanks!

      • jenn

The “chicken” tenders and patties are both quite good. They have an Italian herb “chicken” patty that I love. I'm not wild about their burgers. I think Amy's are much better, but for free you might give them a try.

      • anhoover

I don't eat meat so I've tried most of them. My favorites are the chik patties, the maple sausage patties, and the links. Not a huge fan of the lasagna. Hope it helps and you like it (:

      • Use the sausage links (cooked in a little butter, then chopped) in stuffed tomatoes. The bacon strips are great for BLT's – especially with horseradish mayo. My sister prefers the sausage patties (great for sausage, egg & cheese busquits).
        Hope this helps!

      • Stephanie

I like to substitute the crumbles and chicken strips in recipes that call for ground beef or chicken. The italian sausage is also really good in recipes.

    • Rachel

Found Hawaiian Punch at my Publix for $1.67. Use $1 off Publix Q from Summer Savings booklet to get a gallon for $0.67!!

    • Kelle McCarthy

Was just in Publix this morning. The Digiorno Pizza for $5 do include the pizza and breadsticks. If you printed the $3 off, makes for a cheap dinner….

      • Michelle

Last time I believed this varied by store….some stores included it and some did not.

      • Jessica V.

It was included at mine (Birmingham, AL), but rang up $5.50. I didn’t feel like arguing.

    • Crystal

Saw a $3 off Huggies diapers in Publix ad today, is that automatic or do I need the coupon. Also if I print the additional $3 coupon does that make a total of $6 off? So if would be like $10.99 for a large box of Huggies?

      • DonnaTN

You would need the coupon and I think they are normally 19.99 so with the $3 Publix Q and the $3 MQ would make it 13.99. HTH.

      • joyfullysaving

yes you need the coupon for the publix ad ( it is in the weekly ad) and yes that would be $6 off

      • misty

it will actually be like $13/box according to a mailer i got the box is $16 after the store Q so then $3 more for the MQ makes $13

    • Phyllis

OOOOH! I wasted a good 20 minutes on slooow dial up trying to get the printable Kingsford coupons only to find out they are not available.

    • mommyof4

Is the in-ad coupon taken off automatically??

      • carolyn090

    • staj0805

Tyson chicken wings – with General TSO sauce – were $8.99 BOGO at my Publix. There is a $1/1 Tyson AnyTizers Snacks in the 3/7 SS making them $3.50 each.

Also – there was a printable Publix coupon for $1/1 Oscar Mayer Deli Creations Cracker Combinations – maybe on the Kraft website? While at the store today there were $1/1 MFQ peelies on the product. Both coupons make the item $.50. Never had one before, but they looked pretty yummy.

    • Rebecca

Great Kingsford deal! I had a 2.00 off q for the charcoal, the 3.00 off meat, 2.00 off Ribs and a q from a tearpad that got me a free package of Hillshire Farms smoked sausage wyb pork ribs. My total for the charcoal plus all 3 packages of meat items was only $6.57! Time to fire up the grill!

I also had a store q for the country crock spread fro .55 out of the Family is it's Own Reward booklet. Stacked that with the .30 manuf. and it was a money maker!

      love to shop here

    • alivias_closet

Anyone here shop at the Publix in WR on Russell? I saw a sign up at the register today saying they're having a coupon meeting on Saturday the 29th at 7:30. I don't think I can make it, but I want to know what will be said. If anyone is attending and wouldn't mind passing on the info I'd appreciate it!

      • ACT4

I shop there all the time, I didn't notice the sign, plan to go in soon though and check it out, the meeting is for shoppers? I have never heard of them doing that. I talk to Rodney all the time at the gym, I will ask him too, although he may not know.

        • alivias_closet

The sign was on the light on a yellow or green piece of paper and it did say customers welcome to attend. Thanks for letting me know about the handout. I'm going to try my best to make it, but right now things aren't looking good.

I'm glad to know that they'll have a handout available for those that can't make it though.

If Rodney is able to give you any info prior to Saturday and you can share please email me at alivias(dot)closet at yahoo(dot)com

          • ACT4

Were you able to go? All of the employees said that they weren’t told anything about it prior to the meeting so they had no idea if anything was changing or if they were just clarifying the policy. I can’t get by there today, but plan to check tomorrow for the information.

            • Anonymous

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make it. I didn’t get out of my prior commitment until 8:15 and by then it was too late. Thanks for updating me on what you found out though. Looks like I’ll stop by Customer Service the next time I go in.

            • ACT4

Haven’t made it there yet, got sick, I hope to get by there later today and let you know what they say.

            • Anonymous

Hope you’re feeling better. Just wanted to let you know in case you haven’t made it in yet what I found out today. I stopped by customer service when I first went into the store and was told a 2nd meeting will be held on June 4th (I forget what time). I mentioned that I’ll be in Ohio due to family circumstances and could he tell me what changes are going to happen. He just said that the changes will go into effect on the 16th and signs will be posted with the changes, but wouldn’t tell me anything. Sorry, I know it’s not much help. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see…

            • ACT4

Thanks so much, I will plan on attending the meeting Friday night and I will make a new post under the current Publix ad of what I find out. Hopefully my plans won’t change so I can actually go :)

            • ACT4

I posted this under the new Publix ad but wanted to make sure you saw it.

Went to the Publix Warner Robins/Houston County coupon policy meeting last night and here is the new policies outlined. These go into effect June 16th.

              Non-traditional Grocery Stores:
Absolutely no Rite Aid, Dollar General, or Family Dollar coupons are allowed. CVS and Walgreens they will honor any $ off product coupons but not $ off order. Target they will also only take $ off Product and they will also take coupons that are like buy 3 get 1 free. So this means no CVS extra bucks, or Walgreens Register Rewards will be taken anymore. They will also not take coupons from the Walgreens ad since they don’t price match (i.e. with coupon get gummy bears for $.39).

              Traditional Grocery Stores:

Will only take Kroger, Food Lion, and Winn Dixie coupons and will take any type of coupon from these stores, but will not double them.

You can only use 2 coupons per item. Either a store coupon and a Manufacture coupon or a Competitor and Manuf. You can not use a store and competitor on the same item. They will treat coupons that have target logo but say Manuf. coupon as a Manuf. coupon not a competitor coupon.

They will also take Commissary or Military coupons.

They will not take any Harvey’s or Save A Lot coupons.

They also will now limit all sale items that are purchased with a coupon to 4 per person. I like this one so the shelves aren’t wiped clean before Wed. afternoon. I did ask though about things like Yogurt and Powerade that the limit 4 is a little low for those types of items and they are going to get back to me on that as well as the items they advertise as 10 for $10.

They would also like you to give your coupons before scanning items.

They will only take Internet coupons up to $5.00

No internet coupons for a Free item, but if you have a buy 1 get 1 free it is ok and they will take that.

Have to have the mystery coupon which is in section A of the paper.

Rain Checks for Ads only and no rainchecks till the last week for things in the green and yellow flyers.

              No rain checks for coupons.

That about sums it up, they said the policy will be posted on June 16th. So until then they will take all the coupons they have been taking.

Hi! I was wondering if you made it in today and was able to get any info on the meeting? I wasn’t able to get there and it looks like I won’t make it in till Wed. Thanks for any info you can pass on.

      • ACT4

I got an email from a friend about the meeting too, so went ahead and called and the guy said that they would have a handout or something to explain it to people who can not attend, I have somewhere to be at that time so I can't go either. He also said they won't discuss anything at all prior to Saturday night. I hope the policy doesn't change that much, just in case I will do my shopping prior to Saturday for this ad.

      • Shannon C.

I shope there as well. I am going out of town and will not be able to attend, but would like to know what happens as well. Thanks for letting me know about it.

I can't find the Lawry coupon does anyone know what zip code to use?

    • Sarah

Did anyone find the coppertone coupon? I couldn't find it and wondered if I needed a certain zip code? Thanks!

    • Lori

Does anyone know the zipcode for the suntan lotion?

Does anyone have a zip code to try for the Coppertone? Thanks!

Where do I find the Home Mailer coupons?

    • Michelle

was at the Publix in Cartersville, GA today and Coke products are B2G2. Great deal. 4 packs (12 pack) for $10. I called another Publix and that same sale starts tomorrow. Just thought I would mention this great deal since it usually isn't this cheap and I didn't see it listed above.

    • chrystalm

I want to take advantage of the morning star deal, how do you get the Greenwise Spring 2010 booklet. What does this booklet look like? Has anyone seent the summer saving booklet?

      • Jarrod

Well, it shipped to my address about a month and a half ago,

You have to sign up at Publix.com for the different magazines they offer, and I’d advise signing up for the all.

Sorry to break the bad news.

      • Marina115

The greenwise magazine is a mag that you can subscribe to on the publix website and they also have stacks of them at some stores. The spring magazine has a picture of stuffed eggs on it.

    • Rodney

im not sure what has happened but none of the coupon matchups ever seem to match mine here in Athens, AL anymore, used to this site was spot on with my coupons, but now it seems as if im wasting time looking for the specific insert and date from this site. been this way the past couple of months

      • Michelle

I'm in Athens too…..there are just a few I can't find. Is there any in particular you are looking for? I may have them and can get them to you if it something I don't need. But the majority seem to be matching for me (though I look at only a few items)

    • lisa

does anyone have the zip code for the cap'n crunch cereal coupon? thanks!!

    • Rhonda

      Would this work:
Buy 3 deals-6packs of Oscar Mayer hotdogs BOGO $3.99 and use (2) B3g1 Target coupons and (3)$1/2 mfg coupons
      $11.97 – $7.98(target coupons) – $3(mfg coupons) =.99 TOTAL

      • Lauren

You'd have to buy 8 packs to use two target coupons. Because it's buy 3 get 1 (so 4 for each Target coupon), so you pay for one, Publix pays for two (even though techincally they pay for the fourth pack and Target pays for the third, but that's just how it rings up) and then target pays for one more. You then can use a mfg for each two you buy. This is if you live in the land of true BOGO.

    • megsc

is 10.99 for 100oz of Tide a good deal?

      • Crystal

Yes, plus the $1 off makes it $9.99. That is a good deal

    • ToddDu

May All You (Atlanta subscription) has Infusium $3 off shampoo, conditioner or treatment, same as SS 5/9

    • Carrie

I am just now really getting into couponing, and I want to make sure I have the publix deal right before I get to the register. If I buy a B1G1 item, I can use 2 manufacturers coupons on those items right? So if I do B1G1 butter, I have two country crock coupons, I can use them both??

      • Nichole

Yes! That is the beauty of PUBLIX! :] ;]

      • aclanford

Yes, as long as you buy 2 items, you can use the 2 Qs.

      • aclanford

Yes, as long as you buy 2 items, you can use the 2 Qs.

      • Carrie

I know you were asking a general question and used the butter deal as an example, but if you really are planning on getting the butter, there is also a Publix $.55/1 coupon in the “Family is it's Own Reward” booklet, if you have one of those. You can stack a manufacturer coupon with a store coupon. I'm doing this deal and I will get two tubs of butter for $.08 apiece.

Butter BOGO $2.05 (I know this number is different than Jenny's but it came from the sales flyer in my town – don't you just love regional pricing differences?). Anyway –

minus 2 manufacturer $.40/1 coupons (since I live in Florida, I have a true BOGO and therefore have to buy two to get the deal but can use two manufacturer coupons), minus 2 store $.55/1 coupons.

        $2.05 – $.40 – $.40 – $.55 – $.55 = $.15 / 2 tubs = $.08 each

PS – Nice to have another Carrie out there.

    • Montgomery Customers: Be advised that the manager on Taylor Rd and Atlanta Hwy has ONCE AGAIN changed the coupon policy. They will only take Target and Winn Dixie as a competitor. Also, he won't allow you to stack with a competitor coupon. There were some other changes listed, but I couldn't read them all (cashier was holding paper).

The better choice is to go to Vaughn Rd where he will take anything!

    • Emily

Sorry if this was already asked, but for the Infusium, am I going to use 2 mfr. Q's with 1 store Q?

      • Marina115

Yes, to get both free bottles free.

      • chrissie f

Yes and both will be free

        • Emily

Thanks! I just didn't know if they would let me use a coupon on a “free” product. I hate getting to the register and being told I can't use a certain Q. It's embarrassing! lol

        • TraciM

Sorry, I couldn't get on the 'yes'bandwagon at my store…..they explained, since it was a BOGO coupon, they give you the free one with the publix coupon, THEN only take the 1 manu. q. with the other one left. So, it all depends on 1) how good your cashier is and 2) good luck, your mileage may vary !!!!! So, I ended up with 2 infusiums for .98 cents. The stayfree were cheaper.

    • libbytn

I know walmart is almost always more expensive than publix, but they do have 40 oz heinz ketchup on rollback for just $1.

      • Emily

I've always found Walmart to be cheaper than Publix. I love Publix, but they do seem to be more expensive than other grocery stores. I do know that at Walmart the PediaSure NutriPals are $4.97 as opposed to Publix where they are $5.99. With the $3 off coupon found in recent SS's, they are still cheaper at Walmart (with coupon) than they are at Publix, even with the Publix sale price + coupon. :)

        • Lauren

It depends on your Publix. Publix in richer areas have higher prices than poorer areas, and can vary within a single city. Walmart prices are pretty much the same in a given area.

Many people, and myself included, would rather pay a little more for a better shopping experience and not give our money to a store that cares little (if any) about their customers (or employees for that matter). Case in point, I had a rude cashier at Publix the other day. I complain via the Publix website (my baby was ready to leave while we were at the store). Within a week the manager called me, apologized, and told me the next time I came to the store to see him and he would give me a store gift card. Imagine my surprise when it was for $20. Do the same in Walmart and I would be surprised if they even say sorry (or if you can even find someone at the customer service desk).

          • Jbush27

I would tend to agree. There are very few things that end up being cheaper than Publix after sales and coupons, and I mean few, and I would rather pay a little more at Publix to buy them then go to Walmart.

            • libbytn

I was just letting those people know who are like me and don't have a Publix in my town. I LOVE Publix and rarely ever grocery shop at walmart anymore (and definitely no beauty products thank you cvs) but publix is 30-35 minutes away and if you're going to walmart anyway, you might as well pick up an awesome deal that they have.

            • Lauren

I don't think either of us was commenting to your post. It's fine to post a deal, I think we were responding to Emily who said she always found Walmart to be cheaper. One of my least favorite things they do is they make you think something is cheaper by using your own mind against you. For example, something might be $5 somewhere else, but Walmart sells it for $4.99. Your brain will think it is cheaper because the 4 is there, but really it's just a penny, so then you buy something (generally something you would weren't going to buy) because you perceive it to be cheaper. (For the record car dealers do the same thing, $17,999 is much more appealing then $18,000).

There is nothing wrong with shopping somewhere else that is more convenient to you, but given the option I would never go to Walmart because of the way they treat people in general.

            • libbytn

I agree! :) It cracks me up to see the rollback signs and they will show the old price that's just 5 cents more expensive! So I was shocked when I actually found a deal and a real rollback! I use to be one of those people that swore that walmart was the cheapest thing around, but boy was I wrong!

    • Lori

I am trying to find the $2/1 printable coupon for the Coppertone Sunscreen. Does anyone know of a zip code that will work? We are leaving for beach next week and this would be a great coupon to use before we leave.

      • chrissie f

I got it from coupons.com yesterday and after I print it….it disappear

      • Risa

        i used 30281

      • Shellito1012

At one time they had them on Coppertone's web site.

    • Angie

I was excited yesterday when I went to get the Pepsi B3G1 deal. I was able to get Diet. Dr. Pepper plus use the B2G1 from the yellow advantage. So I think I end up pay around $1.83 a 12-pk. For my household that is awesome.

      • Jessica

In my area, coke products are on sale this week B2G2! Since Dr Pepper is a coke product in my area, I should be able to buy 4 for the price of 1. I'm definitely going today to do this deal!

    • michelle

Can you tell me where you get a tearpad???

      • Ashley

Tearpads are on random shelfs/displays in the grocery stores. You just have to look for them.

    • coupondiva02

What does the “Publix Summer Savings” booklet look like? I'm searching for the fruit punch coupon.

    • Monica M.

I stocked up on the Sour Cream, Helluva Dip and Little Bites – do you think I can freeze these?

Also, the Coke is a great deal, lowest prices in 10 years according to the Coke Rep. setting up the display. And the best part it that all Coke flavors are available (Fanta, Fresca, Barq's rootbeer etc)

      • Ashley

I tried to freeze sour cream and chip dip before and it wasn't good when I took it out. I'm not sure what Little Bites are.

      • mollie456

It changes the texture of the sc, yogurt, dip and other creamy things, they kindof separate and are grainy. You can freeze milk, cheese and real butter though.

      • I have frozen sour cream before. Not to reuse as a dip, but to use in a baked dish. It does separate, so I put it in a small sauce pan on low heat and whisked it until heated thru. It came back together soft and creamy. Tasted fine.

      • MacsMom

I have frozen Little Bites before – they unfreeze just fine if you don’t open the individual packages until they are thawed.

    • Bonnie

Can anyone explain to me how a deal would work for the Oscar Mayer hot dogs. If they are already BOGO, and I use a Target B3G1 and 2 manuf.-Q $1/2. So I would buy 4 packs of hot dogs = 7.98, – $2(manuf.Q)= 5.98, so what would the B3G1 Q detract? 3.99?

      • DonnaTN

Yeah, you would get all 4 for 3.99 unless you are in FL.

        • Bonnie

I am in Fl, in Tallahassee to be specific. What does this matter/differ?

          • Lauren

Florida rings up BOGO's as true bogo's meaning you buy one and you literally get one free, in other states theirs ring up half price so they don't have to buy 2 of anything. So for example with the hotdogs in Florida ours rings up as the first one $3.99 the second 0, theirs rings up the first one $1.99 and the second $1.99. So for us Floridians we get the better deal this week with the target coupon because we get 4 for $3.99- $2 for the manufacturer's q so 50¢ a pack. Everyone else gets $1.99*4= 7.96 minus B3G1 @ 1.99 so $5.97 minus $2 in manufacturers q = $3.97 so about $1 a pack.

It's confusing, but you live in Florida, so unless something changes soon you live in the land of true bogo.

      • maggiemason

I can help you if I know if you are a true B1G1 store (so one is $3.99 and one is free) or a half price store like mine is (one rings up $1.99 and one is $2.00)

        • Bonnie

I'm not completely sure. How can I tell? I think, on the receipt when and item is bogo, one ends up being discounted to free.

          • maggiemason

Ok, if in FL think you have to buy 2 to get deal, so you would buy 4, use 2 $1/2 oscar mayer hot dog coupons and 1 target B3g1 free coupon- you would pay 50 cents each or $2 total Math is 2*$3.99= $7.98-$2= $5.98-$3.99= $1.99 for 4 hope that helps!

      • Lori

If you live in Florida where BOGO means buy one at $3.99 and you get one for $0, then yes, $3.99 will be subtracted for your B3G1 Target coupon. I did a similar deal with Oscar Meyer bologna last week.

If you live in another state where BOGO means you are charged half price for the items on sale, then my understanding is you would only have $2.00 taken off for your receipt because all four of your purchases are $2 each, so a “free” item coupon is then -$2.

    • bhumi

the deal for 'Benefiber Stick Pack 6-8ct $3.89' is not mentioned in the greenville publix flyer, nor do the publix stores(i have checed 5 of them) near my house carry a benefibre product that small in size. Has anyone seen it i greenville?

      • Dawn

I'm not in greenville, but it took me awhile to find them in my stores. They were not with the other benefibers in the otc section, they were with the vitamins. HTH

        • Lauren

Yeah, exactly this. (This might have been why I actually got one of these freebies for once because nobody new where to find them!)

          • Lauren

        • diane

what!?! I was looking and looking, but never looked there!

      Play the Noodlette Game http://www.southernsavers.com/2010/05/kraft-macaroni-coupons/

I got 2 .55 off wyb 2 boxes of Kraft Mac and Cheese. Paired with the BOGO sale, you’ll pay .02 for 4 boxes of Mac and Cheese!!

    • Daune

Ft. Jackson Commissary has Chees-It coupon Buy 2 save $1.00 which would make it $1.15 at Publix

    • DBall

I was trying to find the $.50 off/1 Colgate Toothpaste out of the 5/23 SS but only found the $.75 off one Colgate Whitening/specialty type. Can this $.75 off coupon be used on the B1G1 cologate deal this week?

      • Crystal

I looked yesterday and unless I was mistaken the BIG1 deal at my store did not include the paste the .75 coupon was for. The price for the MaxFresh was $2.49 -.75 was $1.74. Dont know if this is a good deal, but I needed toothpaste nevertheless.

        • Dball

Thanks! So did you not find the -.50 coupon in the SS either?

          • Amy

No, I live in Alabama. Maybe we just have different regional coupons. There were a few others that I didnt find this time, or if I did they didnt match up with my store's sale.

    • Crystal

How often do stores restock after the new Wednesday sales begin. My store must be full of SS shoppers because I went at 6pm and was lucky enough to get the LAST two Shedds butters on the shelf and managed to swipe two of the reamining few Hellva Good Dips that were left as well!! I hope they restock every night, for other's sake. Maybe I need to take off work an hour early on Wednesday to rush to the store….when do most of you shop and do your stores usually have what you want when you go??

      • DonnaTN

You can ask your store when their trucks comes in so that you don't run into that problem and try to get a rain check for those that aren't in stock so you can get them at your convenience. My stores next trucks comes in on Sunday but others may vary. HTH.

    • Heather

Does anyone have the zip code for the Coppertone?

      • Karey

go to the coppertone website….that is where I found the $1 off coupon

    • Amy

Off subject here, but Im a new couponer with Publix and SS. I am still having the urge/need to go to Walamrt for a few basic groceries that my household eats pretty regularly-they seem significantly more expensive at Publix (unless I wait around for the sale). It just seems like the GV brand at Walmart keeps dragging me in to fight the crowds and I feel like Im buying everything as cheap as I can. I suppose this is when you all would say it takes a while to stock up on good deals at Publix right???- but what if they never go on sale? I suppose Im not entirely switched yet.. :(

      • DonnaTN

Even if you are still running in Walmart for some deals, don't forget you can price match and use coupons with it. Although I am not a fan of Walmart, you can get some cheap deals. On your family needs, there are things that hardly go on sale so if you can get them cheaper there, then I would just go ahead and purchase it there. But if there's a week that can included “overage” at Publix, I would think that is the time to grab your item if it's at a reasonable price. It took me a while to stock up, probably about a good month. You'll know what's a good deal. Keep a price list to help you out. HTH.

      • maggiemason

It takes time. I felt the same way at first, but, now 7 months later I am a total Publix convert and almost never need to go to Walmart. Once you get your stock pile up and see how much you need to last until next good sale you are set. Remember almost everything cycles every 5 or 6 weeks so buy enough on sale with coupons to last that 5 or 6 weeks! Hope this helps you some!

      • Lauren

Like the others said it takes a little bit to stock pile, and once you have that stock pile you won't have to buy things until they are at the cheapest you know they will go.

If your store allows overages, then you can use those items to help bring down the prices of things that hardly go on sale.

Maybe if you give us some specific examples, we might be able to help more? I feel like everything goes on sale at some point…
You say GV brand. I've come to really like Publix brand over GV brand products. To me it's worth the few cents (even a dollar) more to go to Publix and have a better shopping trip. You also have a guarantee with Publix brands that they will refund the price if you don't like it, I'm fairly certain walmart doesn't.

Again, with more specifics, we might be able to help more.

That being said I will buy some things at other stores (Target, BJs) if I'm going for something else, but never Walmart, it always make me come out angry with a headache because of how awful it is in their stores.

      • Denise

Beware of grabbing GV brand items without comparing prices. I found (2) products that the name brand was cheaper then the GV – one was actually $.24 cheaper. I just about starting laughing right there in the aisle.

        • Lauren

Oh yes, I definitely agree with this.

      • Sarah

I know Wal-mart sometimes has lower prices to begin with, but don't even try to take in a notebook full of coupons (many of which are legit. internet prints) because you will be given more grief than any amount saved was worth. I have only been given a problem once at a Publix, and after sending in a note to corporate I was called by the store manager, personally apologized to, and sent a note of apology and a $20 Publix gift card. Customer service makes Publix worth the trip.

    • Melissa H

Heads up for C FL – I scrolled quickly to see if this was mentioned and didn't see it, but apologize regardless if this is duplicative … For the Coppertone deal, so far I have not been able to find a store that has any of their Coppertone starting at $6.99 in order to be able to work down to a $2.99 price point with the Publix q and the Manf q … If anyone finds it for that price anywhere in C FL, please let me know … So far I've only been able to find products starting at $8.49 and $8.99 … Thanks!

      • Cheri

I found the Coppertone at the Bartow Publix for 6.99. Cheri

        • Melissa H

          Awesome, thanks Cheri!!

      • Michelle

My Publix in S. FL advertises Coppertone (in our local ad) for only 6.19!! So only 2.19 with coupons… just in time for summer! WooHoo!! :)

    • DonnaTN

If your store considers Walgreens as a competitor then there's a $2 off Infusium 23 in the Monthly booklet for this month.

    • coupondonna

Have a question about the huggies diapers. Does anyone know if these are on sale or do you have to use a Publix coupon to get them at $16.99? Wondering because the Publix Baby Club sent out coupons for diapers at $2.00 off and I was thinking that, maybe, I could get a whole box for $11.99 with the $3.00 Q.

      • Crystal

Yes, you have to clip the $3 publix coupon out of their ad for this week. Also you can use another manufacturer coupon as well. So you are right, but note there is a $3 coupon you can print off of here…for even better savings.

    • Hope

In the Nashville Market there were coupon booklets (Family Rewards) on a display which contained a Publix coupon for QTips .55/1 expires 5/31/10.

    • Kristie

FYI: You can also find the Infusium 23 $3 off mfr. coupon in the May All You.

    • Kristie

Reynolds Wrap is a super deal over at Walgreens this week…snag the in-ad store coupon and you get can get a 75 foot roll for $.89, then use any of the mfr. coupons to snag free or SUPER cheap aluminum foil this week.

      • Sharon

do you have to use these coupons at publix for the foil or will walgreens stack them ????

        • DonnaTN

Walgreens will stack a coupon but the total amount of coupons can not exceed the amount of the item. So basically they do not want you to get overage at Walgreens so it's better to just use that at Publix to get the overage.

      • Melissa H

My store pointed out to me that the in-ad coupon is for 75 sq ft wax paper, and the foil that is included in that coupon is only 20 sq ft … and my manf q specifies that it excludes 20, 25, and 35 sq ft and is for 75 sq ft only …

        • Melissa H

          My WAGS, that is

    • Robin

Not sure if someone already posted this, but the Huggies big pack $3 off does not require a coupon t my store, so I used a store coupon I received in the mail for $3 off, plus a manufacturer's coupon for $3 off and got a 96 pack for $10.99!! I think that is the cheapest I have ever gotten diapers.

      • Crystal

How much were they to begin with- 16.99 or 19.99? I guess they would have to be normal price of 16.99 for the deal to work right?

    • joanna00

I just had my best Publix trip to date! I bought Bic razors, Lloyd's BBQ Chicken Tub, OM Beef Franks, 2 large Sara Lee pound cakes, Country Crock, Bull's Eye BBQ sauce, 2 Planter's Flavor Grove nuts, 2 Kraft salad dressings, Uncle Ben's Ready Rice, and 3 Oreo Fudge Cremes. I spent only $4.94!!! Thanks SS and all of the people who post such great tips and tricks!

    • Michelle J

If you play the Kraft Noodlette game Jenny posted, print 2 of the $.55 off WYB 2 Kraft Mac and Cheese, you can get 4 Kraft Mac and Cheese for 1.01!!!

      • Crystal

Thanks, I just printed two coupons myself!

    • MH

Heads up for Central Floridians, specifically the Narcoossee corridor area – Snyders of Hanover's Pretzels are not B1G1 in our stores/in our ads for this weeks sale

    • diane

what a great day at publix! My receipt told me that I save $85.32 and spent…$5.90!!!!
      So much fun!

The only problem was that I couldn't find the right benefiber or 24 count ecotrin. But still – this was by far my personal best. I'd like to thank Target and Kroger for their help. I couldn't have done it without them, or their coupons and Publix's great coupon policy!

    • nik

green giant frozen veggies coupon is 0.50 bt it says do not double…then how will it be free…am i mistaken? or printing the wrong coupon?

      • DonnaTN

Even though the coupon says “DND” the register will automatically double since it starts with 5 unless the cashier supresses it but more than likely they don't. HTH

        • nik

          :) okiee thanx a lot…shall try

    • Monica

Can i use a manfact. coupon from huggies ($3), plus the $3 in ad coupon and a competitor coupon from target?

      • chris

Yes, if your store accepts target coupons. (this is usually if there is a target store within a 5 mile radius of your publix).

        • dianne

my publix has a target in the same shopping center and they still won't take Target coupons. check with your store before planning your shopping trip. (my target is not a super target).

      • Jen C.

My Publix will only let me stack a “store” (theirs, Target or Kroger coupon) with a manufacturer coupon. They don't allow Target and Publix coupons stacked with a manufacturer – just pick whichever store Q is better.

    • Terrianne

I love Publix My 00P was 10.24, My Savings after coupons and sales, 202.79. Gotta Love it. Thanks Jen for all your effort, you have made this possible.

      • lbade

wow!! how did you do that?

      • Sue

Wow, is right. The best I have ever done is spent $23 and saved $110. How?

        • Terrianne

I had a $5 off of $20, a q of every single thing I bought, I had several store coupons, target coupons, a couple of food lion coupons, had B1G1F on things that were already B1G1F so got BOTH for free it takes me a few hours to plan my trip but it is sooooo worth it by the time I am done. I usually save somewhere in the range of 75% but that is with buying things that ARE NOT on sale (however I do have a coupon for). I'm trying really hard to get away from that. My pantry, freezer, and anyplace else I can store stuff in my house is really full.

    • Crystal

I asked for a Publix Summer Savings book behind the service counter last night, it was kinda funny because the lady was like “YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE!” I was thinking, gee..thats all I wanted. They really guard those things at my store apparently. LOL. Just thought I'd share..

    • Robin Thorpe

Just a heads-up weekly ad correction. We went to our Publix last night and found that the

      Tyson Chicken Wings B1G1 at $8.99 ($4.49)
-$1 off Tyson Anytizer Snacks SS 3/07

listed last as a BOGO at Publix are NOT on sale. We asked the butcher about them and he knew nothing of them being on sale, we couldn't find them in the weekly ad flyer or in the online flyer.

    • Victoria

Just a heads up. Publix is getting a little strict on the use of other stores coupons. They said it had to be a GROCERY store within a 5 mile radius. I could not use my target coupons there the other day.

      • Charlotte

I experienced this today to at my Publix in Florida.

        • Chelle

I used Target coupons at mine before too and now they say they've never taken them??? I didn't want to cause trouble for any of the cashiers so I just acted surprised..

    • Sue

Has anyone done a deal with the off clip-on insect repellents at Publix. There is a Q in the Yellow flyer and I have other Q's. Trying to find the best deal because I need some of these. At Wal-Mart, they are about $8 I think before Q's and 8.99 at Walgreens.

      • chris

This was my find this week at Publix. The starter kits were 8.99, I used a bogo kit free manufacture printable and a 2.00 manufacture printable, then 2- 2.00 off store coupon. So basically, I got 2 kits for 8.99 – 2.00 – 4.00 = 2.99. Not bad!

        • Sue

Did you try using 2 manufacturer's coupons? That would really be awesome. But the 2.99 is a great deal.

        • Sue

Thanks for the info. I did this deal today X 2. Got 4 of them for less than the price of 1. Awesome deal!

    • Anonymous

Finally found Lawry’s $0.50 IP. Hope this works for everyone..http://print.coupons.com/Couponweb/Offers.aspx?…

    • LCD88

In Columbus, GA I have not been able to find the Noxzema razors at several Publix stores. Maybe I'm just overlooking them.. Anyone seen them?

      • alivias_closet

I haven't been able to find them here in Middle GA either.

        • LCD88

Just found out they are at Walgreens B1G1 at 2.99! Hopefully they'll accept 2 coupons for 2

      • kristin

I found some right next to the travel section. I don't know why they wouldn't put them with the other razors.

      • susyQ

I found them hanging by the cash registers…but beware they rang up 2.99 at my store.

        • sue

don't buy those they are 2.99 the ones that are on sale are much smaller. In cosmetics

      • sue

could'nt find them either @ 2stores, then one of the girls told me they were'nt with the razors but by cosmetics by the sponges. they are little. so hard to spot.stockers have no idea when you ask them where the bikini razors are!

      • Karey

I found them by the nair, which was in a different aisle from the shaving stuff. I think they were with the moisturizers.

    • Charlotte

Did my first “Southern Savers” shop this week at Publix – paid $63.89 and saved $70.33! Thanks ladies for making this possible – the pantry is full for under $100!

    • Kelly

There is a Q in the Family is It's Own Reward booklet for Qtips, (55cents off) that is a store coupon. It expires 5/31, but if you stack it with the manu q from the paper, it makes the Q-Tips 35 cents by Jenny's listed price (but they rang up at my store 1.38 so I got them for .23 cents!) There were a couple of other q's in that booklet, when stacked with a recent manu q made for a decent deal even though the things were not on sale (think Starbucks Ice Cream!)

    • MichelleA

I just found the BEST deal on Dr. Pepper at my Miami, FL Publix. They are currently B3G1 here at only 3.66 each, and in the yellow advantage flyer is a B2G1 coupon u can use too… getting you 2 free. To top it off… on ALL of the 12 packs were big bright yellow peelies that were 1.50/1..!! So… I got (4) 12 packs of Dr. Pepper for 1.32 +tax!!! With tax came to about .50 each!! WoooHooo!! I bought 12, lol

      • Jessica V.

Ahhh- I saw this post and rushed in to do my shopping (addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper) and the lady refused to give my coupon (B2G1) on top of the B3G1. I asked if that one was an actual 'coupon' and she said no, but I couldn't double up.

O'well. Glad you were able to get the deal!!
        (no peelies, either)

      • Lucy

I was thinking about doing that too, my store is very nice with coupons, plus we have a major party coming up… better stock up on soda! :)

    • susyQ

Just got back and I bought: box of Kashi crackers, Baily's creamer,2 Yakisobas, Bic razors, 2 Noxema razors, 3 Heluva dips, Kraft cheese, Hood milk… 94cents (^_^) Fist pump!

      • couponbug

It pumps you up, doesn't it? Great job! I love it!

    • shelleyschu

Awesome shopping day at Publix. Met a very nice manager at Dallas Hwy. Publix in Marietta/W. Cobb. Lots of freebies and good deals on the B1G1 stuff. They are the only store in the area taking the Target competitor coupons since there's a store across the street. Be nice to your managers! They are the couponer's friend!!!

BTW — 24 ct. Ecotrin was not available at my store. They don't carry it.

      • Jen C.

I shop there as well! The Publix at Macland and Powder Springs Road will also take Target coupons, just FYI

      • Karey

you are lucky! our Super Target is 1/2 a mile down the road from our Publix and they still won't consider them a competitor. I was told by the manager that their CORPORATE policy is not to accept Target coupons. Hope your store doesn't catch on ;)

    • Chelle

Good week and good buys..but..I was sad that my 5/9 SS didn't have the Infusium coupons and my Publix here in Lexington, SC doesn't have the low count Benefiber or 24ct Ecotrin..Oh well still got 2 free Soleils and a rain check for 3pks Comfort Plus3 that will be free too.. My husband says I can't win at it everytime but I'll try anyway.

      • Carrie

I was also sad that I didn't get the Infusium coupons. Oh well. I also thought that my store didn't have the low count Benefiber until someone commented on here that they found it with the vitamins and not with the other Benefiber products. Lo and behold, I found it at my store mixed in with the vitamins and on clearance!!! So try your store again but in the vitamin section.

        • Benjamin

Are they in stock again? Every time I've been there they've been out. At least this is an all month thing.

        • Angel_in_Charleston

Don't worry about not getting the coupons … they can't seem to keep the Infusium in stock. I have tried for a couple of weeks now, in several different stores, and nobody has had the conditioner, just the shampoo. I haven't given up though!

    • Marie

Has anyone in Tallahassee, FL found this booklet Publix Summer Savings Book. Please list the location you found the Publix Summer Savings Booklt.

      • I shop at the one on Capital Circle.. and it was in a big cardboard stand display at the front of the store, by Customer Service.. if You can't find one.. just ask at the CS Desk.. hope this helps :)

    • Susan

My Publix informed me they no longer accept Target coupons. Is this company-wide policy now?

      • Ashley

I was told the same thing yesterday. We live in upstate South Carolina. They will take Bi-Lo and Ingles, but that is it.

    • Thank you for the tips…went today and was amazed at saving $55.43!! I can't stop smiling from our savings today!!

    • cassie

publix in thens alabama took babies-r-us coupons today for diapers!!! $5 and $2 off pampers!! Go online and print :)

    • DonnaTN

I saw at my Publix today that the Hunt's tomatoes were B1G1. Not sure what kind if they were the sauce, diced…etc but you could use the $1/4 coupon from the conagra booklet that expires at the end of the month.

    • DonnaTN

If you print out the $1 for the Coppertone, Walgreens as an in ad for $4 off Coppertone (starting Sunday), you can get it for 1.99 if you missed out on the $2 printable, makes it a better deal actually. If your store accepts Walgreens as a competitor that is.

    • Jen C.

Can anyone find the Kraft rebate or was it only available on FB that one day?

      • Christina

If you participated in the Kraft Delicious Summer Savings event you would have that rebate from them. Kraft had this sampler kit they sent to those that applied for it on Fb. It included samples as well as free cpns for full size samples. It also included this $10 rebate if you purchased $30 worth of Kraft goods. Hth!

    • Saeweard

Just FYI…I found a 40oz Heinz Ketchup at Target for a $1.00!! It seems to be on sale at every store this week but this is the best price for the size!!!

    • stacy

I found Fisher Fusions 2/ $2 ! I had some $1off any Fisher product coupons (ss and some printables) to make them FREE!!!

      • Lucy

I also have some printables, but dont' remember getting any in SS. Do you by any chance know which SS it was?

        • stacy

No- I clipped them after the last time they were on sale, or maybe from my mom's papers. I do know they were long dated!

          • stacy

I searched the data base- 12/13/09 ss & 1/10/10 ss

    • Melissa

I found stickies on my chinet plates for $1 off so when combined with the $1 off coupon for joining Chinet club I got my plates for .99 ! I got the big platters which will be great for cookouts!

    • amy

If you have a copy of publix coupon policy please.

    • lo

is a “target” coupon considered a “store coupon” or manuf coupon?

…can i stack a manuf q with a target coupon and a publix coupon? or can i only use one store coupon??

      • Coupons printed from Targetdotcom are both, some being store and some are manufacturer. IF it is a true store Q, it can be stacked with a manufacturer IF your store still accepts Target as a competitor. Not many do. Very few stores allow you to stack a combination of 3 either. It is worth asking at the CS desk tho.

    • Jason

The Dalraida Publix in Montgomery, AL does not accept Target coupons!. I tried using some Target coupons last week and the manager said that they no longer accept local competitor coupons with the exception of Winn Dixie.

    • jennifer

did my first southernsavers shop today. :) found out my publix does not double any coupons BUT does accept competitors. so that is great. got the summer savings booklet too. so today i got 84.03 worth of groceries, saved 39.33 so paid 44.70. nice to have a good many groceries for us so cheap! so excited for this site and all the great tips!

    • Tonya

I tried to buy the B1G1 BIC razors today with the $3 BIC coupons, and they would not accept the coupon because it exceeded the price of the item! aargh! Seems like new policy to me.

      • Regina

My daughter had the same problem with her cashier in Publix so she told him to go check w/ your mamager and sure enough she won the battle. They told her she could use the coupon but they do not give back change but it will go toward credit on her other groceries.. So you need to go back and put up an arguement. She did learn in her couponing class that is the way it is done.

        • ashley

yeah it all depends on the people behind the register i have shopped and actually gotten money back from publix. I assumed my order would be free and they wouldnt worry about the overage but they actually opened the register and gave me $4 and some change. You'll notice that even the exact same publix will do different things depending on the manager who is working

      • I got 8 packs free today using those $3 coupons! Plus 51 cents overage for each BOGO deal.

    • Marlene

This has nothing to do with Publix, but I am visiting relatives in Kansas City and am looking for a site similar to this one for this area. Does anyone know how I would find one?

      • Regina

The way I found this one was went on google and typed in couponing in Miami, so maybe if you typed into google “couponing in Kansas City”

      • Becentsable(dot)net, then click on grocerystores and then the needed state. My friend in KS uses KC Penny Pinchin' Mama, I believe.

    • 2godbglory

I am new to the site and I can't watch the video's. If someone can explain to me how the pricing is. The price next to the item is the price for both B1G1 and the price in the () is the price if you buy one? What if my coupon is 1.00 off 2 how does that work on the B1G1. Sorry I just don't get it. Any help explaining would be awesome.

      • Carrie

Yes, the price listed is the regular price and the price in the () is the price if you buy just one during the B1G1 sale. If you live in FL then to get the deal you must buy two products. Any other state, you can buy just one product and it will ring up at half price (the number you see in the ()). If your coupon is $1/2 (meaning $1 off 2 products) then you must buy 2 products to be able to use the coupon. Just like above in Jenny's listing of Oscar Meyer Beef Franks – regular price is $3.99. You can either get 2 for $3.99 or (if you live anywhere else besides FL) buy only 1 for $1.99. If you use the $1/2 coupon as well then you would have to buy 2 but each one would cost you $1.49 apiece. Hope that helps some. Be sure and post any other questions you might have and someone will more than likely help you.

        • sealey5

I don't understand why Florida Publix have to be different from Ga. or any other state. I wish they would let us get the B1G1 items for the half price and let us have double coupon days. It stinks!

          • Karey

My Publix doesn't do this, and I'm in Tampa. If something is 2 for $5 I can buy one and pay $2.50 for it. As for the BOGOs, why would you not buy the 2nd free item?? I must be missing something (I am blonde!)

            • sealey5

I apologize, I must be missing something also, lol! I thought that you had to get both of the B1G1 items. Of course, I do get both of the B1G1 items anyways. it's always a better deal (in my opinion) to get both with q's. I had heard though that Publix doesn't do the double coupons. :P

          • jl

The state laws in Fl are different than GA. You can buy 1 of a B1G1 item in Ga for 1/2 price, but Fl law states that you have to buy an item at full price to receive another one free.

      • Alyssa

Yes. You are right about the pricing. The first price is for both items together and the (other) is the one for each item individually which is 1/2 of the BOGO price. Publix is awesome because when they do BOGO instead of it being buying one at full price and getting the other free they are both 1/2 price. This allows you to use two coupons one for each item because technically you are buying two. For example the Bagel chips that were on sale this week are 2.68 normal price 1/2 of that for BOGO is 1.34. I used a 1.00 off coupon for one bag and it ended up being only 0.34. Now for the coupn for 1.00 two items coupon In that case you would need to but two to get 1.00 off like for example the Bush's Beans that are on sale this week You are buying both for 2.29 total and then using the 1.00off coupon making each can 0.64. When you have coupons .50 and under the store should automatically double them.

    • I used my FREE item coupon from the Kraft Olive Oil mayo today on the BOGO mayos.. It didn't cover the full amount, but almost. I also had a FREE item coupon for the Helluva Good dips. Made 2 free. I also got 8 free Bic razors (plus overage). I had coupons that stacked together to make 2 pkg. Cheddar wurst, 1 pkg lunchmeat and 1 pack buns cost $3. I spent $46 and saved $140. Not as good an average as I have been getting, but I got quite a few things for my daughter's upcoming b-day party.

    • Toastie

I’ve used coupons here and there, but nothing very notable. This will be my first attempt at official “couponing”. Can you all tell me if this is right? I’m planning on getting 2 packs of the Huggies. I have the following coupons: (1) $2/4 from SmartSource, (2) $3/1 from Coupons.com, and (2) $3/1 Publix coupons. I also printed (2) $3/1 manufacturer’s coupons from the Target website but the barcode is identical to the Coupon.com coupons (the coupons look completely different), does this mean I can’t use these 2 other coupons on this purchase? Thanks for your help! And wish me luck! :)

      • Melissa H

Hi Toastie – Don’t know if you’ve gotten an email response or anything, but … You should be able to use the (2) $3/1 from Huggies (they’ll say Manufacturer’s Coupon at the top) and (2) $3/1 Publix store coupons together, for sure … The $3/1 Publix coupon, though, is for the larger box (at least here in FL they are) … Just wanted to make sure you know that before you go in … As for whether or not you can use the q’s from the Target website, it depends on 2 things – 1) Most importantly, you’ll need to find out if your store lets you stack a Manufacturer q, a store q from Publix, AND a competitor q – Most stores will not let you use all three, they will only let you use a Manf and a Store or a Competitor and a Store together, but not all 3 at once … The second thing to verify (after you’ve found out what you can and cannot do for stacking) whether or not your store considers Target a competitor … Some Publixs do, some don’t … In this particular case, too, you’ll need to check with your store as to if they’d consider those particular Target q’s as competitor q’s or manufacturer q’s … The q’s have the Target logo and http://www.target.com on them, but state ‘Manufacturer Coupon’ at the top … Publix could interpret that either way … My store usually will only key the Target q’s as competitor q’s when it says ‘Target Web Coupon’ at the top … The staff at the Customer Service desk in most Publix locations are usually very friendly and helpful, and I think in general they appreciate being asked up front rather than the customer and cashier getting stuck in a transaction :) … Saves you the hassle/apprehension as well, because by asking, you’ll know up front what you can and can’t do :) HTH!

      • Angel_in_Charleston

You can only use one manufacturer coupon AND one store OR one competitor coupon for each item purchased. (I've heard that some stores will accept all three, but have never found one myself.) If you are only buying 2 packs of Huggies, you are trying to use too many coupons – especially the one that is off of 4 packages. Hope this helps!

        • The policy is all three-at least that was my most recent training…lol i love to shop here and i love to save here(work here)…etc.

          • Tammy

I went to the Publix in Charleston today, the West Ashley store and was told they have a new policy on coupons. They will only accept two coupons per item now. No longer a store, manu, and competitor. Only two per item. I am not sure what the other stores decided about this but I know recently the Johns Island store will no longer accept World Market coupons. I will still shop at Publix and hardly ever get lucky enough to find all three at one time anyway but I was trying to get some sunscreen for real cheap and couldn't use all three coupons. Just passing along some info to you all.

      • Lucy

You can't use SEVEN coupon on TWO products

    • Chrissy

I was in Publix and saw in the cheese section an in-store dispenser for Athena feta cheese: “$1 off a bag of salad when you buy any package of Athena feta cheese.” Remembering that publix salad blends are BOGO (and $1.50 each in Atlanta), I decided to do the deal (the 4 oz cheese was $2.29, and the coupon reduced my bag of salad to $0.50). I then whipped out my nifty coupon binder and saw that I had another coupon that I clipped from the paper: “$1 off any Athena cheese product.” So I got 4 oz of feta and an entire bag of salad for $1.79!!!

      • I got those same Q's this week also! On my midweek trip, I'll get the same deal!! :)

        • Chrissy

Healthy and super cheap midweek lunch! Go for it! :-)

    • 2godbglory

Does anyone know if any Publix's in Valdosta GA double coupon's. How does it work up to .50 cents Any coupons I have under .50 is double? Thanks for the info! I live in NFL but it might be worth the drive to Valdosta.

      • Angie

i hate to say it, but no our Valdosta Publix does not double coupons:(

    • lynda

I can't find the Target Q's for B3G1 on hotdogs or planters;(
      Is it my zip code?

    • Rhonda

I made 2 separate trips to Publix this week and really saved a bunch. Thanks to Jenny's hard work!

oh wow. and i was proud of myself until i read this!! AMAZING!

      • Tonya

I see you got the 2% cheese. My publix gave me a hard time about this. They said it was only the regular, but had signs in front of all of it. UGH!!!It made me angry.

Can you post how you did this? I am shoping in the morning and would love to get your deals!

So today I made a trip to my local Publix in Loganville, GA. They get a truck in and stock the shelves on Sunday morning. I specifically made a trip for the Infusium hair care and bic razors. I walk up to the razors and they are all gone. Then as I was walking down the shampoo isle I notice this lady loading her buggy up with all of the infusium shampoo and conditioner. Also in her buggy was like 12 packs of the bic razors. So I went up to her and politely asked if she would let me have 2 razors, 2 shampoos, and 2 conditioners. I try to be fair and buy only what I need until the next sale comes around. Well her response was totally rude. She said “Too bad. I got here first.” My jaw dropped wide open. It amazes me how unbelievably stingy people can be about these things. I just wish people would shop like Jenny teaches us to and be fair to others who would like to save money as well. I mean really who needs 15 bottles of shampoo and conditioner for 6 weeks or so until another sale comes around???!!!!

      • Mary

I agree with you. I think it's totally rude for someone to buy up every single product on the self and not leave anything for others. Do you think the store would have given you a rain check or have processed a special order for you for the items you needed?

      • Crystal

I totally would have swiped some out of her cart when she had her back turned…so Im guessing she had printed 12 coupons for the bics? How did she do that??

        • Suemh

The Bic coupons were in an insert. Also, Sometimes I think that the people who buy large amounts like this may be re-selling the items at the flea market or in yard sales.I know that I have seen tables at the flea market a couple of months ago loaded with the items that there had just been great coupons on.

I noticed that when I was at my publix the razors were out in the aisle but they did have some in the center bins between the aisle from the razors and the medicines. As for the rude lady, I hope she runs into the same problem when she needs something badly. You can get a rain check for the razors, not sure about the Infusium since it's not really in the weekly ad sale. You can check though.

I got a rain check in my Homestead, fl. Publix on the infusion.

          • Jen

            Hey Regina…which store in Homestead???

            • Regina

It is the Publix store on US1. The only Publix in Homestead.

            • Jen

You might check the 2 other Publix's that are in Homestead. There is on on 312 st in front of the new Baptist Hospital and there is on on 288th street and 137 ave by Waterstone and the air force base…they had them in stock at the one by the hospital.

            • Regina from Homestead

Thanks for the info. I did not know they had a Publix by the new hospital. That shows you how much I get out. I only know the old part of Homestead and that is it. All this new growth of the city is still making my head spin.

“Too bad, I got here first” That speaks volumes. I feel guilty sometimes for purchasing so many as we are a large family but I must say that guilt sets in when I think about being greedy. If it is greed, it will address itself. Here's to more being available tomorrow.

I am so mad at myself. I go shopping to Publix on Mondays and I gather my coupons on Sunday night or Monday morning. Well, I was going to do a lot of Target printables on some of the Kraft products to get a sweet deal on the mail in rebate, but the Target coupons are gone from the site. I need to start doing my coupon gathering on Wednesdays so I don't miss out on the printable coupons, this is not the first time I have missed out. I need to remind myself that printables could be there one day and not the next. I will still get a good deal on all of the Kraft products on sale and be able to do the rebate, but it won't be as good.

Fruit Punch 1.67 with 1.00 coupon off in the summer savings pamplet? I don't see the coupon.

i just had an 80% savings at Publix tonight. I didn’t get a lot of items but I stocked up on some things for the 4th of July cookout. Here: http://tinyurl.com/2fkvdy6

Not sure if anyone has already posted this…but I live in South florida and was at Publix yesterday morning. They had Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper on sale for 4/$5 PLUS every box had a yellow peelie for $1.50 off each case!!!! I added the yellow advantage Dr. Pepper coupon and got 4 cases of soda for $2 or $.50 cents a case!!! Check and see if your stores have those yellow peelies on the boxes!

    • Jen

Does anyone know where you can find the Kraft rebate form if you did not get it from their Facebook page???

    • Kay

      Hi Jenny-
was just in the Publix store on Two Notch Rd., Columbia, SC.
Bill Neubert, one of the associates there, works with the American Legion. He is collecting expired and unused coupons to send overseas to military families. Please let everyone know that if they are in the area, to drop these coupons off in an envelope, with his name, at the service desk. (the coupons have a 6 month window for expiration overseas). This is a wonderful service we can do for our military families!

re: the BOGO kraft singles – deli deluxe slices are not included in the sale :( I was bummed, since I had a coupon for $2 off kraft salad dressing (also BOGO this week) with the purchase of deli deluxe slices.

    • Hope

Did anyone attend the meeting that was held this past saturday at several Publix's? ( not sure of the exact locations ) The meeting was in regards to the ” new ” coupon policy. Was just curious to what the new policy constists of. Thanks.

    • Sarah

The Rubbermaid deal at Publix this week is wonderful! 50% off for the Take-Alongs variety. With a $1 coupon match-up for each container set, you end up paying only $0.59 per set. I purchased 3 sets of 4 containers (so 12 in all) and paid $1.77 total! What a deal! Thanks again Jenny.

      (original price for Rubbermaid Take-Alongs is $3.19 minus 50% sale discount = $1.59 – $1 coupon = $0.59 total due)

We are getting a new publix in our area— in fact it is opening tomorrow (June 2nd). How can I know whether our ad begins on Wednesdays or Thursdays?

    • Regina

I have always been a Winn Dixie shopper because I felt Publix was a bit too pricy for me but I have been to Publix occasionally years back and I remember their policy was a shopper was never allowed to carry out their own groceries because they had bag boys to do that and you were never allowed to tip them. Well now that I am getting into all this couponing I am now very fond of Publix. But Sunday morning when I went into Publix w/ all my coupons I was so blown away to see shoppers coming out w/ shopping carts carrying their own groceries. Boy, has times changed.

      • 3monkeysmom

They still do this at the Publix I shop at :-)

      • gr mrt

well publix is still awesome. i've never been in there where they didnt offer to carry my groceries out ! I tell them i can handle t…. that may be the case w/ you. on particular big orders, some insist on carring them out for me…i tell them the store is no problem, if they want to come home Now thats where i need the help..AND put them away for me….but really ilike them loaded a certain way inthe car…makes it easyto unload later…maybe those people you saw are as anal as me?

        • 3monkeysmom

Lol :-) I'm typically anal like that too, totally OCD! I usually turn them down when they ask to help me out, except for days when I'm overwhelmed, like the other day when I had 2 out of 3 of my kids with me and my 2 yr old niece….I needed all the help I could get that day!!
