Starting today though 4/30, using code LUCKY you can get 80% off your entire purchase on Restaurant.com. This is really early in the month for them to be discounting so low, so you might find some restaurants available that on previous sales were sold out.

Whether you want a cheap lunch or dinner out, or you want to give a general gift certificate for someone else you can get:

$25 dining or gift certificates for $2

$10 dining or gift certificates for .60 cents

For us this makes for cheap lunches out with Daddy, or inexpensive dinner dates. Think of them as a $10 off or $25 off coupon.

**You will see the prices change during checkout. As you browse their site all the prices you see are the regular prices.**

And don’t forget to go through ebates first for 15% back!

    • Rita

Where exactly will your class be in Lexington, SC? Thanks.

    • MiniMidgMom

Does anybody know if there is an expiration date for these? It doesn’t say on the page for my local restaurants.

    • Beth

The certificates used to say that you had 1 year to use them.

    • MiniMidgMom

Oh, and ours has a Super Suppers, with the discount I can get $25 of entrees for $2.

    • MiniMidgMom

Me again, I just bought a $50 giftcard for $4, it’s for a restaurant we were planning on going to Friday. But DH just got me all confused. There is a $40 min purchase – does that mean we have to pay $40 out of pocket then use the giftcard for another $50, for a total purchase of $90? That’s a lot of chicken wings! We were going to over order and bring the rest home, but that’s a lot of food. Can somebody please answer so we know before we go out? Thanks!

    • Sarah

Can anyone tell me whether they post these gift cards – we are going to Florida on Saturday and wondered if they’d cut out eating out costs while on holiday. Am I likely to get them in time and are they worth it?

    • Rebekah

you print the gift certificate yourself. as soon as you buy it, you can print it. i’m not exactly sure how they work but most have a minimum purchase and many more restrictions.

    • Sylvie

      Sarah,

It’s immediate. You can print them as soon as you pay. I’m headed out to dinner w/ mine now!!

Thank you Jenny for letting us know about this. There were a couple in my area that will make great Fathers day gifts!

I have the same question as MiniMidgMom. I got 4 $10 gc. for $2.80. Great price. It says valid w/ $20 min purchase…do I have to spend $30 total or can it be for a $20 order?

      • Jenny

        Karey,

You only have to spend $20 before the gift certificate can be used. so you come out only spending $10.

    • Rebekah

the gift certificates work like coupons. if you got a $10 gc then you’ll get $10 off your total order, but your order must be at least $20.

    • MiniMidgMom

Okay, I know why I got all twisted around on the minimum purchase – I was looking at the wrong minimum. For a $50 gift cert there is a $100 minimum. I called, and they did not credit back my $4 but now I have $50 credit for gift certs at the site that I can split into smaller amounts and use over the course of a year. I think I came out ahead without trying! I feel guilty when this happens but that was their solution so I took it.

I went ahead and bought a $10 gift certificate before I got the credit because I noticed some popular restaurants seem to have a limit on gift cards. The gift certificate is good for 1 year.
