    • Jen

Can someone help me. Every video I try to watch gives me this message “The video you are trying to watch is not available. Please select another video.”

      • Amanda kesler

        mine does too

    • Thanks! I love the Video Value coupons. I got Dove shampoo for .25 this week because I stacked it a VV coupon with a .75 off man. coupon.

    • Thanks! I usually do all of mine at the beginning of the month and rarely go back. Thanks for the heads up!!

    • I also need help – every time I've tried to register, I get to the point of confirming my mailing address, click OK, then receive an error saying that the “form validation failed.”

I tried using the “forgot your password?” link and it says that my email address is not registered.

      I'm using Internet Explorer 8.

      Any ideas??

      • Dianne

I had something like that happen to me. I had to call RiteAid and talk to someone. She was very nice and solved the problem.

    • Bryarsmom

I got 2 of these the other day watching VV.

Not too nice after taking our $5/25 from us.

    • DawnCDP

It would seem nice if it wasn't for the fact that is was basically replacing the $5.25 coupons!!! Not to mention the stores in VA are getting really picky about typing in there Video Values coupons, which are the only ones that won't scan!

    • julies

can this be stacked with a $ off $ coupon?

      • Brooke249

        I'm wondering the same thing!

      • Bamabobbie

I would think so since it is a RA coupon????

      • cassia2

Yes. And you can use as many as you want per transaction, apparently – just like an Up+ reward.

        • Amy B.

You can use the 2 $1 coupons and a $/$$ coupon as well.

          • cassia2

            I meant that. Sorry I wasn't clear. :)

    • Coupon student

      thanks for the awesome tip!!

    • From NC

Seems like no more $5 of $25's and only one $4 of $20 per month, not sure how many $1's of per month, we are sure going to be watching many videos!! :-)))

    • Bamabobbie

There is a site to print $5/off$25 that I'm sure Jenny will post when she posts the RA deals for the week. It expires 10/31 but you are allowed to print several or I guess as many as you think you will use before 10/31. Just saw some questions below in regards to the $5.off coupon.

    • Jenny

Why 1 PUBLIX ,North Charleston,SC continue to insist that the RITE AID coupons ( I watch videos& print ) are manufacturers ???? I can not convince the manager that the bar code looks completly different , and that this is STORE COUPON ! I can not get my good deals because they do not educate the manager ? Or she makes the rools and I am ” in her hands ” ?

      • m&b

If you are referring to VV coupons they are manufacturer coupons. And the value of the coupon will be reimbursed to the store by the manufacturer. Store coupons do not say manufacturer on them anywhere and the company does not get reimbursed by any manufacturer when you use them. They are pretty much a special sale price only if you know about it kind of coupon. Rite Aid allows you to stack them because that is their promotion and the bar codes make it easier for their system to recognize the different coupons being used (which is why sometimes you can use three separate coupons). Publix does not have this same promotion nor system. And only allows you to use one of each. If you are referring to the $0ff$$ coupons that is entirely up to the manager of the Publix. None of the Publix I shop at allow you to use them. Hopes this helps.

      • Lauraezzell

According to the manager of the Publix in Summerville, these are manufacturer coupons and they ARE reimbursed for them. How the store deals with them (store vs. manufacturer Q) is up to the manager at the store. Publix was notified by the clearinghouset that they WILL be reimbursed for these coupons.

    • Michelle

Yes, unfortunately I think these $1 coupons have replaced the two $5/$25 video values coupons we used to have each month. The manager at my store said they were told that they were doing away with the $5/$25 video values coupons. I hope they don't do away with the ones on Red Plum, too! :-(

      • Cindyrella

I noticed that, too. That's disappointing.

      • paula

can we still get the ones in red plum? I can never find them. Can you suggest a zip code to use? Thanks

    • Ayeshia

I was told by a RA mgr. that they are now linking the $4/$20 and $5/$25 to your wellness card and it is only one use per month. I tried to use a $5/$25 and it said that it had already been used. Anyone else having this issue?

      • Ueenjnnifee87

Shoot! I don't like that! If that is the case, looks like hubby will be getting a card too.

    • Jenny

when you print 5/25 or 4/20 after u watch videos , print 10 copies or 20 copies – cause u can print it just once. i use them in publix ! ;)

      • Freemn4

I watched Jenny's video on You Tube and she seemed to believe that ethically only one coupon (such as the $4 off of $20) should be used at a store (Publix for example) which accepts competitors coupons (such as Rite Aid) if that store only allows one per customer. What do others think about this one?

      • Lucysqs

that would be like copying a 5 dollar bill and trying to spend, it would be counterfiet, each coupon has a serial number that is differant. It is fraud and will catch up with you.

    • Chillto

I didn't realize that they added videos throughout the month; I watched about 50 at the beginning of the month and wouldn't have gone back and noticed. Thanks!

If Rite Aid stops letting us use more than on $5 off $25 coupon per month, I won't buy nearly as much stuff there. I use the video values ones along with the red plum ones and the pdf one that they have. I purposely buy at least $25 worth of stuff each shopping session; sometimes I buy something that I wouldn't ordinarily buy (although will be able to use) just so I get to $25. Spent $75+ this week…using 3 separate $5 off $25…that will stop.

    • Freemn4

I appreciate all of the posts Jenny! You have made my shopping with coupons and rebates so much more efficient! I got the two $1 off coupons for non-RX items and just used a bunch of Rite Aid coupons (from watching the videos) toward the free rebate items, which amazingly makes them more than free!. Also, thanks to Jenny, I found out about the $5 off $25 q. I was able to split my order in two transactions and also use the $5 off of $25 two times. I just asked my cashier if I could and she said “yes”.

    • Nichols_again

I currently have two B1G1 coupons for Old Spice Body Wash. I also have (2) $1.00 off coupons for the same item. Can I purchase two, use the B1G1 and then also use the (2) $1.00 off coupons? I was thinking that as long as I am using 1 coupon per item that I purchase I am good.
