    • Angrcooking

does anyone know if those prices are just for folks in the long ad areas?

      • Ipreferpublix

all ads are the same now. no variation (except for a few cleaning deals not showing up in Southern Cali)

      • Terri

Sometimes there are deals that are not marked on our store shelves, but they still work.

      • Corrine R.

There are some differences. Im in Louisiana and generally we have short ad. The airwick candles are not BOGO here this week. I did get the Ecotools (2x bath scrunchie) and tape, but not the 3 pack.

    • Kelly

I got the free tape deal in my area, but they were only single packs for $1.49 bogo. Still not bad for “free.” I wanted to try the Ecotools deal, but the lowest priced single item in my store was $4.99, so it wouldn't have been free in the end.

Oh well, at least I got free tape and free four free Airwick candles (using coupons and UP)! Woohoo! Oh by the way, my store doesn't always put the sales tags on the shelves, but that doesn't mean they are not on sale. Just follow the circular. I always ask the person at the register before I ring it up to buy…just in case.

    • Thanks need a $2.00 gift for gift excahnge for my daughter at school going to get the puzzle and a figurine :)

    • Areed77

The 3-d foamies (located next to crayola) are bigi half off. (They are $2.99 normally.) I also had a $5 off 2 from video rewards. FREE plus 50 cents in overage!

    • Lstewart71

I asked a Rite Aid in Mooresville, NC about this deal and they said they were not running it.

      • Amy

It is an unadvertised deal about the figurines and puzzles. I went to two in Durham and 3 in Raleigh picking up the puzzles and figurines. It worked at every one and it wasn't advertised at any. I was trying to complete the Toy Story set…

    • Kellis

Didn't work out for me… the tape was only $1 +UP. My store was sold out of all
$1.99 and $2.99 Ecotools. And, I couldn't find the figurines. Oh well! I got a great deal on Hershey kisses.

    • Kathleen

Just went to Rite Aid in Charlotte, NC. I could not find one figurine or puzzle that was under $1. Where are you finding these? In the toy section / dollar section. Is that the original price or sale price? The least expensive ecotool at my store was $4.99. I bought the last 2 single roll's of tape for B1G1F at $1.49 and did get 2- $1 ups. Would love to know where the puzzles and figurines are. I am a pediatric Occupational Therapist and have many underprivelaged clients and have been trying to pick up small things to give as a little something for xmas.

      • Superjen

In my store they were over by the Christmas candy, not with the other toys. Hope that helps.

        • Kathleen

Thanks. Was $0.78 the sale price or regular? If sale, do you know what regular is. My rite aid likes to put sale prices and ups tags on only about 25% of the items each week and usually not till late sunday or even monday.

          • classicalmomma5

They are .99 and then 25% off and then you get the $2 ups

      • Bryarsmom

In bins up front near check out.

    • Goodiedi

In California the Great Value products are in metal bins near the registers. As far as the Ecotools, the lotion products are in one area, but the less expensive bath type products are in an aisle with bath brushes, face masks, loofahs, etc. the mesh net loofahs are $1.99, so $2 +UP profit if you buy two.

      • I got the pack of 3 cellulose facial sponges (with bath brushes, loofas, etc)- they are 2.99 each, so a .50 cent MM. Also – Ecotools makes make-up brushes as well! The eye-shadow brush is 3.99, so you could get 2 of those for a $1 after the UP reward. Not bad for a stocking stuffer for a girlfriend/sister/daughter. I didn't see any mesh net loofas they made, but I may have to check again. Might not have been tagged. Also, I will try in the foot care aisle as well. Forget to tonight.

        • Guest

Wrong – the makeup brushes do NOT count for this deal. It is for the bath care items only, as stated in the ad.

    • Superjen

Anyone using a Chase visa debit card, they are giving double rewards points this month for purchases made at Rite Aid.

    • awesome! thank you for sharing!

    • Tamis411

      What is “+UP”?

      • Valerie

Read the Rite Aid Getting Started Guide (Near the top of this page^) and you'll understand. It's not difficult once you do it! Have fun!

    • Tamis411

      What is “+UP”?

      • Christie

These are like Extra Care Bucks at CVS. You pay for the product up front then Rite Aide gives it back to you at the end of the receipt to spend on your next transaction.

    • Tweetabird

They are remodeling some stores in east tn. Where I am in Cleveland, it seems about 1/2 the store is 50% off! Some great deals and money makers!!

    • Bryarsmom

Went last nite-only found 1 puzzle left but at least 6 figurines. You can get your Ups buying several on the same ticket-you do not have to do them one at a time.

Ecotools were way too expensive at my store to bother with :(

Tape worked perfect too! I'm in Acworth, GA area-went to one on Wade Green Rd.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

We're out of the puzzles and figurines at my store too. The Ecotools aren't the ones on the makeup aisle that are part of the deal, check the skin care aisle. It's the couple of things with the loofas and such just past the lotions but before the suncare products. I think we only have 2, but WG should have about the same products. The facial sponges are $1.99 I think.

    • Lilianita

Somebody know if Rite Aid accept expired UPs within next week of expiration date?

      • Kgoodnight83

        The wouldn't for me!

      • sara

I had 1 that expired the day before and they wouldn't take it

      • Siasdavis

I had one that expired the day before, and the cashier told me to call 1-800-rite-aid and they could do something (I'm not sure if another would print out on my next visit or if it would make the expired one work). Well, I waited until the next day, and the person at the 1-800 number told me that they could have done it the day after it expired, but not 2 days later b/c they are removed from the system. So I was out of luck. A cashier told me later that the manager of that store would have accepted it a day late if he'd been there, but a “substitute” manager was working that day. Oh, well.

    • Julie H

Do the Ecotools makeup brushes work with this deal? My store did not have the signs on them.

      • Cindy

        No they do not.

      • Guest

        No, only bath care items.

    • Reba

I've seen this posted on several other coupon sites:

      Gillette Fusion Proglide giftset $7.99
$4.00 Fusion ProGlide razor 11-28 PG
$3.00 Fusion ProGlide Shave Gel from RA Flu Shot Booklet (YMMV)
      = $0.99 after both coupons!

Will this transaction work? Is it ok?

Also, at my Rite Aid, the EcoTools Loofahs for $1.99 were hanging on an end cap with other loofahs that were not EcoTools. Pay close attention to the brand so that the wrong one is not accidentally purchased.

      • kristi

Yes it worked for me..both coupons scanned just fine!

    • Valerie

What is the brand of tape? And also, what's the brand of puzzle? TIA

      • The tape is the RA brand.
The puzzles are of disney characters, spongebob, and spiderman, that I have seen on another blog who posted pics. I've not found the figurines.

      • classicalmomma5

They are great value. I found them in a round basket near the register.

    • lori

Went to 3 of our Rite Aid's today and they didn't have any of the puzzles or the figurines. Disappointed…wanted to donate to Toys For Tots.

      • i was disappointed too… I was going to donate to a family our church is helping but the Rite Aid I went to didn't have ANY of the items on this list…. going to try another one later hoping they have some of these items

    • Ginaod2000

Out of all these items at both Rite Aids on Tryon, Charlotte NC. I was so disappointed. I looked everywhere & than even asked for some help. They couldn't find either. No Tape, No Econ body loafs, No puzzles or figurines.

      • Guest

North Tryon or South Tryon? I just found tape at the store right by 485 on South Tryon today. Keep looking – it is generally located in the 'office supply' section as well as near the giftwrap and sometimes scattered about the Christmas section.

    • wendy

Thank you for the post. My son loves puzzles. All of these deals workd for me. Except at my riteaid the tape for $1.49 was the single rolls but was still a $.51 moneymaker

    • Atlanta frugalista

Thank you Jenny!!!! I got 4 princess puzzles and 4 figurines for Toys for Tots – and then went back and spent my UP's on more toys!!! Thank you for allowing me to donate everything today. You are the best! Got tape and ecotools sponges, too :)

    • Morgan4

3 pack of tape is $3.49…still b1g1 and I got $1 UP reward for each. good buy for 6 rolls of tape but not a moneymaker.

      • FromUtoS

Mine rang up at this too …. ?

    • Merg49

My RA didn't have the figures. The store mgr laughed & said everyone reads Southern Savers! I did get Eco tools though.

    • Linden

I wasn't sure if I could get all of the figurines in one transaction and it worked. I got a total of 19! 74 cents each (spent $7 and had $7 in Up rewards already) and I got $38 in Up Rewards printed back! I also got 6 ecotools and the tape deal! Thanks Jenny!

    • MaryT

I couldn't find the figurines in the store I went to, although I was able to get four puzzles! I was disappointed to not see any figurines as my daughter would have loved them, but I suppose every one else bought them up before I was able to make it there :)

    • Kb

just grabbed $191 in product, revlon nail care sale, ecotools, colgate toothpaste, for 13.07 oop!!!! it would have been less, but I was in a hurry and didnt want to break my trans up too much. just 2 trans.

    • Keyrahollmer

I found really small puzzles, the boxes were no bigger than 2 x 2 for 1.49. Then there was a 1.00 up for them. Couldnt find the disney ones or the figurines in my rite aid in Dawsonville ga. They said they did not carry them. I found rite aid invisible tape single rolls, bogo for 1.49. Then I got a 1.00 up for each! .51 money maker!

    • Trudieisbell1

So happy I found 4 figurines and 9 puzzles and got 26.00 rewards bucks back!

      • Kb

would you please describe what they look like??

    • Kb

re the figurines and puzzles labled on sale? Im having trouble recognizing what yall are talking about.

    • jennifer

Just left ra with 16 rolls of scotch tape and two 3ct packs of ecotools facial sponges for $0.00 oop and got back $21 up rewards. :-D

      • Dianne

Where in the store are y'all finding these cheap ecotools?

        • Kb

near the other loofahs and bath brushes……r u finding the puzzles and figurines? I have no idea what Im looking for!

    • Careynolds622

Ok.. so if I get a $2 +UP for the puzzles, can I use it toward more puzzles?? Will it still print the +UP??

      • Linden

Yes, and you can buy a bunch of puzzles at once, use Up Rewards from previous purchases from puzzles and get more Up Rewards. I ended up with 10 puzzles and 19 figurines, 11 rolls of tape, and 8 ecotools. All together I spent $14 cash $7 up rewards and ended up with $34 up rewards.

    • sww

another great money maker: there is a four-day sale (15th-18th) that includes advil cold medicine 10 count. it is $4.99 with a $3 UP. there is a $2 advil q in your wellness+ account online, paired with a $1 manu q from the paper. but guess what? a $3 AND a $1 UP print out, making this a $2 MM just in time for winter cold season:)

    • Jan

Have been to 3 RAs since this was posted looking for puzzles, figurines, Revlon emory boards, tape and ecotools. The stores are cleaned out and I'm giving up.

      • Kb

it was all the revlon nail care, not just emory boards……clippers, sissors, etc.

        • Jan

yes – it was all gone in all 3 stores – the hanging bars were empty. The cashier in one said, “What do you expect, those deals were posted all over the web!”

    • Paulsosa2002

This was a ridiculous deal!! Went to 2 Rite Aids and found 34 puzzles. Spend $3.25 and have $28 in UPs left. Thanks for the info

      • Amyhstntx

Classy. Hopefully, you'll donate some of the puzzles that you cleared from the store shelves.

      • Rachel

It's OK to get a couple of extra on a deal, but come-on. Don't be so greedy! Or at least don't brag about it here.

      • Imajine

By the way as a person who works in retail at this time of the year…it really sucked having to explain to a lady today that there were no puzzles left, because of people who do this. She seriously started crying, her child had been asking about it all week and she didn't get paid until yesterday, and since people who can afford to buy 20 or 30 of them came in and cleaned us out she couldn't get this awesome yet affordable present for her child. She went on to tell me about how her kids were only getting one small present a piece this year and this was something she had found to help lessen the sting of that. I really hope that you are donating those puzzles to toys for tots or some other comparable toy drive and I really hope that in light of the season you use some of those UPs you have left over to donate more things to those who are obviously less fortunate than yourself. If you do this in the future please keep it to yourself.

        • guest

There are a lot of organizations that will help with situations like this. Hopefully this lady will seek out one very fast. If you know who she is, tell her to contact the sheriff's department or even chamber of commerce in her town. They may be able to tell her where to go for help. I am a part of an organization who helped 26 families containing 56 kids this year. I know of 3 other organizations who were doing the same thing. There is help for those who need, and no child should do without at Christmas. I hope this lady seeks help.

    • Karen

Spoke to a manager last night who said that the puzzles/figurines were a regional thing – so not every store got them. Congrats to the folks who did – please don't rub it in too much! :)

It would be awesome if folks could tag their posts with their location, so that we could get an idea of where these types of deals are actually available before we go driving around in vain. Thanks.

    • Lori

On the tape – there are two different rolls that look almost exactly alike. One has 300″ tape, the other has 650″ tape. Looking at it on the shelf, it looks exactly alike, otherwise. You MIGHT see a “Press n Cut” label on the more expensive one. Still, at $2.69/roll, B1G1, – $2 UPS, was a good deal, so I went ahead and kept it. The smaller rolls are virtually nonexistant at my store.

    • guest

I must say that I am appalled at all the posts bragging about getting so many multiples of these deals, even if the items are donated. There are some of us who may want one or two deals for ourselves or to donate, but because of this, we will not be able to. Isn't making a little money enough, so that others can share also.

      • Kell

        Couldn't agree more.
What is the point of posting that you were able find and buy 20-30 other than to show off? How about some helpful information, such as which store you went to or how many were left? – OR did you clean the shelves and we don't need to waste our time?

    • Holly

much like a lot of other people I went to the local store here in Goose Creek SC and everything was cleaned out…and found out the Eco tools deal was only on Bath and body stuff…and the least expensive thing was still $5.99! SO today was a complete waste of time. I really wanted a couple of the puzzles or figurines to give to my little cousins but because of people buying 10 plus at a time I didn't even get the chance.
