when I printed my rebate off it said that I needed to purchase the item between Oct. 9 thur Nov. 15. That means you should be able to buy it on sunday.

    • Jennifer

      Mine says 10/9.

    • Amy B.

      Oh holy moly!

    • Jennifer S

      Nice. thank you!

    • Sally

Yep, it is saying that it starts TODAY, making it valid for Sunday's start of sale.

    • Fallaya

      AWESOME! Thanks!

    • How funny! When I first saw the rebate, it had the 10/11/10. I do see now that the date changed which is great news! Glad I read the comments! Thanks everyone!

I have my doubts about whether we would actually get the rebate because it says it cannot be combined with any other offers. Will they actually send us a full refund, even after we get a full SCR for it? I've sent in similar rebates, and I never got them because they were associated with SCRs or the like.

      • Liz

Seriously. I never got the Neutragena Clinical rebate that went with the skin care SCR over the summer.

        • Erin

Tons of us are all still waiting on Neutrogena. They got really backed up as well as the Aveeno rebate, so there's still hope!

          • aolss

I received my Neutrogena rebate but because it was the only thing I bought at that particular location and used my ECB's, I only got the OOP. I understand taking off the Manuf Q I had on it, but the ECB's are like my own money. Guess I learned from that one.

            • RebeccaFer

Yup, same thing happened to me. They sent me a check for something like $.23!!! Seriously, it cost more to mail it then it did to get the money back! I called and argued with the cs person who told me pretty much that I was expecting way too much and that their policy clearly stated it was how much you paid that you would get back. I argued that it most certainly did not and if I used rewards I was given by another purchase to pay for the Neutrogena, that it was not something they could consider as part of non-payment. Both the cs person and myself were cordial but it definitely frustrated us both because their line of thinking and a couponers line of thinking just didn't meet up. She told me (after our very lengthy debate) that they had heard from so many people and they would be looking into it. That was about a month ago. Man, they are totally looking into an abyss from what I can tell! I'm not really interested in doing another Neutrogena rebate because from what I've heard, it's always a problem with them.

            • Get on their Facebook about it. Nothing fixes problems for customers like bad publicity. If you KNOW that you are in the right (which you are), then you have every right to challenge them on it.

        • Guest

From what I have read on another site, the Neutragena rebate is about 6 weeks behind. The phone number is 800-582-4048

        • Michelle

I'm still waiting on the Neutrogena and Aveeno rebates, too. I've e-mailed them several times about it, but they keep saying that response has been heavy and they will be mailed in 8 to 12 weeks, rather than the 6 to 8 weeks that the rebate forms said. I mailed one of them in mid-June, so they're WAY past the 12 week mark already. It's funny that Olay rebates always come so quickly, and I have never had a J&J rebate come in the time frame they promised!

          • Tobys_Mom

Hope ya'll get your Aveeno rebates. I got a letter in the mail late last week saying I had bought the wrong items and didnt qualify. I ALWAYS check 2 or 3 times before I sent in the rebates and I KNOW I bought the right stuff. Good luck!

            • Hey, all. I went on Aveeno's facebook and complained about the letter I got stating I didn't purchase enough and refuted it. They looked into it, and it was because two of my items were bonus packs (travel size samples attached to shampoo), and their UPCs were not recognized, and that it was a mistake on J&J/Aveeno's part, and that they are looking into all of the rejected rebates. Just to be safe, call the 800 number on the products, or go to their Facebook to get you rebate re-evaluated.

Almost forgot: They are sending me my rebate check this week, and including a $10 coupon for any Aveeno product purchase! They really goofed on this, know it, and ARE trying to make it right.

          • Melissa

I mailed my Aveeno rebate 6/29/10 and just got it the end of last week. My Neutrogena one came about a month ago, but they took off $5 because I had a $5 coupon (don't know how they could have known that it was for their product, though). So it didn't end up being free afterall, but I guess $5 still isn't a bad price. Hope you get your stuff soon!

        • guest

Just got mine today! Neutrogena! So there IS hope!

        • steph_rnld

I got my Neutrogena rebate check yesterday (finally!) My rebate check was for the full price of the kit- $35.99. I used a $5 off $25 rite aid q and a $5 manu q so my oop was only around $26. I saw that a bunch of people were only getting checks for their oop so I was pretty relieved.

    • Mdavis1205

      thanks for the info..

    • Erin

Lots of comments on another site about how they did not receive this mir 2 years in a row. You can only purchase it at Walmart and RA so they know about the SCR I would guess, and therefore looks like they have denied the mir in the past.

Also, they will only pay OOP, so pay cash for the item so that it shows cash OOP without using any UP's.

    • Courtney

A little confused. Since it says it can't be combined with any other offers for the Mir, would it be best not to use the coupon ?

      • guest

        I'm wondering the same thing!

    • Judy G in Hiram, GA

The $2 Coupon says: “NasoGEL Spray & Tube,” so does that mean you must buy both to use the coupon?

      • LarBars

I thought the same thing, so I'm not going to use the coupon.

    • Abi

I just went to get this at my local Rite Aid and they only had the 1.52 oz. size but it rang up at $5.99. I am not opening it or removing the UPC yet because I may need to return it if RA denies the SCR….anyone find the right size?

      • senoia mom

The 1.52 oz is the size they have pictured in their ad this week, though the print states 1 oz(and on the SCR website as well DRAT :( … I did not see a 1oz size,or an empty space where it could have been. and I checked at 2 stores. I have my fingers crossed….

        • Phyllis

The 1.52 oz is the correct size. Purchased it on Sunday, used the manu. q and it is already reflected in my SCR account as an October rebate.

      • kjmiller

The rebate form states it is for the 1.52 oz size (not 1 oz as the deal is listed above).

    • Shannoncouponsavings

I don't believe that you will get the rebate if you use the $2 off q becuase it says can not be combined with any other offer…..
      This is what it states:

To receive your manufacturers’ cash rebate, purchase NeilMed® NasoGel Spray from Walmart or Rite Aid, send this completed form and original UPC Bar Code along with a copy of your receipt. Please allow up to 45 days to receive the rebate check. Products must be
purchased between October 09, 2010 and November 15, 2010 and submitted by November 30, 2010.
Maximum of 3 items per household.

This offer can not be combined with other offers.

      • dr. coupon

I don't know for sure, but I think it will be fine. I did a similar rebate with NeilMed several months ago for the SinuRinse. I bought it at RiteAid, used a manu Q, and still got the full rebate from Neilmed. A SCR was not available then, but really NeilMed has no way of knowing if you submitted the receipt for the SCR and, based on my previous rebate, does not really care if you use Qs.

    • Janeygoude

I don't know how you find all of these, but WOW!

I do have one concern on this one…it says “This offer can not be combined with other offers.” I know what a stickler you are on ethics, so I thought maybe you'd already checked this out and could waylay my concerns.

    • kelli

I've read on another website that many people have had their MIRs denied when it was purchased at Rite Aid with a SCR. I would love the big MM but not sure that I want to waste a stamp after reading so many people had it denied…

    • Aconnor007

The rebate for NasoGel is now only printing for Walmart – no Rite Aid

      • It still has Rite Aid listed on the banner, but they've removed it from the main mention of it above the form. However, if you look closely, the form itself still had Rite Aid listed. Curious.

    • Akanarski8

The rebate form states that it has to be purchased at Walmart.

    • Nola_crow

Please help the printed rebate says you must purchase from Walmart?? Am I missing something

    • Melissa

When I clicked on it last weekend, I KNOW it said Walmart OR Rite Aid. Now they've apparently changed it. And it says, “NeilMed AND Walmart” will send you a rebate check, so they make it seem like it has to be Walmart, although I don't know how they can discriminate like that. But I guess if Walmart is in on reimbursing people, maybe that's how. I wish I had printed a copy of it last weekend. Now I'm not sure I'm even going to bother. Oh well… I had a coupon, so it's already a MM.

    • Sara Kolbie

Just called NeilMed Customer service and they stated that the rebate could be submitted if purchased from walmart or rite-aid. Hope this works.

    • Amcpremier

i also just called customer service and they said they will still honor the rebate if u bought it at rite aid. i even had him check with someone else to be sure.

      it say walmart only. confused???

    • CouponGal21078

It looks like it says when you buy from Walmart

    • Carrie

I just called the number listed and was told it has to be purchased from Walmart.

    • raj

heard this is only valid at Walmart ?

    • Skcolemain

The rebate form says you have to buy it at Walmart

    • Jenniosgood

This rebate says that it is only good if you purchase the product at Walmart. Has anyone had success getting a rebate after purchasing it at Rite Aid?

    • LRae17

FYI, as of 10/20, the Rebate form says EITHER Walmart OR RITEAID! :-) I know it did NOT have Rite Aid on there the other day.

      • ChristyMy

Thanks!! And you are right, it only had Walmart on it at one point. :)
