I don’t know how many people that went to Jennys class in Murfreesboro last night will get on here and see this but I live in Carthage and buy coupons sometimes from couponbeat.com and she is in Lebanon so you will get them the next day usually.

    • I’m doing 3 transactions on Sunday for a profit of $14.01 BEFORE any use of my +UPS! See my plan below.

Thanks Jenny for your coupon matchups!

    • maeve

If you go to thermacare.org – there is a $3 off coupon there!

      • Make sure that it is good for a 1 ct. Most of the high value ones are good for 2 ct +

        • ChrissyPunkin

Jenny, you are awesome and you do so much for us. I was wondering, though, if you wouldn't mind putting something else in parenteses with the Rite Aid $128 Clip and Save Booklet like–$128 Inside Clip & Save booklet (Rite Aid coupon, earned when you get a flu shot). I'm pretty new at couponing, but even I'm gettting weary of people asking where to find this book all the time. :-)

      • Mary S

It’s at thermacare.com (not org), and sure enough, it’s for 2 ct or higher–it doesn’t tell you that till after you print it out.

      • Karissa

That one is for the 3 count, not the 1 count, I am pretty sure.

      • gardengirl

Thanks. I got it but mine has an expiration date of 6/21/10. On their website, there is a coupon offer on the top and one at the bottom. I clicked on the one at the bottom, so the one at the top might not have expired yet. Since it was for a 2+ct, I was going to save it for another sale.

    • robyn

i have a question on this:
$1 +UP WYB Always Pads 38-48 ct. or Pantiliners 162 ct.; Tampax Pearl Tampons 36-40 ct. at $6.99
Store Coupon -$2 off Tampax Pearl Tampons, 50-54 ct, $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet (Rite Aid coupon)
Manufacturer Coupon -$2 off Tampax Pearl or Compak Pearl, 18 ct +, PG 9/26
(use $2 off store and mfr coupons, makes it $1.99)
–how can you use the rite aid coupon for a box of 50-54 ct. when the ones on sale are for 36-40 ct.?? any help is appreciated

    • Caritob40

WOW…Awesome week at rite aid…Thanks for posting it so early..

    • Amber Renee

      there's also a $3 oscillococcinum VVcoupon!

      • it appears to be for the wrong size. I don't have a printer, but if someone can print it and let me know.

        • Amy B.

Its for 6 or 12 ct. – it doesn't specify childrens, but it doesn't exclude it either.

        • Ann

The Rite Aid video coupon is for the 6 and 12 count.

    • Amber Renee

      shoot, it's only for the 6ct and 12 ct…nevermind!

    • Donna

A few things I definitely want on this list & I can use my +UP's for too! One question for anyone who knows…can you use more than one +UP to pay for a purchase?

Example – my transaction would end up being $6.45 + tax and I have 2 +UP's that are $3 each, so can I use both of them to pay for this so all I have to pay is the change plus tax?

**fingers crossed – if so, this will be another AWESOME almost 100% free week for me and I'd be using $6 in +UPs but walk away with $7!! :)

      • Anonymous

Oops – never mind the newbie question. I double-checked the getting started guide & found out that you CAN in fact use several +UP’s as payment for one transaction (as long as the pre-tax total doesn’t go negative).

        Here’s my scenario:

        1 x L’Oreal Preference Hair Color – $8.99
        (-2 in-ad coupon)
        (-2 rite aid printable)
        (-2 manuf)

        4 x Nivea Body Washes – $3.99 each = $15.96
        (-4/2 manuf – it’s printable, looks like coupons.com, expires 10/25 – don’t think it’s available anymore)
        (-4/2 manuf)
        $7.96 for all 4 ($1.99 each)

        1 x Betty Crocker boxed muffin mix – $1.00
        (-.50 manuf)

        total pre-coupons – $25.95
        rite aid $ off total – ($5.00)
        all other coupons – ($14.50)
        use +UP rewards – ($6.00)
$0.45 OOP plus tax and get $7 +UP back ($2 hair color, $5 nivea)

        Woo hoo! :)

      • grace

yes Donna, you can use all your UP rewards as long as it does not pay for tax. I love Rite Aid!

      • Cindy

UPs are not manufacturer-specific (like RRs from Walgreens) and Riteaid does not count total number of coupons used (like Walgreens does). You just keep handing them in to walk your total OOP down.

      • Mvtdeals

You sure can and I even used the two $1.00 Rite coupons I received from watching two VERY long ad- my daughter actually watched for me, she enjoyed the make up and hair stuff ads.

    • Blanecreations

there was a video value $1/1 lysol healthy touch soap dispenser last month i think.. so that's an extra buck off :)

      • Cindy

any idea how much the lysol dispenser usually goes for? I am wondering if this is a good deal this week at 50% off plus coupons.

        • Cold32568

14.99 at my store regular price

        • toni

          14.99 at my store

        • Ida

I'm pretty sure it is 14.99, the online price is 16.99, I can vaguely remember pricing these out thinking it would cost around $3 after coupons, so I am fairly sure that is the price. I have one of these in the kitchen and will definitely purchase another one. With a little work you can pry the cap of and refill the soap too, although the soap it comes with is great.

        • Lydaugherty

If you want one, get it now. It’s a GREAT deal. I can’t believe I spent $9 on one at walmart way before I started couponing!!!

    • Jefmel30

I live in a short ad area. I was told about a month ago that there would be no more short ad and long ad. Yay!!!! Only one ad for all areas. Hope that is the case.

    • Cinderelligirl

How do you get the $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet (Rite Aid coupon)? I'd love to have one. :]

      • Caritob40

I stop at one of the stares and they gave it to me…however, some people said that they were having trouble getting them…that it is only if you get the flu shot…you should try…it worked for me :)

        • Cinderelligirl

ok, I'll have to check tomorrow and see if getting the shot is the only way to get one or if they have one al all. Thanks so much you've given me hope!

    • MarySC1000

For those interested in buying Huggies… even though the screen shot on the $2 off Video Values only shows pull-ups, the actual coupon can be used on diapers as well!

      • Caritob40

    • Judy

I see where Jenny is showing that you can use the new $100 P&G coupon booklet. (This is the one that you could buy $50 worth of their products, mail in your receipts and get a TON of great $1.00 off coupons for Downy, Bounty, Charmin, etc. I was just wondering if anybody has received theirs yet. I haven't and wondering if it got lost in the mail?

      • Amelia

This is the one from the Spring.

    • sunset

The Listerine $1 off store coupon (Rite-Aid) says it is a manufacturer's coupon. So I guess you can't use the 2 $1 coupons because the one listed as the store coupon printed out saying manufacturer's coupon at the top.

      • D.L.

You're right – the $1 store coupon does say “manufacturer's coupon”, but you'll notice that it's code begins with an “RC”, which makes it a store coupon (most manufacturer's coupons begin with a “5”). You can thus legitimately use both the store coupon and the other (actual) manufacturer's coupons together. I've noticed that Rite Aid also does this with their Video Values coupons – it's a bit misleading, but in my experience, most of their clerks are aware of the differences in coding for manufacturer's vs. store coupons and allow usage of them together.

        • Aminehdestin

There are actually 4 different types of coupons you can use at Rite Aid. A basic manufacturer coupon is one, like you said they start with “5” but will occasionally start with “9”, and then there are 3 types of store coupons. I mentioned in response to something else, that most of the RA coupons are “RC49” coupons and they're the reason I wanted to reply to you so I can kind of give a reason to why the system is set up the way it is, those coupons are manufacturer/store coupons. They work like a sales price basically. It's a different way for a manufacturer to advertise their product without going through the process (and price) of a “sale” and I'm assuming prices vary for different types of advertising. The manufacturer *will* pay these coupons back to the store, unlike basic store coupons (anywhere) which commonly don't get paid back at all, but have a one time payment to the retailer for running said ad, that's what the “RC48” coupons are. They are strictly store coupons. The 4th type of coupon at Rite Aid are also “48” coupons but they are the ones that don't have a product connected to them at all, like the total purchase coupons and now the $1 off any non-prescription purchase VV coupons.

    • sunset

Do you have to buy the Scope Mouthwash and the Glide floss to get $2 UP rewards or can you buy one of the two?

    • Ss310279

on the $4 +UP WYB Huggies or Pampers Big Pack Diapers at $19.99 can I stack these? if so, do i have to have a filler item?

Store Coupon -$2 off Huggies Diapers, Pullups or GoodNites, (Rite Aid coupon)
$2.50 off Huggies Little Movers or Snugglers diapers (EXP 10/21) printable
      $1 off rite aid coupon

      • ChrissyPunkin

No, you can only use one store and one manufacturer coupon per item. I'll bet if you wait, a better diaper deal will come along. Good luck. :-)

        • Rose

Actually you can use up to 3…….

          one video values
          one manufacturer
          one in ad coupon

That one dollar coupon she is talking about is the 1 off a dollar and I am pretty sure she could do what the person said above.

          -10% shopping pass
          -2.50 manufacturer
          -2 VV coupon
          -1 rite 1 off a dollar

3.50 for a box after up.

          • ChrissyPunkin

I stand corrected. :-) Now you've convinced me to consider doing the deal! Thanks!

          • Jodi

I don't think you can use the 10% pass on sale items.

            • Erin

The diapers are regular price. They are not on sale.

          • Uabmathgeek

This would actually be using four coupons on one item. I think you would have to choose between using the 4/20 or the 1/1 rite aid coupons. I don't know this for sure, but that would be my bet based on my understanding of the rite aid coupon policy.

            • guest

you could say the $1 off is for your filler, that you should need to get your total over $20 for the $4/20 q anyway.

      • Aminehdestin

This is one of the few scenarios where you can literally follow policy to a T to stack 3 coupons on one item. Since the policy was released spelling out when and how coupons can be stacked, it's made it hard because we all got used to being able to stack a man. coupon, an in-ad coupon and a VV coupon on one item, but as it turns out that isn't allowed. You can used one man. q (your $2.50 coupon), one Rite Aid/Man. coupon ($2VV starts with “RC49___”) and one Rite Aid [*store*] coupon ($1VV starts with “RC48___”). The only time you're going to be able to use 3 coupons on one item is if the 2 “store” coupons start with “49” and “48” rather than them both being “49” as most VV and in-ad coupons are. So hard getting used to that.

Anyway, so yes, you could use all 3 on the box of diapers, and if you get 10 or 20% off you'll also get that since $19.99 is actually the reg. retail as well, and you'd still get the +UP. Good time to use a 10% shopping pass for anyone holding on to them waiting to need something that isn't on sale! You could also sweeten the deal by adding something small to get over $20 before tax and use your $4/$20 because total purchase coupons are separate from the 3 allowed on the item, it's on the transaction as a whole.

    • Fallaya

Just received a $10 RA giftcard and 10+UP rewards (from the J&J deal) in the mail. Just in time for the freebates! :-)

    • Pwmr69

the manager at my local rite aid told me that starting this sunday oct 17 that all the ads will be the same from now on!!!

      • julies

no there not….i got the short ad…we don't have ziploc bags, cleaning products or frebreeze products in our ad. I am in central ca. :(

        • 3monkeysmom

          Oct 17 is tomorrow :)

        • 3monkeysmom

Oops..nevermind..thought I was looking at last week's ad! Sorry :)

      • 3monkeysmom

I hope this is true!! I'm in one of the short-ad areas :(

        • Mcheronecook

I'm in a short ad area also, starting 10/24/2010, all of Rite Aid is going to the long ad. Manager at my store told me that but she is kind enough to match all the sale prices on the long ad for me already! I just miss out on some of the UP Rewards because she can't make the register print those. Still lots of free stuff when she matches!

    • Vasinfo1

Maybe someone has already said this, but there is also a $3 off coupon for a ThermaCare patch/wrap on the ThermaCare website!

    • Mary S

The $2 off Boiron Oscillococcinum product printable coupon link doesn’t work. I found the coupon at http://www.oscillo.com/special-offers/.

    • Livserge331

I can't make deals that call for more than one coupon on an item work. I don't care if it is okay by policy, the cashiers and management at the only RiteAid in my town can't get it through their heads. The register beeps if you try to use more coupons than items, and since I've always got UPs to spend and try to work into that “allowed coupon total” unless I want to buy a lot a crap fillers (which I don't) I have to skip all these hair color deals that call for three coupons to make it a good deal. Yes, I know I could call corporate on the staff, but it's not that they're being ugly about it – the register just won't allow it, and they're afraid of doing something wrong. If I call and get them in trouble about it, they'd probably get hostile about any coupons, and that's not what I what. That's what happened when I called corporate on a CVS store 4 years ago for not accepting two coupons per item – I just became persona non grata at the store. So I just went to another store, and I don't have trouble there. I don't have that option with RiteAid as we only have 1 in town, but I don't miss out on anything all that great, so I'm not stressing about it.

      • Lenaa706

I had the same problem last week. This week I went to a different Rite Aid and the cashier told me what I had to do.. The computer will not take more coupons than products so if you are buying say 3 razors and using 3 coupons plus up rewards it wont allow you to do it. So when you are in that situation find something like a .10 piece of candy and add to the order. That is what I did last night and it worked out just fine. I just wish I would have known that last week so that I would have gotten my deals.

      • This is odd. I had 6 transactions at Rite Aid last week, and nearly always have more coupons than items, and have never had this problem. I'm in SC.

        • Ashley

Jennifer, were you able to find fast flats at the Woodruff store? I didn't even see a spot for them.

          • They were not in the foot care aisle, but instead had their own kiosk in the pharmacy waiting area.

      • Erin

There's been talk of some stores getting an updated system where it's more like Wags. So you would need to have the same number of items as q's. Maybe that's what it is at yours and Lenaa's down below stores.

    • AJinnette

I think there's a Comtrex coupon in the 10/17 insert. Not sure if it's the right size for the flu deal but maybe :-)

$1.50 off Comtrex product (exp 12/31)

    • Megan_h_gower

I have just started couponing at Rite Aid and can not figure out where to find the $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet, is this the Rite Aid insert from the Sunday papers (also found in the stores???)? If so, do they all have the same coupons because last week I could not find a coupon in my insert or ad from the store with the coupon from the $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet listed on this website.

      • ChrissyPunkin

You can get the coupon book when you get a flu shot, but some stores will give it to you either way. The coupons are good until 12/31/10.

      • kcreviews

I think it's supposed to be in the store somewhere, like maybe around the pharmacy area. I looked in my RA last week and couldn't find it. I guess ask inside the store if they know.

      • Augustashopper

After asking one RA mgr. for the Q booklet–he didn't know anything about them–I went to a different RA a week later (super nice clerk) and as I was leaving she put one in my bag! So go figure…

      • Jeopardy Smart

I got my $128 coupon booklet when I received my flu shot.

Jenny, you are the best! Thank you for all your hard work. It saves my family tons of money every week!!!!! What a ministry this is to me and my family.

Quick question, how many of the $5 off $25 coupons you posted at the top of this page are we allowed to print and use? I'm used to coupons not allowing us to print beyond the limit we are allowed but with these it seems I can print several. Can I use them all at 1 visit on multiple transactions? Thanks so much!

    • Folk1an

I HIGHLY suggest that everyone unsure should call the Rite Aid 1-800 number.

Ask them for a copy of their coupon policy. I did this. Got mine within a week. It is one page that clearly explains how it works (48 vs 49 codes and standard manufacturer). Video Values vs other RA Qs can get confusing.

But, when you have that simply explained list on the Rite Aid letterhead, you feel more confident and there is no confusion for the cashier or beeping registers. Ironically, since I got a copy, I've had no more problems convincing anyone of anything. It could be coincidence or I got my crap together. LOL

    • Looks like all the Focus Factor printables are already gone! Anyone have an zipcodes they are finding the $5 ones at?

EDIT: Okay, DUH. Just tried 90210, and all of them came up. Oh, and the $5 kids ones is for TWO bottles.

    • Hershx5

Can anyone help me get the $5 off $25 coupon? Every place I click it says the file is damaged and can not be repaired. I called Rite Aid and they said they no longer accept those coupons. I don't see anyone else writing in and having problems??

      • Erin

I just checked for you and the pdf comes up for me just fine. Interesting they said they no longer take it though.

      • Out of curiosity, I gave it a try and the link came up and printed just fine. I will take it in to my store and ask what they've heard regarding it.

        • I asked my cashier, and she said she hadn't heard anything about them, and it scanned just fine. Not sure what is going on in your situation.

          • tarheelbaby1

Mine worked fine today too. No beeps. Some of my regular mfg coupons, on the other hand, beeped and they had to do manual overrides. Not sure what was going on there.

    • Amy B.

FYI, I saw red $4 coupons attached to the Blink tears today! Not the ones they had set up for the rebates, but the same product on the regular shelf had them. $4 MM? Yes, please!

      • I was in mine today, and several Blink boxes that are freebates starting tomorrow had $4 coupons attached to them!

      • Aminehdestin

The only ones we got with coupons are the Blink Tears Gel which aren't part of the sale. I looked at each box that are on rebate to pull them to the front if we had any, but not one had a peelie on it. I wonder if the peelies at your store are different? I read very carefully thinking it'd be a great deal, but ours all say for the “gel” rather than drops. Very sad.

        • I will look closely and make sure they were applied to the right product.

        • Amy B.

Mine said “Blink Tears or Blink Tears Gel product”.

    • toni

Just FYI. You can't use the L'oreal video values and the in ad coupons together since they both begin with 49. You have to choose one or the other. Might as well use the in ad and save yourself some ink.

    • slovekamp

I live in Upstate SC and all of our stores are going to Rid Aide/Sav A Lot and no longer carry many of the sales items. I was only able to get two and am hoping that when I log the receipt that they will still do the rebate. Is anyone else having this issue and if so any suggestions.

      • Tiya

I live in Anderson and our stores are still like the ads. I got all the freebates and UP+ rewards this week.

    • Mommy2B

lord! just experienced some confusion/frustration at the RA up the street. It was about 430-5 and I guess Ive never been in on sat evening, cause the tickets were up for tomorrow, but obviously not in the computer yet.. I wasnt sure what sales to go by.. I just knew I had 6 ups I wasnt going to let go to waste.. turns out the cashier didnt even know what sales were current and/or what to do in the computer to make everything work. Either way my 6$ didnt go to waste and I got my shampoo from the last ad and my honey's body wash from the next ad.. and she had to take the 2ups off that I would have gotten back.. I was so flustered by the time it was done, and the cashier had no idea what was going on!

Now that ive thought about it.. dont some people purposely shop saturday to get those ups taken off right away instead of dealing with getting them back?

      • Melissa

I had issues with RA a few Sunday's ago…. It was NOON!!! ALL the tags were still up from the sale that ended the night before and not ringing at those prices and then tried telling me basically I am a thief because all my Q's had the same UPC numbers and I read each and every number on them all and they were all different and she still argued with me after 30 min of arguing she finally scanned them and what do you know all the Q's worked beccause they were different and I told her she had to give me everything at the sales prices because the signs were still in front of them and she was not happy. I emailed Corporate and they said they would contact me within 3 days and NO ONE ever called me.!

        • Mommy2B

GRR! Im not surprised! I read comments on here all the time about the goods and bads of couponing and rite aid.. wish there was a little more consistency.. at least in my case there was a supervisor that knew what was going on, I just couldnt believe the clerk had no clue, and couldnt keep his headphones out of his ear long enough to figure it out. Oh well! Havent had any reason to call corporate.. but it seems that most others have gotten things right when they did call.. so Id try again and see what they can do. good luck!

          • Bow-tie

Don't e-mail just call the 1 800 # they are super nice and have always taken care of every problem I've had, which was only at 1 store all the other RA's I use are amazing!

      • toni

I would always bring an ad with me or pick one up when you go in. That way you can check for yourself what deals are actually going on.

        • Mommy2B

Sure thing! which is why I went to get one as soon as I saw that the tags weren't on the shampoo.. and sure enough, the old ad was in the holder at the front door.. and they had the new ad (for sunday) at the register, but he wouldnt give me one..?

    • CindeLucas

Along with your B1G1 Old Spice coupon you can also use the $1 off on 2 Mfg Coupon. The $1 coupon was with the Oct P&G coupons. That makes them FREE after the $2 UR.

      • Ipreferpublix

In order to properly use these coupons together, you need to buy four products, use two bogo q's and one $1/2 q. Two of the four are the free items you get using the bogo q's and the other two are the two you are paying for, and getting $1 off of by using the $1/2 q, in order to get the other two free.

You can't use a $1/2 and a bogo on only two items, since the $1/2 applies to TWO items, and the bogo applies to the free one. You need at least three items to use one of each.

    • Chillto

      Can we stack the video value coupon and the manufacturer site coupon for the thermacare;

Are video value coupons considered manufacturers coupons or rite aid coupons?

      • If you read Rite Aid's coupon policy (updated in August) It shows that yes, you can stack these, because although VV coupons say manufacturer on them, their UPC does not start with a “5”, but with “49”. Different beginnings mean that you can stack them. They have a great policy – Jenny has a link to it right at the top of this post – Look under “Rite Aid Links”.

        • tarheelbaby1

In the past, I have stacked but the cashier today insisted that it couldn't be done. She said only one Thermacare coupon per Thermacare product period. I just let it go.

          • If you are shopping at a Rite Aid where you don't know most or any of the staff, it's always wise to keep your own copy of the coupon policy with you. If you had it with you, you could have pointed out the section where it very clearly states that stacking VV and reg Manu coupons is allowed, as long as the coupons don't exceed the cost of the product, which the 2 Thermacares don't.

    • Karen

After reading some of the comments about RA, I feel like I got a great deal today. I bought 3-12 count boxes of cokes, 1 box of Depends, 1 box of Mucinex, 3 bags of candy, 3 boxes of hamburger helper, and 1 bottle of Gain dishwahing soap for $19. My receipt printed $6 in ups rewards. So I got all that for $13. My RA lets me use the manufactor's coupon and rite aid video coupons and the $5 off coupon. I was happy with my experience today. Karen

    • Mommysauls

I can't get the therma care link to work ????

    • Just made $15.01 instead of my planned $14.01 (before my +UPS!) There is a $1 off coupon attached to the BodiHeat wraps. Here’s my trip today:

    • Melissa

In the group of Buy 10 items for $1 each and get $1 UP reward is Libby's canned fruit. I have a $1/2 Libby's canned fruit coupon from a Sunday insert (sorry–don't know which one) and I have two ad perk coupons for Libby's canned fruit. I'm wondering if this was just missed or if I'm the one missing something here? Sounds like a good deal on canned fruit to me!

      • Rosiechild

The coupon from the Sunday insert excludes tropical fruit-check with your Rite Aid to see if they offer anything but tropical fruit. Mine didn't.

        • Melissa

Mine has mandarine oranges and pineapple chunks, too.

    • Melissa

Hey, and Combos are shown in that group of Buy 10 items at $1 each and get $1 UP reward, too, in my ad. Am I just looking at a different ad here or what? There are $1/2 Combos coupons from some Sunday insert, too!

    • Hollie

I'm sure I am missing something..I am new to this. Where do you get the $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet. Is it the paper or a home mailer? I have been looking for it both places. Have I over looked it or is it somewhere else?

      • Hollie

Never mind everyone, I did a search of the comments and found out that you get the booklet for getting a flu shot (which I never get). I'm going to ask in my store and see if they will give me one anyway.

        • lyndsey

I asked at the pharmacy and they gave me two, and most people have been saying there pharmacies have been just as nice!

    • Ben

I had the most horrible experience at the Rite-Aid in Fort Mill/Tega Cay, SC today. I won't post the whole story (its huge) but basically she wouldn't take my MQ and the Rite-Aid RC49 Qs in the same transaction. Some of the Q's for the Simply Saline and the Children's Occ medicine wouldn't match up to the item and she said she'd push them through this time but in the future she wouldn't because they could be fraudulant. At one point she even stopped the transaction to call the 1-800 number on the coupon because she didn't believe me that it came from the actual Manufacturer's website. On top of all that, I asked to see her coupon policy (I forgot to bring it) and she wouldn't let me see it. She had it in her hand, but just kept pointing at it reading what she believed it said. Anyway, good luck to the rest of you who might go to this store this week. For the last 2 years I have NEVER had a problem ever at this store, so I will be calling Corporate tomorrow!

      • tarheelbaby1

My store in Charlotte, NC wouldn't take the mfg q plus a VV q either. She insisted it was one or the other and I just let it go. I haven't had that problem until today.

        • tarheelbaby1

Oh, and I had the same trouble with the Boiron and Simply Saline q's beeping. My cashier too had to push them through.

          • Christie

Ditto here on the Boiron and Simply Saline Q's. Luckily, I had a wonderful cashier who made it all work. I love Rite Aid. I really hope they don't go the way of Walgreens. That would be so sad.

        • whit

which Charlotte store? The one near Southpark mall is usually very easy to work with.

      • RebeccaFer

You need to call 1 800 Rite Aid and they will inform the store they are wrong plus they will call to apologize. There have been some changes over the last week so that the VV and in ad qs both start with the same RC number and can't be stacked but you can still stack RA qs and man qs. Either they are just trying to be a pita or they got their info wrong. Please call CS to straighten it out and stop any further issues with your store. :D

    • Sds_30

Does anyone know if the Old Spice deal is printing multiple

+ups when you do more than 1 deal? TIA!

      • Destiny

Yes, I just did the Old Spice deal twice and got back $4 in rewards. I used 2 BOGO coupons and when the cashier rang them up she gave me the regular price off instead of the sale price. I asked her about it because I didn't want her to get in trouble for it but she said she did it the right way. This means I bought 4 bottles of Old Spice bodywash for $1.88. I also had a $1 coupon for any non-perscription purchase. Does anyone know if the cashier did make a mistake or did she credit me the right amount?

        • Sds_30

Thanks for your answer, was waiting to go get the deals until I knew this. Thanks Again!!

        • Islandboybpb

She should have only taken $3 off, the value of what you would originally pay for that item. So yes she was wrong. Sounds like she needs to be retrained.

        • Islandboybpb

She should have only taken $3 off, the value of what you would originally pay for that item. So yes she was wrong. Sounds like she needs to be retrained.

    • Alyssa

FYI~~~ I just got back from RiteAid and I used my B1G1 Coupon for the Axe body wash (only because it is about to expire and I have been waiting for it to go on sale) But I forgot about the Video Values Q that is there…. But Anyway it printed 2 $1 Ups! So if you use the B1G1, and the VV Q plus get the ups it maked for a good deal.

      • Dianne

Exciting trip for you! I have a question: where did you get a B1G1 coupon for Axe body wash? Thanks!

      • What kind of Axe products did you get? My BOGO coupon says “Body Wash”, the VV coupon says “shampoo, conditioner, or styling aid”, and this post says “deodorant or body spray”. Are all of the AXE products on sale and printing Ups?

        • Dianne

Where did y'all get the B1G1 Axe coupons?

          • It was in Red Plum 8/29.

            • Dianne

            • Bummer. Found mine, but they don’t apply to the items on sale. The ad IS confusing, though, isn’t it? It shows body washes in the picture, but doesn’t include them in the text. Have they been ringing up at the sale price?

            • I am going shopping this afternoon. I guess I’ll see then. When I looked at the ad online, the pic had shower gel in it but down below where it lists the products separately, it only shows a pic of only shower gel but says antiperspirant, deodorant, or body spray. Whoever put this ad together must have been half-asleep, or worse.

      • RebeccaFer

You can take the VV q back with the receipt and they can do a post coupon. :D

    • Jalonzo

@ the rite aid here in Kernersville, NC- there are $1 off coupons on the cold medicine : Boiron Children's Chestal Honey Cough Syrup :) MM for me :) I paid a grand total (2 transactions including a $10 RA gift card from a previous rebate) of $15.97. My rebates total $30.13 and I got a $1 UP! WHOOO HOOOO. Made a total of $14.16 profit :)

    • Michelle

Had an awesome trip to Rite Aid today. I did two transactions so I could use my +ups for all the freebates.
      Transaction one:
      2 febreeze noticeables warmers
      Used two $3 off coupons
      1 crest pro health
Used $1 RA coupon and $1 man. Coupon
      2 axe deodorants at b1g1 50% off
The total came to $17 before any coupons and I was just about to purchase a filler item so I could use my $4 off $20 but the cashier said it allowed her to scan it anyway! So i got $4 off then I used $4 +ups I had.
Total oop: $0.51 including tax!!! I also got back $4 ups

      Second transaction:
      1 simply saline adult
      Used $1 printable coupon
      1 cold wars tablet
      1 bee md cough drops
      1 cold buster warming syrup
      1 vaporub
      1 nyquil liquid tabs
Used $2 RA coupon for the vaporub
      2 $1.50 man coupons
      Total oop before rebates: $18.24
Got $3 ups and have around $18.15 in rebates coming back, making this trip free plus profit!

Now for some reason those nyquil man coupons rang up as $1.00 rather than $1.50. I can't figure out why but I just let it go. I meant to buy the nyquil in the first
transaction to use the $3 ups on the freebies but even with the wrong coupon value and not using the ups, I still made money. I'll take it!

    • Denalowenberg

Got a $1 off sticky attached to the BodiHeat Beyond Wraps that is a profit because of the SCR this month.

      • Thanks for the tip! I will look for that in my store!

      • Mommysauls

My store had that on them too ! :)

    • Cindy Casey001

Where can I find the Clip and Save booklet. I am new at doing the Rite Aid savings.

      • Jesspeak

they are at select rite aid stores, in the pharmacy. they are suppossed to be given to customers who recieve a flu shot, however, if you ask, they usually will just give you one without having the flu shot :) hope this helps, and welcome to Rite Aid Couponing!! Its a great store, and by far, my most favorite place to coupon!

        • Cindy Casey001

Thanks Jess, On my way now! Got to grab the diapers for my grandson.

We will see how I do…..:)

    • Joan

There is a $3 off oscillococcinum coupon on Rite-Aid video values that you can stack on top of the $2 off manufacturer coupon.

      • Actually, it's the Children's oscillococcinum that is on rebate, and it's a 3 dose size, while the $3 VV coupon if for the regular oscillococcinum, in the 6 or 12 ct. So it is not an applicable coupon.

      • Stacey0216

No, the coupon is for a higher count.

    • Mikamoris

Just got back from Rite Aid and had a great trip! I had 4 $25 transactions and ended up making $8.88 after all rebates. This included purchasing a box of diapers. My cashiers at Rite Aid are wonderful and so helpful. They are definitely my favorite place to shop!

    • Hisgurl7

I know a lot of people use man qs to “eat” the tax, but I've been having a problem with the computer not taking my last few qs. I usually try to pay the tax, but today I still had the $.50 Kleenex q to use and it would not take it. The cashier wasn't used to seeing me, so she was quite rude about it. I asked her to take off one of the up reward qs and use it instead. She said no at first, but she finally did it. I told her I can use the +up one on anything, but I clearly cannot use the kleenex one for anything else. Anyone else have this problem?

      • Karol

always use your $5 off $25 RA Q first then use all manu q's then use your RA q's and they will all go through with no problems.

      • Laura

You won't be able to use your up again once it is scanned though. It will show up as being used.

        • Islandboybpb

if the cashier hits void and then rescans the coupon, the coupon will be reusable.

      • Islandboybpb

Before you hand all your coupons over, look at the subtotal and calculate the total value of your coupons. Use as many +UP Rewards as you can before they scan your manufacturer coupons to get it to the lowest point possible. Example: If your subtotal is 18.93 and you have $14 in manufacturer coupons, have them scan $4 in +up coupons first and then scan your manufacturer coupons. Find something cheap that would put your total right over $19 and then use another $1 +up. IT WORKS. Just remember to calculate your manufacturer coupons and subtract it from the Subtotal…NOT the TOTAL and use that many +UP REWARDS first.

    • Michelle

Has anyone done the l'oreal hair color using all three coupons? The in ad coupon is a RC49 and I think all video value coupons are as well so I wasn't sure if they would stack.

      • Cindy Casey001

I used all 3 and they took it at my Rite Aid. At first she said she couldn't do it, then I asked why and she went ahead and scanned it. I could have just got lucky!

        • Aminehdestin

Technically, we aren't supposed to take all 3 since those two have the same starting numbers, but the registers will still take them if they're scanned. That is in the process of being changed though, so heads up to everyone who is still getting the extra deals, it won't be happening for too much longer. Each RA coupon will actually be coded for the products and won't scan unless you're buying the right merchandise in the right amounts. Since they're both “49” coupons, one will be refused under the new system unless you're buying 2 L'oreals. I hope that makes sense, I'm sorry, I'm exhausted.

          • Michelle

sounds like this is an exploitation of the register. my RA is very good about taking my coupons so I will not try to do this deal.

            • Aminehdestin

It kind of is, and it's kind of ignorance of the new(er) policy. Everyone just got used to being allowed to use a manufacturer's coupon, an in-ad coupon and a VV coupon on one item, then the policy came out spelling out the numbers on the coupons and what you can use, which changed it. I've been mentioning it basically every week when Jenny has them all listed, because I know she's not encouraging people to break the policy, it's more (I think) habit to think you can use all 3. I actually don't think I've had anyone try to use all 3 since the policy was released so I haven't had to refuse anyone (yet).

      • Karencpht68

I have done it several times with no problems this week and in the past.

      • Islandboybpb

Technically the correct procedure is that you are allowed to use a manufacturer coupon, an in ad coupon (from the store or the ad you got in the mail) and a video value on each item as long as it doesn't make the item below zero.

    • Karol

I don't know if anyone noticed or not but there is a $2 SCR on the old spice deo and body spray so buy a old spice deo $3 and a old spice body spray $3 use B deo get spray free q use $1 off 2 old spice q cost oop $2 get back $2 in up rewards then summit for a $2 SCR It's free plus $2

    • Whitney

I went to Rite Aid today to snag a few great deals. The one deal they were sold out on were the ziploc bags. As I approached the counter I noticed a lady was leaving with a cart full of ziploc bags. I informed the clerk I would have several transactions, she then stated that they were trying to change their policy where you could only have one transaction per day. She stated for the simple fact of the lady walking out with all the ziploc bags the store had. I appreciated Jenny touching on coupon ethics in our class. I know they were a great deal, but buying all 15 boxes and not allowing anyone else to purchase them is a little crazy.

      • Whitney

I also meant to add that I told the lady they would lose a lot of customers if they imposed this policy because Walgreens and CVS don't have such a policy? Do you all think she was blowing smoke or will they try and enact something like this?

        • Aminehdestin

Our DM has said to limit multiple transactions to 2-3 per visit because of the time it takes. If it's a slow day though, we normally don't mind allowing multiples, but most of our customers who do split transactions, are pretty efficient and courteous of other customers, so we've never actually had to refuse anyone. I think stores are debating it because it takes longer to do multiple transactions, and even if there are no other customers in the store, since most stores only have 2 people working at any given time (at least around here) and there's more to be done than just ringing people up, it's preventing stuff from getting done. Like I said though, we've never had to do it b/c everyone's always been pretty efficient. I doubt most stores will stop multiples in the end.

      • Fallaya

LOL…just wondering who the heck needs that many Ziplock bags!! Maybe she has a bunch of school-age children who brown-bag their lunches??

Did you ask for a rain check so you can get the sale price? I'm sure RA will have those in stock again soon.

      • Fallaya

They can't tell you many transactions you can do in one day!! That's ridiculous. I'd definitely call the corporate office on that one.

    • Cindy Casey001

Can someone tell me what this means? (-$3.99 SCR #30 WYB (1)

Very curious, I went to Rite Aid today and I don't think I got the correct deals.

      • Gamecockshan

That’s a Single Check Rebate. You have to log in to http://www.riteaid.com and sign up for the program and enter your receipt info. It will tell you there when you submit to have it mailed to you. You do not get the deal in the store. Rite Aid has some of the best deals because of SCR! Good luck!

      • Susan

There's a $3.99 rebate available from Rite Aid (called Single Check Rebates–hence the SCR letters–and it is rebate #30 in the booklet found in the store on online at their website.) WYB means “when you buy 1.”

    • Just remember if the ad says you must buy $15, that's $15 AFTER coupons. I've tried it before and it would not generate the UP rewards if I used coupons. Called customer service and this was confirmed.

      • Christy

That's not true, you are suppose to get your up rewards based on price BEFORE coupons. If that really happened to you, then the customer service told you wrong.

        • Aminehdestin

Christy's right. I had someone purchase $16 worth of Nivea (before coupons) but she only paid about $4 OOP and she got the $5 +UP on the receipt.

          • Dianne

When do you work this week? I am remaining loyal to Eric's store, but I sure would like to meet you!

      • $avin'some$

I did the same- bought 4 mens; used four $3 offs and got my +UPS. it is before Qs definitely.

      • The ad does not stipulate this, and this has not been the experience of many, many other shoppers. I think you got a poorly informed customer service rep.

Did you make sure that your wellness card was scanned before anything else? I have heard from a cashier that she has noticed that making a difference.

    • Stacey0216

DEAL ALERT! I bought 3 nivea lotions today and got $5 in UP rewards PLUS 3 $1 UP rewards all for the same 3 bottles!

    • Kmattern

Can anyone tell me how much the Arm and Hammer Laundry Detergent (45-50 oz) that's B1G1 this week are a piece?

    • Jenn

I can't find the Listerine RA q on the videos. Has it been removed or am I jusy overlooking it? Today is my 1st Rite Aid trip and the Listerine is a good deal! Thanks in advance for any help!

      • Karencpht68

it”s not in video values, it's just a link to the q. click on the link and it will come up, just click on the coupon to print.

    • A Mom

I have a question about the 5 off 25 pdf. PDF coupons make me nervous. I trust this site, but I am wondering…where did this one come from? How do I tell if a PDF q is legit?

      • $avin'some$

from what i understand, this is how Rite Aid used to do their 5 off 25 Qs and once this one expires, there probably won't be any more pdf Qs from them.

      • Fallaya

They work. I used 2 today.

    • Anonymous

i have (4)chestal $1.50/1 & (4) Oscillococcinum $2.00/1 coupons that i won’t use if someone would like them i could trade ya for something i would like. email me: darkenmind1326@yahoo.com

    • Repcar

I just found a $3 coupon for the ThermaCare at their website, thermacare.com. Do you happen to know if you can then use the $3 M coupon and then RA’s $1 coupon if the product is only $2.99?

      • asmith

It is for 2 count and the SCR is a 1 count

      • worked for me!! Did it yesterday

        • To be sure you are doing what is legal and correct, always go by the coupon's fine print, and the store policy (Jenny has a link to it at the top of this post underneath “Rite Aid Links”) not the whether it “works”, unless there is truly enough ambiguity in the fine print/policy that the register computer has the final word. In -this- case, the coupon is VERY clear about what it applies to, as is RA's policy.

It may have “worked”, but it is not supposed to be used on a 1 count, which is what the rebate is for. So either the wrong item was bought (for the rebate), or the coupon was applied to the wrong product, which is coupon fraud. Not meaning to pounce on you, personally, so much as just point out that using this coupon on the item on rebate is NOT allowed by the coupon's fine print.

Also, these two coupons cannot legally be used together for overage according to RA's policy. Not only is the $3 coupon is NOT applicable to the item on rebate, even if it was, it is supposed to be adjusted down .01 (though I've noticed cashiers don't always do this when it is “just” a penny) due to the price, and the $1 coupon would not be allowed at all.

The legal way to make money couponing is to combine coupons and sales with UP's, SCR's and manufacturer rebates.

Call me a stickler, or a moralizer, but saving money is only a good thing so long as we do it in a way that doesn't compromise our integrity, or getting a RA associate in trouble because they accepted a coupon they shouldn't have. I mean, really, do we want cashiers to have to read the fine print on EVERY coupon we hand over, because they can't trust anyone anymore to NOT try to commit coupon fraud?

    • momof3boys

I have a question about the 5 off 25 also. Can you only use one? It says “one per customer.” I also have on 4 off 20, but how could you ever end up with four transactions, each having a 5 off 25 coupon if you can only use one of the printables?

      • $avin'some$

obviously, you can interpret that different ways. because it is a pdf and can be printed and used as many times as you want.

      • Something I do instead of using the pdf over and over (since the fine print seems to say we can only use it once, even though the computer still accepts it) is I have asked relatives and friends to print the Red Plum $5/$25 coupons for me. I've gotten 14 so far doing that, with another 4 on the way in the mail. iheartriteaid(dot)com has a link that should lead right to it, and I've posted the link on my FB and asked people if they would print the two that they can and mail/give them to me. A lot of my FB friends look forward to seeing my weekly shopping trip posts with photos and breakdowns, so they don't seem to mind helping me. Just an idea.

        • Aminehdestin

That's a good idea. A very good way to be positive that all of your coupons are above board. The total purchase coupons are a way to get people in the store, and encourage larger sales, but if the company starts to feel that they are losing money on them, or that people are abusing them, I'm afraid they'll cancel them all together. I said that with the VV coupons, and look what happened. First they made them all traceable, and now they've deleted the total purchase coupons other than the bonus one, all together. I'm sure other people appreciate you doing all you can to follow the rules, almost as much as I do, because it keeps the coupons on there for them to print as well. :-) I love my coupons as well, so I really don't want the company to have to crack down even more than they already have.

        • I have been trying all day to print the 5/25 coupon and havent been able to even print a single one. I also did the Red Plum but I couldnt locate it there either. Is there anyway you can help me out on this one? jlocklear1234@yahoo.com

    • beth

i just logged in to video values again today and there is a new video for the $1 off any non prescription purchase :)

      • Fallaya

Yes, it's replacing the 2 $5/$25 coupons they use to offer on the Video Values.

    • mangomama

I was just told at my Rite-Aid here in Charlotte, NC, that they have a new policy that if your coupon won't scan in, you can't use it. They cannot manually enter them. Anyone else heard that?

      • Aminehdestin

I've heard of a lot of stores are making similar changes. I'm not sure about policy, but if a store is being hit with a lot of fraudulent coupons, it probably has been OK'd to implement a policy to try and cut back on the loss. Especially with IP coupons, the chance of fake coupons being passed if a store manually enters them is pretty high. Even though the percentage of coupons that are not scanning that are fake vs. real, will probably be pretty small, even if 25% of them are fake that does save quite a bit of money in the end.

        • Dianne

When are you working this week? I would love to come in and meet you, even though I'm going to stay loyal to “Eric's” store! :)

          • Aminehdestin

I'm in every night other than tonight and Wednesday. Please do come in! I know several people who post on here (since they're the ones who pointed me this way) but it'll be fun to get to put names and faces together of more people.

      • Mommysauls

I love in Rocky Mount NC & my store had no problems manually putting them in bc some of there own Q didn't work :)

      • Nikki

I've been told the same thing – that if it won't scan, they can't take it. But it's normally their own coupons that won't scan for me, especially the UP rewards so they have to manually put them in.

        • Islandboybpb

If the coupon doesn't scan they need to enter the number at the bottom of the UPC on the coupon. Manufacturer coupons begin with a “5” so they would enter all the numbers beginning with the 5 and omit the last digit. Rite Aid Coupons and Video Values can also be entered in by punching in the first 11 digits. If the register takes it then your coupon is valid. Stores get communication on fraudulent coupons and what not to take. Rite Aid Coupons are far from being fraudulent. However, if they appear to be copied from original coupons then YES they cannot take them.

    • Peacechic71

      hey guys,
i have a slight problem and hope whom read this can help me out. a couple of weeks ago rite aid had the product TENA UNDERWEAR on sale and with the rebate form in 10/3 sunday coupons. problem is, i didn’t get mine in my paper because i was short a book that the rebate happen to be in. i didn’t know the rebate happen to be in that book until i had already bought the item. if any of you aren’t using yours please could i have yours? it would save me 13.99 and i use this product. please email me at peacechic71@hotmail.com and i will give you my address. thanks a bunch, Annissa

      • Can you let me know which 10/3 insert it was in? I think I may have an extra I could mail you.

    • roseandruthsmama

I was just told at my Rite-Aid that they would only take one $5.00 off $25.00 per person. I could not do 3 different transactions in one day and use these coupons. Does anyone know if this is going to happen at all stores? The manager at my Rite Aid in Madison Georgia is really irritated by people with coupons.

      • Mommysauls

i did 3 transactions yesterday and had 5 off 25 for all 3 no problems ! But I live in rocky mount nc..

        • Susan

RMt. is my hometown! In Atlanta now.

      • Klynn

I just went to look at the coupon policy and it states only one 5/25 (per transaction) that tells me if you had three trans then you should have been able to do three $5/25. It also said customers with coupons should be treated with to same RESPECT as other customers. They are not lossing money. In there own word they get the value of the coupons back and it generates sales for the store. Maybe you should print it and take it in with you.

      • Aminehdestin

It *may* happen in all stores. We've been trying to get clarification on the PDF coupons for a little while now, and so far haven't heard anything. They do say “one per customer” so I don't know if anyone really has an argument if a store will only allow you to use one on one transaction. Now, if you had the PDF, a VV ($4/$20) and a coupon from Red Plum, there's no reason you should be denied the use of one total purchase coupon in each of 3 transactions. If/when we do get any information at my store on these coupons though, I'll pass it on to everyone. I know a lot of people on here have questioned the validity of the PDFs in general for a couple of months now, so hopefully we will get some answers before too long.

        • Hi.I have a question that I hope you can answer. I received an email from Rite Aid stating that there was a special offer of $4 +Up Rewards wyb $10 worth of any Maybelline New York Cosmetics Products. However, I have seen this posted on another blog and many people are saying that the Rewards did not print. Do you know anything about this? I am about to go shopping and am hoping that you see my question soon.

          • Aminehdestin

I didn't get a chance to test it yesterday, and I'm off today, so I can't really give you much of an answer. I'm sorry. If it doesn't print though, your store should be able to adjust it for you, by doing a return and then re-ringing a product with a modified price less the $4 reward that didn't print. I would print the email though, since it's not in the ad, so that you have something to show at your store if the employees haven't signed up for the emails. We don't get notification of these deals in store (why?) so I make sure to read each email I get so I know what's going on. Good luck.

            • Thanks for your reply. I went shopping and bought 11.99 and the Ups did not print. I will call tomorrow. Others have said that they had success with calling, so I'm sure it will be okay. The people at my store are just great and I love shopping there. I used $8 worth of coupons, so the Ups will even it out to just tax. I love Rite Aid!

            • Thanks for always being as “on the ball” as possible. What you post here helps out a LOT of us.

      • Lakathryn

I used all four of my $5 off $25 today plus a $4 off $20 with one of the same order. But I had to go to 2 diff ones. the first the shelves were empty on some stuff and when I asked about the Nivea they gave me the wrong info and the wrong info on the up rewards, although they were extremely nice. I went on to the other one and some of the Qs didnt want to scan there but the manager luckily was standing there and told the cashier to do it. Thank goodness bc it was obvious she was not going to. The manager said she had trouble with Qs all day and was manually overriding them. I dont know.

Rite Aid is new to me and I havent got my CSR's back so Im kinda holding my breath that they do send them!

      • Mdgrisham

I love my rite aid… as long as they're all in different names, they can't say anything… you could always tell them you're shopping for other people… technically you are bc you can use them for presents

        • Mdgrisham

          just 1 per transaction though

    • Coupons090

just moved to jacksonville fl. and have been looking for a rite aid. i have called four different locations and all i get is thank you for calling cvs ! hubby said he has seen a sign but cant remember where .i am guessing it must have been an old sign.

      • Lindsey

There are definitely none in Jacksonville :(

      • Lori

Im from Jville and there are none there. They were all part of the buy out/ conversion eons ago.

      • Islandboybpb

There are NO RiteAids in Florida period. Eckerd sold out to CVS in some states (Florida) and Walgreens in others. Rite Aid bought out Georgia

      • Coupons090

thanks everyone . i have to admit i an stil a little tempted to make the drive over to folkston ga. its about 30 miles .that is where i shopped before .the day shift people are great and really know their stuff.in the past i have done no more than 3 trans.usually 2.but i will have to go big to make it worth the trip.if any of you havent shopped there i recommend it . its a cute lil town.

        • Coupons090

how did that happen ? if you spell out a word or combo of words that actually has a website it posts a link. weird .

    • sunshine

I just got back from Rite Aid and had a so so visit. All of my VV coupons they told me they would not accept, because they are on the list of fraudulent coupons. When I asked to see the list, the manager said we will try to use it and see if it takes. I swore that I was never going back to that Rite Aid and what do I do, I go! :) When the deals are soo good, I hate traveling just to get the deals. Which no one ever buys anything from our store, the shelves are always packed and to treat someone like they are doing something bad, just erks me.

      • Aminehdestin

They said that Video Values coupons are on the fraud list? You absolutely did the right thing in asking to see this list, because that's the silliest thing I've ever heard. We do get emails and updates on fraudulent coupons, but the VV coupons being included is ridiculous. I'm sorry for your hassle.

        • sunshine

Yes, I was thinking the same thing! I couldn't believe I was brave enough to ask to see the list, this site is really helpful. Thanks Aminehdestin, I also asked them why would I sit their and watch those videos if I wasn't getting a coupon, that's the whole purpose.

          • Dianne

Maybe they thought they were fraudulent because people have been known to use the copies of RA video coupons that are not from RiteAid, but another website. I am NOT saying you did this at all. I am just trying to figure out how that manager came up with that answer.

    • Ree

I'm planning on buying 3 TRESemme products on one transaction this week to use the $5/3 TRESemme VV coupon. Does anyone know if I'll get $3 +up rewards since I'm buying 3 of them? Thanks!

      • Islandboybpb

Yes you should get 3 +UP Rewards. There is no limit under that particular item in the AD.

      • Kgoodnight83

Yes! I did this yesterday. ( Buy some of the SCR items and use the $5 off $25 Q and use other printable Q's that match up with the SCR items and you will make a profit) Great deal!

    • steph

hi every1 im a lil confuse about scr. can i submit 2 at the same time? or 1 now n the other 1 later????

      • Susan

Most have a limit of one per account–so don't overbuy one particular product. For example, all of the “free after rebate” items are like that this week. You can't buy multiples of the same product and get credit for all of them.

      • Mdgrisham

you can put 1 in your name and 1 in a spouse's name though or parents, siblings, etc.

    • Ashley

I reached 500 points Friday. Anyone know how long it takes for my 10% everyday to show up? I haven't received an email and it hasn't shown up in my wellness account. I don't wanna go shopping until it does, but how long does it take?!

      • Islandboybpb

Does it show 500 points on your latest receipt or online on your wellness account? Either or you should start getting 10% off your purchases immediately.

        • Ashley

What I meant was my last receipt said I had 492 points but I spent $60 on Friday so I'm well over 500. I know it takes a while for the points to catch up and I was wondering if anyone has any idea how long?

        • Save

The bummer on the 10& off after 500 points is that it only takes 10% off of items NOT on sale. I usually ONLY buy sale items, so it's not the best deal as I thought to begin with.

    • lmcd

Okay, I have a rookie question. I just received my 125pt wellness shopping pass for 10% off. Can I use this with other coupons?

      • Aminehdestin

You can use it with other coupons, but just be prepared because it won't take anything off of sales prices.

        • Cindyrella

While that's true, the Pampers and Huggies are priced at $19.99 everyday, so this would actually be a good time to use a %off coupon, if you need the diapers. I love sales like this because with my 20% off, I save an extra $4 on the diapers.

      • Mdgrisham

Yes, you can use it the same as you would the $5 off $25 or $4 off $20.

    • Cheryleure

Hello Girls and Guys.. a question for you all.. and then probably rite-aid. When I went into the local store today – SMITHFIELD, VA .. for just a few items I noticed on some tags someone had hand written in ‘LIMIT OF ONE”.. One item was the nivea body wash for women 3.99 and I had a Q for $1 can they do this? The printed AD didn’t say a limit on this. What if I had a Q for 2 off off 2. the store manager wasn’t there so I didn’t bother to ask.
Also at our local grocery store, Farm Fresh they have started adding their own twist.. example last week it was advertised spend 25 on General Mills and get a $10 coupon back.. Farm Fresh added. “the 25 dollars is calculated AFTER deductions of coupons. A friend called the 800 number but her call has not been returned. and that was last Wednesday.
      Any suggestions ?

      • Aminehdestin

Any store does have the right to limit quantities. It's in the fine print on the last page of the ad. If a store doesn't have a lot of one item, we do commonly limit them. We never do a limit of one though, it's normally two, just so you can get somewhat close to what you came for. We were out of the Nivea for men Sunday (and we did limit) but we're getting some more sent to another store on their truck so we'll have more for the last couple days. Sorry, tangent. Anyway, yes, it is perfectly within the rules for a store to limit, no matter what. If you have a coupon for $2/2 on a sale like that though, speak to the manager in a nice way, and chances are, they'll work with you.

    • Desiree

I can't seem to find the -$1 coupon for the Scott Bath Tissue from SS 10/17. Is it possible that it was a misprint?

      • Islandboybpb

Go to http://www.scott.com and you an get a $2 coupon if you haven’t already done so.

    • Jlocklear1234

Can someone tell me where I can get the 5/25 coupons for Rite Aid? I am not getting anything but blank pages on the links above. Jlocklear1234@yahoo.com

    • Dccarpotis

I made 4 transactions yesterday and used the $5/$25 coupon on each. I read the bottom of the coupon and it doesn't state only 1 per day, just 1 per customer/transaction. I would like to take a moment to toot my own horn…I bought over $250 worth of products and am out of pocket $36! I am addicted! Most of it is going to charity, but I get the write off!

    • whit

Does anyone know whether you can get the $4 UP on both Pampers and Huggies? Or is it just one or the other?

      • Ashley

One or the other. You can do 2 separate transactions with your $4/20 and $5/25's to receive the $4 UP twice.

        • Ashley

In other words, you can do Pampers and then do a Huggies and get the rewards twice, or any other combination, it doesn't matter.

          • Whitney

Thank you, Ashley! I got Huggies yesterday (for about $4 after all my coupons!). I think I'll go back and get Pampers since I'm running low on diapers.

            • Ashley

You can do Huggies again, too. I posted up top but I found a $3 mfr Snug n Dry q on the Target website with no Target logo so, I went and got 2 boxes today!

      • Lori

I did the Huggies three times, and got the UPs all three times. (I have triplets, and I really needed the diapers, couldn't wait until next week!)

    • Ashley

My last receipt said I had 492 points before I went and spent $60 on Friday. I know it takes a while for the points to catch up on the wellness card, but does anyone have any idea how long it'll take for my card to “know” I've reached well over 500 points for the 10% everyday?

      • Islandboybpb

it takes 48 hours to update (business hours), so check tomorrow….are you registered online to access your wellness account….If not you should do so and you can keep track and see if you have reached the silver level.

    • Valerie, SC.

Is anyone else having a problem pulling up the new $5/25 coupon? All I get is a blank screen and no coupon.

      • lisa

        Yes, having the same problem.

        • Valerie, SC.

Glad to know it's not a “user malfunction.”

      • Jlocklear1234

DIDDO Lisa!! Ive asked for help all day long from numerous blog sites and no one will even be so kind to even answer my question. I have installed newer versions of Adobe and still nothing.

      • Angelareid821

Same thing here. Just a blank piece of paper.

      • Yuliyporter

same here!!! Just printed one last night, tried to do it again this morning with no luck! Is it gone????

      • Mayr S

Try the one that expires Oct. 31. I'm getting a blank page when I try to pull up the Nov. one, but the Oct. one works for me.

      • I printed it yesterday, getting a blank page today. I REALLY wish corporate would give a final, complete answer on these suckers.

        • Ashley

Hey Jennifer, just wondering if you've tried the $2 children's oscill. printable coupon? All the blogs say it's beeping. Do you think Woodruff will still accept it? And have you seen any Bodyheat or Blink peelies? Thought I'd check with you before I go!

          • Actually, it's been a crazy week with my fam, and I've only been there briefly on Sunday to check some prices to plan my transactions. I did see several at least 4 Blinks with coupons, but I don't know if they work on the rebate items, and I didn't check the BodiHeat items. I was sick that day, and was mostly checking on other things. Sorry. I hope to go in tonight – perhaps I'll see you there?

          • Aminehdestin

Most of the coupons on the freebate items have beeped this week. It doesn't matter if it's from the paper, if it's an IP coupon or if it's a peelie taken directly off the packages. They are just liking to beep this week. I haven't heard of any stores not taking them though. I guess you know your local store better though, so good luck since as of tonight, the problem still isn't fixed.

          • Okay, now that I've done my deals, YES, my oscillo beeped, as did the $1 peelie on my Chestal, that they knew was placed on it just that week by their official “peelie person”. They forced them through. NO Bodiheat peelies, btw. They have most everything still in stock. The Thermacare was gone, and there were only 3 Nivea Men's bodywashes left, but they had everything else, including several more Blink Tears with $4 peelies!

      • tammy f

i am not getting either of them

    • nancy

how do you print the rite aid store coupons? I get to the link, but do not see how to print the store coupons. I have not had any luck getting the $5/$25 coupon – any suggestions? The zip code 95677 does not work…

      • Savingin KY

At the top of your Riteaid page there is a “My Rewards” tab, click on it and then there is a listing of all the videos you have watched. You put a ck mark on the ones you want to print the coupons.

    • Justgiada

I am planning to buy diapers and others so that my total is more than $25.Can I use a $5/$25 rite aid store coupon and a $4/$20 video values coupon together along with the diaper manufacture coupon ? I am a bit confused …Please help..

      • Tarah

You can use either the $5/$25 or the $4/$20, but not both because they are both the same type of store coupon. You can use the diaper manufacturer coupon with either of the store coupons.

      • Beth

If your total is $45 or more some stores will allow you to use both in one transaction. (mine does!) Otherwise seperate the transactions.

    • Amorocks320

ive tried downloading the smart sorce coupon program and my computer wont allow it. i've turned off all spyware. and allowed jave to download..still nothing. help!

      • Lori

I had that problem too. From the error codes at the bottom of the screen (they don't always appear, and you need to read quickly), I learned it was a JAVA error. I loaded the current version of JAVA directly to my computer. After that, SS seems to work fine.

    • Mutiaja

is anyone know how to get kleenex coupon?

    • ASage

Problems with 2 coupons yesterday: Children’s Oscillococcinum & Simply Saline. The computer would not take them. The manager said they had problems with these 2 coupons all week. He called to check and was told they were a fraud. I had a hard time believing that since 1 was on coupon.com. Anyway – they were nice enough to honor them. I told them I would never was to deceive them or give them a bad coupon – they joked and said I had photocopied them!

I don't think they are frauds. I've used “beeper” coupons before with no problems.

      • Susanne

The computer beeped and I had a coupon from the newspaper for the Oscillococcinum so it was not fraud.

        • toni

Mine from the newspaper beeped also but the cashier put it through manually after reading the coupon and verifying that I had bought the rite product. The coupon must be coded wrong by the company.

    • Amanda

Ok, I am new to couponing at rite aid and I have seen multiple times about coupons being in inside clip and save booklets but my local rite aid has never heard of them and I can't find anything on the rite aid website about the booklet…is this something that is only at certain stores or what? Thanks in advance for the response…I love this website and you Jenny You are awesome to do all of this!

      • Dianne

It is a coupon book RA gives to customers who get the flu shot. My store doesn't have them because the pharmacy doesn't give the flu shot. Some posters here at Southern Savers have reported being able to get the booklet at their stores without getting the shot.

    • Aminehdestin

Hey everyone. I have 2 quick things to say today.

First is a question, that I'm hoping ya'll can help me with since you know coupons much better than I do. I think we had some IP coupons that had been copied passed off yesterday, and she was going store to store so our district may have been hit with a decent amount of fraudulent coupons. How do you know if an IP coupon has been printed legitimately (the 2 prints per IP address) or has actually been copied? Is it just the number under the dot bar code beneath the expiration date? That should always be different from coupon to coupon, right? I hope that makes sense. I know the bar codes will always be the same, but for some reason the only thing I can remember about printing coupons is that number is what we're supposed to watch. My ink is low and I really don't want to waste it to print 2 coupons just to see if I'm right.

We were told that the PDF coupons *are* in fact okay to use. They really seem to be putting it all on stores to make sure they're used correctly, telling us to make sure it's one per transaction (no doubles, even if the total exceeds the amount needed to use multiples) and the pre-tax total has to be over $25. We do all of this anyway, but they felt the need to tell us anyway. We did mention in our email the certain websites that upload the PDF coupon to one page, but instead of printing just one, will print an entire page of them. To us, this is making copies, since someone, at some point, had to copy/paste it to get multiples on one sheet. Just to be on the safe side, if you're worried about the coupon, don't print it like that, only print from the actual site that prints one at a time. I know it prints a lot around it, but it keeps you completely in the clear from passing any fraudulent copies. :-) I don't know what happened to the 11-30-2010 coupon, but since so many stores had already stopped accepting the PDF coupons, it's possible that the company did delete it. I still say, use your discretion on how many of these that you use/print. Abuse is what causes the coupons go disappear in the end, and even though it's legit to use, that doesn't mean that the company expected it to be used by every customer on every transaction made. I am glad that we got an answer, at very least, even though it didn't really address our concerns, but we do know that we can accept them without our store getting in trouble.

      • Sheila

Most IP coupons have a 2nd barcode at the top right – you are right, each IP has a unique number on this barcode. Also, if you look around the border of most IPs, the border includes the date and time it was printed. No 2 IP coupons will have the same date AND time because of the time that it takes to hit the back button and run a second print. HTH.

        • Aminehdestin

Thank you! I didn't notice the time and date, so I'll call my store and have them look at the coupons we took yesterday. I appreciate the information, so now at least we'll know how to spot the fakes and keep the store from taking the losses, and hopefully keep good coupons coming in!

          • Also though, some times the outline will be cut off. Honest people sometimes do this to help them fit in their binders. The info is usually printed again, even smaller, under the expiration date. But you may need a good magnifying glass to see it.

            • Aminehdestin

I actually pulled the coupons out, and she hadn't cut the info off the sides. I couldn't read it though. I tried my best but her coupons printed very light. I can see it clearly on the 2 I printed though. Ya'll have no idea how much help you've been. I told my SM the differences in the coupons, she didn't understand, so I pulled mine out and showed her, then pulled the 5 copies out. She wants to figure out a way for us to actually train everyone in the store on what to watch for to try and cut down on loss. Good luck to us on that one. ;-P

      • guest

They could be legitimate. If I have access to 4 computers (laptop, desktop, work, mom) then I can legitimately print 8 coupons. Maybe the person just went through the trouble of using other peoples computers…

        • Aminehdestin

I know. That's actually why I didn't think twice about accepting them. It wasn't until I was getting the register closed out that I looked closely at the coupons and noticed that they were identical. Hence my question on here, I wanted to make sure that the second number (under the dot bar code) was what differentiates the different coupons. Since I know each IP address is able to print out 2 and many people have access to multiple computers, there has to be something that tells us when a coupon is legitimate and when it's copied. From what I've found, and what I did find when printing the same coupon this customer used twice, is that my suspicions were correct and that number should've been different on each of the 5 coupons. Basically, my ignorance just lost $4 (if not more) for my store. If the coupon was used previously at another store and they get credit for the one legit coupon, then we lost $5. Hopefully now that I know though, we can be careful enough with IP coupons to prevent it in the future.

          • Don't kick yourself too hard, there. You do your best.

      • Dharvn

Thanks for all of your valued input, aminehdestin!

On the coupons printed from coupons(dot)com:

“RETAILER: Authenticate at www(dot)veri-fi(dot)com. Do not accept without a dot-scan barcode below the expiratio date.”

The barcode just below the expiration date should always be different, that is the code that uniquely ties to the IP address.

The barcode at the bottom of the coupon ties directly to the product, and will be the same on multiples of the same coupon.

The border around the coupon includes your IP address, the date & time the coupon was printed, your zip code, and either 01 or 02 (which indicates whether the coupon is the 1st or 2nd coupon your printed.

      • Guest

Here is a coupon industry web site with copies of known faked coupons (and wanted notices for the creators!) You can look up different coupons in their list. www(dot)cents-off(dot)com. There is information for both retailers and consumers about coupon fraud.

        • Aminehdestin

          Thank you!

    • Fallaya

When I pulled the October Video Values website, I still see where it says you can get a 4/20 coupon for watching videos (20 points)…are some of you not getting the 4/20 coupon?

Why is RA pulling all of their 5/20 coupons? This really sucks. We're making them lots of money by shopping there…why are they punishing us? I appreciate all the other coupons too…but those 5/20 coupons really helped to keep my oop low. I don't get it…I just don't get it… :(

      • Fallaya

        I meant 5/25 coupons

    • Lisa

Just had the best day of RA!! I got the following:

      Children's Saline

      Children's chestal

      Children's Oscillococcinum

      Dr. Scholl's Flat Slippers

      Thermal wrap

      Lysol auto liquid soap

      2 Vick vapor rups

      2 Febreze Not.

      2 Dry Ideas

      Cottonelle Flushable wipes

      2 Red Zone Bath washes

      L'Oreal Preference

It took 3 check-outs. After totaling without tax, I spent $5.24 and I am to receive 16.95 in rebates!! Yeah!

    • Noelle

I just picked up a coupon from my children's daycare for $1.50 off of 2 clorox products. Makes for a good deal if you can pair it up with the 2 coupons Jenny posted above.

    • meme

Has anyone purchased/used the Grabber hand warmers? I just wonder what kind of deal the SCR is on them. If it is a good deal or I could do better at another store. Any suggestions?

    • Gabriela

Got a $3 Huggies Snug n Dry on Target website the other day. Mfr with no Target logo.

      • Fallaya

Save those for next week…Huggies diapers will be on sale 8.99 with 2+UP rewards.

        • The $3 coupon is only applicable to Snug & Dry diapers 60 ct or higher. Won't work on jumbos.

    • Mutiaja

My rite aid they sell velveta shell for 1.99 and get 1.00 up reward

    • Acrowe949

Anyone else having trouble getting the $5 off $25 link to work for the coupon EXP 11/30? I'm getting a blank screen and wondering if it's just me?

      • Jackie

Yes. It opens but it is just a blank page. UGH! I tried the one that exp. 10/31 and the one that expires 11/30.

      • Tatyana

Me too. I saved the one that expired 10/31 on my computer so I don't know if it is having issues or not. Good luck! Please post if 11/1 will start working.

      • shelly

        blank page for me too!

      • toni

I saved that new $5/25pdf coupon that expires on 11/30 to my computer files as soon as I saw it out so it is still available for me to print out. Sounds like from what I'm hearing the coupon has been pulled by Rite Aid. I wonder if it is still okay to print and use it?

    • Reba

If I know that I will have to use AT LEAST $5 UP rewards, would it benefit me more to use them first, then use my regular coupons, then use additional ups to cover whatever is left so that I only have to pay tax. OR will tax be less if I use my UP rewards last? I know that I wouldn't want to risk not being able to use my regular qs bc I used my UPs first, but if I know that I need both which is more to my advantage (and ethical, of course)??

      • I always use UPs last. I give the RA coupons, then manu coupons, THEN UPs. That way, you know exactly how many UPs you HAVE to use, rather than guessing. It's entirely ethical to do it that way as well.

    • Crain_99

Can's figure out the coupon trader. I have coupons from the last 5-6 weeks and willing to trade pet food coupons for Huggies pull-up or Diapers size 5. Just reply with email.

    • Cweissenburger

help…. i just spent time getting my q's together and preparing for the transactions jenny mentioned and now no 5off 25. Arhhhh. I don't think outside the box very well now I have to change my whole plan. Any ideas from the creative minded? It will change my oop drastically and might not be worth it with no 5off25 q's.

      • Aminehdestin

The $5/$25 on redplum(dot)com has been reset. I don't know if/when you printed it last, my last prints were in July (I think). So if you haven't printed any recently, you can print your 2. They expire at the end of the year.

        • Kelly

I can’t find one at redplum.com. Am I looking in the wrong place? Which zipcode are you using? Thanks!

        • Brooke

What zip did you use on redplum?

        • tammy

what zip did you use on redplum to find the coupon?

          • Aminehdestin

I don't think I changed my zip code so it would've been under 30152. I can't pull it up now since I've printed my two, but according to another site, if my zip doesn't work then 08094 does. Or you could just try typing “rite aid” in to the search box which will normally make it come up if you haven't printed yours already.

    • Livserge331

This is a great week to use your Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account. I just paid for my entire $45 total (after coupons) with mine! Next year, HSA's won't be able to be used for over the counter stuff, so get it in now.

      • Bluangel

is this for all companies, I have mine through Bank of America?

        • 3monkeysmom

I'm not completely sure but I think so….I think the law has changed regarding HSA/FSA and purchasing OTC medications. I think I read that you won't be reimbursed for OTCs unless your doctor “prescribes” them.

I'm not 100% sure…you may want to google it :)

          • Phyllis

You are correct. The law has changed and OTC medications will no longer be reimbursable through an FSA starting 1/1/2011, unless they are “prescribed by a dr”. (Except for insulin) (I'm BOA as well and we have gotten communication regarding the change)

        • MT

It is for all companies = Per IRS (and the president health reform)

    • Mommy2B

Im assuming theres a limit on how many times you can use the 11/30 5 off 25? I have found it on another site… but dont know if im allowed to post the link here? I know everyones wanting it.. (badly).. lol. thanks to givemeneither!

      • nikki

Got it. Thanks for the hint!! =)

      • Cmskelton

Thanks….I got a few to save for Thanksgiving and the day after since they are good through the 30th!

      • Uabmathgeek

Thanks, I appreciate the hint! Now I'm all set for some shopping!

      • Soliphant1711

        thanks for the tip!!!!

      • Klynn

I did find one. I always get mine from here so I'm not sure how to tell if it is a good one or not. I't is alot bigger than the one on the pdf.

      • Gabriela

        Thank you!!!!!

      • julies

I read on another site that both the 10/31 and 11/30 pdf coupons are coming up as 'already used' UGH!!

      • guest

is the one on retail me not good?

        • Klynn

never mind i found it. scapping to other. it didn't look right.

    • Adrienne

I printed the $2.00 off scotts toilet paper coupon from their website as stated in a comment from someone below (thanks!). I noticed Jenny put above to use the rite aid print coupon and sunday paper coupon…. but when I printed the rite aid coupon it states rite aid/manufacturer. Am I still able to use this w/ my coupon from the Scotts site?

      • Aminehdestin

Yes. Whenever it's a Rite Aid/manufacturers coupon it is considered a store coupon, but will be paid back by the manufacturer as it's put out as kind of a sale rather than a coupon (hence why you can stack them). Always just watch the numbers, if it starts with RC49 it can always be stacked with a basic man. coupon that starts with either “5” or “9”.

    • BarbaraGail

When I click on the $5 coupon the space is blank. Does anyone know what I am missing to cause it to do that? I even went to another site.

      • Val

        Read a few post below….

    • Jennifer H.

I hope its still there, but I just found a coupon for 2.50 off Scott bath tissue and paper towel. 8 pk or 6 pk paper towels. Nice coupon!!! Its on Coupons.com

    • I just want to confirm that the $4 peelies on the Blink tears ARE applicable to the Blink Tears on rebate! $4 money maker! There are a few left at the Woodruff, SC store, btw. Also, my RA peeps have been noticing the uptick in couponers, so thanks for bringing them some business, those of you that have.

Something of interest: This week a woman came to the Woodruff store and tried to use a STACK of COPIED VV $5/$25. Wendy, who is wonderful about coupons, scanned them, politely told the woman that they were FRAUDULENT (that is actually what the computer says now), and the woman was actually so greedy that she chewed Wendy out, and complained to corporate! Thankfully, once it was explained to corporate that she was obviously and very stupidly trying to commit coupon fraud, Wendy did NOT get in trouble. But can you all BELIEVE that? THIS is why I am such a stickler! Because there are greedy, evil people out there like this one, that when they can't get away with their fraud, they vindictively try to get the RA peeps in trouble! It drives me CRAZY. I don't want to resemble those types of “couponers” in even the LEAST bit.

      • Aminehdestin

It's getting worse and worse Jennifer! Thanks for all of your concern with following the rules, it really does help to have customers who help us out with it all. BTW, the coupons I saw at my store for the Blink, weren't the $4 ones, we didn't get any of those. We only had $1 off the Blink Tears gel which is what I commented on at the beginning of the week. I feel very left out not getting those peelies.

      • Gabriela

A question for you: I printed the 5/25 coupon more than once in my home computer. Does that make it fraudulent? I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong! :-)

        • $avin'some$

not if it is the pdf one- it can be printed multiple times. the vv Qs should only print once though and to get multiples of that someone would have to intentionally photocopy. booo.

    • christie

anyone know how i can get the clip and save booklet? I asked my store and they had never even heard of it before… I'm jealous at all the deals lol I want one ;)

    • kathy

Hey, I'm new at couponing. What is a SCR??
