    • Sue

Is this a different SCR on Duracell, or is it a month-long thing? I did one last week.

      • Jenny

Sorry, this is a month long rebate they just happen to on sale this week.

        • Sue

Thanks, Jenny. I still think I got a good deal last week buying 3 packs of AA with 75¢ off Qs and $1 off in-a Qs each. Especially since each pack came with 2 free AAA batteries.

    • Teia

I was just coming to ask the same thing?

    • Bobbie

Will have to double check that one out. Also, I have gotten the light bulbs and may be the same. Only thing I see that I know I haven’t gotten is the Crest Scope.

      • Susan

Light Bulbs are a different rebate than last week. Glad too, used my last bulb earlier in the week.

        • Donna

I’m new to this, but did not find that the ge light bulbs were $2 1ct. They were $5,99 and up at my store. Did I read something wrong?

      • jennifer

The Kotex deal is different from the one earlier this month too!

    • Christy

Will the $5 rebate still work if we use coupons on the Quilted Northern? The rebate form says “send in your original receipts confirming purchase of $15 or more…” So, if they can see that after coupons I didn’t really pay the $15 will they deny the rebate?

      • Sue

Your receipt will probably just say “Merchandise Manufacturers coupon”. So if you buy other items on the same transaction, they will not know what the coupons were for. But actually, I don’t think it would matter.

    • Anne Marie

I just checked the light bulbs in the scr catalog and I am pretty sure they are two separate. One is for the reveal which was on sale last week and the other is for the energy smart. As for the Duracell, that is a month long deal, so if you’ve already done the deal, you can’t get another scr. I did it the first week and wished I had waited for last week.

    • Amy

Coupon in Keep the Jingle booklet for $1 off 2 Planters!!

    • Deb

So we can do a new Kotex, light bulb and the Crest plus Scope for 3 different rebates than earlier in the month-right???

    • Sue

There is also a BOGO coupon for renuzit on Coupons.com using the zip code 14206. This makes 2 free after SCR!

    • Rebecca

Can anyone do the math for me on whether it would be best to return the Duracell batteries I just last night with the old deal and do the new deal with the 40% off? I had used the $3/$15 RA coupon with it BUT I had forgotten to use the $1 off coupons from the store ad. Ughhh! I had my 4 yo with me and I was chatting with the cashier who gets all flustered taking more then one or two coupons so I got distracted. So now I’m thinking, I could print another $3/15 q PLUS I just happened to find three $1/1 Duracell coupons tonight at Target. Since I haven’t entered my receipt for the rebate, I’m thinking it might be better to do this. Could someone tell me their thoughts? THanks! :D

    • Tiya

With the Quilted Northern since you are buying two, can you use two manufacturer qs with the store q? How is rite aid with having more qs than items bought?

      • Sue

I’ve never had a problem with that. Last week I had 7 items and 8 coupons in one transaction and 4 items and 7 coupons in the other.

      • CC

they are fine with it! never had a problem stacking rite aid with manufacturers even if more coupons than items! rite aid is great!

here’s a deal for just toilet paper i did this morning:
        4 quilted northern-$24
        2 renuzit-$2
        -5 off 25
-10 (2 rite aid video values for toilet paper)
-2 (manufacturers coupons for the toilet paper)
        paid $9 oop
will receive $1 scr for renuzit and submit for $5 rebate on toilet paper…making it only $3 oop total for 48 rolls of toilet paper! and air freshener! if you have the renuzit bogo coupon (which i didn’t) you would save $1 more making it $2 oop total!

    • Sue

October was the first time I had done Rite Aid SCRs. Could someone tell me how long it takes to get your rebate check. I requested it on 10/26 and they say that it was processed and mailed on 11/4. That was 11 days ago. Even snail mail does not usually take that long.

      • Emily

Sue–it does seem like it takes forever, usually 10 days or more. Just keep hanging on! And remember the mail didn’t run this past Wednesday, so that slowed it down more.

      • wendy

That is the same experience I have but it always comes. Just slow. I am still waiting on my October rebate and I requested it on 10/25.

        • Sue

Thanks Wendy & Emily. Wendy, you requested yours one day before I requested mine so we will probably get them at about the same time.

        • Sue

          I got mine today!

      • liz

      • Toya

I requested my check on 11/4 also and I got my check in the mail yesterday!!

    • I new to the Riteaid SCR program. On this website, it says $2 SCR #125 wyb (1) Almay Eye Cosmetic, but I’m not seeing this on the circular add. Can someone explain? Thanks!!

      • MarySC

You can pick up a copy of the monthly savings flyer at the store (or view it online at riteaid.com). Some of the SCRs are only good for one week and some are good all month (and they are all numbered). Sometimes an month-long item goes on sale at some time, so I always hold up on buying a month-long SCR item until the last week to make sure it doesn’t go on sale the week after I buy it!

        • Thanks Mary. The ad said $2 coupon in most papers. I didn’t see it in the Chattanooga paper. Is there a way to pull it off online (smart source of red plum)? I looked at both, tried searching with various zip codes, and didnt’ have any luck.

      • Sue

Hopefully this is before Coupons and SCR. I wonder why the asst. mgr at my store, who is an old friend, did not mention it when we talked today?

        • Sue

Sorry. This reply was supposed to be in another block.

    • Tara

I shopped at Rite Aid on Rosewood Drive in Columbia, SC this past Thursday (Nov. 12), and this location had a GREAT 75% off clearance section. My good find – mini recordable DVDs for my DVD camcorder. These are pretty expenseive, and I got two 5-packs for $3.00 each, which is a steal, and I got a cleaning disc for my camcorder for $3.00. Also, High School Musical perfume – $3.00, which is a cool Christmas gift for any young ladies on your list! Hopefully other locations will have similar deals.

      • Angel

Store in Hartsville also had a 75% off fall items area. I got nish dish towels and oven mits for $0.50 each, plus caker serving utensils for $0.25 each. These will make nice additions to the christmas gift baskets I make for my Sil’s, Dil, Mil and Mom. Goes great with free candy, body wash, lotions, etc acquired throughout the year!!

    • CiCi

Here is an alternate deal for the toilet paper:

      4 quilted northern: $24
      2 renuzit: $2
      -$5 off 25
-$10 rite aid video values coupon for toilet paper
      -$4 quilted northern manufacturer’s
      -$1 renuzit b1g1
pay $6 oop, get back $1 scr for renuzit and $5 rebate for toilet paper
ends up being FREE! (besides tax which is about $1.50)

    • Cindy

When the SCR deal says “Limit 1” – that means one per month, right? So, I can’t go back next week and get the same deal?

      • MarySC

        That’s right!

    • SandyinTN

Hi, ladies. Just went to Rite-Aid this morning and found a new rebate item entitled “The Holiday Gift of Savings.” It is a tri-fold item in the kiosk area. From 11/22-12/24, if you spend $25-$50, get a $5 gift cert, $51-$100, get $10 and for over $100, get $20 gift cert. Happy Holiday shopping!

      • Kellie

I was just coming here to post the same info! The awesome manager at the Rite-Aid I frequent told me this would be starting soon. Thanks!

      • Sue

Hopefully this is before Coupons and SCR. I wonder why the asst. mgr at my store, who is an old friend, did not mention it when we talked today? Thanks!

        • Vanessa

Yes, this is the retail/sale price of the item. Which is great since I always use tons of coupons including a $/$$ every time.

    • Melissa

If you don’t have the GE light bulb coupon, you can print one here:

Although it’s $1 off two… not as good of a deal, but better than nothing.

      • Vanessa

Thanks for the tip. I didn’t have the coupon, but I went ahead and bought them….thought it was a good price. Needless to say I am going back tomorrow with my coupon to return and rebuy at lower price.

    • hope

Just got back from Rite aid and love my manager. I am not sure if this is normal everywhere but I got to the register with 55.00 is merchanidise. The manager took two 5 off 25 and a 3 of 15 before coupons and then took my fall for saving 20.00 gift coupon. I ended up getting 3.oo back and had 12.oo in rebates! Love when the system works for me!

    • Candy

I just got back from RiteAid and Nair Face or Bikini Cream is B1G1 at only $4.99. Used $3 off 2 coupon and paid .99 for 2.

    • wendy

Heads up. Just got back from Rite Aid. My store does not sell the Northern Ultra Plush just the Soft and Strong. Neither of the $5.00/2 coupons or The $2.00/1 Rite Aid coupons will work.

      • Sue

I bought soft and strong and used the coupons. They had the Ultra Plush but I prefer the soft and strong.

        • wendy

They told me the $5.00/2 coupon was only for the ultra plush. I guess it all just depends on your store and the manager. It seems like they could have honored mine because they don’t even carry ultra plush at my store even though the ad said they did.

    • Lawanda

I also bought the soft and strong and the internet manu printable worked as well as the $5/2 Rite Aid.

    • Vanessa

Anybody have any ideas where I can find the “Keep the Jingle” booklet in Columbia, SC. I have searched for this everywhere with no luck?!?! Also, Riteaid.com had a Garnier Nutritioniste coupon $1 off any product. And Revlon had a coupon for $2 off any cosmetic product and $1 off any grooming tool in todays paper. Grooming items on sale B1G1 50% off. I bought nail polish for .40 and nail clippers for .10.

      • Sarah

I’ve seen them at some stores and not others (though I’m in Ga.you might be able to have the same luck). One Publix had them up front with their circulars in a little cardboard display box. I also saw them at Kroger in a huge red display that had crackers and twinkling lights on it in the produce section. Another Publix had a sign up that said ‘coupon books available at customer service.’ So if all else fails, maybe ask customer service.

      • Jenni

I tried to do that same deal: nailpolish and a tool, and the computer wouldn’t let it go through. It messed up my entire purchase. Glad it worked for someone, though.

    • Angela

I did my first trip to Rite Aid the first week of November and entered my receipt on the Rite Aid website as soon as I got home that evening. I just got an email from Rite Aid saying that the receipt doesn’t match any of their records. Has anyone else had this problem? What do I need to do now?

      • Sue

If I were you, I think that I would try re-entering it. If that did not work I would either call or email customer service.

      • Vanessa

This happened to me and I had transposed the numbers on the receipt. All I had to do was reenter the info. My account still has the incorrect info listed, but the correct one was credited.

    • Andy

Regarding the video coupons for $5 off $20 – has anyone tried using them when purchasing prescriptions along w/other items? It doesn’t have the usual lingo saying “not valid for……”

      • Andy

FYI–My RA let me use $5 off $20 video q with my $8 prescription + crest + 2 pkgs Northern. I bought 1 Ultra Plush & 1 Soft Strong. They also let me use RA $5 off q, plus the manf. $1 off 2 (and crest q). They’re the BEST!

    • Janey

Tresemme is BOGO and you can go to the site and watch a video to get a $2 off coupon! Haven’t been yet, so not sure what retail price is, but wanted to let you know.

    • kj

I did the exact scenario you listed. Light bulbs weren’t on sale at my store. However, I did get a pleasant surprise on my SCR. In addition to the $2.69 for the toothpaste, I got $1.00 for this SCR making it a big moneymaker with coupons and SCR:
      Rebate #118
      Valid from 10/25/09 to 11/28/09
      $1.00 Rebate
      Crest Toothpaste/Oral-B
      Purchase One (1):
      • Crest Whitening Plus Scope Outlast, 4 oz.
      • Pro-Health, 4.2 oz.
      • Plus Scope, 4.6 or 6.2 oz.
      • Extra Whitening Tartar Control Mint, 6.2 oz.
      • Whitening Expressions, 6 oz.
      • Multicare, 6.2 oz.
      • Neat Squeeze, 5.8 oz.
      • Oral-B Manual Indicator, Advantage, Stages or Artica Toothbrush, 1 ct. Excludes Battery-Operated

    • Kelly

I’m new to this, and was looking at riteaid.com and found their “Video Values” program. For every commercial you watch at riteaid.com it gives you a coupon for that product that you can print, AND if you watch 20 of the videos (all but one that I watched were only 30 secs.) you get a $5 off $20 printable too! You can go here to sign up and watch the videos: http://my.adperk.com/splash/d30b50da/index.html. Hope this helps someone, I was sort of excited about my find!

    • Rachel

The -$2 off Robitussin printable does explicitly can’t be used on Robittusin-to-go. I found out the hard way today at the cash register. :(

      • Adrienne

I believe that it says the 2 pack of To-Go…. the bigger one should be fine, it worked for me.

      • Jenni

I was able to use the $2 coupon on the larger To-Go pack as well with no problems.

    • Toya

Did anyone receive an email from Rite-Aid with a 20% off coupon? Did you have problems using it? It wouldn’t scan for me at Rite-Aid so I called their Corp. office and I get to go back to the store to get my 20% refunded to me. Yea because I spent over $200.

    • ali

I’m having trouble printing the 5/2 quilted northen q’s it takes me to an “ad perk” site and says something about videos? I’m not familiar with rite aide printables can anybody provide any insight? thanks.

      • Jenni

You have to watch the video ad about Quilted Northern in order to get the coupon. And you don’t need to watch 20 videos to get the individual coupon, either. Just the one video, and then click on “My Rewards”. Hope that helps.

    • Jenni

I just did my very first Rite-Aid trip, and it was a rough first go. I am so frustrated right now. I did the deal that Jenny recommended, and it went fine (except for half of my coupons didn’t want to scan). But the second transaction which I meant to combine Revlon and Duracell purchases ended up falling apart. I couldn’t use the $2 coupon on the nail polish, and the cheapest qualifying make-up was 9.99! If I’d had two $2 Revlon coups, I’d have sprung for it, but I only had one. Boo. The sale prices for the batteries were NOT marked – just that they we 40%, so I had to get out the calculator. I thought I had my math right, but when I got up to the register, I was given a different value by the cashier, that made me think I could buy less and still qualify for the rebate after all. Then I checked my receipt once I was home, and found out that I was right after all, and that I was .80 cents short of the $5 rebate! I’m thinking about returning the battery purchase all together, and looking for some Duracell coups at Target or something before the end of the week, and giving this deal another try. But I don’t know if it’s worth the effort, frankly. The SCR website WAS easy to use, though.
