I also have a $1/ 1 Cottonelle Bath Tissue 12 pack or larger manuf Q (exp 4/8) from Coupons.com. I noticed that they only have the .50/1 now, but at some point it was $1, so others who printed in the past may have a $1 one as well!

BTW, great class this morning in Huntsville!! I was there ;-)! Thanks for all you do!

    • ahansen6

I clicked on the SC Johnson rebate form and it is not there. If anyone finds it would you mind passing along a link? It might be gone, but I would really be interested if it is on another link.

      • Lori

I found the same thing too, but here’s what worked for me. I googled “sc johnson 5 dollar rebate.” The first link that came up for me was http://www.scjohnson.com/files/Rebate_Form.pdf, which when I clicked on said page not found. But on the second line where it described the file format was a “Quick view” link I could click on that brought up the form. It wouldn’t let me save it as a pdf – it went back to the same page that said page not found, so I went ahead and printed 3 copies. HTH

      • Anonymous

        The link is: http://www.scjohnson.com/value

I believe the link is accidentally listed as “values” instead.

        • Crystal

So I purchase 3 J&J plus something from the list? I'm confused.

          • AmyFMSC

Hi Crystal: It's a SC Johnson rebate, not Johnson & Johnson – two different companies. You will need to purchase three products of the brands listed on the rebate form to qualify for the $5 rebate, such as three boxes of Ziploc bags. It's a great rebate that you can use three times per household.

    • Brooke82

If I were to do several transactions do I have to have more than one store coupon for the Huggies or can I use the same one for each purchase? I was just asking because I know Walgreen's lets me do this.

      • Robin

You have to have a coupon for each transaction.

        • Brooke82

          Thank you!

    • Marie

Quick question, I noticed that the St. Ives deal says a coupon from SS 3/28?

      • sorry my error it will be coupon in tomorrow's paper 3/21

        • Marie

    • Jenny, I would like to say 'THANK YOU!” for you taking the time to post the store coupon policies! I had alot of trouble at Rite Aid lastnight and I wish I had printed your coupon policy!! I have learned to go to the older cashiers because ALOT of times I catch major attitude from the younger age group! Well lastnight was no exception!!! Rite Aid had ONE cashier and she was maybe 18ish…When I tried to use my $10.00 off Rite Aid coupon with my $10.00 off Prilosec Manufacturer coupon the girl refused to accept both of them. She kept saying, “You've already used one coupon and can't use this one!” (Her nose snarled when I pulled out my coupons just stepping up to the register- so I already knew there would be a problem.) I smiled at her and informed her the difference in the two coupons and she continued to refuse- so her store manager came up (seeing there was a problem) and informed her the same thing that I already did. I looked over at my 17 yr old daughter (who had been asking me why i would stand in a line forever when there was an empty lane open at other stores) and whispered, “now do you see why I don't go to the younger cashiers? She said, “yes.” The attitude with the cashier was much worse when her mgr also told her that I was right. At that point she turned, looked at me and said, “Oh and I am so sorry that I have an attitude!” My mouth dropped (that's not what I said to my daughter) and said back that I was sorry that she did too. Her mgr never corrected her at all! I apologized to him explaining that didn't mean to cause any problems. He was very nice and completed my transaction.
Now it would have been easier (and less embarrassing for my teenage daughter) to just let it go; however, on that trip I paid $9.63 cents and saved 41.00!!!! So it was worth it BUT I just printed out your store policy and will NEVER leave home without it!!! Thank you again:)

      • sarahNC

For me, at least at the Harris Teeter, I get better service w/ the younger ones or the ladies from the customer service desk. Some (not all) of the older cashiers at HT have given me a hard time w/ my coupons and aren't as friendly, sorry to say.

      • MomOf4Blessings

April, did you mean to say Prevacid instead of Prilosec? Or did you actually buy Prilosec? The reason I'm asking is because the $10 coupon for Prevacid that comes from watching the Rite Aid video values is actually a true manufacturer coupon (unlike all of the other video values coupons that are Rite Aid store coupons), so it can't be used along with another manufacturer coupon. If you'll look at the bar code on the video values Prevacid coupon, you'll see that it begins with a “5” instead of “RC.” The bar codes that begin with “5” are manufacturer coupons, and the ones that begin with “RC” are Rite Aid store coupons.

Hopefully this wasn't the case with you, but I just thought I'd mention it.

        • Marianne

I have never done a Rite Aid deal before (the Huggies deal has lured me in) but I was reading their coupon policy and it states that a manf coupon cannot be combined with another manf coupon unless it is coupled with a manf coupon from the Rite Aid circular. True the online coupon is not technically from the circular but that seems a technicality since it is from their site with their logo on printed on it. I am going to try it tomorrow and see.

          • MomOf4Blessings

Marianne, most of the “manufacturer” coupons in the Rite Aid circular are clearly Rite Aid store coupons because the bar codes begin with “RC.” They can legitimately be stacked with real manufacturer coupons. Occasionally, however, they will have a true manufacturer coupon in the ad….like this week there was a $2/3 manufacturer coupon for candy, but you could tell that it was a real manufacturer coupon because the bar code began with a “5.” You just need to look at the bar codes to see whether the coupons can be stacked. Hope that helps.

            • Anne Gardner

They will take manufacter coupon stacked along with any ad in their circular. I did the candy deal this week. I used both and had no problem with it going through the register. I have also always been able to use video value coupons along with manufacter.

          • MomOf4Blessings

P.S. The Prevacid coupon from the RA video values says that it is good at all participating retailers, and it has redemption information for the retailer…..another way that you can tell that it is a true manufacturer coupon.

          • Becky

I was able to use the manufacturer coupon for $2/3 candy in the Rite Aid circular stacked with a manufacturer coupon for $2/3 candy from the newspaper this past week so you can, indeed, use two manufacturers coupons when one is from the Rite Aid circular. Like you, I think if one of them was a manufacturer coupon from their website, you should be able to stack it with another manufacturer coupon, but I've never actually done that. Just be sure to print out their coupon policy and take it with you, in case you need it.

            • MomOf4Blessings

Just because something works at the register doesn't make it right.

Jenny, could you possibly clear up this issue of using a true manufacturer coupon (whether in the RA ad or the one from video values for Prevacid) along with another true manufacturer coupon from another source?

            • Becky

You seem to be saying I did something dishonest. I just went by Rite Aid's own policy, which is to stack two manufacturer's coupons if one of them is printed in their circular and the other comes from another source. It's printed in the coupon policy from Rite Aid that Jenny gave us a link to. I'm sorry, but I just don't understand how this is “not right.”
Jenny, please tell me, did I do something wrong?

            • MomOf4Blessings

Maybe I'm not being clear. There are two kinds of coupons in Rite Aid ads. The vast majority are Rite Aid store coupons (even though they say “manufacturer coupon” on them. You can tell that these are store coupons because the bar codes start with RC, and these can legitimately be stacked with manufacturer coupons from other sources. Occasionally they put a real manufacturer coupon in their ad, like the $2/3 candy coupon that was in last week's ad. You could tell this because the bar code began with a 5. This coupon could be used at any store that takes coupons, and they would be reimbursed for it by the manufacturer. Jenny can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm almost positive that it is not okay to use two true manufacturer coupons on the same item (like the $2/3 coupon from the Rite Aid ad along with the $2/3 coupon from the newspaper on the same three bags of candy). Does that make any better sense? Jenny, would you like to weigh in?

            • abc123

I think you should try it and if it works great, if not Oh Well. I think it's nonsense to be arguing over couponing when each store is usually different. At my store they let me use $5 of $25 along with the $5 off $20 and a $3 off $15. They want you to keep coming back and use their store, they will do what they can to help out (most stores). Maybe it depends on the store, not all are the same. I think you should all just let it go!!! Jenny is here to help, not listen to everyone complain all the time. This is craziness!!

            • MomOf4Blessings

Wow. So there's no element of morality in this discussion? It's “craziness” to try to encourage doing the right thing? Let's just get all we can at the expense of the stores and the manufacturers? Jenny talks about a happy bubble regarding couponing. I'd say that using 3 $/$$ coupons in the same transaction falls outside of that happy bubble.

By the way, this is from Jenny's Coupon FAQ page:

              “What is stacking?
If you have a store coupon (ex. Target, Food Lion, CVS) and a Manufacturers coupon you can use both!! You cannot use two manufacturers coupons or two store coupons for the same product though.”

            • renee06

I agree 100% with abc123! I never try to use coupons in the wrong way, but If I have at some point(as a mistake) and the store doesn't point it out to me and they accept it then I do not think I have done anything wrong…maybe just got lucky : )

In reguards to “Just because something works at the register doesn't make it right”…BUT It also doesn't mean that someone is couponing outside of the 'happy bubble' and doing something wrong.

People post questions on here for help and advice, not to have someone make them feel like they are a bad person for a single misuse of a coupon.

            • MomOf4Blessings

I'm sorry if my comment came across as trying to make someone feel badly for misusing a coupon. That was not my intention. If you will look at my previous posts, you'll see that I was truly trying to help point out the different types of coupons that Rite Aid distributes. Then foks started defending the use of double manufacturer coupons on the same item.

I, too, have made mistakes with coupons, and I have always felt badly afterward. However, I think it is helpful to know what the rules are so we can try to avoid those mistakes in the future. Couponers already have a bad name at a lot of stores….the more we can do to debunk that reputation, the better.

            • gailcope

Last week I replied (on last weeks post) to the person(s) buying the candy using the Rite Aid MQ in ad and a MQ. I was told on this form last week that the policy stated you could use both. I went to my Rite Aid and bought candy. I used the Rite Aid Wellnes coupons, the MQ and then asked if I could also use the in ad MQ and the cashiers told me yes.
So I did! Now after reading all the comments again here – I don't know if I can or can't use the RA MQ in ad. So once again I am dazed and confused.

            • MandM

You did nothing wrong…Both went through without a beep…I did the same :) + I used a * $1 off $1.99 or more seasonal wellness coupon for EACH bag, so I made a profit of a buck. Momof3Blessings :)

            • Pat

I agree, if the coupons scan without a beep, you are using them correctly according to Rite Aid's policy.

            • Pat

Well…I went to Rite Aid today for the Huggies. Purchasing 3 packs. I used (1)-$5 off 25. (3)- $2 Rite Aid (video value) along with (3)-$3 manuf. coupon. My total was $8.04. Each coupon scanned without a problem.

            • Becky

I went back yesterday and did the Huggies deal. I got one pack of diapers and one pack of swimmers. I used (1) $3 off $15, (1) $2 Rite Aid (video value) and (2) $3 manuf. coupon. My total was $5.76 including tax and I'll get back $2 SCR. No problems with the coupons beeping or anything.

            • 4thlamb

Where are you getting the $2/3 coupon in the circular? Is this a special in-store circular? The circular I have in my hand doesn't seem to have a coupon like that.

            • Becky

It was in the sales circular from last week. Don't know if it was a regional thing or not.

    • momMe

Will they take more than one $2 off huggies store coupon?

    • Amy

I'm confused. It looks like your diaper deal has you combining Rite Aid video values coupons (listed as “store coupons”) with manufacturer coupons; is that right? The video values coupons I've printed out are all labeled “manufacturer's coupon” not “store coupon.” Do they still let you combine them with other mfr coupons?

      • kara

        ymmv, some do some dont

      • Suemh

Yes. They are actually store coupons.

      • whatever783

They accept them both. The Rite Aid ones say they are MF but they are indeed store coupons and they will take them both. =0)

Today, when I went to Rite Aid, I had my Johnson & Johnson baby products to buy for my $25 rebate on buying $50. I tried using one of the $1/Johnson's product “store q's” from the ad for each of the Johnson's products I had. The cashier said that I couldn't use that many. She said they could only take one of those “store coupons” per customer. I even asked if I could ring them up seperate and there was another “assistant manager” (at least that's what I think she was) standing there and she said I couldn't. But she did tell her to go ahead and let me use 2 of the “store q's”. I had 7 Johnson's products. I didn't think this was policy, but I didn't want to Push it because I didn't know for sure…I thought, like Brooke82, one “store q” would work for at least 3 of the items I bought, but the way it read, I went ahead and cut out 7 just to be sure I had enough. I still don't understand if this was right or if I should've asked for a “Manager”..Someone HELP please!!!??? Help me understand?

          • MomOf4Blessings

The video values coupons do say one per customer. I've asked my Rite Aid manager if I could use more than one, and she said no. They also have your name on them, so you wouldn't want them to cancel your account for disobeying their rules. :(

I think Jenny did say once that you can have a separate video values account for other family members, though. I have an account for myself, and my husband has an account, so we have two sets of coupons, if that helps any.

            • Cole05

I'm sorry…I must've posted this under the wrong comment. It wasn't these video value coupons I was trying to use..It was just an in-ad coupon. Thanks!

            • MomOf4Blessings

Oh, I'm sorry, too! I was thinking about the video values coupons for J&J baby products.

I've used more than one in-ad coupons at a time without any problems. I think it just depends on which RA you go to. Some are friendlier to couponers than others.

            • Erin

There is also a limit of one in-ad coupon per customer.

          • Anne Gardner

I believe it does say limit one for the store coupons in ad

      • Karol

The video coupons bar code starts with RC meaning it is a rite aid coupon

    • astridholliman11

There is a 35 cents off of bumble bee tuna in the Rite Aid video values, too.

    • sharon

I don’t see the $5 off $25. All I can find on coupons.com is the $3 off $15. Is there a certain zip code to use?

    • MomOf4Blessings

Jenny, there's a $2/2 video values coupon for Dixie plates, if that will work with the Dixie sale listed above.

    • RebeccaFer

OK, I'm sure I have the math wrong on this but as I've always been told, it doesn't hurt to ask right? :D

The Planters Nuts are $3.88 and you can use the (Triple Coupon) $1.50 in-ad coupon (a RC coupon I'm thinking and hoping) then couldn't you do this

      4 x $3.88 = $15.52
      Use (1) $3/$15
      Makes it $12.52

      Use (4) $1.50 in-ad qs
Use (2) $2/2 qs (I don't have any of the print limit reached qs)
      Makes it $2.52
      get back $3 SCR

Four Planter Nuts is a $.48 MM

Am I right? Or am I horrible at math? Or is the in-ad q a manf. q and not able to be stacked?

      • RebeccaFer

Oh, you could also use the $5/$5.01+ MIR for Salty Snacks from Heineken too. I live in NC which is a NBPR state so that would qualify and make it a $5.48 MM! I hope, lol. :D

        • Cindyrella2

Do you know where I can find the MIR you referred to?

          • RebeccaFer

Hey Cindy, You can find rebates in beer aisles and on beer displays in other aisles as well. If you want to trade, you can try RefundSweepers or even buy there or on Ebay. HTHs! :D Oh yes, I put in ebay's search “snacks rebate” and came up with 24 listed. You'll just have to figure out which ones are good for your state and if you'll need to purchase the alcohol too. I thankfully don't have to in NC. :D

            • Cindyrella2

Thanks! I'm in NC, too. :)

      • Anne Gardner

They can be stacked but a lot of rite aids will not let you use more than 1 in ad at a time since it does say limit one.

        • RebeccaFer

Thanks Anne! I knew there was something I wasn't thinking about and that little rule would be it. Sighhh. :D

    • Anne Gardner

does anybody know if the huggies deal includes little movers? It usually doesn't at Rite Aid, just snug and dry, but I was wondering if this deal would be different…

      • Susan

It should–it always has in the past for me because they come in the jumbo-sized pack.

      • lildbcakes

The Little Movers diapers had the rebate sticker on the price tag. That's the kind I purchased because I had a $5 off 1 package of Little Movers from RecycleBank. HTH

        • Anne

Thanks ladies, I will be heading there today!

    • Faye

Do Rite Aid rebates overlap or double dip? For instance: Rebate #4 Frizz Ease – buy one styling item and one shampoo or conditioner, rebate up to $6.99 on the purchase price of the conditioner shampoo.

Then there is Rebate #41 – buy 3 Frizz Ease (or other products listed), get a rebate of $5.00.

I posted my receipts this week and did Rebate #4 but they posted it to rebate #41 because I also bought a Jergens moisturizer. This means my rebate is $1.49 less than it should be.

      What should I do? Thanks!!!

      • HoneyNutCherieos

        I am wondering this too!

      • tcpanz

I bought Root Awakening when it was on sale and then bought Frizz Ease later. All of them showed up as counting toward the KAO rebate #41 and the Frizz Ease showed up for #4. If yours aren't showing up on both you might want to email them. Go to your rebate status screen and look on the left hand side for the button that says “need help.” Make sure you tell them which transaction number you want them to look at. Some times I get great service this way. Other times it takes 3 emails to get results. Just be patient and persistent and don't file for your rebate until they get it fixed.
        Hope that helps.

        • Faye

Thanks so much!! I just did what you suggested and hopefully I'll hear something from them tomorrow. I may call them too and see if that helps get the job done faster :)

    • Z’s Mom

Anybody had trouble redeeming their -$3.00 coupons at Rite-Aid? Mine on Pierce here in Macon couldn’t get them to scan even though I’ve NEVER previously had trouble with coupons.com ones (at least I’m ASSUMING it was the coupons.com set, but I can’t actually tell now that I’ve printed a gazillion of them!!)! I’m totally bummed. It was still a pretty good deal for my overnights, but not AMAZING like it was going to be. Any suggestions? There wasn’t a manager on duty and the cashier said if it won’t scan, they won’t key it in.

      • Susan

Wonder why they didn't just enter them manually–my store always does that when something won't scan.

        • Erin

Rite Aid's really cracking down on coupons that don't scan now. They are not supposed to key in any coupons that don't scan–not even from inserts. (I had the Starburst jelly bean coupon, which didn't want to scan for the sour jelly beans, but after some scrutiny, the manager put it through anyway.) As I understand it, it's because too many people are buying things with coupons and returning the items for full value. If you notice, the receipts are different now. The coupon deductions still show up at the bottom of the receipt, but underneath the scanned item, it also lists the coupon discount for that item, so they know how much to refund you.

          • Brooke

Do they not still have to give back the full value of the item(including the coupon value)? Otherwise, Rite Aid would be making a profit off of the coupon according to what you're saying.

    • Julie

There is a $2/2 Dixie plates coupon on the Rite Aid videos site Adperk right now. It is a Rite Aid coupon.Would be good to get and use the Free Dixie Napkins wyb (2) Dixie Plates or Bowls RP 1/24 coupon. The plates also are part of the new mail in rebate.

    • Katherine

I went to do the Huggies deal at Rite Aid this morning. I've never had a problem using a Rite Aid coupon (the video value ones or the ones in the ad) with a manufacturer coupon. However, the manager that was checking me out said all the computers were upgraded this week with new software that will not take both coupons (since the Rite Aid coupons say “manufacturer coupon” on them and you can't use 2 manu coupons on one product). We even tried and the computer rejected one of my coupons. She said they were not allowed to overwrite the system. She encouraged me to do a survey or write a comment to corporate indicating my frustration with the new system. So, although I could use the $5 off coupons, I couldn't use the ad coupons or video values coupons with my manufacturers' coupons.

It was still a great deal this time for me. However, in the future, if I can't stack coupons, I may reconsider whether to buy at Rite Aid or instead, go to CVS or Walgreens which will let me stack. Just a heads up.

Let me know if anyone else encountered this problem.

      • Zmama24

Just curious where / which location (city/state) you are shopping at? I went to RA last night and spoke with the mgr. I asked if I can do two back to back transactions w/coupons and he said no problem! I see you here often and you're probably doing the rebates, right? I said yes. He's so nice to me :-) Anyways, when I got home I looked at a few of the products and the exp date is coming soon, It seems like this store doesn't get much business (I can tell from the trans # on the receipts) and thinking they are no where near any new updates! LOL….

      • Erin

The computers at the stores I frequent were upgraded, too, but they accepted a $3 Huggies and a $2 Video Values on one pack of diapers. The Video Values coupons are store coupons, not manufacturer coupons (they begin with RC or RA), so I don't know what the problem could be. I do know that with the upgrades, Rite Aid's rolling out a more strict coupon policy–if coupons don't scan, they don't take them. I can understand this for IPs, but not for *all* coupons, but I guess they're running into a lot of fraud. Too bad because Rite Aid's the best. I really hope they'll continue allowing customers to stack store and manufacturer coupons, otherwise it won't really be worth it to shop there. Please do contact customer service about this.

Children's Zyrtec and itchy eye drops are one sale – 12.99. There is a $3 off in ad coupon and you can use a $4 off coupon. Throw in some candy (starburst jelly beans) and use a $3-15 and the $1/2 for the jelly beans. Making your total $4.99. But here's the good part if you use and need zyrtec – you can sign up with the zyrtec allergy club and get $20 gift cert when you spend $75 AND your purchase will also go towards the J& J SCR # 24 – spend $50 and get $25 back. Not bad when you have two kids in the house who need zyrtec!

      • Jodi

I should clarify- zyrtec.com has a $4 off itchy eye drops printable. Otherwise there are $1 off coupons floating out there

      • RebeccaFer

I'm not sure if my math is right but I just came up with:

Buy (2) eye drops $12.99 each
        equals $25.98
        use (2) $4/1 qs
        (2) $3/1 in-ad q if possible
        (1) $5/$25 q
        makes it $7 for both

Do this three times for $21 and
get back $25 SCR for J&J
        $20 gc for Zyrtec rebate
        making it a $24 MM!

Even if you can't use two in-ad qs for $3/1, you still make money just $15 instead of the $24! Awesome!!! Although, I would recommend only doing two per store just to keep the stock (hopefully) on the shelves. :D

    • charlottebcarroll

HELLO. i was going to purchase the twilight new moon movie.. when i printed out the coupon it said save 5.00 when you buy one of the following.. “”… i was wondering .. do you have to? is that still a good deal?

      • RebeccaFer

Yes, you'll have to buy one of the other movies. It would only be a good deal if you really wanted both movies. I hate to say it but if the coupon isn't going to work for you, Walmart is probably your best bet.

    • shandrika

Could you use the buy tide get free stain release this week? would make the deal for the tide a great one if you use the $/$ coupon with it.

    • Zmama24

Can the $3 Huggies coupon be used on the Swimmers?

      • Kelly

I was wondering the same thing. The coupon says $3.00 off any Huggies Diapers. Will this work for the Huggies Swimmers?

        • Amanda

If a coupon says “ANY” Huggies Diapers, you can use it on any huggies diapers. Use coupons to the best of your advantage! Happy shopping!

          • Amanda

Unless of course the coupon states otherwise!

          • Becky

I used the $3 Huggies coupons on the Swimmers and the Snug and Dry and neither coupon beeped, went through fine. Also used a $3/$15 coupon. However, when I entered my receipt for the SCR, neither product showed up. I had to call Rite Aid twice, but they finally added the $1.00 SCR for each one.

        • lildbcakes

The $3 Huggies coupon beeped and said item not found when I tried to use it today for the Huggies Swimmers. Did anyone else have any luck?

          • Tammy

The $3 q beeped when I used for Huggies Swimmers. No luck.

          • 3monkeysmom

It wouldn't go through for Pull-Ups either :-(

        • strongmama

I just used mine for a jumbo pack and a pack of swimmers. They worked fine on both!

    • Emma

      Re: Video Values Coupons.
Please, where can I find a written corporate policy on VV qs? I know their codes begin w/ RC. I know that they should be able to be used as store coupons, and stack w/ a manu q. However, the new store manager at my Rite Aid does not agree. When I contacted corporate 2 weeks ago, their response was simply to have the same local store manager give me a call and repeat what she had already told me in store: they are manufacturer's qs, they cannot be stacked. Help, please!

      • Katherine

I'd like this info too. See my posting above regarding my experience with stacking today. I also couldn't stack a video values coupon with a manuf coupon.

        Any help is greatly appreciated.

      • Meg

Here is an email to the blogger at IHeartRiteAid.com. Video Values are NOT manufacturer coupons. http://iheartriteaid.com/2009/10/official-rite-aid-coupon-acceptance.html

HELP! Last week I did the ALMAY deal which was B1G1 free. I bought the $13.99 powder and got one free, expecting to get my $5 SCR. I just got my email notification saying that I didn't buy enough of the required products. When I looked it up, It only gives me credit for the one I paid for. Any suggestions? Anyone else have any issues with this? This is not nearly as good of a deal if I can't get the $5 back.

      • MomOf4Blessings

Donna, I got credit for two concealers last week, even though they were B1G1 free also. I'd contact customer service if your rebate doesn't show up soon. Oh, it took several days for a couple of my rebates to show up last week, too. I'm not sure what happened, but rebates on the same receipt showed up on my account days apart.

      • Susan

Two weeks ago, I bought Almay B1G1. Paid $6.99 for the first and nothing for the second and qualified for the rebate.

        • Susan

Oh, and I used $1 off coupons on both items. So, I technically paid $4.99 and nothing.

          • 4thlamb

Sorry for questions, but I'm new at this and have been to scared to try any of the drugstores – they seem pretty complicated! So I can use 2 coupons for the almay, even though it is B1G1?

            • Susan

yes, according to store policy…but some cashiers won't let you.

      • sdavisva

I think the rebate was for any two 'eye' products. I bought 2 macaras (also b1g1 and used coupons). But then again, I don't know why you got credit for one if it was just eye products. I would call and see.

    • ali north

i would love some help before i talk to Rite Aid customer service tomorrow!!

i purchased $50 worth of products for the Johnson & Johnson Rebate and out of pocket, spent 25.75.. (after coupons.. they wouldn't ring up my $/$$ ones first, so i had to improvise..) i bought the items that jenny suggested (mainly baby bath soap, visine, neutrogena, sudafed, band-aids, and neosporin)… after coupons, my total is less than $50.. but the customer service email stated that I didn't spend enough for it. (they said that I spent 25ish but needed to spend 50. (but of course, they say nothing about not using coupons on the purchase..)
      anyone run into similar issues?
      would greatly appreciate any feedback!!

      • Susan

Don't understand that—I qualified and hardly spent anything at all. I would say to them that you purchased the items, and that the rebate doesn't state you can't use coupons.

      • Erin

I did several transactions last week, spending very little out of pocket. Every receipt went through except for one. I contacted customer service via email, and I got a form email back yesterday saying, “we're sorry, but no items qualify on that receipt.” Usually, they're helpful and at least tell you to fax the receipt. I was not happy to be dismissed when I clearly purchased the correct items–$14 worth that I need to complete my rebate! So I faxed the receipt along with my name, contact info, and explanation of the issue. I'm going to follow up by phone if they don't credit it to me. Keep us posted. There seem to be a lot of problems with rebates recently.

        • Susan

I agree–they don't seem to be very helpful lately. I got a lady chewing gum on the phone this morning that seemed that she really didn't care about my issue.

      • Suemh

I also spent very little out of pocket and qualified. On you account summary page you can click on “show details” to see what qualified. This way you can make sure you are getting credit for your receipts, not someone else's.

      • SenoraE

It's really tricky – not all Neosporin counts – only the CREAM. Not all J&J baby stuff counts either… It says Head-to-toe and Lotion only. HTH!

    • Has anyone actually tried to buy the Cover Girl mascara with the BOGO sale and BOGO coupon, also if you want to buy ONE item on BOGO, like St Ives, can you get it for half price or do you have to buy 2. I read the Rite Aid coupon policy over and over, but it did not say anyting about buying 1????

      • dianebenatar

Rite Aid is truly buy 1 get 1 free. The first is full price, the second is free. It won't do you any good to just get the first. I am going to try the mascara b1g1 today. We'll see! I need it to get to use my 5 off 25 coupon. Otherwise I'll buy the b1g1 tuna, use the .35 coupon and use the 3 off 15 coupon (with the john frieda deal)

      • Erin

You have to buy two items. One rings up at full price and the second rings up as $0.

        • Thanks guys! I am a Wags girl and I am trying to learn Rite Aid WITHOUT the SCR! LOL

          • Ashley

You are missing out on not doing the SCR! I turned my $40 gift card from Holiday Gift of Savings into cash with the SCR system. And I make a profit here and a profit there all the time. I made $19 cash profit this month! SCR is really simple and easy!

            • Ashley

              (2 $20 gift cards….1 for me, 1 my boyfriends)

    • Thanks guys! I am a Wags girl and I am trying to learn Rite Aid WITHOUT the SCR! LOL

    • coupon_lacy

I would love to earn these store coupons by watching the videos, but for some reason, I am unsuccessful in doing so. I have contacted Rite Aid and they told me I had to create an account with AdPerk. I don't see a section to do this. She told me it was in the upper right area just above the login in and password section. Mine is not there (in IE or FireFox). I have removed my pop-up blocker and downloaded Adobe Flash Player 10, but nothing works. Can anyone offer any suggestions???

      • Susan

You can print out pdf's of all the coupons if you search around on the slickdeals website.

      • Suemh

Try the link I posted above. For some reason, it posted in the wrong place.

        • coupon_lacy

The link still didn't come through. Please try again!!! :(

          • Suemh

            Try this:
            Got to riteaid(dot)com
On the lower right click on “Rite Aid Video Values”
When that page loads, scroll down and click on one of the coupons there.
Once the new page loads, you should see “Register now for Rite Aid Video Values” at the top right.
            Click there to register.
When I pass my cursor over the link, it does not show a “hand” like most active links do. But it is a link.
Good Luck. I hope this helps.

            • coupon_lacy

I still am getting the “you need atleast Flash Player to view this content” and “javascript is not enabled on your browser”. I have updated my flash player to 10.8.2 and my javascript is enabled through my tools – options – content – enable Javascript. I don't know what else to do!?!?! :( I really would like to partake in some of their awesome deals, but I am not able to do so.

            • Suemh

I really wish that I could help you but I do not know what more it could be. Unless your firewall is blocking it for some reason. Maybe if you tried uninstalling Java and then re-downloading it. Then you would know that you have the latest version.

    • Diana

I saw in the Rite Aid ad a store coupon for $3 off Opti-Free or Replenish Multipurpose Solution (the 2 pack). I also have a $2 off Opti-Free coupon from a weekly insert (I don't remember which one b/c i just started “couponing” and didn't use to leave the ads whole but do now…it expires 4/16). Am I able to combine these 2 coupons. One is a MC that starts with a 5 and the other is an RC. I'm just asking b/c I didn't see it listed any of the info above. I haven't been yet and am not usually a RA shopper so I'm not sure how much this brings the total to but am going to check it out as we go through this stuff like water in our house!

      • Susan

        yes, you can.

    • ritareese

my store would not use to B1G1 CoverGirl coupon on the mascara since it says “Face product”….bummer! oh well….

Where do they think you put mascara?

        • ritareese

          I know RIGHT!!!

      • Kim

I was sucessful at going to 2 different Rite Aids and getting the Cover Girl mascara for free. However, when I went to the 3rd one, they told me it had to be for something you put on your face. The cashier was about to let it through, but she had to ask a question and the person who came over to answer the question told her I couldn't use it. I think it depends on who the cashier is as if they will let the coupon go through.

My RA takes the MQ off first and then won't allow the 3 off 5….anyone else have this problem?

      • Kim

I always give the 3 off 5 first, but I haven't had that problem yet.

    • Teresa

The Wet Ones Moist Towelettes here in Albany aren't on sale, I had the salesperson ring it at the register just in case. I guess that's a regional deal. Just a heads up to any Albany, GA folks. Still some very good deals there though, got my diapers and mascara FREE, YAH!!!. Thanks Jenny, you're awesome!!!

      • Brooke

I love finding clearance deals in RiteAid. I found 42 count Always pantiliners for $3.99 with 50% off. Then with the $1 Always coupon and $1 SCR rebate, it's free.

        • Brooke

Also, Natrol vitamins are B1G1. I had 2 $3 coupons from the deal at Walgreens a few months ago. I got the Omega-3 fish oil(Omega 3's are good for cellulite supposedly!) at $8.99, got some other items, used a $5 off $20 and got them for free!

      • Tiffani

The coupon states up to $3.99 on glad product. I used at Bi-Lo last week with no problem. I do not have any of the stores listed on the site but was able to use coupon. I am located in South Carolina.

I am new to the drugstore game. Could I use the following scenario?

      (1) Gillette Fusion Cart. Refill 14.99
      (1) Satin Care Shave prep 4.79
      (1) Gillette Fusion Razor 9.99
      (1) Gillette Fusion body wash 5.99
      use coupons:
      -$5 off 25
Free razor w/ purchase of any fusion cart. pack
      -$2 body wash
B1G1 Fusion shave prep/ Gillette body wash
      -$5 Fusion razor
      Total OOP $2.99?
Can you use a manufacturer QP when the item is free with purchase off another item?

      • Susan

I was able to snag the 8 ct. Fusion power refills (reg. 29.99) on clearance at my store for 14.99. The 4 ct. was 15.99! I then used my coupon for the free razor and got the free shave gel, too. Great deal!

      • gailcope

You could get the free razor and the free shave prep when you buy the cart but you would have to buy a shave prep to get the free body wash.

I got the $25 SCR credited to my account and the $1 SCR for the Huggies, however, that same day that I bought the Huggies I also bought a Johnson's Baby Products and the 20 ct. pack of Cottonelle and those 2 SCR's are not showing up. Does it usually take more time for some stuff or should it have already shown up?

      • glassymama

i am having similar issues.. i have had some items ring up as “qualifying” for the
rebates, while other items on the same receipt are not coming up as qualifying.(mainly #24.. the Johnson and Johnson one).. i emailed about it and called yesterday.. and the lady i spoke with said that they were having some trouble with that rebate, and for me to give it a couple more days before calling back.. she said that some of the items are showing up while others aren't. (arg!)

Does anyone have an extra receipt for the P&G SCR #18 Buy $30, get a $10 gift card from a few weeks ago? I just realized I am $5.02 short, because I thought the Gillette Fusion razor would count, but apparently it is just the cartridges? Please email me at jholiway55@yahoo.com

      Here was today's transaction:
      Huggies (2) $8.99/each
Herbal Essence shampoo, travel size (1) $.99
Herbal Essence mousse, reg size (1) $4.49
      -$3 Huggies, manuf (2)
      -$2 Huggies, video (2)
      -$5 off $20 video
      -$4.49 B1G1 Herbal Essence, manuf

      OOP: $3.97 (+tax) = $5.77 (in TN)

I have already submitted for the Huggies SCR. I was with a friend and she was using coupons too, but did not know about the $5 off $20 coupon. She was totally amazed that diapers and hair products could be such a good deal.

I went to Rite Aid today and felt like I struck gold. I used the Rite Aid deal of bogo mascera and a face product Covergirl bogo coupon. The cashier also let me use the $2.50 off coupon, so I made $2.50 for the mascera! they also have 4 12 packs of Pepsi drinks on sale for $10 with the in ad coupon. After the 4 packs and mascera, I only paid $9.35!

    • Amy

My Huggies were even a little cheaper; I got a Jumbo pack of Snug and Drys and a Jumbo of Huggies Overnights. I used a $3/$15 coupon, two of the $3 mfr coupons and two of the $2 Rite Aid video values coupons (one for any Huggies and one for Pullups, but it worked). I paid $6.29 including tax and will be getting $1 back in SCR!

How do I get the $3 and $5 Rite Aid coupons? I've tried to set up an account on their website for for their online coupons and it won't let me. It keeps saying my user id can only contain letters or numbers (which it does.) I've tried numerous times.

      • Susan

You just open the pdf's at the top of this page…you don't need an account. They are underlined in blue and say, “Don't forget to take….”

    • Emily

I went to Rite Aid and this is what I purchased: 1 swimmers 1 jumbo huggies 36 pack 2 johnson and johnson bedtime lotion 15 oz. and 2 huggies shea butter wipes total before coupons was $29.11 after coupons total was $9.22 and getting mail in rebates of a total of $3.00 so after coupons and rebates my total will be $6.22! I love COUPONS!!! I used manfactured coupons and rite aid coupons.

    • Tiffany Holmes

I visited my local Rite Aid tonight to take advantage of the Huggies deal. I bought two packs and used (2) $3 mf coupons and (2) $2 RA video coupons. I tried to use my $3 off $15 coupon but the cashier refused to take it, claiming that there was no way that I could use all three types of coupons on just two items. I finished the transaction as it was still a great deal, but I'm wondering what my response should have been to defend the use of the third type of coupon.

      • 3monkeysmom

You should call the manager b/c you absolutely CAN use all three types of coupons at once. I did today. I bought the Pull-Ups, used (2)$2 Video Values coupons and 2 mf coupons and the $3/$15 coupon on two packs.
Just tell them the $3/$15 is for your total purchase, it's not applied to a specific item. The store and mf q's are for specific items. Or you can print out their coupon policy and take that with you. I'm not sure if it addresses this particular situation though.

      • Brooke82

They should have taken them. My store took 3 Huggies Q's, 3 Pull ups store Q's, and the $5/$25 Q. I bought three packs of Pull-ups for $6.79 before tax. You should try another Rite Aid in your area if that is even possible.

    • Natalie

I tried the huggies deal today and the manager said that the -$3 off huggies couldn't be used on the little swimmers because the little swimmers aren't considered diapers. Anyone else have this problem?

      • Brooke82

It seems like it should work. I used them on three packs of Pull-ups and had no problem. They are all considered diapers.

    • sharon

I was just wondering if anybody else had the problem I had. I couldn't find the bogo coupon for the cover girl mascara. Is it somewhere else also. Thanks

    • krystal

How do you get the rebates?

      • Susan

You sign up for “Single Check Rebates” on Rite Aid's website and enter your receipt info online.

        • krystal

Thanks, I noticed that after I posted the comment.

    • joyanncheer

I tried the huggies diaper deal today and I was absolutely amazed at the awful treatment i received from 4 different managers at 2 different stores! I bought a pack of swimdiapers and pull-ups and used 2/$3 any huggies diapers, 1/$2 rite-aid off pull-ups, 3 off $15 purchase…the cashier put all the coupons through but missed one that dropped on the floor and I pointed it out and the manager rushed over to tell me that I couldn't even use that coupon because you can only use 1 rite-aid coupon at a time. Also I was told you can't use a manufactures coupon and a rite-aid coupon. Also the $3 huggies coupons weren't able to be used for pull-ups or swimdiapers because supposedly those items aren't diapers. I was treated horribly and I have no desire to go back to rite-aid anytime soon.

The Johnson & Johnson SCR did not work…it's only very specific J&J products (Head to Toe Wash, Lotion & Q-tips). I purchased over $50.00 worth of Johnson & Johnson Baby Products and just got an email that I didn't qualify. That's really aggravating.
