Rite Aid is slowly taking over the drugstore world! They had an awesome week last week and are following suit with another great ad this week. Remember though there is a “short” and “long” ad so make sure you check your ad before shopping to see what deals are in your area. I’ve put together a whopper of a scenario at the bottom of the list that makes you $33 profit and get $98 worth of products!! That’s what I would call fun shopping!!shoppinglist1

Don’t forget to print your $5 off $25 purchase coupon.

If you are new to Rite Aid read the getting started guide.

I didn't think the deal was good on the starter kits? And only on the clincial spf 30, eye or night. I checked 3 Rite Aid stores today and they didn't have the clinical.

      • Tsgilb6

You're right. The rebate form specifically says “excludes starter system”.

        • Ashley

Good catch Bamabobbie. Glad you caught it before we went through all that on the wrong item.

      • JMM

Has anyone been able to find any clinical items? I went to mind this morning here in Huntsville, AL, and couldn't find a thing!

      • 05jacksmom

My store said that the Clinical should be in on Tuesday and on the floor Wednesday.

      • Aminehdestin

We don’t have it at my store. We even went through our tote of new skincare that came on our last truck and had nothing even close. It’s possible we’ll get it on Saturday, but we decided it’s safe to assume we won’t carry it, like the Olay Pro-X or whatever it is. If you look around and can’t find it, ask if your store will give you a call when their truck comes in if they get it in. It’s always worth it to try and leave a number. If you don’t get a call back, they either didn’t get it in, or were really busy and didn’t have time, so call them around 9ish that night.

    • bt

Has anyone else had problems using the new $5/25 coupon? Mine beeped at the store.

      • t.c.

go to redplum.com and search for rite aid and a working 5/25 will come up

      • Emhcoupon

mine beeped as well. The manager put it in manually b/c the date was still good.

      • Bamabobbie

I had problems last week using the $5/25 but today there was not problems.

        • so will i be able to use the printed pdf multiple times? or the video values multiple times?

      • Lindsey

They wouldn't let me use it last week at my store in Franklin, TN. The guy said he had so many people try to use it, but it's fraud Q. He said to get a Q, go to their website & watch videos. It's a $5/20.

        • Colleen N

I was told it was fraudulent too at the Franklin, TN store and they are very nice there so I don't know what is going on with that q. I used my VV 5/20 but now those are limited to one a month so need some of those 5/25.

      • Jenni

Yes. The one that I used last week had to be manually entered by the shift supervisor. I asked her if she recognized it, and she said she did. I do, personally, suspect ANY coupon that we can print as many times as we want. I certainly won't be trying to use more than one of these in one trip, and I'll be asking first regarding the “Limit one coupon per customer” fine print, since I used one last week.

      • deniseCLT

The Rite Aid in Mint Hill, NC would not take my 5 off 25 either. The coupon beeped and the cashier called the corporate office and they said it wouldn't accept more than one 5/25 from the same person and they can tell because it's linked to my wellness card. This was frustrating though because this is the first time I've tried to use the 5/25 this month.

        • Aminehdestin

The one that beeped wasn't b/c of your wellness card. Corporate assumed there. I tried emailing and getting an answer about the PDF coupon that is beeping, but only got back the automated “we got your question/comment” email back. So, right now, I'm not sure if it's legit or if it was uploaded “illegally” (for lack of a better word) so we're pushing it through at my store…

      • Lisaajenkins

i had a problem, but thought it was only b/c the cashier rang that one last instead of first. She cleared the transaction and tried again with it first and it worked fine…

      • savysaver

YES,YES, YES…the cashier had to call the manager up. For some reason, they are not scanning this week but it WILL accept it when the numbers are keyed in with a manager's approval.

    • Tyler E.

Can you print that $5 off $25 three times? If not, how are you supposed to get so many?

      • Bamabobbie

Yes, you can print as many as you want.

      • Jenni

The fine print says “Limit one per customer”, so everyone should be aware that being able to use this coupon several times (especially in one visit) will be at the cashier/store managers discretion. If you want to try it, be on the level and ask first (maybe go in when you favorite cashier or manager is working) if they will allow it, not just hand them over and hope the cashier doesn't “catch it” (or, rather, you).

Another, more legit way to get 3 $5/$25 is to use Video Values/AdPerk coupons and watch the 2 videos that each earn one $5/$25 coupon, and use those 2 with the one linked to here. Perhaps that is what Jenny meant all along.

      • Aminehdestin

You're only supposed to print one if it's a video values coupon. If it's the PDF one, I don't know if there's a limit, but most stores would (or at least should due to what it says) limit you to one a day, unless you do have the 3 different ones from the VVs.

      • Bryarsmom

This is one of those YMMV situations-if it's a pdf, I print multiples to have handy.
Keep in mind also there are currently several places to obtain the $5/25 RA Q's.

    • Jefloyd7

I printed the coupon for bausch and lomb contact solution and it is for the 10 oz bottle not the 4 oz. Just a heads up.

      • RebeccaFer

I wish I had read this before I printed two. You're right. Thanks. :D

    • rachel

How are you able to use both the video values coupon and the in ad coupon? Isn't that two Rite Aid coupons for the same item?

      • Emhcoupon

Yes you can use both b/c one is associated with the wellness card.

        • Jenni

Cashiers at my local store have been told differently by corporate. Would love for corporate to define this once and for all.

          • kaseyshadow

Rite Aid has shown using a Manufacture coupon, an in ad coupon, and a Video coupon in their ad. I have had no problems doing that at my Rite Aid and the Manager has checked me out twice in the last month.

            • Jenni

I have seen the exact same example, and explained that to the cashier, but she wouldn't budge saying that she knew specifically that it was not allowed. I plan to write corporate and get them to answer me via e-mail on the issue.

            • kaseyshadow

So glad I have not had issues. I love my Rite Aid, WAGS, and CVS for that matter. Let us know what they say.

            • Jessica

I would love to know what ad this was – would love to put a copy of it in my coupon binder.

      • heather

Yes you can use both. Recently, I can't remember what week, but their ad actually showed a “scenerio” right there on the first page of the sale price of the item, then showed – in ad q – video values q – mq = xx. In other it showed using all three coupons for one item. Pretty impressive! hth

      • Coupacoupon1

Not at all Rite Aids apparently. Both of mine (Smyrna and Buckhead, GA) say absolutely not on using an In-Ad and a video value. They count them both as Rite Aid store coupons. Also, one Rite Aid had a brand new sheet of coupon policies – got me couple weeks ago and would not let me redeem more than 1 BOGO coupons on the M&M's or on the Stayfree since both coupons said “Limit 1 per transaction” on the coupon.

        • Bryarsmom

Had no problems here in the Acworth/Kennesaw area loading up on all the Stayfree/M&M's, using my BOGO Q's.
Shelves alot leaner when I left hehehe.

      • Aminehdestin

I actually took the scenario that was in the ad in to my store (after the fact, none of us caught it that week!) so that all of us were aware that in-ad and VV coupons can be used together. After that, we've had no problems, b/c we're all on the same page with what we're allowed to do. They've since determined that this is part of my job, find out what we need to stock up on for sales with coupons, look for scenarios that may deplete the stock we have etc…

        • wendy

I have a question. Are you an employee? If so are you allowed as an employee to get the UP reward deals? SCR deals? Use the Video Values coupons? The reason for asking is that I had an employee tell me she could not take part in any of these that she could only get a 20% discount. This is sad Rite Aid should treat their employees better.

          • Aminehdestin

I am an employee in Acworth, GA. We can get every one of the same deals you can. I don’t know why some people say we can’t, but the only reason there would be any trouble is if an employee were abusing something. They have fired people for printing out multiple VV coupons, and when the cashier says that they allow customers to do it, the response was “but you know better”. Beyond that, as long as we follow the rules, we can do it all. In fact, the majority of my store do it all. I think all but 2 front end people do the rebates (one’s young and one doesn’t have the internet) and all but one does the Video Values (I set an account up for the one w/out internet so she can get her coupons).+Up rewards print on any receipt that a wellness card was used on (for whichever item there’s a reward on) and our employee discount card is a wellness card. We don’t get points, because we start at the 20%, but I also got a voucher for the free health screenings. So either your cashier is wrong, or her store is really strict and they (management) really doesn’t want to tempt their employees in to doing it wrong? I don’t know. My customers all mainly know that I coupon right along with them. It’s become a running conversation to see how much we all save. We all pull out our coupons to try to help customers if we think we have a coupon for something they’re buying and we don’t need it. It’s actually kind of funny at times.

            • Mandamaern

Nice to see a fellow RA employee! My husband works at RA so it’s always a trick for me to figure out how to do the deals since we get 20% reg price and not the sale price. I am always trying to figure out what is “sale” and what is “reg” to see how it works out! I did my first UP rewards last week…we are friends with the manager at his home store so he laughs when he sees me come up with my coupons!

            • Aminehdestin

It is a bit of a trick. I’ve looked at the ad and gotten excited b/c something I need is on sale and rebate and I have a coupon, just to ring up and realize I could have gotten it at the beginning of the month cheaper b/c of my discount. I’ve started trying to make my shopping plans with my 20% but it takes so long. I bought my Pulsar toothbrush Saturday night b/c the sale was ending, but I saved .50 more with my discount. I cracked up b/c I’d been waiting on those to go on sale again. The last time I bought them they were BOGO and I had BOGO coupons and that couldn’t be beat. I bought junk yesterday and spent $26 (drinks, chips etc for the brother/roommate/friends watching the World Cup final) but yet the other woman I worked with when I told her of some of the deals and she had coupons to match she walked out with a subtotal of $59 in merchandise (some sales w/out the card rang) before we scanned her card, then after it went down to I think $40, she used 2 +Ups from the day before for $4, and then coupons and walked out paying just over $14 including tax, meaning she paid for less than one of the Lysol No Touch systems she was buying with her OOP cost. We were both thrilled. This is why it’s my job to find the good deals for my co-workers as well as knowing what our couponer customers will be coming in for! Beyond that, it was all stuff she actually needed and would’ve bought anyway. I love my store. Our manager isn’t as in to it as us, she wants to be and wants our input (and extra coupons for her reg. items!) but she doesn’t really focus on it like I try to. Then again, she obviously gets paid much more than me!

        • Jessica

Do you know what ad this was? I would love to get a copy of it to have with me in case I have any problems.

          • Aminehdestin

It was probably 4 weeks ago. So if you can find the ads around that time, look for the Zegerid ad. I still have it cut out, the coupon expired 6/12 so that was the week ending date. It states: You pay $21.99, Less Single Check Rebate -$2.00, Less in-ad coupon -$3.00, LESS VIDEO VALUES ONLINE COUPON -$3.00; Final cost after rebate, in ad coupon and video values online* coupon $13.99. When we looked at it, we thought maybe the VV coupons are more taken like manufacturer’s coupons (since it is an outside company, Ad Perks, doing it) but w/RA logos on them. The ad coupons aren’t reimbursed b/c it’s really just like a sale for the store but we now think the VV coupons are paid back. We haven’t been told if we’re wrong in accepting VV and man. coupons together though, so for now we’re just going with the flow until we either get told to stop, or we get our coupon invoice with a huge loss that we can verify! Customer service gets top billing when employees are confused/not completely informed.

    • Saving4hornings

To get the $25 (actually $30) back after purchasing $50 in products, can those be on different transactions? I have been looking to see on Rite Aid if it counts that way. Also note it says that the $50 is the actual purchase price and not the price after coupons.

      • Snellmom

Yes, they do! They keep track of all the receipts you enter. I ended up getting a savings certificate or gift card one time, but I never even realized that their was a rebate associated with it.

      • Ashley

Yes, different transactions. And, it does say actual purchase price but it's not true. You can spend a penny and you'll still get the gift card.

    • Snellmom

I'm so glad I have good people at the RA near me because I'm so confused with this Up+ Reward. I went today to get the 7/4-7/10 week deals. I had 2 different items with Up Rewards, and only one Up Reward printed. Then I'm looking back at my receipts from today, and the Pantene that should have printed out a reward rang up at 2/$5. Basically that is the same price as paying 2/$7 and getting the $2 Up+ on 2. That was my final transaction of the day. On my first transaction I did the Pantene stylers with a toothbrush that had an Up Reward. Only the toothbrush Up+ printed. So, the mgr took off the $2 on my next transaction.

So, my question is- can you do more than one Up+ Reward item in a transaction? Different items both saying you get an Up+ Reward.

      • Bridget

Yes, you can get more than one up+ reward in the same transaction, as long as they are for 2 different items. If you want to buy more than one of the same thing and get back the up+ reward, you will need to do multiple transactions.

      • kcreviews

Yes, you can. Earlier this week I went to RA and had 2 UP+ rewards to print on my receipt, just not for the same item. If you want another one of the items that has an UP+ reward, just do it in another transaction and it will give it to you again.

        • Snellmom

Thanks! I was making sure. I thought it worked that way.

      • Bryarsmom

Sure can-I had 21 bucks in Up's to use this evening (expiring), and used them all in 2 trans.
        I'm in Acworth, GA.

        • Aminehdestin

Which Acworth store? There are only about 5 in a 10 mile radius, so I'm sure that's a silly question.

    • Sheila a

Every time I try to register for the video rewards it said invalid registration but it has me a 1 reward 19 to go for the coupon so I tried to sign in and it said invalid. Anyone know what to do? I read the help section and it said something about emptying the cache I have no idea what that means this is my sons computer.

      • Dianne

Call the RiteAid 1-800 number on Monday. I had a hard time registering for the Wellness Card, and they fixed that problem over the phone. Their customer service has always been excellent to me!

    • Jenni

I'm definitely going to have to wait to get my local ad for this week. It looks like a great week, but I've got to know which one we'll get before I can plan on anything! Even if the Neutrogena rebate isn't good on the starter set, it's still a good deal to buy the other sets that do and use the store and manu coups… I'll have to think about this one.

      • Jenni

After a careful comparison, the main differences between the ads this week seems to only be concerning alcohol and clearance on summer items, plus some missing Rite Aid brand sales. (I am sad about the beef jerky not being included in the small ad.)

    • Erin B

Shirley at the Ellijay, GA Rite Aid is an awesome cashier! She is always courteous no matter how many coupons I have. I used a 5/25 the other day and she let me know that starting next month, you can only use one 5/25 q per month due to people abusing them. She wasn't sure if the video values ones count though. In addition, she pulled her own coupon box out from under the counter to give the lady behind me a coupon for her haircolor. That's what I call a coupon friendly cashier!

      • christa

I hate to hear that they will start limiting us to one $5/$25 coupon per month. :-(

        • Erin

Must be true–I used a $5/25 for signing up for my wellness card yesterday with no problem. I tried to use the $5 UP reward received from diapers yesterday and the $5/25 pdf coupon today, and the register didn't want to accept either. It said the UP reward was expired–which it wasn't–and it just was not taking the pdf coupon, even as a post coupon. I didn't think it would be a problem because it was a completely different $5/25. Anyone else run into this?

          • Brooke

It's all over the comments. The pdf is giving everyone trouble. Ask them to punch in the barcode and it should go through.

          • Aminehdestin

The PDF coupon right now just isn't in the system (from what we can tell) but the +UP rewards, are all scanning as expired today. I've scanned from 4 different people, different coupons from different items, including some printed yesterday and one today, most expire 7.24 and they all popped up as expired. Ad coupons are dong it too, so it's got to just be a register glitch. Hopefully it'll be fixed by tomorrow.

            • Aminehdestin

Actually, went back in at around 8PM and used 2 +Up rewards I'd received earlier in the day and they actually didn't come back expired, so the glitch was apparently fixed at least in my store. The $5 coupon will still beep though.

          • christa

Actually, last week the register beeped when I used the pdf $5/$25 coupon. The manager had to manually enter it. I thought that it may be b/c I printed it on draft. I don't see how they could limit the $5/$25 when they released it as a pdf!

    • Denise

Regarding Transaction #2 in the scenarios, will the company give a rebate of the full product price if the total paid on the receipt is less? (i.e. Neutro clinical $39.99, but total due $27.99) Just wondered.

      • guest

        Normally, yeah.

    • Fgavent

Will someone explain the Stayfree pads Buy 1 get 1 50% off? I don't see it listed above but it is in my ad. I made the mistake buying B1G1 free coupons for Stayfree off Ebay thinking it was B1G1 Free. Fortunately, I only paid $1.45. I wanted to donate several packages to my local foodbank.

I don't understand how the register will compute it. If the pads are $4 (just guessing on price). They will ring up 1 package for $4 and the other package for $2. Will the coupon apply to the 50% off price of $2 so it will be free (ie I will buy both packages for $4)? The coupons expire 7/31 so don't know whether to use now or pray for another B1G1 free.

      • Aminehdestin

Check the coupon, if it says “equal or lesser value” the cashier is supposed to type in the one that rang 50%. On all BOGO coupons, the value has to be typed in and written on the coupon, so the computer won't do it on it's own. Our DM says that no matter what it's supposed to be of equal or lesser value, so we have to do the cheaper one. Ask your cashier or manager to check and see if another sale is coming up before the end of the month, so you know if it's worth it to wait!

      • Suemh

I have done this before and they took off the lesser priced one.

      • carolyn090

if you ordered coups for this then i urge you to wait for a b1g1 sale at a store that has true b1g1. that would give you two of them for tax only .the coupons are kinda new and is almost sure to be on sale b1g1 somewhere soon. they would have been free at RA last week i waited untill saturday nite and got 16 packs to take to my local shelter.

    • Fallaya

If I have more than one Video Values accounts, and I use a $5/20 coupon from each account using my Wellness card, will the cash registers accept them? I need to know before I go to the store tomorrow and possibly be embarrassed! Thank you!

      • Seemomsave

I have done this myself several times and never had a problem.

        • did you do it last week… cause i have done it lots until yesterday and it was a no go

      • coco

Never had a problem with this. Although I hold my breath everytime because eventually they will figure it out… only a matter of time…. enjoy now.

      • Shirley

From what I can tell, your Video Values account is not tied to your Wellness card. I believe you had to register for them separately. HTH

      • Erin

Has anyone tried using two video values from two different accounts with their Wellness card *this month*? I went to Rite Aid yesterday to get diapers and I used a $5/$25 purchase coupon from signing up for the Wellness card. Today, I used the $5/$25 pdf coupon, and the register would not take it. The cashier tried post coupon and called a manager, but it just wouldn't go through. I'm thinking there is a limit on the $X/$XX coupons, regardless of the source, which is ridiculous, since there are two different $5/$25 coupons on the video values site. So you watch the video but can only use one?

    • Nathan

Hey – does anyone know about the 2 UP on the 10 dollars in deoderant/colgate… does that include pre-BOGO price or after BOGO? Basically if i get 4 deoderants at 3.39 each normally that'd be about 13.50 dollars, since it's bogo it's only 6.78. Would it count as 13.50 (and get the 2 UP) or as 6.78 and not get the UP?

      • Aminehdestin

It would not count, I don't think. Most BOGO sales it's actually what you pay (excluding any coupons being taken off) but with the +Ups being new I'm guessing it'll work the same way so you'd have to get 2 more to get above that $10.

    • Zoti1999

There is a note with the -$25 SCR #555 wyb $50 in Skin Care products through 7/24- that says “rebate based on actual price paid after any and all coupons are used,” so I'm thinking in order to get the $25, plus the other $5 gift card, you would have to be sure you actually spent $50 on skin care items included in the promotion after your coupons.

      • guest

I just submitted for the skin care rebate and it was the price before q's

      • lori

If you submit online, it is the price before Q's. If you submit it via mail, it is the price after coupons. Chalk it up to software problems in our favor!

    • guest

Rite aid has obviously upgraded their computer system, any rite aid coupon that is $off/$purchase will say previous used if you have used it in the past.

      • Susan

Not the ones that are dated to expire on 7/24!!! Use those as long as possible.

        • Caroline

          Is that the video rewards?

      • mine did this as well, for my bonus 5/25 and 5/20 from video values, could only use them one.
didn't try the one printed from the pdf.
I was very very dissapointed with this and the cashier was extreamly rude about it.
What have your guys experience been with multople transactions and $/$$ qs?

    • Michelle

The Neutrogena rebate form says that it excludes the Neutrogena Clinical Starter System…

    • Bridget072809

Can you only use one coupon per item? For example you have 10 coupons then you have to have 10 items?? Is it for CVS or Walgreens?

      • Susan

Nope–you can stack manuf. coupons with store ones, so that rule doesn't apply at RA.

        • Susan

Same is true for CVS….not for Walgreens, though.

      • toni

If you have 10 manufacturer's coupons, then yes, you have to have 10 items to use them all. It's different if you have store coupons and manufacturere coupons. At Rite Aid you can usually use a manufacturer's coupon, a store coupon and a video values, so up to 3 coupons per item.

    • Am I missing something?

So… there's no rebate for the Olay Regenerist, correct? Why buy it then? Especially for those of us without the coupo? Its pretty easy to get to $50 in skincare without it – just the Neutrogena and the Coppertone get you to 48.98 and tons of stuff apply to get you the rest of the way to $50 – am I missing something?

      • Razlmz

The Olay gives you 2 Up rewards which isn't enough to justify it for me either. Most of us can't find the Neutrogena Clinical at RiteAid so we are going to have to get a lot more stuff to replace it's value. poop!

      • D_bkorn

        Its a $2 SCR.

    • Razlmz

FYI–after I read the rite aid website, I found out that the $25 SCR for buying $50 of skincare products is not a true monetary rebate, but a RiteAid gift card that they will mail to you later.

    • Razlmz

I can't find the online riteaid store coupon for Claritin….I checked all the videos and it wasn't there. Has anyone else had any luck?

      • kaseyshadow

It was in last month's list.

    • guest

The BioTrue coupon is for a 10oz or larger bottle- the rebate is for the 4oz bottle, so can't be used. Also, the 75 cent Crest mouthwash coupon from 7/04 is for 440mL or larger. The rebate is for 237mL bottle, so it can't be used either.

    • Zmama24

For the $25 GC on the $50 skin care purchase…. If I purchase $50 worth of skin care (from the list) but use Qs (RA or Manu) and it lowers the dollar amount paid, can I still qualify for the $25GC?

      • aczek16

yes, or at least you should be able to. i did it for the $25 worth of skin care and nothing went wrong. hope that helps! :))

      • Lisdin

I wondered the same thing, went to the RA website and looked this deal up on the July SCR and Rebate area. They state that the offer, $25 back on $50 purchase of skin care was after all coupons.

        • christa

It may say that but I have already requested my card and it is based on the total BEFORE coupons. :-)

    • PAMW6832

Anyone know what zipcode to use to get the coppertone $2.00 off coupon?

    • Katherine

Has anyone in Greenville, SC been able to find the Neutrogena Clinical product at Rite Aid? I went to 2 and didn't find it. I ended up buying it at Target to submit the rebate, but would prefer to get it at Rite Aid.

      Thanks for your help!

      • Brooke

No luck here either. Checked Simpsonville and Five Forks. Got mine at CVS with a $5 off $30. Would to love hear if anyone gets any new information.

      • Bamabobbie

I couldn't find it in 3 stores in the Birmingham area either.

        • kristifromchelsea

Which RA did you try in bham? I have never shopped at RA but thought I would give this week a try for the neutrogena deal. I am planning on going to the one on caldwill mill and valleydale.

      • Diane

I went to Travelers Rest, they had one but already sold it. The Rite-Aid in Greer and the one on Stone Ave was out also. I tried the one in Berea and with luck bought the only one they had :) Alot of the Rite-Aids do not carry this product.

      • Arat1986

I tried the one on Wade Hampton in Greenville and didn't even see a space for it. I had some RRs that were expiring today so I got mine at the Walgreens on E North St. (the one on Wade Hampton was out of the night).

    • Chrissy

My AJC had a $2 off any Neutrogena Facial Moisturizer coupon. Could I use this towards the Neutrogena Clinical purchase? The N. Clinical is a moisturizer after all. Thanks for your help in advance!

      • Aminehdestin

I think you’d be able to. Since we don’t have the product I can’t check to see what it says, but I did see the coupon and from what I know of the product it seems like it would take in the system. I’d try it, and if it beeps then you know then that it doesn’t take for the clinical kit.

    • Carol

Rite Aid on St. Andrews Road, Columbia, SC, does not have the Neutrogen Clinical products. There was no place for it on the shelves and the manager confirmed that they don't carry it.

    • munckin74

Was sad to get to my local RA this am to find they do not carry the Neutrogena Clinical… I DID however score an awesome deal!!

      • Razlmz

My RiteAid doesn't have the Neutrogena Clinical either! So annoying! It screwed up my whole “shopping plan” hahaha. However, I got the Claritin D with a $2 q which made it $7 when it is regularly $15 or $16. I used my health savings account to pay for it so it was 0 zero oop. That is a great deal if you are a Claritin user. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the $3 off VV q to go with it or I would have been able to get it for $4!!!! Has anyone else been able to find that q?

    • Syndi

does anyone know how to get the shopping list to print larger????

      • Savergirl

Click the dropdown arrow on the printer picture (on toolbar). Then select “print preview” and select 100% on dropdown arrow. (If you see “shrink to fit”, print will be tiny. ) Hope that makes sense.

    • NotMe!

I don't know about anyone else, but I don't have the extra $$ to be spending to send in for rebates to make profits. I need my money now, and I refuse to buy stuff I don't need just to send in rebates to get it free. Makes no sense to me.

      • lynn

I'm with you, I don't buy things that I can get rebates, unless ONE: I can get it for free, and therefore it doesn't cost me anything up front, AND I make money on it. Or, TWO: I need it.
But, I'm sure there are lots of people that can use this product, so this makes a good deal for them. :-)
I am soooo appreciative of this website for letting everyone know about the deals!!

      • ireneY

I'm planning on using gift cards from prescription transfers to foot the bill, so it's like converting GC to cash!

      • its all about the retail fix

        I see you point – BUT –
        1. It's fun
        2. it gets me my retail fix while it keeps my out of Anne Taylor and Banana Republic where I get into real trouble. (idle hands etc.)

      • Gingiraffe

I agree and I do not buy things if they aren't items that I use. Even if I can get it for free or if I need it to help add up to make other things free. In my opinion, if I don't need it, someone else that does can get the deal, so I will leave it on the shelf for them. But if it is an item I will use, then I definitely try to get the best deal and it is fun and addicting! And I do use the transfer Rx gift cards to help pay for a lot of the items up front when I am stocking up. And sometimes you just have to take a break! I have enough facial products and hair products to last me 6 months or more!

      • Cweissenburger

A good way to make your money go further AND help others out is to purchase items that are free or money makers with a q and donate them. Then write them off your taxes. ie the Renu – price 7.29. use $2 q and pay 5.29. Rebate $7.29. $2 money maker then you donate it and write the 7.29 off your taxes. Double checked this with our accountant that this is ethical and they said yes. Not a problem. Just make sure you donate to a place that gives you a receipt. I will gather bags full for about 2 to 3 months and then donate. I do understand though if you do not have the extra money. There are definitely those months for me also. : )

    • Cweissenburger

just tried to print the neutrogena rebate and was unable to. stated: sorry page not found. Anyone else having this problem. Don't want to buy it and not get the 15 dollars back.

      • Cweissenburger

nevermind. tried a different link and found it.

    • Rhondadykes

so am i reading this correctly?? rite aid takes kroger home mailer coupons?

    • caseyandgrantsmom

There was an in-ad coupon for $1.50 off any Neutrogena from the 7/4 ad that did not have an expiration date. I assume we could use it too on the Neutrogena Clinical. Has anyone tried it?

    • Beth

Does anyone know whether or not you can order the Neutrogena Clinical from Rite Aid and still get the SCR? My local stores don't carry it in stock, and I'm trying to figure out a way to get the SCR along with the money back rebate.

      • Beth

I should have said order online…It took me to drugstore(dot)com when I tried to order through Rite Aid's site.

        • HTH

You can get the SCR rebate, but you can't use any coupons to purchase it. It has free shipping, no tax, and was $32.99. HTH

          • Kim

How do you enter your receipt for an online purchase? I purchased the Neutrogena clinical online and that should get me up to $50 for the skin care gift card. How do I enter that on my account?

            • Kim

Nevermind. Answered my own question. Just clicked on the online receipt picture instead of the store receipt picture.

    • kim

This may have already been said – but the $25 off $50 skincare SCR – was the same one as last month. So if you already received it – you won't get it again.

    • lovedbyGod2

I went to Rite Aid today, my best friend is having a baby, so I want to load her up with some Pampers. http://community.livejournal.com/keepers_at_home/4808.html (photo of trip).
Original total was $28, but with 5 coupons (one Rite Aid $5 of $25, one $5 Up Rewards, 1 Rite Aid .50 off wipes, and 2 Huggies coupons) I only spent $12.

Nothing was on sale, but I would say that was a good trip! The manager at the Rite Aid (Garners’ Ferry/Hallbrook in Columbia, SC) was EXTREMELY helpful and nice, and really encouraging the good buys! Loved the experience!

    • Katkoupon

I made my first Rite Aid trip this morning, had to sign up for the Wellness+ card, etc. I was able to find the Neutrogena Clinical SPF30 (I wanted the Night, but took this since it was the ONLY ONE box in the whole store), and after reading these comments, I realize how lucky I was to get that one! But I have a question (if anyone can help). I came home, registered my card & set up my account online, and entered my one and only receipt to get the $2.69 SCR on Crest. I also want to submit for Rebate #555 ($10 wyb $25 skincare) & #655 ($5 Bonus when you use your Wellness Card for Rebate #555), but I don't know how. Did I already submit for these when I entered my one receipt earlier for the SCR? I haven't been able to find an answer. Thanks!

      • Aminehdestin

Once you set up your SCR account, and enter your receipt information, it will read for all rebates it's eligible for. So wait 2 or 3 days and check it back, and it should show all of your rebates. Just remember not to hit the “send me my check” button until the end of the month, b/c you only get one a month! The $10 and $5 are both gift cards and they'll show up separately, but on that same page and you can request them as soon as they come up if you've already reached the limit to get the highest rebate gift card.

        • Katkoupon

          Thanks for all the info!

      • kaseyshadow

It should automaticaly apply all the SCR's you qualify for from your receipt. In a day or two you will get an email and can go see what you qualified for.

        • Katkoupon

    • Lindsayhunton

I can't find the RA Claritin coupon anywhere. Is it gone?

      • Lindsayhunton

nevermind. I guess I had already watched that one. It was already in my rewards section. oops.

    • guest

My Wellness card is not generating the UP rewards. It didn't work last week with the toothpaste (bought the exact one pictured in the ad) and it didn't work this week with the Neutrogena Clinical. Anyone else having this problem?

      • Beck

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I haven't been able to get a single +up reward to print since they started this program and I've tried a few different things. I wrote an e-mail to corporate and got no response. Don't know what to do.

      • Aminehdestin

Try calling directly, 1-800-RITE AID. It's the corporate number but one of the first options is for wellness members. Do it between 8 am and 8 pm b/c you'll be able to get someone on the line to help you. No one in the store could really do much except modify prices for you, so try calling, give them whatever info they need, and see if they can work it out on the phone with you. Emails will take much longer, so try calling directly.

      • TheChapleigh

It seems, for some reason, the toothpaste UP rewards are not printing out… I've seen this comment numerous times, and I've experienced it myself. The manager here was great, and just manually subtracted $2.oo from my bill. BUT, he did go back to check the item first… I just hate that every time I'm at RA, it seems the manager needs to be called up front as SOMETHING is not ringing up correctly, so make sure you watch the cash register as it computes — particularly the UP rewards and items bought on clearance :) Still, I LOVE my RA!!

      • Andrea

I had same problem on the toothpaste last week. I called the 800-riteaid ph.number. They took my info and are going to mail me a coupon. It was a realtively easy process and they were very nice about it.

    • Nancy

Does anyone know if you can use coupons on top of the one-time 10% off certificate Rite Aid sends you when you hit 250 points on the wellness card?

      • guest

Yes, I did this morning. Used a couple manufacturer coupons plus a $5/$25 coupon on top of it with no problem.

        • Nancy

          Okay, thank you!

      • Jenni

Just curious – how did they send the certificate? Was it in the mail? Via e-mail?

    • scrcline

My RA charges tax based on the total purchase price BEFORE coupons – even if it is a BIGI free. Does this seem fair or right? My total purchase was 1.76 but I paid 1.88 in taxes. I shouldn't complain because I get such great deals but we have 10% sales tax here. Just curious if anyone else experiences this. Thanks.

      • Amt1218

Yes, we pay 9.5% tax here as well… I don't like it either.. BUT they have to charge the sales tax on the entire purchase whether u get it for free or not. That is the law as far as I know. Somebody has to pay the taxes and the stores should not have to pay the tax on items we get for free or at a great savings. For awhile I couldn't figure out how many here were getting out of the store for less than a dollar with a bunch of stuff but for me I can't get out of the store for less than an average of $2.00.. then I realized it's because of the tax rate here.

        • kaseyshadow

In SC there is no tax on food. So I went in to CVS got a bag of m&m's for $3.00 gave them a $3.00 EBC and walked out without paying anything. We have to pay 6-7% on other items depending on the local taxes.

        • meg

it is bases entirely on your specific states tax laws. i live in tn and pay tax on all of it.

        • scrcline

Thanks everyone for your replies. Makes sense. Some of our legislators are trying to do away with food tax but it gets voted down every time. That would help a bit. So, I will just enjoy my savings and not think about the 10% tax : )

    • Caritob40

I just posted the same question under CVS,….ok, Whenthey have products buy 1 Get1 free, can you use 2 coupons?…for instance, CoverGirl?…can I use 2 coupons?

      • diane

my RA and CVS have always let me use 2. since I am buying 1 at full price still, but some other places will not!

      • Connie

Yes, take those two coupons and save.

    • monasimmons

My Rite Aid ad this week was even smaller than the one listed above as small. Had eight pages and omitted SO much good stuff. I wonder why different markets have such vastly different ads – it would be nice to have the full sized one at least some of the time. But on a positive note – my awesomely nice cashier said “I think you dropped this last week” and handed me a coupon that had fallen out of my stash. He had held on to it all week for me. When I got ready to check out, I had misadded and failed to realize how close I was going to be to making a second $25 transaction (and using a second $5/.$25 coupon.) He said “why don't you let me void out part of it and you can go back and get what you need to make the difference.” I thought that was pretty awesome customer service. So while I'm not loving the corprate policy of different ads, I AM loving the local CS.

      • Gingiraffe

FYI – I got the +UP $5 deal for the P&G last week even though it wasn't in my ad (very short ad here in Huntsville) so just because it is not in the ad here doesn't mean some of these deals may not work! Good thing! And ALL the rebates count even if they aren't listed in the ad. There is a separate “Rebate Directory” next to the ads in the store and ALL of them apply no matter where you purchase your items. So getting the “short” ad isn't as bad as it seems. Still get the rebates and the +UP deals as far as I can tell.

    • Katie B

My Proctor and Gamble insert from 6/6 has a $2/ any Crest Rinse 946mL or larger Q, that's better than the $1 from the 6/26 RP insert. Gonna save me an extra buck… :)

      • Katie B

        oops, 6/27 RP

      • guest

Pay attention to your coupons. The sale is for the 237mL size rinse so you can't use a coupon that requires purchase of the 946mL size.

    • Beverly McGee

I purchased the rejuevenator healthy skin system by Neutrogena yesterday, instead of the Clinical Day eye or night. Are there any leads on a rebate on this one. I used a 5 /25 RA and the printiable 5,00 by neutogena. if I return it , I know I will losr both of those. Any suggestions for my drastic mistake? Thanks, Beverly M.

      • meghanld

I would exchange the item you purchased for the item you meant to purchase. That way you still are getting the benefit from the coupons you have already used.

    • kaseyshadow

For this deal do you have to buy all the items listed or just one of the items listed to get the $2.00 off in ad? I have a few $1.00 q's that I got in a first aid kit I'd like to use. $1 +UP Reward wyb Johnson & Johnson items listed
      First Aid Kit 170 ct.
Tape, Gauze or Adhesive, Steri or Non-Stick Pads
Band Aid Brand Advanced Healing 6 ct., or Active Flex 10 ct.
-$2 off Johnson & Johnson in ad coupon
-$1 off Johnson & Johnson Product, RP 6/06
(should make most tapes and gauzes FREE

    • Littlepanchuk

I was planning on heading to the store today to do the Neutrogena deal, but I noticed on their website that scr #555 states that you must spend $50 after all coupons used. Even after buying the Coppertone, Neutrogena and Olay, I don't think we will be up to $50 after coupons if the -$5/$25 are counted as coupons used for these purchases.

      • Gingiraffe

It let me get the deal after coupons. I submitted my receipt online. I think I saw a few post pages back where someone posted that if you submit it online it will work, if you mail it in it will not. I did the deal last week and really wish I had waited to get the extra Coppertone +UP $1. Oh well. I still got a great deal. Even the manager than rang me up said so!

      • Tobys_Mom

I have not read the website but from my experiences its before coupons. I have bought 3 sunscreens for this deal and paid less than $5.00 out of pocket but onine it shows that I have more than $25 towards the rebate.

      • Littlepanchuk

        Thanks for your help!

    • Has anyone else had trouble getting the $5 Neutrogena Clinical coupon to print. When I click on the lick above, it sends me to their website but when I click on get form, it always says error??? Has anyone been successful at printing off the Nuetrogena coupon?

      • Cweissenburger

try the link that jenny gives that says “mail in rebate” don't use the “printable”. had this same problem

    • Lisa

Camden's Rite Aid doesn't carry the Neut. Clinical at all. I did find it at CVS.

    • Tobys_Mom

I'm a little frustrated with the As seen on TV deal this week. I have really been needing/wanting some of the shoe storage thingys that go under the bed so I was excited when I saw the deal except that in order to spend $30.00 and get the Up rebate, you would actually have to buy 4 items and spend almost $40.00, right? Buying 3 items at $9.99 each isn't enought to get the deal, right?

      • Becky

You can buy 3 of them and a small filler item to use the 4th coupon on, something small like candy or school supplies. Hopefull. One never knows at these places what the rules will be from day to day!

        • Razlmz

Actually, you can not do that because the UP rebate is for “as seen on tv” products so a filler item would not help any.

      • Connie

Hey, theres a reason for everything. Those things are not what they appear. Wasn't happy with it. Spend your money on something else.

        • Patience

I'd just wait until they go on clearance as I am sure they will. Wait a few weeks/months and perhaps it will be like 50% or 75% off. Take the gamble later rather than surely getting screwed now. Or shop e-bay.

          • Tobys_Mom

I didnt even think about checking on ebay! Thanks!

      • Aminehdestin

Or, if you really want them now, and wanted to buy 3, throw in a topsy turvy! They are ASOTV, and just got marked 50% here so it's worth checking to see if your store has the clearance too! The Reg., pepper, and hummingbird ones are all $4.99 while the strawberry is $6.49. There's also the actual large tomato planter (biodegradable pre-seeded pots) that I think is $4.99 as well but may be the one that is $2.49. That would help get you over the $30. If you weren't wanting 3 of the shoes under products, the strap perfect product is a good product, and there's a VV coupon for it too.

    • Ginaod2000

I went to my closest Rite Aid 10:00 am Sunday & they did not even carry the neutrogena clinical skin care (located in Charlotte, NC). So I got into my car went to the Rite Aid in Tega Cay, SC. I got there 15 minutes later. They were completely out! I asked if they sold all off it in 15 mininutes? They said no, just were out. I went ahead a grabed a couple things I needed. I picked up 2 of the Coppertone skin care items along with a few other items. They said I could only buy one skincare using the in ad coupon. So I put one back. Than they said I could only use either the $1.00 manufacture coupon or the rite aid video coupon for $3.00, with the in ad coupon & that in the future that I could not combine a manufacture coupon with the rite aid coupon because it's a manufacture coupon. I didn't have time to argue or read the whole coupon policy, so I just gave that coppertone back as well. Ughhh it was a majorly failed trip. I went to a third rite aid in Charlotte NC & they were completely out of the neatrogena clinical skin care as well! I asked did you sale all of them this morning & I got a no. I just don't understand. Do you think maybe they pulled those items because of the $25 gift card deal & the rebate? Anyway, I am not very happy. Thanks!

      • Jgibert2

I got the Neutrogena Clinical Deal at CVS today.

      • anna

I used all 3 coupons on the Coppertone. I don't think your RA was correct. Sorry!!!

        • Ladeeda216

I used all 3 coupons today also, and had no problem!

      • Razlmz

I was told the same thing. Basically, if you look at the Video coupons, they say manufacturer on the top so you can stack them with an in-ad coupon. however, you can not stack it with another manufacturer coupon because then you would have 2 manufacturer coupons. I guess that is what they are saying. However, people on this site and many others have posted that they have been told by RiteAid corporate offices that you CAN use the Video coupon, a manufacturer one and an in-ad coupon. But I have not called corporate myself to find out if that is the case. You should just take a flyer from teh front of the store and tear out a new in-ad coupon to use for the other sunscreen.

        • Dalejrfanmichelle

I work for RIte Aid and you can use video, in ad and another manufacturer coupon. Corporate will tell you that you can in fact do so! :)

          • Ginaod2000

Thank you so much! My closest Rite Aid in Charlotte has taken all 3 before. I just went to the other one searching for the nuetrogena clinical & didn't want to go all the way back to mine & didn't have time to do any shopping at the third Rite Aid. Thanks for the information :0)

          • Jtorr14

Hey, since you work for Rite Aid maybe you could answer something for me. If your store has an item on sale for B1G1 and I have 2 mfc coupons, can I use both in since i have 2 items and the subtotal is not in the negative. I was told no at 2 stores but then another told me I could. Thanks.

      • Cweissenburger

try matthews rite aid. Corner of hwy 51 and monroe rd. they took both video and ad q this am.

        • Ginaod2000

          Thanks You!

      • Bev

From what my store manager said, none of the Charlotte area stores are carrying the N. Clinical line. It's too high a value for them to keep in the store (because of possible theft). The only place you can get it is online. So they didn't “run out”–it was just never stocked.

    • kristifromchelsea

I have never shopped at RA before and was wondering if the ads are available in the store with in-ad coupons to clip on the spot. We do not routinely get a RA ad in our paper our mail. I know some other chains do not put out flyers with coupons in the store and was wondering if I wanted to use an in-ad coupon where I could get one.

      • Lydia

yes the ad is available in store for immediate clipping. i very often end doing that because i will forget my ad when i go out the door.

      • Maria

Rite Aid stores have ads w/ coupons right up front. Check the ad though- I've pick up some that had coupons clipped and the ad put back in the stack… not nice.

    • Fgavent

Would someone post the price on General Mills Cereal 10.6-16.2 oz. B1G1? THANKS!

    • sayaja

I just bought a coppertone they said i only can use either the store add coupon or video coupon I can't used both, because they said both of them consider store coupon so I need to pick one

      • Mel

I was able to use both at my Rite Aid. along with the manufacture coupon

      • Ginaod2000

I was told something similar except they said, I can use either the video value coupon or the manufacture coupon with the in-ad coupon. They said the video value coupon is a manufacturer coupon. They pulled out the Rite Aid coupon policy (which I have). I have just been a little confused. I don't think they have made the video coupons clear. I searched all over the rite aid site & the web looking for a answer. Didn't find anything. That Rite Aid was pretty rude to me, so I was hoping to find something to show them.

    • lisa

i got the nuetrogena kit but only used the 5 bucks off 25 bc I heard that you had to buy 50 bucks before qs and since i get it back why not? In addition I got the Olay regenerist for 21.00 with some other things and used 3.00 q for regenerist so that i would go over 50. Hope I didn't overpay by not using other 5.00 off q. My 5 off 25's keep beeping and they have to put them in manually. I think they are the redplum. Its embarassing. Any ideas why?

    • Tracy

I am in Seattle and need a website that is as good as Southern Savers with grocery stores like QVC, Fred Meyer, and Albertsons, can you help me? Thanks!

      • marlene

it's not as good a website in that it doesn't have the shopping list feature this site has but www dot thekrazycouponlady dot com does have lists for Fred Meyer and Albertsons

      • intheSonshine

Not sure about QVC, but I know that Fred Meyer and Albertson’s are covered by this website:

Has anyone found the Neutrogena Clinical products at any of the Rite Aids in the Charleston Area? I have gone to three stores and haven't found it yet.

      • Razlmz

I live in Charleston and have not found it…I went to the Remount Rd store and the Goose Creek store on St. james Ave. I may just end up getting it at CVS and gettign some other things at RiteAid to fulfill my gift card rebate.

    • Tiffyre

Ok, just got off the phone with corporate. Since I used a B1G1 Gillette coupon with my purchase last week, 7/8, (and technically only bought 1) their system won't let me submit for the $2 rebate because it says to buy 2. Has anyone else had the SCR system deny their receipt for this reason?

      • Aminehdestin

This shouldn't be right. Coupons don't normally count against rebates. The receipt tells you that you bought the two items, and then you used coupons. Did you submit online and it tell you that you didn't buy the qualifying items? I've bought BOGO items before (make-up) and submitted and got back the rebate for buying two. Ex: Buy one Covergirl get $2 rebate or buy 2 covergirl get $5 rebate and it was a BOGO sale and I got the $5. I can't guarantee it was CG, but I remember doing it with make-up. Make sure that there weren't specifics on the items that you bought, that seems more likely than the coupons being responsible, unless of course they've suddenly updated the SCR program and coupons do count against you with rebates…

    • Cweissenburger

anyone found the neutrogena clinical in the charlotte area? will drive.

      • Cwessenburger

think i am going to give up – have called 7 stores and so far they tell me they haven't gotten it in yet! How frustrating. Such a good deal. may try cvs but would really like to use it to help me get to the 50 dollars for skincare.: (

      • Ginaod2000

Sorry I tried 2 in Charlotte & one in Tega Cay, SC. I ended up just buying it at walgreens. I really wanted the $25 gift card, but it was to much trouble. You might want to call around, some said they would have it on Saturday but, I would not bank on that.

      • Bev

The manager at my store (Prosperity Ch Rd, N Charlotte) says that NO Rite Aid in our area will be getting any. It's too high a value product for them to carry in-store because of potential thefts. So the only way you can get it is to order it online through RiteAid(dot)com. So it's really better just to go to CVS or Walgreens to get it!

      • Beth

I found 1 in Kings Mtn tonight. The store in Gastonia on Union told me they would get it on their truck this Saturday. Call and ask them to hold it. The mgr there is awesome. She will hold it for you!

    • Shannon

I am new to all of this… how does the SCR work??? does that come off automatically??

      • Val

You go to the Rite Aid website look for Single Check Rebates and then enter your receipt online. At the end of the month you request your check, gift cards, etc. Once you go to the site it will explain it all to you.

      I have a question because I don't understand…
If I get the Neutrogena Clinical plus another skin care that will add up to a $50 value..
Now.. Will the SCR 555 apply to this or Neutrogena Clinical is not within that SCR 555 skincare deal?

Has someone received scr 555 for neutrogena? or no? And can you please summarize your transaction so that I can please understand/ analyze.

      Thank you for your time.

      • Razlmz

Yes you will get the rebate for the neutrogena. It is one of the brands that qualifies you for the rebate

        • Tootslts

i have a ? with the neut. deal and scr 555. can't find the neutrogena anywhere but already purchased everything else on the 3 senarios. don't really want the olay. should i return it if i don't find the neutrogena or does it have another scr?

    • guest

And, also, regarding the question below…
that would mean, if yes, that I would be receiving scr 555 plus the $40 MIR from neutrogena, right?

And what if I have coupons for everything I am purchasing, will it interrupt the rite-aid scr 555? I read something similar before…

      Thank you.

      • NewSaver

        – Neutrogena Clinical is part of the 555 deal
        – It says after coupons but it's BEFORE coupons if you enter your receipt online
        – My neutrogena just cleared and I received 39.99 credit on my SCR. I used
        5/25 coupon
        5 off manufacture coupon
        I received 2 up Reward

        • Question

Hi, thank you for your reply.

Another question, why did you receive 39.99 credit on your scr… Because it is for a 25 gift card and then another 5… And then the neutrogena rebate that you mail out by paper will get you the $40. So what did you buy? I want an example to make sure I am understanding.

          Thanks for your time.

          I appreciate it.

          • NewSaver

I bought Neutrogena Clinical SPF 30. When I go to my SCR account under Skin Care 2010 it contains info of my purchases including: store, product name, and the amount of the purchase: $39.99 (I also have a previously purchased Olay Serum for $10.99 on there too). I used my wellness so I also qualified for 655 ($5 gift card). Since I have purchased $50+ product I requested the gift card.

Now I will send in the Neutrogena rebate and receive a check for $39.99 (not sure if they'll take my $5 into consideration or not, but I don't care either way. Word out there is that they won't and I'll get the full $39.99).

    • Sheila

Hey guys I need some help with a quick question: Can multiple UP Rewards be used for a single transaction like at CVS? Thanks in advance!

      • Razlmz

      • colagirl

Depends. My Rite Aid only let me use one per transaction the past two weeks.

      • Leah

I have used up to 3 in a transaction. Two different times it would only let me use two.

    • Ifloat2010

Is it okay to print more than one $5 off $25? Just wondering how to get two of these for these transaction scenarios. I am new to this and even though my printer will allow me to print more than one I thought only one print was allowed. Can someone explain?

      • Val

You can get multiple $/25 purchases by logging on to Rite Aid and searching for the Video Values. There you watch videos (two of them are for 5/25 purchases). If you watch a certain amount of videos you can also receive a 5/20. I watch this, print an additional Red Plum one and I feel that I have all the coupons I need, without taking advantage of the system.

        • Ifloat2010

    • Ifloat2010

I am new to couponing so forgive me in advance for my ignorance. In the scenario above it lists (2) $5 off $25 coupons. Can I print more than one when I print? I was under the assumption that I was limited to one print. Thanks!

      • Aminehdestin

The Video Values are one each and they are actually tracked when you use your Wellness card now. The PDF that she has posted, I think is unlimited, but no one is sure if it's a legit coupon or not because it's beeping and saying “item not found” whenever anyone tries to use it. The Video Values this month though, have 3 $5 coupons. One for getting the 20 credits, and then 2 for watching specific videos and they're $5 off of $25.

    • Wilcatp

Jenny, if I print the $5 off $25 coupon from the link above, the cash register beeps and it is not accepted. Cashier called it a counterfeit. I want to be ethical so I am not sure how to get these coupons. Can you explain?

    • Debbie Parnell

I know you do so much for us, but I was wondering if there is a place or if there is a way that you could list the SCR deals that are monthly deals

      • Gingiraffe

There's a Rebate directory in the stores with the ads. They post all the SCR for the month and list which ones are for particular weeks. HTH

      • Cweissenburger

they are also on the rite aid website.

        • NewSaver

You can even print a shopping list– kindof like Jenny's!

    • Wog703

went to two different riteaids and $5/25 went thru with no problem. i guess they finally fixed the problem.

    • guest

      – Neutrogena Clinical is part of the 555 deal, is this right?
      – And about the coupons… Someone said that “It says after coupons but it's BEFORE coupons if you enter your receipt online”. Is that true? Or is it the vice versa… Where do I get the SCR on Neutrogena from online or by paper?
      – And thirdly how much credit will I receive? Someone said 39.99 on the SCR but I am confused and no longer sure.

    • Smart Saver

One question for the SCR 555 that includes neutrogena and any other skin care product you would use that adds up to $50…

It says: Rebate based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons are used).

So, where do I get the SCR 555 that works for neutrogena when its 50 before coupons and after coupons, it is much less?

Can I please get any help?

Where have you all filed for the scr 555 that gives you $25 gift card on $50 of skincare after you've used your coupons (meaning that included your coupons that have bought down the price to less than $50)?

      • Missvmiller

Go to Rite aid (dot) com and look for Single Check Rebates. There you just input your receipt information. About two days later you get a confirmation by email. IT'S BEFORE COUPONS. It says differently, but it's not. I used coupons I got full credit. Sign up for Single Check Rebates on Rite Aid's website, buy the product, enter your receipt info online (all you do is put in the date, register number, and transaction number– they do the rest). It's really easy!!!!

    • Lisa

I'm posting this on the RA and WAG boards.

Just a little comment to get it off my chest or maybe encourage those new to couponing. I have a Rite-Aid, Walgreen, and CVS all within a couple of blocks near my house here in Montgomery. I would dearly love to go to the ones nearby, but I gave up yesterday. CVS is fine, but the people in Walgreen and Rite-Aid went out of their way to be unfriendly, curt, and unhelpful. And what did I buy? 2 cartons of Slim-Fast, a box of envelopes, and index cards in Walgreen's (even let 2 people go ahead of me) and toothpaste and 1 other item – can't remember now – in RA. Just to say they were simple purchases.

In one store, after much sighing and pretending to be stumped over 2 manf. Qs and 2 store Qs (4 items), she sent it through but looked at my $2 RR like it was poison. I said, “Oh, I thought the use of coupons was approved by Walgreens.” She just stared blankly at me. I said sweetly, “I would so love to come to this Walgreens, but the one across town just loves to help me, so I guess that's where I'll be going from now on.”

Same deal with Rite-Aid. I asked the cashier why it was such a struggle for them to take coupons when the other ones didn't seem to have a problem. No answer. I then went to a Rite-Aid a little farther away, and you would have thought I was royalty. She was even digging in my envelope for some extra coupons for me and making suggestions. It was fun for her and fun for me, and that's the way you attract customers, not by being hostile. She even called me back to go over my receipt in case I had a question. In Walgreens, the cashier laughed about the fact that I had to go find things twice and even gave me a booklet of coupons I had overlooked, all with good humor. I complimented each of them and told them why I would make that my only store.

So there is no excuse for all your hard work to be turned into something unpleasant. It took all I could do to go back into stores today after my experiences yesterday, but I'm so glad I did.

    • Grant007

HELP! I can't print the neutragena rebate! Please HELP!

    • Vepy

I can't find the Neutrogena ANYWHERE in Charlotte…have any other Charlotteans found it locally?

      • Repcar

I can't find it in Henry County GA either. I'm calling tomorrow and seeing if I can order it online and get a receipt sent to me so I can then apply for the Neutrogena rebate. Also hoping that they can somehow accept my $10 in coupons!!

      • tarheelbaby1

I got it at the CVS at the corner of Carmel and Quail Hollow. It's my regular store. I didn't realize it was so hard to find. Check there. They had a bunch yesterday.

    • $2 +UP Reward wyb $10 worth of:
Speed Stick, Lady Speed Stick, Colgate Toothpaste Total Advance B1G1 at $4.29
Has anyone done this scenerio. I'm curious on how to make it work. It's 2 +UP when you buy $10 worth. Tootpaste is B1G1. So my questions is, if I buy two, will that count as $8.58 towards the $10 or is it $4.29 towards the $10 since it's B1G1.

      • Nancy

I believe (and correct me if I'm wrong, folks) that both will count towards the $10.

        • Aminehdestin

I haven't seen it tried, but I think it won't. Because it actually rings one at $0. I can try it at work tomorrow, and return it just to see what happens, but that would only give people Sat. to know yes or no on it..

          • Yes please try if you don't mind. I'm planning to go Saturday. Thanks!

            • Aminehdestin

We rang up 2 toothbrushes and 2 deodorants that are part of the deal, the subtotal was $16 and some change, but with the BOGO sales, it was just under $9 and the +Up did not print. We hadn't had anymore issues with the rewards not printing tonight, so it is the actual total paid for the rewards to print.

            • thank you so much!!

      • Amy

If the store sale is B1G1, only one will count toward the $10. If you had a q for B1G1, both would count toward the $10.

    • Sclark55

If you are planning to purchase Olay and Pantene you can sweeten the deal as a new MIR is out there for a $10 GFT, WYB $30 worth of certain items, check it out http://www.olay.com/PublishingImages/offers/rebate/june302010/crossbrand/10_Olay.com.pdf

    • moneynerd

For those of you with an Aetna FSA, you can also submit your Neutragena Clinical with SPF 30 as reimbursable (all products containing sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher can be submitted according to Aetna). I'm just slapping myself for buying it solo on the receipt; they only refunded me the actual purchase price less the 2 $5 off coupons, whereas if you can have enough other stuff on the ticket, they refund you the full purchase price.

    • Lrae17

Jenny, not sure if you read these with the zillions of posts, but just an FYI on the SCR deal for…

Bausch & Lomb Biotrue Contact Solution 4 oz., $4 – The price is REALLY $7.99, with a $4 SCR, so it doesn't work out to free.

      • Amy

        I paid $4.99 in Greenville, SC and will get the $4 SCR. Actually, I had a $2 q, so I paid $2.99.

        • Jenni

Amy – same here, only in Woodruff. Still, better deal next week at CVS for any additional coupons anyway!

      • Aminehdestin

The 4 oz BioTrue is the one with the SCR I think. So it's $4.99 -$4 SCR making it $0.99. The $2 coupon is for the 10oz so shouldn't be taken, but we've had a couple that the cashier didn't pay close enough attention.

    • Lrae17

Sorry, another discrepancy I found was for…

$3 +UP Reward wyb L’Oreal Excellence Hair Color and Excellence To-Go at $7.99

It's $2 +UP Reward, not $3. (at least in Columbia, SC and according to the flyer), but still a good deal at $1.99 a box with Reward and coupon.

    • millie

ARRRGGHHHHHHH! my rite aid does not even carry the neutrogena clinical. i looked at every tag to be sure that they were just not sold out, but they don't even have it all! frustarating to say the least! (thank you for listening)

      • Repcar

I found out that no Atlanta RA stores even have this in stock, neither does the Nashville area. I called the RA customer service and they weren't any help and the stuff online is all gone and you can't use any of your coupons on them. So, I just returned my Olay stuff and will save my pennies for another deal that is sure to come up at another time, sigh….

      • Dianne

I just went online and ordered one of the clinical products from RiteAid online shopping. I paid with paypal, but before I finished the transaction, I saw a number to call 24/7, so I did call. The person I talked with was very helpful, and although this product will not ship immediately, the invoice shows I paid today, the last day of the rebate qualification. The RA rep also said they could verify with Neutrogena the purchase. I didn't have to pay shipping or tax, so it cost $35.99 total. HTH.
BTW, my plan is to take it to my RA for a refund if this plan fails! :)

    • Jenni

I can hardly believe it, but my Rite Aid in little Woodruff, SC, actually had the Neutrogena Clinical SPF 30 IN STOCK today! I got the last one, which was also the ONLY one they received when the once-every-other-week truck came in! I couldn't contain myself, as I went in thinking that they surely must not have it since almost no other stores in the South East seem to have kept it in stock.

That, plus the super cheap Coppertone deal, and I spent OOP about $21 (I had a $15 cash debit card from the Kraft Bullseye sauce survey that was free money, so I'm not counting it as OOP) to receive a $5 SCR, $25 Rite Aid gift Card, $4 in Ups, and the 39.99 Neutrogena Rebate! That is a NET profit of 52.99! Plus all that money spent ($36) counts towards my Wellness account points. Can't wait till I get 10% off of everything! Or hey, 20%! Rite Aid is indeed taking over the drug store world!

I feel like SUCH a couponing nerd right now, but I don't care! People can laugh at me… I'm laughing too!

    • Emily

I was one of the lucky ones that found the Neutrogena Clinical but I submitted my receipts for SCR #555 and #655 (I also purchased two Coppertones for $8.99) and they denied me! I did contact Rite Aid via the comment e mail but I doubt they will overturn it. How frustrating!!!

    • Jen

Went to my RiteAid in Dunwoody, GA several times and they didn't have the Neutrogena Clinical until the third time I visited their store this week. They only had one box there and I bought it. I also bought two Coppertones and was eligible for both the #555 and #655 rebates. Feeling pretty lucky!!

    • Jen

The Bausch & Lomb Biotrue Contact Solution 4 oz., is ringing up as $4.99 instead of $4 in Atlanta, GA so it is really $1 after rebate – not free. Still a great deal. I bought it anyway.

    • SPA78

Is anyone having issues with their 5/25 qs? I heard rumors that they were tracking the usage of the qs now. Any thoughts???

      • Aminehdestin

The VV coupons and the $5 off of $25 you got for registering your Wellness card, are being tracked with your Wellness card. Since you were only supposed to print one of each anyway, that's the new way of actually enforcing that since Ad Perks (the company doing the Video Values) didn't put any software on the site to prevent people from printing multiples. The ones that are PDF are not linked the same way because they are what Rite Aid is putting out themselves. The most recent one isn't in the system and no one is sure if it's fake or not. Some people have reported that when the numbers are typed, it goes through, but it doesn't at my store. I tried emailing about it and got no response, so we're just pushing it through and hoping it's not fraudulent. But yes, the coupons you earn are monitored now, because you do only earn the coupon once for watching the videos, not 3 or 4 or 27 (I've had customers come in with it copied as many times as it could fit on the pages, and have 6 and 7 pages of $5 off $20 coupons).

    • Idreamofjeanne47

The SCR#133 is for the 4 oz size of Crest 3D toothpaste, but the one on sale for 2.99 was the 5.8 oz size…..so no SCR for this one.
