I am struggling. Rite Aid is taking over as the favorite drugstore in my mind and challenging my loyalty to another store. This week is just plain awesome. I made a scenario of most (not all) of the free products, you’ll spend less than $1 in the store and get $20 back after rebates!shoppinglist1

    • Kristylemons

Thanks jenny! I have been waiting for this ALL day.lol I look at other sites ( sorry =( ) and no one comes up with scenarios like you!! The lowest out of pocket with the highest return!

    • Danae

Question…If I have a q for a free item, will I still get the +Up reward for that item if I use the free q? And is it the same for Wags and CVS?

      • Erin

Yes. That's why I save my free Qs til just before they expire. You never know when a deal's going to pop up.

        • Danae

          Thanks Erin! :)

    • Couponbubu

What are the UP rewards – how do they work? I looked through the getting started guide but it doesn’t mention that and the riteaid.com site doesn’t either. Can someone explain that system? Thanks!

    • Cheriedd

The huggies little swimmers link sends you to pillsbury coupons…I checked coupons.com and didn’t see it. Does anyone know where the coupon is?

    • Margyb

      (sigh) Jenny rocks:) Wonderful scenarios!

    • Medanielle1

thanks so much! No more prints available for Motrin PM and Oxiclean coupon, but I think I may have one of each somewhere….

    • Rachel

This is why Rite Aid has always been my #1. I love the single check rebate system. I actually hate UP+ because the rewards expire so quickly so I hope they don't phase out the SCR over time..

      • coupondiva02

they do expire quickly. just went earlier and had 5 UPs that I just got a couple of weeks ago but they expired on July 10. I have to watch better next time.

      • pennywiseinasheville

The only thing I don't like about the SCR is that your money is tied up until you request your check, and then still have to wait 3 weeks for them to send it. Otherwise, good to go with Rite-Aid!!

    • kaseyshadow

Does the Cola, SC area get the short ad or the long ad?

    • Shari Mcwilliams

Does anyone know if you can use several different +UP rewards to pay for one transaction?

      • Jenni

Yes. Absolutely. It spends like store cash. I've used at least 4 different Ups in one transaction before.

      • toni

      • Sara

Yesterday, the RiteAide on St.Andrews Road in Columbia would only let me use 2 UP+ on one transaction. The cashier said I could use 1 UP+ for each item I purchased. I bought 2 items and was limited to using 2 UP+.

        • RebeccaFer

That cashier was wrong and needs to either get the right information from his/her manager or have corporate call that store to inform them. It is going to drive away customers from that location so you'd be doing them a favor to get them on board with a friendlier policy.

    • Jenni

Question: how does one use the $10 printable Rogaine coups at Rite Aid, since they don't accept ones for over $5? I would love to use this one, but am leary of trying a $10 printable when last I saw, their store policy was pretty clear on these.

      • coupondiva02

you can always just give it a try and if they say no don't buy the item

    • mommaof2

You can use the video values q, the manufacturer's q, and in ad q all for the same product (ie.motrin in the above scenario)?

      • mommaof2

        I meant Zegrid

        • Jessdare101

yes you can always use a manuf. coupon, in ad coupon, and video values coupon on one item

          • Astridholliman

I tried this week and my cashier wouldn't let me do it :(

      • Fullhousetn

      • Jenni

At SOME Rite Aids, they will do this without question. People are getting conflicting information from Corporate – Corporate is telling stores NOT to do it, but have told several customers when they call Corporate that they WILL do it. I recommend going when you favorite, coupon-friendly cashier is in.

    • mommaof2

Just wanted to let everyone know the CVS in Lex, S.C. takes competitors q's even the $5/20 and so on. I was thrilled when I heard this…

      • kaseyshadow

        which one?

    • mommaof2

At the top of the video values q for the zegrid it says manufac q so I can't use this with another q from a sunday insert can I?

      • kaseyshadow

If the Q has RC before the numbers it is a rite aid Q even though it says Manufacture Q and can be used with a true Manufacture Q

    • Coolkdg

I live in Spartanburg, SC and we ALWAYS get the short ad…so no Zegerid for me. :(

      • Cweissenburger

try anyway. I have heard of people getting the short ad but when they got to the store they asked and it was on sale also even though it was not in their ad. never hurts to ask.

      • acpack

i live in sp'burg, too. had several HORRIBLE experience with manager on e. main st. FYI. If he's working, you might as well walk out the door with your Qs and go elsewhere.

        • Cindyrella

I like the one across the street from the mall. They've always been good to me. Once when my UP rewards didn't print, the manager gave me cash instead. I was impressed!

    • angela

Sorry to steal a little of the excitement, but I found this online… http://msbuildingupdabenjamins.blogspot.com/2010/06/zegerid-otc-mail-in-rebate.html

I don’t think you’re able to get the full zegerid rebate. How annoying!

    • Mycouponsites

The problem I have with this store is that they never have everything I want in stock, NEVER!

      • Jenni

Have you tried asking when they get their truck in? I like to go to mine on “truck day”. I almost always find everything I am looking for.

      • Coupacoupon

You can also get a rain check. Its good for 30 days.

    • JulieS

the pantene styling up for $1, can i purchase 3 of these in 1 transaction and will I get 3/$1 UP's????? There is no limit listed on the ad.

      • Jenni

No. That is the one not-so-great thing about UPs. You would have to purchase each UP item in separate transactions. However, you can purchase as many separately as you want, and it should print an UP each time. If one doesn't, you can call corporate, explain the situation, and they will mail the UP reward.

    • Jefloyd7

There is also a video values coupon for the motrin pm

      • Liz

Thanks!!! I didn't get the newspaper the day the $3 off coupon was in it.

      • joan

How do get video values coupons?

    • Jessica

They would be my favorite drugstore too if they would stop the long ad / short ad differences. I'm tired of not getting the same deals as everyone else.

    • I love love love Rite Aid, but I HATE hate hate being in the short (a.k.a. sucky) ad area!! Before you get too excited check your ad. This week, the short ad area is missing out al a LOT of these deals, like the zegerid. BOO! short ad. BOO!

      • meme

Ask your store manager if they honor a nearby (larger) store ad. In Anderson, SC they honor the Greenville, SC ad which is much larger. It takes time to change the prices, etc., but it will print out the UP since that is nationwide (or however big Rite Aid is).

Be careful to check your receipt, though. The cashier missed some changes on my purchase today (I stepped out of line several times so we both got lost in checking the price in Greenville ad) and I paid $8+ over for several items. I hope it can be corrected this coming week. They are super nice at this store. I am giving them raving reviews.

        • Valeriejcm

Same thing for us here in N. Ga. My store will honor the larger Atlanta ad.

      • Colleen N

I know. I'm so depressed about missing out on the Zegerid.

    • Caritob40

I have a q?…How many of the $5 off $25 I could print/use? is there a limit per day?…or can I make different transactions and use several of those?

      • Cweissenburger

it may depend on store or cashier. I have used several in several trans. without any questions. just try it.

      • Sdavisva

I think it depends on the store. The last time I wanted to do two transactions, I just asked the cashier first (before I did my shopping). She said if I wanted to use two $5/25, we would just ring up two separate transactions. I've read other posts where their store managers were limiting them. HTH!

    • Lakent

what zip code is being used to find the Little swimmwers coupon? Thanks for the help! :)

      • rosewood4

I had to go to the website and register and I printed it from there. I could not find it on coupons dot com

        • Lakent

thanks so much! it will go great with my cvs coupon of 2.50! whoo hoo! heading to the pool! :

    • rosewood4

The Oxi Clean coupon says offer has expired has anyone else been able to find it?

      • rosewood4

I found a $3/2 oxi coupon that had to have come out before 6/13/10 because thats when I started keeping the inserts together, but it can be used on the max force,

    • rosewood4

Ok, so on the Clorox the math is wrong using the .25 mq should make the total $1.63 not .63. But on Rite aid website in the video perks I found a .50 coupon for Clorox. And at Target last week on some laundry detergent I bought there was a hanging coupon book that had a $1/2 clorox products, it say manufacturer's coupon, then at the bottom it says available at target, so I assume if you have it you should be able to use it rite aid since it does not specify only at target. hope this makes sense

    • Jen

I have a question about UP rewards. If I buy 2 of an item in the same transaction (like the Huggies) will I get 2 UP rewards (totalling $4)? If not, can I buy 2 packs of Huggies in 2 separate transactions (1 in each) and get 2 UP rewards (1 each time)? I hope that made sense and someone can answer that for me!

      • Astridholliman

It's usually limit one per transaction. You can get as many as you want but only one at a time.

        • kcreviews

This is true. I bought toothpaste last week, got the UP+ and then later in the day came back and did the same thing over again with another purchase.

          • Jen

            Thank you!

          • Jerry

You can get more than one +UP reward in one transaction, but they have to be for different products (different offers). On Friday, I got a +UP for Coppertone and one for Johnson & Johnson on the same receipt.
I just noticed that I didn't get the Coppertone again tonight (nor the J&J). Does Rite Aid limit people to one +UP reward per product?

      • Lisa

I think that you will only get one up reward for each transaction. A couple of weeks ago, I bought one each of Crest toothpaste & Oral B toothbrush – each advertising to get back an up reward. But only one reward printed. Later in the week I continued to get one up reward each time I purchased a toothbrush.

    • kcreviews

I got a reward in the mail for accruing points on my Wellness card. It's for 10% off a non-prescription purchase. Can I use this along with my $5 off $20 and RA qs and manu q's and UP+'s? I'm assuming I can…I sure hope so.

      • acpack

well done! you sure can use it! be sure to use it in the right order, though, so that you stay about your $20 minimum for the $5/$20 coupon.

        • kcreviews

Right. I'll definitely use it first because my total will still be well over $20 with the stuff I'm buying. :)

      • ScottK

don't waste it tho, 10% only works for things not on sale.

        • kcreviews

That doesn't seem fair. Everything I buy is on sale! :(

    • Guest

Awesome week! thanks! I think alot of the free stuff can be fully reimbursed under my FSA so I can have that money back same week while I wait on the SCR. LOVE rite-aid and their SCR!

    • ScottK

Next week's RA ad has a $4 off Ducolax store coupon, if you can convince your cashier to give you the ad early, you can use that coupon, plus whatever value manufacturers coupon you have. Some of the Ducolax packs have a tab on them that has a $3 coupon and a rebate form! $$$$$$$$

      • Jefloyd7

The Ducolax rebate form is expired, so is the $3 coupon but the clerk said that they are required to honor coupons that are on products even if they are expired. So if you don't have the other manufacturer coupons, you could still use the one on the product.

    • Teaguewoman

is it okay to use the covergirl buy mascara get eye enhancer free for the product listed when it says a “1-kit eye enhancer” on the coupon?

    • Angela

I can't find the Banana Boat printable. Does anyone know?

      • Angela

To clarify, I mean the Rite Aid printable Banana Boat coupon.

        • Alevans85

I'm pretty sure that was from last months video coupons.

        • Angela

    • Karenleto1

Hi Jenny!!!! AWESOME senario…I don't have kids in huggies anymore, so I will donate them to a shelter in the area… Question: Are the Zegrid & Motrin in tomorrows paper?

    • meme

I am with you, Jenny. Rite Aid is my new favorite store. I saved so much money today it was scary. Even though the local store's computers aren't set up for many of the sales, they honored the larger town's ads and the cashier was stacking coupons like crazy! I feel so bad for the folks that deal with misinformed cashiers and managers. The new UP coupons help so much on my purchases and then I get “cash” to use anywhere I want when the rabate checks are sent. Gooooo Rite Aid!

    • Lori

Is anyone else having trouble printing the Biotrue coupon? It tells me it is printing, but nothing is actually being sent to my printer. Yet, if I go directly to coupons.com, I can print coupons just fine.

    • Liz

There is a printable $3 off coupon for Dulcolax on their website! YAY!!! http://www.dulcolaxusa.com/

    • riya

I have a little confusion over $5 off $20 is it that this coupon can be used only once a month? plss help..

      • Jerry

That's the coupon that you get for watching 20 credits worth of videos.
(I accidentally typed this in the comment above, first.)

    • Kc131391

I am hating the short ad!!!!!

      • Jerry

That's the coupon that you get for watching 20 credits worth of videos.

      • Colleen N

Me too. So bummed we didn't get the Zegerid deal!

        • Sallie

If you can get your hands on a “long” ad from a bigger paper your store will probably honor it. My Rite Aid today said they just have to see the ad and they will give you the deal. The + up rewards didn't print for me for the Zegerid deal, but the manager is going to find out from corporate how to fix that and get me my rebate.

    • penny

Dulcolax has a printable coupon on their website. Google it and you can find a $3 off for the Balance that is free after SCR.

      • Dbruner1979

        thanks!! that helped!

    • BMo44

Can you use a Rite Aid in-ad & Rite Aid printable (from watching video) in the same transaction?

      • Beverly_lott

Yes! You can use any Rite Aid printable (from watching video) on top of any in ad coupon or manufacturer coupon. This includes using the $5. for watching the Rite Aid ad and $5. bonus coupon for signing up and you can use them on top of the printable $5 off $25 purchase than you can currently print. All of these above coupons can be used in a single transaction.

      • Carol

i just used the $3 Zegerid video coupon plus the in-ad $3 coupon. The clerk checked with the manager and he said yes.

      • Amy

I tried this before and wasn't allowed to use both. However, corporate says yes. So…be prepared to call corporate if your cashier won't let you.

    • Lori

The Bausch and Lomb coupon is no longer active. Had trouble printing it earlier, now I get the message that the campaign has ended.

    • ireneY

Right off the bat, it looks like a good week if you're having some serious digestive issues! LOL! Having said that, this just might be the week to finally go back into my coupon-unfriendly store. Those rebates should foot the bill for other needed items.

    • ei

FYI…UP rewards are now printing one per card. i tried to buy another one in separate transactions all in different stores and nothing printed for the second time purchases. did the zegerid and motrin.

    • Kerry

Has anyone ran into a problem with using a video value cpn (header states manufacturers coupon) and then using a mq or IP? Is there a method to having one scan first over the other. I had a cashier state that since the coupons are both labeled manufacturers coupns I can use both.???

      • charlestonsaver

Had same experience at my normally coupon friendly rite aid

      • Sonia

I never have a problem but the cashier that I go to is awesome! I usually give the internet or mq first then I hand over the Rite Aid ones.

      • Guest

I had that for the first time yesterday with the coppertone and I sent rite aid an email and hopefully they will respond. The cashier said since they were both man. I could only use one and she would not except the video value. Eventhough I know have done many transactions with both. This cashier also told me I could not use two crest coupons on two tubes of crest. That it was one coupon per transaction. I would not back down on that and she eventually took both. I had one coupon for each tube of toothpaste and it just didn't even make sense but she expressed that she didn't want to get into trouble so I felt a little sorry for her. I don't know if they aren't trained or she didn't understand.

    • Sam2sharon

when I click the link to print the CryoSTAT coupon, I get a dialog box to either Open or Save the pdf file but when I choose open, it doesn't open. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I am experiencing it on a couple of the coupon links here and on the Office Depot $10 coupon as well. Wasn't sure if there is an easy fix or if I possibly have a virus….Thanks

    • Phillis

Darn, NO ZEGERID deal for my area! Middle Tenn.

    • Nichole

I got a 14 ct box of Zegerid prices at 10.00 with the wellness card. They had a display with a $2.00 coupon inside a brochure, and an in-ad coupon for $3.00. So I got it for 5.60 with tax and got a up reward for $7.00. So I made 1.40 and used the UP on my other transaction.

    • Becky

Rite-Aid would not let me use the $3 Motrin store coupon with the $3 mfg coupon because it went below the value of $5.99 by one penny. I had a bunch of other stuff to use the $5 off $25 so i had them void the whole transaction – rite-aid sucks, i ave problems everytime i go there

      • Becky

The transaction actually went through on the register, then the manager came and said no – that irritated me

        • ScottK

IF they notice that, they're supposed to manually enter the coupon to match the value of item.

          • Becky

I asked the manager to manually adjust the store coupon down to 2.99 and he said he couldn’t do that.

        • Tracy

I constantly have problems with using coupons at my rightaide in florence, sc too! I wish they would all go by the same policy!

    • Nmckeown

Playtex tampons were NOT B1G1- they were B1G1 50% off! =)

    • Nmckeown

Can anyone explain the short/long ad thing? There were things listed above (like the Zegrid OTC) that I didn't get the $7 +UP for, nor the in-ad coupon. It was still amoney maker, but I don't quite get it. Also- I am in North Augusta, SC, does Aiken, SC, get the lnog ad??

      • Sadly, Aiken gets the short ad too. I'm bummed – going to shop tomorrow, and now I'm going to have to rework my plan.

    • Judy

Be careful when planning to purchase the Rogaine and use the printable $10 internet coupon. RiteAid will only accept up to $5 internet coupon.

    • confused

Allright, are +up truly the same as CVS ECB program? Went to get another Zergrid trying to use the +$7up from previous transaction, and the +7up didnt print :(

      • Aminehdestin

I talked to my store manager when I got in yesterday about this. We looked through the ad and found nothing limiting them, but there may be trouble rolling high $ +UPs from what we can tell. So far, no word from corporate. The Zegerid seems to be the only one doing it even though I saw someone had trouble with something else, that seems to be the one that people are having trouble with across the board. We also thought, that maybe it's because it's linked to your card, and so are the sales, and the Zegerid in-ad coupon states “one per customer” so maybe that limits them. I would think with that though, that it would reject the coupon like it does the multiple VV coupons now. I keep telling customers that it's a new program so it's bound to have kinks. It'll get worked out over time. Someone said that the fact that I had to return her Nivea lip care last week and ring them seperately it would keep her from doing our sales ever again. That upset me b/c we're having to be patient with the program too. There wasn't even training on the new program, it's literally just a new program we all have to get used to. For the most part though, it's worked pretty well.

    • Becky

Has anyone else had an issue using the $5.00 off $25.00 (pdf) that Jenny gives a link to? Yesterday, a cashier at my store said she had a note at the register that these coupons were not valid and she could not accept it. I've been using these for months with no issues until yesterday.

      • Sonia

I used it this morning and it went through fine. I think Rite Aid themselves are the ones who release it.

      • Chris

It did not work for me a couple of weeks when I took it to the new Rite-Aid in Hendersonville, NC.

      • nurseteri

I used mine in Inman,S.C. today without any problems.

      • Aminehdestin

The PDF wasn't valid when it was first posted. I tried it last night on my purchase (I'd just been watching if it was scanning for customers for more than a week now) and it scanned just fine. I still expected it to say “item not found” and I was prepared to use my VV coupon instead because as a member of management, I think it would look funny to approve of my own manually entered $5 coupon. I think the coupon just wasn't put in the system. I emailed about it as soon as I saw the questions on here, but never got a response, but they seem to have it fixed now. Try again, but if it doesn't scan, be prepared for different stores to say different things but most would manually put it through for you.

    • Sonia

Just an FYI– may work or may not work for you.

At the Rite Aid as I was finishing out my $20 battery purchase I bought two AA duracell battery 8 packs. They each had a $1 off peelie on them plus stacked two manufacturer coupons. At the end of the transaction I got two separate $1 Up Rewards for the two batteries.

I was flabbergasted because I thought only 1 Up reward would print but I got 2! Sweet!

    • Chris

I tried to use the Cryostat coupon from cryostatrelief. com this morning at Rite-Aid and it did not scan. The other internet coupons I had scanned just fine. Amy was once again not helpful in trying to get it to scan or seeing how the coupon could otherwise be redeemed. I will still get the full rebate but was still a little disappointed. Their official coupon policy does not mention that a coupon *has* to scan, just that it should be from a valid coupon site or the mfr's site. Oh well….

    • Christie

I had a great trip to Rite-Aid today except for 2 small snags. The Bio-True 4 oz bottle was $4.99 instead of $4 with a $4 SCR. Still a great deal since I had the $2 man. Q. My RA doesn't carry the boxed baby wipes so I couldn't get those. All in all, I still will come out with about $14 profit. Love it!!!

    • Drseusnc

They have TGIFriday snacks B1G1 plus coupons.com has a $1 off of 2

    • Fallaya

Great shopping day at RA. Got the Zegerid for free with the 3 coupons. Just wondering if there's any point in submitting the receipt for the Zegerid rebate, since I didn't pay anything for the product?

      • Michelle

Enter it and see…why not? The manager at my local store (she's GREAT!) said she enters all her receipts whether she thinks they qualify for a rebate or not because she's bought some things that qualify for a rebate she didn't know about. After she told me that, I enter all mine in too, just in case!

    • Fallaya

The Video Value coupons will NOT scan at my local RA! Ever since they changed the barcodes, they won't scan now! It's really frustrating for the cashiers, because they have to enter them manually, then call for the manager to get an approval. UGH!! Anyone else having difficulties with them?

      • Sallie

mine will not scan either. I asked the manager is there was anything I was doing wrong (should I change the settings on my printer) She said that it didn't seem to matter. They ALL have to be entered manually… boo…

      • Felicek

To Fallaya-this happened to me too-the cashier had a hard time scanning it and had to get some help. But finally got it taken care of.

      • Aminehdestin

I've heard this a lot, but we've had no problems (so far) at my store. The $5 off PDF coupon is even [finally] scanning…

    • Nita Royal

Same problem here with the VV's, but the cashiers are getting used to it. Also had one store question my “stacking” on the Zegerid, but after making a phone call, accepted them all. (1 mfg q for $4, in-ad q for $3, plus VV q for $3) making them FREE + got $7 UP reward. Actually did that 3 times, but the 4th time no UP reward printed, so there must be some limit.

    • Beth

Did the Zegerid deal today. First transaction worked like a charm. After that, it would not print my UP rewards. All the other items I purchased printed fine. IS there a limit on how many times you can do the Zegerid or should I call corporate? I tried it with my card and with my mom's. Same thing on both, Zegerid only printed once. Still got it free but was looking forward to a little profit!

      • Jenni

Yes, there was a limit of one UP on this as well as the Motrin. It wasn’t advertised. :(

    • It's poop week at Rite Aid! All your digestive issues will be solved in one trip. :)
I had a GREAT shopping trip today, big moneymakers this week!

      • Bamafan

HA HA – I thought the same thing! Like – is there something going around that I do not know about! :)

    • Alysha

Rite Aid in Greenville SC on Batesville Rd. next to Publix is going out of business. Everything in the store is 50% off. There are NO pharmacy or medicinal items in store, but lots of household and beauty products.

    • Alexndawn

I have a Rite Aid question. Maybe someone can help. My husband ran up to the store for a bottle of Swiffer WetJet cleaner. He scanned his Up+ card and then the cashier scanned the cleaner. It rang up as $0.00 and said on the receipt:
      1 WETJET ANITBC CLEAN 42.28 0.00T
      **FREE**, Reg 1/5.49
Of course, since it was the only item the cashier said it must be a computer error and then did a general MERCHANDISE TAXABLE for the 5.49. Was this a computer error? Or, does RiteAid have some sort of points system I'm not aware of that “paid” for this item? I'm guessing computer error, but does anyone know?

      • Aminehdestin

Thank you for telling me this. There was something a couple of weeks ago, that made all Nature Made Vitamins ring up at $0 when the Wellness card was scanned. We were told that if anyone was buying the vitamins, not to scan their discount card and just have the customer call and get their points added. Really, instead of doing taxable, the price could've just been modified up which would keep all counts right and get the points without the hassle. I'll call my store in the AM and see if it's doing it and contact corporate about it so it'll be fixed. It'd be interesting to see how many were sold w/other items and the cashier didn't notice….

    • Debbie Parnell

If the store is going out of business, can you use coupons on top of the 50% off?

      • Aminehdestin

I think that would be up to the store. They have nothing to lose at that point, because if a customer complains, it's not like it'll make a difference to the store. At the same time, why not take coupons, it's making the same for the store. Questionable on store coupons though, b/c those aren't being paid back. Try it and see…

      • Jenni

YES. Some stores may not be accepting printable coupons though, just “regular” type.

    • Emily

Does anyone know about the Zegerid Coupon being a Savannah Ad? I can't find that coupon in the aid to get that deal…anyone else having that problem?

      • Angie

I get the Mobile, AL paper and the Zegerid coupon/rebate form were not included. Bummer!

I haven’t read thru the posts, but I didn’t find the Huggies swim diapers Q on the link provided. However, I did find it on Huggies website, here’s the link (its a scroll thru ad and I believe it’s the 2nd one). http://www.huggies.com/en-US/promotions

      • Kel

thank you so much! I was trying to find it and using a bunch of different zips with no luck! Thanks!!!

    • angela

if you spend over $50 in one transaction, can you use more than one $5/$25…or a $5/$25 and a $5/$20?

      • Michelle

I don't think so, but you can split it into 2 transactions and use two of the $5 Q. I did that for last week's ad.

      • Cindyrella

I've already done it successfully w/ a 5/20 and 5/25 on a $45 + order, but I don't know that you can do it with 2 of the same.

      • Jenni

You are not supposed to be able to. The printable PDF (which -might- be fraudulent – no one can seem to get an answer from Rite Aid Corporate directly about it) says on it that it cannot be combined with any like offers. Just split them into two transactions if you can.

    • Nina

On the digestive wellness rebate, do you have to buy 2 different types of items or can you buy 2 of the same kind? Also, can you use coupons from different stores, and what kind of gift card is it?

    • Bunnagain1263

Can anybody tell me what “Video Values coupon” are? I am very new at this…Thanks

      • Jessdare101

they are printable coupons from rite aid that you can use with a manuf. coupon and in ad coupon. Go to rite aid's home page and you should see video values. you watch very short video clips and enter security code and print coupons for certain items. hope this helps!

    • Nathan

FWIW, the $5 off $25 coupon is evidently fraudulent. My Rite Aid absolutely would not take it. It's probably worth it to try, but don't be surprised if you get turned away.

      • amber

which $5 off coupon? All mine have been taken without even questioning them.

      • Wilcatp

Yes, if you print from the link above that coupon would not scan for me either. I don’t like to be embarrassed so I won’t use them.

    • Coupacoupon

Oh my gosh! Did they change Up Rewards??? I bought some Zenerid and some Motrin using the UP rewards from a previous purchase of Zenerid and Motrin and the Up did not print!???!! IF rite aid becomes like Walgreen's RR I will absolutely quit. Better to limit them like ECB.

      • Jenni

There was an un-advertised limit of one per card on those two items this week. It's new, and hopefully in future ads, will be made clear.

    • Jencrou

Ok, I have been shopping rite aid for about 5 months now and I loved it untill they got rid of the manager (that was great)and got a man in there. I have nothing against man managers but they just dont understand the coupon thing. Ok, I went saturday and I was going to get the coppertone suncreen. I had a vedio coupon and a in ad coupon and he wouldn't let me use both of them at one time. I have been doing it that away for a long time now and he said that I couldn't do it. Have I been doing something wrong? I thought I could use a in ad coupon, a vedio coupon and a sunday paper coupon. Can you not do that?

      • Jenni

If you call corporate, they will tell you that you can, but they are not telling the STORES the same thing! This is a problem that many have been having, but yes, you SHOULD be able to do this!

        • Jencrou

What # do I use to call corporate, 1-800-riteaid? I emailed them but Im not getting much out of that. I wanted something to take back to the store to show him. I don't know why he is giving me such a hard time with it. I think it is b/c I was upset about them firing the other manager for no reason. She had the store more under control then he does.

      • Sarah Elyce

The Rite Aid store I shop at has a man manager and he is awesome. He completely understands the coupon thing and actively encourages me. I actually encounter more problems from women (cashiers, managers) when using my coupons than men. One woman (manager, ::gasp::) even told me that I wouldn't “have” to coupon if I didn't spend money on my Coach bags, designer clothes, and all my diamond jewelry. I looked at her and told her 1. I'll be calling customer service. 2. How I spend my money is none of your business. 3. I detect jealousy that I'm smart enough to decide how I spend my money instead of throwing it away on food and household products when I can throw it away on things I WANT!

I did call customer service and was told they had a lot of complaints from female customers about this particular woman. I went back a week later and the cashier told me she got fired. The cashier (younger girl) has never stopped calling me the designer couponer since then and we giggle all the time. Then I share the goodies I get with her (makeup, body wash, face products, etc.)

    • Medanielle1

OK, came *skipping* home this morning after my trip to Rite Aid. This morning the assistant mgr was on the register so I wasn't sure what was going to happen, but I asked her before hand what coupons I could use on an item- I had several with mfr, in-ad, AND video values. She said ALL!! I did not question her and went right to it. Here are my transactions:

      #1 Motrin PM 20ct 5.99
      Cryostat Hem 8.99
      Zegerid 14ct 10.00
      $5 off $20 -5.00
      previous UP -1.00
      cryostat Q -2.00
      motrin VV Q -1.00
      motrin in-ad Q -3.00
      motrin SS 7/18 -1.00
      zegerid in-ad Q -3.00
      zegerid SS 6/20 -4.00
      zegerid VV q -3.00
      subtotal 1.98
      tax 1.12
      total 3.10

PLUS get 8.99 SCR on cryostat, got $7 UP on Zegerid, $2 UP on motrin, and submitting rebate on Zegerid!! Net after SCR I made $17.73 plus submitting Zegerid rebate for $10.00. Yes, Rite Aid is now my fave….

      • Nancy

How do you submit the rebate on the Zegerid? Is the rebate form in the package or do we have to print off a form somewhere? Thanks.

        • kaseyshadow

It was in the coupons in the paper a month or so ago. I actually LOVE it when the asst. manager checks me out. He lays all my Q's out and makes sure he scans each one. He never complains and is super nice. Also love my other Cashier that works on Sunday. She says we've gotten her into couponing because she sees how much we save. She is always so nice.

        • amber

this link is a rebate if you are not satisfied with the Zegerid…exp 7/31. You can use this if you want!

      • joan

How do you get video value coupons?

    • Newjmf

I went to my Rite Aid in Mobile, AL and much to my dismay, the Armour All products are not ringing up on sale and are not printed in the ad….anyone in other cities having problems with this?

      • amber

My store in Bham is the same way…I wanted to do the Zegerid deal but didn't realize we have a shorter ad. Apparently no one working in RiteAid knew they had different ads either. I ended up losing my Zegerid coupons because they said they could not give them back to me even if I immediately returned the item. Not happy with that one.

        • 3monkeysmom

They can't give you the coupons back, but they can give you the amount of the coupons back in cash or store credit.
I'm in B'ham too, by the way. I always check the ad on riteaid(dot)com and cross-reference it here to make sure of everything before I make my list.
We sure do miss out on alot :-( But I will say that this month has been the best ever for Rite-Aid…I've gotten alot of stuff so far and I already have thirtysomething bucks in SCR :-)

    • deniseCLT

the traditional medicine smooth move and the contact solution both say there are no prints left for the campaign

    • Kpboehm

Good News & Bad News – Greenville SC Rite Aid on Batesville & the Parkway is closing. Everything in the store is currently 50% AND they are still accepting coupons (no internet q's though). Still have quite a few things. I was told today they will stay open until everything is gone.

      • Jenni

One of the Greer, SC Rite Aids is closing too! Sad to see them go, but I know they are just trying to keep the company afloat right now. Hopefully with the new VV coups and Wellness program, they will soon be in the black.

    • Confused over UP limits

Called Rite Aid corporate this morning to ask why my Zenerid UP and Motrin UP did not print – apparently these items are limited to only 1 a week to get up. I told them that's fine, but nowhere in the ad does it say that there is a limit. They said that is correct, its new. I told them I wish I had known before I bought it the second time or else I wouldn't have bought it at all. The lady was kind enough to mail me the UP rewards since in this one instanc. However – there is no list published of which items have limits and which don't – so buyer beware.

      • Razlmz

Thanks for letting us know that. The smae thing happened to me today when I tried to buy 3 Zegrid in 3 transactions. I was expecting 7 UP rewards to print after each transaction but it only printed after the 1st one. I did not notice until after all 3 transactions were complete (and I was buying many items). When I noticed in the car I walked right back in and returned the last 2 zegerid.

    • Aminehdestin

For the Motrin deal, if you're already at the 20% off point level with your Wellness card, the 40 count is a better deal! They're priced $9.99 (here) so $8 after discount, then if you use the $3 man. coupon that some people still have, the $3 in-ad coupon and the $1 VV coupon, you pay $1 OOP and get the $2 +Up. Then roll that in to buying the 20ct. at $5.99, $4.79 after discount, use the $3 in-ad and the $1 man. coupon (don't waste a $3 being modified), pay $0.79 OOP and get the $2 +UP again. So, you'd get 60 Motrin PMs for $1.79 OOP and walk away with $4 in +UP rewards. Unless you're going for no OOP it's a great deal.

      • Aminehdestin

Sorry, don't roll the first one unless you don't have the man. coupon! Without the man. coupon and rolling the first +UP, you'd get the second for free and get that +UP. So $1 OOP and a $2 +UP left.

    • Krobinson0301

I live in Charleston SC and our local Rite Aid will not let me use all my Up Rewards! They make me use just one per purchase! So, in deals like the one above, I wouldn't be able to use the $9 Up rewards! They'd make me pick just one to use on that transaction. They are always very nice and helpful but this doesn't seem correct to me….anyone have any idea if that is really the way Up Rewards are to be taken by the store??

      • Boo2010

Are you talking about the Ashley River Rd store? I had the same thing happen to me in there the other day and the manager told me they would be “terminated” if they took more than one per transaction because “they check for that kind of thing”!!! I called the number on my Wellness card while I was standing there and the rep said that it is at manager's discretion how many to take but there was absolutely NO corporate policy against taking more than one and certainly no danger of “termination”. I put everything in my cart back and walked out. My advice to you: shop at the Rite Aid Towne Center location in Mt. Pleasant – they are AWESOME and will take as many UPs as you have. Those cashiers and managers are terrific – I told them what had happened to me at the other store and they knew without me telling them which location EXACTLY which manager I was talking about. Apparently his reputation as an idiot precedes him!!!

      • kaseyshadow

Drive to Cola and come to the Rite Aid I shop at. They take all my Q's and I used 2 or 3 Up rewards with the Asst. Manager and my fave cashier. The asst. manager has never said anything to me about only using one and he has checked me out many times.

        • guest

Which one is this? The last couple times I have gone to my cola one they have given me all kinds of problems over my Q's.

      • guest

they state that rule on the +UP reward, although not all rite aids enforce this.

        • Val

This is for the Up Reward coupons 1/10 season purchase, etc. Up rewards ($$ off a purchase) you are allowed to use more than one!

      • Razlmz

I live in Charleston and go to teh RiteAid on Remount Rd and North Rhett. They always let me use multiple UP rewards in one transaction. What store do you go to so that I will know to stay away from them!

      • mommaof2

Call the corporate office. I spoke to someone about this already and they stated you can use as many ups a you'd like as long it doesn't go into the negative. I would definitely give them a call, they have been nothing but helpful. They can also give you the regional manager's number and he/she can speak with the store personally. I got further with my regional manager than anyone else. I had an issue using multiple q's and he rectified the situation promptly! Hope this helps.

      • Votelisa

Thats bologna. Go to a different store or to a different cashier. Call corporate rather then emailing. Its faster.

    • Tobys_Mom

Ok, so I have a question about the Zegerid mail in rebate. The form says they will send you a check for the amount of the item minus any coupons used. If I go to Rite Aid and buy this along with 4 or 5 other items how do they know which coupons went with that product? My scenario has be using 5 or 6 coupons. Would they just assume you use the $4.00 coupon and subtract that? Maybe I am making a bigger deal out of it than needed but I was just trying to figure out how it would work.

    • Jess

I have always loved Rite Aid up until today. I went to the Rosewood Rite Aid who as always been great and tried to purchase the Zegerid along with a few other things. Anyway to make a long story short when I gave her a 4 off manufactor q, the 3.00 in ad q and the VV q. She immediately called the manager and the manager told me that the in add and the VV q were all manufacturer q's and that I could only use one! I thought for sure she would just tell me that I could not use the VV with the in-ad. Anyway, I left the store with out purchasing anything. I have emailed corp, but it looks like I am going to have to find a new favorite store. Sorry this is so long but I had to vent.

      • Razlmz

That is ridiculous! My store won't let me use all 3 but it will definitely let me use 2!

      • Tonyareid

I have five stores all within 10 miles of my home. I choose to drive to the one most far because they are so coupon friendly. They even tape coupons on products on the shelf. At this store I was told I could use all three…manufacturer's, in ad, and VV. That is why I choose to shop there.

    • Stephaniekohls1

One of the best shopping trips yet to Rite Aid:
      Huggies JP: 8.99
      Pantene HS: 3.99
      Motrin PM: 5.99
      Zegerid: 10.00
      5 off 20: -5.00
      mq pantene:-1.50
      mg huggies:-1.50
      VV q zegerid: -3.00
      in add q Zegerid: -3.00
      mq Zegerid:-4.00
      in add q Motrin: -3.00
      mq Motrin: -3.00
      UP+ 5.00: -5.00

      Total: -.03
      Tax: 1.74

      Plus leaving with $13 UP+
Thank you Jenny, there is not a whole lot that can beat free diapers!!
They did have a big issue with all my coupons scanning. My video reward coupons wouldn't scan at all they had to manually enter them in?!?! I hope next time it isn't such a hassle, they were real coupons that I had just earned today…..

      • Tbmdean

I couldn't get the Motrin PM coupon to print…said there were no coupons available…seems strange this early in the week! Also, any hints as to how to get to be able to take advantage of the video rewards? I've tried, repeatedly, to register and it keeps telling me that it can't take my registration. Is this a regional thing?

        • SPA78

the motrin ib works for the motrin pm. It states on the q. So just print that one out.

    • guest

Can anybody confirm the Cover Girl deal? The coupon says “buy one mascara and get a 1-kit eye enhancer free.” The Smokey Blast Eye Shadow sure doesn't look like a “1-kit enhancer” to me. Thanks.

      • Razlmz

Its not….if you look on the display…the “enhancers” are only the little one color eye shadows.

        • guest

That's what I thought, but Jenny posted it, so I just wanted to confirm. Thanks.

      • Jenni

This scenario does NOT work. The coupon is for the “1-kit eye enhancers” which is the specific product shown on the coupon. Smoky Shadow Blast is a different price, is a cream stick type make-up, has TWO colors, and “eye enhancer” isn't mentioned anywhere on the package.

I chose to buy the mascara and the Smoky Shadow Blast anyway, Using the $2 mascara coup, $1 any Covergirl coup, and one of them will go finish my $10 P&G rebate, plus the $5 single check rebate means (for my specific case) that I'll have spent about $3 total for the both of them in the end. I'm okay with that, personally. This isn't even taking into account the $5/$25 store coupon, which, if used with the other free-after-rebate deals would then make the make-up free.

    • Razlmz

Was the Zegerid limited to one $7 UP reward total? Or has anyone been able to get more than one reward to print? I ask because I just tried to buy 3 of them in 3 seperate transactions and the rewards only printed once. The cashier was very nice but after reading the fine print in the ad concluded that it must be 1 per person. I no longer have my ad so I am not sure what it says. Do any of you know?

      • ASmith

It is one per customer . I called because I didn't get one from the Motrin PM and Rite Aid informed me several of the UP items this week are a limit of one per customer

        • Razlmz

          Thanks! How annoying!

      • Lori

I got two of them to print. I was there first thing on Sunday.

Rite Aid had a whole bunch of money makers this week. I'm wondering if they updated their software to finally limit them according to the Wellness Card.

    • Is the Zegerid +UP deal regional at all? In Aiken, the ad doesn't say anything at all about Zegerid (no in-ad Q), so I'm not sure if I should plan on it working for me. Anyone have any ideas?

      • Val

It's regional. No Zegerid for me either.

    • Got a $5 off MIR (hanging on bottle) for Ducolax making it a $10 moneymaker after SCR, $5 coupon, and $5 MIR. Also used the get one free bottle of water coupon with purchase. Didn'trealize that it expired until after cahsier entered it.

      • Lori

Check the expiration date on the Dulcolax rebate. We had them in my store, but the MIR expired back in February. (I'm going to call the number on the MIR and ask them about that. You never know.) On the other hand, the cashier scanned the $3 coupon that was attached to it, as well as the other coupons I had. Three extra bucks! Whoo hoo!

        • Triadcouponclippers

Just called Dulcolax. They said they are honoring the cardboard tags on the bottle, but not the rebate printed online.

    • amber

Wasn't able to do the Zegerid deal because of my short ad here in Bham, AL but did transfer a RX and got a $25 gift card using the Q in the ad. Then was able to buy everything else without spending anything OOP…great deal if you have a prescription you have to have anyway! I bought the Colonaide (which was $25+ with tax), used my $1 up reward from a previous trip and a $5/$25 Q and didn't pay for anything. I am also submitting my receipt for the $22.99 SCR! Woo hoo! :)

Very sad about the Zegerid though! :(

    • kcreviews

I was not able to use the printable $5/$25 RA q because the bar code was fuzzy and would not scan. :( It's weird because all of my other q's turn out fine.

    • Amandajw

Just in case no one has mentioned this yet, with the Finesse Deal you can also use the Mail in Rebate for up to $3 to make it cheaper (SS 5/16 w/coupon)!

    • Wk

I bought the huggies diapers, zegerid and motrin, which should have given me back 11 +UP rewards, but it printed none and it was my first purchase for those products. The manager working was new and didn't know why. Who can I call or what can I do to get these? Thanks, Wendy

      • Razlmz

Call corporate and explain it to them….did you use your wellness card? Those are required for the UPs to print I think

        • Jenni

Yes, you HAVE to use a Wellness card to get Ups. You can call the corporate customer service line, and they will mail you the Ups. They just need your receipt info.

      • Amy

Check your receipt carefully. If you didn't use your Wellness card, the sales probably didn't ring up either. That happened to me today, and I was in the store for nearly an hour while the store manager tried to refund everything and rering it up after the card. We both kept great attitudes, and I finally left with my $10 Ups and $15 that I had overpaid without sale prices. I don't think I will ever forget to use my card again. And I bet the manager will always remember to ask the customer for their card. :)

    • De

How do you get the Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move Q?

    • Novemberdawn22

I wish these listings were more specific. I just printed out a bunch of coupons and drove to Rite Aid only to find that the item I saw listed here as a BOGO was only BOGO 1/2 off not free. I was disappointed.

      • Razlmz

I know it can be frustrating but Jenny does so much for us all that we take her few mix ups with a grain of salt. No worries, you will get way more benefits from this site than you will get mix ups. JENNY YOU ROCK!

        • 3monkeysmom

Probably not a mix-up on Jenny's part…some areas get the short ad. I'm in B'ham, and I get the short ad so some of the sale prices are different and some of the things on sale in the national ad are not on sale at all in the short ad :-(

      • Val

I always check my Rite Aid ad (either on line or on Sundays) just to make sure all of the deals are available in my area.

    • Spetitt

Can anybody tell me where on the link to Traditional Medicinals website you go to print the “q” for Smooth Move Tea?

    • Rcooksc

I learned something…zegerid was not labeled as on sale in my store. I showed the mgr the ad (from The State). The sale price was matched. However, no UP rewards printed. Said I had to be in a Columbia store.

      • Emily

How did you get the ad from the State? Where can I find that at and do you have to print the whole thing in order to take to store?

I am having so much trouble with seeing deals on this site and my RiteAid (in Savannah) not having the same prices or UP+ rewards…I am getting extremely frustrated because it throw off my whole game plan then. For example, this week Zegerid was supposed to be on sale for $10…I bought it for $12.99 just to find out that the 7UP+ did not print either! And our local ad did not have the in-ad coupon….AHHHHH! Going crazy..please help!

        • Rcooksc

I have a subscription to The State (Columbia, SC). I took the entire weekly ad insert to the store. I live in a small city 75 miles from Columbia.

    • guest

UGH! There isn't room enough on this page to list ALLLL the problems I just had at Rite Aid. She didn't take off some of my coupons, some of my +UP rewards didn't print, they were out of some things, they were horribly understaffed and about a billion other things, including that half of my stuff got left out of one of my orders which messed up my totals and then the stuff was found LATER which meant 2 smaller transactions and I couldn't use one of my $5/25 coupons. And for another one my total was thrown off because my pantene styler rang up for $2.49 and printed no +UP rewards, so rather than getting $3.99 on my total and $2 +UP (making it free after my $2 coupon), I ended up paying $.49 and having to add something to get my total up. All in all, my trip was a bit of a disaster, but still the oop was around $10-$15 and I got a ton of stuff including 2 packages of diapers and will be getting around $25 added to my rebate total so not too shabby, but still frustrating when things don't go as planned.

    • Ambershops84

Sorry for being a loser newbie but what the hell is a UP?

      • Razlmz

It is a reward that prints on yoru receipt…you can use it like money to pay for your next transaction.

    • Up2stampin

Spent 1 hour in my RiteAid and then at check out they couldn't scan the 5 off $25. said it was not accepted if it doesn't scan… I print all my RiteAid coupons from the same printer and noooooooooooo problem before …, the RiteAid in Villa Rica, GA said its policy not to accept the coupon if it doesn't scan b/c they can be copied! I walked out and said thanks for waisting my TIME!

    • kaseyshadow

I emailed Rite aid about the short/long ad. This was the answer I got. So apperantly we can get any deal regardless. Think I'll print it for future reference.

These deals are available to all locations. However, some areas may have
more condensed, area specific flyers where it isn't advertised. However, it
can still be purchased at your local Rite Aid.
      Customer Support

      • guest

I had this happen in a neighboring town and it did NOT ring up on sale and they wouldn't honor it unless I had the actual ad, which I just happened to because my town got the long one.

    • Lori

OK, I did pretty good. I went prior to 11AM EST on Sunday, and was able to get two UPS to print per item.

      Transaction #1
      1 – Hair color 9.99
      1 – Motrin PM 5.99
1 – Pantene Treatment 5.99 (my mistake – I thought it was part of the sale, didn't catch it till later)
      1 – Zegerid 10.00
      Misc sunday papers – 3.88
      – $5/25 RA
      – $2 L'Oreal in-ad coupon

    • anne

What is an UP reward? I looked on the new to Rite Aid page and the coupon lingo page and didn't see anything but info on SCR deals. Please help me understand what this is. Thanks!!!

      • Razlmz

UPs are like the extra care bucks at CVS. They print on your receipt after you buy certain items and you can use them as money on your next purchase. They are basically money that you can only use at the store.

    • Liz

Does anyone know the zip code on coupons.com for the huggies Pure and Natural? Are they all gone? I didn’t see them under Pilsbury either :-(

    • Katherine

I had such a great shopping trip for diapers today at Rite Aid. My daughter can only wear the Huggies Pure and Natural diapers because of her ultra sensitive skin. I only buy them at Rite Aid when they go on sale, and always use the $3 off manufacturer coupons on them. Today, I actually also had a $6 off Huggies coupon that I received from Huggies and a Free diaper coupon from Rite Aid for having previously purchased 5 packs of Huggies.

So, splitting my shopping into 4 transactions at 2 different stores, I was able to get the following:

12 Jumbo packs of Huggies Pure and Natural diapers
Regularly, $11.99 per pack with tax = 152.51

I was expecting to get 1 $2 UP reward with each transaction. However, to my super excited surprise, I got $6 in UP rewards with each transaction – 3 $2 each. So, I rolled the $6 in UP rewards from my first transaction over the other 3 transactions(I got $6 each time), and ended up with $6 in UP rewards for next time.

Total spent with 6% tax in SC: $29.87, plus $6 in rewards for next time!!!

      That's a savings of $122.64.

I have always loved Rite Aid, but now I love it even more. For those that need diapers, maybe this extra savings will help you too.

    • Liz

Does anyone know the zip code for huggies under coupons.com?

      • tarheelbaby1

I could never find it under any of the zip codes I tried. It was on there for a while up until about a week ago, and I reached my print limit a while ago so all mine expired on 7/14. :-( I really don’t think it’s a current offering on coupons.com.

        • Liz

Thanks – bummer! I just bought a pack today and LOVED them! Would have gone back as many times as I could get coupons for. Guess I'll just wait until the next sale :-( The one I printed out previously also expired 7/14

    • Cristy

the covergirl coupon buy 1 mascara get 1 eye enhancer free did not include the smokey blast eye color as in above scenerio…..it was only the singe color that was free. plus it only counts as 1 item on the $2 SCR instead of 2 for $5 SCR since the single color shadow was not listed as an advertised item. bummer. but still saved on the 2 bottles of motrin to make me happy.

    • JDH

Make sure you get the Wellness Plus Card when you are in the store! Starting August 1st all of our (I work for Rite Aid) sales will be with the card only. Accumulate those points too! 25 points for every prescription. For every 125 points (up to 375) you receive a one time shopping pass for 10 % off. Hit 500 points and get 10% all of the time on non prescription purchases (for a full calendar year). You also get a free health screening. Hit 1000 points and you get 20 % (for a full calendar year). You also receive 10% off of Rite Aid brand products everyday!

      • Jenn

P.S. Make the cashier scan your card first before he/she begins to scan your items.

        • Nancy

I had a really good experience at Rite Aid today (I live in Exeter, NH). I purchased a Motrin PM and a Zegerid OTC for the big sale plus UP's rewards and the cashier didn't see my coupons…well, she proceeded to whip out a scrapbook style folder full of all of this week's coupons and told me how I could save a lot of money with the coupons plus a Wellness Plus card.
I was floored! She was ready to give me all these coupons. If only all Rite Aid cashiers were like this one!

          • SPA

            Seriously, that is awesome!

          • RebeccaFer

Definitely tell corporate how great she was. Too many people only complain but cashier's like this need a pat on the back so hopefully there will be more like her! Awesome! :D

    • BMo44

I am having a heck of a time with Rite Aid. I have NOT been able to use the
      -$5 off $20 purchase printable
-$3 off Zegerid in ad coupon
-$3 off Zegerid Video Values coupon
I am being told that the $5 off of $25 & the video values are both internet coupons. WHAT TO DO???

      • Val

Go to the Rite Aid getting starting guide and print out the Rite Aid official coupon policy. It states that vv and $/$$ are not internet coupons. You should be able to use all three. If they won't let you, call customer service right there.

-A lot of people are reporting that when they call customer service they are told store managers are able to decide if they accept the in-ad coupon and a Video value. So, you might not be able to win this one, but maybe the manager will let you since you're going through all the trouble ;)

    • Mrslisa16

can not find or print a Smooth Move coupon! anyone know why?

    • Cyclingmomof4

I haven't actually been able to find the Zegrid REBATE – does anyone know if there really is one. Someone said it was the money back guarantee form if you don't like the productr, but that isn't really honest. Is there a rebate? It is not on the SS 7/18 or SS 6/6 inserts – only coupons. HELP!

      • Val

It should be the first page of your Smart Source insert on 6/20. Right next to the 4.00 off coupon. If you don't see it let me know, I can mail you one off mine.

        • Janey

I decided to check the comments after googling this rebate with no success. I've searched my coupon stash, but I have no rebate form. If you haven't already given your extra away, I'll take you up on it. I'd be glad to send you coupons in return :-) email me? janeygoude@sc.rr.com

      • meme

The rebate form was small (the same size as the $4 coupon) in the 6/20 Smart Source coupon insert. Hope this helps. I keep the list so it only took me a few seconds to find it.

    • momof7

I just made a discovery and wanted to warn you all. Apparently, if you order a product from the online website riteaidonlinestore.com, you will NOT be issued any single check rebates for your purchases. I was told by their customer service that they only sell Rite Aid products, they don’t participate in the rebate program. So be careful to order from riteaid.com only!

      • Dianne

Well, that’s a bummer! I did order from them last week. That doesn’t set well with me since I know I got the riteaidonlinestore from riteaid.com. Thanks for the info. I’ll be calling them and returning lots of product if this is the case!

      • Chris C

If that is the case, why do they allow you to enter online receipts into the single check rebate site?

        • Chris C

I just checked on the Single Check Rebate site and found that under the “help” sections for rebates, if you go to the FAQ section and select Rite Aid Online Store Purchases, you will see that it states “As of October 25th, 2009, Single Check Rebates offers are valid on in-store and Rite Aid Online Store purchases.”

          Perhaps you received invalid informatoin???

    • Jayme Disharoon

Anyone know where to look for the Smooth Move coupon? I can't find it!

    • meme

I saw some posts about calling corporate when the UP doesn't print out. I had this happen for the first time yesterday. It was for an item that was in the Greenville, SC ad but not the Anderson, SC ad. They adjusted the price for me but no UP printed for $7. I am almost certain the UP did print last week when they adjusted the price. Could I call corporate and get the UP through the mail? This was a high value UP and I hate to miss out on it.

      • Immaculate888

I have never done it but I have read on here that other people have called corporate and they have mailed the ups to them.

    • Mallary2005

there is also a rebate for the huggies diapers if you haven't used them yet for $2.

    • Emhcoupon

FYI….the rite aid in Holly Springs, NC has Nabisco cakesters and Nabisco 100 Calorie cookies for 75% off. I paired this with $1.00 off coupons each and paid .02 cents each. I tried doing a search for more coupons but to no avail. So if you have some check out the snack aisle while you are there. The manager said they are revamping their snacks.

      • SPA

I go to that one all the time. Great people! Never had an issue with coupons. I will check out the snacks. Thanks for the tip.

    • Heather

$17 profit on Zegrid after all three coupons, UP rewards and rebate. CHA-Ching!!

    • Nurseamc

I'm fairly new to the Rite Aid scene, but I have to say “I LOVE RITE AID”. My cashier goes out of her way to make sure that my shopping experience is positive. Rite Aid really knows how to treat customers…yesterday, I even received a message on my answering machine thanking me for shopping with them! How many companies actually do this anymore?

    • guest

Has anybody gotten their Skin Care rebate gift card yet? I requested mine on June 15th and still haven't gotten it. Just seems so long compared to the SCRs.

      • Sandy

I requested mine June 3rd and got mine yesterday along with my June rebate checks. I guess it takes a little longer. :)

    • Jen

Anyone know where to look for the Smooth Move coupon? I can't find it!

      • Lrae17

I'm having the same trouble. Would love to know if it's still available and how you can get it.

        • Lrae17

I finally figured out how to get to the page where there's a link that says, “I want my coupon”, but when I click on it I ge a “can't find this page” response. :-( Maybe they're all gone. Bummer.

    • I'm loving Rite Aid… I hope it continues!

      • Val

        ME TOO!

    • NewMommy

Are Riteaid coupons true Manufacturer coupons? It says they are, but I wanted to verify.

      • Val

They are NOT manufacturer coupons and can be used with TRUE manufacturer ones. I'm not sure why they want to confuse us all!

        • Liz

On the video values, it says manufacturer's coupon, and its the manufacturer's ad you watch, so maybe the manufacturer allows Rite Aid to get reimbursed for the Video Values and for a Manufacturer's coupon on the same item in the same transaction? I'm curious if that's the case. If so, that would really take the wind out the sails of my local rite aid that refused to take VV, store, and MFG all in one.

      • Denalowenberg

No. If you read the “getting started Guide” at the top of the Rite aid pages on this site it states “rite aid coupons are NOT manufacturer coupons, they are store coupons” .

    • Denalowenberg

      Rite Aid Questions:
      1. Do I need to use the manuf and in-ad and Rite Aid Q's in a certian order for them to work? (like Walgreens)
      2. Can I have more coupons than Items? Walgreen's makes you use fillers but didn't know if Rite Aid does something similar.
      Thanks so much everyone!

      • Nancy

It doesn't matter which coupon you use first unless you have a $5/$20 or a $5/$25 coupon, then you would use that one first- always.

You may use multiple coupons on one item. For example this week you can use 3 coupons on Motrin PM 20 cts. You can use the in-ad coupon, the video values coupon and the coupon from the Sunday circulars all at once.

        Hope this helps.

        • Tonya

My RIte Aid store said that I could only use the in-ad coupon OR the video values coupon with the mfg coupon not all 3 since the in-ad and the video values are both RA coupons. How did you get them to take all 3 for you??

          • Dianne

I just handed all of mine to the cashier and she scanned all three. This is a scenario that happens quite regularly at RiteAid, and when it does, my RiteAid has always taken the three. Your cashier was wrong!

          • RebeccaFer

Yup Tonya, Dianna is write, your cashier is wrong. Lol. :D I always ask them to scan it anyway because the register will tell them who's right. (I say it a little nicer then that but pretty much that's the gist of it.) It never beeps. :D

      • Hisgurl7

Actually, I have found that it does matter. I always use the $5 off $20 Q first, then my other RA Q's, and then the man. Qs. The man. ones “eat” tax, whereas the RA ones don't. Also, yes, you can use more than one Q per item. I used to only go to Wags, but now I'm stuck on RA because I score free things ALL the time!! Good luck!!

        • Phillis

You are exactly right! I tried a transaction two times this week and it makes a difference which order you give them the coupons. Give man coupons last.

    • Denalowenberg

I love Rite Aid. Just stopped in for one of the days where they give you everything for free (after SCR) and make a profit of more than $20.
Talked to the cashier and she stressed how important it is for us who love Rite aid to do the survey. I think Rite aid is have some of the same financial problems most businesses are having. I would hate to see Rite aid go away!

      • Dianne

        What survey?

        • RebeccaFer

The information on how to do it is on the end of each receipt you get. HTHs! :D

    • Sonia

For those who still need to do their shopping at Rite Aid or want to go back.

The Twin Lab Energy drinks B1G1 50% are printing the $5 Up reward. You pay $1.99 for the first one .99 for the 2nd one and will get a $5 Up at least I did when I tried this today.

    • Michellelhs

So the $7 +up did not print on my zegrid recipt. The store I go to had the long ad. And it printed on the motirn pm for the very next transaction. What should I do. This is the first time I have ever shopped at rite aid and I did use the wellness plus card. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

      • guest

same thing happened to me. my $7 up didnt print from the zegrid. i called the 1-800 # and they said that they would mail it to me. i will see. i hope they do.

If anyone bought the covergirl lashblast fusion mascara ( the purple one)would you mind telling me the UPC code so I can get my rebate from P&G? My daughter threw the package away and the garbage was picked up today!!! Thanks.

      • Donna

nevermind. called riteaid and they gave it to me.

    • Jessdare101

Aren't the Huggie's on SCR this month too? I was wondering if I did the rebate last month can I do it again this month too?

      • Leigh Ann

I got $2 +UP and $2 SCR on a pack of Huggies Night Time. If I'm reading the ad correctly, you can get the SCR one time between 6/27 and 7/24.

    • Lrae17

If you don't have the Rebate fom from SS 6/20 are you out of luck for Zegerid rebate?

      • Smartblonde

The rebate form from SS says mail this “required certificate” along with UPC… so, you need the original rebate form. I'm sure they're selling the rebate on ebay or coupon clippers. I have two and probably won't use either of them so if you want to send me your address I can mail you one of mine (I've saved so much money from Southern Savers I feel like doing a good deed :)).

    • DrSeusNC

The Rite Aid on East Main in Spartanburg has a lot of Pampers, Huggies, Pull-Ups, and Luvvs on clearance for 50% off and there have been coupons for all brands in the recent Sunday papers. Their brand is also on sale- 48 diapers for $4.49! They have different sizes in all the brands from newborn to size 5 and 6 ( I don't have kids and am a little ignorant on the size deal but that's the big number I saw on the package). Hope it helps someone!

      • Emilytwinmom

I ran to a new rite aid today and looked at the clearance, and there were the diapers we use!! Having twins this helps tons and tons, thanks for the reminder to check there :) After coupons we were paying $6.99 for the biggest packs of pampers before the boxed size! YAY!!!

    • Liz

My UP+ that Rite Aid corporate promised to mail me on Monday came today! Yay!! Huge kudos for Rite Aid corporate keeping their word. AND these don't expire until 9/30/2010. (they had not printed on the receipt as they should have and I had called in to (nicely) complain).

This only only my 2nd week of shopping Rite Aid, so I hope someone can help with a couple of questions.
If they offer a SCR that says, “Purchase 25$ worth of something, get $5.00 rebate, does the 25$ have be be all in one transaction, or can it be staggered over several transactions/days/weeks?
UP rewards roll, right? So if they have Colgate for $3.00 with a $3.00 UP, I can take the $3.00 up and buy another Colgate and get another UP? (Don't worry, I'm not a shelf-cleaner-outer! I just need 2.)
And finally, does anyone have an extra Zegerid rebate form? I would have sworn I kept mine, but can't find it now. Woukd be happy to send a SASE. Thanks!

      • Jjfrugalfriends

I have an extra rebate form. E-mail me at jjfrugal friends@yahoo.com

      • Susan

Yes, you can purchase all the items over several transactions and weeks, as long as you don't go outside the rebate period. And, in the past, you could “roll” UPs to buy more of the same product, but that has been proven different this week with the Zegerid and Motrin. These have reported to be one per card. So, the Colgate will probably work, but beware that there is a small chance that it will not.

        • Ginger

Thanks ver much for the info! :)

      • Val

I have heard that starting August 1st you will no longer be allowed to “roll”, but it should be fine right now. A lot of people were having problems rolling if they used in-ad coupons and rolled, but the toothpaste shouldn't be a problem.

I have extra rebates! Email me at missvmiller@hotmail and I'll send you my address.

        • Ginger

Thanks so much for the response! I am emailing you right now. :)

    • mom101

Can you start purchasing at rite aid on saturday evening for the next weeks sale like you can at CVS?

      • Aminehdestin

Some stores will allow it, but technically they aren't supposed to. We'll allow one or two items but we have to limit to that. Some stores put the ad up on Sat. night, and they then HAVE to modify prices down because it's signed.

    • Nancy

Hi, I was wondering if there was someone out there who is kind enough to help me with the SCR process. A few weeks ago I went online and entered one of my receipts after signing up for the program. I must have missed a step because when I logged in again yesterday I couldn't find what I had logged in.

I want to go out there today to purchase some SCR stuff but I don't want to do it if I can't figure out how to process the rebates. Thanks!

      • Smartblonde

hmmm…. did you receive an email confirming that you entered a receipt? Once you've signed in you click the receipt that matches yours, enter in some information, and then hit “enter receipt”. Later you will receive a confirmation that your receipt is under review, and then another email letting you know your rebates are posted. Definitely try reentering that receipt information from a few weeks ago.

    • Sue

What is a video values coupon?

      • Smartblondevm

You watch videos on Rite Aid's website and they give you coupons in return. Head to Rite Aids website and click on Video Values…. they'll explain everything from there! Today is the last day to watch July's videos so, watch them now!

    • Jessdare101

Can I use a BOGO coupon and still get the UP rewards when it says on 2? If I only get 2 total?

      • Erin

Yes, you can. Say it's 2 items at 3.99 each. They both ring up then cashier punches in the value for the free one after she scans your coupon.

    • happy

Just FYI for all those trying to snag the SCR items at the last minute – I wanted to go pick up some of the smooth move tea today, and my Rite AId was all out. The manager was kind enough to write me a raincheck, but since you have to buy it today to get the SCR, he went ahead and rang it up today and wrote “already paid” on my rain check. AWESOME service!! Yay rite aid!!!

      • Erin

You still get the rebate with rainchecks.

    • Mizpattis

Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see what the big deal is with the Up rewards because mine print out things like 1 dollar off a 10 seasonal purchase or 1 dollar off rite aid feminine care purchase. I hardly am ever able to use the Up rewards.

      • Janey

There are two different kinds of UP rewards. Both print out at the register so they are confusing.

The system will randomly print out the rewards you mentioned-those are “bonus” unadvertised special UP rewards – but I agree, not terribly useful. All of those I've seen have been $1 off a $10 purchase of a specific catergory of product(I've received them for hair care, pain medicine, etc).

The rewards that are advertised in the weekly circular will print off “$3 off your next non-prescription purchase compliments of “Bayer”” or whatever product you purchased. They are the Riteaid counterpart to CVS ECBs or Walgreens RRs. As indicated, these can be used for anything in the store except prescriptions and have no minimum purchase.

        Hope that helps!

    • Queenthatiam

Help!!! I click on the link that Jenny provide to get the Free Elle Mirror wyb CoverGirl LashBlast product, Mail in Rebate, but the page came up blank. Do anyone know where I help can find the rebate
