    • Marti

Do you get the $10 gift cards in the mail like the rebate check?

    • Jenny

They will come through the mail it takes a little longer than the checks but not too long.

    • Donella

I have a question for the Rite Aid gurus out there. When you get your single check rebate, do you have to use the entire amount of the check when you use it on your next purchase at the store? Or will they deduct the amount and give you something that shows you how much “money” you have left.

    • Andrea

Donella, the great thing about SCRs is that they just mail you a check. You cash it like any other check so you use that money on whatever you like. You don’t have to use it at Rite Aid, it’s just cash in your pocket.

    • Janet

Don’t forget we also get to use our 20% off everything coupon Rite-Aid sent via email. What a great bonus!!!

    • Allyson

I’m excited about the deals for tomorrow morning! If you could all give me a running start, maybe there will be enough items for me to work the scenarios!!! :)

    • Amy

      Can you use 3 $5 off/$25 Q’s??

    • heather

Ok, I feel dumb for not being able to figure this out myself, but can someone please explain to me where the $44.49 in rebates is coming from? That’s just not adddig up for me. Thanks for the help!

    • Amy

Any idea if you can use the 20% off with the $5/$25?? Trying to figure out the best option for this one! :)

    • Anne Marie

How did you get the email with 20% off?

    • Tina

my 20% says it cannot be used on sale items, what does THAT mean? everything I buy is on sale :-)

    • Allison

Can you do multiple transactions to be able to use the $5 off 25 coupon three times? And still use the %20 off?

    • Anne Marie

I can’t get the Trident to print. It says that it doesn’t support my browser. And I don’t have the rubbermaid coupon. Bummer!

    • Kim

Has anyone received their $25 gift card from last month’s rebates? I got my single rebate check, but not the gift card. :(

    • Amy

I have a question about printing coupons. I have been able to print 2 of the same coupon from the same computer. The barcodes are different each time….but I thought you should only be able to print one from each computer. Can someone let me know if this is allowed? I thought the coupon websites would not allow it. Is this ok?

    • Jenny

Each computer can print two of most coupons and then it will not allow more. So you are good. If you had more than one computer you could print 2 for each computer in your home.

    • Amy

      Thank you!

    • jane

i tried to make a purchase at rite-aid using a $5 off $25 printed coupon and other coupons, 2 of which were printed also. i was told by the cashier and later by a customer service rep. that if you use the printed $5 off $25 then you can’t use any other printed coupons. is this really true? i thought some of the scenarios used the $5 off $25 and several other printed coupons.

    • Chantelle

Kim #14 I have not gotten my Rite Aid gift card. Wish I would have so i could work these deals this week with it! That Zyrtec deal looks fabulous but putting out that much out of pocket and having to wait another month to get the rebate is kind of tough!

    • Wende

If you go online to look at the rules on Rite Aid for the Zyrtec it specifically says that you must spend $50 on ZYRTEC after ALL COUPONS have been taken off. Please double check I am reading this correct as I don’t think this will get you the $10 gift card, but I am not sure.

      see below –

“$50 purchase requirement is determined before sales tax, is calculated less any coupon discounts and excludes the purchase of prescriptions and prescription co-pays. Rite Aid~ZYRTEC® Rewards Program offer valid only on Rite Aid in-store purchases made from March 22, 2009 to February 27, 2010, online purchases not valid. Limit of three (3) ZYRTEC® Rewards $10 Rite Aid certificates per household.”

    • Angel

Do we not need a filler on transaction #3 of the Zyrtek scenario? Can you use more coupons than items purchased?

    • Christie

I agree Chantelle! I want to do the Zyrtec deal, but it sure would be nice to have my gift card to roll over into it. I’m glad to know that others of you haven’t gotten yours yet either. I was starting to get concerned.

    • Courtney

Will Rite-Aid give both the $10 gift card AND the $25 rebate for the Zyrtec?

    • Angel

I got my July SCR check a week or so ago. Still no gift cards though.

    • Courtney,

Yes, you’ll get both the $10 gift card (which is actually a certificate they send you to spend @ Rite Aid) and the $25 rebate. I did this deal earlier this month and the $25 rebate has been posted to my acct online and I rec’d the $10 certificate in the mail today. It’s a great deal!

    • Courtney

Tina–I tried to use my 20% off coupon on last week’s trip (had one good for last weekend), and only bought sale items. Unfortunately, the 20% did not come off my total. Luckily, the manager was VERY nice and gave me 20% off my total after coupons.

    • Cori

Amazing, you are so talented to come up with these scenarios and I sure do appreciate it!!

    • Sharon

I tried to use a 10% off rite aid coupon in Lexington a couple of weekes ago and they said I couldn’t use that along with other coupons. So, I don’t think they will let me use the $5 off of $25 along with the other coupons either. What store is letting you do this?

    • Karen

The Tylenol coupons are in RP 6/7 for -1.00 any Tylenol Extra Strength or -1.00 off any Tylenol PM product. Also, 7/19 SS is -1.00 off any Tylenol Arthritis Pain.

    • Karen

The Rubbermaid Chug Bottles or Take Alongs are 2 for $4 and -$1.00 off of 2 SCR making them $1.00 each with -$1.00 coupon.

    • Kelly

I can’t get any of the printable coupons (from brick.com) to print. Anyone else having the same problem? Any advice?

    • David

Do sales differ from state to state? My sales paper is very different from the one shown on the link. Expl. Our Glade Sense & Spray is $9.99 w a $2 SCR. I had the manager check and it rang up $9.99?

    • Jenny

I have seen on other sites that to get the 10 gift card the 50 dollars needs to be after coupons. Is this true or are they trying to scare people away from such a great deal?

    • Jenny

Sorry. I meant for the Zyrtec deal.

    • Kimber

I tried the zyrtec deal at the Rite Aid on hwy.17 Mount Pleasant SC they would not take 5 off $25 coupon before the coupons. I had to squeeze first two transactions together and throw in some gum on the last transaction. Paid a little more than expected, but still ended up with everything free after rebates.

    • Barb

      No gift card yet either.

    • Amy

      There is a $3 off M5 Magnum Razor 1ct. at coupons.com (44354 zip)

    • Amy

Sharon .. you are right. … I tried to use the 20% off AFTER the $5/$25 and it DID NOT TAKE! Oh well ..

    • Peggy Jo

I went to Rite Aid in Athens, Ga and they would not let me use the -$5 off Zyrtec in ad coupon and $4 off Zyrtec manf coupon. They told me they were both manf coupons and I could only use one of them.

    • Michelle

      david 33
I spoke to rite aid manger there are two different circulars for the store She said that more metroplitain areas get the bigger ciculars (like the one jenny refers to) but if you can get a copy of the circular your store should honor the prices in it For example were I live in new bern nc we get a small circular but then i buy the NEWS AND OBSEVER newspaper which comes out of raleigh nc(bigger metroplitain area) and I just bring circular with me and they honor the prices Hope this helps

    • Amy

      Wende #20

If that is the case .. do you know if the #97 rebate for August is the same formula? Like the $18.99 Zyrtec is marked down to $13.99 for the in-store coupon and then less $4 manu q? So .. that would only contribute $9.99 towards that rebate .. so you would not only NOT get the $10 Rite Aid .. but you would only qualify for $5 SCR!!

YIKES >> JENNY .. can you help clarify truth here??!!

    • Cori

RA on Wade Hampton Taylors, let me do three transactions using a $5 off $25 with each one, plus all the coupons listed in the Zyrtec “make $19” deal. Now my only question is will it count as Wende #20 brought up. Also, deal #3 in the first scenario is just $1.00 off, it should be $9.98 I believe. Still a money maker and this RA actually had everything in stock!

    • heather

      Petrina ?
I was wondering since you received your 10 RA gift card was your purchase 50 after coupons or was it less after coupons? That seems to be the big debate.

    • ET

I had the same experience as Peggy Jo in #39. The cashier told me I couldn’t use the in-store ad with the manufacturer’s coupon. When I told him the in-store ad was a store coupon he pointed to where it said “Manufacturer’s Coupon” at the top! But then I saw in the bottom right-hand corner where it said “for use only at Rite-Aid pharamcies” which sounds more like a store coupon. He was very nice and said he would try it and if it accepted it he would do it. So is it a manufacturer’s coupon or a store coupon? I just want to make sure I do the right thing next time and that he doesn’t get in trouble. He was very nice and let me do three transactions with my $5/$25 coupons in each along with both Zyrtec coupons. And to my surprise as I was leaving I saw that they had the AJC double-packs! So I picked some up and saved a trip across town to Publix!

    • Karen

Coupon for -$2.00 Tylenol 8 HR SS 8/23

    • Jami

I think I am missing a page in the 8/9 SS with the Colgate coupon, plus the link above for the printable is not working…any ideas how to get it? Any help offered is appreciated.

    • Ann

Just left Rite Aid, where I felt like a criminal. The cashier said I could only use one internet coupon per order. I asked that she talk to the manager because in my previous transactions where he was running the register he had accepted more than one. He came to “look” at the coupons which I explained had both an expiration date and barcode and one coupon was the 5/25 Rite Aid coupon. Exaspirated he exclaims “just take them.” Then the cashier slowly examined each coupon and the register to make sure that I had indeed purchased that product and that I had paid more for the product than the value of the coupon. Just to humor the cashier at the end of the transaction I told her my sister-in-law works in the store, when she realized who I was then was, she smiled very big and was just the friendliest cashier ever :)

    • clueless in augusta

I went to my Rite Aid in North Auguta, SC this morning at 9:00 am (sunday)and they had no Zyrtec! I was the only one in the store, how could they have sold out so quickly???? I feel like rite aid and cvs advertise these deals and then never have the items in stock. I’m getting to the point that it is not worth my time.

    • Nikki

I did a similar zyrtec deal a few weeks back and paid less than $10 out of pocket each transaction and just recieved my Zyrtec $10 certificate yesterday. It looks like a check, except it has a barcode for printing. I never spent $50 dollars, only about $20. So I don’t think it is after coupons. Hope this helps.

    • Brandi

      Good news/ Bad news…
Good: Dentyne gum is also on sale B1G1 and Dentyne packaged them together for their own B1G1 deal so we’re really getting 4 for 1!!
Bad: My RiteAid in SW Kentucky and my sister’s in MI had the glade sense and spray for 9.99 not 6.99. Not such a great deal. :( Also, my Riteaid did not have the in ad coupon for the Advil.

However, I was still able to pull out a $13 profit even after adding sales tax in! Yay!

    • Tina

I was sad about my trip today too. The glade was $9.99, not %6.99, the Rubbermaid cups were not $2, they are $4.99, so my scenario would not come close to using my $5 off $25. I just got what free stuff I could and left. Are there other ads that have the prices listed differently than the ones at my store here in Florence,SC?

    • My Riteaid also had the Glade sense and spray for 9.99, not 6.99. Also the rubbermaid bottles were 4.99, not 2. Bummer. Thank you Jenny for all your hard work.

    • Tanya

I’m confused about the Zyrtec deals. Is your math wrong? It looks like you are off by at least $1 on every scenario. For example, in scenario 1, you show $7.77 being spent, but I get $9.06 when I do the calculations. What am I missing?

    • I have not received my $25 gift card either…. In the rebate flyer, there is a rebate on page 20 involving Neutrogena products. Has anyone doen this one? That is positively the MOST confusing wording I’ve ever seen. If I understand it correctly, rebate #232 says that if you buy 1 Neutrogena cosmetics you will get BOTH rebates (#132 and #232). Is that how you all read it?? Last week, Neutrogena cosmetics were 40% off and this would have been a GREAT deal.. Most items would have been free I think. I just couldn’t figure out how that rebate worked. Rite Aid- Put it in simple terms for crying out loud.

    • heather

Glad you received the 10 gc. I will give it a shot for sure.

    • Peggy Jo

ET, my experience was not a good one. The cashier called the manager up and she said she had been working for x years and they never took 2 coupons. And the one in their flyier did say rite aid. This is my second time shopping there. I left the stuff because they would not accept the 2 coupons for the Zyrtec. I’m new at this. I did have great success at CVS where they would take 2 coupons (newspaper & internet). I told the rite aid manager I’d go where they would take 2. I did say it in a nice way.

    • Yes, the Rite Aids have different prices I believe in different regions. I have trouble every week. I have to just do my deals and scenarios from my own flyer because half of the one on the SS we don’t get. However, sometimes we have things other deals that aren’t posted.

    • Debby

I did the 3 scenarios yesterday w/ a few variations. Rubbermaid bottles were not listed in my paper and the Sense and Spray was $9.99. Anyway, had the BEST cashier ever, got the Zrtec w/ the $5/25, $5 in-store coupon, my $4 manu. coupon and ALSO a $2 peelie. Sweet Cashier said she didn’t understand their coupon policy herself so she just scans all the coupons people give her until they beep!! All mine went thru w/o beeping!! So, basically $2.99/bottle for Zyrtec. Yeah!!

    • Amanda

Peggy Jo I also go 2 the &thens Rite Aid and had to correct them lastvweek. They are supposed 2 take both. It pkainly tells you on the coupon check your Sunday paper for the manufacters q …meaning use both q’s for more savings. And they took 2 from me just last week when I informed them they should read the q before saying they can’t take it.

    • Amanda

Peggy Jo I also go 2 the Athens Rite Aid and had to correct them last week. They are supposed 2 take both. It plainly tells you on the coupon check your Sunday paper for the manufacters q …meaning use both q’s for more savings. And they took 2 from me just last week when I informed them they should read the q before saying they can’t take it.

    • Amanda

Peggy Jo I Go to the same rite aid and they are misinformed. the q plainly tells you it can b used with the Sunday paper q. I ALWAYS have 2 correct them when I shop there. Have them call cooperate. ThatLs what I intend to do today because I am tired og explaining their own policy to them

    • Kim

Am I missing something? The 20 oz rubbermaid bottles in my store were $4.99 each and in order to get a rebate ypu have to buy two of them. I don’t see anything in my Rite Aid ad either. Is this a regional deal?

    • Peggy Jo

Is there a link to their policy so I can print it out and show them? Thanks for your help!

    • Hi gals,

My Glade Sense and Sprays were also $9.99 so instead I bought the new Renuzit Crystal Elements for $6.99, used the $2 q we got a few weeks ago and there is a $3 Rite-Aid rebate. This makes the Renuzit $1.99. Only $1 higher than the deal Jenny has. Also, made a mistake on the Rubbermaid bottles, make sure you get the $2.00 chug bottles. There are some right by them that are same bottle, different top, but are $4.99!! Accidentally got one of each. Knew total was off, but wasn’t sure what it was. Didn’t realize until I got home since I shop with 2 kids, but will have to take them back.

    • ok, sorry, scratch my trying to be brilliant plan, the renuzit rebates were only good until the 20th of August, guess I will take that back also, darn!

    • Does anyone have a definitive answer about the Zyrtec rebates? Must I spend $50 after coupons?

    • Amy

The Zyrtec rebate and various other rebates (j and J) all say the total has to be after coupons.

However, my experience over the past 7m, is that I have qualified for all rebates, Zyrtec included, with the BEFORE COUPON PRICE. You can actually see your status online once the products are purchased.

    • I just entered my receipts in for the Zyrtec deal, should take 2-5 days to find out. I will let you gals know when I hear back unless someone beats me to it. I would however, suggest that if it does turn out to be valid with coupons and you want this deal you might want to go get your zyrtec early in the week and if it’s not valid return it when we find out. My store was almost sold out and the gal told me that they never know if they will get more before the end of the sale.

The Rubbermaid bottles were $4.99 in my store too. Nothing in the ad either.

I’m trying to find a website where Rite Aid states its coupon policy. One website said they wrote to Rite Aid and this was their response:
“You can only use a manufacturer’s coupon with a Rite Aid coupon when the Rite Aid coupon does not state manufacturer’s coupon next to the expiration date. If that does not appear then you may use both together. I do apologizefor the delay and inconvenience.

      Customer Support”

    • I went to Rite Aid to buy my Zyrtec today and to my surprise, found the shelves fully stocked (Mt. Juliet, TN). And even more surprising, there were $2.00 manf. q’s on each bottle that the cashier took off and used, without my asking her to, along with my $4.oo manf. q and the store q for each. I felt like a bandit getting each bottle for $7.99 plus rebates.

For those of you who were able to use both coupons for Zyrtec at an Athens, GA Rite Aid, would you mind telling me which store? Thanks

    • Peggy Jo-On the front of our ad on the actual Zyrtec “rite aid” coupon it states “$4 off Manufacturers coupon available in most Sunday papers.” I don’t know why they would write this on the actual rite aid coupon if we could not stack them. You might want to explain this to the manager at your store. So frustrating when some stores follow the rules and some don’t.

Veronica-My store had the two bottles right by each other and they are the exact same bottle except the tops are different. I accidentally grabbed one of each and had to take one back and exchange. The one with the skinny type flip “straw” (not an actual straw, but not sure what to call it) is the $4.99, the one with the thicker white “straw” is the $2.00 one. Our $2.00 one had a yellow $2.00 sticker underneath it on the shelf.

I called the customer service rep and told him what happened at the Athens, GA Rite Aid. He said their coupon policy was updated in May and we can use both coupons. He is contacting that store. And he is sending me a $10 gift card. Thanks

    • Jessica

My Rite Aid had the glade lasting impressions marked as 9.99 but when she rang it up, it rang up for 6.99. I would definately ask before rearranging your whole scenerios!

    • Peggy Jo

Still had a bad experience at the Rite Aid (Jefferson Rd) in Athens, GA. This time they would not except the $5 off $25 because they said they had to use that coupon at the end and after they took off the manufacture coupons it was not $25. I gave up and walked out again. I called corp office and he said that is the policy. I decided to call the store on Prince Ave. He had me come in and I finally was able to buy the 3 zyrtec senerios. Now I know where to shop.

    • Amy

Amy #67 – you are right. My SCRs updated yesterday .. I did the Zyrtec Deal and bought 3 .. one was Zyrtec D for my husband which rang up $14.99 and not $18.99 before store Q .. I qualified for BOTH the $25 rebate and the Rite Aid $10!! WOO HOO!! THANKS JENNY!! MM!!!

    • My SCR’s updated this morning. After doing the above Zyrtec scenario, buying 3 and using the rite aid coupon and manufacturer coupon you do qualify for the $25.00 gift card, but DO NOT qualify for the $10.00 one. Although I did not make a profit with what I bought this week I will have spent under $5 for 3 Zyrtec, 2 Kotex, 2 Rubbermaid, 1 Tylenol, 2 Trident, and 4 Herbal Essense, so all in all still really a great deal! Wow, Peggy Jo, what a bad experience, glad you could get it all worked out and find a good store that will work with you.

Amy, did you use both the store q and the mc and still qualify for the $10?

    • Nikki

I tend to disagree. About three weeks ago I did Jenny’s scenario and paid about 6 dollars for a bottle (after coupons) and I did that twice. I submitted my forms and recieved the $10 Zyrtec certificate in the mail last Thursday. I have never bought Zyrtec from Riteaid before, but decided to, because it was such a great deal. .

    • Nikki

I saw Thermacare products in the clearance section for $2.24 I was thinking of buying them for the buy $20 get a $5 gift card. What happens if my coupon is for $3.00 does the store fix the coupon to that price, or do you get overage at Riteaid?

    • Anne Marie

I did the ultimate zyrtec deal above except my store was out of the Tylenol and the Colgate, so I just bought 2 Cascades, which I think I will exchange for the Tylenol and Colgate when they get their truck in, because I found dishwasher detergent cheaper at Ingles. Anyway, I submitted my receipts on Sunday and got this email back today:

Thank you for shopping at Rite Aid and participating in the Rite Aid – ZYRTEC Rewards program. Our records indicate you have qualified for a $10 Rite Aid certificate.

I didn’t spend $50 oop, only about $25, a little more than Jenny because they were out of the Tylenol and Colgate and I didn’t have a q for the Rubbermaid bottles. I also checked the scr rebate status online and will be getting a 30 scr, when I buy the Tylenol and the Colgate, it will be 34.49 plus the 10 gift card make the total that Jenny state above. Hope this helps!

    • Amy

      Amber #78

Yes I did. I did the scenarios as Jenny listed .. with the $5 off $25 .. couldn’t be better. I didn’t do the Rubbermaid .. no Q in my area .. but I did have a $3 MQ for the Magnum razor .. which had $2 SCR! My SCR account with Rite Aid confirmed purchases I made on Sunday for the respective rebates!! WOO HOO!!

    • Nikki and Amy-Thanks so much for the info!! I love this forum. I checked my email later this afternoon and found the Zyrtec $10 Gift Card email :) I thought it would show up in my Rite Aid Rebates account so I didn’t even check my couponing email. A money maker after all, thanks for all the help gals!!

sorry {Peggy Jo just saw your post. I shop at the one on the east side but will try prince ave today. The one on the east side has very cranky cashiers. Glad you got the deal

    • Amanda

Peggy Jo went to the Prince Ave one today..still had to let the cashier know I could use both. She got the manager he agreed so it’s about the same as the one on the eastside…each cashier has to be told by management but they are definitely nicer at prince ave..thx for the tip

    • Robin

      Hi ladies

I was wondering if you all are able to use your $5 off $25 coupons first before u give them the rest of the coupons or if they make you do it at the end. I was all set to buy all the items in the scenario and when my total came out so cheap she would not let me use the $5 off coupon and said she was not allowed to do it first. So i stood there for a few minutes trying to figure out if it was all worth it for me since I was going to give my sister the zyrtec. I am terrible at math and was very flustered, but she insisted that anybody who does it first could get in trouble!

This is the 3rd weekend in a row i have been emailed a 20% off Rite Aid savings pass coupon. They said this the last summer savings pass…I get it because I am one of the “best customers” in the SCR program..Does everyone get these? How often do they send these out? Is it a regular thing? I have not used one yet–forgot to print it out last weekend, darn it.

    • Peggy Jo

Robin I had the same proble see #76. The next day one of their managers called and was asking about my experience. He said their store got an email from corp. office that stated to now accept the $5 off $25 first instead of last.

Amanda, glad they were nice to you too. The other store copped attitudes and I don’t plan to give them my business.

    • Dianne

      JEB #87

I got that email coupon, too. It is tricky because if you read through what it’s actually good for, it’s not much! Only for things not on sale, for starters…:(

    • Kami

To the others asking about the $25 gift card from last month – I finally got mine today.

    • Dawn

I received my gift card from the Kimberly Clark deal. I am going to try to use it with the 20% off email I received. I’ll see what happens.

    • Cori

I bought 3 Zyrtecs like Jenny listed and qualified for the Rewards and my card was mailed 8/26. That was with all the coupons applied. They used the $18.99 price to total over 50. I have not received my $10 gift card however from the previous week.
