Sorry these are late.  This list seems to take me the longest to compile lately (probably didn’t help that it’s Saturday and a fun day to spend with family).  There are a good number of deals this week and looking at the monthly rebate booklet it looks like October is going to just be a good Rite Aid month.  Two different weeks each have at least 12 free items!

Don’t forget to take a $5 off $25 printable coupon.  Want to see the full ad scan?

I just wanted everyone to know that when I went to Rite Aid this week to do the Huggies deal I had my first bad experience with a cashier. She proclaimed (loudly) that she would NOT accept any more coupons after the 5/25q! She said that I was already getting a really good deal. The mgr came over & handled my q’s but she still continued to grumble and I left the store shaken. When I got home I promptly called the corporate # and was called back within 24 hrs. He apologized profusely and gave me a $25.00 gift card to make amends. He wanted me to tell all of my friends that Rite Aid is very coupon friendly and wants the business of coupon shoppers. Finally glad to hear that from someone. :)

      • sharon

Glad to hear they made it up to you. That was an awful way to be treated! Where did this happen?

      • That happened with my husband when he went to RA for me on thursday. I gave him a list and all the coupons and made sure he used the $5/20 coupon first. He gave the cashier the coupon and before even trying it, she said the computer won’t take it. He said the total was over 20 (21.50 to be exact) but she kept shaking her head. He told her to just try it and see, but she refused to scan it. The mgr came over and scanned it and it worked and the cashier just walked off shaking her head. It made the husband very frustrated and to tell you the truth, I’m glad it was him and not me, I would not have been as calm as he was.

It’s the second time we have had trouble with coupons at RA in our town, so I am tempted to go to the RA the next town over. The cashier makes me feel like I am doing something illegal with my coupons.

        • Amanda

And to imagine that you were trying to use a Rite Aid coupon in a Rite Aid store!?!? What is the coupon world coming to?!?! :)

      • Stephanie

My local RA wouldn’t take the $2 huggies RA coupon, she said it wouldn’t scan but she didn’t even try. I let it go since I was already getting $11 off that order, but I went to another RA today and the manager rang me up and he took them all without even asking. I am sorry you had to go through that, but glad that corporate made it up to you.

      • Kellie

I was told the same thing, called customer service and was told the cashier was right. That no more coupons can be used with the $5/$20-$25 order coupons. With Rite-Aid it’s one of those things that there are no consistencies with their coupon policies and you just have to try different rite-aid’s to find one that is “coupon friendly”. Very frustrating!

    • Farrah

Birmingham, AL. I have to say though, except for this one incident, Rite Aid is the best store of the 3 drugstores to work with.

      • A few posters on hotcouponworld have noted they’ve had similar problems and that when you look at the fine print on the coupon it says something to the effect “coupon cannot be combined with any other offer”…which apparently has been interpreted by RA store mgmt as you can’t use any other q’s for your entire order. I’m hoping mine won’t take this same interpretation when I finish off my Gift of Savings shopping!

      • Karen

I had the same kind of rude cashier at the Rite Aid in Alabaster, Al
They would not take a coupon for B1G1 covergirl so I said to take it off the bill and they said I was getting alot of stuff for what I was paying. Who asked them what they thought!

      • Angie

Farrah – I’m in B’ham too. The RA on Valleydale & Caldwell Mill is great. In fact when I was doing the Huggies Deal the cashier asked me if I had take advantage of the Johnson and Johnson deal. She said she sure did. A fellow couponer hooray!!! This sweet lady often works Sunday mornings/ afternoons.

    • Laura

Thanks for posting this list! For some reason I have avoided Rite Aid in favor of CVS, but now I’m finally catching on. I’m planning to get free diapers (Luvs) after the overage from the toothpaste and toothbrush, plus the $5 off $25 coupon. I just submitted my Huggies rebate tonight. How long do they typically take to process and mail?

      • Lori

It takes about 2 or 3 weeks to get your check in the mail! I love Rite Aid rebates!

    • Melanie H.

That’s terrible that the cashiers were acting that way – I have to say that both Rite Aids in Anderson, SC have been so, so good to me and have never questioned any q’s of mine. My favorite cashier is pregnant and since I’ve been getting all these J&J deals and Huggies all she’s said to me is, “I wish I had a printer so I could get all these coupons and stock up before my baby gets here!”. So nice!

      • jen

You should give her one of your freebies next time….I’m sure she will appreciate it and will certainly remain friendly with her favorite customer.:)

        • The Manager in Middletown, Ohio store said “we love our coupon shoppers and will gladly help when we can.” “We get the value back on the coupons that you use from the manufacture, so we all win,” so nice to hear that someone realizes that fact. However, the down side of this store is that their advertised deals are not the same. I just have to get an ad from a Dayton store and bring it with me to the Middletown store to get the deals. Well worth the effort for the awesome friendlyness!

      • Melissa

Thanks, I may have to try the store in Anderson. I go to the one in Piedmont and get my nerves tore up every time!

    • tonya

Can someone tell me if the $2.00 of huggies q would work with the store Q to make them free?

    • Amber

Is anybody else having trouble printing the Aveeno coupon? I filled out the form and disabled my pop-ups and it still doesn’t come up. Any suggestions???

    • Tara

So, I got some great deals at Rite aid this week, but how about I got my rebate STOLEN FROM ME!!! I was bragging to a friend about how awesome I did, so I helped her print her coupons, and off we went to get her a Huggies deal! I decided to get another Tresemme $5 rebate while I was there, so I purchased a few things too. When we got home (after eating lunch), I logged in to show her how to enter her receipt, and it said mine had already been entered! After a few more attempts, I gave up and signed her up, and her receipt said the same thing!! I called corporate and they said that BOTH of our receipts had already been entered under another name!! I was livid! I had to fax them a copy of my receipt to prove that I had actually purchased the stuff! How rude!

      • Stephanie

Ugh, makes you wonder why you try to help people sometimes, doesn’t it? Just keep in mind that you did the right thing and tried to help someone.

      • Lori

WHAT??!!! Please keep us posted on what happens, that’s terrible :(

      • Tara

Well I feel bad for my poor friend, since her rebate got stolen too! She is discouraged from couponing!! We think it was either one of the cashiers at Rite Aid (since they have access to the receipt info), or the lady behind us, since she could have guessed our numbers based on her receipt #’s. It’s just so sad the lengths people will go to!

        • nancy

That is really weird. ID theft by cashiers is not uncommon. The Number is too long for a customer to remember. You may want to call the office again and remember the face to not trust again.

          • Kimber

I had the same thing happen to me. My rite aid numbers were stolen and when I went to enter receipt it said they had already been entered. I am very frustrated with Rite Aid.

Has anyone who has had this same experience received resolution from Rite Aid? Our they agreeing to give you the rebate? They told me to fax in my receipts, but I have not heard back from them and that was days ago.

            • Heather

Wow! That is horrible! I guess from now on Ill use my phone and enter my receipts before I leave the parking lot!! Good luck!!

            • Tara

Kimber- They are giving me my rebate, only after faxing them a copy of my receipt, and calling like everyday until someone acknowledged receiving my fax! But get this, when talking to one of the managers for SCR, I asked her that since I proved that I had made the purchase, would they take the rebate away from the woman who stole it? She stated no, this happens all the time, and they can’t just go in and take someone’s rebate away without causing even more problems/upset! Are you kidding me!?! Imagine how much money they are losing. And they should make the thief show proof too (which they wouldnt have), just like I had to, then send it to who has the receipt!! That is madness, now I really think it was the girls behind the register, because obviously they know they will get the rebate regardless!

    • Momof2

Hey guys this coupon deal is dead. I guess all the coupons have been printed. Trident Gum B1G1 at $1.29
-$1/2 Trident Gum printable (makes it .14¢ ea)

    • Regina

I can not find the -$1 Softsoap Nutri Serums Body Wash printable. Any suggestions?

      • Jen

The September All You magazine has it on the very last page. HTH!!

      • Susan

Nutri-serums coupon came up with my zip code–30040.

    • soni

hi every one cvs have b1g1 Trident coupon if any one planing to visit cvs? so first go there and get coupon for RA deal so you can make it Two free

    • soni

hi any one have a problem to print $2 off any Aveeno product printable coupon..? i have it i try few times but always say erron on page or you all rady register but i never..? so p’ls help me..? how can i get it. thanks a lot in advance.

      • Amber

I’ve had problems too! Someone help!

    • Gail

Brook- I am able to get the PG insert in the Georgia Times (South GA), and have previously had the insert in the Atlanta Constitution and Macon Telegraph but I do not receive those papers that often so I am not sure if they carry these on a regular basis or not.

    • Kevin B

My Rite-Aid refuses to take internet coupons. I even showed the manager the corporate policy, but he said that had changed. There was no use in fighting with them. I took all my items and put them back even though I should have just left them at the register.

    • Chris

      What does “SCR” mean?

      • Amber

        Single check rebate.

      • Dianna

        Single Check Rebate

    • Melissa

I had a cashier tell me she couldn’t use both coupons last week on the Clean and Clear because it went over what I was paying. Anyone else have that happen? What is their policy?

      • jami

        Melissa –
Funny, I didn’t have that problem. I went to 2 different Rite Aids and got the deal twice with no trouble. Of course, I purchased a few more things so that my balance wasn’t a negative.
Some cashiers act as if they personally are losing money if we use coupons!?

        • Melissa

I bought plenty of other stuff. I am going to try shopping at a different Rite Aid this week.

          • My problem wasn’t the overage, it was that both coupons said manufacturer’s coupon. I showed her that the one from the video was a rite aid coupon because it said RC on the bar code, but she wasn’t happy. She said she’d do it THIS TIME, BUT… I know it is OK – oh, well.

        • MarySC

I bought just Clean and Clear… the manager adjusted the RA coupon amount so there was no overage. (That was fine with me!)

    • nancy

i am so glad not to have to watch a video before qs this time. i am still trying to figuer out why i did not get the qs.
also to any of the wilmington, nc where are the observer paper boxes located. i went to the book store early and they where sold out and so was b$n thank for the help in advance, i wish the air port sold the paper i live so close to it. i had to settle for wsn paper….

    • psalms1001

my local rite aid does not have the huggies wipes on sale nor is their a coupon in the weekly ad…can anyone tell me if there are different sale items depending on the area??? thanks.

      • CC

i had the same problem today, no sign of anything at all on huggies wipes, even the cashier looked and said there was nothing

        • LaTasha (Raleigh, NC)

I thought it was just me. I was so disappointed…every weekly ad I saw posted on the internet showed this coupon. It was going to be such a good deal along with the coupon I had.

    • hilary

does the 20% off rite aid q work instead of the $5/25? seems like you can save more if you go a bit over the $25 mark but the wording on the q is confusing — “on rite aid brand products”. does that mean it will only work on rite aid brand products (instead of tylenol, etc), or just anything bought in the store???

      • HSV mom

That ooupon can only be used for “Riteaid” brand items, not brand name. Hope that helps!

        • hilary

          thanks! that stinks :(

    • HSV mom

      Hey Jenny,

I was wondering if you could tell me where the scanned ad is from. My Riteaid ad didn’t have many of the sales/instore coupons you listed and I was really disappointed. I am in Huntsville, AL zip 35802.

      • Stephanie

Were the sales not marked or not ringing up? I shop at a Rite Aid in Madison shortly after they open on Sunday and none of the sales are marked yet but they ring up right.

      • Melissa

A few Rite Aids around here rarely have everything on sale marked. I just be sure to have the ad with me and watch things ring up. I have not had an issue with that.

      • HSV mom

The flier I got and the one in store did not have the Softsoap coupon and the Profoot is also not in there. My flier is totally different on page 3 and has only 8 total pages not 10. I even got one from the store to double check and it was the same one that came in my paper. Please let me know if the Madison one is different and I will drive out there to shop. Thanks!

      • Allison

I was also wondering where the scanned add is from? My paper’s ad did not have the profoot or the nivea on sale. My store (Watkinsville, GA) politely honored the sale even though they could find no mention of it anywhere (makes me really love that store)!

    • Heidi

The P&G insert has a $1 of the Crest Whitening plus scope…this should make for an even better overage on the toothpaste!

    • Karen

The Tylenol at my store (Thomasville, GA) rang up $5.99, instead of $4.9. I pointed to the place in the ad where it says “save $4.99” but they wouldn’t change the price. I didnt really need it, and wasnt about to pay $1.49, so I put it back!

      • MarySC

Plain ES Tylenol was 4.99, the others ranged from 5.49 to 6.99. I got the plain stuff!

    • Amber

Just a note for anyone who hasn’t gone to Rite-Aid yet…you can buy EITHER the Crest Scope Outlast toothpaste OR the Oral B toothbrush and get $2.69 SCR. I didn’t realize that you can’t do both deals until I got home tonight.

However, even with that goof on my part, after the rebate I’m still getting everything I bought today for FREE!

Thanks, Jenny, for all you do to help us save!

      • Karen

I did the same thing Amber..Oh well too late now!

      • Melissa

I looked on the rebate list and they are two seperate rebates…you should get both free!

      • Amanda

Actually, they are two separate rebates. On page 17 of the October 2009 Rebate Directory, it lists:

Rebate #120: Oral-B Toothbrushes, Advantage Toothbrush SCR $2.69
Rebate #127: Crest, Extra White Plus Scope Toothpaste SCR $2.69

You will be refunded for both. :)

        • Amber

Turns out I did get SCR for both the toothbrush and paste. Go figure!

          • Karen

woo hoo I just checked and I got the rebate on both items!

    • mel

      i love riteaid

    • Shannon

1st, I have to say that my rite aid is fabulous!!! Which is good for me since I’m a fairly new “couponer” and my tolerance level for rudeness is a ZERO. But, I wanted to let everyone know I went yesterday with my list and coupons and I knew this particular deal would be good, I just had no idea how good, so I wanted to share…
Renpure Organics shampoo/conditioner on sale 2 for $7, I watched the RA videos and got $2 off coupons and $5 off $20, I printed quite a few of these (it let me), so I bought 6 @ $3.50 -6 $2.00 off and used $5 off $20, my total was $1.47 (I did a great big WOO HOO), then I noticed when I got home, there are tags on the bottle necks for a mail in rebate (to company, not RA) for an additional $3.00 rebate!!! Again, I’m new at this, and math wasn’t my best subject, but I think this is fabulous deal.

    • Sharon

I have tried everywhere I can find but can’t locate the printable coupon for Softsoap body wash referenced in your Other Deals. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

    • Katherine

Just a note on the Tylenol deal – the 8 hour Tylenol is $5.99, not $4.99. I purchased 3-8 hour and 1 extra strength (I wanted 4-8 hour but they only had 3). Total was $11.98 minus $7 in coupons. $4.98 is still a great deal for 4 Tylenols, but it messed up my math, so I though I’d pass along the tip.

      • heather

        Thanks for the info

What a great price for even just a pack of diapers! I thought the cashier was going to mess up the transaction though, b/c I handed her the $5/25 coupon first, but she didn’t scan it until last and then said, “oh. sorry, you didn’t spend $25.” To which I said, “i did before all of the coupons.” Then she said, “well, I’ll see if it will scan, but it probably won’t.” To my surprise and hers too it did scan. Yeah!:o)

      • Heather

It still scanned??? Wow! I had a cashier do that to me too with my coupon one time which was really irritating but he wouldnt even try to scan it. Ill definitely ask them to try to scan it to see if it works next time!!

      • Jennifer

Where did you find the $1 Luvs coupon?

        • Christin

It was in this weeks PG I think!

          • Sarah

Yeah, the coupon was in the P&G saver. :o)

    • Jeanne

Do you have to use a raincheck in the store that you got it from? I just moved so it is now a hour away from me.

    • soni

hi amber you can do both deal Crest Scope Outlast toothpaste OR the Oral B toothbrush and get $2.69 SCR each. b’cos SCR number is different # 120(ORAL-B TOOTHBRUSHES…) and # 127(CREST EXTRA WHITE PLUSE SCOPE…).

    • Jenna

Can you use two coupons for the 2 Tylenol since it’s B1G1 free? I see in her scenario Jenny uses two, but I thought at RA the B1G1s ring up one item full price, the other for free. Can you still use two coupons if that’s true? I’ve never done B1G1 with coupons at Rite Aid and just don’t want any surprises. Thanks in advance!

      • Meredith

Jenna, I wish I had an answer but I came here to ask the same question. I was on my way to Rite Aid tonight but chickened out until I could verify tonight that it would work. Hope someone can help us out!

        • Heather

Hey! I dont know the official rules about this but I have done this several times before! You are still technically buying 2 items, its not your fault that RA is giving you one free! :) Somebody may have a better explanation, but Ive never had a problem using 2 before. Hope this helps!!

          • Jenna

I did it last night. The manager rang me up and didn’t bat an eye, so I take that to mean it’s OK.

      • MarySC

I used two without any problem.

    • Nora

I can’t find the Gillette Fusion coupon. Anyone else having trouble finding it?!! I’ve got the PG coupon insert, but it’s not in it.

    • Jen

We have a fantastic new Manager at the Rite Aid near my house in Charleston. She has gone out of her way to help me find the SCR items on sale each week and loves to accept all my coupons. She took the 3 huggies $3 off + the (3) $2 off video values ones together , plus my $5 off $25 and others last week. She says they strive for excellent customer service and I am always so happy leaving there. I even bring in a few extra coupons to give the cashier if I have some because they are always wanting to try the items on SCR as well.

    • Catherine

Watch out for discontinued Old Spice Body wash ( little 4 oz size).
My Rite Aid had them 75 % off, down to .37 each. Then they accepted the $1.00 off when you buy 2 Q! I even flagged it with the cashier by saying “I don’t know if it will work on this size or not.” She scanned it saying “Let’s try!” It worked! Went back and got a ton of them to send off to the troops with our church project. Love Rite- Aid!

    • Heidi

Rite Aid in Powder Springs, GA has clearanced alot of cold/allergy medicine. Don’t know if it is just this location, but worth a try to find out if yours has it!

I got Children’s benedryl Perfect Measure for $1.87, less $1 off Q, made it 87 cents! I picked up 4 at that price!

Also found Dayquil Sinus for $1.37, less $1 off Q, made it 37 cents!!!

They had alot of different meds at 75% off and more!

    • sloan

Can you get a rebate on both the crest toothpaste and the oralB artica toothbrush? They are listed together in the ad with a limit of 1, Are they actually separate SCRs?

    • Luana

This month there are two rebates for zertec. The lst is on the 45 count only and only for this week at $4. The sale price is $24.99.
Use your 5/25 coupon (nivea lip for $2.99 with rebate of 2.00 is a good filler), a $4 manufacture coupon from several weeks ago and sometime last month I printed a RA coupon for $4. It will take both off. The second rebate is from 9-27 to 10/24 and is for a number of Johnson and Johnson products. If you buy $25 then get a $10 rebate. Since the extra $4 RA coupon expires on 9/30 buy now. I called the rebate number and they said these are two separate ones and that the $4 from
lst transaction will not be rolled into 2nd rebate offer (i.e., you
receive only $10 in rebates rather than $4 AND $10. As you must buy $25
and sale price is $24.99, Clean and Clear is also on the list and next
week it is supposed to be on sale for $2/9. I have 2 two dollar coupons and the RA Ad perk coupon of $3, so hope to get the two for $2.
I believe these also can be used in the Zertec Awards Program (limit 3)
if you have not reached your limit. Sweet deal!! Rebate offers #36 and #75, if memory serves me correctly.

    • Ashley

For the Finish Electrasol detergent, I believe you mean Smart Source from 8/30.

      Thanks for the list!

    • Christin

I guess it’s time to submit for September’s rebate since everything I bought Sunday shows up as October’s?

      • jami

Yes, ma’am! I noticed this with mine too. Request that check!!

    • Amy

Just wanted to let everyone know that my RA took the video values Huggies coupon for Pull-ups as well as the diapers. This was fantastic for me, since my daughter just started potty training. I know they’re not on sale this month, but I decided to return the diapers to get Pull-Ups…still a great deal!

    • Casey

I have recently had a bad experience at Rite Aid. I was told about two to three weeks ago that RA would no long be allowing customers to use more than one coupon for each brand. I was trying to stock up on the Johnson and Johnsons and they would only let me use one coupon period…not even one on each of the bottles for one of the 2 for 5 dollar deals. I was not a happy camper when I was told by management that you could no longer use more than one coupon. Is there some way to fight this?
The explaination that she gave me was that too many people that owned gas stations and other stores were buying up the products for resale and that RA corporate had realized they were paying people to take their products.

      • Sarah

That happened to me too. They wouldn’t even let me give any of the items to my mom and sister who were also with me and checking out separately. The cashier basically refused to let me buy anything.

    • Michelle

I just had my first GOOD experience at rite-aid. I tried a different store (Wheeler Road in Augusta, GA), because the one I usually go to gives me a hard time about coupons. I got the gilette fusion razor, the crest toothpaste and oral B toothbrush (and used my coupons). I used my $5 off $25 coupon, and I bought a few other things that I needed for a grand total of $16.44. After I get my SCR, it will have only cost me $5+, but after the gift card promotion, everything will be free! I was so happy to get all free stuff and without any hassle. The cashier was very nice, and every coupon scanned (no forcing them or arguing about them). :)

    • Damien

The coupon I got in the P&G (unless it was a previous months, but I don’t think it was) is $1 off Crest Toothpaste with Scope, so it would be a profit of $1 rather than .50 if this is indeed the coupons y’all got.

      ****Possible Zyrtec Deal Alert****

Someone tell me where this might be wrong…

This week: Buy – one (1) 45ct Zyrtec for $24.99 and filler item (I used the Nivea lip balm at $2.99). Use $5/25 coupon, $4 MC (I don’t have the $4 RA coupon). Total OOP = $18.98+tax. Get back $4.00 SCR (Zyrtec #36) and $2.00 SCR (Nivea #86).

Starting Sunday: Buy one (1) 45 ct Zyrtec for 30.99. Use $5/25 coupon, $4 MC (I don’t have the $4 RA coupon). Total OOP = $21.99+tax.

However, now I qualify for $10 rebate when spend $50 for RA Zyrtec rewards – $55.99

I also qualify for $10 RA gift certificate for spending $50 at RA – SCR #540

I also qualify for $10 mail in rebate at http://www.healthyseasonsoffers.com/ by buying two (2) 45ct Zyrtec before December 31, 2009 since I still have the paper receipts.

      Total OOP: $40.97+tax.
Get back: $36.00 in SCRs, rebates and gift certificates.
      Net cost for 90 Zyrtec – $4.97+tax

      • Luana

I don’t understand why you are waiting until Sunday to buy the 2nd zertec. It’s on sale this week at the $24.99. When I called the rebate center (yesterday) I told them I was going to buy the 2nd
zertec this week and wanted to know if it would qualify for the
rebate (the $10 one). He made no mention that I would have to wait until next week. Check Rebate offer #75, and the dates are 9-27 to 10-24. This qualifies for this offer also and you still get all the other stuff you mentioned. I wasn’t sure about the written rebate if it could be used since I had already used with Rite Aid.

        • Scott

$24.99 x 2 is only $48.98 which isnt the $50.00 which needs to be spent for the Zyrtec rewards program

          • Scott

            I meant $49.98.

            • Luana

If you buy now on the $24.99 (this will qualify you for the Johnson and Johnson even though it says $25 because it did for me, rebate #75.)
and the zertec that will be on sale next week, understand it is for the
30 count for $18.99 and use another $4 coupon, they will apply the .02
(if you need it) to this award AND hold the excess in your account for the next $10 reward, provided this is only your third. I did this and
have $25.95 on hold to next reward.

    • Yvette Johnston

I CANNOT find a rebate for the Electrasol tablets. It is supposed to be #87 in the October rebate directory, but #87 is for Sally Hansen/LA Cross. Please assist.

    • Luana

The award (reward) I keep talking about is the Zertec Reward Program.

    • Katherine

Where can I find the $2 in store coupon Softsoap Nutri Serum? It was not located in my paper (29501). I checked online and it shows on the circular, however, when I go to print coupons, it is not located there either. Thanks Jenny for everything!!!

    • Ann

Good news for all of us couponers. Rite Aid now has a new coupon policy, and you can request a copy. It is a policy that all of us that use coupons will appreciate. It addresses all situations: 5 off 25 (this is to always be scanned first), BOGO deals – 2 coupons are allowed and BOGO coupons can be used on BOGO sales, internet coupons are acceptable (coupon cannot exceed $5), and much more. This was great news to me because I have had a difficult time in the past with certain sales associates. I guess after a lot of calls and email complaints, they now have something consistant and in writing for customers. YAY!

      • Luana

Yes, this is great news. Do you call the corporate headquarters–I just checked the website and couldn’t find anything there, like under
Rite Aid News. Would love to get this ASAP

        • Ann

I learned this from a friend who works there. According to her, all you have to do is ask the store for a copy of there NEW policy. All employees are required to read and sign that they are aware of the new policy.

          • holly

Well, my store doesn’t have the policy written down, because they refused to take 2 coupons on the Tylenol sale. So, I emailed customer service and will hopefully have something to show them.

    • Christi

I went on the Rite Aid site to request my check. It made some reference that I would not be able to enter any more recipts in for October. Is this true????? THank you for any help.

      • Dianne

You only get one rebate check per month. It’s best to wait until the end of the month, and even into the next month to request your check. Was the check you requested for purchases you made in September? then you are OK. If you requested your check for purchases made after September 26, then you can’t ask for any more rebate checks for purchases made in October.
