Can’t seem to find the speed stick. Is it on a certain zip code? Thanks.

    • last week going to rite aid — the mngr. came out to “personally” ring up my basket full of things. what the mngr. told me, what i could & could not do w/ coupons, i called their coporate office to make sure it was not just something the mngr. told me. the mngr. confirmed it was true. i was told that rite aid’s NEW policy fr. headquarters was as such . “there is only 1 coupon to be used per purchase as it states on the coupon. and if you want to buy alot of things so you can use that $5 off $25 worth you no longer can do – with OTHER coupons. you can use that $5 off coupon to buy 1 big item ($25 & over) but never in conjunction with other coupons.

    • Rachel

I cannot find the speed stick either. I have a 75 cents off 2 from tomorros AJC but $1 off each would be better!!

    • Ashley

I cant find the speed stick either

    • Rachel

      I cannot find it either.

    • Rachel

Sorry – #2 and 3 are the same person – I didn’t think it had submitted!

    • Leslie

35216 worked for the speed stick :)

    • Allie

help! does this mean the kimberly clark thing ends tonight???? if so, i need to get to the store… NOW

    • Rachel

      Thanks Leslie!

    • KC

try 33907 zip code for speed stick, worked for me

    • lah

Does anyone know if the huggies pure and natural will count for the “spend $50 get a $25 rite aid gift card” and will they also work for the buy 5 huggies get a coupon for a free pack??? Thanks.

    • Bobbie

Just got back from Rite Aid and they took my $5.00 off coupon with other coupons. Also our ad in the Birmingham area is different on the last two pages? Did not show the .89 soft soap in our ad and it shows here and also at another site I looked at. Think I will call corporate and see why the ads are different or does anyone here know why?

    • Rose,

I went last week and used several coupons with my $5 off $25. It sounds like the people you talked to either don’t know what they were talking about, they were bullying you for being a couponer or Rite aid is starting a new policy “sweep” across the country and your area is just the unlucky place where they are starting it. Do you have another store in your area that you could go to?

    • Michelle in Georgia

my ad didn’t have the softsoap on sale, either. i tried ringing it up at the store anyway, but no dice. :(

    • Bobbie

I think they have to make room for the beer ad in our paper so they leave some things out on the last 2 pages.

    • My Rite Aid won’t allow any printed coupons any longer…including the 5 of 25, which seems quite strange that they’re the one’s putting out the 5 off 25. I live inside the city limits of Atanta, does anyone live in this same area that has a Rite Aid that is allowing printed coupons?

    • judyt

Can the huggies pure and natural diapers be used in the huggies purchase of $50, to get the $25 gift card from Rite Aid?

    • Tiffany

How does using 2 printable coupons for the speedstick work? Wouldn’t you still owe $1.74 or are the Rite Aid coupons also like the Walgreens? Can you use both the Rite Aid and the printable together?

    • jen

anyone else having trouble printing the biore coupon? mine says i’ve already printed it. any advice will be appreciated.:)

    • We have 3 Rite-Aid stores in this town. The manager of one store told me that their new corporate policy was not to take coupons printed from the internet. This was when I offered the $5 off $25 coupon. I said that it was awefully strange that Rite-Aid would issue a coupon, that I just printed off their website that morning, with an expiration date of 7/31 (over a week away) and then disallow it. I ended up leaving the whole basket of products at the counter, went to another store across town, and used all the coupons I had… including the printed ones. Sometimes I think it’s the manager.

    • Amanda

My Rite Aid ad in Southern Mississippi is ALWAYS different from what I see on the various couponing websites. My Rite Aid store manager didn’t even realize that the ads were regional.

    • Anom Lee

For those of you having problems with the couponing at Rite Aids, CALL corporate or e-mail them. I had SO many problems with using coupons in Southern GA, so I called and corporate told me that I was right. Then I had problems again, so I e-mailed and once again, the workers, managers were wrong.

    • JAL

    • Amanda

JAL, you have to split it up. The $5.00 off $25.00 reads only one per customer.

    • Jennifer

What city and State are you in? I always have diffculty using coupons in SC! Just wondering if you were in the same area!

    • barbi omasta

I had a problem with a clerk recently at Rite Aid. She state that I could only use 1 internet coupon period per transaction. I had 3 different internet coupons for 3 completely different products. I shot an email to Rite Aid and this is the info I received on 7/2/09. Print it off and save.

      From: “Inquiry Account”
      Subject: Rite Aid Coupon Policy
      Date: Thu, 2 Jul 2009 16:03:14 -0400

Rite Aid’s Coupon Policy is as follows; Coupons, and their face value,
cannot be exchanged for cash. Front-end competitor coupons will not be
honored at Rite Aid. Coupons are to have a valid expiration date, those that
are expired or ineligible will be returned to the customer.

One internet coupon can be used per item; however, there is a $5.00 limit on
each internet coupon. Similar to manufacturer’s coupons, only one internet
coupon is accepted for each item, unless coupled with a manufacturer’s or
valuable coupon found in a Rite Aid circular.

When items are featured on a Buy One, Get One Free promotion, up to two
coupons can be used against the items being purchased, as long as the net
price does not go below zero for the item being purchased. The register will
automatically calculate any sales tax due on a zero sales transaction based
upon your state and local laws.

    • Lauren

Last week, my Rite Aid would not let me use any printable coupons. I called corporate to find out the official policy, and they told me that their stores are supposed to accept printables. I went back to the store, and the manager said corporate had called her and told her to accept printable coupons that are printed in color only. So she did accept my coupons since I printed them on my color printer. They also wouldn’t let me use two coupons on a B1G1 deal.

    • jon

Has anyone used the Softsoap Q at Rite Aid this week? The Softsoap that are on sale are the Elements, which the $1 off Q excludes…

    • Susan

Hi, I haven’t tried printing the coupon for the biore yet but I did notice that is a $5 SCR when you buy two biore products. SCR #111, $2 wyb one product and $5 wyb two.

      Thanks Jenny!!!!!!

    • I didn’t have any trobule w/ the ccoupons, but the particular RA store I went to only had one Neutrogena Cosmetics Product, it was $13.99. My first time to RA, so I had no idea what to expect. I wish they had better signage in the store, as far as the sales go. They nhad the wrong prices listed, but when rung up, they were right.

    • Lindsay

My Rite-Aid Ad has Noxema Razor (4ct) for $2.00 and i believe there was a $1.00 off q in the Sunday’s paper either this past week or the week before..would make it $1.00 for 4 disposable triple blade razors. Not bad considering :)

    • Bobbie

      barbi post #26.
Some stores say there is a $5. limit on the total internet coupons you use but I read in this letter from corporate that the maxmium amount for any one coupon is $5. and not a limit on the number of coupons used. Anyway, I printed it and will let the store manager see it tomorrow when I go in. Non of the cashier can do anything without the managers approval so I just go when he is in.

    • Bobbie

Oh! Thanks barbi for the info.

    • I went to 2 stores in Charleston and both cashiers (one was an asst mgr) said they had to ring up the $5 off $25 coupon last after all other coupons. The asst mgr said they have been losing money on coupons so corporate is cracking down. She seemed a little hostile as she handed me back coupons she wouldn’t take. Also I get $5 checks from the formula companies to use for purchases and this seems to cause a lot of problems at Rite Aid. They act like they have never gotten one and can’t figure out how to ring it. I held up a line for over 5 minutes as the cashier and the asst mgr tried to get the register to take it. Has anyone else had a challenge with the formula checks?

    • Carrie

I used the $5 off $25 coupon and bought a large can of formula. I also used the $5 check for the formula. No problem. They scaned the $5 off coupon first and then they use the $5 formula as a check payment, not a coupon.

My store didn’t have the soap on sale. I’m in Middle TN.

    • Tamara

yes, the pure and natural huggies are included. I did it once for me and for my mom

    • Jennifer

I to have held up the line many of times with my $5.00 similac Checks. This has happened in Greenville and Spartanburg SC. They always have to get the manager and then a 10 min. dissusion goes on about it and then they finally take it as a check. They always only have one cashier as well…so the line just backs up behind me! BTW do you use Similac or another Brand..if you use another brand I would Love to trade with you!!

    • The Rite-aid in Ft Oglethorpe Ga. is going out of business. Everything has been marked 50% off but the sale lady told me they are not taking ANY coupons. There were no signs posted to that effect. Does anyone know their policy.

    • Jennifer
I prefer Good Start but my baby will drink Similac and they send more coupons. What do you have in your stash?

    • jon

The softsoap coupon won’t work with the advertised deal… the manager infact states that they are to be used on the big bottles ($5.99), even though they have a medium bottle ($3.29).

The manager also doesn’t know that Rite Aid coupon policy… HE states that one coupon can be used cause you can’t stack coupons…

CVS and the local Walgreens (which are both in eyes shot from Rite Aid) will reap the rewards…

    • Jennifer

I know I have some good start checks at home. As long as they aren’t expired. Email me at my home address tedebear0609@yahoo.com. And maybe we can trade some checks!

    • David

I just got the same thing here in Cullman. Rite aid only allowed me to use one coupon on the speed stick. I used the in ad, but I don’t think I’ll shop at that specific store again.

    • Jane

For the first time today, my Rite Aid told me that they could only accept the $5.00 off $25.00 if the total was $25.00 AFTER coupons. I have used it many times before when the total was $25.00 before coupons, but they said they had received an email this week instructing them that the policy had changed. The cashier confirmed it with the manager before she refused to take the coupon. Guess I’ll need to check with corporate. I can’t conceive of very many situations where I will be spending $25.00 at Rite Aid after coupons.

    • Jandi

The Speed Stick, Goody’s, and Yes to Carrots coupons are nowhere to be found at the links provided.

    • Sarah

I went to my RA in Charleston today and spoke w/the manager. I was at the cashier’s and they weren’t going to let me use multiple internet coupons for my transaction. I told them I spoke with Corporate and they showed me the sign of 1 internet coupon per transaction. I asked if that was there newest policy and the manager looked around and found a new sign that they had just gotten in that said they would accept 1 internet coupon per ITEM. The cashiers had to sign something regarding the new policy, so if anyone is having problems out there, they should ask for the new sign regarding coupons from Corporate. I asked if he had a print copy available, but he did not. Still, good news for all of us!

    • Teri

I love this website and have learned new ways to save money and I appreciate it so much. The matchups save a ton of time.

Does anyone besides me think that it is dishonest to type in a random zipcode when it asks for “your” zipcode?

    • jon

I still think that CVS and Walgreens will be getting more of my business… too much hassel at Rite Aid. My CVS will let you do three seperate transaction without a complaint…

    • Andrea

Some of my Rite Aids won’t take but one coupon and others will. The manager of the one I now shop it told the clerk I always see that he will do whatever it takes to keep me as a customer. WHOA!

I ended up going to a different one when I had a babysitter last week. After spending 30 minutes shopping and dividing up my order I was told I could only have one internet coupon–UGH. Put everything back and went to mine. Frustrated me since I felt like I wasted money on a babysitter.

    • At our area RA in West Columbia, I was told there is a one internet coupon limit per customer, per day. There is a sign posted.

I had two internet coupons. So he made one purchase using his debit card on our joint account.

I go to make the next purchase, and I had to use a debit card with a different account number than my husband used, because the computer system recognized the account number and indicated the same customer was making two purchases on the same day with an internet coupon.

    • jon

      We have two choices

      1) Continue going to Rite Aid and dealing with their strict coupon policy

      2) Go to CVS and Walgreens where they welcome couponers… sometimes principle is more important that a good deal.

    • Gail

Help…does anyone know if the Rite aid $25 gift card for a “transferred” prescription will work for a new prescription?

    • Maureen

    • Kristen

Just went to Rite Aid to use the softsoap coupons.
      Ours was 99 cents.
Clerk wouldn’t accept it saying my coupon couldn’t be more then my purchase! I told her to keep the soap and left.
The coupon didn’t say anything about that. Was I in the wrong there?

    • Angela

Kristen, i had a similar problem in Charleston, SC. Could not use the softsoap and mentos coupons b/c they said they would be more than the purchase price. So I ended up only getting the kotex and forgetting about all my other purchases that were supposed to add up to use the 5/25 coupon. The cashier had to call over the manager when she saw the coupons, and they acted as if I was trying to rip them off. I don’t think I’ll be going back …

I ended up heading to Food lion to use the softsoap coupons and get the free soap.

    • Angela

Also, wanted to add my Rite Aid said they don’t carry Neutrogena products anymore…

    • Kristen

Thanks Angela! I’ll go to Food Lion as well! They have never complained about my coupons…I went back to Rite Aid searching for baby formula and when I tried to use another coupon for it (the ones that look like checks) the manager was called and I was lectured about how Rite Aid ONLY accepts coupons from their website. “Corporate Policy”.
The woman behind me, my husband, and I agreed that was terrible policy.
I think I’ll stick with CVS and Walgreens.
