      It may be my computer, but it is taking forever to upload photos. With snapfish it does not. I even uploaded the same photos. Anybody else having this issue

        It seems to run slower when more people are on the site? I tried uploading photos throughout the day with no luck, but then tried again at 4am, and there were no problems! HTH

        It took about the same time for me as it usually does with Snapfish. Not sure why you are having the slow issue. Possibly a poor connection? Hope you can get it resolved. It's a great site! Happy Holidays!

        I am also having problem. I have tried two different ways to upload these phots. Picking the Christmas card I want first and then trying to upload. Then, creating an album (which worked fine) and then uploading to this album, which will not work. I have been trying for over 12 hours!

        Did it give you an error message? Last time I tried to load pictures it kept freezing,but I assumed it was because of high numbers of users. Try customerservice maybe. Hope it works out for ya!

        Yes, you can preview your mugs with SeeHere. I ordered two last Monday and had them on Wednesday. They were so nice I did another set. Their software is the easiest I have used for picture gifts and there are so many ways to customize your mugs. They were also giving 12% back if you went through ebates. HTH

        yes, last week I made a mini book. Today everything different. Can't upload pictures…very frustrating. It was so easy last time. Now, I give up! Tried different things for about an hour or so. Aaaaaah! FORGET IT.

          ME TOO! I can't get it to upload my picture. I see my picture but to get it to upload(download) that's a whole different story. Can't get it into the photo tray to even make the card! Very disappointing because these are very nice christmas cards with envelopes.

      Thank you! I have three calendars and three mugs headed my way with overnight shipping for just $42. I always make my own calendars but they have only one picture, I have to buy photo paper and ink (because I always run out while I'm making the calendars), invariably a month gets left out, and then I still have to take everything to Staples to have the laminating done and the comb binding put on. It was worth the extra $5 per calendar to do everything in my jammies–and there's a new picture for every month! My family will be very impressed. Thanks again.

      I have had the same problem tonight. The email I received from seehere.com stated that the 60% is good until 12/18…..so if you are mostly excited about the discount then that will help. However, I believe it is the overnight shipping that expires tonight. Hope that was of some help!

      The tumbled stone coasters are a great gift..especially for grandparents. They are such a nice quality! I ordered them through another company for my daughter's first Christmas. Tonight when I logged on, my mugs were gone. I've placed several orders with SeeHere in the past, but I can't even get the site to load now. I'm going to try to contact customer service, if I can ever get to the site.

      I was in tears last night. I spent over 4 hours designing 16 projects, the site was going slow and kept kicking me out. The last time it kicked me out I couldn't get back in. This morning I only have 2 projects showing even though I saved all of them. I have emailed and called customer service. I had to leave a voice mail. Very frustrating!

      According to the email that See Here sent me, the 60% “Thankyou” code is valid until 12/18/10. They have free standard shipping. The last time I order something from Seehere, they shipped it to me within a few days after I ordered it. The delivery was amazingly fast. Just ordered an 8×11 photobook w/ 10 extra pages for $15.

      has anyone who placed an order with overnight shipping received their order yet. I placed my order on Friday and it's still in production according to my account history, sent an email, no response and when you try to call get a vm, Im like the rest of you ,very frustrating especially since I will be going out of town soon for the holidays and wanted to get my cards out.

        Update! After 4 attempts and voicemails/emailed support, I finally got to talk to someone. It takes 3-4 business days for production and then if you had it shipped overnighted, it will be shipped overnight. Customer was very friendly and looked at my order and told me it had printed and was ready to be picked up by fed ex, once this happens, you can track your order!

        welcome to the club…I have called and emailed them myself several times since i ordered mine on 12/10 for overnight shipping. When i received my email confirmation it said i had standard shipping and my cards wouldnt be here till 12/23. Im not a happy camper, so i have tried to contact them and tell them to cancel order and refund money if they cant overnight it. Let me know if you get ahold of someone or tell them its happening to everyone.

      I'm thinking that SEEHERE IS A STINKIN' SCAM! I ordered on the 9th (with overnight shipping). I'm still waiting. I've tried calling and emailing. NO ONE has answered my phone calls. I'm the easiest person to please. I've never been more upset at the way they are handling their customer service. If they are not prepared for orders to come in when they have an insanely great deal, then they do not need to offer the deal.

      i ordered my Christmas cards (200) on Dec 8th and just received the first half yesterday…still waiting on the other half. AND they messed up our names on the card, they look ridiculous! and i have yet to get ahold of customer service. soo frustrated. the image on line is exactly what i made. the ones in my hand are horrible. no wonder it was such a good deal. well you get what you pay for!

      I ordered my Christmas cards on Friday the tenth and got an estimated shipping date of the 15th…not shipped yet :-( I just called and although she was very nice she wasn't really any help bc she just said they were inundated (sp?) with orders. I made a second order on Sunday the 12th of three ornaments and three mugs and got an email that said it all shipped that same day! I did free overnight on both but got the ornaments on Tuesday and still haven't gotten the mugs. There is no tracking on the mugs bc its USPS :-( I'm not sure what to think I just hope I get my cards soon:-(

        update.. they did not come today even though i got an email saying it had been shipped, called fed ex and they have not even gottem them still with sender very disappointed. Not one return phone call. I looked at their fb page and a lot of unhappy people on there. Looks like I will be contacting the bbb.

          Final Update: after calling fed ex on friday since I saw they were in my city I asked if I could come pick them up on saturday since the delivery said would be deivered on monday they said sure no problem .I went to work sat morning with the intent to stop by fed ex.. my dh emailed me at work and said the fed ex truck just left.. he had been there with my cards. On a positive note even after all this stress my cards were perfect and looked simply amazing. I looked at where they were shipped from and it said greenwood sc… hellooo I live 45 min away in greenville sc. I could have drove there days ago.. the whole experience has been frustrating. If you look at seehere.com fb page there are a lot of unhappy customers. I sure hope you all get yours!

      Echoing the other comments here….ordered cards Sunday with overnight shipping….received email yesterday they were being shipped, but nothing today. Called Fedex and they said a label had been printed for me, but nothing shipped yet. Sent email and left voicemail @ Seehere without any response. I am very very unhappy!!!!
