I will probably go ahead and spend this rather than leave the store with it (I can never make it back in time before they expire). The Neutrogena after rebate being $9.99 intrigues me so this makes it $6.99… probably going to grab it!

i can’t find the B2G1 free kashi on target.com, does anyone know if it is no longer avail. or what zip code i need. thanks!

      • uknowme

try 33330 it worked about 4 days ago.

    • Rumor has it that the coding on the 45/2 Benadryl coupon is the same as the RR so if you use the $5 off coupon, your rr won't print. Just a warning.

      • Ben

I want to confirm this is true :( I tried it today and no RR printed….. bummer. At least I had $5 RR from the week before so it was ok. It was also worth noting that my Walgreens had some packages with $2.00 off peelies on them, so I actually got an additional $2.00 off the Sudafed!! Not bad at all!

      • Michelle

Yep, that happened to me too….though the cashier told me that it was because I used RR's to for my purchase. I wish these cashiers really “knew” about RR's. I tried to explain to him that was only true if you used a RR to pay for something of the same manufacturer. He still doesn't believe me and was in SHOCK when I still had a $2 and a $3 RR print out after using my Dulcolax $10 reward to pay.

      • heather

Same thing here. I hadnt read these posts before i went and so when it didnt print the manager came over and told me it was because I used too many coupons in the first place and RR;'s don't always print out when you use a coupon from the same manu. I told her I didn't think that mattered so she printed one out for me and said “you just never know with these RR's”. This is a prime example why I rarely go in to Wags unless it is a super great deal. I NEVER buy anything in that store without it being a huge hassel and lots of time wasted!

        • Marilyn

I agree with Heather – the managers & cashiers need to be trained on how the system works. Most of the time, we “the customer” have to explain how the system works…And, when there is a problem, even the managers can't provide a sufficient explanation. Unfortunately, this is more of the rule than the exception.

        • nar_fla

I had the same problem. Manager said that the RR didn't print if coupon and RR is from same manufacturer. Gave me the RR anyway and told cashier to tell other customers that he would not give RR anymore if people used the $5 coupon.

      • The reason it does this is the coupon has the same code as the RR, so since the value is the same: $5, the register thinks you are using a $5 RR on the same deal, and as we all know, you can't use an RR on a deal to get the same RR to print.

I have a great store and I knew this would not print, so I asked the cashier if she would manually enter the $5 coupon as a $5 vendor coupon, rather than scanning it. She did and no problem getting the RR.

Another option is to purchase without a coupon, then go back and say, oops! I forgot to give you my coupon! And they will reimburse you the $5 for your coupon.

      • product tester

Just got back from wags and the register did not print the $5RR even when I did not use any RR to pay for it. We tried it with and without the RR and it still did not print. The “only other option” according to them was to not use ANY qs. I said no thanks. If you do want to get the Sudifed without the qs or RRs than get the triple action behind the pharmacy. It is normally $11+ and is counted in the sale items.

        • Esmelda

I also had a problem with it not printing, but the manager did an override and gave me a $5 gift card. They are usually very nice at the Walgreens I go to.

      • Yep, had the same problem (wish I'd read all this first!). They gave me a form to submit and I'm supposed to get a check for the value of the RR or something like that. I had to get 2 since I had 2 transactions planned. Hope I actually see the check . . .

    • fran

can't find the B2G1 kashi on target.com, does anyone know the zip code i need or is it not on the site yet? thanks!

      • crickola

I searched for it with several zip codes and couldn't find it

        • Diana

I think it has expired. I printed one a few weeks ago and it expired 4/10? or something close

    • i used the stouffers facebook printables last week at publix, but if you an still print the $2.50 off one, this would pair well!

    • Benjamin

Question…I've read that you can't use the RRs to buy the same item the next time, but can you do a transaction (like the Kashi one), use those RRs to help you on another transaction (like the Benadryl one), and then use those RRs to go back and do another Kashi transaction?

      • Tana

Yes – you can use the RR you stated above. It will not print out another RR if the RR deal is for the same MANUFACTURER as the RR you are using in your transaction. For example –
        1. Do 1st transaction and get a RR by “Proctor and Gamble”
        2. Do 2nd transaction for a completely different RR deal, but still with “Proctor and Gamble” products – your RR will not print if you use the RR from step 1.

You can look at the RR for the manufacturer, and compare to the label on the items you are buying. Walgreens is kind of tricky this way.

        • Benjamin

Ok, so basically, I couldn't get two RRs for the Kashi, even if I did another transaction in between them, right? Thanks for your help!

          • Lucy

The RRs WILL print, as long as the transaction between them doesn't have the Kashi products.

      • Carrie

Yes, as long as the parent companies of the products are NOT the same.

        • ziggy34434

For instance you couldn't use the Pampers RR to buy the Prilosec. The RR will not print as they are both Proctor and Gamble. But, if you use the Pampers to buy Schick and then the Schick to buy Prilosec, it would print.

      • amy

The manufacturer doesn't always matter. Some stores will not let you pay with RR and get new RR from the same transaction. Each store is different. You should ask a manager how his store works before purchasing.

    • Susan

Cant find Kashi coupon either b2g1!

    • Debbie33

Can't find the Kashi cereal coupon.

    • kcreviews

For the Neutrogena Clinical deal, I can actually get it for $5 because I have a $5 off purchase of $25 from our local entertainment booklet. Maybe your area has one!

    • kcreviews

My Walgreens has a B1G1 50% off for Always products. Can I use a $1 or $2 off coupon and also a B1G1 coupon as well? Does anyone know how that works?

      • ziggy34434

Yes, you can use both if you buy two.

    • Mommy

Kashi B2G1? Link goes straight to Target home page.

      • product tester

go to the target coupon section. It will have the target logo on it, but it is a manf. coupon. It says it on the top and the bar code starts with a 5(manf. qs have that). Try my zip 30680. Good luck!

        • product tester

just tried to print more BIGIs from another computer and they were not there… even when I tried both the zips that I normally try (30680). I printed mine out before today and that was what I was going off of earlier… sorry!

    • Melissa

Boo! The Kashi Buy 2 Get 1 – is it gone? It is not on the target website.

    • Emma

Anyone have a zipcode for the $1/2 Cheez-It coupon? Mine (35242) only pulls up a $.75 q for Cheez-It Duoz.

      • Carrie

I just logged on to the comments to see if anyone was getting the same coupon that I'm getting – the $.75 instead of the $1 listed above.

    • Lindsay

I was at Walgreens today and tried to use 2 RRs from last week together on a purchase and the manager said that that was not allowed. I was very careful to make sure that I had the same # of items as coupons and used filler items, but the manager said it is against their policy to use more than one register reward on the same transaction. anyone ever heard of this?

      • kim

No, boo to that! I would make a call to corporate/customer service to find out what was going on. I am always allowed as long as I have 1 item per coupon–like you said filler items and such. If wags goes to that policy I will stick with CVS!

      • Mary_P

Yes, my local walgreens HAD this policy. All employees had to sign something saying they would abide by it!! Crazy! It was the managers rule. I don't think she understoon. Must have thougth it was cheating or something. Hey it gets us to buy from them. My husband and several of patrons have called the Walgreens survey to complain and now the assistant manager (who always accept our mutiple RR) told my husband that they changed the polcy and you can use as many as you want (you know counting the paper)

        • Lindsay

thanks guys. Hopefully it was just that one walgreens. I will avoid that one from now on.

    • lynn

i was just at walgreens and saw that they had almost all of their pantene products on clearace. regular prices were $4.49 to $7.00 and were reduced to $2.29 to $3.59 for the larger bottles of shampoo/conditioner. so i got 1 hairspray, 1 volume mousse, 1 shampoo and 1 detangler/conditoner spray for $4.36! it was $9.86 (before tax) i had 3 $1.00 coupons and $2.50 in RR. hope you guys can find these on clearance where you live, enjoy!

    • Just a quick note – the link to the SC Johnson rebate doesn’t work. It’s a simple fix though, just take the “s” off the values part. It should be http://www.scjohnson.com/value to get the rebate form. I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting the form to work previously, until I saw it on a peelie at the store today! It didn’t have the s :)

      • jessica

thanks so much!!!! i needed this :)

      • amielewis

Thank you so much! This will come in handy. The rebate form says that it is good until July and that you can get up to 3 rebates per household. That will come in handy for me because I am sure that between now and July I will buy several of the products listed on the rebate form. :) Thanks for the updated site!

    • Lisa

Wags has Cheezits for $2.50 a box, and they have $2/1 coupons in the April booklet. If the Cheezit Duos are included, there are .75/1 printables on the snackpicks website – makes them .75 a box.

    • linda

I got a free sample of Kashi warm cinnamon cereal in the mail and it had 3 coupons for 1.50 off 1 box and 1 coupon for one free box

    • Tawnny

I can't find that Free Kashi cereal wyb 2 cereals. The link is to Target coupons and there are other Kashi cereal coupons but not that one. Help?

    • Sonya

It seems my SS and RP inserts don't contain many of the coupons you list in the 4/11 edition. Is there a reason? i.e. no Benadryl or Smart Water coupons

      • Ginger

Sonya, It seems that the $5 Benadryl one is not in the Greenville, SC paper : (

      • kim

They were not in the Asheville paper either. :+(

        • armywife74

          Not in savannah paper either

    • The walgreens I went to in Gastonia, NC would not allow the RR for the Benadryl deal to print with the $5/2 q from this weeks paper. I also used the RR from the Hydro shave gel, but they said it wouldn't print because of the $5/2 q. I was unamused

      • Sherry

Same thing just happened to me here in Roswell, GA. The RR didn't print and after waiting for 10 minutes for them to figure it out, the sales guy brought an email printout stating if someone uses the $5.00 coupon they will not give us the $5RR. very disappointing.

        • runmommyrun

I just did the same thing (wish I would have checked here first!) I bought 2 Benadryl products, used one $5/2 Q, and the $3 RR that printed from the shave gel and it didn't print. I was told it because “I was getting $5 worth of products and using $8 worth of Qs” and they wouldn't print because the cost of my Qs was greater than the product prices (even though I was trying to get $10 worth of products using $8 in Qs). If the RR didn't print because of the $5/2 Q, it should state in the ad that RR will not print if you use a Q! I am rather disgusted and will not be returning to Wags or CVS.

          • Carrie

I feel strongly that you were told the wrong reason it didn't work. I am able to frequently get overage using coupons. This is just a very frustrating deal and it doesn't help that WAGS isn't consistent in dealing with all of us. After looking at this blog for this week, it seems we as a whole are encountering too many variations as to who gets the deal and who doesn't and the reasons we're given for those of us who can't get the deal. No consistency whatsoever.

    • Allie

I was at Walgreens last night and the (young) mgr on duty said they were reprograming the registers to “stop unsavory couponing pratices to make money” I felt like he thought I was trying to rip them off. I did the Kotex U deal with a coupon and RR from last week. I was still .87 OOP

      • Faithd

I've had similiar comments. My comment back is…Then why does your advertisements tell us to find additional savings in the Sunday paper? How can they reply to that? lol

    • frances

i hate that….they get reimbursed from the manufacturers and the RR are usually sponsored by another company, (i.e. PG, ) anyway so why should they care if we are creative with our shopping, they should be grateful we shop there. The rite aid where i live is like a ghost town and there are several places i refuse to shop at for many resons. these people need to realize it is the customers that make their stores and companies not nipicky and unfriendly business practices. but thanks for the heads up.

      • susan5

I just returned from Walgreens in Batesburg, None of the RR's would print. The clerks were nice but said they could override and print them anymore. I would have to mail the company for a rebate!! Needless to say I got my money back and left very frustrated!!

        • Was the catalina machine turned on? I bet it either wasn't, or was jammed or something.

    • narrowgate

The Kashi promise cereals were not included in the RR special at my store, so the coupons didn't work.

    • Quick note…I found tearpads at Winn Dixie -$2/2 Manufacturer's Q for Cheez-Its. If you use that Q with the Wag's Q that's only 50 cents a box! Plus you don't need filler with it because of the 2 Qs with 2 items!

I would love to hear what Jenny has to say about the Benadryl/ Sudafed deal. I purchased many papers today in anticipation of this. This seems very weird that we can MAKE money using RRs and coupons, but we can't use them to break even? Maybe Jenny knows if CVS, Rite-Aid, or Publix will be doing a similar deal and then we can all ignore this one. That's the best way to let Walgreens know we think their handling of this stinks!

      • big john

just in my humble opinion i think that because the coupon and the rr are of the same value that the catalina machine thing you are using the 5 dollar rr to rebuy the product therefore it does not print. i intend on going up there with other coupoins and trying it and see if it prints then. i was just trying to recycle my prvious rrs . but note if you are just looking for free try publix now with green advantage flyer. i will report soon if it works with alternate coupons. note to jenny if i over stepped my bounds by putting in all this feedback send me email and i will behave lol.

        • mechling9

Well, I went and tried, and no RRs. The Assistant Manager rang me up and I mentioned that the flyer says there should be a $5 RR. He gave me a Walgreens gift card. Love it! Does Publix have a similar deal? It sure would be easier. I actually love getting the medicine deals there.

          • Hbaby

            Same thing happend with me.
If you use $5 off on 2 . RR will not print.Because coupon is larger than selling price.
But there are some $2 off on pack of Tyananol. If you use 2 $2 off coupons $5 RR will print.

        • Other q's will work fine. It is because the $5 rr has the same code as the $5 coupon. So the register thinks you're trying to use a $5rr from the same deal to get a new rr. If you ask the cashier to NOT scan the q, but manually enter the $5 coupon as a vendor coupon, it will work fine. An alternative is to purchase them without coupons and then go back and say, oops! I forgot to use my coupons, can you reimburse me?

        • I've read on A Full Cup that the RR and the Coupon have the same bar code number. The computer sees the coupon the same as if it were a RR because of the bar code.

        • crickola

I talked to the manager about not getting an RR and he gave me $5 gift card as well.

      • It's not Wags that is causing the problem- it's the coding of the coupon. Those of us that have been “wags'ing” a while, have seen this happen before with other products. I think a year or so ago, we saw this with…Nyquil? There was something with a $3 coupon and supposed to print a $3rr. Anyway, I don't know if there's a way for Wags/catalina to “fix” the problem, other than allowing this deal to roll into itself.

We'll have to see what happens.

Meanwhile, I asked my favorite cashier to manually enter the q instead of scanning it and that worked fine.

      • Carrie

I thought I would try this deal today at my Palatka, FL WAGS even after reading all the comments. The deal didn't work for me either and I asked if they would be able to manually enter it like I had read in the comments. I evidently misread the comments because I thought that the cashiers or managers had come up with the idea to manually enter the coupon and I told my manager so. Now, after re-reading the comments,it appears to me that the customers suggested to manually enter the coupons. Either way, my manager said that the cashier or manager could be reprimanded or even terminated over doing that instead of scanning when the computer would indeed accept the coupon scan. In other words, since the computer accepted my $5/2 coupon by scanning, they can't go back and redo the transaction and manually enter the coupon just so the RRs will print.

The manager also said that the computer really isn't supposed to print RRs when you use a manufacturer coupon for the same product since RRs and coupons from the Sunday paper/internet are basically the same thing (manufacturer coupons), but that sometimes the RRs do print. I told him that today was the first time I had ever had an RR not print because I used a manufacturer coupon from the same company (that is in my 8 months of couponing).

Lastly, he told me that at some point, all the registers will be updated with a new system that should eliminate all these issues. In addition, the new system should make all WAGS be more uniform in how coupons are handled so we don't have the issues we see here on the blogs where one person at one store is able to do a deal and someone somewhere else isn't. I just hope whatever they come up with, it will make things as easy to coupon at WAGS as it currently is at CVS.

What was funny this morning, was that while I was finishing up, another lady came to the register to do the exact same deal and the cashier and I were able to point out to her that the deal wouldn't work since she also had the $5/2 Sunday paper coupon. I was glad that she had come, because I wanted the workers to realize that it wasn't just me trying to do this deal with this particular coupon.

        • Christy

I had one manager tell me that they COULD not force it & then another manager tell me that they WOULD not, so I told him to call the regional manager (who I have talked to before about the pharmacy staff) then magically, he remembered how to do it. :) I was very nice about it, but just kept showing him the ad that does not say that I cannot use the coupon – it just says if I buy 2, I get the RR.

I buy a LOT of stuff in that store – my daughter has over $1000 in prescriptions per month, so they do NOT want me to stop shopping there & go across town to CVS or the other Walgreens!!!! ;)

    • roseluns

Why would you not use the 4.00 off sudafed two times and make a profit?

      • big john

dont think oms are at 4.99 price or included.

        • ziggy34434

          They are actually.

    • Lindsay

Anybody have any ideas for filler items for this week? I looked through the ad to try to come up with my own but couldn't find anything for less than 50 cents. I don't know where else to look. I guess I am spoiled by Jenny always posting examples each week :)

      • Karen

I saw that they had flower seed packets 3/$1- great fillers.

        • Lindsay

          Thanks for the help!

      • Check for a clearance section. I bought the bottled tea for 59 cents. Not the cheapest item, but hubby will like it in his lunch.

      • Heather

I found the Easter stuff clearanced for 75%off. I got peeps (5 pack) for .10!! THey worked great as a filler.

    • Karen

I saw today that Snuggle was on sale for $3.99 and there is a $3 off coupon in last weekend's P&G.

    • ziggy34434

The Sudafed .5 oz nasal mist referred to in the ad is the Sudafed OM nasal spray. There are a couple of high dollar coupons out for this.

If you use the -$4 off Sudafed Product wyb Sudafed OM, .5 fl oz, RP 10/4/09 together with -$2 off Sudafed Triple Action or PE Triple Action printable, it comes to $3.98 for both and a $1.02 profit after $5 RR.

There was also a -$4 off Sudafed OM, .5 fl oz in RP 03/14/2010 regionally. Buy two, and use two and it comes to $1.98 for both and a $3.02 profit after $5 RR.

      • bij john

did it print out the 5rr?

        • ziggy34434

          sure did

    • ronibigdogmom

I had the same problem (or shall I say fiasco) with the sudafed/benadryl/tylenol coupon. I ended up buying it but will be taking it and their RR's back tomorrow for a refund. Walgreens has gotten to be too big of a hassle and I'm tired of dealing with them.

      • Heather

    • debee2000

Lysol Cleaners coupons… they are not listed in SS as 3/14… is this a wrong date? I also can't get them to print from the website… I use windows nothing fancy so why can't I print?

      Thanks for the help

    • Karen B.

Walgreens must print different ads in different states/areas … today's Walgreens ad (in Charlotte area) does not include the $.99 Hamburger Helpers nor the 2/$3 ChexMix snacks. Yet the Walgreens ad posted on Southern Savers does include these items. I'm a new couponer so perhaps everyone already knew this … but just a head's up for any other newbies out there.

Thanks Jenny for your dedication to the site! If we all sent you just 1% of the money we saved using sales/coupons you would be a millionaire. :)

      • Joanne

My wraparound on the ad says “for Its Florida customers” or something to that effect. That may be why you dont see the deals.

    • Amanda

I have several Qs that are buy 2 Kashi cereal get (item) free. I'm wondering if I can use them all in one transaction, or if I have to buy 2 cereals for each free Item. I have B2 Cereal get Kashi Crackers, B2 get TLC bars, B2 get GoLean Bars, B2 get Cereal.
      so can I do this?:
      buy: 3 Cereal
      1 Golean bar
      1 TLC bar
      1 Cracker
      and use these Qs:
      (1) B2G1 Cereal
      (2) $1/1 Cereal
      (1) B2G1 TLC bar
      (1) B2G1 GoLean bar
      (1) B2G1 cracker

      • No, you can't use them like that. You would need to buy 2 boxes of cereal for each FREE Q you have. For each of the boxes you buy, you can use the various other coupons that are out (free box, 1.50 off, 1.00 off).
Example: I purchased 5 boxes of Kashi cereal and 1 box of TLC bars. Used 2 FREE cereal coupons, two 1.50 off cereal coupons, 1 B2G1 cereal and a B2G1bars. Kashi cereal was on sale for 2.50 at Publix, so I paid 2.00 for all 6 items.

        • Jennifer

Wow, that's a really great deal!!! Could you please explain the coupons applied to each products? Sorry for asking for this, but I am kinda new to couponing and every time when I tried to use multiple coupons to multiple items (like your example), I got lost. Thanks!!!

          • Cereal – $2.50 – $2.50 (free coupon) = $0
            Cereal – $2.50 – $2.50 (free coupon) = $0
            Cereal – $2.50 – $1.50 off Q = $1.00 (She bought this one)
            Cereal – $2.50 – $1.50 off Q = $1.00 (She bought this one)
            Cereal – $2.50 – $2.50 (free with B2G1 coupon) = $0
TLC Bars – Not sure how she did this one because I don't think it usually works this way, but the two free cereals must have counted, so I assume she got this free for “buying” the first two cereals and that was her second B2G1 coupon.

Maybe if you give the B2G1 coupons before you give them the free coupons… sometimes it's important that you hand them over in a certain order to get the best deal (I'm still learning this stuff, too, so someone correct me if I'm wrong)

          • Sorry it took me awhile to repsond:

            Cereal $2.50 – $2.50 (free coupon) = $0
            Cereal $2.50 – $2.50 (free coupon) = $0
            Cereal $2.50 – $1.50 off Q = $1.00
            Cereal $2.50 – $1.50 off Q = $1.00
            Cereal $2.50 – $2.50 (free with B2G1 coupon) = $0
            TLC bars $3.79- used B2 cereal G1 bars coupon=$0
=$2.00 for all 5 cereal and 1 box of TLC bars.

WYB is not necessarily WYpay out of your pocket for it. My coupons and my $2.00 PAID for each item. I “bought” 4 cereal, thus used 2 coupons that gave me a free item WYB a cereal or bar. The store is getting paid for the items because of the coupons.

    • elisa

I just have to say that my wags has the most awesome casheirs! When I bought some milk last night for $2.99 and used a $2.50 RR the casheir insisted that I not worry about the remaining $0.49! She shooed me out and said she'd cover it! It may not be a lot of money, but great casheirs like that make it worth dealing with wags' crazy coupon policies!

    • kashlea

Hi All- I'm new to all this,so i have a few questions. I can't seem to find the $1/2 Cheez-it Crackers coupon?? I only see the .75 off Cheez-it. I can't seem to link onto the SC Johnson Rebate form. Also, on B1G1 deals, can we use 2 coupons? Thanks!

      • This should work for the SC Johnson Rebate if you copy and paste it into your search bar: SCJohnson.com/Value

I don't remember where the Cheezit coupon was, but if you type it into the search bar at the top of the page it should pull up any entry that contains the word Cheezit.

The B1G1 usually means you can use one coupon per item, so the B1G1 coupon counts as one, and then you can use a $x.xx coupon for the second item even though it's free. It has always worked for me, but I swear Jenny posted that Walgreens stopped allowing this… but I can't find the post so I beginning to think I imagined it. Try it, worst case scenario, it beeps and they hand the $x.xx coupon back to you.

    • kashlea

      Did not see this posted:

Ricola, On Sale $1.29 with in ad coupon
Use $1.00 off 2 Ricola Cough or Throat Drops in SS 04/11/10
      Buy 2
      Final Cost: $.79 each

    • kashlea

Also, I didn't see where this was mentioned:

      T.G.I. Friday’s Appetizers $1.49
Use: $1.50 TGIF Snacks Printable Coupon
      FREE after coupon!!

    • In Goose Creek, SC @ the Wags on Red Bank next to the Naval Weapons Station – they are SUPER helpful. They made sure I got my RR for the allergy meds w/ the coupon (they have to do something special in the system….see Gina, she's a pro)…..and they don't mind multiple trans and all our coupons. And they help you find deals tell you about coupons. If you live in the area and want to take advantage of this weeks deals, go see them!!! I had a very successful trip!

    • SCwoman

canceled my transaction for this deal at walgreens- remount rd branch…manager told me outright they wont put the coupon in manually and if i use the coupon, no RR's would print…well, publix here i come! lol

    • ALSO – on the allergy meds – there are a bunch of the Benedryls that come with $10.50 worth of coupons attached to the box, including one mail-in for a free first aid kit (that comes with $15 worth of coupons as well) once you buy 3 products indicated (things like band-aids, benadryl, johnson and johnson first aid product and a few other things….basically things we've been getting for free lately on here) and you have until 8/31 to postmark it!

    • Michelle

I normally would never do this, but I only bought the tylenol thing because I thought I was going to break even…even bought multiple papers to do so. I did my two transactions with neither of the $5 rewards printing. I found out afterwards about the coding on the coupons. So, how can I go about returning the items and explaining that I only bought it because I thought I was getting the $5 rewards. How do I prove i didn't get it? And how does it factor in that I used a coupon….I'm not looking to make money on the return…..I hope I said that clearly?

      • Take your product and receipt in to the manager. They will make it right. Either refund and return all or most have been refunding $5 in place of the RR.

    • ma

went to Winder walg and the 5RR will not work on the benadryl…manager said it was because I used a manuf coupon for $5 off but that was $5 off two boxes. Then he said when you use a manuf coupon you do not get the RR's…what a hassel everytime I go. I will shop elsewhere for deals…

    • RECollins

Does anyone know what page the Free Rimmell coupon is on in the April All You? I can't seem to find it!

      • tammynsc

I don't remember what page but it wasn't very many pages into the mag. I think it's on the left-hand side and it goes all the way across the bottom of the page. I was a little confused as to why it wasn't listed in the coupon list, but it was there 'cause I used it yesterday @ Walgreens for free eyeliner.

      • Carrie

I just looked in my subscription All You and didn't find it. Maybe it is a coupon that came in the store bought issue but not the subscription one. From these posts, I've learned that happens frequently.

        • tammynsc

Mine's a subscription too. It just wasn't in the coupon listing for some reason.

          • Carrie

You're right!!! Thanks for the tip, I found my coupn too. It's on page 20.

      • RECollins

I have to store bought mag, not the subscription. I did find a full page Rimmell ad but no coupon. So sad :( This is the only eyeline I use so at least they are 50% off and I have three $1 off coupons and that's a good deal anyway.

      • jhoran

Depends on when your issue came out. It was in the april 17 issue. I got the april 23 and it was not in there. Seems they print the same mag. a couple of times during the month.

    • Diane

I went to Walgreens today and used the 5 dollar coupon from the paper yesterday for the Benadryl and I was told that I could not get my register rewards for the Benadryl because I had used the manufacturer coupon and the register reward is a manufacturer coupon also. Was anyone else able to use both at Walgreens

    • Tanya

I went on vacation, then realized I let $16 in RR expire!! :(

      • Michelle

Oh Tanya, I know that horrible feeling! I'm so sorry hun….

      • Marie

Go to the store and ask them if you can use them. Mine expired and they let me use mine. I had the same situation with going away and coming home having expired RRs. Good luck!

    • GZ00

I tried my hand at wawlgreens this week. I bought 2 sudafed (after a struggle getting it because they thought you cant buy two weith federal regulations) and didnt get my register rewards. I went ahead to find the shaving cream advertised and they told me they don't carry it. Then I went to make my other purchases and they said “we dont take internet coupons anymore…well it's really the cashiers discretion” I decided it was a hassle and wasn't going back. At least it cuts one stop off my list of bargain hunting. I'm impressed people are getting their deals as advertised. Thanks for posting these though so I knew I wasn't doing anything wrong/odd.

    • CRR3143

I had the same issue with the $5 off Benadryl / Zyrtec coupon and the register rewards coupon not printing. They said it was because you can't use a coupon to get register rewards, which was bogus because I used a coupon for the razors and the reward printed on those. I (nicely) asked her to explain to me so that I would know for next time when you could use a coupon and when you could not. She did not have an answer and acted aggravated at me for trying to understand. I got my money back and I won't be trying Walgreens again.

      • Lindsay

same exact situation here, right down to getting the RR for the razors after using a coupon. the manager wouldn't even give me an explanation beyond “you can't use a manufacturer coupon and get register rewards” and just shrugged when i pointed out the razor RR.

i realize that there's a rumor that the code on the $5/2 coupon and the $5 RR are the same, but that explanation doesn't fly. if that's the case, then i can go into walgreens and hand over that coupon to get $5 off anything i purchase just as if it were a true RR. let's see that happen.

i went to kroger and bought 2 benadryls for $3.48 apiece and used my $5/2 coupon there. they weren't free, but were a much better deal than if i had bought the benadryl at walgreens and accepted that i wasn't getting the $5 RR.

i also went to the walgreens feedback site and gave some very honest feedback about misleading promotions and poor customer service.

    • Sarah

It seems like everyone is having a hard time with walgreens….is it always like this? If so, I may not even look at their page. Though I went last night and bought the Tylenol/Sudafed…used the $5 off 2 and each box had a peelie, but of course my RR didn't print…so they called the manager who had an attitude, but gave me $5 cash!! I was happy, but I can see what everyone means about their attitude there.

      • I can only speak for myself, but no, it's usually not like that. My Walgreens has always been very helpful. For some reason this particular RR is just a universal pain, EVERYONE is having a problem with it, so don't let that dissuade you. This last trip I bought $60 worth of stuff, paid sixty-five cents, and got $5 in RR. It's very worth it!

    • i've got a question. my wags ad has B1G1 50% off Cover Girl cosmetics on the front, and I have 2 B1G1 free Cover Girl q's in 4-11's paper. Would using these Q's make both items free at Wags this week??? I've never used a B1G1 Q at Wags before… TIA!

      • You can use one B1G1 and then if you have a dollars off coupon you can use that, but to use the second B1G1 you'd have to buy two more items.

But this is tricky because I don't know if the free item would be the full price or half priced item. Does anyone know the answer to that???

    • Melanie

I'm new to couponing and I have a question about B1G1. If the store has a B1G1 and I have a manufacturer coupon for B1G1 of the same product what happens? Buy 1 get 2. Or get both free?

      • gingerinCA

At coupon-friendly stores, it means you should get them both free. At my Kroger, it is supposed to give you the items free, and also at most CVS, you'll get both free. I personally would never even try it at Walgreens because I find them so coupon-unfriendly, and I don't want to be hassled, called a liar, or a thief by implication, all of which happens semi-regularly with a couple of my Wags. Not sure, but it might also work at Target.

        • RECollins

The B1G1 sales and B1G1 manf coupon gets both items free at Publix and Winn Dixie too. I was nervous the first time I tried it, but they always work there. I too am irritated with Walgreen's so I probably wouldn't try it there either.

      • Carrie

When I've had that situation happen before, I've always been able to get both products free. The store basically is buying one for you and then the manufacturer is buying one for you. Did this about a month ago with Purex laundry detergent.

    • jennifer r

nature made…found coupon on their website for $1/1 any nature made product! :) pairs well with the b1g1! thanks jenny for all you do!!!!

    • fnet4444

As frustrating as Walgreen's has been for me in the past, I have found one that is excellent. They are so helpful and I look forward to the Walgreen's deals now. I bought the sudafed and I asked them to manually enter the $5 coupon. The manager looked at the coupon and he said if the RR's didn't come out he would give me a gift card for that amount. The RR's didn't print and he gave me $5.10 on a gift card just like he said. This is the Walgreen's in N. Myrtle Beach.

    • Mom2Ryley

Once again I was tricked into going to Wags in hopes of getting a good deal, only to be frustrated when I left. They are so confusing w/ the RR program that it doesn't really make it worth it to me anymore. But, anyway's – on to why I am posting. Can someone please tell me why my scenario didn't work this morning?

      Trans #1:
      (1) Schick Hydro Gel @ $2.99
      (2) Sudafed Nasal Mists @ $4.99 ea.
      (1) Crocs charm @ .24 (just b/c, I know I didn't need a “filler”)
      (2) $4 off Sudafed Nasal Mist
      $2.50 RR (from last week)
      $2.47 before tax
      $3.25 after tax
      Got back:
      $5.00 RR
      $3.00 RR

      Trans #2

      (2) Rembrandt toothpastes @ B1G1 $7.99
      (2) Kashi cereals @ 2/$5.00
      (1) Crocs charm @ .24
      (2) $3.00 off Rembrandt
      (2) $1.50 off Kashi cereal(vocalpoint mailer)
      $3.00 RR (from trans #1)
      $1.23 before tax
      $1.72 after tax
      Got back:
      $1 RR

      Trans #3

      (1) Schick Hydro Gel @ $2.99
      (1) Kotex U tampons @ $3.49
      (1) Crocs charm @ .24
      (1) $1.00 off Kotex U
$5.00 RR (from trans#1) BEEPED and couldn't use
      so, I used:
      $1.00 RR (from trans#2)
      Got back:
      $3.00 RR
      $2.50 RR

I tried to use the $5 RR from trans #1 but it beeped on trans#3. My total before coupons is $6.72, after the $1 off Kotex is $5.72. Can someone tell me why I couldn't use the $5 RR? It's not b/c the # of Q's are more than items, or that the manuf.'s are the same. I ended up just using the $1 RR from trans #2 and paid the rest OOP. I am sorta new to this, so it may be obvious to some of you more seasoned couponers, LOL.

      • Carrie

If my math is correct, your total was $6.48 minus $1 coupon = $5.48. You don't state what your tax was for that transaction but I would guess that the $5 RR would have ended up paying some of your sales tax and RRs can't be used for that. I've found that many times I can't use an RR if it takes my total (after tax) to below $1.

        • Michelle

Hi Carrie, I guess you missed her filler item which was .24….Mom2Ryley has correct math (her total before tax is 6.72)…..she is giving prices before tax so I don't think tax comes into play for her question. You “should” have been able to use it! I see no reason why it beeped…I would have asked for an explanation on that one!

          • Carrie

            You're right.

      • Ashley

Walgreens register system/set up, whatever you want to call that stupid thing, doesn't make any sense. It will let nonlegit things go through, but deny legit things. It's possible if you threw in ANOTHER item that it would have gone through. Seems like there was no REASON for another item according to what you listed, but that's cooky Wags for you. Try that next time if it comes up again.

BTW I did Walgreens for 2 months and then that was it for me. Terrible employees, messed up registers, and found myself paying more REAL money because my RR's would expire so quickly and would have nothing to roll them on so would just buy milk and bread. Therefore, I'm not starting out with REAL money every 2 weeks. I get plenty of FREE stuff at all the other stores

    • Valerie

Same problem: I purchased the Benadryl deal with the pantyliners and added the tampon deal that Jenny posted today. I only rec'd the 2.50 RR from the tampons and nothing for the Benadryl deal. I'm new to Wags so I thought I messed up. Then I tried the scenario #2 with the Kashi cereal, added a filler item, and added another box of tampons. I rec'd the 1.00 RR from the cereal but again nothing from the tampons. Did I do something wrong? I already left the store w/o fighting it, but I want to know for future use.

      • Carrie

In your 2nd transaction, did you use the $2.50 RR you received from the tampons in the 1st transaction to pay for tampons made by the same parent company in the 2nd transaction? If so, WAGS doesn't allow this, like CVS does, because the tampons were from the same parent company. If you did not use the $2.50 RR to help pay for your 2nd transaction, then I don't know why it didn't print the new RRs.

        • Brandi10

At my store in Jackonville u cannot use rr & get rr even if it's a different company.

          • Carrie

Another example of WAGS inconsistency from store to store like I mentioned in an earlier post above about the Benadryl/Tylenol/Sudafed deal for this week. I'm just south of you in Palatka and we can use RRs and get more RRs as long as the parent company isn't the same. If my store went to the policy your store is using, my trips there would be considerably lessened.

It just amazes me how not only the clerks but the assistant managers don't even know their coupon policy. When my $5/2 didn't ring up, they tried to tell me it was because the liquid Benadryl wasn't part of the deal. When I corrected them by showing them the sales paper that clearly lists liquid, they proceeded to tell me that it was because I had used an RR and you can't receive an RR when you use an RR. I said, “Funny, it just gave me a $3 RR for the Schick Hydro Gel.” Finally, she gave in and force-printed a $5 RR.

Speaking of the Schick Hydro Gel, does everyone realize these $3 RR are rolling? In other words, I received the $3 RR, returned later, purchased another can of Hydro Gel, used my $3 RR and received another $3 RR…then had my daughter go back in and get another one with the $3RR…and received yet ANOTHER $3 RR. I'm going back in a bit to get one more. I'm sure this won't last long…as soon as corporate realizes their mistake, it will all be over. Better get out and take advantage of this…just do us all a favor and don't clean off the shelves.

      • Michelle

Wow, I hardly ever hear of them rolling. I got two and think I will stick with that…..I have four bottles of Fusion and two Hydro, I think we are good for a while!!

    • Michelle

Okay, well….I decided to call Catalina directly. I called 1-888-826-8766 (option 3) and told them I had done the Tylenol deal at Walgreens and no RR printed. He said they were aware of the problem and would be happy to send me the RR by mail. You do need the receipt when you make the call. I actually did the deal twice and he said he would have to get authorization for the second transaction. When I asked how long it would take, he said it could take up to 8 weeks but that they are immediately processing these particular requests so it could be faster.

He said what happened is the manufacturer asked the Catalina company to do this promotion but then the manufacturer did their own….which conflicted. For NOW, they are honoring requests until the manufacturer tells them how to handle it. So, if you have your receipt – CALL NOW.

      • mabell4tn

I had the same problem at the Downtown Nashville Walgreens. They will not let you use the $5/2 Tylenol, benadryl and still get the 5RR. They say that is to manufacture coupons so you have to use the coupon and not get 5RR or not use coupon and get 5RR. I called Catalina directly and they stated that if you used the coupon they would not sent you a RR. I didn't lie, so I guess I won't be getting my RR.

Ok so i'm feelin like i don't like walgreens very much, after taking the time to get everything together (in separate transactions even) I find out that if i use rr on a purchase the new rr will not print..also if i do put a couple of items on the the same purchase i only get rr for 1 item even if the rr are for different brands and all this after i did 3 separate transactions sheesh!! think i'll stick with publix & cvs.

      • althea

i agree. i went in the other day and had $2.50 in RR and the item i was buying was not an RR reward item and it would not take it. the cashier said i needed a filler item even though i had a balance due after my RR. it has been getting harder and harder to get walgreens to work and i am doing correctly. i had avoided cvs for a long time because of their customer service and before i knew about ecb and all of this, but it has turned out to a hidden treasure. and publix, well i think they are the end all be all when it comes to deals and customer service. i am with you 100% on this it is publix and cvs all the way. just a side note, i went into walgreens today and there were some toys on the shelf next to the easter stuff and the sign for the 50% off easter items was on that shelf over the regular tags for those items. so i went to get a price check and the girl told me it was regular price and i told her about the sign and she gave me the ugliest look. i wasn't trying to scam her i was just letting her know what i had seen. she just shook her head, rolled her eyes and then tried to politely tell me that that was not relevant. hmmmm…..i think that only reinforces my earlier point.

        • ivegotcutekids

I'm with you! I left Walgreens yesterday very frustrated. I did the Benadryl deal, and a $5 off Claritin coupon printed off. No register reward. The salesclerk said that if you used a register reward to pay, one would not print off. I knew that wasn't true. I have studied the blogs about their policies, and felt sure I had gotten it right…I had used filler items with with my manufacturer Q's, I didn't use a register reward by the same manufacturer of Benadryl, etc. I asked the assistant manager, and he said that the $5 off Claritin was my register reward. AAARRGGHH!!! If they are going to make it that difficult, they need to quit advertising it. It seems like more than 50% of the time that i try to use a coupon there, there's a problem.

      • Michelle

Hi, I think if you read the Walgreens getting started guide you see that it isn't always true that you will not get RR's if paying with RR's. Here are some things to keep in mind:

        1. RR's are considered manufacturer coupons.
        2. You must have one coupon per item purchased (for RR's and regular Manufacturer coupons).
        3. Your sub-total (before tax) has to be at least the amount of the RR (or RR's combined) or more. For instance, if your sub-total (before tax) is $4.99, you cannot use the RR. You total with tax might be 4.99 plus .40 tax (5.39) but you can't use the RR because your sub-total before tax cannot be less than the RR.
        3. If you have a regular manufacturer coupon (like from the Sunday paper or an Internet printable) and want to use it in conjunction with a RR, you need to have a “filler” item. For instance, today I bought two biore products, but I had four coupons (two biore coupons and two different RR's). So I purchased two filler items in addition – 2 pieces of cadbury candy that were on sale for .12. NOw I have four items for my four coupons.

If you used an RR for a transaction and the RR was from a manufacturer different from anything you were purchasing, you should have received an RR. The only time you don't get an RR is when you use a manufacturer coupon for a product of the same manufacturer. For instance, let's say colgate toothpaste is producing 2 RR. And Neosporin is producing a $3 coupon. If you do the first transaction and get your RR, you can then use that on the Neosporin and get another RR. What you cannot do is use that RR from the first transaction to buy colgate again and get another RR. Does that make sense?

If you want to give specifics about your trip, maybe we can provide a little more insight…..

        • brandi10

Well my first transaction was schick shave gel, & 2 benadryl products. I only had 1 mq for save $5 wyb 2 benadryl, I was looking to get $3 RR for the gel & $5 RR for the benadryl, but it only printed the $3 one and a Q for save $5 on claritin so I asked the cashier & she hit something and made it print the $5 RR but she said that u can't get 2 RR deals on the same transaction & I don't think the shave gel & benadryl would have been the same mf. Then another transaction was the xtreme razors and I bought a thing of $1 bubbles & 3 clearance playtex sippy cups and planned to use a $4 off Q for the razors and the RR from my previous trans. ($5 + $3) & get the $1 RR for the razors but she said if I used the RR the the $1 RR would not print so without thinking about it too much b/c I had my 2yr old with me and a line forming…of course I just didn't use the RR but after I left I realized I should have just used the RR b/c the one I got was only for $1 so I ended up spending $9.87 on the 2nd trans. & $7.68 on the 1st and now had $9 RR to have to figure out how to use all over again…anyway the 3rd transaction was 2 boxes of cheeze itz that were 2/$5 plus there was a $1 RR (i think…maybe $1 for ea.)for buying them & I used 2 in-store Q for $1 each which brought my total to $3 so just for kicks to see if by using RR I would get the RR I used $3 RR from my previous order for the shave gel which gave me a balance of 0 which was one good thing but the RR did not print, & although I got them free with RR I prob. would not have bought the cheeze itz if I wasn't gonna get the RR b/c I can get them cheeper somewhere else but I already had them & thought maybe I could learn something, but I guess maybe this was a situation where I needed a filler or something, but still don't understand the prev. trans.. Thanks for your help!

I had my Walgreens shopping trip all planned out and it didn't go as planned. I didn't get many of the RR that I was expecting and if I used a coupon, they wouldn't give me the RR? Why not?

      • Michelle

Without knowing more details (what you purchased, which coupons you used, which RR's you used, if any) it is hard to give advice or offer clues as to why it didn't turn out the way you expected. If you did the Tylenol deal, there is a known issue about why that is not printing out….read down and look at my post about calling Catalina company (if that was one of your problems). If you want to give more specifics and what you expected, I'm sure someone will offer you some good information.

        • ivegotcutekids

I called the Catalina company, and they said they would review it, and send me a RR if one was indicated (I bought 2 Benadryls and a $5 off Claritin printed off…the assistant manager told me that was my register reward), but that with Wal-greens it usually takes about 8 weeks. Is this what they told you?

          • Michelle

The person I spoke with said it does normally take 8 weeks but they were expediting this particular issue. So we “could” receive them quicker.

            • ivegotcutekids

              YAY! Thanks!

      • Carrie

If you were trying to do the medicine deal and use the $5/2 coupon, just about everyone is having trouble with it (read all the posts above). If you are talking about another deal then if we had the specifics we might be able to help you better. I've read where some people are reporting that their stores will not let you get the RR when you use any coupons on the same products.

Has anyone else had a problem finding the SC Johnson rebate form? The link goes to a page that “does not exist”. Help!

      • Michelle

I just googled “sc johnson rebate form” and the first link took me right to it. I wasn't sure about which web site was hosting it so I didn't post the link….but you shouldn't have a problem if you google it.

Biore at Walgreens – went in today to pick up some prints. I noticed they had biore on sale and if you purchased two participating products you got $5 back in RR's.

      So I did the following:

      Biore Pore Strips 5.99
      Biore Facial Cleanser 5.99
2 Cadbury Easter Eggs (clearance) .24
      Sub-Total: 12.22 + tax
      Used: (1.00) Any Biore Product
(5.99) Buy Pore Strips and Get Cleaner Free
      (2.00) RR's
      (3.00) RR's

      Total Due: .23 + tax
Got back $5 RR….actually a better deal than CVS. It was not advertised in the paper, but the tags hanging on the shelf stated the deal. The cashier even went and looked at it before ringing it up just in case there was a problem.

Coupon issues resolved; I called the Walgreen's Corp. Office concerning not getting my RR because I used coupons, my problem was with the cereal RR ,I used coupons so it did not give me my RR and My other complain was that if I try to use a coupon that {for example is $1.25 and the sale price is $1 ] they refuse to take my coupon. I just received a call from the manager and he was so nice he told me he has reconsidered and has told all his cashiers to take the coupons. I am so excited because I have missed so being deals and he told me he is going to resolve the RR problem. My Dunlap Walgreens now ROCKS!

For the Colgate deal, the 360 Acti-Flex toothbrushes are on clearance at my Jacksonville, FL store for 1.29! These are the ones there is a .75/1 mc for and $5 RR wyb $10 Colgate Toothbrushes.

Oh and btw, the coupons also works on the 360 Deep Clean toothbrushes.

    • Melissa

I have a question. I bought cereal last night at WG. It is on sale 2/$5. I used a $2/2 coupon and then a $3 RR. But it wouldn't take the RR. I had to buy a piece of candy to get it to take. The more I have thought about it, the more it bothers me. Not a big deal for this one transaction, but how often does this happen when it shoudn't? Am I missing something? The coupons and products should have been an even wash and then only had to pay the tax.

      • ssh

Maybe the $2/2 coupon attached to both items and acted like 2 coupons. So the register would have seen it as 3 coupons w/the RR for 2 items. I have heard of this happening before.

        • Suemh

That is exactly what happened. Any coupon that is ¢ off more than one item attaches to that many items. A small filler item was needed.

      • Michelle

I think I would have called a manager over for that one. When that has happened to me, I have called a manager and showed that I am using one coupon per item. They CAN manually enter it if they are so inclined.

    • Misty

Walgreens in Gardendale,Al will not let you use the $5/2 Tylenol, benadryl and still get the 5RR. They say that is to manufacture coupons so you have to use the coupon and not get 5RR or not use coupon and get 5RR. I didn't onderstand this because I had just used the u coupon and got back my RR. If they keep doing this I won't be shopping there.

      • Michelle

I think it is just that they are not understanding the problem that currently exist. I don't think they are stating it as policy it is just a fact that right now if you use that $5/2 coupon their system is not printing the RR. The reason is discussed thoroughly in this thread…..but long story short, the system is “thinking” that coupon is a RR. If you use a Tylenol RR to pay for Tylenol product that is supposed to be producing RR's you will not get RR's. They do not “roll.” Catalina (the makers of the system that prints out the coupon) is aware of the problem. I would go back and make the purchase with the $5 coupon. Then I would call Catalina and they should send you your RR. Search this thread….I gave details on who to call.

I tried the Rembrant and Kashi suggested deal. Rembrant B1G1 for 7.99, used 2 $3.00 off Rembrant. Then the Kashi Cereal 2/$5. I bought 2 and used 2 $1.00 off Kashi. Which then makes the total $5.55. I then TRIED to used a RR of $2.50 and it didnt go through. The manager said that since there wasnt an item that was $2.50 or more that the RR wont work. Even though my total was $5.55, I didnt have an item that (after coupons) came to $2.50 or more. I thought, afterwards, that if they rang the RR first and then the manufacture coupons it might have worked. Has anyone else tried this????

      • Michelle

That would be a new one on me! I know this can't be true because I used a $10 RR this week and had nothing that was $10 or more.
From what you said you bought, it doesn't look like you used a filler item. If you used a coupon for each of your items, you need another “filler” item for the RR. The RR is considered a coupon and you have to have one item per coupon. What I did when I used my RR this week was purchased a twelve cent piece of candy.

      • 3monkeysmom

You needed 1 more item. At Walgreens you have to have an even coupon to item ratio. RRs count as coupons so you would have needed 5 items total to be able to use the RR plus the other 4 coupons you had.
What your manager said is only true if you are buying 1 item and using an RR with no other coupons. With your situation, you would have only needed a cheap filler item. I try to keep it under 50 cents when looking for a filler item. Clearance items are usually great for this. Whatever you get for a filler needs to be at a pretty low cost since you are basically trying to bring down the cost of your OOP with the RR. For instance, you wouldn't want to get a $1 or higher filler item for a $2.50 RR. But if you had a $10 RR, that might be ok.
Walgreens can be a little complicated. Have you read the Getting Started Guides on this site? Definitely give that a look if you haven't :-)
Hope that helps! And hope it didn't wind up confusing you more :-)

The Wags in West Columbia, SC was giving away the Finest Natural supplements! Hooray for free!

Oh how I wish I had read all the comments before I went to Wags today. I wanted to do the tylenol cold/benedryl/sudafed/etc deal. Didn't get the RR (as many of you have said.)
The cashier said she couldn't force print the RR and even asked the mgr (who was too busy to come to the front, so the cashier had to go to her) The mgr wouldn't push it through either. The cashier tried to “explain” how the system worked to me and I, very nicely, explained to her how it worked. She gave me a form to fill out and mail in to get the RR, but this seems like a hassle. I'm going to call the catalina company tomorrow. If I don't get a resolution, I'll return the items.

I keep trying and trying to give Wags my business, but it NEVER fails… When I go in, there is ALWAYS an issue. It never goes smoothly, never. I'm thinking this may have been my last Wags trip.

        Follow up post-
FYI I called the Catalina company and he said that they had been getting bombarded with calls about this. He told me that he could enter a claim, but that it would be faster to fill out the forms and mail them in because it goes directly to the people who would issue the RR.
I called the Wags store today and asked to speak to a mgr. I told him what had happened and how disappointed I always seem to be when shopping Wags. he told me to come in and that he would give me the cash value of the RR I was supposed to get. He DID say that the “issue” with this particular RR deal had been resolved.
I'm going to go into the store tomorrow and see if the mgr does what he said. If not, I guess I'll be sending in those forms to Catalina and shopping across the street at Rite-Aid or CVS from now on!
