The little boxes to the side of the item are not coming up, so I can not make my prinable list.

Thank you for all you do!!!!

      • pharmSCgirl

Yeah, they aren't coming up for me either. I figured it was just my computer acting up.

      • Laura S.

They aren't coming up for me either!

      • me

me either I thought i was doing something wrong.

      • Bev

        Same here–still no check boxes to make a printable list. :-}

      • bhumi

        same here no checkboxes

    • Bobbie

Not coming up for me either. Just copied and pasted the items I wanted to an email to myself.

    • Bobbie

Also Jenny my BOGO printable coupon on the Life Savers would not work at Wags????

      • mandy

Bobbie – yes, you should be able to use that coupon. However, the cashiers at Wags are usually not educated on how to use the coupons. The store's sales are separate from manfucaturer's coupons, so technically, Walgreens would give us a Life Savers (Wags Sale) & the manufac coupon would give us the other for free. I've tried this type of deal before, and my Wags never seems to understand the concept. Good luck!

    • ScottK

Some of those deals are hard to pass up, being that I stopped doing walgreens as far as how complicated they've made it. I just rest easy knowing if I don't bang down their door when they open, they'll be out of stock anyways. All hail CVS!

      • Hattie

I went to three Wag's this morning and all three had EVERYTHING on sale but one smaller store did not have the Ecotrin.

All three had very nice employees as well.

        • ScottK

that’s lucky, if I go to any walgreens here (4 convenient) they’re without fail out of stock by 10 AM.

    • me

I am wondering if anyone has some of the problems I am having & what to do about it?in wags yesterday & found a right guard clinical deord on clearance for $2.19 I had a manuf. Q for $2.00 off ANY rite guard clinical deordant. the computer beeped @ me so the cashier called the manager &she looked it over & went to her office called the cashier & told her I could not use it .She said maybe because it was the spray is why I then pointed out again that it said ANY and that there was still a balance of $.19 due so why could I not use it. The manager again said I cannnot use it.She had mentioned a meeting earlier that morning @ clearance items & coupons. She was very snotty & short with me.I love thier deals but get sick of the way i get treated if i have to go to a different store other than my regular Wags due to they are out of stock Any suggs?

      • Kayla

When I went to WAGS for the Dove deal last week, I had the same problem. The deodorant coupon worked but the hair care beeped and tried to charge me the amount instead of deducting it. The lady called management and he eventually approved. She had mentioned a meeting about coupons, as well, but she is always very nice to me when it comes to my coupons.

        • sdshaw

I believe there was a problem with the dove hair coupon in itself. I printed it directly from their website. They did eventually take it, but a lot of people have had that problem.

      • Tracey

I had a similar issue today when I tried to buy 5 cans of Hunt's tomato sauce. My $1 off 5 cans coupon made the register beep. They cashier was not rude, thank goodness, but she could not tell me why the register wouldn't take the coupon. I was at $1.25 so it wasn't because the coupon exceeded the total for the items. The manager did override the machine eventually but I just do not understand what is the deal with Walgreen's accepting coupons that are clearly legitimate. I'm buying the item. The coupon I'm giving you is for the item I'm buying. What's the problem?

    • Becky

there are no boxes on the side and it won't let me paste to MSWord or email. I guess it's protected or something – oh well, i am happy i have a list, I will just go old fashioned and write it down

    • Lucy

Get $5 RR wyb Luster White 7 Power White or Sensitive Teeth Toothpaste, 2.6 oz., $5.00 free
-$2 off Luster Weekend White SS 5/9
-$5 off Luster 1 hour white SS 5/9

The coupons shown here are NOT for the toothpaste that will be on sale. Unfortunately, the majority of the folks reading Jenny's site won't pay attention (or care) and will use the coupons anyway. The Luster Weekend White coupon is for a product that costs approx. $15 and the Luster 1 Hour White coupon is for a product that costs approx. $40.

Jenny, please edit your shopping list and scenarios to remove those coupons so that folks won't be using the coupons improperly.

      • jhoran

I was wondering about that too. Also, I think its the same on the ecotrin – I could be wrong.?????

        • Lucy

The printed ecotrin coupon is okay – there is no size restriction listed on it. But the other coupon Jenny has listed “-$1.50 off Ecotrin, 125 ct.+, Coupon Found On Product” definitely won't work for the product on sale this week with RR and is improper use of coupon if any one tries to use it.

          • Anonymous

            Thank you for replying.

          • Anonymous

Not sure about the 1.50 q, but there’s a 2.00q from a while back, making it free and a 2.00 money maker.

    • Lucy

Nivea Men’s Skincare, Shave Gel or Body Wash, B1G1
-$3 off Nivea Body Wash for Men 16.9fl.oz RP 5/02 (makes it FREE)

It's been reported that the Nivea Men's Body Wash will be $5.99 with $6 RR in a couple weeks (6/12). With the $3 coupons, that's a $3 MM for each bottle you purchase. Might be one of those coupons that you want to hang on to for a few more weeks…

      • Darlene

I am new to this site… how do I “check” the items I want on my list to get it to print? I've tried over and over and can't get it to print anything. Thanks!

      • Tamra

Good to know what to look out for. Thanks. I will buy some now and keep a few for later.

    • Darlene

Can anyone give me some help… I am new to this site and I am having trouble trying to figure out “checking” the items that I want to add to my list for Walgreens. I can't get anything to show up on my list when I print. Thanks so much!!

      • Carrie

Something's going on because the boxes usually come up for you to check. Just copy and paste onto a word document so you don't have to hand write everything. I'm sure Jenny will fix it once she becomes aware of it.

        • Darlene

Thanks so much! Have a blessed day!

      • nicki

I just tried on my computer and it worked fine. I just clicked the boxes next to the items and at the bottom click create list. On the next page it comes up to print list. Worked fine about 2 minutes ago.

    • Crazy_shopping_mommy

Kids Bubble Mint Aquafresh will be a $.01 MM with the IP from http://www.wealthoforalhealth.com! Make sure to just give IP before in-ad coupon, otherwise it’ll beep!

      • Michelle

thanks! i was able to print 2 Qs for the kid's aqua fresh and used them at wags today. :)

    • Melissa H

I got the 'meeting about coupons' song and dance yesterday too, and was told at one location (whose cashier on an earlier shift had JUST taken internet printed coupons earlier the same day) that 'we don't take internet printed coupons anymore, there's too much fraud' … I literally had to go to six different stores in order to complete everything on my list yesterday … And not a single one of them even had a single pack of the 20 sq ft Reynolds Wrap that they had advertised for 89 cent in stock … At the last store I hit, I just went ahead and spent all RR's I had because I am now completely resigned that I am just DONE with Wags … Just too much of a freakin' hassle every single time … And I'm almost 9 months pregnant with my second child … I don't have the patience for it anymore … So rather than run the risk of completely exploding on one of their employees or managers one day because I just can't take it anymore, I'm taking myself out of their game and taking my money to places that don't give me a freaking migraine

      • heather

I second that!! (except for the being 9 months pregnant part:)

      • Dianne

Sorry you had such a bad day at Wags today! Nothing is fun in that last month of pregnancy anyway, so I hope you get to chill this afternoon!

What is this coupon meeting thing? Is this from corporate that they aren't taking internet coupons anymore?

        • Melissa H

Not sure … The cashier that said that they had had a meeting said 'I don't know, we just had a big meeting … ' and the sentence trailed off, and then she said that she'd ask her manager and if her manager said she could take my q's, she would … So she did at that store … but the store where I was told that they don't take internet printed q's anymore, that cashier just flat out dismissed me out of hand, there was no discussion beyond 'We don't take those, there's been too much fraud' … That was just … it … So I walked out of that store leaving everything in the buggy because all of my transactions had at least one internet printed q …

          • Elizabeth

I went to Wags today, and the cashier said she had to ask her manager if it was ok to take my internet coupon for $1.50 off Little Swimmers. The manager came over and explained that it was fine. He clarified to the cashier that the only coupons they are no longer taking are coupons that give something free. I asked if that included “buy 1, get 1 free” coupons, and he said no. They are still ok..He said specifically that there are some fraudulent Doritos and Coke coupons that they are having trouble with. HTH!!

            • Melissa H

Hmmm … Sounds like not all the employees got the same memo/attended the same meeting, lol … The cashier that shut me down didn't even look at my q's, really … I barely had them half out of my coupon holder and he declined them … I wonder if he had actually looked at them and seen that they weren't for anything free what might have happened … Who knows, maybe he was having a bad day … but I was too (again, huge preggo) and that was straw/camel/back for me … Oh well

            • kbribelin

I tend to have more trouble at wags than cvs…you should comve over to the light side….cvs! although this coming week is a slow cvs week…..

      • Sadie

I'm with you…no more Walgreens! I stick with CVS and Rite Aid…and I now have fewer headaches! :)

    • Leslie

If I buy the Kotex U and get the RR then turn around and buy more Kotex U's will it let me use those RR that just printed.

      • Ashley

No, you can never do this at Wags

        • leslie

          ok thanks

      • You can not “roll” RR at Wags. If it occurs, it is a fluke.

    • Chelsea

      • jhoran

        Looks ok to me.

      • Stacie

Not sure if you would need a filler on that last transaction. I had trouble with that at Wags today with a coupon that was 1.50/2 cereals. I thought that my number of q's and items matched up because that coupon would count on one of the cereals and my register reward would count on the other but it wouldn't let me use my register reward. Not sure if that was the problem but I think it was. Does anyone else know for sure if a q that is an amount off 2 items counts as 1 q or 2?

        • Sue

It has been my experience that if a coupon is for 1.50/2 (or 1.00/3, etc), the coupon attaches to each of these products and counts as that many coupons. So the 150/2 would count as 2 coupons beause it attaches to 2 products.

      • Steve

From my experience at Walgreen's if you use a coupon for the same amount as the register reward, the register reward will not print out. I have tried this on 3 different occassions and the reward did not print. So for example the ecotrin gives a $2 reward but the coupon is for $2. (more than likely the reward is not going to print out…. This is what i hate about Walgreens…

        • Shon

I think its a hit or miss sometimes depending upon the Catalina machine. Yet its “supposed” to print the RR no matter what. So you may want to call the Catalina company and request it next time it happens.

        • 8tina

The ecotrin $2 coupon did NOT affect the register reward. It worked just fine.

        • Anonymous

hmm, I’ve heard about this, but I have never had that happen to me. I bought the ecotrin and the vitamins back to back with the same 2rr’s no problem.

    • Debbie K

I just wanted to let you all know that I had a Good Experience at Walgreens this week. I saw that my Walgreens had b1g1 Wagreens sunblock on Wednesday night (north augusta, sc) and was going to use my $5 RR from my Wednesday transaction. But when I got the the Richland Ave, Aiken Walgreens they didn't have that deal.. was told by the Cosmetic clerk (who was very kind) that it must have been a store only sale. She did point out to me that banana boat was b1g1 and She HAD COUPONS! So I bought 4 and she gave me 2 $1 coupons and used my RR too. What a very nice Clerk… So don't think that all Walgreens are bad.

      • April

Yep, have had nothing but positive experiences at both of the Walgreens in Aiken!

        • tracycook79

We need some of our Orangeburg clerks/managers to come do some training up your way, it seems. I can't stand the inconsistancies and rudeness you will find at our stores. I just last night went to pick up the scrubbing bubbles extend-a-clean (I had not been able to get out and shop this week due to company). They had none. No problem, I would just get a raincheck and pick them up when they got in a new shipment. WRONG! The manager “decided” (yes, those were his words) he was not going to write a raincheck for that. I found it funny, that he could just decide not to do that. I drove all the way across town (rushing before the store closed) to see if they had any. They were out. I waited 10 minutes (no lie) for the manager to come out from the back to ask for a raincheck. She wrote me a raincheck for only one (I have never gotten one for only one….they usually do 2-4). She did not talk to me, come over to the counter, anything. She just shoved this crinkled up raincheck at me.

      • fnet4444

My Walgreens in N. Myrtle is wonderful. They know my name and will always take me at the cosmetics counter. Very helpful.

Does anyone know where the link goes for the Coppertone $2 off coupon? Jenny forgot the link…

      • Jessica

It was on coupons.com but is no longer available. Was replaced with the $1 coupon.

      • elisa

Jenny didn't put the link for the $2 q because there are no more prints available. She's just listing it for those who printed it when it was available (about 2 weeks ago, I think).

    • jhoran

      Buy $10.00 Hershey's get 5RR. There's 1.00 q's on the hershey pieces. Buy 4, use 4 – 1.00 q's, pay 6.00, get back 5RR , makes it .25 each.

    • jhoran

reach toothbrushes and floss are free with in-ad and 1.00 q.

    • carol

I have a friend that gave me a bunch of coupons for a free 12 pack of any coca cola product, does anyone know anything about these? She said that she printed these at work and she works at a college and said that she could even get more if I wanted them. I am scared to use them because I haven't seen anyone talk about them. If they are legit that would be great for the coke deal.

      • Melissa H

Hey Carol – I don't know if anyone messaged you a response or not, but I think the Coke q is one of the fraudulent ones circulating right now … There's that one and a Doritos one to steer clear of …

        • carol

      • pharmSCgirl

I believe these are a scam. I work at Rite Aid and Corporate sent out an e-mail saying not to accept any of these coupons and they posted signs at the registers. Please don't use these.

        • carol

Thanks so much for the heads up. I was a little nervous about using them and wanted to find out as much as I could before I went to the store

    • Coupon queen in training

I had a great experience at Walgreens in Tallahassee on Ocala. They had huggies diapers 2/$18 with $3 WAG coupon for next purchase. For some reason the packacge I bought rang up at $2.39. Once I noticed that I went back and kept getting diapers. They continued to ring up at $2.39.

      7 packages of diapers (1 31 ct and 6 27 ct) 193 diapers total
      1 216 ct wipes

Cost before coupons and sales – $87.09
Price after coupns and sales – $17.49 (paid)

Im kind of excited. Yay. My hubby says we wont need diapers for a while. LOL

      • Melissa H

Wow … That's pretty huge … And they weren't marked clearance or anything? Were they the Snug N Dry or the Little Movers or Little Snugglers? Looks like you might have lucked into some kind of old packaging clear-out or something – Good for you!!

      • Shon

What type of Huggies were they? I was just going to go get some today for a coworker and would absolutely love some of these.

        • Coupon Queen in training

Little movers .. Sorry for the delayed response could not find my post !

    • Michelle J

No more prints available for Quaker. :(

    • Jen

Sunday & Monday is still May. Will the Kodak deal work with a WAGs' JUNE coupon booklet? When do they put out the June booklets? When do they become in effect?

    • Danielle

For the AirWick this week, what does your Walgreens do when the item costs $3.99, but the coupon is $4.00?
The last time, I had 4 coupons and the 4th coupon beeped for me. They said that they couldn't adjust the coupon down, but they re-rang the AirWicks for one penny more, $4.00.

      • 3monkeysmom

Were the small I-Motions and the plug-ins on sale too? My ad just had the big ones and when I looked at the store the signs were only on the bigs one. I have several of the $4 q's and was hoping to use them.
The last time they were on sale for$3.99, I bought 2 or 3 and I think they had to manually key in all of the $4 q's.

    • Amy

      Can I buy 2 Ecotrin at $2 each, use 2 $2 q and get $4 RR back?

      • Brenda Z

No. There's almost always a limit of 1

        • Caroline

I was wondering if I could buy 2, in separate transactions, and use them together to pay for another item.

          • Lucy

Yep, you can do that :) Just make sure when you are paying with RRs, you have the same number of items as you have RRs.

        • Jess

There is NO limit on RR transactions – the computer has no way of knowing if you've already done it or not – the only way it knows is if you try to use a RR from the same item or the same item to pay for a second item. As long as you don't use same company RR's, you can do the transactions as much as you want =)

      • Dani

You have to do them in separate purchases. Make sure not to use the 2RR from the first one on the second one or the RR will not print.

    • sandi

I went into the store this morning to shop using my coupons and the weekly ad and the mgr. wouldn't let me purchase items that were on sale for $.99 with a $1.00 coupons (kids aqua fresh tooth paste and palmolive)- plus I had many filler items to cover the overage…including the kotex sale items and random school supplies for my kids. She was so rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong! I have never shopped at walgreens before and I am so upset. This was my first time and I never want to go back. This was so unfair! What do I do? Did I do something wrong? I know that I can purchase these items, how do I go about doing it?
      Please help!

      • JJFDV

I have lots of problems with walgreens. I no longer shop there. CVS and Rite Aid have a much easier system. You did nothing wrong. Depends on the cashier but many will not take a coupon for more that the value of the item, even if it is a penny. You could try another day with another cashier or take your business elsewhere.

      • Vanessa

Hi Sandi, My suggestion would be these… If possible, find another Walgreens. If not, try going in the afternoon and using the Cosmetics counter to checkout. They seem to be much more willing to help you if it is a busier time of the day and you use the Cosmetics counter that way they are not under pressure to help figure out what to do with the coupons… I love my Walgreens and have made friends with the employees which helps too. Always be courteous, help them help you… I have given many of hem the name SOUTHERNSAVERS so they themselves can save just as I do. Its all about the employees, if you cant warm up to the employees at this store, you will want to find a new one that is more coupon friendly. I have also found that Walgreens employees are frustrated at times with couponers because of those who go in there, grab ALL of the deals and then stand in line for an hour just to re-sell at the flea market. Cut them some slack too. This is just my opinion. PLEASE no nasty comments from those with nothing but time on your hands. THanks!

      • Lucy

        Welcome to the club!

sorry, there are a few errors in there. I wish we could edit our posts. :)

        • Sue

I edit my posts quite often.

          • kelli

how? once I post, I don't see any way to edit.

          • camp

            how do you edit?

      • Sandra

Yes, I was going to post this too. Don’t know where they got that it was 2 per address. Sort of messed up my coupon ordering…wasted some change there..:’/

      • Roseluns

I read that after I got to the car. I bought two also. :(

    • Frugal-J

I just got back from Walgreens. I went to the pharmacy to pick up two Nivea bodywash for men with my two $3 coupons thinking I would get them free. However after I presented my two coupons the cashier could not get the system to accept both and gave me an excuse that the system would not take them both if one is free. Anyway I had to pay for one getting one free. Still a good deal but wish I could had been able to use both Qs.

      (2) Nivea body wash – 5.99
      (1) $3 Nivea body wash Q
      tax: .39
      total: $3.38

      • camp

that's strange because i think i have used 2 coupons on b1g1 there before. they might have worked if the price was adjusted to $6 even. that's missing penny can cause some problems sometimes. anyone agree with my theory?

      • Lucy

You should have just gone to Walmart where this body was is less than $4, used two coupons and got both almost free.

      • Sandra

Ya, that is weird. Same thing happened to me at CVS couple weeks ago with a B1G1 coupon on a b1g1 sale, but I usually get this general thing to work at Wags and other stores if the THEY have an item on b1g1.

    • Shon

The $5 Wags coupon for the Kodak camera doesn't work. The coupon is for the 2-pk (54 exp total) or Waterproof camera and the one on sale is the 1 pk (27 exp). Maybe its just a regional thing for me.

    • Trace

I just got the sweetest cashier at Wags this morning! In fact he said their manager had said they can overide themselves for coupons 50 cents and less w/o his approval and the only coupons they have been told NOT to use are Pepsi or Coke coupons. I got 3 Aquafresh toothpastes (2 for the kids, I already have 8 tubes for myself from CVS!!!), one Palmolive and on tube of Cortaid…used my coupons and a RR that my boyfriend gave me and only owed 70 cents! So it really technically WAS free for me!

      • camp

i also got an earful about the fake pepsi and coke coupons going around at walgreens this morning. my walgreens must have gotten burned badly because when i presented the internet coupons for the ecotrin they called the manager to the front and he compared it with some other internet coupons they had in their accordion style folder before scanning.

        • colleenneel

The register wouldn't take my free coke coupon that I bought with My coke rewards points. I was bummed. Since it is Memorial day there wasn't a manager on to talk to but the cashier said it was probably due to all the fradulent ones out there lately. Sure brought my total up though but I'll use it at Kroger. Mine is a legit coupon that took me FOREVER to earn with coke rewards points!

    • ss

For those of you who purchased either the kids aqua fresh or the reach toothbrush – both for .99 and then used $1.00 coupons can you please tell me exactly what order you used to buy the items? I actually went back to walgreens a little more prepared and they still gave me a really hard time.

      • Tracie

I gave them my stack of coupons with the manafacturer coupons on top and the in-ad q's on the bottom of the stack! No probs whatsoever!

      • Nelanie

Stack the coupons with manufactures coupons on the top and then the in ad coupons. I actually hand the cashier the coupons one at a time and name the item that they are for so I usually don't have problems. Keep trying. It took me a few times to get the hang of Wags. My store in Milledgeville, GA is great so don't give up on them.

      • jhoran

I bought the toothbrushes and the floss and they went through just fine without any beeps. I was expecting them to beep, so it was quite a surprise. Also, strange thing with one of the luster toothpaste .. one rang up at 5.00 and the second one rang up 15% off which totally messed up my transaction … I still got the 5RR regardless. Go figure!!!

    • kelli

I forgot to mention in my previous post that the $5 RR for Luster didn't print at my store when I used the $8 RR from the Complete contact solution. The woman in front of me had the same problem. The $5 printed when no RRs were used and when I used a different bunch of RRs. Not sure if it was a fluke or what, all I know is that it didn't work.

      • pharmSCgirl

Did the cashier or manager do anything to make up for you not getting the register reward?

        • kelli

the manager came up and rang up the Luster without any coupons or RRs, told the register that it was paid with cash. It printed the receipt and $5 RRs, then voided the transaction. He did this for both of us. He said that it must be that the Complete and the Luster were from the same manufacture, which I don't think is the case, but he fixed the problem, so it wasn't worth arguing over.

          • camp

what exactly did you buy the first time when it didn't print out?

            • kelli

              I bought:

              1 Cortaid = $3
              1 Luster sensitive = $5
              1 Rejuvicare skin 60ct = $6*
              – $1 off Cortaid
-$8 RRs from Complete contact solution
              -$3 RRs from Goodys
              = $2 plus $.30 tax

*I had a rain check that was written for $3.99 off your next purchase instead of for the item they were out of, so the casher just adjusted down the price of Rejuvicare to $6

      • camp

that's exactly how i bought luster this week (using last weeks $8 rr), with another $4 of filler items and my $5 rr printed just fine. maybe their catalina machine was out of paper?

        • kelli

The machine wasn't out of paper, the woman in front of me at the same problem. Not exactly sure what the deal was. I bought a second one in the next transaction and it printed with no problem at all.

    • Michelle

I noticed that each scenario transaction used a register reward. I thought if you use a register reward in a transaction then you will not get another one. Am I right or wrong?

      • if you use the rr on a different product, then it will prnt

        • Michelle

So lets say I buy the Luster White Toothpaste and 5RR prints out. Then I can use the 5RR on Rejuvicare and it will still print out the $10RR!!

          • Ashley

Exactly. You can't take your Luster RR and buy another Luster though because the RR would not print in this case.

    • Katia

Just to let everyone know. This week Walgreens has a $4 off any Coppertone product as a store coupon in their flyer. On coupons.com there is a $2 off manufacturer coupon for any Coppertone product. Walgreens has the Coppertone spray 30SPF sunblock on sale for $9.99. So by combining the two coupons, I got a name brand spray sunblock for $3.99. Good stuff!

    • Renee

I bought 2 of the Kotext U and only got one 2.50 RR. I was disappointed.
I also could not find the Ectotrin asprin that was only $2.
the chex mix rang up 2 for $3 I had to show them the ad and she fixed it.
Have always had very nice people at my Wag's

      • Lisa

The deal was for only one Kotex U.

      • 3monkeysmom

For the Kotex, you can split it up and do two transactions. That way, you will get a RR for both of them :-)

      • Ashley

Go return one kotex and rebuy it. All RR's deals of the same product have to be bought in separate transactions for an RR to print out on each one.

    • Lisa

I went to Walgreens today & got catalinas for $2 off Cover Girl, $4 off Olay Definity, and free Always liners! Great coupons.

      • Kim

I also got some great coupons from the catalina machine–today was a generous day besides the rr printing from wags! The free Always printed from the Kotex U, I also got $1 off ghirardelli and $1.50 of playtex tampons.

        • Amy

I know! I got two free Always.(different transactions) I was super happy.

    • Michelle

Does anyone know how you can use the b1g1 life saver coupon with the store b1g1? I tried and the register beeped and the clerk wouldn't give me one free b/c she said one is already free.

      • ASmith

I don't know why but it also would not work for me.

I used at Kroger and paid $2.00 for 4 bags for a family road trip and it scanned with no problem. She had to get someone to make sure they would take a B1G1

        • bradleyr

starting to wonder about walgreens. I also tried to use these and they scanned then acted like it was going through but after they put in cost of the one it beeped. i had same problem a month ago with the TGIF snacks coupon $1.50. Wouldn't scan but found others using them elsewhere no problem. Seems fishy to me. I will say that my cashier called the manager over and she did go ahead and take it because i'm a regular shopper there. I thought that was awesome of her because it is a legit coupon. Would love others thoughts on this fishiness:)

      • alivias_closet

Ask the cashier to get clarification from a manager. I use B1G1 free coupons with B1G1 free sales at Wags all the time. Usually the cashier has to input the amount of the coupon into the register themselves.

    • Ashley

I always have great shopping weeks, but for some reason extra pleased today, I guess because I got the 12 pks for free. I got:

      3 12 pk Coke
      1 Wags Multivitamin
      1 Ecotrin
      1 Orbit Gum
      3 $1 Coke
      $2 Ecotrin
      $8, $3 RR
      Due: $.69 + tax

      Rejuvicare Skin and Nails
      Luster Toothpaste
      Wags Multivitamin
      Orbit Gum
      $8, $8, $3 RR
      Due: $.69 + tax

      $2 Ecotrin

All this for the price of 2 $.69 gum. Went in with 31 RR, came out with $30!!

      • Lucy

Did it print the $2 Ecotrin RR? I heard if you use a coupon of the same value as the RR, the RR won't print. Just wanted to find out before I go tomorrow :)

        • Amy

          It worked for me twice.

        • camp

worked for me also, didn't even have to pay tax like at cvs. my total to pay was actually $0.

    • Amber

I did the Off insect repellant thing…the store let me use two BOGO on four of them and four $1.00 off coupons (store) but the register would NOT let the cashier run two of the 2.00 off coupons. I explained that I was told that you are allowed one manufactorers coupon per item but she kept trying it and it wouldn't work…still got them for 3.75 each which is a steal!

      • NCCouponMomof2

For some reason the sometimes the BOGO Q's attach themselves to 2 items (like the $1 off 2items Q's), so you can only stack store Q's with the manuf. So in other words, the 2 Q's that were BOGO were actually like using 4 Q's and with the 4 $1 off ones that was considered all 4 stacked….if that makes any sense:) HTH

    • becky

okay before i go tomorrow please help 0- i have a b1g1f c from my all you magfor the nivea body wash – can i get 2 free??

      • alivias_closet

        Yes! I just did it

    • Renee

I am knew at this couponing and I went to Walgreens and got
      2 boxes Kotex U tampons
      1 box Kotex U pads
      6 orbitz gum
      2 chex mix
      3 12 pk cokes
      2 covergirl mascare
      2 raisin bran cereal
      2 nair products
      I spent $33.16
I forgot to use my $1 off covergirl coupon
and I didn't know if I bought 2 Kotex U products in one transaction I would only get 1 RR. This made me upset but I am still learning. My $3 off 2 coupon for Nair products would not scan and said I didn't purchase the product but cashier was so nice and told me there was a way around it and she took it off anyways.

      • renee

Took me 5 transactions to get it all.

    • Elizabeth

On the above list it says that the Nivea men's body wash, with the $3.00 off coupon is free. It is B1G1…but the body washes are $4.99 each (i think). How does that work? Can I use two manufacturer's coupons on B1G1?

    • Kristy

Ok. SO normally I am with most of you and prefer CVS over Walgreens but I had $14 in RR that I needed to use this week so I was pleased with my experience today. Here is what I bought:

      Transaction 1:
3 12 pk of cokes Total:$12 pd with $8 RR from Complete and got $5 RR $4 OOP

      Transaction 2:
2 boxes of Kellogs Cereal (used $1.00 off 2 coupon) $1.99 each
1 bag of chex mix $.99 (used net coupon &.50 off)
      3 Colgate Sonic 36- toothbrushes $1.74 each (used 3 $.75 off coupons)
      1 U Kotex Pads $3.49 (used $1.00 off coupon)
1 Filler Travel Adapter on sale for $2.74 (filler)
Total : 10.74 used $6.00 RR from last week
      $4.74 OOP & $2.50 RR

**I am going on vacation and used the remaining RR towards a $25 itunes card which made it $17.50, so all in all not too bad! I did not know you could use RR towards giftcards but you can :)

    • Kay

The Nivea men's body wash was $4.99 at my WAGS also. I did the B1G1 and was able to use both the $1 and $3 coupons making a total of $.99 for 2. The price may have been cheaper for Jenny is SC, I don't know. Her Rite Aid prices are MUCH cheaper than they are here in B'ham, AL.

      • Elizabeth

Kay, Thanks so much! I am in HSV, AL! Where did you get a $1.00 off coupon?

    • kbribelin

had a great trip…..really my first WAGS trip with umph. Not sure how many transactions….
      3 Luster white toothpastes
      1 Rejuvicare
      6 coke 12 packs
      8 Ecotrin
      6 wags vitamins

      11 royal gelatins for fillers
      we do use these products!
started all transactions with 11 RR from last week, ended with 10RR for future….
      only 1.62 OOP!

    • Kay

Elizabeth, the $1 coupon for Nivea men's body wash is in the RP 4/11. I am in Hoover and went to the Highway 31 WAGS in Pelham.

    • Krista_A

Just a heads up for Walgreen shoppers in Gainesville/Oakwood, GA… they appear to be working together to ban coupon usage!!! Both the Mundy Mill Rd and Shallowford Rd locations are trying to limit purchases of RR items to only ONE PER PERSON. I was also told that the South Enota location is doing this as well :( Very frustrating. I'm not one to “wipe out” their entire stock that they are claiming to be the problem, but I normally buy between 2-4 items with RR. They are being so irrational and act as if couponing is stealing… why are employees not trained properly on coupon usage, even worse, management doesn't have a clue! I have placed a call to customer service, awaiting a call from corporate. Hopefully this can be resolved!!!

      • camp

so what are planning to do when you come to the counter with two different items that have rr's. say “no you can't buy that today”? or keep your rr for themselves?

      • Diana

So just go two different times. Until the policy changes at a corporate level and they limit it by a card like CVS it's there job to police it. I have no problems with a store limiting their deals, it's just when they try to modify their store's own policy that it bugs me.

    • Robin

Super excited for Walgreens today! Just got to check my local ad today and the local Miller/Coors are sponsoring a sale! $10 MIR wyb $15! And it says you can buy ANYTHING in the store, so long as it's one transaction!!! I think I can live with that!

    • Tabby T

My WGs has signs on under the Hershey's candys advertising them as 2/$5 – $5 RR at checkout =FREE.
I know in the ad it's buy $10 get $3 RR so I asked an employee, and she had no idea. I tried it anyway, I bought:
      1 Luster White
      2 Hershey Nuggets
      1 Snickers
      ———————— my total was 11 something, and I used a $10 RR + cash
only 1 $5 RR printed (I don't know if it is the Luster White or Hershey) so I was directed to the manager. I told him about the candy sign advertising them as FREE, he nodded, scanned the two Hershey Nuggets bag, and out printed the $5 RR!

So, I just a heads up cuz FREE Hersheys Nuggets is AWESOME!!

      • Tabby T

sorry, I meant the ad says $5RR wyb $10

      • kbribelin

        Awesome, thanks!
        I”ll try that tomorrow maybe!

      • jhoran

        Buy 4 hershey pieces, use 4 (1.00/1), pay 6.00, get back 5RR. – 1.00 for 4 bags.

    • 8tina

In the Richmond, VA area the new Martin's grocery store will take Walgreens RR!!! HTH

    • Linda K.

On the two day sale Jenny you can not get the Kodak one time use camera for .99 cents because the coupon from the June Walgreens Coupon Book states it is for a two-pack only (54 exposure) or waterproof. Both those cameras are not the $5.99 two day sale.

    • GamecockShan

I had the same thing happen with the Kodak camera. The camera rang up $5.99 but the coupon was only for a 2 pack or a single sport camera, which was $11.99.

    • tigger46

Help, I want to buy two maybelline mascarra, I have manufacture coupon for 2.50 off 2 and a 4.50 rr both are PG can i use both and still receive my rr for the mascara (4.50 rr was on a different product)

      • alivias_closet

If Maybelline is a PG line and your RR is from PG then a new RR will not print. You'd have to use a RR from any other company to get it to work.

    • alivias_closet

I have great news! If you have any $4/1 Nivea Body Wash coupons left (they expire today) use them at Wags!

Their women's 16.9 oz body wash is on sale B1G1 free (priced at $5.99), but they're not marked on the shelves. If you want to make sure just take one to the counter and ask the cashier to price check it for you. Use two $4/1 coupons for $2.01 in overage!!!

The best news is there's no coupon beepage because of the way they're ringing up. So, be sure to grab something to cover your overage!

I ended up purchasing 4 body washes, 2 bags of combos, and 1 20 oz drink. I used two $4/1 body wash coupons (expire today), 1 B1G1 free body wash coupon from All You, and 1 $1/2 combo coupon from All You.

My total was $1.31 and .95 of that was tax!

So Im happy…with the $2 MM off of the ecotrin, I broke even cause that paid for the tax that I had to pay OOP. :)

    • NCCouponMomof2

Oh I almost forgot…to add to the previous post. I got a cat that printed out for free Always pads…not sure why, maybe because I bought the U kotex…but it has up to a $5 value :) So I really did make $$$ on this trip:)

      • SFLS

Yes – me, too! Free Always and U RR both printed – like getting both for free! I give the U to my teenagers and keep the Always for me.

      • jhoran

hmm, I only got 1.50 q's for playtex gentle glide.

      • jen

Man, not fair! Mine was up to $3.50, and the Always were $3.75, so I still had to make up the difference. On top of which, the same cashier that would only take one coupon (it said, “one coupon per purchase”), said, “This says 'up to 18' so you need to find one that has 18.” Mine had 16. I'm going there today and exchanging the product for the 16. They were longs.

      • becky.e

I got one too! Wags is always harder to work than CVS, so a free product was a nice surprise. I never turn down a freebie–if I don't need, I donate.

      • SFLS

I did this deal again today but for the liners and Free Always liner, up to $5, also printed out. I have two more U coupons to use, so loving this deal!

    • 3rd

Last time I was in my Walgreens they wouldn't let you use RR and RR back in the same transaction. I stopped shopping there since then but if it's changed now I'd gladly start back. Has anyone else had problems with this?

      • alivias_closet

You can use a RR to pay for an item you'll recieve a new RR on as long as the RR's are from different manufactures.

For example: If you have a $3 RR from P&G and are buying an item from Johnson and Johnson with a $3 RR on it you'll get it. However, if you buy an item from P&G using a P&G RR the new RR will not print.

        • camp

          good to know! thanks!

      • thorny30

The Walgreens by my house will allow you to and the one by my work want allow it they call it looping, so I just don't shop at that one.

      • jhoran

There was never any changes … it's all depends on the stores you shop. hth

    • kbribelin

after 3 trips and lots of fun puzzling transactions, I have about 50 RR to use……anyone have any ideas on GROCERY items I should get….? thanks!

      • thorny30

I just found out if you buy $12 worth of Edy's ice cream you get a coupon for $4 off your next shopping order. Edy's is 2 for $6 this week and in 5/16 RP there is a coupon for $1 off 2. The offer is good until 6/12.

        • thorny30

I just went and checked out this deal. I got 4 Edy's ice cream's and a filler item, I used 2 $1 off 2 man. q.'s and 10RR total OOP $1.89 and I got back 4RR. Great deal!!!

        • kbribelin

          Great! thanks!

      • Gail

You can use the RR's at Walmart, Krogers, Albertsons and maybe some others stores – so you don't have to buy products you don't want or don't need at Walgreens.

        • Becky

What Walmart takes RR”s? I would love to get a store that would take other stores coupons.

          • Ashley

RR's say manufacturer coupon on them. I know they scan at Publix.

    • Erin

At my walgreens the charmin 6 pack ultra stron toilet paper rang up $1.29 got 14 used 7 $1 off 2 coupons….$0.79 each…only at select walgreens tried others but only found one that had the 6 pack cashier says they are not carrying in the 6 pack rolls any longer

    • Susie

Just got back from Walgreens in Franklin, TN. We weren't allowed to use an internet coupon. They said they no longer accept them. First time this has happened. Anyone else hearing the same?

      • thorny30

I shop at the Goodlettsville,Tn. locations and have never had a problem with that. I used several internet coupons today.

      • jen

IF you have another one around, try again. I'm really curious if it was just that store, or maybe just that cashier!

      • Allie

Portland and Gallatin, TN stores will not take internet printable coupons either.

      • Elizabeth

Here in Norcross Ga our Walgreens said that they would no longer allow internet printed coupons either. She explained something to the effect that they were rejected by the manufacturer when they were trying to redeem them.

    • Tobys_Mom

Does anyone know if Walgreens will take expired RRs??? I apparently wasnt paying attention last time I went and didnt use my “about to expire” RRs so now I have $9.00 worth that expired on the 30th. Im not optimstic but and hoping!!!

      • KashLea1

        Yes, they do.

        • artmommy222

          Mine does not.

          • Tobys_Mom

I went and asked the manager and was very very nice to her and she said that she would take one of my expired ones! I had 2 worth $4.50 each. Better than nothing!!!

      • Ashley

I wouldn't be optimistic either, but that happened to me not long ago and since lots of people on here said they use them at Publix, that's where I used them and it went through no problem.

        • RebeccaFer

I'm not sure if your Bi-Lo is as awesome as mine but they also take expired RRs up to one week after expiration date. Check with CS there if you have a Bi-Lo close to you. :D

    • Dianna

      Went to Wags today got:

      1 U Kotex
      1 Cortaid
      2 Hallmark Cards (.99)
      OOP: $1.56
      Rebate: $3.00

      Profit: $1.44!!!

      • jen

How many RR did you give?

    • jen

PLEASE TELL ME THIS WAS *WRONG*: I tried to give four $1/1 coupons for the four Hershey's candies that are on sale. The cashier looked at the coupon, and said, “You can only use one coupon. It says, 'One coupon per purchase.' So, how many do you want?” I was perturbed, and simply said, “None.” She looked confused at me and kept asking if me I at least wanted one. (I think she didn't want to void it.) I finally just said, “I'll have to think about it, but for now, I'd rather not.” I didn't want to explain to her that I had a deal, and with RR, I would have bought all four for $1.
I'm going to try at a different WAGs today.

      • couponing teacher

        She was wrong.

      • michelle

she was right. some coupons say “only one coupon per purchase”. If you wanted to use all four coupons you would have to do four transactions.

      • Jen

One per purchase does not mean one per transaction. You were purchasing 4, so you should have been able to use 4 coupons! I don't know why, but this seems to be a hard concept for a lot of people!

        • jen

Almost every coupon says one per purchase, as in, you can't purchase 5 off of the same coupon. I went to a different store, to a cashier who knows what she's doing, and it went through without a hitch. I gave her four coupons, bought four candies, a Motrin with coupon, and a 50-cent Cracker Jacks box, gave them a $5 RR, paid $1 plus tax, got $5, $2 RRs back! Thanks for the encouragement!

    • jen

      My transactions:
      1) Cortaid ($2 w/ q)
      Reach (0 w/q)
      Neutrogena deal ($8.07)
      Lifesavers ($1.29 w/ q)
      Used a previous $10 RR
      Paid $1.36 plus tax
      2) Rejuv. ($10)
      U by K ($2.49 w/ q)
      Used $10 neutrogena RR
      Paid $2.49 plus tax
Before cashier messed me up (saying I could only use one coupon), my next plans were to be (I gave up and left):
      3) Ecotrin – 0 w/ q
      4 Hersheys – $6 w/ q
      Luster – $5
Use the new Rejuv $10 RR
Pay $1 plus tax (get back two $5 Rs)
Gonna do those today at another store.
Sorry, trying to not be so sore, but it frustrates me when they don't train people properly at a place where hundreds of people frequent.

If you have a safeway store in your area you might be able to get the free regular aquafresh with the 99 cent coupon and not just the kids kind. Our Randalls/Safeway has a May coupon booklet (I found them by the laundry detergent) and there is a coupon for $2 off 2 GSK products including regular aquafresh that doesn't expire until 6/30. Just make sure to get a filler to cover the 2 cents of overage if you're not buying anything else.

    • I just got an email that said $5 RR wyb $15 in John Frieda Products and there is a printable coupon (dont know which site) for $3 off 2 JF products.

      • John Frieda coupons were from the JF site, just have to register.

Also, when I went in I did not see a note below the JF products indicating a RR so I asked the sales person. She happily checked on it for me. Come to find out, there was a display in the back that had not been put out. On the display there are shampoo and conditioner products with 33% more. There are several different products priced $5. So you buy 3 for $15 and get $5 RR and if you get the coupon from the JF site, you get $3 off 2. Makes a great deal.

And just wanted to say that the sales person I worked with was awsome in getting the display and checking me out with all the coupons, we had a small problem and the manager had to come to help and she was also great. I love my Walgreens!!

    • Received 2 more emails re RR @Walgreens
      Biore Face Products
      buy 2 get $5 RR
$2 off one printable from Biore website

      Jergins Natural Glow
      buy 2 get $5 RR

      • Tonya

I received those emails too, but I didn't see them in the add. Do I need to print out the email and take it in with me?

    • jade

if u printed that $5/1 bengay massager walgreens has them on sale this week for 4.99; the coupon now prints as $3/1. if you printed it last week then u can score it for free!

    • mahug

If you got the medicine box with $15 worth of coupons in it that was free (after purchase of 2 items from the list) a few weeks back-there was a $4/2 any Cortaid coupon which would give you them both FREE. 1 free by coupon- 1 free by rebate! Plus a $1 overage

    • Jenn

Does anybody know how I can get the coupon for the Quaker Quick Oats?. I have been clicking on printable next to this item ever since the add came out on May 30th, but when clicked on the message, “There are no prints available for this campaign.” appears. Any suggestions?

    • Linda

If you buy a Kotex U product, you not only get the 2.50 RR, but also a coupon for a free Always product of the same type

      • jen

THANK YOU! I bought U liners for my dd, hoping to get Always pads but got Always liners. I think I'll mosey back down there for what I want!

    • No more ecotrin q's – rats!

    • Alison

At Walgreens in Nashville today, there was a sign for several Hershey's Miniature candies (ie Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Kisses, Hugs, and York Patties) that said they were 2/$5 and if you bought 2, you would get $5 RR. This was even drawn out on the sign that they were 2/$5 – $5 RR= FREE! I have not seen this advertised, so I wanted to post, BUT my RR DID NOT PRINT! The manager eventually just gave me $5 in cash because the sign obviously stated they would be free after RR. Anyone else seen this deal or had any luck with it? It is different than the deal that gives you $5 RR wyb $10 in candy.

      • Alison

I meant to add that the sign also reflected that the deal was good this entire week. The manager and I checked the date on the sign together.

        • Ashley

I had the same problem at a store in Bellevue. The manager there ended up rining up a different RR deal and giving me those since it would not print.

          • Alison

I was at the Walgreens in Berry Hill, so this must be an actual deal that is just not working. At least they are honoring it!

    • Debra

I had a problem with the Nair printable coupon today. 2 items were scanned and then when the coupon was scanned it said items not purchased. Noticed that the first 5 numbers of the UPC did not match up. Mgr. tried to give it to me but ended up not.

    • Debra

Also, my store did not have .99 chex only 1.99.

      • 3monkeysmom

The Chex Mix was part of the 2-day sale, Sunday and Monday only :-)

    • tahsha

Is there anything that I can do to get the aquafresh coupon to print- a 417 msg. keeps coming up saying that cookies need to be installed?

      • Rosie from FL

I had the same problem and was not able to print that coupon

    • nf

I found toys 75% off, disney dolls for 5.00 and remote control cars for 5.00 the big nice trucks.

    • cynthia

      • Tiffany

    • Hope Hall

If you got the “free” Ecotrin this week be sure to open the box now. Mine had a $2.00 off Ecotrin coupon printed on the inside of the box. The exp date is 12/2011.
