Going Nuts? I can help you understand coupon terms and abbreviations

Click on the paper near you to see what coupons were actually in the inserts around the Southeast. Check out the differences to really get an idea of what paper is the best to buy. There are variations every week.

As folks send me the lists I will update with links so check back if your paper is not up yet.

A few ways to use these lists:

  1. You see that you did not get a coupon that was released, you can go to online coupon sites and order it.
  2. Print the list for your inserts and keep it with your inserts to quickly know if you have that coupon.
  3. A way to decide what paper is the best paper in your area to buy.

Weekly Regional Insert Variations: I live in Montgomery and just going down the list of variations posted by Staci for Birmingham, it looks like we got the same inserts. I already knew that my daughter got the Farm Rich coupon and I did not – she lives in Spanish Fort, AL. Why don’t they just put the same ones in all of the area papers? There were a lot of coupons I wish I had but did not get.

      Hi everyone!
Newbie here, but does the red type mean that those coupons were NOT in our particular regional insert?
Thanks so much to everyone for their contributions. This site really IS absolutely AMAZING!

      • Ashley in FL

Yes. Anything in red was missing. Items in blue were either not on the original list, or something about the coupon changed from the original list ($1/1 instead of .75/1).

    • Ginger

Where do you find the list for your local paper. I would be happy to go through and see what the variations are for our paper, but I don’t know where to find their list!

Jenny~ Did you get the coupons I sent for the FL Times Union? Let me know if I need to resend. Thanks!

    • Cori

Wow, Greenville really got ripped off!

    • Kay

I live near Dothan, AL (Newville, which is even smaller) and I never seem to get any of the “good” coupons, like the Triaminic coupon I would have loved to have had. Someone told me once I could order the coupons directly from Smart Source and Red Plum. Has anyone ever heard of this before. I’ve never found any contact information on their websites.

    • Would you like me to do the Chattanooga insert from this week?
