I’m already stuck in a contract for our phone, but one thing i-Wireless offers is just what I need, Wireless broadband!! This means as you travel you can have internet in the car, or anywhere that currently doesn’t have free wifi. (I’m typing this from somewhere in central Georgia thanks to the amazing technology of mobile broadband.)
i-Wireless sent us a card to to try out. I was excited to see that since August (when I first worked with them) they had added MAC functionality to the cards! I got out the usb card hooked it up and within 5 minutes had very fast internet!!

Actually, I would give this to my mom! My inlaws have a “getaway” place in the mountains of AZ with no phone, TV or internet. This would be a great place for that!
This would be useful any time I am traveling. I could use it while visiting my Mom who has terminal cancer. I am going to visit her right before heading off to France for 2 years. There could be a lot of last minute stuff to check online, and my mom has no computer. But with this I could get online using the laptop I am taking with me.

My dh has been using I-wireless for almost a year now and has found it too be a wonderful alternative to the traditional carriers. I had not heard about the wireless broadband cards! I am constantly on the road a lot, either picking up my daughter in college–she has no car–or going visiting out-of-state relatives so this would be a great solution to allow me to work and keep in touch with everyone all at once. I had looked at other vendors but there were so many “gotchas” I could not afford it. A “no contract” option is fantastic!

It's a great thing to have if you are on the “GO” all the time like myself. I have a computer and internet service at home but I have a very crazy schedule so it causes me to be on the “GO” all the time.

Sitting outside my son's drama lessons. There is no wifi and since I live 45 mins away, it makes no sense to come home during the 2 hour lesson. Oh the work I could get done in a quiet 2 hours.

I would use this when I volunteer down at the homeless shelter. The shelter is located in at a different site each week and most of the sites don't have wifi connection. I would take my laptop to the shelter so guest can complete job applications.

I am a homebased travel agent and would love to have the internet anywhere that a client wanted to meet, not just somewhere with a WiFi hotspot. As crazy as it sounds the bowling alley is one place in particular. A lot of my clients are wheelchair bowlers and I meet with them after bowling, but then have to contact them later with details that I would love to be able to have right then and there.
