    • We have 29 WD stores closing in the next month or so in south FL!!

      • macboy

I'd say about 15 of them are in S. FL, but about 25 of them are in Florida (it's home state) as a whole, which is kinda sad.

      • Migdalia

Wow really? I wonder which ones… I'm not a huge fan but occasionally they do have good deals. I just hate the smell of the store and the rude service. =/

    • 3monkeysmom

Is there a limit on the Meal Deal for the cereal. It's buy 3, then get bacon, gallon of milk, poptarts and orange juice for free. If I bought 6 cereals (because those will count toward the buy 10 items to get the $10 off your next order) will I get 2 bacons, milk, etc…????
Have to say Winn-Dixie has been stepping it up lately :-)

      • Melissa

        • 3monkeysmom

Awww, boo :-( Guess that would have been too good to be true!
          Thanks for looking :-)

        • 3monkeysmom

Hmmm….and now I'm wondering if the free Pop-Tarts will count toward the $10 when you buy 10…cause that would be sweet :-)

      • Mandamaern

Yea limit one BUT I bought the 3 cereals plus a couple more and the pop tarts (2 because I had a buy2 save $1) and the pop tarts count towards the 10 as well!

        • Zarate06

Yeah! I've been trying to find out if the pop-tarts would count. Thanks!

    • Melissa

Did Winn Dixie start taking Target coupons?

      • 3monkeysmom

I was wondering about that too.

      • Luv_4_paws

I don't think so…I'd check with yours but I bet it is a big NO.

        • Melissa

I don't think so either so I am wondering why they are included in the list above for the match ups.

      • macboy

If a coupon says “MANUFACTURER'S COUPON” at the top, even if it has a store's logo on it, you can use it anywhere. Target's website has manufacturer coupons and store coupons.

      • K Hanks07

Mine wouldn't even take the Target Man. Q's… They said that even though they say Man. Q at the top they don't get reimbursed for them from the manufacturer. I think it was a load of you-know-what from a cranky cashier, but I'd rather go to Publix anyway :)

    • Couponlover

Musselmans apple sauce…Winn Dixie taking publix coupons?

      • Luv_4_paws

Every WD I've ever been to takes NO competitors coupons. Honestly, they don't seem happy about accepting their own WD coupons.

      • 3monkeysmom

        I just clipped this one and it's a manufacturer's coupon :-)

    • flower_mom

Just so everyone knows, all the WD around me have stopped taking coupons for the free items (for example in the above meal deal, you would not be able to use q's for the milk, bacon, or poptarts) :( The same also goes for BOGO deals…We can only use 1 coupon.
Therefore, I don't go to WD anymore (plus, they are just rude! lol )

      • 3monkeysmom

I think that's pretty silly of them….they're giving it to you for free so they would be making money by letting you use the coupon. Seems like a win/win to me.

      • Melissa

I'm in Fort Lauderdale, Fl and this has always been their policy here (well I just started in January so I shouldn't say “always”….LOL) BUT one of the Assistant mangers who has checked me out several times told me that if I ever wanted to use coupons for “free” items just go threw self checkout scan all your items, then scan your coupons and then your WD rewards coupon in that order. AND this has only happened to me once but if you load your UPromise coupons on to you WD rewards card and if one happens to be one of those “free items” it still takes that amount off the free item…But I kinda do have to agree that I feel they have gotten a bit ruder over the last 8 months that i have been shopping there as well….but man lately they have been having great sales on things I need….ugggg….Happy Couponing!!! :O)

        • Pstokes

I'm new to couponing. What is the UPromise coupon you are talking about…..

          • Babykeckles

It is a card that you can get to save money for your children's college. There are special “coupons” every month and you also earn money when you buy things with the “U” on the package (i.e. Ragu, Knorr, Skippy, Hellmans…..). They have a website http://www.upromise.com that will explain everything! HTH!

    • crobertson1916

Got a question: If you do the ball park deal and get the free pepsi max, couldn't you use the bogo pepsi max coupon Jenny posted last night and actually get two free? I'm still learning…

      • Zarate06

Yes you should! If I was you, I would scan all your items, give your coupons and THEN scan your WD card.

        • Cantbeatthisheat

Just a heads up, our Winn-Dixie will not scan one single coupon without scanning the WD card first. I have tried it with all cashiers and it seems to be drilled in to every one of them to scan that card first. I've been missing out on some great deals because of that. And none of our WD stores have self-checkouts so I'm out of luck.

          • Zarate06

Wow, that's such a bummer! I'm actually quite blessed to live by an extremely friendly store. I will even tell them why I'm doing it and they never have a problem I just tell them, “this will prevent your register from beeping” and they seems to like to avoid that trouble.

          • Qtrplusfarm1

At my WD they always ask for my card first but I tell them that I like it at the end so that I can see my savings. I have never had them demand to scan my card first before any coupons.

    • Ruth

Has anyone been able to print the Taco Bell Q's? What zipcode did you use?

      • Deb

I printed them a week or so ago and used 35173

    • Nikki

I have not been able to get a coupon off the Dole salad game. Any suggestions?

      • dee

You have to use zip code 02760 when you register. Other zips may work too, but I know that this one does.

    • Kmbtiger

Had a horrible coupon experience at Winn Dixie today, they refused all my Target Coupons and would not take 2 coupons on the B1G1 deals. The lady was so rude at the checkout. I think I will stick with Publix. I bought 3 cereals so I could get all the free stuff, but the cereals were expensive 4.99 a piece. I had a coupon for 1.00 off 2 shredded Wheats and a coupon for 1.00 off 3 Kellogg's cereal, needless to stay they refused the 2nd one, I bet they will go out of business very soon!

      • Zarate06

Were the Target coupons manuf or store coupons? WD doesn't take competitor coupons. Also, your two coupons for the cereals wouldn't work together. (assuming you only bought three cereals) Your coupons required you to purchase 5 cereals so they were right in refusing the second one.

      • amy

I was wondering how much the cereals were per box. $4.99 is steep, you can get organic cereal for less at full price. The “deal” does not seem like much of a deal to me.

      • omglcx3

well actually they just might depending on which winn dixie you live near. also they can't take target coupons because the system will not allow them to and they won't get reimbursed for that coupon for target.

      • macboy

It is my understanding that if you print a coupon from Target.com and it says “Manufacturer’s Coupon,” you can use it anywhere. If it says “Store Coupon,” you can only use it at Target and stores (like Publix) who take competitors’ coupons.

      • Mrsmawsr

My Winn Dixie will not except competitors even if it is a MQ with the target logo… they say NO.

    • Sean

I came up with a good transaction if your Winn Dixie will allow it or you have self checkout.

      6 Kellogg's Cereal
      2 Ready Crisp
      2 Pop Tarts
      2 gallons WD milk
      2 64 oz WD oj
      2 Keebler Sandies

      Total $34.26

      Use $5 off 30 recycle bank coupon, 3 $1/2 Kellogg's, 1 $1/2 Pop Tarts, $2 milk wyb Keebler cookies

Total $23.26 and get back $10 catalina.

      • Zarate06

The only thing is that the meal deal is limit one per transaction. :(

      • macboy

and your milk will go bad before the expiration date. It was like that with the W/D in Tallahassee when I was in college and the one where I shop at in Orlando.

    • 3monkeysmom

I have another Winn-Dixie “overlapping deals” question.
Oreos are $2.99. Milk is free with the meal deal. Can I use the FREE cookies when you buy 1 pack of cookies and a gallon of milk coupon from facebook since technically I'm not “buying” the milk?
I wouldn't hesitate trying this at Publix but I rarely shop at Winn-Dixie and am wondering what their attitude would be about it :-)

      • Zarate06

I was thinking of doing the same thing but w/ the nabisco snack packs that are bogo. My WD will be fine w/ that, but if you have an unfriendly one, who knows? Let us know if you do it and how it works out.

    • Mwebber

      Here is a deal idea:
      Buy the 3 Kelloggs Cereals,
      Get the free Milk
      orange juice and
Buy the 2 nabisco trays (B1G1)
Use the nabisco cookie coupon that you printed on Monday
You got the milk free with the above deal so both cookies are free
So for the price of 3 cereals I got milk, poptarts, oj, ready crisp bacon, and 2 tray of nabisco cookies.

      • deb

So, i am assuming you have tried this and it worked. It's a graet idea, I think I will try it, but my WD is not known for their niceness.

        • gamama3

I did it the day the ad came out and had no problems whatsoever! I love free milk and cookies! It was perfect for school snacks for the kiddos. My WD is WONDERFUL! Always helpful, always polite, and always friendly to help me out with my Q's! I was wondering if anyone else picked up on the deal and obviously you guys did! :)

        • Mwebber

Yes I did the deal. my winn dixie is always nice.

    • Melissa

Has anyone tried the caprisun deal and got the money back? I didn't see this advertised this week and buying 4 would make them 1.25 each which is a good deal.

      • gamama3

I purchased 4 and got nothing back!

        • Melissa

Thanks for the heads up I will get these at Target then and use the .50 coupon.

      • 3monkeysmom

It's not a Winn-Dixie deal, it's just a catalina deal, just like with the cheese.
I did get the the $5 coupon back for buying the cheese but I didn't get the coupon for Capri-Sun :-(

    • Mandamaern

Had an AWESOME trip to WD today! Spent $100 and saved $129!!!!!! Yahoo! That is the most I have bought in a long time! Tons of groceries! In fact…I am not going to be able to grocery shop for a few weeks as I am SOO stockpiled right now!

    • heather

I have a question… I got the $10 Kellogg/Keebler catalina last week. If I use the cat. to do the deal again this week, will I get another $10 catalina? Or are they like Walgreens and you can't roll the catalinas? Thanks!

      • macboy

If the Catalinas are tied to your W/D card, it may not print out if you do the transaction again. It is kind of like how CVS can control the amount of ECB products you can purchase because everything is tied to your card. I don't know if the Catalina deals are tied to the card.

      • Zarate06

I did this deal four times in a row and rolled each catalina. Have fun! =)

        • heather

          Cool! Thank you!

    • Dbruner1979

I can take that $10 off coupon to publix for my publix groceries right?

      • macboy

    • Dbruner1979

i just contacted winn dixie customer service and was told that they do NOT accept competitor coupons.

      • mandyinFL

My store (in FL) does accept comp coupons. I do it all the time!

    • kara

does anyone know if the breakstone cottage cheese doubles are included in the kraft dairy catalina?

      • Zarate06

It is not one of the listed items.

        • Karamwalls

    • Dee

My WD in So FL doesn't show the Pompeian Olive Oil. The ad above is Bogo free. Am I missing a section of my paper.

    • heather

Just got back from a horrible WD experience. Would not take the Facebook Nabisco cookies and milk coupon because it said SmartSource on it.. ??? Plus their catalina machine was off so my Kelloggs catalina and Kraft catalina did not print out. Went to customer service and they were extremely rude about it when I was trying to explain the deal… they acted like I was speaking a different language! They did end up just giving me a $15 GC. Definitely re-thinking shopping at WD though. :(
