Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the bacon until brown and let drain on a paper towel.

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and dump in the frozen tater tots.

Sprinkle the cooked bacon over the tater tots.

Whisk together 12 eggs, 1 tbsp. creole seasoning, and 1/3 cup heavy cream.

Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and tater tots.

Sprinkle the green onions on top.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until casserole is set and top has begun to brown.
