********PROBLEMS PRINTING SMARTSOURCE COUPONS***************************

A wonderful person on this site (Jason) saw my post where I haven't been able to print smartsource coupons and suggested that I see if there are any updates to my printer drivers. During the process (download software and drivers) it asked if I wanted to uninstall and I said yes, followed the steps to uninstall and reinstall and as of right now all of my problems are solved and I can print smartsource coupons again.

I hope this helps some of you that have been having the same problem.

If they do, I will take them to that website on my blackberry to prove it! Lol. Just got my 14 year old to play all the games. She thought it was a blast.

If anyone has trouble redeeming these, let us know. They are the oddest looking IP's I've ever seen & I hope the cashiers don't want to put up a fuss about them.

I am glad to see I am not the only one that can't print Smartsource coupons. I have been working for two months with Smartsource and others trying to fix my problem and no one seems to know how to fix. So if anyone has any suggestions please share. These are the suggestions that I have done so far:

Booted PC
Powered off and on printer
Uninstalled and reinstalled JAVA using different versions of browsers
Set printer to print directly
Enabled or Prompted all active x files
Changed resolution
Turned off firewall and virus protectors

Jason, I don't know who you are but "I LOVE YOU" I CAN PRINT SMARTSOURCE COUPONS AGAIN. You don't know how many hours I have spent trying different things and researching on line how to fix my problem.

My first thought on this would be that it's a printer driver issue. I would recommend updating the drivers from HP's site. If that doesn't work and you have access to a different printer that you can try with the same computer, I'd try that second.

Yes you are not the only one. My mom can't either.It's so frustrating because there are usually coupons that I need on there. I have tried the same things you have. I think( I'm no computer whiz that's for sure) but still no smartsource coupons. BUMMER huh! goodluck!

I can't print off smartsource and played the whole game. It was fun but still no coupon! oh well

Mine never did give me any coupons. When I clicked to get it, it took me back to the 'opening' scene.

I got to a screen that said I'd need to register to print additional coupons, so I did that. But no coupons printed, and then SmartSource said I'd printed my maximum number. (So I sent a friendly note to Customer Service. :~D )

What email address did you use to send the email?
I keep playing, but mine won't print either way either.

I tried t game 3x and everytime I go to print the coupon it takes me back to the beginning.

it was funny once (okay twice!) but after that it was tedious but I got my coupons!

The Orville Reddenbacher coupon was $1/2, not $1/1. I'm not as excited about it now...

I hope I get that La Choy coupon- I love making "Spiders" for the kids' class with those Crunchy Rice Noodles! Just pour melted chocolate chips over a bowl of those noodles, stir, plop them on wax paper and call them "Spiders"! Of course, Red Hots for the eyes....then you're done!

I couldn't print the coupon. It said that I didn't have Java enabled, but I do. Any suggestions?

I get that using Firefox from the Smartsourse site. Then I switch over to Internet explorer and it usually prints beautifully.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did what was suggested and it was going to print and then it said that I had already printed it, even though it never actually printed. :(

I get that message every time. I go back a page, open Tools-Options, look at where Java is enabled (sometimes un-check and re-check it), click OK, hit Smart Source again, and usually it will print for me. I'm using Fire Fox.

I have had the same problem. I have able to click the arrow to go back a page (to where it says it's printing) and it will then print. Crazy computers! Hope that works for you, too!

This is the biggest coupon I have ever seen! Where in the world will I file it....lol

That is what I was thinking . When I had printed my first one it was late at night the other night . I thought my printer was messed up as no price on the actual coupon lol. So stopped my printer figured I would check it again in the am. did the game again and printed the redi whip thats when I realized they are all like this . So blew my Marie calenders coupons thinking it was my printer lol . Now if the store takes these it will surprise me

It was kind of a lot to go through to print a coupon, but it was pretty funny.

ok, I'm new to all this..how is it that 8 cans is $1.96? If 2 cans is $1.49 x 4 = 5.96 - 4 coupons x .50 = 3.96 Right? I'm having a hard time figuring some of this out. Please help!

Publix will double the $.50 off coupon to be $1.00 off. So, that means $4 off. $5.96 - $4.00 = $1.96. :)

The coupons printing out say Do Not Double on them. So they probably won't double at Publix

I went today & my deal went as planned. They were doubled with no problem. I don't recall seeing do not double on my coupons.

I was able to print the Chef coupon 4 times. I will try to stop by Publix before their sale ends tomorrow since Chef is on BOGO. I can pick up 8 cans for $1.96. I think its worth the trip.
