The total repair coupon does not work with the coupon deal. Colgate total repair isn’t included in the 2 for $6

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

Thanks for the update. This is a great deal on other Colgate products. I hope you were able to stock up!

    • Laura

I found Mio on clearance for .99 and a .75/1 coupon in the 3/20 smart source insert made it 24 cents. Orchard Apple and lemon lime were the only 2 clearance flavors.

Found some 90% off clearance items, store brand sore throat spray was $6, now 60 cents.
Bac-D foaming wound sanitizer was $11, now $1.10.
Not sure why either was clearanced, both had a exp date of 2018.

All tank tops were clearance at 99 cents. The piles had no name and major brand names. Most were solid colors but some had cute screen prints.

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

Thanks so much for the deals!

    • Amber

The Huggies rebate on Checkout 51 says it can’t be used with any other coupons. Has anyone tried this deal to see if it works?

    • Jessica Barrera

Are Register Rewards instant savings? I am going to attempt my first walgreens trip so any pointers would be great. Thanks!

      • Stephanie

No the RR aren’t instant. Walgreens can be great, but can also be complicated. I suggest starting small and simple to get the best results. Otherwise, you will experience a level of frustration you haven’t experienced before..! :) Good luck!

      • pnew

Best thing to do is read Jenny’s WALGREENS GETTING STARTED GUIDE. information at the top.

        • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

Thanks for suggesting this! The guide is a great way to get started and make your trip a success!

    • EDinNC

      Charmin 12-pk $1 off coupon, $1 off Checkout51, $2 off Ibotta = 99 cents.

    • Grocery Saver

Would the $2 off Speed Stick GEAR be applicable at Walgreens even though it has available at CVS on it?
What about using the Walgreens store coupon on the Butterball Ground Turkey 1lb to get the $1.99 price then combine with the $0.55/1 Butterball Ground Turkey coupon available on coupons dot com?

    • Christina

When will the ad starting 6/19 be posted? Thanks! :)

    • Linda Coupon

Also appreciate and waiting on the ad:) Thank you Rite aid too

    • soundring

There are $1 offers for Purex on Ibotta and Savingstar, so would make it $1 per bottle.

    • Tiffany Harvey

PS – The Walgreens site acts like you can’t cash in BR pts until 5000. Not sure if that is a new policy or not. They also added a 4000 pt = $50 level.

    • Jessica

the amope deal is incorrect. The wet dry one is not $37 its $70

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

Thanks for catching that. I got it fixed.

    • jeffandjan

Walgreens won’t take the 55 cent coupon for the 49 cents papermate pens….will they?

      • sarah

one walgreens took mine but then another walgreens didnt…

    • Rebecca Smith

Is there a limit on the sharpie highlighters you can buy? I only picked up one in store because I wasn’t sure but the online system seems to think I can order multiples and they’ll all be $1

    • Minnsy8

The coupon for the composition books (6 for $1) was not working at my Walgreen’s. They did honor it, but said it was for a mini composition book. I do not believe they sell mini composition books, so I think its just a problem with the coupon.

    • Lori Reed

Walgreen’s coupon policy now states that they will not accept any coupon that is more than the selling price of an item. Therefore, my Walgreens in HIckory, NC will not do the PaperMate pencil deal with the $0.55 coupon which will make them free. I looked up the policy and it does now state that.

    • Janis

Eggs in my area (GA) are .69.

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

        That’s an awesome price!

    • Lori

I’m new to Wags (CVS gal)…can you explain the Everyday Points?

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

Sorry for the late response…I don’t even factor in their Everyday Points because they’re really not much to get exited about since it’s very minimal savings. You basically have to spend $100 to get $1 dollars worth of Everyday Points. You can go to their website to find more info about it https://www.walgreens.com/topic/balancerewards/balance-program-details.jsp

    • bdmommy

My Checkout 51 has an offer for $1 on the Scott paper towels this week.

    • bdmommy

Today Walgreens had L’Oreal Paris facial cleansers on clearance for $2.69 and there’s a $2 manuf coupon, making them 69 cents. Also left over school supplies on clearance for 90% off.

    • bdmommy

I’m confused about the head & shoulders deal, the list says $10RR when you buy $30 and they are on sale for 2 for $10…so you would need to buy 6 bottles, use (3) $4/2 manuf coupons, pay $18 and then get $10RR making the deal paying $8 for 6 bottles, $1.33 each…but the breakdown you have says only buy 2 and they are $3 each, don’t understand how that would work

    • kristin

The gilette shave gel is a money maker through tomorrow. Buy 3 at 3.49 each bogo 50% totaling 8.73. use 3 $2/1 coupons bringing total to 2.73 then you get $5 RR making it a $2.27 money maker

      • vickisfloyd

Even better – Buy four: total $10.47. Use four $2/1 coupons bringing total to $2.47 then get $5 RR making it a $2.53 money maker and four shave gels.!

    • deblack

Why are they having their black Friday sale all week? I thought it has always started on turkey day? It actually started today!

    • vickisfloyd

Question regarding the Scunci – if the item will only be $1 and the coupon is for $2, and Walgreen’s doesn’t accept coupons that exceed the value, how does this work? Anyone?

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

if you buy 2 it should work just fine. They won’t pay you money back though. However, the deal is now over, but this can be for future reference.

        • vickisfloyd

          Hey there,
Thanks for your reply. It didn’t work, though. They pulled out their coupon policy which stated that they don’t accept coupons that exceed the value of the item. I couldn’t argue with the policy :)

    • tabitha

does anyone have difficulty logging into their KFR account? I’ve had trouble since 11/1/16, and have changed my pw 4 times, at their suggestion, and still no access to my KFR account or my points. Their customer affairs dept. don’t seen to understand the problem.

    • boobear

      Hi!
There is a Walgreen’s $2 off coupon for the Axe Gift Sets, making them $6 bucks!

    • jb

I tried to use bogo revlon eye makeup coupon with bogo50 off sale and manager would only take off half instead of full amount. Is this a new policy?

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

No, this is how it works because it will always take the price off of the cheaper item. Therefore, the 50% off sale doesn’t really help with the bogo coupon.

    • Deanna

So I’m a CVS girl, cause Walgreens is too…complicated for me. But, I tried to take advantage of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free L’Oréal skin care with (2) $2/1 coupons since it didn’t involve Register or Balance Rewards. And the cashier politely informed me the store does not accept “home printed” coupons.

I didn’t push, there was a line, and the cashier was super polite even as he cancelled my transaction, but I’m curious…can the store have a more strict coupon policy than corporate? I’m pretty sure I was in line with corporate policy, but didn’t know if I was stepping on store manager toes.

      • boobear

That makes no sense. I use “home printed” coupons all the time at Walgreen’s. You were in line with corporate policy. It sounds like an uninformed cashier. Now, if you’re drawing your own coupons, that’s another story… :)

      • Kali

Walgreens all seem to have different coupon policies. I have also stopped shopping there because it always seems to be a fight. Try a different store. I have found a couple that are more coupon friendly. Sometimes checking out in cosmetics goes smoother for some reason.

        • Sharlee Harris

Asking for someone to check you out in cosmetics is a smart move. It keeps you from getting confused while you’re doing your transactions as well as keeping those behind you in line from having to wait. This is history from a few years back. With the points deal now where you can’t use points to buy an item without forfeiting the points that particular item would bring, it’s not worth it to me to coupon there. In addition, I’ve had a clerk at one store tell me I could redeem as little as $1 — I actually redeemed $7 on this transaction — yet was told in a different Walgreens that, even though I had over $16 in points, that I could only redeem $5 on my transaction of a little over $8! If someone can share their secret in shopping at Walgreens, I’d appreciate it. I’m not interested in accumulating points, I want as little out of pocket per transaction as possible. Thanks

    • Lisa Johnson

Can”t find the checkout 51 offer on pantene?

      • VP22

        It’s no longer available.

    • priscillac

For the sale with dial body wash this week, B1G1. If I get the 2 body washes, Can I use the B1 dial soap and get the foaming hand wash free coupon? Will it also take off the walgreens paperless coupon for $1.50 off dial body wash?

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

you can use the b1g1 coupon, but I don’t expect the computer will let you use it with the eCoupon.

    • Karen

Where can you find the Trident, Stride, or Dentyne gum $1/2 ecoupon that’s listed?

    • Sharlee Harris

I’m wondering if anyone has been successful combining the $3 coupon for Blink eye drops with the coupon in the Walgreens savings book. One manager told me that the coupons in their savings book are actually manufacturer coupons and cannot be used with another coupon. I haven’t couponed in several years, but I don’t remember that being the case then.

Also, this business at Walgreens where if you use points to purchase an item that’s supposed to earn you points, then those points are cancelled out — that’s just not right. You’ve earned the points, you should be able to spend them without being punished. There aren’t enough Register Rewards to go back and forth with the points. Unless there’s a really good deal at Walgreens, I’ll stick with CVS.

      • SmoochTheCook

My thoughts exactly! I understand not being able to use a register reward that is for the same offer (from the same company), but it’s ridiculous about the points and even more confusing is that you can use them SOME stuff that earns points. Way to make shopping HARDER! They are supposed to allow you to use those coupons together, but it seems like these cashiers and store managers need continuing education like teachers have to do. At Walmart, we had to go through the videos on the computer very regularly to stay employed there.

      • Deanna

Last year I had saved up $50 worth of points in my account. I used them to buy souvenirs when I went to Key West on vacation, haha. I have $70 right now, but no vacations planned yet…. :)

    • SmoochTheCook

Look for peelies on Keebler cookies. I saw $1/2 AND buy 2 get 1 of the little cups free.
