Are you sure we can do this in store? The fine text via the VISA Checkout website states “Get $30 off $150 at Staples.com with Visa Checkout. Valid online at staples.com® when you pay with Visa Checkout. Not valid in store.”

    • svetla encheva

Isn’t there a limit of rebates submitted by account(customer), I can buy 3 cases in one purchase and submit 3 separate rebates and they would send me 3 $44 cards?

      • Caity

The limit is 4. They may send you 3 $44 cards or they may put it all on one card.

        • kpstud

i called staples, they will put it all on one card.

    • Coupons44Crystal

So really tax is the only thing you will be paying for 3 boxes of paper….$9.24 (for me)

    • Daun

I just purchased mine! Tax for me was $11.39. I submitted my rebate online. If you purchase all 3 cases together you should only have to submit it once…

May I ask a question about on-line rebate? The correct step is 1. go to https://rebate.staples.com/staples/home.action and choose ‘STAPLES.com’, the click ‘Get Started’ 2. Fill in the Delivery information 3. Fill in the order number 4. Submit the rebate. Is this correct? My question is we don’t need to indicate the rebates promotion number, right?

        • Daun

I didn’t have to. It should know the promotion info based on the purchase. Hope this helps

    • d.korn

Read the fine print on the rebate….8 to 11 weeks to get the rebate.

    • Sandy

Mine said the following: We are currently unable to process coupons. Please try again later.

    • Liz

I just got my at 12:44pm PST. Thanks Jenny!!! I don’t have a Staples nearby so I always miss out on deals, but since free shipping is included all I have to pay is tax.

Just a helpful tip for those Visa (or American Express) rebate cards. If you like me and either lose them or never actually get all the money out, because you have to know the exact amount, and tire of telling the cashier you have $1.xx on it. You can “order” a digital giftcard from Amazon. Email it to yourself. Then use that giftcard to buy stuff on Amazon. Or place it back into your Amazon account it will never expire sitting there for Christmas or whatever you need.

      • Kim

YES! This is BRILLIANT! Those rebate Visa cards are my nemesis. Thanks so much for sharing!!

      • Deborah

That’s how we use all our rebate cards! :)

    • 4thlamb

can someone tell me about visa checkout? I’ve never heard of it… this may sound stupid, but the fine print says register any card, my cards are all mastercard. Can I register mastercard with Visa checkout?

      • Susan

I just checked out with the visa checkout. Yes, you can register it with the mastercard, they have this kind of option.

Can we buy the cases of paper in the Staples store?

    • Naomi Miller

didnt let me check out with the visa checkout :(

    • JoEllen

Rebates are for purchases through 1/10/15.

    • Karen

Also, go through Shopathome for 2% cash back,

    • jrenee

You will need to first go to visacheckout website and set up an account. Then go to Staples website and purchase the paper and pay with your new visa checkout account.

    • Elizabeth

Just got mine! FYI, it said “out of stock” online. But my local store had them in stock. I was able to order via store pickup, prepay online through the same visa checkout option and still get the same deal ($30 off + 3 rebates). I didn’t have to go to and set up a acct with visacheckout website first. I clicked on the staples cart “checkout”, selected “Visa Checkout” option, and then that directed me to set up a acct and then took me back to the Staples website. Easy peasy.

      • Michi

Did $30 off from Visa purchase show in your total? I just did my purchase and I didn’t see my $30 in the total.

        • Audry

Same question for me, I didn’t see the $30 off $150 purchase coupon or discount at checkout even though I entered the site through the promotional visa checkout/staples link. Were we supposed to pay $161 at checkout or $131??

          • Lorrie

Same here. I called Staples and was told that the fine print states, “thru 1/31 or while supplies last”. The customer service rep told me that Visa Check Out had already met their cap and was no longer honoring this offer. Guess we are out of luck. :(

            • Audry

Thanks for the info Lorrie, still a good deal, just don’t know if I would’ve gotten 3 cases, lol.

            • Audry

I called the store & they directed me to staples.com at 1-800-333-3330. They were very helpful & applied the visa checkout coupon after the fact & credited me the $30.
