I noticed that you did not have a coupon listed for peter pan pb. in the Dec issue of All you there are two 1$/1 coupons for Peter Pan PB. would be a great deal since they are on sale this week at HT!

    • I’ll definitely be getting those BOGO Rice Crispies and Crispex this week… for 38 cents, I can give those to a food drive we’re having at church for really, really cheap!

    • Rachel

So should coupons from in-store dispensers (like the Breakstone’s listed above) double? Sometimes HT has doubled them and sometimes they haven’t.

      • Jenny

From the dispensers I have found of this most of the barcodes start with a 9. So they will not double. Look at the coupon you find, if it starts with a 5 it will double automatically.

        • patrick

The Breakstone’s coupons in the dispenser (I’ve found at both HT and Safeway) start with 9 and the one I used at HT did not double.

        • Christina

I found .55 Breakstone coupons at both Bi-Lo and Publix (Spartanburg, SC) that started with a 5 on the barcode. At Bi-Lo they doubled 10; Publix would only double 3.

      • Jason

The 0.55/1 Breakstones I got from a dispenser at Lowe’s Foods starts with a 5, so it will double if they scan it, although it does say DO NOT DOUBLE all over it. HT is getting strict about manually entering those.

    • Kate

On another coupon blog it was written that Walgreen’s RR could be used at Harris Teeter. Has anyone done this? Does it work?

      • Jenny

It depends on your store but RR are manufacturer coupons and can technically be used anywhere.

HT also will take a general $5 off $20 purchase from various stores. This is the only type of competitor coupon that they accept though, nothing for specific products.

      • Cherith

I asked if I could use my Walgreens RR at HT last week and they said yes.

      • The manager at my local HT will allow me to use one RR when I check out. The reason she gave is that it says “on your next purchase” and she interpreted that as one per purchase. At least that makes it an instant rebate from Walgreens.

      • Jamie

        Harris Teeter’s coupon policy states:

“We gladly accept local competitors’ circular or direct-mail coupons for MONEY OFF THE TOTAL ORDER; we do not take competitor’s coupons for money off specific items.”

      • Becky

Yes, I’ve done it, it works fine.

        • Jessica O

Get this: I read this posting with all the comments and confidently went to my Harris Teeter prepared to use my $5 Walgreens Register reward AFTER I had dutifully printed off Harris Teeter’s coupon policy from their website which said they would take coupons that were $$ off your order coupons. (i.e. $5 off your next order) And I also had printed the 5 off 20 from Save-a-lots website. Well the manager said they don’t take other stores CATALINA coupons. I showed her the policy I had printed out. She then showed me her OWN coupon policy for HT. I asked her why theirs was different and, of course, she didn’t know. But hers was the correct one! (OF COURSE). So I said, “that’s fine. I’ll just use this Save-a-Lot $5 off $20 coupon I have.” She said, “no, we don’t take coupons for money off your next order printed off the internet.” She then showed me her coupon policy that was different than the HT website. I didn’t know what to do but I def understand why the term “going postal” exists. She recommended I call HT and let them know there were two policies.

    • Rebecca

Really?!?! If that’s true then I could use the $20 worth that I have to buy a turkey! :D

      • Kellie

Your store may do things differently but my experience has been that Harris Teeter will only take one of the $ off your order coupons. I will sometimes make multiple trips or break up my order into 2 to use multiple RR’s. It really helps to use them at HT because trying to remember which products you can’t use them on at Walgreens to void a RR that may print can be a little overwhelming!

        • Brenda Z.

I’ve never heard of using RR and having it void another from printing?! This has me stressed out now! :-) Any specific instances you can remember when this happened to you?
And any other stores anyone’s used RRs at that worked successfully?? Thanks ! :-)

          • AWS

At Walgreens, if you buy a specific product, like a Glade product and get RR , you can not use that RR to then go buy the same Glade product again. They are coded like Manufactures Coupons, so they know what you are buying! You would have to use that Glade RR to buy a different non Glade product that offers RR.

            • Brenda Z.

OK- i think I understand now. Thanks!

    • Angela

There is also a .75 off Crispix coupon on Kellogg’s website. They just sent me an email! :-) Yay for cheap cereal.

    • Wendy

I love being able to print a shopping list. Thanks so much!

    • Marge

FYI: The printable Birds Eye $1 off 4 coupon EXCLUDES Steamfresh.

    • The ziploc printable coupon is not working. I get the following error on the site:

“We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.”

Besides going through your direct link, I am not able to find these coupons when navigating through the rightathome site normally. Are they old?

    • Alyson

My Harris Teeter online ad for the Charleston area lists the Coca Cola 12 packs as Buy 2 Get 3 Free! So even better than B1G1! Love those B2G3!

    • Annah

My HT would not let me use my $1/2 coupons on items that were B1G1, is that normal?

      • Mine does that too. They say that you cannot use a coupon on a free item, even though they are charging half price for both. I called HT corporate and the cust service rep said that that is the policy. Oh well.

    • Dana

How do you get your e-vic price? just by using your VIC card?

      • Michelle

If you’re signed up for e-vic then, yes, you get all the e-vic prices by just using your vic card

    • Beth

The Deer Park water at my HT has a $1 any one 24 pack of water peelie on the water packages. Not a bad deal for Deer Park water.

    • Marge

At my Charlotte HT, the Green Giant Steamfresh vegetables are BOGO and the boxed Green Giant vegetables are still .99 each. Was able to make out very well with my coupons this morning! I didn’t even look to see if the Birdseye were indeed on sale since I had a bunch of GG coupons.

    • Ann

I am trying to find the Winter Savings booklet and the Homemade Desserts booklets. Where do you get them? The ones that I have found in the store do not have the same coupons as are mentioned to get the best deal. Can anyone help?

    • Colleen

I did not get the McCormick spice catalinas. I bought 3 hoping for the $ off for next time. I guess they aren’t doing that promotion here (Mid Tn). I saw no signs saying they were either. Oh well, at least they were helpful tonight. So many times they aren’t. Today the cashier got a manager to override my one IP that wouldn’t scan. Usually they just won’t take it if it won’t scan. SOmething to be said for shopping on a Sat night; no one is there so they take the time to for customer service! Doesn’t say much for my social life though:)

    • Beth

Last week I received a catalina for a free jar of Classico pasta sauce (up to $3.89 value) from Food Lion. It said mfg coupon on the catalina and then it said “may be redeemed at Food Lion”. I went to HT yesterday to use it and they would not let me. They said they will not honor a mfg coupons any more that have another stores name printed on it, no matter what. So, I went across the street to FL and used it there.

    • Christina

I’m confused on the tripling of coupons at HT. A lot of the deals posted are not taking into account a tripled coupon. Am I missing a rule with these coupons. I’m kinda new to the whole coupon craze, but am loving it!!!
