This has nothing to do with this post necessarily, but I was wondering if you could do a post about stockpiling. For instance, when you do you have enough stockpiled? Do I always want to buy products when they are on sale, just because they are on sale so that I can stockpile? I always feel compelled to buy something when it is on sale and I have a coupon…am I alone in this???

I feel the same way. I am very compelled to buy as many products as I can if they are on a good sale. This is how I think of this: if a product is on a VERY good sale, like being free or under 50 cents, then get as much as you can/want/need. Like Lance crackers in Publix were 44 cents for an 8-pack this week, so I bought 6, and plan to get more, because they go very fast for my family, plus, I don't think I'll get such a good deal any time soon. But take juice, even if a bottle is 99 cents, it's on sale every single week in one store or another. So instead of buying a lot, I just buy what we'll use for a week. After couponing for a while, you'll see that there are some products that are ALWAYS on sale, like pasta, pasta sauce, juice, etc., so there is no real need to buy a whole bunch. But again, if you have really, really good coupons, then stock up! Generally, I buy 6-8 or more items if the item costs about 10-15% of its regular price. Also remember that even if the item is on sale and you have a coupon, it doesn't mean that you are getting the best deal. Buy only what you will consume. Paying $3 for 2 packs of fish fillets seems like a great deal, but if you don't eat fish, that's like wasting your $3. So before buying anything that's on sale, consider if you'll use it at all. Same items tend to go on sale every 6 weeks, so maximum stockpile for 6 weeks.
