I am a die hard Publix couponer, but this week in FL, Albertsons has some crazy deals. This coupon will make for free HH without doubling!!

  • Tiffany

even if your retailer won't double it, this coupon is still better than the .75/3 q we normally see. It's hamburger helper for .50! Thanks Jenny!

  • Heidi

Thanks, Jenny! We're expecting a baby in a few weeks, and although we don't eat a ton of this kind of stuff, I don't mind having a couple boxes on hand for easy suppers once he arrives!! This will make for an amazing deal!

None of my stores will double one that says DND, but it's still a great coupon!! Thanks, Jenny! :)

  • kasey

the cpn says do not double but bilos doubles them anyway.

  • ElaineHN2002

FWIW … in general if a coupon code starts with '5' it will double automatically on register systems that automatically double … the cashier doesn't have to do anything to make it double. However if the code starts with '9' the coupons do not automatically double.

Most cashiers don't 'over-ride' the system or do anything to stop DND coupons from doubling if it happens automatically. If they had to enter it manually then they might not since it says DND.

When it comes to doubling … “Five is fine … Nine is not”

    • Donna

You must be lucky then! Our cashiers at Publix, Harris Teeter, etc. all carefully look at printable coupons and if it says “do not double”…even if it still starts with a 5 and automatically would double…they'll override it. They don't look twice at regular newspaper coupons, though, and will double those even if they say DND. These are all ones that start with 5!

Count your blessings that your stores / cashiers aren't hard on printable coupons like they are in some areas!

      • Hubbardca

I go ahead and separate my dnd coupons so that they do not double by accident. I don't want Harris Teeter to have to pay for the doubling. But I wonder why some companies care whether a q doubles or not. ?

  • cf

Just as a FYI, on the coupon it saids do not double or triple.
