Wow nothing worthwhile.Last sunday I bought 20 newspapers lol.and i am using clipping services to get many more coupons.

      • Kat

        20 papers? That’s alot.

      • Pam

Me too! Love to have my coupons when the deals are ripe for picking : ) Nothing worse than not having the right coupons!

      • Jenn

20!!! WOW that’s a lot of paper, but like Pam said you need to have the right coupons for a good sale. LOL

      • Papers in my area are too expensive to purchase that many

      • Gilbert

        I hope you recycle.

      • RuthSmartShopper

Suppose it’s greedy folks such as yourself you leave no papers for the thoughtful shoppers.

        • L

I dont see any reason to beat someone up for buying a lot of papers. How childish. When you buy papers at a gas station every week, they know your coming in, and adjust for that.

      • Rachel1318

Seriously 20? I buy 4 and 6 on good coupon inserts, I buy from several stores not just one. My papers are $2 each.

        • prettyjuls

i guess it all depends.. maybe she is helping others or something… I only buy 1…

      • prettyjuls

a clipping service? i am very new.. please explain…

      • Foolishness

    • mdavis1205

Last week I bought 15. This upcoming week I will only have to buy 1.

    • Tracy

Nothing to eat but a pretzel spread with sugar free jelly.

      • neel

        lol.

      • neel

        pets have something to eat…lol

    • SaraJ

The $4 off a Gillette cartridge pack is nice to see, I hope it’s in my paper! It’s frustrating that most cartridge q’s only apply to also buying a razor. My husband already has the razor, we need deals on the blades! Maybe there’ll be a ECB deal at CVS soon to pair it with. :-)

      • Leslie

It’s cheaper to buy multiple razors when they go on sale, since they usually bring two cartridges. A 4 cartridge pack costs upwards of $15, whereas 2 razors would cost, for example, $2 each when on sale, and there you have your 4 cartridges.

        • momof3

I couldn’t agree with you more!!!!!!!! For a while about 2 years ago I was keeping in stock about 10 razor packs, my husband made the comment that he wished id stop buying them, but when I told him it was so much cheaper per blade, he agreed that it was a good thing!

          • SaraJ

I’m intrigued now – y’all help me with more details. Hubbie’s preferred is the Gillette Mach3. I’ve never paid much attention to sales on the razor itself, they can really be that cheap? Even when they retail for $12-ish normally? I’ve usually just bought larger cartridge packs and gotten what I thought was a pretty good cost-per-blade price. Where exactly should I be looking for such great deals on the razors? I’ll happily change my habits if I can benefit so much!

            • Leslie

Hi sarah. Lately i haven’t seen the mach3 go on sale much, nor have i seen many coupons for the non-disposable kind. (It’s the fusion proglide with 5 blades that seems to be on sale every other week.) That’s why it’s so important to get multiples when they DO go on sale like they did at cvs a couple of weeks ago. Having said that, check with the cvs stores in your area because for the past two weeks i’ve seen the mach3 cartridges on clearence at multiple stores. Where I’ve seen the clearence tags ($7 for the 8-packs) is behind the cashiers, not where all the razors are, but you could always check the price even if there’s no tag…my boyfriend prefers the fusion so i i have no problem keeping them in stock.

            • SaraJ

Thanks for the tips! I’ll start broadening what I pay attention to and check with the hubs to see he is ok with being flexible about. Great area to save some more money on!

          • Leslie

Yep. Can’t remember the last time i bought cartridges. Besides, a fresh new razor is always a plus and looks cleaner on top of a bathroom vanity.

      • Jason

I learned a trick about 2 years ago and I’ve changed my razor head once since – when you’re finished shaving, pat the razor dry on a dry towel. The water is what corrodes the blades. I wanted to see how long it would last before I got razor burn when I first heard that trick, and I changed the razor on the anniversary of putting a new head on mine. No joke, it lasted a year with no razor burn!

      • LuvthisStuff

Where do you get papers for $.50

      • Laurie

Yeah where do you get papers for 50 cents? Must be a nice local small town lol…good for you!

    • Jess

Looking to get another printer. Does anyone know the best one to get where I can get more prints and save money. The printer I have now, the ink is expensive and I am always having to buy new ink. Any suggestions? Thanks

      • Kim706

Kodak printers you can get ink for 10. but I still say it is better to get the xl. That one is 20. for black and 35 for colored. I bought mine off hsn.com, flex pay, cost was$ 100. It came with a lot of extras.

      • Caosmom

I purchased a Kodak printer a few years ago. I find it to be the cheapest regarding ink. Black and color (2) cartridges run 32.00 locally. Of course with a Staples card you get a reward for every cartridge you take back to them and for each you buy. I just keep rolling the rewards for the next combo pack I buy.

    • Sondra AvonLady Newton

Wish they had more coupons for vegetarian/vegan products and less processed foods. Would really make eating healthy more budget friendly for me.

    • Tina See

Wow I can’t believe it. I bought 3 papers from Walmart on Sunday. I just checked for the coupon inserts. ALL of them are missing. Not one coupon! Some greedy person must have taken them out.
