This deal is a little far from the south, but in case any one is traveling or has family in the area, Google Offers (Google’s attempt at entering the daily deals market) has a fun deal today that gets you admission + one extra exhibit to the American Museum of Natural History for only $5!

With the extra exhibit that is a savings of $25-$45 a person!!

(The other plus side with this deal… you won’t have to stand in line buying tickets once you get there)

This appears to be for American Museum of Natural History in New York, not Atlanta. Awesome deal for folks in that area.

      • Just as a matter of information: The cost to the museum is “suggested” in the first place.  My husband and I just visited and were told by a friend of ours in NYC to just let them know that the amount we would like to offer is $5 per person.  Worked perfectly.  She said it is well known by locals to be acceptable.

    • This “suggested” admission also applies to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC.  You do still have to pay full price for any special exhibits.

    • I offered them $1 last time I was there and they didn’t bat an eye.

Thanks for sharing. Bought 2 tix. Yes, you can pay what you want for the museum portion but this is a great deal for the special exhibits which you do have to pay full price for.
