More $1.00 off Cascade product!!   Wal-Mart here I come!!!  Working on a lifetime supply of trial-size dish tablets!!!

      • Timothy, how does the deal at Wal-mart work? Share!

        • Anonymous

At Walmart the trial size Cascade is 97 cents…coupon is worth 1.00 and does not specify size restrictions

        • The 3pk Cascade trial size is at found at Walmart for $0.97.  The coupon is $1 off.

        • Walmart has a small trial size package of Cascade dish detergent for .97ct.  It is a 3 count.  They are free with the coupon.

        • Timothy Petty

I think everyone else has answered for me. :-)  They’re all right!  My Wal-Mart has a huge bin of these, so I can get a ton of them free and leave plenty for others.

          • Anonymous

it said on the coupon limit 4 per transaction so u can only get 4 unless u go a bunch of times

      • Anonymous

Which Walmart the Walmart I go to will not let you get the Cascade 3 pack. I go to the one in Litha Spring Ga. I try it today the coupon would not go through…Maybe I will try another WalMart.

        • Anonymous

I believe you need to bring in a copy of Walmarts coupon policy. Ask to discuss this policy with the manager. If this does not work, ask for Corporates # and /or let manager know you will contact Corp. yourself to clarify their coupon policy. I did this a few weeks ago with Food Lion. I had to finally call and also e-mail Corp. I also spoke to the main store manager as well as other F. Lion managers in the area…so I could find out their policy. Within days I received a call from my local store manager and he told me I could bring in my 3 coupons and complete my transaction. The assistant manager there was shocked that she had made up some rules and Corp even agreed with me. I also mentioned the cashiers were misinformed(due to their assist. manager). These folks just need to loosen up. I explained I was not robbing their store and they would be reimbursed! I also had a problem with CVS about a month ago and also had it corrected after phone calls and emails. I was persistent but respectful. I also knew the policy where the clerks did not.

What WalMart is this…Because the Walmart in litha Spring Ga. will not let you get the 3 pack Cascade…i try it today and the coupon dont work…I guess I will try another Wal mart…

        • works at Every Walmart, I didn’t have a problem here in SC, It will beep becuz the q is over the amount . They just have to key in the amount

          • The problem I experience is untrained cashiers don’t know what to do when the register beeps except hand the coupon back to you. Keying in an amount is a foreign concept to them.

        • if you look up walmarts coupon policy, they state that in the event you have a coupon that is a higher value than the item they will either give you change back or they will apply the overage to the rest of your order. print it and take it to walmart, they have to scan the couon for you and override it, but they have to accept it:) hope this helps:):)

        • The one on Thorton Rd, right? I hate that one. I have better luck,at times, at the one on Hwy 5.

        • as others said they have to let you use the coupon.because the coupon doesnt specify a size.the reason it beeps is because the coupon is over the amount of the product but all they have to do is key in 1.00 and thats it.as the others said print off a coupon policy and ask to speak with a manager.but usually what i do even if the registrar is inexperienced ill just tell them that the reason it beeps is because the coupon is over the amount but they have to accept it because the coupon doesnt specify a size.and they key in 1.00 and take it.

    • ok this week, will be buying at least two papers this week!

Can someone tell me where Walmart keeps the 3 pk of Cascade? I went to the detergent aisle and found none. Thanks

      • Anonymous

I have found them at Target, not sure about Walmart.

      • I found them on the detergent aisle, but they were at floor level in a little metal tin. Took me a few passes to find them. Hope this helps.

      • Anonymous

They should be with the other cascade packages but I’ve also found them hanging in front of the detergents at my walmart. If you don’t find them they may be all gone. I haven’t been able to use my coupons in weeks. They’re always out. You can also use them at Target I went today and got the last one.

      • They are across from the laundry detergent.

      • My Wal-Mart had a bunch hanging on a special display box on the corner of the end caps in the frozen foods section.  They also had them on the shelf with the other detergents, but they were always sold out in that section.  I just happened to see them in the frozen section.

      • Anonymous

        Thanks everyone!

      • All 3 Wal-Marts near me have been sold out for weeks now. Target does have them, however, they won’t give you the overage. Still – it’s free so can’t complain. :)

      • Anonymous

Canton GA  ,  aisle with dish liquid (side kick) for 50c

    • Anonymous

Just a heads up for those of you who live near a Target, mine in VA has a cascade 4 pack for .97 :) May be wise to check there before heading to walmart.

      • the walmarts have the same trail pack for the same price

        • Anonymous

But at Target you could get an extra $.05 for using a reusable bag so it would be a better deal at Target.  HTH

    • great coupons!!! thanx for the heads up southernsavers… I will buy 2 papers this week…I will purchase them… I read recently that some extreme couponers are taking extra papers from the box and only paying for one…I would like to note this is unethical.  Please fellow couponers think about the right and wrong before doing things like this… I love couponing and lets not let one bad apple spoil the bunch Thanks and happy shopping!!

I have purchased papers three weeks in a row, only to find the coupon inserts removed. Disappointing and disheartening.

        • Anonymous

We have the same name .. sorry to hear you didn’t get your inserts.

        • I have had the same problem. I have bought a total of 14 papers from different stores in the last 3 weeks and all were missing all or most of the coupons. Last week I got 4 papers from 4 different boxes and non had any coupons!! Who really does that???

        • I have had the same problem. I have bought a total of 14 papers from different stores in the last 3 weeks and all were missing all or most of the coupons. Last week I got 4 papers from 4 different boxes and non had any coupons!! Who really does that???

        • I complained once and was told people who get home delivery get the coupons first then the stores sometimes they don’t have enough coupons for all the papers. I think its bs I think the delivery person might keep them . I was at Publix right after they were delivered no qs went to Kroger and Harris Teeter . No qs there either finally got some at Walgreen. They said a woman delivered I know a man brought them to the other stores

      • I always check the papers in the store before I buy to make sure they have the coupons in them.  My local CVS has started keeping all Sunday papers on the counter to stop people going through them for coupons.  I wish they all would do this.

      • Kati Yowell

I believe it! Where I live there are several paper machines, one of which is on a cul-de-sac and I have driven over as early as 4:30am, only to find it completely EMPTY. This only happens on weeks when there are a lot of coupons, so I’m sure it is someone that lives in one of the houses that gets out there before anyone. It makes me wonder, are they paying for ALL of the papers, or just one and then helping themselves to the rest.

        • Denise11362

I’ve had this happen to me too and it’s frustrating to say the least.  We all get hurt because should this evil person continue this practice – the newspaper will stop putting them out and then NO ONE gets a paper. Pay for EVERY paper you buy and buy (and pay for) as many as you desire. It’s called “doing the right thing.”

Looks like a great paper! If anyone doesn’t want any dish soap coupons I would be so glad to have them. I can trade some. Princess200518@hotmail.com

I always try to buy my papers from a store like DOllar General or a convenient store so i can look to make sure the coupons in them. Plus the other week i put my money in 2 different paper machines and it would not let me open the box. I was mad. I should have contacted the place that distributed the paper. The cashier on the inside said that it has been happening to people alot. I wish they would do away with them cause like someone else mentioned im sure people take more than one. Sometimes is difficult to know which paper to choose, but i usually try to get a Charlotte Observer or i will look and see which one has the mst q’s since they usually list it on the front page. But i will definatly try to pick up 2 or3.

    • this really sucks.its a good week for coupons and i might not be able to get em. :( oh well guess i can always get them off of ebay.i usually get 8 or so papers.lol…but im in North Carolina and it looks like saturday  night we are going to be hit by IRENE.if anyone else is in its path.please be safe my fellow couponers.God Bless

      • we got NO papers in our area sunday b/c of Irene.  boy this hurricane has cost me in lost food, no coupons and time cleaning up her mess!!! LOL

    • I took these to my walmart and the csm would NOT let me use them. i showed him the policy and he said “That is fine, but this coupon is not MEANT to be used on trial sizes” No matter how much I tried to explain, he would not budge :(

      • Igi

Go back and try a different cashier at a different time. I just used the pantene coupons for 3 travel size bottles absolutely free. Unless it specifies “no trial/travel size” they should take it. good luck

      • jen Reno
Have them speak to home office thats what I did and now we have no problem.
        Hope that helps.

    • I would return them, if they didn’t have coupons. I paid for the whole paper didn’t I?

Was informed alst week that the Sun News in Myrtle Beach goes to $2.00 each this week…sure hope I don’t run out of red ink when I print out the list..more and more  of the coupons are not in there…..

      Hi I’m a newbie…
Does anyone know why I got the redplum insert yesterday, Wednesday the 24th ?
Also when I was looking at the preview versus what I got in the actual insert, I was missing both the Garnier and L’Oreal coupons…

    • I agree w/ you… that is totally wrong and its also wrong to grab one paper and alot of extra coupons that aren’t yours! places that still do the machines need to start taking them inside the store behind the counter!

    • Does anyone on here know when Ivory will be on sale again at Kroger’s??? got alot of coupons that expire on 31st :(

      • Anonymous

the current coupon we have is .50 off any ivory OR safeguard liquid or bar soap.  Our Kroger has safeguard in a 2 bar pak for $1, so when the coupon doubles it is free.  This is good at least thru the end of August.

I use the $1 Cascade coupons for the 3pack and because they are 50 cents a piece at my Canton, GA Walmart I can get two with my coupon completely free.  I got 8 packs the other day with no issues.  Good luck at your store.

      • Wow! They’re only 50 cents? They are 97 cents at McDonough, GA walmart. That’s awesome

Did you get a RP or SS? I don’t understand, do they just pick and choose which papers they put everything in.  The papers I bought had not been touched, I bought them from a store that keeps them right at the cashier.  The front of the paper says over $400 in coupons, however I only got a P&G that says only $100 worth of coupons, so I would like to know where the other inserts are.  I am paying the same price as everyone else.  I feel like I am being cheated by the paper company itself.  I have tried calling the Greenville News, but I can never get to a real person!  I am so frustrated.

Coupon in P&G for 75 cents off Dawn dish detergent.  CVS has Dawn on sale right now for 99 cents.  With the coupon, each detergent is about 25 cents!

I bought 4  Greenville News papers today. Two from Bi-Lo and two from Family Dollar each only had SmartSource insert. No Procter & Gamble or RedPlum.

    • I have a question for anyone… I was told yesterday that our local paper carrier’s daughter is getting the coupons from the paper and selling them on the side. Is this illegal? Should I email the paper? It just doesn’t seem right. Lately he doesn’t even put the papers in the boxes, he sits at one store and sells them out of his van! I spent $1.50 yesterday on a paper and there were NO coupons in it! I’m getting fed up!

I would report it,it’s people who do this that is going to make them put more rules and regualations on the coupons and then stop the deals all together!

Yay! Second week in a row that my 5 delivered papers have had too many inserts in a few. Out of 5 99-Cent (sale deal they offered for the year) papers, I got 6 RP, 6 SS, 5 PG, and 5 Publix Gr. Adv (SCORE!) And our Tennessean usually has all or more of the preview. Stoped trying in AL because Montgomery’s were so bad as were B’ham, but this ROCKS.

    • I am starting to get discouraged with newspapers. This is the 4th month that our large city newspaper does not have the PG&E insert. I have to get them off ebay. I was busy all day yesterday and didn’t get a chance to look elsewhere. Should I be able to call the paper and get them sent to me? It actually only had the Smartsource. Even though it was advertised on the front of the newspaper $2xx.00 worth of coupons in the paper.

This is the Knoxville News Sentinel

I think you should…my local paper is very random with where/when they include the inserts. I used to buy from the paperbox, but once you put your money in, you’re stuck with a paper missing coupons, have to call the paper, leave a message- but they will mail them to you! I’ve started buying only inside Ingles, where I can check to be sure the inserts are there, but this week even the papers there were missing the SmartSource…so I’m back to calling the paper. It’s a pain, but it’s worth it to get the missing Qs. :(

I have a lot of coupons from this week’s Sunday paper that I will not use.

I have 2 of MOST of them, maybe with the exception of 2 or 3.

      They are:

-ALL of the P&G “men’s” coupons (Old Spice, Gilette, Mach 3)
      -P&G Always Pads
      -Zyrtec
      -Children’s Claritin
      -Metamucil
      -Align
      -Degree deodorant
      -Olay
      -Venus razors
      -Duracell batteries
      -Herbal Essences/Aussie
      -Bissell
      -Secret deodorant
      -Crest “For Me” products

If you would like to trade some of these, email me at cepcoupons@gmail.com.  I would like to send these to maybe two people, so clarify which ones you would like.  :)

    • I live in Gainesville ga and I am looking for someone to help me learn the in’s and out’s of couponing I found today that one of our local free hispanic newspapers had red plum and smart source coupons in them so I grabbed several please respond if someone has the time to show me some ways to save money . Are certain inserts only in certain ‘types’ of papers or certain days? I get the Sunday Tennesseean delivered (1 copy), and it had all 3 inserts.  Since I wanted more P&Gs, I picked up 2 more copies today from Publix, and they both had the SS and RP but no P&G.  The SS and RP seem to randomly show up in my mailbox, but are never identical to the ones that come on Sundays, sometimes with extra coupons and sometimes fewer.  Can anyone clue me in on the method to the madness ???

That is weird. When I started couponing the beginning of June, Publix had the $.99 papers so I always went there and continued for reliability purposes until the $.99 delivered recently became offered for the Tennessean. I never had an issue with anything missing from the Publix papers like other people have experienced from gas stations and what not but I would call Publix or the paper and see if they can do anything… Yes, it should have been in all the Tennessean’s (mine even had extra “careless” SS and RP thrown in on  y delivered ones…)

Hi, not sure where to put this…I got NO SS insert in my 2 Asheville papers last week (8/28), but the paper sent me out more Redplum and P&G inserts. Would anyone like to trade? If so give me your email, & I’d be happy to swap with you! Thanks in advance…

I live in the Triad of NC – we buy a smaller local newspaper for coupons (Saturday edition) because it’s only 50 cents. The bigger Sunday newspapers are $1.50, but I am beginning to see the bigger newspapers have better and more Q’s! I suppose the old addage, ‘ You get what you pay for” is fitting here. We rarely ever get all the inserts we’re “supposed” to get – nor do we get all the Q’s we’re “supposed” to get. We rarely get P&G’s in this smaller paper – but I refuse to pay money to buy coupons from which I’m hoping to SAVE money – just doesn”t make sense!  Thanks for all you do Jenny to make our lives less complicated and more profitable. God bless your efforts.

I failed to mention that I was told by the editor of this local newspaper that it was her “business to sell newspapers NOT coupons”.  The editor also said the ONLY papers GUARANTEED to have coupons were; home delivery papers, the paper machine out front of the Newspaper building and ONE local convenience store where papers are put behind the counter. Needless to say, this is where we buy our newspapers each week. We’re guaranteed coupons – just not always every insert or all that’s suggested to be included.
