does anyone know if you can buy more than one item using the bilo ecoupon? Say like more than 1 of the cooking oil?

      • Anonymous

        only one

      • Silkowski

The ecoupon will only apply to one item.

      • Ezmomma

I couldn’t even find the eCoupon for the oil…

    • Anonymous

I don’t see the Tropicana or the cooking oil on the e-coupon list. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to wait until tomorrow for them to come out?

      • Tmckean2

I have found that Bi-lo will not post the new ecoupons until the day of the beginning of the sale. So I would check back in the morning.

        • Anonymous

          Oh good! Thanks!

      • Mlm1

I don’t think you can load until in the morning.

        • Princess Ofs

I thought I was loosing my mind there for a minute. I looked everywhere on the Bi-lo site for the ecoupons. LOL! Thanks for the info!

    • Coupongirl1203

does anyone know if  there is another coupon book at bilo? like the gold star that came out this summer?

      • Grocerys4us

One of the cashiers at Bilo told me today there was a home mailer from Bilo and she had a store coupon for the Paseo bathroom tissue she was stacking with a mft coupon. She said she almost threw it away thinking it was just an advertisement. I am on their email but I haven’t received anything in the mail. I am going to call or email them and see if I can get one by mail.

    • Switchfan

just fyi – for the birds eye coupon on FB, you have to “build” a balanced plate and submit it to see the coupon link.  For the Sara Lee Bread, it took me to the Walmart site and gave me Iron Kids White bread, but down in the bottom right corner you can click on “see more bread” and you can get to the wheat bread coupon that way.

      • Niddi

Thanks for the tip on how to get the bread coupon.

      • Anonymous

thank you so much for the info about the bread, I didn’t even see that.

      • Ezmomma

Thanks for letting me know about the bread…WOOHOO!

    • Irmogirl

If anyone has the Pedigree B1G1 wet food coupons, I would LOVE to take them. I am trying to get enough to donate to animal shelters! irmogirl@earthlink.net

      • PatticakeToGo

        send me addy COWANTJP@aol.com

      • Anonymous

I am about to make a donation of catfood and treats.  Thanks Jenny!! I went from crying every time I walked out of a grocery store to being able to donate to friends, family, neighbors and even the animal shelters.  You’re awesome!!!

      • Anne

I think this was a mistake.  All the B1G1’s expired on 9/11. :(

    • Brittaniesecress

this is a little off topic and Im sorry but does anyone know where I can get the baseball card protectors to use in my binder? I live in cleveland tn if that helps

      • Jenserrano2175

Target and hobby lobby in cleveland has them. You may want to try target first, they are cheaper there.

      • Anonymous

Walmart carries them.  Check on the aisle with the printer paper and other plastic protectors.

      • lj

I got mine at hobby lobby using a 40% off coupon :)

      • Anonymous

In Wal Mart, they are in the same area as the baseball cards, probably near the front registers.

      • Anonymous

        I found them at Staples.

      • Lovethebreeze

        Hobby Lobby

    • Christy

      No acorns this week…. :(

    • Kdfowler84

      no acorns???…sad times

    • Acureforall

The Sara Lee bread coupon is only for the Iron Kids white bread!

      • Anonymous

Below someone mentioned that on the bottom right it says something like “click for more bread” and that’s where the wheat coupon is located.

    • Thayes

On the Facebook Hillshire Farm coupon, there’s a link below where it says to share with 3 friends to get the $1 coupon that says “No, thanks, I’ll take the $.55 smoked sausage link coupon.” I took this one, which will give me another 10 cents off, since Bi-Lo will double it up to $1.10 off!

    • amy

If the Catalina deal is still going, then if you purchase 3 Kellogs Mini Wheats, you will get a coupon for a free gallon of milk. This might work perfectly with the Publix free milk and the Fuel Perks. For the Fuel Perks, you’ll buy 4 instead of 3. I did this yesterday, but it was with the old sale, so I didn’t get the Fuel Perks. I hope the Catalina will still print a free milk coupon. :)

    • Asdenc

my ecoupon for the cooking oil was only .50 not 1.19:(

      • Kim

Me Too!!  And I didn’t even notice and bought it-oh well…

      • Rlynn103

I can’t find the cooking oil e-coupon at all!

    • Hmdandthc123

Does anyone know if the ecoupons automatically double.  Jenny has her price figured as if the ecoupons double, but I didn’t think that they did.  Also, has anyone had any problems with Bilo not doubling coupons that say ‘Do Not Double”?  I had a rain check for the Iron Kids Bread, and the cashier manually put in the coupon b/c it said “Do Not Double.”

      • Anonymous

        eCoupons do not double.

      • Crissyk01

I’ve noticed that anytime they manually enter the coupon they don’t double. I never catch it until I leave but i’m sure they would fix it for you. I agree with ecoupons I don’t think they double either.

        • Hmdandthc123

She specifically told me that they will not double any coupons that say do not double, so that is why she put it in manually b/c she knew that it would double in the system.  So, if this is the case, they need to state in their policy that they double coupons up to 60cents as long as they don’t say “Do not double.”  Thanks for your response!

      • Shelli

Ecoupons are treated as store coupons and do not double. Just FYI competitor coupons are also treated as store coupons and hence also do not double. If you put in a coupon manually as a manufacturer coupon they will double. If they are putting them in manually and they do not double, they must be putting them in as a store coupon.

        • Hmdandthc123

I gues so, but the bread coupone was definitely a manufacture coupon.  This has just started at my bilo.  A lot of printed coupons say do not double, so I hope this is not a new policy.  ThankS!

    • Marsha

I still don’t see the Tropicana eCoupon.  Do y’all?

      • angie

yes you have to click on browse ecoupons for the new ones to show up like the pepsi and angel soft..at least thats what i had to do. hope this helps!

      • Nanleigh10

They put up the new coupons about 6:00 this morning.  Each week on the day the ad comes out, they add the new coupons.  I found that out after I sent them an e-mail last night.  :)

    • Minniel0ve

I guess I’m going to publix this week.  Can’t beat the Chicken Patties for .99 as apposed to the $2.75 at bi-lo

    • Trish45

If you bought any of the GERBER baby food that was on sale last week at the Chattanooga, East Brainerd Rd. BiLo, check the expiration dates. I bought several and found 10 of the double packs were expired, from Feb, March and April of earlier this year!

      • Amanda

I quit going to that store for that very reason! Everytime I went, I wound up picking up something that had expired. I go to the one on Ooltewah-Ringgold Road now. Bigger, cleaner and no expired food!

    • Runner82

I am new to this and it seems a little overwhelming at first. Can someone tell me if Bi-lo accepts competitors coupons?

      • TCB

Yes. Jenny has a link for store’s coupon policy and it lists in a nice grid all the grocery stores featured on this site, their coupon policies including competitor coupons and how much they double.

    • Minniel0ve

FYI there is a better deal on the wisk at dollar general.  It’s selling for $4 with $2 off coupon makes it $2

      • Anonymous

Bi-Lo actually had the wisk on sale last week for $3.99.  They ended up being $1.99 with the $2 coupon, not too bad!

    • guest

Sara Lee coupon is for iron kids white bread, not the honey wheat advertised.  FYI.

      • Anonymous

If you go further down on the web page, there is a place you can click that says something like “other Sara Lee Breads”, and the coupon is there.

    • Kellyslasor

I am trying to load my e coupons from the bi lo site and there is no browse e coupons I have tried every button that has anything to do with e coupons and nothing is happening, it only goes to that bus that says they are traveling to a store near you any one else having this problem

      • Aliciamabel7

Me too!  It’s driving me silly!!

      • Jquigley06

I am having the same problem. I sent a message to customer service, but haven’t heard anything back. TOmorrow I am going to call and ask them to load it.

    • I can’t get the e coupons today either.

      • SCcouponer

I have ahd trouble too but went into my account info and I no longer had a store selected as my store for some reason. Once I put my store back in the ecoupons came back.  Hope this helps.

    • IveGot5

Heads up if anyone tries to use the Walgreens Cottonelle coupon at Bilo, the coupon scans in the Bilo system but instead of giving you a $1 off it charges you $16.99 for an 8″ Poinsettia! So glad I was watching!

      • Anonymous

        LOL how random!

    • What is up with the ecoupons?????? Still can’t get them!

    • On the meal deal this week, there was a Perdue chicken coupon in last weeks paper. It is included at my Bi-lo so worth checking :) Coupon was for $1/1 I believe

      • Mickeyclem1981

They also have Pilgrim chicken on sale. There was a $2/1 coupon for that in a newspaper insert.

    • Younkecoupons

Hey Gang.. something that I came across this AM.  I printed out the Bob Evans $1.00 off coupons, and at the bottom it said about joining the BEMail program, and you get a BOGO coupon.. so I have 2 $1.00 off and 2 BOGO!  4 BE sides for the price of less than 2!

    • Younkecoupons

Oh and don’t forget to get your Blue Bell Ice Cream coupons from their website!  $1.00 off one!!!  You can Print 2 every 30 days I believe.

    • Anonymous

I think this is actually a pretty good week! The 5 for $20 and $10 are good this week!

    • Anonymous

Don’t forget about the Lysol rebate. The toilet bowl cleaner on sale this week is perfect for the rebate!

      • kpsahm

How do you get the rebate?  Where do I get the rebate form/info to send in?  Thanks!  :-)

    • SCcouponer

Just thought I would let everyone who has been having trouble with ecoupons know that I was having the same problem.  Kept taking me back to a page that had nothing to do with ecoupons.  I noticed under “my store” there was not a store listed any more.  So I went to my account info, put my local store back in and then I was able to get the ecoupons.

    • Carol

I had the same problem with ecoupouns.  I had to call Bi-Lo customer service and the nice lady there fixed it.  She said that there are some cards that they have to do something to manually.  It works like a charm now.

    • Mjclark1977

Thanks so much for the info about the e coupons. I kept wondering why I couldn’t see some of them, but it helps if you log into your account :)

    • Falefialogo

just finished my 1st shopping trip at  Bilo..is this a better place to shop than Publix?  I new to the greenville, sc from Nashville.  I usually shop Publix or Krogers.  Also, is Ingles worth taking a look at?  I have all 3 stores nearby.  Thanks for any advice.

      • Jacketfan24

It depends on the sales and coupons.  I shop at both.  I do have trouble using Publix coupons at the Bilo I shop at because there is no barcode on them, even though their policy doesn’t say it has to have one.  Bilo double up to .60 and Publix only .50 but Publix sale prices tend to be a few cents cheaper.  They generally have the same items on sale during the same time frame also.  I will shop at Bilo before Publix if the prices and coupons are the same because of the fuel perks.  Welcome to the area!

      • Melissa

Welcome to the area. I live nearby in Liberty. I love Bi-lo and it was once the only store I shopped. I now check Bi-lo, Ingles, and Publix for sales since finding the Southern Savers site. I live near Ingles and pass the other two on my way to work and back, so I stop on my way home from work. Ingles is worth taking a look at. Ingles is where I get all my meats because I don’t care for the Bi-lo in Easley’s meat.

      • Anonymous

We do not have a Publix or Krogers here. We really need a Publix. I have sent them several emails asking that they consider Sumter for a Publix. They would put our Bi-Lo out of business. The nearest one is an hour away:(

      • Cdtutor

To me Bi-Lo is your best bet for couponing.  Ingles sometimes has a few good deals but nothing like what you can get at Bi-Lo.

      • Anonymous

I think Publix is definitely the best store for couponing around here. The employees are great, they take competitor coupons, and did I mention they are super-nice?
I think Bi-Lo is definitely trying to compete with them by taking competitor coupons but I don’t think they’ll EVER be as nice and just willing to do whatever they can to make you satisfied like Publix.
I don’t think Ingles is worth it for couponing. They usually have good deals on meat but their coupon policy is too complicated for me. You can double 3 coupons for every $10 you spend so I would find myself buying staple items there to up my total but then I realized I was just supporting their awful policy and I could get them cheaper at Walmart so I gave up.

        • tami

I have been told more than once (Pickens, SC) that our Bilo does not take competitor’s coupons.  Just a heads up for anyone trying in Pickens.

    • Nanleigh10

Got the Palmolive Dish Liquid for 99 cents – Publix has a coupon (expires today though) $3.00 off 3 and Bil Lo takes their store coupons.

    • Mickeyclem1981

steamfresh chef’s favorites were b1g1. I had the .50/1 coupon from last sunday’s paper making both bags about 30 cents each.

    • Theverybusymama

Just a note also on the bottom of the coupons the first number of the bar of the SCU will either have a 5 or a 9. A “5” can be doubled…a “9” cannot. I have seen several coupons before without the “cannot be doubled” and i didnt know till i got to the register.

    • Anonymous

NOT familiar with the PICK 5. Can you buy five of one item or does each of the 5 have to be different?

      • Anonymous

No, you can buy more than one of the same item, I believe. As long as you buy the specified amount, then it will take the discount off after you’ve bought the right number of items.

But I was super-excited to get so much meat and produce for so little!

Publix Coupon Sheet–can someone tell me what this is and where I can get it? Looking for the Angel Soft Q.

    • Jinjie

I haven’t actually asked Bi-Lo if they take expired coupons, but they work great at the Fastlane Self Checkout…. FYI! I save all my coupons no matter how old they are!

      • Anonymous

Bi-Lo does not accept expired coupons.  You are cheating the store by purposely passing expired coupons.  They do not get credit for them.

        • Jinjie

Well, I didn’t really see it as cheating them out of money. I worked as a cashier at Publix and my management informed me to always accept expired coupons. I was told they literally bag them up all together ever so often and send them to the clearing house. I certainly am not trying to steal from anyone!

          • Anonymous

The coupons get bagged up every Sunday for the previous week.  It’s important they aren’t expired for the week they were accepted in.  Passing expired coupons at the self checkout because it’s harder for a cashier to catch them isn’t very honest, but I’m glad you certainly are not trying to steal from anyone. :)

        • joette

Are you saying that the coupons I used at Bi-lo last Friday 9-30 that expired on 9-30 will not be able to be sent to the manufacturer . I know good and well that they dont rush out to the postal box that night  and mail them. I think that they are accepted by the manufacturer within a certain period of time after the expiration date.  I  Believe this would be grossly  unfair to the stores and merchants if they did not accept them within a reasonable amount of time.

          • Anonymous

The stores do have a resonable amount of time to get their coupons to the clearing house.  Each weeks coupons are gathered together and sent in a large pouch/envelope.  The issue with the original poster is that she said she saves all her coupons no matter how old they are so she can pass them at the self checkout.

      • Erin Love

Just because it doesn’t “beep” doesn’t make it right!

      • RuthSmartShopper

That’s cheating – actions as such will make it bad for those of us who are honestly using our coupons. There is already discussion via the media of cancelling the total concept of using coupons. Why not send all of those expired coupons to our military personnel overseas? They are allowed to legally use expired coupons.

    • Carrie Lea

Has anyone run into an issue with Carolina Pride hot dog/sandwich meat coupons?  I purchased (2) packages of hot dogs and (1) package of sandwich meat at BiLo today and tried to use three coupons.  They had to be manually entered by customer service and he pointed out to me that the coupon said “limit one per customer”…which I hadn’t noticed.  He would not double them because he said I was technically over the coupon limit.

      • Anonymous

I had problems the last time I used the Carolina pride coupons.  The head cashier manually pushed them thru, and didn’t double.  I asked her why and she said they just didn’t double.  Now, a friend of mine used hers just fine and they doubled.  Same store, same coupon…
I don’t know what the problem was, but I just let it go.  With all the great deals I’ve been getting, to not get a few is ok with me :)

        • guest

I used two Carolina Pride coupons, one for the jumbo hotdogs and one for the rope sausage. The coupons were .50 each and I didn’t notice until I left that they didn’t double. Strange huh?

    • Aegranath

E-Coupon Question: I went to Bi-Lo the other evening to buy Propel water… What Jenny posted is incorrect for starters, unless I screwed up they were .19 a piece not .02. They were on sale for .80 and then there was an e-coupon for .31 bringing them down to .49 and then there was a $1 off of 5 from this past weeks PepsiCo ad insert. I wanted to purchase 10 as I bought two papers this weekend..but the e-coupon only came up once on the register…and the attendant had to manually enter .31 off 9 more times…is this normal?
