After a crazy sale last week, I think Bi-Lo is on vacation. There are still savings, but the list is much shorter than last week. If you find any other deals for Bi-Lo please share!

Remember:
1. Most Bi-Lo store double coupons that are .60¢ or less
2. You can “stack” a store coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon
3. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items to get the sale price
4. If you do buy two B1G1 items use 2 coupons if you have them

Thanks for putting Bi-Lo up first this morning, Jenny. Many Wednesdays they are more exciting than Publix!

Quick questions, if you have done the Buy theirs, Try ours deals before this month, can you do them again? To get the coupons you have to log in and that is tracked to your Bonus card. Also, are there fees associated with the Gift Cards, or are you just purchasing a $100 card for the face value.

I so appreciate all of your wonderful work!!

    • tina

The buy their’s try our’s, is this a month long deal?? Thanks for getting Bi-lo up so early!!

    • AngelaDH

Will they double the .60 coupon for Ragu?

    • Last week I was able to purchase several Best Buy gift cards (face value-no extra charge) and get the Bilo coupons for them. The manager had to override the last one b/c you can only use your bilo card so many times each day (not sure but think it is around 5). He also said the promo is for ANY card except the Bilo one. I specifically asked about the gas cards and he said yes, they were included (they don’t have a charge either). I’ll be prebuying some gas this week. When the coupon prints, the expiration will be within the next two weeks. Also, pay close attention if you are buying several and make sure you’re coupon prints-if it doesn’t, tell the management and they will gladly help you!!
Oh, and I had to do separate transactions which is why I had to use my card so many times.

    • seacoastmom

Angela #3 They should double the .60 ragu Mfg coupon. .30 for sauce, not bad!

Also, does anyone know if it is just the gift cards listed that qualify for the……

I bought a $50 Cracker Barel and 2/$25 Olive Garden cards yesterday for gifts and the catalina for $20 did not print. It took about 20 minutes and 2 managers as well as a bunch of calls to thier IT department to check on the card activation & the catalina machine for the cashier’s register. The out come was that they ended up giving me a raincheck for $20 which they then cashed at a register. I’d like to do the deal again but will do the gas card & Visa if it’s only those cards listed….

    • The site says any except the Bi-Lo gift card

    • Susie

There is a 5.95 activation fee on the Visa and Master card $100 gift cards.
Love all these deals…Thx a million!

    • April

The manager at our Bi-lo let me buy the gift card when I walked in the door and I used my cell to activate it ..then I used it that day when I got done with my shopping in Bi-lo….SWEET!!

    • Amy B.

Chicken breast at $1.79/lb is fantastic! I think that alone will get me in the door of Bi-Lo this week. Thanks Jenny.

    • Where can I get the $120 savings rebate booklet?

    • Amy B.

Gas Card deal isn’t half bad either. Otherwise, this is a very slow week. Quick question about the gas card deal – how long is the $20 coupon valid?

    • JEB

Looks like I get the week off from Bilo and Publix! YAY! My freezer is packed, so I needed a week off. Looks like just popcorn, milk, and bread shopping for me.

    • Stephanie

In the “Raise Your Hand for Savings” booklet from Publix there is a $.55/1 coupon for Ragu. That would double to $1.10 off, which would make Ragu $.40.

Thanks for all you do, Jenny!

    • JEB

My coupon did not print automatically at the register when I bought Peter Pan and Chef Boyardee, so watch for that. I had to get a raincheck for my save on your next order coupon.

    • Ann

In the meal deal you have 2 Tombstone pizzas at 10.78 each. It is 2 tombstone pizzas for $10.78.

    • Jenny, Thanks so much for posting Bilo early this morning. Even though this isn’t an exciting sale week, I still have fun finding the good deals that are available. Thanks for all your hard work.

    • kathi

Whether or not there is an additional charge for the gift cards depends on the issuer. It will say on the packaging if there is an additional charge. I skipped the VISA due to the extra charge but bought Best Buy (with the money we had set aside for a new tv) and Home Depot (with the money we’d set aside for my new door–it is getting installed Friday!)there was no additional fee for either of those.

    • Tammy

The “Raise Your Hand…” Unilever booklet coupons typically begin with a “9” and won’t double…be aware. I’ve pointed it out and sometimes the cashier will double them manually.

    • .Jennifer

I love the Eckrich skinless smoked sausage in a way that is not healthy. You see, I am a working girl and I make all three meals of the day for myself and my husband and sometimes this girl needs a break. On those nights I can take a package out of my freezer; it is thawed in just a few minutes of sitting in a sink of water. I make half of the package at a time and put the rest in the ‘fridge for jambalaya later in the week. I cut the half in half and then split it and cook it on my George Foreman. Open a can of fruit and throw one of those Uncle Ben’s pouches that was on sale last week at Publix in the microwave and you have a meal that takes no time at all, and it is good!!!

Thank you Southern Savers, Bi-Lo and Publix for making it easy for me to get dinner on the table quickly on the weeknights!!!

    • .Jennifer

Oh I forgot to say… this meal costs about $1.65 to feed both of us. Can you believe it?!?

    • Susan

      My Bilo will take FLIPS,
      2.50 Breyers ice cream
      -1.00 Breyers FLIP
-1.00 Q Raise your hands, booklet
      =.50 Breyers ice cream

      Thanks Jenny!

    • Amy B.

Just had a thought – some Bi-Lo’s take competitor coupons. Do you think they would accept the Publix buy $25 in ITunes gift card get $5 off in the Yellow Adv. buy flyer?!? That would make for a VERY sweet deal with the $100 GC deal at Bi-Lo.

    • AngelaDH

Does Publix or BiLo have a better deal on popcorn this week??

    • AngelaDH

I received a mailing yesterday that had BiLo coupons, including a Southern Home Chewy Granola Bar coupon for $1.00. I noticed they are on sale this week which would make it .20/box! I live in the Chattanooga area.

    • Leigh Anne

AngelaDH, my mother-in-law got the same Bi=lo coupons in the mail. I didn’t get any yet! I hope I do; just live 5 mintues from her! But luckily she gave me hers. :)

The coupons in there are marked Retailer coupons. Does that mean we can stack with a manufacturer’s coupon, or no? Does anyone know?

Bi-lo has been my store of choice for the last few weeks. Publix has NOT impressed me lately……

    • Amy

Angela I got the same mailing…also in Chattanooga. I will be getting the granola bars now.

And…what doe FLIPs mean. Susan said “My Bilo will take FLIPS,
      2.50 Breyers ice cream
      -1.00 Breyers FLIP”

I love to coupon…just not up on all the lingo.

      Thanks

I am going to South Carolina next week for vacation and are excited for the deals I can get at Bi-Lo, but mad that they don’t allow you to print coupons without a Bi-lo card. I can’t get a membership number unless I go to the store??

    • CouponNERD

Popcorn, fruits snacks, salad and chicken this week for me at Bi-Lo!
      Sweet!
Maybe a few more Breyer’s Ice Cream…. hehehe

    • Monica

I received the same coupons that Angela did- in the mail yesterday. Also had a coupon for the Nabisco multi-packs that are on sale- $1 I think. Would be a good one to double up with the $1 one from the $55 Nabisco coupon book.

    • Teresa-QOCD

      Michelle,
go to Bi-lo and get your card and you can start using it that day and anyone in the line or cashier will let you use their card. As far as the coupons from websiteif you will give me your address I can mail you whatever you want.

    • Annette

Hi, I’m just trying to start with all these coupons and this website, I’ve been saving my coupons for a few weeks now, but I have a question that maybe someone can answer for me… the following is listed:
      Eckrich Smoked Sausage at $3.99
-$1/2 Eckrich Smoked Sausage SS 7/12 (makes it $1.49 ea)

Carolina Pride Smoked Sausage at $3.49
-$1.50/2 Carolina Pride Smoked Sausage SS 6/21 (makes it .99¢ ea)
-$1/2 Carolina Pride Smoked Sausage SS 6/07

How does using that coupon for the eckrich sausage make it $1.49 each? Same with CP sausage, how is it 99 cents each? I am trying to understand how all this works, but I am so lost.

    • Amy B.

Annette – Those items are buy one get one free.
So Smoked Sausage is $3.99/2 -$1/2 Coupon = $2.99/2=$1.49 each!

      Hope that helps!

    • Kelly

there is also a CAT deal on the BC fruit snacks.

receive a coupon to Save up to $3.50 when you buy general mills fruit shapes, fruit by the foot, fruit gushers, fruit rollups or fruit stickerz on your next shopping order
      buy 3 get 1.50
      buy 4 get 2.50
      buy 5 get 3.50
      Starts 8/14-9/6

they are B1G1 until the 18th, so you have 4 days for this potential MM

    • lauren

Hey- I’m in Summerville, SC and went to Bi-Lo whit morning. Our Ad has B1G1 chicken Breast, which is $2.25/lb- not great. Does anyone have the flyer that has the $1.79/lb information??

    • AngelaDH

      Deal Alert

Although not as good as Publix this week, Knorr’s sides are $1/ea this week. :)

    • Teresa-QOCD

ALERT! I noticed the VISA card has a $5.95 activation charge and a $5.95 use fee…..read the back of all cards. I ended up getting gas, Red Lobster, and Cracker Barrel

    • On my door this morning, I had a coupon for 10% off entire purchase and free SH cereal bars! So, check your door!!!! I’m in Chattanooga…Not sure why we got it or if everyone did. I had some coupons with the Red Plum mailer as well.

    • Lauren – I paid $1.79/lb in Columbia, SC for the chicken.

    • Amy

I just went to Bi-Lo and bought the Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks b/c they are on sale B1G1. I used a coupon for each box that I purchased..which was only two…and the cashier said in the future I can only use 1 coupon per transaction. I told her I thought it was 1 coupon per item….they manager backed her up and said it was 1 per transaction. If you can’t use 2 coupons…to me it is not worth the deal!! Has anyone had this problem?

    • Amy…I haven’t had this problem. I just bought 6 boxes and used 3 coupons. I did have a problem with the nabisco snack coupon. She ended up giving it to me, but it wouldn’t scan.

    • Stephanie B

Lauren- Our ad here has BOGO too :(
Amy- That happened to me at the Bi-lo in Harrison, TN..the girl would only take one coupon for an item that was BOGO last week.

Has anyone else got those coupons at from Bi-lo near Chatt?

    • Amy

Thanks…I was just wondering if the clerk was having a bad day but I know she will remember me next time. I think I will shop elsewhere!! Our store here in Goose Creek is bad…the employees here don’t care about anything and it shows!

    • Leigh Anne

I got Bi-Lo coupons in the mail yesterday. Haven’t used them yet, but plan to for this week. I’m in Red Bank. Where are you Stephanie that you got some on your door? :)

    • Amy

I got something in the catalina printer that says receive a coupon to Save up to $3.50 when you buy general mills fruit shapes, fruit by the foot, fruit gushers, fruit rollups or fruit stickerz on your next shopping order
      buy 3 get 1.50
      buy 4 get 2.50
      buy 5 get 3.50
      Starts 8/14-9/6

    • Chrissy

      Annette #32

I believe that both are on sale for BOGO (buy one get one), which would make the Eckrich sausages $2.99 after the $1 coupon ($1.49 ea) Last week the Eckrich franks were also on sale for BOGO, there’s a coupon for $2 off 2. Not sure what insert, as I clip all of mine, but if they are on sale this week, it is also a good deal.

The Carolina Pride are also BOGO @$3.49. The @1.50 off two would take the price down to $1.98 for 2 ($.99 ea)

I hope this helps you. Have fun saving

    • Cindy

I’m confused. I have RP and SS coupon inserts from the dates listed for various coupons above, but my inserts don’t have the coupons! Specifically, RP 8/02 Kellogs cereal, SS 7/26 Nabisco cookies.
      Am I missing something?

    • Misty

      Cindy,
Depending on your local paper and the area you are in, coupon inserts vary widely. You can look under the weekly coupon insert section on the site and see if your local paper is listed and see what discrepancies there might be. For example, my local paper, the Chattanooga Times Free Press, does not carry anywhere near all the coupons that the Atlanta Journal carries. So, unfortunately smaller area newspapers getted jipped. Not sure why this is, but it is a bummer.

    • Cindy

Thanks, Misty. That explains it – since the TFP is my paper, as well! What do you do to supplement the lack of coupons? I tried to buy the AJC, but it’s not available up here in Chatt!

    • Misty

      Cindy,

I also tried to figure out a way to get the AJC, but to no avail. I do have a sister in law that lives in the Atlanta area, but so far haven’t found the lacking coupons enticing enough to send her money to buy me a paper and mail the coupons to me. LOL… my addiction may someday get that bad though. :) For now, I just shrug sadly at some of the deals that I can’t get because I don’t have the coupons. One thing you may want to check into though is buying coupons on line. Check out http://www.thecouponclippers.com I haven’t done this myself, but have heard from others that find this a useful alternative.
