Bi-Lo Weekly Ad 8/19

This post may contain affiliate links. Read our disclosure here.

Here are the stock up deals at Bi-Lo this week.  I put it back the way everyone likes.  Just wanted to know that you did like the format of things around here.  Also many are reporting that their Bi-Lo stores are accepting competitor coupons.  If your stores are accepting target coupons now leave a comment, there are a lot of Target coupons that match this week but I didn’t want to add them if you couldn’t use them.

Remember:
1. Most Bi-Lo store double coupons that are .60¢ or less
2. You can “stack” a store coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon
3. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items to get the sale price
4. If you do buy two B1G1 items use 2 coupons if you have them

    • Tina

The Bi-Lo on Brainerd Rd in Chattanooga is accepting competitor coupons!

    • Karsten

I live in Beafort, SC and my Bi-Lo ad doesn’t have the B1G1 Mr Clean deal, the in ad coupons for milk and hot dogs, and the Purina One cat food is $5 here not 3.50. We’re going on vacation this weekend. I think I’ll shop Bi-Lo out of state to get better deals!!

      • Jenny

        Karsten,

The Mr. Clean is a month long new Bonus Saver deal it is advertised in that flyer but not the weekly ad. Let me check the cat food… I might have typed the wrong the price.

    • smcreech

Thanks so much for getting this done so early Jenny. It is just my opinion but I like having the b1g1 at the top. Whatever is easier for you though since you are the one taking the time to do this for us.

    • Sharlene

Thanks so much!! I also prefer the B1G1 at the top! But not enough to complain!

    • Rickie

Jenny…I know your posts all say that BiLo doubles up to $.60 in coupons. However, it seems as though my BiLo in Rock Hill, SC is doubling at least up to $.75. Is anyone else seeing this at their local BiLo?

    • Jenny

      Rickie,

You are right your Bi-Lo actually doubles to .99 cents but the upstate of SC is the only area that does this so enjoy!!

    • Michelle

i prefer the BOGOs at the top if you are reconsidering! :)

bi-lo’s not looking too good for me this week. hopefully publix won’t disappoint!

    • shannon

my ad does not have the in-ad coupons? are these in a separate ad?

    • Hi Jenny,

I like the Bogos at the top also –

I do so appreciate your hard work on the site – if you had asked me 6 months ago what could be cut in my budget – I would never have said my groc budget. Boy was I wrong!

    • Gwen

Thanks for the early posting and all your hard work. I prefer the BOGOF at the top if that is possible.

    • Monica

I think there was a $1 Bilo coupon for the Kraft cheese in an insert I got in the mail a few weeks back. That would make it super cheap!

    • Ann

I am also a BOGO at the top fan.

    • Kelly

I prefer the B1G1 at the top if you are taking suggestions.

    • Misty

Was the gift-card deal last week only? Major bummer if so! I misunderstood and thought it was a month long deal.

And my humble opinion, I like the bogo’s listed at the top first… but don’t think I have any right on being picky when you are the one doing all the hard work!! :)

    • mandie

Thanks Jenny for getting this out early! I also prefer the bogo’s @ the top but whatever works for you. :)

    • Kellyann

I also like the B1G1 at the top. I get most of my shopping from there and fill in for the rest. But I won’t be complaining. Thank you for all your hard work. It isn’t unappreciated.

    • Thanks Jenny!

I prefer BOGO at top too!

    • jason

im kind of new to this so bear with me. my ad says the milk is $2.48 and dosent mention anything about $1.99 with $25 purchase and there is no “in ad” coupon. what am i missing?

thanks again for all you do Jenny. i cant tell you what a Godsend you are!!

      • Jenny

The coupons were in an ad wrapper over the ad that I got from the store. The clear value milk was also advertised on the back page. This might just be a week where Bi-Lo choose to have some regional changes (though they rarely do this.)

    • jason

one more thing. i clicked the link for the starkist coupons and couldnt find anywhere to play the game or print the coupons. HELP!! maybe its just me.

      thanks again

    • Dani

Thanks for the BOGOS on the Top!!!
      You are soooooooooooooo awesome Jenny!!!
Thank you for everything you do here!!!

    • Robin

The manager at my bi-lo (8500 Hixson Pike,Hixson TN) explained.. the only competitors coupons that they are accepting are the manufacturer coupons with another store name printed on them. No others at this time.

Thank you for all your hard work. You amaze me with all your detail.

I am a fan of BOGOs at top. I too shop mainly from them but whatever is easiest for you.

    • The Bi-lo on ooltewah-ringgold road, TN and on 2A in Fort Oglethorpe, GA takes Comp. coupons

    • Lana

My ad in the Spartanburg area has the milk for 2.48 and no $1 off with $25 purcahse. Also the Spartanburg stores only double up to 60 but we can drive up to Gaffney to double up to 99.

    • Deborah

There was a coupon for Crystal Farms cheese in the 7/26 SS. It looks like it was either for $1/2 or .55/1.

    • Nikki

-$1.50/3 Starkist Tuna Pouches tearpad (makes it .04¢ ea)
      Where was this coupon located???

Jenny…I found your site to be very helpful…not to mention addictive. I am now proud to say I am a coupon clipper. I had done it very little in the past saving a little here and there…but now…I wont go to the store without coupons in hand. Thank you so much for what you do here…it saves a lot of time for those of us who are busy. I personally Thank you bunches.

    • Christa

Misty, the gift card deal ends TODAY (Aug. 19) so you still have one more day. Make sure they scan your bonus card, my cashier wouldn’t take mine since it was just gift cards and then I didn’t get the coupon! The mgr. had to write a rain check but it was big mess.

    • Sarah

Jenny, you are amazing – what blessing you have been to me, my family & many friends I’ve shared your site with. Thank you!!! The Bi-Lo in Simpsonville, SC off Fairview does take competitor coupons – food lion & target. :) I’ve also grown accustomed to having the BOGO at the top, but you do whatever works best for you – thanks again!

    • Nikki

Opps!!! Sorry for asking the above question…I saw tearpad after I had already submitted. Umm…lol…so where can I get a tearpad?

    • Mal

Thanks for the list Jenny. Bi-lo at Greer accepts comp coupons.

    • Sasha

My bi-lo off of pelham in greenville, sc accepts comp coupons.

    • Anna

If you are near a Bloom that is tripling this week, it’s better to get the Hillshire Deli Select lunchmeat there – on sale $2/6 minus the $0.55/1 tripled comes to $1.35 each.

    • Haley

BI-LO here in Rutherfordton, NC doubles coupons up to .75. With this in mind, I found a -.75 cents off 2 Knorr Pasta/Rice sides in my RP 8/2. I’m going to get 6!

    • Amy B.

Misty/Christa – The Bi-Lo giftcard deal ended yesterday (18th). The promotion is no longer listed on their site. Stores have been doing these GC deals more often, so sit tight and I’m sure we’ll see another one!

    • Amy B.

I see the Buy Theirs/Get Ours as:

Buy Digiorno Rising Crust Pizza, Get SH Self Rising Pizza FREE
Buy French’s French Fried Onions, Get SH Lightly Salted Crispy Onions FREE
Buy Nature Valley Snack Bars, Get SH Snack Bars FREE
Buy StarKist Tuna, Get SH Tuna – Chunk Light or Solid White Albacore FREE

when I login to the MyBi-Lo website.

      • Jenny

I think they just changed them last night along with the monthly deals! I’ll update the list, thanks Amy!!

    • Okay Guys: If you use the Target “$1/1 General Mills” Coupons along with the (2) “75¢/1 Kix” Printables and (2) “55¢/1 Cheerios” Printables, it will be about 75¢ per box (unless the 55¢ doubles, then cheaper). If you buy 4 General Mills cereals together, you get a $4 Catalina back, which makes this deal a moneymaker!!! I just posted it up on ChattanoogaCheapskate for all you Tennessee gals, if you need the details!
      -jamie

    • Christa

Referring to the gift card promotion, I have a catalina printout that states it is through today. I hope so, I am planning to go back! Does anyone know if you can use a $20 coupon to buy the $100 in gift cards?

    • Beth

Bi Lo in the Charlotte, NC area doubles up to $.99! (How do you guys make the cents sign??) Not an awesome week at BiLo, hope some of the other stores will make up for it!

    • Hey Beth! If you’re using a mac, press option + 4 = ¢ Took me forever too!
ALSO- Nature Valley Granola Bars has a catalina promotion going on too this week- Buy 3, get $1.50 back, Buy 4 get $2.50 back, Buy 5 or more get $3.50 back. Makes it pretty nice with coupons and “Get ours Free” deal
      -jamie

    • Amber

I just checked at my local SC Bi-Lo stores and the following stores double up to .60 and DO NOT take competitor coupons: Clemson, Pendleton and Seneca. Darn it! :)

    • Alicia

Thank you for checking Amber, those are the three stores I shop at. It was worth a shot!

    • There is a coupon from the newspaper a while back (not sure when) for 1.00 off a gallon of Swiss Tea. Since it is B1G1, that coupon would make it .25 per gallon. Not a bad price for tea I don’t have to make myself!!!

Also, there is a 1.00 printable coupon for Fast Fixin’s also. I’m not sure when I printed it, but it’s good through 8/29

Also, if you have a bloom nearby, go scan your Bloom card at the kiosk and you might get a coupon for 1.00 off Edy’s Dibs ice cream. If your Bilo will take the coupon, that will give you another option. It is a manufacturer coupon (starts with a 9).

    • Sherry M

It may not be a fabulous week at Bi-lo but that’s ok. The huge BOGO sale week before last and the gift card sale this past week make up for that. Because of the gift card sale I ended up with $120 in free groceries even after the card fees!!!!!! And that was just for spending money that I was going to be spending anyway!!! Gotta love it!

    • RH

BiLo in Gaffney only doubles to $.60. Our ad has the clear value milk at 1.99 no amount needed to get it at that price. Also Jenny love the site and a fan of bogo at the top you do a great job! All I can say is Thank you so much for helping our family save so much money off the grocrey bill.

    • Karyn

Has anyone tried the Steak-umm Burgers? I was wondering if they are anything like the Bubba Burgers.

      Thanks!

    • Laura

I too like the BOGOS at the top. Thanks, Jenny, for all you do!

    • Tina

My Bilo will take Target coupons but will not double them….

    • Sharon

I prefer the BOGO’s at the top too. Thank you for you enthusiasm and diligence in your work. It’s infectious!

    • Susan

      Stephanie #24,
I called Bilo on Ooltewah-Ringgold Rd, they said they will take comp. Q’s, but you can not stack with a MQ, :(

    • Bethany

Bi-Lo on Hwy 58 in Chattanooga does not take competitor coupons unless they just started this week.

    • Nichole in GA

Last week, I got a $1.00 of an Lou Ana oil catalina at check out. It is on sale this week for 99 cents. FREE!!! Don’t throw your catalinas away even if you don’t think you will use it. You never know!

    • kathi

I think we get a different wrap on the BiLo ad depending on our state. Ours in SC this week was all about double Fuel Perks and I know that they don’t do Fuel Perks in every state so that may be why we missed out on the milk coupon.

    • Susan

      Jamie #37,
Which Bilo’s in Chattanooga will stack a comp. Q with a MQ? The 2 stores in my area, said you could use one or the other, but not both.

    • Maranda

Does anyone know how much the nature valley granola bars are at reg. price? Thanks!

    • Karen

Jenny – I am SOOO thankful for your site….I wait anxiously each Wed before I head out for my weekly shopping for Bi-Lo to be posted. I try to go through and match up sales & Qs – but ALWAYS miss a great deal if I don’t wait on you! Today I had my glucose test with my 2nd baby – and it was such a great reward to see Bi-Lo up so early – do you ever rest?? just wondering! you’re awesome!

Our store in O’burg SC has been going through an inventory of some sort – so these deals may not be avaiable every where – but wanted to give a heads up to you gals!

Our store had Wanchai Ferry (Sp?) complete meals marked down for quick sale for $4.24 – $2Q from SS (not sure of date) it was $2.42 for a complete meal for 2 – which isn’t too shabby in my book.

There were also some Lean Cuisine’s marked down to $1.47, I used the buy 2 get 1 free All You Q and got 3 quick lunches for me for $3!

There was some sort of Baked Potatoe microsteam thing in the markdown also marked $2.30 with a $1 peel off Q on it…..pretty gud deal too.

ONE last thing – there were LOTS of marked down Crayola & PlayDough markdowns on a cart in the store…..watercolors for $.50, Playdough “rollers” for $.10 – great little treats for my little one – not to meniton great items to put together for an inexpensive bday gift for friends – seems we’ve had LOTS of parties lately!

Happy Qing girls – thank you for all your hard work!
      ~K

    • Karen

You have listed that the Purina Cat food is 3.50 at Bi-Lo. On the ad that I just saw listed on the site, it says 2/$10. This makes them $5 each right? So they won’t be free with those coupons just $1.50 which is still a good deal. Just want to make sure before I try to get someone to print the coupons out for me since I’ve reached the max for them. My mom can definitely use some free cat food. I saw it was also free at Harris Teeter this week so maybe I’ll try there.

    • I got a Catalina print out today telling me about another unadvertised (??) deal Bilo is doing. “Buy Betty Crocker Fruit Flavored Snacks between 8/14 and 9/6-Buy 3-get 1.50 off your next order, Buy 4-get 2.50 or buy 5-get 3.50 off your next order. All items must be purchased in one shopping order.”

I wish I had of known this, considering I had just bought TWO!!! All I needed was one more and I could have gotten 1.50 off. Oh well.

    • Megan

Does anyone know about the Summerville, SC bi-lo and competitors coupons? Also will Target stack their coupons with maufacturers? I got their baby saving book and I have “manus” coupons for almost all those items too!!??

    • Nicole

I ran into Super Bi-Lo (Laurens Rd, Greenville, SC) this afternoon they had a display at the front for Miller Lite. I don’t buy beer and normally would pass by, but noticed the display had a small booklet of rebates. Most of the rebates require a purchase of MillerLite, but one of them is for a $2 rebate off 2 boxes of cheez-its. 2 coupons plus the rebate makes it 2 boxes of cheez-its for .25 each! woo-hoo!!!

    • If you buy a $100. in gift cards you get a $20. coupon for grocerys on your next purchase. I just buy gas cards. No actviation fee. This is at the E.Brainerd Bi-lo in Chattanooga I think thru the 31st.

The Our Brands Challenge items are actually on:

      Frozen Pizza
      Crispy Onions
Sweet & Salty or Granola Bars
      Tuna

Just used my My BI-LO coupons this AM. Save over $11 just on the Our Brands offers!!!

Also the in ad coupons for the Ball Park, Milk, Southern Home Sandwich Bread & head of lettuce are only for a handful of stores from what I found out. They’re coupons from the ad and can’t be printed off the website to be redeemed in store. Only can get them if you get the ad for one of those stores.

    • Guys,
I am new to this and am confused by something. Under the section about buying 4 General Mills cereals for $10. How does that make Cherioes .40 cents?
      Thanks!
      Teresa

    • Teresa #61
You would buy 4 boxes at $10. Then if you use 4 of that .55 coupon listed, Bilo would double it 4 times, so 4 coupons would take off 4.40. That would take you down to 5.60. After you get the additional $4 instant savings, you would have paid 1.60 for 4 boxes which would equal .40 each box.

    • Jessica

Does anyone know if the Bi-lo in Batesburg-Leesville doubles coupons higher than .60??

    • M Rose

Am I crazy??? I can’t find the milk Q or the Hot Dog??? Where are they??

    • James

In reference to the Purina Cat food, the ad refernces Purina One, but in store I found the Purina Whiskas Sensations (3.2lb bag in various flavors) 2/$7. I use the 3.50 printable and got both free. Still free cat food to be had.

    • suzie

Jessica, I don’t think they do. i am going to ask tomorrow and see.

    • JEB

Is Duncan Hines muffin mix on sale? I saw it at the front endcap on Tues. before the new sale started on Wed.

Ladies & Gents, watch your rain check credit amounts when checking out. I had 2 rain checks to use, Uno’s frozen pizza (B1G1F), and Brie logs (B1G2F). The manager was helping a trainee, so I didn’t catch anything wrong with the way they were trying to do it. For the pizza, reg price was $6.99, so scanned the raincheck, and entered $3.50. I had purchased 4 pizzas, so the credit shoul dhave been $14, but it was only $9.96. The manager had to override the difference. We had a similar problem with the Brie. the computer just didn’t calculate it right, despite it being entered/scanned correctly.

In the end, I got $133 worth of groceries for $29.99 out of pocket, and double fuel perks.

This was Wednesday the 19th. I asked the manager when the gift card promo was ending, and he wasn’t sure. He couldn’t find anything in the new monthly ad book. But because they have a no refund policy on gift cards, we couldn’t “try it” to se eif it was still active that day, and I misse dout on the last day. Bummer!!

Thanks Jenny for all you do! I’ve saved $1,197 so far this year at Bi-Lo in Hartsville SC according to my reciept.

    • Shannon

Hi, I just wanted to make a note. I saw earlier where s/o had posted that upstate SC Bi-Lo’s doubled up to .99, this isn’t for all Upstate locations. In Pickens County they only double to .60.

    • Shannon

Oh, and the clear value milk is $2.48 and we didn’t get any in ad coupons. :(

    • Lana

In reference to the gas card deal- It is no longer listed in the PROMOTIONS section of their website so I would have to assume that the deal has ended.

    • Kelly

I shop at an upstate Bi-Lo (Simpsonville) and have never had a coupon more than 55 cents double. I’ve never had a 60 cent coupon double…let alone all the way up to 99 cents. Would be great though!

    • Susan

They are actually doing the gift card promo till the end of the month. I went in today and the girl didn’t scan my bi-lo card and so it didn’t print, but if you ask for it they will give it to you. This was St. Andrews Road in columbia.

      Jenny,
      YOU ROCK!!!!!!
Our income was cut in half this year and I am still a stay at home mom, and we still eat. And, lamentably, I have not lost any weight. So, with your lists and armed with coupons, we are surviving!
      THANK YOU!
My kids get a kick out of getting things cheap or free. And going to Staples every week for an armload of stuff for a dime was kind of a new experience in “back to school” shopping.
I have given your website out to I don’t even know how many people….so thanks again!

    • Hilary

Can anyone explain the “fuel perks” to me?

    • Christy

Super Bi-Lo on Hixson Pike in Chattanooga DOES take competitor coupons…used $1 off one box Target Q and $1 off 2 boxes of General Mills Cereal. At 4/$10 then $4 off plus the 4 Target Q’s and 2 Manufacturer’s Q’s, my cereal was free…woohoo!!!

I just called the Harrison Bi-Lo and they said they would accept competitor coupons. I am heading that way now with my coupons in hand and my fingers crossed!! :)

    • Pam

Had a great trip to Bi-Lo in Charleston, SC today. I went specifically to get the deli ham for $1.99 a pound, which is a great price. I ordered two pounds and as I was waiting I saw a display on the counter with a tearpad coupon for $1.00 off a pound of Russer deli meat, which is what was on special. I ended up getting 4 pounds of Russer deli ham for 3.99…99 cents a pound!
Using my coupons I saved over 50% on my total bill!

    • Tiffany

BI-LO #704 on Verdae Blvd in Greenville is taking competitors’ coupons. When I spoke with customer service, I specifically asked about the printable coupons from Food Lion even though there isn’t one around.. sounds good my coupon friends.

    • leann

Bi-Lo in Kannapolis, NC will double up to .99 which is great, but they have stopped taking any internet printable coupons except smartsource…..if you cut out the coupon and don’t leave the little wording around the edge they will not take it wheither it scans or not. Time for me to find another bi-lo.

    • Amanda

The Bi-Lo is Cleveland, TN has Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, and Cherry Dr. Pepper for 2/3.00. They each have a coupon on them for .55 off which doubles to 1.10. So, 3.00-2.20=.80 for 2 or .40 each. That is some cheap drinks. Yay!!

    • Christy

Mang GREG at BiLo in Lexington, SC says he will accept comp coupons. The asst mang who is a female, isn’t so friendly. So you need to ask…I actually call the store before I go.

      Good Luck.

    • Christy-

Do they take Target there or just Publix and Food Lion at the one in lexington?? Thanks!

    • Anita

Super BiLo in CHATTANOOGA (Ooltewah Ringgold Rd.) states via phone that they double coupons up to 55 cents. Also, they are taking competitor coupons, although she stated “not a ton of them”. I almost laughed. I asked her exactly what “a ton” means, and she told me, “Well, if you bring them we have to take them”. LOL. Guess she was trying to convince me not to bring stacks. Also, I was told when I called that this locations also accepts Target coupons as well. They do not like coupons, and usually try to fight me on something when I bring them. And again I say, I love Publix! But hey, I continue to follow the deals….. :) HTH.

Thanks again, Jenny, for EVERYTHING! I love love love this website. Only been here a few weeks and have saved a bunch. WOOHOO!!!!
