Groupon currently has a great deal on half off Atlanta Zoo tickets! You can get 2 tickets for $20.

My girls absolutely love this zoo!  Whenever we are in the area we try to stop in.

Tickets are normally $21.99 each, so you are basically saving half.

The Groupon is valid to use through 12/31, but you must purchase it before 4/30.  If you know that you are traveling through there anytime this year, this is a great chance to get prepped early.

Many libraries in Georgia offer a FREE zoo pass for a family of four if you check out the ZOO DVD. You can keep the DVD for one day or up to a week and the pass is issued by a library staff member upon returning the DVD. (I work at one such library!)

Just an FYI– if you live in GA and have access to a library that is in the PINES system, you can watch a video that allows you 4 free tickets, but you must use them within 7 days. They also have a similar offer for the Children’s Puppetry Arts Center (think that’s what it is called) in Atlanta–ask your librarian!! :)

I just purchased a family membership for $99. This allows us to go to the zoo for 14 months as many times as we want to go. Two trips and the membership is paid for. It also allows us to go to some other zoos at a cheaper price. Love it!

      • Thanks a great idea for families who will go often! Thanks for sharing!
