This year we are working on healthy treats for Easter. Don’t worry there will be a little chocolate, but I get tired of giving them treats that I actually don’t want them to eat. This year we are switching things up and giving some healthy options that I don’t have to worry about limiting.
How about switching it up this year and putting healthy treats like Halos in their baskets instead?
Our family loves Halos year-round, and I love that they’re a healthy choice my kids can start eating all on their own at an early age. Since these treats are seedless and easy to peel, even my three year old can dig in and enjoy without any help needed. Halos are in season from November to April, so make sure you grab some soon. Each Halo is 50 calories and delivers 45% of the recommended daily value of vitamin C.
Save on your Easter treat with coupons! There were Halo coupons in the newspaper inserts last weekend (3/20) for most areas, plus there is a 50¢ printable coupon you can use. Saving on produce, makes me happy!
