Thanks I get that email and I didn't even see it!

    • acpack

Anyone willing to forward their email?

      • It's really saved on your shoppers card, not a coupon in the email. So you have to sign up and then you are good.

        • acpack

Thanks, Jenny! I just signed up and will be headed over there. You're the best.

ingles in easley, sc want let me use printables coupons that are over a dollar

      • rowland8967

Stacy, The Ingles near K-mart will take printalbes over 1.00. My daugther works at that one…….

        • Stacy

thats the one I went to, and the customer service manager told me they wasnt allowed to take them if they were over a $1. and they couldnt accept any free coupons. That has never happened to me before at any other ingles.

          • Jennifer

That happened to me at the same Ingles.

          • rowland8967

My daughter is working today and I texted her to ask and she said they are taking them….. Not sure why they can't all be the same… I am going to try it in a few minutes when I get off at 3….I will let you know later tonight…..

My Kroger in Athens told me the same thing a few weeks back. No free coupons and none over a dollar.

I have a question, if I just signed up, is it on my advantage card now?

    • valerie

I signed up earlier today, but I wasn't able to get it at that price. They scanned my card and I told them about it and they didn't know anything about it. They told me to bring a printout of it.

It didn't work on my card either and I got the original email. The manager took off the difference for me. My receipt showed the $4.98 price (where it usually shows the amount for Advantage Card buys) but it still rang at $6.98. Their computers do strange things sometimes. I also bought Kraft mayo and it rang at full price.

I got the previous “Easter Savings” e-mail from them that had several items listed. Some rang up correctly, but some did not. I am taking a copy of the e-mail and my receipt back to the store. I don't understand why, but I did not get this e-mail about the Method detergent. Bummer, because I'd really like to get some. I may try to get a bottle and see if my card has the savings loaded anyway. Maybe these savings are geared toward individual purchasing habits?

I got the e-mail and printed it out just to be sure that I didn't have any issues at checkout. The great thing is that I printed 2 $4.00 off method from a while back (I can't remember the website.) It rang up at $7.98, but since I had my e-mail, Ingles honored the price of $4.98 and I was able to use 2 $4 off. I got 2 of these at $.98 each! Woohoo!

Just went to the Ingles in Easley off of Hwy.123 and the cashier said they had a meeting this morning. All the cashiers were told not to accept more than 2 printed coupons total. They also do not accept printed FREE coupons there. They said they are having problems with people using photocopied coupons and the store is not getting paid back for those coupons. She said a lot of customers were upset with this new policy. I plan to write the store manager and corporate about this. I feel that they should pressure the coupon sites to make the coupons harder to copy or train their cashiers to be able to spot copies not punish the many honest coupon users.

Thank you Christy. I have been paying full price at Ingles and they are close to my house. But, if they are getting nasty about coupons, I can always go to another grocery store for my shopping. I don't need them, they need my money.

I've noticed that most of the stores are getting strict.
I talked to the Food Lion manager and He told me that they will no longer accept printable coupons with Manufactor coupons.
Stacking isn't allowed.. I went to CVS monday and they wouldn't allow me to stack either, The cashier also told me that they have to stop it because they are not getting paid for most of thier coupons. Thats two of my stores that I've always stacked coupons at and now I'm hearing Ingles is doing the same thing?
I don't think stacking will be allowed at all soon. It's going to be banned at all stores.. And that is bad for me.

        I always shop in Ringgold

I work at toysrus in athens, ga and i just checked a lady out today who bought alot of this popular “method” brand detergents, dryer sheets, bathroom cleaners today. Alot of this brand in our toysrus store is on clearance in the “R-market” section of the store. Everything that this lady bought was either .98 or 1.98 this will go on until the product empties the self. Not a whole lot of people know that Toysrus sells this kinda stuff including babystuff and many other cleaners safe for baby. Most of it sits on the shelf until it gets marked down. Toysrus and Babyrus sell the same stuff the only difference is the quantity of toys vs. baby stuff. And FYI at our store you can use 1 store coupon and 1 vendor coupon per item. Makes alot of stuff really cheap especially diapers.

Just thought I would let you know that you can't use the coupon on this deal. It rings up at $4.98 and then when you use the coupon it goes to $6.98. So you end up paying $4.98 with or without the coupon.

I am new to southern savers. I live on a very tight budget. Sometimes I only have $20 a week for groceries and I have mouths to feed. Any suggestions?
