Living Social Deal: Enjoy The City Coupon Books for $12

Wednesday, 11/9

Coupon Books are always fun and can have some really great deals in them. Living Social is having a deal on Enjoy The City Books that are full of coupons! The book is on sale for a special price of $12, regularly $25.

If you are in a city with a Winn Dixie (or a Publix that takes their coupons) you definitely want to get in on one of these books – Each one has (4) $5 off $30 Winn Dixie Coupons in it (Mobile, Miami & Gainesville only).

If you’re looking to get more than one you can get them at even better prices: 3 for $30, or 5 for $40. If you live in one of the cities below, these books will also have tons of local coupons that can save you big time on restaurants, entertainment and more. You can even preview the coupons before purchasing.

Here are the cities I could find that have this deal:

(thanks Dave and Marissa!)

I remember the last time this deal came along there were, I think, three sheets each containing 4 coupons for $5 off.  So that was $60 worth.  It sounds like this one isn’t as good.

    • Alyssa L.

Last time I did this deal (for the Sarasota books), the books came with 1 sheet of 4 $5/$30 Winn Dixie coupons each.

      • Cayacoup

I did the same. So, if we buy the books for Miami, can we use the w/d coupons in Tampa?  I don’t have any cpns left so I don’t know what the fine print says.

        • Alyssa L.

You can preview the books on Enjoy the City’s website.  I also did this deal the last time it came up.  The Winn Dixie coupons do not have a location restriction on them. You can use them anywhere.

          • Ginger

I couldn’t figure how to preview the books, where do I go to see whats in the books

    • Cayacoup

      $5 x 12 = $60…right?

  • I did this deal last time for Tallahassee and the company shipped it when a package that was torn apart and i only got half the items i ordered, luckly I used american express and disputed it and got a refund. The deal is great and not living social’s fault. I did try to contact the print company to get my product however they never responded after 4 messages and 6 phone calls.

My friend here in Tally had similar issues- she was told the delay was b/c they had sold out of the 2011 books.  After another couple phone calls she finally got 2012 books shipped to her and they sent 2 extras.  She did have a hard time with the communication with them just like you did, but I’m happy it finally worked out for her.

I think they might also make a good extra gift for a family or college student if they live in the area. I bought the 3 for $30 deal, two for us and one for a gift. I figure the Winn Dixie coupons in our books alone make it a deal ($30 spent – $40 for Winn Dixie = $10 moneymaker).

For those in North AL – the Huntsville book has $5/$50 coupons for Star Market -which is accepted by some of the local Publix stores.  There are 12 of those coupons in each book.

  • Alyssa L.

** PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING** You can preview the books on the Enjoy the City’s website.  The Augusta/Aiken, Huntsville & Richmond books do NOT have the Winn Dixie coupons.  (The Mobile, Miami, & Gainesville books do have Winn Dixie coupons in them, however.)

    • Alyssa L.

Yay, Southern Savers updated the post to clarify.  Thanks for doing that. :)

    • Lauren

I saw this a little too late, but Living Social refunded my voucher for the books for Huntsville.  Now I can get them from somewhere w/ WD q’s.  Thanks for the info!  You saved me $40!

  • Noel

If I don’t live in one of these cities, but do have a Winn Dixie in my city, can I use them?

    • Alyssa L.

Yes. I did this deal the last time it came out.  The Winn Dixie coupons are not limited by city. And they do not expire until sometime in late 2012.  You can preview the coupons on the Enjoy the City website.

      • Noel

        Thank you for responding!

  • Alyssa L.

Also I wanted to note that this post says that “Each one has (12) $5 off $30 Winn Dixie Coupons in it.”  From the preview of the books on the Enjoy the City website (and from the last time I did this deal), each book only has FOUR $5/$30 WD coupons each.  Where are you getting the 12?

    • Lisa

Maybe she’s assuming you are going to buy the three book deal.  That’s the only way you will get 12 WD coupons.

      • Alyssa L.

That could be.  It seems like she’s referring to each book because she refers to “one” of the books: “definitely want to get in on one of these books – Each one has (12) $5 off $30.”

    • Ann S

I bought three of these books, the Huntsville ones have 12 Star Market coupons which are competitors for my Publix!  I see lots of deals in my future!

  • Ann S

Oops didn’t mean to post my comment as a reply, oh well.

  • Rae

how much is shipping for one book? am i missing something?

    • Natalie559

shipping is included in the price

  • Alissabeth

The July deal of 3/$20 was better, but I still have those coupons, so I’ll only be getting one anyway!

    • Alissabeth

Forgot to say thanks! Love using WD at Publix!

    • Natalie559

These new booklets are good through 2012, the July deal was probably better b/c most of the coupons exp end of 2011.  In these new booklets, the WD coupons don’t exp until 12-2012, giving you plenty of time to use them :)

do you have to buy these specific cities? it says it will give you a code to order online.  is the code good for other cities?
