      I waited over 48 hours and was never able to redeem my fandango codes.  I have seen this is a big problem and no one has been able to redeem their codes either.  Please lte me know if  anyone has no problems.

      I also have waited more than 48 hours and have not been able to redeem either code. It keeps saying the code does not exist :-(

      First experience with Plum District and not great so far… way more than 48 hours and can’t redeem.  Bought it anticipating a movie trip today.  No response yet from their customer service.

      When I click on the link in my email, it pulls up the purchase.  However, when I try to sign onto plum district, it says there is no email account associated with them.  Does  anyone else have this problem.  I have never disputed a charge with my bank on my credite card.  Do I stand a chance?  I think I am going to cancel my card…..  I have checked out other sites, and NO ONE has been able to redeem their codes

      I am having the same problem. Seems like everyone is. If it makes anyone feel better, Plum District posted the following on their FB page 3 hours ago:

      “Hi Everyone – we are working with Digital Doorstep to resolve the issue with codes and will let you know when the Fandango and Starbucks codes are working. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

      I received an email this evening stating: 

      “Hi Plum District customer,
      Thank you very much for purchasing our recent offer for a Starbucks gift card and two Fandango movie tickets. We’ve heard reports that people are experiencing difficulty with their redemption codes for this offer. We sincerely apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced.
      After speaking with our vendor, we understand that voucher codes will be active on their website and ready for redemption by Wednesday, January 4, at 1:00 p.m. PST. You can redeem your code(s) here after this time.”

      I got an email that they are giving me a refund.  Just curious to see if any of you out there have been able to redeem your codes yet?  they told me it will take ‘several’ days to get my refund

      Got my fandango voucher to work, but how do you get your starbucks card?  Entered my voucher number and email address, but then NOTHING?

      Fandango voucher worked but Starbucks did not.  On hold for 15 minutes to speak with Digital Doorstep representative who referred me to main office # 949-360-3600, ext 309.  Called that # and got “working to resolve technical difficulties” and when I entered extension 309 – mailbox is full. Not happy with Plum District right now.

        UPDATE:  I received an email overnight from Plum District/Digital Doorstep with a link and a challenge key to enable my starbucks gift ecard and it worked ! Still not sure about future purchased if it takes them so long to make a deal work but wanted to make sure that all other Southern Saverss fans knew that the dela now works.

      You need to check the forum out on plumdistrict[dot]com. Click contact us, go to their “browse our support forum,” then click on “Reguarding Starbucks/Fandango Plum Steal.Make sure your deals are going to work.”  You will see several comments from customers like all of us. I’ve been getting updates every time someone posts a comment which is nice.  I want to know as soon as someone is able to use their code. I did email them last night and got a message today that stated “Please note that at this time Digital Doorstep is experiencing technical difficulties with its system redemption codes and will be fixed within the next 72 business hours.” Good luck everyone! I’m keeping my fingers crossed…

      Jenny, please don’t recommend purchasing products from this company again. I did it based on the information posted on SouthernSavers. No one that purchased this deal has been able to redeem their codes for the Starbucks gift card.  Check out the forum on their website. It appears their customers have had problems in the past too.  You give us information we can trust. Based on our current experience with Plum District, they are not a company your readers can trust… Thanks for looking out for our best interest.

      Agreed! I bought tickets through travelzoo and they are no longer instant redemption! I have to wait another 5 days to get a code in the mail and by then they will be expired!
