Restaurant.com Thousand of popular restaurants. Fo

Today through 4/6, using code CHOW you can get 80% off $25 Gift Certificates, Dinner of the Month Club, and $25 Gift Cards at Restaurant.com.  They rarely go to 80% off at the beginning of the month, so you should find that stores still have lots of cards in stock and possibly even more options of places!!

Whether you want a cheap lunch or dinner out, or you want to give a general gift certificate for someone else you can get:

$25 dining or gift certificates for $2

$10 dining or gift certificates for .60 cents

Think of them as a $10 off or $25 off coupon. Also note that every store has different requirements. In general though savings $25 off a $35 or $50 meal is still wonderful! Or saving $10 off a $15 meal, no complaints here!!

…hmmm – not sure how to go through ebates first..I signed up – but I don’t see restaurant.com on their site…

The best thing to do is but Restaurant.com gift certificates of dinner of the month subscriptions instead of actual restaurant certificates. Then you can choose whatever you want when they are available.

the good ones in my area are “out of stock” ;(. I thought since it was the beginning of the month, they would be available. It would be an awesome deal if I could get them! thx anyway.

hmmm.. how do you go through ebates first?? I just signed up for ebates and don’t see restaurant.com in the list…sorry- new to all this…

@dmcb102 — if you buy the gift certificate or dinner club- you get a certificate that you can use at any of the partcipating restauruants…they don’t have to be in stock! :)

On the EBates site, click on food & Wine, then scroll down the list to “Restaurant”

Have any of you used these before? Do they expire? I am thinking of buying some for the places I am traveling to this summer….

      • dougg770

There are strings attached to this offer. You have to spent $20 to us a $10 certificate. And you can only use one certificate per party, per month. It's still a good deal, but not great. On a positive note, they don't expire. That is as long as the restaurant stays in business.

When they say “one certificate per party, per month” – does that mean I should only get 12? One per month for me – no more? And some of my certificates say they expire in a year, just fyi.

Everything I add to my cart comes up 15.00. I wanted to buy a 10.00 gift certificate that should be 4.00 plus 80% off and its coming up 15.00, I have used Restaurant.com before and have never had this problem. I wonder why this is happening, who would want to buy a 10.00 gift certificate for 15.00!!!!

O well would have been nice to use!

I just paid $2.80 for $35 worth of gift certificates! I can't wait to go out to eat!!!

I am very new to this so I am not exactly sure how it works. I ordered 20 $50 gift cards and paid $100. If I understand the process correctly, when I give a gift card to someone, they will select a restaurant and print their certificate. It also said there was 15% cash back, so I am assuming that means I will get back $15. So if this works like I think, I will have paid $4.25 for a $50 gift card?? This really sounds to good to be true!! Will someone please let me know if I understand this correctly? Thanks!
