It keeps telling me that the coupon is not valid for my order…

That is what it keeps saying to me!! Help!!!! I have spent a couple of hours on this today!

          • Babrunson

They told me too… I did the live chat help with snapfish and they said that since it was my first time ordering, and they gave like 20 free prints, that i had to add 20 additional pictures, then try again. So I did and it worked. The live chat customer service help was really fast!

    • Babrunson

The first time I tried it today, it said that my coupon couldn't be used on the order (see my reply to similar comments below), but after chatting w/ customer service, they helped me figure it out. Since we haven't printed pictures since late 2008 (I know, I know) I asked the live chat people if I can use the coupon again, and they said that it was one time use, but that they'd reset it for me. So I'm working on another big order!

This is a great deal, but I do not have anywhere near that number of pictures to print.

When I have used Snapfish before like this I found that you had to order EXACTLY the number of pictures they are offering. You cannot order 364 pictures, it has to be 365. The system will not take the code if the wrong number of pictures ordered. This made it kind of difficult, but I ended up getting multiple copies of some good shots in order to make my order exact. Hope this helps!

I had no problem ordering the prints. I haven't printed any pics since last summer, so this was perfect for me! With tax it was $16.05, but I went through Shopathome, so it will be cheaper!

It is required that you order 365 pictures no more no less..Once you get the number right then it will process the coupon code.
