    • Tami1674

M&Ms are $.75 at my Walmart in Inverness Fl. They went up the same week the coupon came out BUT CVS has them on sale for 2/$1 so I still got them for .12 each.

    • Jill

When I went to the Atheno's FB page it shows a coupon for feta cheese, not yogurt.  Where do I find the coupon for $1 off the yogurt?

      • Savings769

I got the same thing Jill.  I can't find the yogurt one anywhere.

      • JL

Yogurt prints are gone. I saw it posted on thier FB page this mourning.

    • Cat

No luck with an Athenos coupon for yogurt either.  Guess I will stick to my tried and true Fage.

    • dt2002

My walmart is always out of stock on sale items… replaced 3M tabs with a different brand….. increased the price of other products to not have any moneymakers, and would NOT let me use the Tide coupon for a trial size, even though it does not have a size restriction!!!   And my prices are higher, because I'm in a small town.  BTW, we did rate a Walmart Mega Center (don't know how we were so lucky??)  and the selection is very limited :(

      • Coupongirl1203

I had a hard time with that coupon with Target. The coupon does not have a size restriction! UGHHHHH!

    • Deanna

The cascade $1 coupon says limit 4 like coupons per transaction. I had 5 from when I bought the 7/31 newspaper. So the I was on eBay and bought 20 more of those same coupons. I will have to do a handful of separate transactions along with like a 50 cent item as well or something like that but you can't beat 25 packs of 3 action packs for a total of $4 that I spent on eBay!!! That's a total of 75 dishwasher loads for $4!!!! I'll say that's a pretty good deal!!!

      • Dtcox

i hope they will let you in va they are now putting limits on items and coupons a day  boy its a dog eat world now to try and save a few dollars it was fine till that show came on ..

      • Miss_afb

where do you guys find the 3ct in your store? i cant find it :(

        • Ashwillis83

At my store they were just right beside the other action packs.

      • Guest

I've gone a few times with way more than 4 each time, and never once, in 4 different transactions did the cashier even care after i pointed out I thought I had better do separate transactions.  LOL  I love walmart cashiers cause they now say to me, “just tell me what your deal is” and it all goes as planned…. (insert evil laugh) good thing I'm honest and interested in long term savings!

    • Ashwillis83

It seems like I saw the Air Wick Freshmatic started kits for $5 but im not sure. I know they had the Lysol ones that are similar. It was something by Airwick. Im hoping its it because with the $4 off coupon in the SUnday paper it would only be $1.

      • Drearydragon

My Walmart had some for $4.77 so I got one for $.77 cent!

        • Ashwillis83

Thanks gonna check it out again tomorrow to make sure it was the Freshmatic starter kit. Maybe they have lowered the price again if im lucky.

      • Brooke

My Walmart in Chattanooga had them for $4.77 but aftrer looking at the product it actually reads “refill with gadget included” so i did not use the $4 off because it states “starter” and this product was actually just a refill.

      • Brittany

In the walmart here in NC they were on sale for4.77 and i used my four dollar off coupon and only paid .77 and that was on friday

    • Ellie

I have a question. I don't frequent walmart, except for all you mag and motor oil (although that had shot up in price last time I went in). If using a coupon that is worth more than an item (ie. using the $1off cascade on the 3ct pack that is on sale for $.97) what does the register automatically do? Does it only take the q at $.97 or does it take off $1 (I am assuming only if the total purchase amount had room to absorb the overage)? What does it automatically do?

      • Shon

It takes the full $1 after asking the cashier to confirm the amount.  So, you'd get the overage.

      • KaylaC

Walmart gives overage! One of the best things about Walmart!

        • Dtcox

you better check your tickets now in v a you only get free no overage and a very funny look

          • Justineandtodd

They HAVE to give you the overage in either credit DURING that sale towards another item you are purchasing or give you the overage in cash back. They can NOT give you only 97 cents on a $1 coupon as the company is reimburasing Walmart $1. Walmart would be committing coupon fraud if they did not give you the whole $1 in some form. That is straight from corporate Walmart on the customer service line.

            • Mrswhetstone

If that is really true (and I am not saying in any way it isn't) how do all the other stores get away with adjusting down the coupon value?

            • MCC

I was wondering the same thing. Kroger’s computer automatically adjusts so that it equals to the amount of the product, no overage. But Justineandtodd has a point. The store is getting reimbursed the full amount of the coupon,(+8 cents) so in essence they are MAKING $$ off of our use of coupons if they don’t give overage!

    • coupon dad

I am confused, does walmart take Walgreens coupons…b/c on the crayola crayons deal you have the walgreens coupon book listed.  Someone please tell me how this works
       thanks a bunch

      • Peggy

I had a manufacturer coupon from Walgreens last week and both the cashier and her supervisor would not take it.

        • Daisychick3299

Their own coupon policy states that they will honor it if it is a manufacturer's coupon. Print your policy and ALWAYS have it on hand at Walmart!

          • Squirrelhater

Or shop somewhere else-where they'll honor their own policy.Walmart is so not worth it.

      • Ashwillis83

I know they have took my Target coupons. I dont see why Walgreens would be any different.

        • Corbimae

I had a cahsier turn down a Walgreen coupon but when I checked with the manager she said it should have been a price match.

      • Beck

they won't take competitors' coupons (unless they're catalina coupons) for cents off an item. the only competitors' coupons they take are ones that state a price, like, for example, if there was a coupon in the wags flyer for peanut butter for $1, they would honor that, but not a wags coupon for 50 cents off a jar of peanut butter.

    • AlexJames987341

I just p a i d $21.87 for an i P a d 2-64GB and my boyfriend loves his Panasonîc Lumîx GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS.I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $657 which only cost me $62.81 to buy.

I just had World war 3 with walmart… I got 2 free samples (full bottles of pantene) today in the mail, and decided to grab the tide single pouches, trial degree deodrant and the cascade, and petcin were all free….i got to the tide and cascade they said i could not use that coupon on the trial size ..I argued for 20 minutes before the floor supervisor informed me that “she could not keep giving me free stuff” I stood my ground and used my coupons:)

      • Ami_fitzgerald

Good for you!  Way to stand your ground.  I really don't understand the philosophy of some of the people working in these stores.  They are managers, yet, they don't understand the fact that their store(s) are being reimbursed the value of the coupons by the manufacturer!  The store is not losing money…they are gaining sales!

        • Guest

Not to mention that if you read the fine print on the coupon, the store is actually being reimbursed an additional 8 cents (on most coupons, although some are higher) for each coupon they redeem and turn in to the company! It's insane that we are all still made to feel like thieves stealing from the cashier/manager's pocket!

      • mel

I went today to get the 3 pack cascades and was told the same, that she could not use the coupon on the trial size.  I said ” well, if you read the coupon it does not state that so yes I can” she replied “ok, I'll get a supervisor and she can decide” Well, I waited patiently, for a long time I might add, for the supervisor to come over, she didn't know which was right but said go ahead.  I was like, “really, if I could not use it, it would state it on the coupon.” the cashier replied when I was finished with my transaction “I am gonna find out the right answer for if you can use that coupon.” Out of frustration I replied, “that's fine, I already purchased what I needed”

    • Shannonw1983

i went to walmart two weeks and price matched with no ad, just ebrything wrote down from site. Well tried it last thursday and the cashier wouldn't she asked another cashier and she said something about the policy just changing , she said I could talk to the manager and i said no way cuz you know it would take forever for a manger to come. I was so frustrated!!!

      • *The following are guidelines and limitations:We will match any local competitor’s advertised price.
We do not require customers to have the ad with them to honor a competitor’s ad.
Items purchased must be identical to the ad (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.)This came straight from Walmart’s ad match policy on their website today.http://walmartstores.com/10563.aspx

    • LeAnn

No complaints about Wal-Mart here!!!! Never have a problem using any coupons!!!! And I get the overage!!!!

      • Squirrelhater

        Ha!Ha!Ha!–that was a joke,right?

      • Etowahsub

        Same here LeAnn! : )

    • Rhonda

I posted this question a few weeks ago but now I have my answer from a Walmart supervisor. I had a problem twice where the cashier would comp by price with the ad I brought into the store but didn't want to take my coupon also for the item. I in turn called Walmart's home office and by the next day I received a call from my local Walmart. The supervisor told me they would take the ad from another store and the coupon. The supervisor stated that Walmart wanted my business and they needed to train their cashiers on this matter.

      • mel

I went through this same situations about 4 months ago.  Now I only go when there is free stuff that I can't resist :) Sent an email to corporate and received a phone call the next day.  Even now, the rare occasion that I do step into a Wal Mart, there is always an issue.  It's as if they feel I am trying to cheat them when I am just trying to save $$ like everyone else in this economy.  I truly can not stand to shop at Wal-Mart anymore. Just glad I have other options so I don't have to shop there :)

        • Amd29f

I went to W. last week and was price matching with cvs on their skippy P.B. the add said 4.00 for 3 i think, so i had 4 coupons for skippy when i got to the register the Lady told me i could only get 3 jars for that price then the 4th would be walmart price. I told her not to worry about it cause i didnt feel like arguing with her. Walmart needs to have a cashier training program just for Price Matching and Coupon Policy.

      • JLo

I've practically stopped shopping at Walmart since I started couponing.  I would say they only get 2% of my overall grocery budget.  Trust me, they've received a great deal of my budget and after a quick walk through yesterday I know why.  With the specials at Publix/Kroger/Ingles – Walmart prices are way over the top.  With horrid customer service to boot.  I'm glad to be free of the trap I was in – thinking they were the only ones who could give me low prices.
Yesterday, the lady that was checking me out was almost rude because I had free items…. as if I was taking $$ out of her pocket.  Most cashier's in the other stores are always cordial and amazed at what coupons can do for the consumer – AND they encourage me to continue.  Good Riddance to W.

    • JLo

Just got back from the W in Alpharetta GA, right on Hwy 9 near Cumming.  They had no Earthbound Carrots, M&M's were .74 cents, and zero 3ct Cascade Action Pacs.  On top of all this the Ball Pectin coupons would not scan (the only thing on my list I could find) so I turned them all back in.  The only thing I was able to benefit from were 8 trial size Degree antiperspirant/deodorants…. I don't know where the .50 cent M&M's are but when I got home my little boy was not happy – he rarely gets candy so this was going to be a special treat for back to school.  Oh well, next time.

      • Holly

I couldn't find Earthbound Farms carrots in the Evans, GA Wal-Mart, either. Neither could I find the pectin, which I really wanted. I also was hoping to get cheap Green & Blacks bars, but they only carry the worst two flavors, so I passed on those as well. I was able to get Alexia sweet potato fries and onion rings for cheap, so that was at least something.

      • JenW

Walgreens has M&M's on sale this week for 49 cents.  WM should price match if you have a Wags close by.

        • Squirrelhater

Or you could just go to Walgreens……

      • Mrswhetstone

I found cascade tablet trial pacs in a cardboard display at the end of an aisle a few aisle down from where the regular dishwasher tables were. I just happened to look up and spot them as I was walking by so you might try looking places you wouldn't think they would be. I think they're hiding them from us ;)

      • Guest

Dude, buy the kid some M&M's…I'll mail you the 24 cents.

      • Squirrellyec

Both Food Lion and Bi-Lo have had the jars on sale.  I found some clearance pectin in the front of Food Lion.

    • Cyana59

Our Walmart charges a higher price for the “bonus bottles” where you are supposed to get 25% more free. Or they hide those behind the regular bottles, or put them on top of the shelf on another aisle.  It's horrible. And if you select a marked down item, watch out, because 88% of the time, it will not be marked down in the register. I swear they do that on purpose.

    • Kassie

I went to Wal-Mart yesterday. I had a coupon for B1G1 on Axe deodorant. The cashier must have not even looked at it because she did not take off the $3.44. I did not notice until I had already paid. I went to customer service and the girl at the desk said she would have to have the cashier look through her drawer. She came back and said she was looking. I waited for about 20 minutes and a manager came up and asked me what I was waiting for. She got really mad that they were taking so long and went to find my coupon. She was livid because the cashier had not even written the amount ($3.44) in the blank area on the coupon. The manager could not figure out how to work the register and had to call a CSM to get me the money back. All in all it took about 40 minutes for me to get the $3.44 but after I had already said something about it I was not going to just leave. I was also hoping to get the cashier in a little trouble because it was ridiculous that she did not take the $3.44 off or even write on the coupon. She did not even pay attention at all! For jobs being so scarce people seem to be slacking more and more on the job. You would think that you would want to be the best and keep your job because there are thousands of other people that would appreciate working and doing well at their job! Okay I am done venting!

      • Guest

You said exactly what I was thinking! I myself spent about 45 minutes at a Walmart the other night because the cashier was inattentive and didn't give me the correct price on a match. Just like you, after I said something, I wasn't going to leave. (In their defense, it was not my local Walmart which happens to be pretty good)  $3.44 is a lot of money in today's economy, it is a gallon of gas, a breakfast or lunch, a jug of milk….the list goes on. And you WOULD think people would be grateful to have a job but unfortunately that's not always the case

      • guest

I actually believe that their cashiers are encouraged to hassle couponers as much as possible and then summon a string of incompetent mgrs. to seal the deal.I have to believe that they're trained that way…either that or Walmart only hires the most rude, careless(really apethetic),stupid people on the planet. It's more likely that they're trained that way.Either way,I'm NEVER going back.

      • Aria

Actually only reason for them to act and work like this cause they are protected by union.

At my walmart in S.C. They had the new schick quattro titanium razor gift pack for 9.95 it included the razor with 2 cartridges 6 extra cartridges and a shave gel. Got it for 7.95 with the 2.00 off Q that was in the paper a few weeks ago.

    • Ronda

My son went for me yesterday and they would not take my coupons on Tide trial size.Cashier told my son that he has to buy the original bottle of tide.He asked where on the coupon it said that. She got manager and the manager said the same thing.I am getting so frustrated with Walmart. They gave us a hard time over the 2 for $4 advil coupons when we wanted to use them off the pocket packs.I plan on using the 3 for $5 on the same thing but I it will be a hassell. My Walmart only has a few on shelf at a time so no one can go in and walk out with a lot of overage. We personally use the overage on other items in our cart. They sure make it hard for you to get ahead.

    • Blessedlittlefox

A couple days ago I checked one of our Walmart for the $1.00 box of Nexcare bandages and found that they have been marked up to $1.50.  I checked another Walmart yesterday and found the same thing.  I'm glad that I was able to get a few of them a couple weeks ago.

      • jef

Yep, mine too. I went in yesterday to get a couple of boxes to find that they had increased to $1.50. They also increased the ivory soap from .97  to $1.24. Apparently, the items we have good coupons for is what they're increasing….think I'll stick with Publix and Bilo.

        • Squirrelhater

Right on-Jef.Publix,Bi-Lo,and the drugstores have better prices, coupon policies, customer service, and mgmt.I can't tell you how many times I've had a cashier problem only to be disappointed by a pin head manager who came to “help”.Walmart is interested in your $ and their profit margin-not your business or satisfaction.I personally have not bought anything there in nearly 5 years. In the Sptbg. area there's a better option for literally everything  they sell…and the best part is you save time and patience(peace of mind) in addition to saving $ by choosing ANY other store than Walmart. Can't believe they continue to produce all those lying ads.

          • Destiny691966

I totally agree with that. Would much rather spend my money at the stores that deserve it.

          • MCC

While I agree that Walmart doesn't necessarily have the best customer service, the fact that they match prices from other stores AND are always in stock is what drives me to shop there. I used to enjoy shopping at nicer stores and drugstores, but when everybody jumped on the extreme couponing bandwagon, (thus rendering empty shelves, rain checks, return trips and other frustrations) I took my business to where I could get the desirable prices and complete my shopping list in one day, making me a lot happier :)

            • Squirrellyec

I have made multiple trips over weeks just to get brillo pads because I was assured they would be restocked within 2 days and it never happened.  Used price match once.  I’ve price matched at other stores and still enjoyed good service.  Everytime I use a coupon at Walmart there is a problem with my coupons scanning.  They also scrutinize my coupons looking for a way for me not to be able to use it.  I had to stand my ground when a cashier didn’t want to allow me to use a degree coupon because I bought the $1 size and the coupon was B1G1 up to $4.  She couldn’t understand that if they allow “up to” that amount doesn’t mean you have to purchase it.  I even pointed out that I had purchased the one same item pictured.  I’m glad for those who have had good experiences, but it def does not seem to be the majority.

      • Mrswhetstone

yeah, i went yesterday to get mine and they were marked up. I also went to get the first aid on the go things and I couldn't find them anywhere? are they usually in the first aid section? or are they somewhere else in the store?

        • Bamasaver

Try looking in the section of travel-size items.

    • guest

Wal-mart in GA M&M candy is .74cent. The personel was stocking the candy told me it was on sale about a week ago for .50cent.

For the Glade spray matchup, will that coupon really work for the ones that are .98 because the coupon says “premium room spray”. I thought I would only be able to use it on the Glade spray that actually says “premium room spray”

Has anyone already used this coupon on the .98 sprays? Did they let you use the coupon or did you have problems because of the wording?

      Thanks!

      • Cezen

Mine all scanned, didn't beep at all.  They were peelies that expire 11 JUN 2012

        • Mrswhetstone

I didn’t know about the peelies, but I have seen on a lot of the matchups that they are saying you can use the printable.

    • Mrswhetstone

also, where is everyone finding the tide sample packs in the store? I looked and looked and never found them.

      • Tylersmommy1219

Yeah, I found a small trail size in the trial section of walmart but they wouldn't take my coupon for it.  The bar codes didn't match up.

        • Shannonw1983

ive had no problem getting them or the 3 pack of cascade

    • Question about the Country Crock coupon in the All You magazine. The one I have says $1 off when you by Country Crock AND Lenders' bagels. So do you have to buy both. This is what it says exactly:

Save $1.00 on any One Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spread AND One bag of Lender's Bagels.

      • Angelmj1019

I have that one too.  And I must say, honey butter + blueberry bagels is super yummy.  My kids were asking for bagels anyway so I still feel like it was a pretty good deal and the kids got to think they strayed me from my shopping list which rarely happens since I started couponing, lol.

      • Rlynn103

Get the honey butter or cinnamon butter to spread on your bagels.  I buy bagels anyway, so the cinnamon butter was only .24!

About Wal-mart.  I went full on Anti Wal-mart boycot 2 years ago when they built one .5 miles from my house.  I didn't spend a dime in there.  Now that I coupon, I use the Price Match and coupons to treat them and pay them like cheap Hookers.  I walk out with hundreds of dollars of merchandise, owing only dimes.  Yeah yeah, I know they get their money back from the Manufacturer, but not on price match.  Now that I have my stock pile, I will stop shopping there again until I get low on household/Heath aids, and then I'll go back to my 20$ Hooker…. Wal-mart…..

I will say this… Their coupon policies have rocked my coupon world.  They price match, take competitor coupons of basically all types, shapes, sizes and I never get questioned, hassled or treated like I'm stealing.  None of this, however, changes the fact that I don't really like their store, or their business practices….

      • raz

Either way you are still supporting Walmart by purchasing their items, even if they are cheap or free. All I read out of your post is that you are trying to get what seems like “revenge” but all you are really doing is supporting the things you don't like about them in the first place.

        • Cezen

Exactly.  The only way I will shop there is if they keep up all the good work on improving their coupon policy, and they have improved leaps and bounds in the last year, and planning to still do better by adding doubling.  Perhaps the benefit to perceived harm ratio will decrease over time in my head, thus swaying me over completely, considering those dollars saved keep my family afloat.  Sell out much cezen?  Apparently so.  After all, one would be crazy to think their opinion or false rationalizations ever changed anything.

          • Destiny691966

They havent improved at my store at all. I went in last week to get the tide packs with the dollar off coupon, The cashier tride to scan the coupon and it wouldnt scan so she looks at it and says its the wrong size. The coupon did not say to not use on trial size or anything, just $1.00 of tide product, So I asked for the manager, She came over took a glance at them and said no this will not work. I just took the tides off and got my coupons back. Went back a few days later, gave the cashier the coupons she scanned two of the tide q then the rest wouldnt go through. As usual called the manager and stated my case, same manager BTW, She let me get only 4 because in the fine print it said only 4 Q per transaction. I was satisfied with that but she was obviously annoyed. I hate walmart too, cant imagine that they will stay the big retail store they are now if they dont change their policies quick. I would rather shop at Target anyday.

I am just so frustrated with Walmarts here in So. California!  They hire clerks that can't read and managers that just don't care!  I have been avoiding them for a few months now and decided to give them a try on Friday.  I had BiGI coupons for Johnsonville burger patties and a few other coupons for pantry items.  These are all internet coupons and they all say “Available at Walmart” right on them.  The clerk didn't even bother to read the coupons, just said that they do not take internet coupons at all.  So I asked for a manager, and the manager just took a look at the coupons from afar and said “Oh, no, we don't take print-at-home coupons at all.” I asked for another manager and she said she was it.  I felt embarrassed, because like always, there were at least 5 customers behind me and I was holding up the line.  Additionally, I asked if she could contact corporate and she responded “I don't call corporate – that's YOUR responsibilitiy.” And walked off.  Embarrassing, frustrating and such a waster of time – I had spent 40 mins looking for the items and another 20mins in line.  I did call corporate and emailed as well.  IThe store manager (the REAL manager) called and apologized but didn't even offer a $5 gift cared aftter I told her I live 7 miles away and had made the special trip that day.  Needless to say, it will be a while before I return to any Walmart!

    • RxyPrncss03

Someone may have already mentioned…but at Target today they now have
the Cascade trial packs 4 count for $1.09 (right next to the 3 count for
the same price). The shelf was fully stocked. Finally got to use my
$1.00 off Cascades that expire on 8/31. I went to Wal-Mart several times
and they were always sold out. I was happy to pay the .09. Love
      Target!! (I am in Orlando)

    • Corbimae

I've been to Wal Mart twice and been told by cashiers that they can't price match and accept a manufacturer coupon for the same item on the same day. There's nothing about that in their Coupon or Ad Match policies. Has anyone else had that problem?

      • Guest

No, and you are correct.  There is nothing in our corporate policy that states a coupon and price match cannot be used on one item.  Hold your guns, politely, and for the love of Pete, bring Walmart's policy!

        • mullins

be sure to print their price match policy also.

        • Jacketfan24

I just went through and printed all of the policies to put at the registers at the store I work in, and it says specifically that you CAN use a coupon and price match on the same item.  Don’t let them tell you that you can’t.  If the register won’t accept a valid coupon, they have a way to manually enter it.  If the value of the coupon is too high, it does beep but asks them if it’s valid; all they have to do is hit enter.  My store wants the business; my store manager wants people to price match and he is aware of how many people rely on coupons since I try to keep him updated.  Unfortunately, not all stores are created equal.  I am lucky that I am in a great store with a manger who gets it.

      • Mrymahone

Just left walmart and did have the same problem, however the manager who is a friend of mine explained that since they have to override the computer to price match the computer will not accept a coupon for that item she said that she did not know why that was the case.  However I still got a pretty good deal there tonight $23 oop around $8. I had 2 bengay coupons for $5.00 and product was$4.23.. cashier wanted to give me the cost but manager told her as long as I had the correct item and the computer take it she was ok.  I made money tonight!

      • Thekutekouponer

i went to walmart in simpsonville, sc…i was using my cascade, tide, and bandaid, q’s where i would get the stuff for free…the cashier told me that it didn’t matter what was written on the q but they go by the picture…with i a load of bs…the cashier also told me that if the q is more than the price of the item, it makes their draw look short on money and they have to pay the shortage out of their check…i looked up walmarts q policy online and it didn’t mention one thing about either lie i was told…i was not a happy  customer that day and will not be back to that walmart for a very long time…what makes things worse is i went to my home town walmart and purchased my items without any trouble…although i was not able to use all my q’s because they didn’t have enough items….

    • Pampam

Went to Wal Mart Brent AL yesterday to pick up things I wanted from the Publix ad before they went off sale…they had a huge display in the grocery “Action Alley” of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and other GM cereals for $3 they were the size smaller (18 or 20 oz) than the Publix B1G1 that allowed you to get a larger box (up to the 27 or so ounce pox) for $2.32….they are pulling out all the tricks they can think of to not match prices so beware…I have been watching and noticing that Wal Marts are pulling really good deals that they would have to price match but if you shop at odd hours and ask the stock folks they will pull it from the back not knowing what management is trying to avoid which is loosing them money….

    • eor

at krogers pharmacy they have kroger wellness coupon books behind the pharmacy. in it is $1.00 off biotene. at walmart they have biotene gum for $1.88.  : )

also at walmart i noticed their huggies wipes travel (still in diaper isle) is $1.18. so w/ the $1.00 off coupon it was   $.18..

HP twin pack black ink cartridges #61 cost $24.50 at my Walmart and they are giving a $10.00 gift card when you buy the twin pack.  So, it equaled to getting 2 black ink cartridges for $14.50   Good Deal I thought.

PRICE MATCH alert. Use your WALMART AD for this deal….I didn’t find a spot for Staples on this website, but this is worth posting. I took my WALMART ad to STAPLES and price matched the TI-84 Texas Instruments Calculator. Then I used my %15 off Staples School supply reward card AND IT STILL gave me the $15 STAPLES REBATE!!!  So, retail on calculator was $124.99 and I paid with $65.05 before taxes!!!!  If there is a staples place on this website, please re-post or LMK. The school told us about this purchase at the last minute…so I am grateful to have found the deal. Have a blessed evening.

    • My mom went into Walmart yesterday and the cashier told her that as of this past Sunday, they are not accepting coupons any more (something about a store meeting where they were told not to accept coupons).  My mom had a manufactures coupon and stood her ground, and eventually the cashier accepted it.  Anyone else have this problem?

      • eor

I dare them to pull that with me.  Just like someone said on the comments before the cashiers act like this comes from their paycheck. One thing I’ve also found to be easier, is to go to the self check out lanes. I never have problems there and the cashiers working that stop don’t seem to want trouble…

    • Jenny

I really wonder why I continue to try & shop for deals at Walmart. here in north augusta, the cashier wouldn’t honor my $1.00 off coupons for the 3pk of cascade, or the trial size of tide. Even though the coupon for the tide or cascade said nothing about trial sizes. she claimed the register was giving her an error becuase the coupon was more than the product. It’s too much of a hassle to try & explain to them or go to customer service. Oh well. Guess Ii’ll stick with bi-lo & target :)

      • Bcrook26

Try the Walmart on Bobby Jones I had no problems there. But did at the Walmart in Thomson and Grovetown. they keep telling me the computer was saying the wrong size. When I told them that there was no size restriction, they said you have to look at the picture. So I went to customer service and asked for a manager. I told him that his cashiers were lost when it comes to coupons and I wanted him to honor my coupons. So he did.

        • Bcrook26

Went back to Wal-mart on Bobby Jones today to get the tide. But the register beeped and would not take the coupon. So I asked for a manager, She was very nasty to me before I could even sputter a word out of my mouth. She told me that the coupon did match the picture so she was not taking the coupon. When I told her that there was no size restriction She responded with “I don’t care.I am not taking this coupon.”I called the 1-800 number , was given no answer, no apology and was told that someone would contact me in 3-5 business days. i will try another store but after this I think I am done with Wal-Mart. To much hassel.

          • Gator96

The Walmart workers should watch their own “Match it” comercial!

      • MCC

That has to be a bunch of bull they are feeding all of these people about “the register won’t take it.” I have bought the trial packs with the $1.00 off coupon from the last three  P&G inserts. and neither time have the register “beeped”  or had an “error”. I think the cashiers are just trying to give folks a hard time

      • Jenny, I used them  at my local walmart and didn’t have a problem. My coupons scanned. Maybe it was just the cashier

    • You have the Dial Lotion (Travel Size for 97 cents) – however… the coupons specifically state “Excludes trial size”  so this scenario is no good.

    • Pierceconnie33

can anyone tell me if a competitors coupon is like a stroe coupon and if you can use one with a manucfactures coupon…thanks

      • No stacking at WalMart, unfortunately. And the only “competitors coupons” that they take are not really “coupons”, but are just advertising a certain item for a certain price. There should be a poster detailing the coupon policy in every cashier’s “lane”, at least that’s how it is at our WalMart. The “competitor coupon” language is very misleading.

    • Lane

Does anyone know what size of the Country Crock spread is on sale?

    • MCC

My Walmart finally got the Cascade trial packs in…Yay! And I wasn’t even there for those today. go figure. Although I had to look for them, they were just kind of thrown on the shelf, not even in a bin or anything. I grabbed my 4 and the cashier took my $1.00 off no problem. also price matched everything else and no coupon scrutiny. I love 2 of the Walmarts near me the other 2 suck. so I just stick to the 2 good ones.

    • heather

We also had problems at walmart, but we printed off their coupon policy and take it with us each time we go and have had NO problems since. At any walmart!  Most cashiers don”t even know they have a coupon policy. DUH!!

      • guest

can you use a competitos coupon and a manufactures coupon at the same time

        • Val

There is a link to the coupon policy on the upper right hand side of this page. Walmart doesn’t really take competitor’s coupons- it’s actually just price matching. If you a coupon that has a specific price for a specific item (Walgreens usually has these in their circular) then they will take those. And you can use a manufacturer coupon when price matching.

          • JO

Walmart DOES take competitor coupons and price matches as well. At our Walmart , they have a sign posted at every cash register check- out that says “we accept competitors coupons from local competitors”

            • Sandy

Maybe your Walmart is different than others but from their policy:

              Competitors’ coupons
A specific item for a specified price, for example, $2.99Buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons for items with a specified priceHave a valid expiration dateAre acceptable in black and white

They don’t take coupons that say $2 off colgate. They’ll take a coupon that says “Colgate for $2”. That is not a coupon- it’s price matching.

            • It does say that, but if you read the small print, Val is exactly right. They only take competitor “coupons” that have a certain price for a certain item, NOT a certain amount off a certain item. It is very misleading.

        • Val

On the subject of price matching and using coupons on the price-matched items, I tried when I had the $5/5 kelloggs cereal coupons and food lion was having a 2/$4 sale and the manager couldn’t figure out how to get the coupon to work since the price had already been overridden, but I was wondering if you gave the cashier your coupons first and then once all that was done did the price matches if it would work?

    • Wondering if anyone knows where I can get tyson any’tizers on sale?

      • Ally

Publix has them BOGO this sale week.
